Transcript
- 0:03Speaker 1: Oh we start. Welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Beb.
- 0:13Speaker 2: It just said recording in progress on this site. So
- 0:16Speaker 2: here we are.
- 0:17Speaker 1: There was a slight pause. I'm like, are we doing
- 0:20Speaker 1: anything okay? Anyway, Hi, everybody, Welcome to Tea Time with
- 0:24Speaker 1: Amy and Beb.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Good day, Good day sister. How what'd you say?
- 0:31Speaker 1: I said, good day, sister, Oh, how are you doing well?
- 0:37Speaker 1: As I mentioned before we start recording and I told
- 0:40Speaker 1: you to shut your face.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Uh.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I had mentioned that my nose has been like I said,
- 0:48Speaker 1: running but dripping, uh for like a week, And you said.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I said, it's the path of least resistance. You're releasing.
- 0:59Speaker 3: That's an easy way to release. So if we if
- 1:01Speaker 3: we can release things from that kind of you know,
- 1:04Speaker 3: we could do it from crying, we could do it
- 1:06Speaker 3: from vomiting diarrhea.
- 1:07Speaker 2: There's all what kinds of ways to release things.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Laughing that's probably the best one, but maybe you haven't
- 1:12Speaker 3: been laughing enough.
- 1:14Speaker 2: But to me, a lot.
- 1:16Speaker 3: About stuff happens, Like when I had a cop I
- 1:18Speaker 3: knew I would remind myself I wanted to be heard,
- 1:20Speaker 3: needed to be seen, you know, and clearing at the
- 1:23Speaker 3: same time, and a running nose crying, it's like it's
- 1:26Speaker 3: just releasing stuff.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Well, we don't have to know.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Also, if you've ever noticed this most people, you'll probably
- 1:34Speaker 1: have that when you are suppressing your tears that it
- 1:38Speaker 1: will your nose will run.
- 1:42Speaker 2: So I would say.
- 1:47Speaker 1: That there are some things I'm processing that I am
- 1:50Speaker 1: suppressing and processing, so it's not like I'm just pushing
- 1:54Speaker 1: it down and ignoring it. But it's still in there
- 1:57Speaker 1: and I'm processing, so it's having its release with dripping
- 2:03Speaker 1: down my nose.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Yeah, so processing a little bit at a time. Right,
- 2:07Speaker 3: we can't do it all at one time, but it's
- 2:09Speaker 3: awesome but at the same time because it means you
- 2:11Speaker 3: got all the stuff on the surface that's ready to go.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the great thing. I heard someone.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Yesterday say something along the lines we have a tendency
- 2:22Speaker 3: to react to things, right, but he says, from this
- 2:26Speaker 3: moment on, only react to the things that you want
- 2:29Speaker 3: in your life.
- 2:30Speaker 2: There you go, only react to that.
- 2:32Speaker 3: So you don't ever give your attention because you're creating that,
- 2:35Speaker 3: You're bringing it into your experience. You're like saying, hey,
- 2:37Speaker 3: I'm over here, come on in. And that's some of
- 2:40Speaker 3: the stuff you don't want to come on in. So
- 2:43Speaker 3: now it says on one of the things on my board,
- 2:45Speaker 3: it says, react only to that which you want in
- 2:47Speaker 3: your experience.
- 2:50Speaker 2: And if we remember every time when we start to
- 2:52Speaker 2: play those stories in our head.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Because I've been doing this so I can speak from experience,
- 2:56Speaker 3: i can hear of a story starts to come up
- 2:58Speaker 3: and I'm like, no, that's my e go and we
- 3:01Speaker 3: love you, but we're going to try to do it.
- 3:03Speaker 2: This a little differently.
- 3:05Speaker 3: So it's like I'm talking to my ego as it's
- 3:06Speaker 3: a child and it doesn't need to have the constant
- 3:10Speaker 3: attention because it already has the attention that it needs.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I see it. I love it.
- 3:15Speaker 3: But it's also recognizing that I want to I want
- 3:17Speaker 3: to create the things that I want in my experience,
- 3:20Speaker 3: and I have not been I've been creating willy nilly, right,
- 3:23Speaker 3: I've been creating from a past traumas or or other
- 3:27Speaker 3: you know, whatever whatever it is.
