The Rebranding of the Mormon Church
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is a marketing machine. From its beginning in 1830 to its many facelifts over the years, the Mormon church has spent millions to shape the public perception. In 2010 they launched the "I'm a Mormon" campaign, only to completely reverse the decision just 8 years later. And now they're embracing the cross - a symbol that has always been anathema to faithful LDS followers. So what's happening?
The Unveiling Mormonism podcast pulls back the curtain on Mormon history, culture and doctrine. Join us for new episodes every Monday.