- 3:29Speaker 2: And so I don't. I just am choosing to do differently.
- 3:32Speaker 3: And it's funny when when we're ready to change, right,
- 3:36Speaker 3: when when you want to teach, if a teacher appears,
- 3:38Speaker 3: and the teacher can appear in so many different ways,
- 3:40Speaker 3: of YouTube from us. It could be from you could
- 3:43Speaker 3: be strolling through TikTok, you could be at the grocery store.
- 3:46Speaker 3: You can hear a song, see a message on the
- 3:48Speaker 3: back of a vehicle. A small child might say something
- 3:50Speaker 3: to you. There's like so many limitless possibilities that information
- 3:54Speaker 3: comes to us. But it's like, it's nice. It makes
- 3:57Speaker 3: it more fun, especially when you have an awareness of
- 4:00Speaker 3: all that going around to you. Then it makes it
- 4:01Speaker 3: even more fun. Then you can start seeing the synchronistic
- 4:04Speaker 3: events like listening to Maybe you're listening to or reading
- 4:08Speaker 3: on YouTube and it says while you're on the highway
- 4:11Speaker 3: and I'm like, I just turned on the highway, get
- 4:13Speaker 3: out of my car. Or I'm sitting in front of
- 4:17Speaker 3: the mirror doing some makeup and it says while you're looking.
- 4:19Speaker 2: In the mirror and I'm like, shut her. They're like,
- 4:21Speaker 2: get out.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Because that's the fun stuff, right, that's the fun stuff
- 4:27Speaker 3: we can have all the time when we slowed down
- 4:29Speaker 3: to pay attention to it because the time we don't notice.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'll tell you real quick, since you just said those,
- 4:34Speaker 1: my mom sent me a text and she said, my friends,
- 4:38Speaker 1: my friend's mom just passed away and they got in
- 4:41Speaker 1: their vehicle, or they went to the service and they
- 4:44Speaker 1: got in their vehicle and Stairway to Heaven was on
- 4:46Speaker 1: the radio.
- 4:48Speaker 2: That's so awesome.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Because if people don't realize that they can dismiss it.
- 4:54Speaker 3: I have dismissed things too many times in my lifetime,
- 4:56Speaker 3: and that's that's our intuition. You're dismissing your tuition. So
- 5:00Speaker 3: then it's like you.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Turn your back on it.
- 5:03Speaker 3: You're walking away from it, and it's still talking to you,
- 5:05Speaker 3: the same voice that you can hear louder and louder
- 5:08Speaker 3: and louder, but you're walking away from You're like, no,
- 5:10Speaker 3: I'm not going to listen to this right now for
- 5:13Speaker 3: whatever reason, because because me and my ego have other
- 5:16Speaker 3: plans and you don't. You don't know what we want,
- 5:19Speaker 3: right you don't know what we need when it's not
- 5:21Speaker 3: even a true story.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Yeah, And so when you think about that, react I
- 5:28Speaker 1: wrote it that, react to only those things you want,
- 5:31Speaker 1: or there's other ways to word that. That's what I
- 5:34Speaker 1: wrote down, react to only those things you want?
- 5:38Speaker 2: What does that look like? What does that mean? What
- 5:40Speaker 2: does that look like? If you if something like you
- 5:46Speaker 2: see somebody else winning a bunch of money. It's like,
- 5:47Speaker 2: get excited about it.
- 5:48Speaker 3: React to that, You have a reaction, have a have
- 5:51Speaker 3: a like, oh that's so good, that's so awesome, instead
- 5:53Speaker 3: of being like, oh, I don't have that, you know,
- 5:56Speaker 3: it's the opposite of that, or.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Even thinking about I think about the kids.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Coming over and just laughing and playing, and then that's
- 6:02Speaker 3: the time for me to react. Is still laugh and play.
- 6:04Speaker 3: That's my reaction to that or laugh and play. Reaction
- 6:07Speaker 3: is not normal that we normally use in phrases like
- 6:10Speaker 3: this because we've been using it for so long as
- 6:12Speaker 3: a reaction to something, you know what I mean, instead
- 6:15Speaker 3: of just being part of the conversation. Or I can't
- 6:19Speaker 3: remember the other word right now, but react, react.
- 6:22Speaker 2: To me was wasn't bad.
- 6:24Speaker 3: But it's like it's just finding different things. It's it's
- 6:27Speaker 3: allowing yourself to be your inner child and get excited
- 6:31Speaker 3: about things. Get giddy, like be celebratory about things, you know,
- 6:35Speaker 3: thinking about even the new house you're creating.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Get excited about those things. Those are the things you
- 6:39Speaker 2: want to react to.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Or you're looking through and you're finding pictures of something,
- 6:42Speaker 3: and you see a picture of something you like a lot,
- 6:45Speaker 3: find that you're reacting to it from a space of
- 6:47Speaker 3: I love this, It's beautiful. I can see myself walking
- 6:50Speaker 3: through that door right now. I can see myself holding
- 6:53Speaker 3: these keys in my hand, and I'm having this has happening.
- 6:56Speaker 2: To me right now.
- 6:56Speaker 3: I'm talking to you, but I can see me putting
- 6:58Speaker 3: my keys into my my front door and I open
- 7:01Speaker 3: up that door, and it's like, what does it look like?
- 7:03Speaker 2: Like? This is exciting?
- 7:04Speaker 3: This is I'm reacting, having a reaction to what I'm creating.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I'm gonna have a reaction to things that I see
- 7:11Speaker 3: other people doing that I find joy in. If I
- 7:14Speaker 3: see a mom and a daughter just like really like,
- 7:17Speaker 3: you know, just so talking to each other so nicely,
- 7:20Speaker 3: and they give each other hugs and stuff like that,
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'm going to react to that. Maybe I'm gonna have
- 7:23Speaker 3: a tear, or maybe I'm just gonna sit there and smile.
- 7:27Speaker 3: You know, comedy, you want to sit and laugh at that.
- 7:29Speaker 3: That's my reaction to the comedy.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So yeah, So in my history, abandonment being abandonment and
- 7:39Speaker 1: abuse with the significant men in my life. So I
- 7:42Speaker 1: would struggle as I got older watching movies where there
- 7:45Speaker 1: was a father daughter connection and it would just be
- 7:49Speaker 1: that longing and that desire and that sadness. Right, and now,
- 7:57Speaker 1: interesting enough, I've been doing what you're saying.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Now, it's like.
- 8:01Speaker 1: That's amazing they have that relationship. Isn't that a blessing
- 8:05Speaker 1: that she gets to experience that with her father? So
- 8:08Speaker 1: I've been doing that expressing the joy of what other
- 8:16Speaker 1: people are experiencing. Yeah, and it's it goes along. Your
- 8:22Speaker 1: words are react only those things that you want or
- 8:25Speaker 1: what you want to attract you. The other words I've
- 8:29Speaker 1: heard is bless that which you want to receive. Same thing,
- 8:33Speaker 1: just worded differently. And typically what we are programmed to do,
- 8:39Speaker 1: or our normal practice is is the longing, the desire,
- 8:43Speaker 1: the jealousy, the envy, and those all bring our energy down.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So you could be having a maybe you're just bumping
- 8:52Speaker 1: around in life and somebody says, oh my gosh, my
- 8:58Speaker 1: mom gave me five hundred dollars, and here you're struggling
- 9:01Speaker 1: with your finances and you're just like, it's just like, yeah,
- 9:09Speaker 1: ruopy ding dong, I don't give a shit.
- 9:13Speaker 2: So the opposite.
- 9:15Speaker 1: So when you're in that, then that type of energy,
- 9:19Speaker 1: then of course you're going to continue getting matching that
- 9:23Speaker 1: vibrational frequency, getting what you're focused on, which is the
- 9:26Speaker 1: lack which not having enough and blessing that what you
- 9:30Speaker 1: want or reacting to that to only what you want
- 9:35Speaker 1: is that excitement, that joy, that exhilaration, all the things
- 9:42Speaker 1: that lift you up. And it may be through watching
- 9:47Speaker 1: somebody else, watching them receiving. If they're amazing at receiving goodness,
- 9:54Speaker 1: learn from them, let them be your teacher in the
- 9:57Speaker 1: sense of watch them, observe them, take notes, implement what
- 10:01Speaker 1: they're doing. If they laugh more often than not, laugh more,
- 10:05Speaker 1: if they're kind to other people, be kind. Obviously that's
- 10:11Speaker 1: working for them, and it can work for you as
- 10:14Speaker 1: well if you implement it. And the opposite is to
- 10:19Speaker 1: sit back and play Woe is Me and victimhood and
- 10:23Speaker 1: be in that heavy frequency of not having and.
- 10:28Speaker 2: That's what we do.
- 10:29Speaker 1: That's that's the focusing on our reality right now of
- 10:32Speaker 1: not having enough. Well, in reality, you actually have enough
- 10:39Speaker 1: and you are capable of getting more. Absolutely so for
- 10:48Speaker 1: my my for me just this morning actually yesterday morning,
- 10:53Speaker 1: yesterday morning, this morning, I'm like, okay, same with you.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Like ego, I'm getting in my head focusing on what
- 11:01Speaker 1: is I need to shift this.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I gotta shift this now.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I gotta get out of my head. I gotta I
- 11:06Speaker 1: need to shift my mindset and my focus.
- 11:09Speaker 2: What's my go to? Abrahams?
- 11:12Speaker 1: Like? I turned their video on and listen while I'm
- 11:15Speaker 1: getting ready for work, Listen as I'm going to work.
- 11:19Speaker 2: And here's what happened yesterday.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Just yesterday, I was realizing where my mindset was. Listen
- 11:28Speaker 1: to Abrahams while I was getting ready for work, Listen
- 11:31Speaker 1: to it on my way to work. I got to
- 11:33Speaker 1: work and a co worker came to me and.
- 11:36Speaker 2: She says, I have this gift card.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I don't eat at this place, you can have it.
- 11:41Speaker 1: And then not two hours later, my boss comes in
- 11:45Speaker 1: and says, we're invited to go over to so.
- 11:49Speaker 2: And so's office.
- 11:50Speaker 1: She's her birthday, she's having food delivered. So I got
- 11:54Speaker 1: a gift card and I got a free lunch within
- 11:58Speaker 1: hours of shift my energy.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Nice.
- 12:03Speaker 3: And that's really something to talk about too, is to
- 12:06Speaker 3: so you already got your go to Abraham Hicks is
- 12:08Speaker 3: your go to when you're when you're in that space.
- 12:11Speaker 3: And that's good because I've listened to other people and
- 12:13Speaker 3: it's like, really, anybody that's listening really kind of set
- 12:16Speaker 3: yourself up. Don't wait till you're you know, like if
- 12:18Speaker 3: if anybody's watched Caesar Malan, he talks about the red zone,
- 12:22Speaker 3: and he talks about dogs getting into the red zone
- 12:24Speaker 3: where they've attacked another dog or there. You know, there's
- 12:26Speaker 3: no stopping him at this point. They've already passed that face.
- 12:29Speaker 3: So it's to catch it ahead of time. And so
- 12:30Speaker 3: you're catching it ahead of time. And so I've heard
- 12:33Speaker 3: people set up. Maybe they'll have like a folder on
- 12:35Speaker 3: their phone, or they might have kitten videos, puppy videos,
- 12:38Speaker 3: babies laughing, you know, stuff like that. They might have
- 12:41Speaker 3: a certain type of music that they listen to when
- 12:43Speaker 3: they're in this stage, and then they'll have another sech
- 12:45Speaker 3: type of music when they're in the next stage or
- 12:46Speaker 3: the next stage. So it's kind of and and really
- 12:49Speaker 3: you're getting to know yourself by by seeing how can
- 12:52Speaker 3: I here's your Erubic's cube, go play with us for
- 12:54Speaker 3: a few minutes, and you come back and play with
- 12:56Speaker 3: everybody else. You know, But it's it's whatever works because
- 12:59Speaker 3: it takes out of that space it gets that's I
- 13:02Speaker 3: feel like that's the fastest way to get us out.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Of those mindsets.
- 13:05Speaker 3: So if you have like a ladder of stuff that
- 13:07Speaker 3: you're listening to, it can take you from one space
- 13:09Speaker 3: to the next. I've always heard you can't get there
- 13:12Speaker 3: from here, you know what I mean. If you're in
- 13:14Speaker 3: a shitty mood right this moment, you can't get to
- 13:16Speaker 3: bliss in a couple of seconds, not typically, And if
- 13:20Speaker 3: you guys figure it out, you better be letting us
- 13:21Speaker 3: know because otherwise that's rude.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Yeah, right, But otherwise you typically don't.
- 13:26Speaker 3: So it stages right, It steps up in a ladder.
- 13:28Speaker 3: It runs on a ladder. So it's one thing at
- 13:30Speaker 3: a time and the next thing you know, you're in
- 13:31Speaker 3: a great space. But it's just recognizing those things. And
- 13:34Speaker 3: we don't always. I don't always, And I know what
- 13:37Speaker 3: helps me. For me, it's like go into a meditation,
- 13:40Speaker 3: go sit and breathe. But sometimes I can't get into
- 13:42Speaker 3: the meditation from there. So I'm the same thing I'm
- 13:45Speaker 3: saying to everybody else, I've got to do for myself.
- 13:47Speaker 3: So it's spining the things that are going to slowly
- 13:49Speaker 3: get bring up my energy where I'm not because sometimes
- 13:52Speaker 3: when you're in a creton or you're not in a
- 13:53Speaker 3: great mood and you listen to something that sounds that
- 13:56Speaker 3: you normally love and is positive, uplifting, It's like, this
- 13:59Speaker 3: is bullshit right now, Like, I don't this is not
- 14:01Speaker 3: resonating with me at all. Put on some Metallica and
- 14:03Speaker 3: I'm solid, you know.
- 14:04Speaker 2: What I mean. That's right.
- 14:07Speaker 3: I'll step it up a little bit after that. Maybe
- 14:08Speaker 3: I'll go to something else a little bit softer. I
- 14:11Speaker 3: haven't listened to Metallica forever, but I'm just.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Using those references. Yeah, yep, it.
- 14:22Speaker 1: I actually I started off the other day. It was
- 14:25Speaker 1: I saw a post on social and it said, sarcastically, yeah,
- 14:33Speaker 1: I'm looking forward to the weekend so I can do
- 14:35Speaker 1: all the things I didn't get to do during the week,
- 14:38Speaker 1: like laundry and the dishes and the grocery shopping, and
- 14:42Speaker 1: so it was all like a downer stuff because they're
- 14:44Speaker 1: doing all those necessities instead of going out and playing
- 14:48Speaker 1: and having fun. So on Sunday, I was kind of
- 14:54Speaker 1: in a mood for certain reasons, and I'm like, okay,
- 14:58Speaker 1: I got to get out of this. So then I
- 15:00Speaker 1: shifted it from being irritated to contemplating my life.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Okay, I can go there.
- 15:10Speaker 1: It felt a little lighter but still a little heavy.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So I was like, Okay, I'm in this space. That
- 15:17Speaker 1: doesn't feel good. My mindset doesn't feel good. What I'm
- 15:20Speaker 1: focused on doesn't feel good. So then adding and I
- 15:26Speaker 1: was actually doing laundry, so I was like, okay, we're
- 15:32Speaker 1: in the laundry and I appreciate the clothes and was
- 15:37Speaker 1: just working myself through it. And that was the day
- 15:42Speaker 1: that I recognized I need to shift my energy. So
- 15:45Speaker 1: the next morning, Monday morning, was putting on Abraham like
- 15:51Speaker 1: I was getting there, but not quick enough.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I was still in the.
- 15:58Speaker 1: It wasn't mucky, but I was just in the energy
- 16:02Speaker 1: that wasn't really uplifting.
- 16:05Speaker 2: So it sound like you were already going through stages
- 16:07Speaker 2: as it was.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Yeah, just I knew I could do it quicker, and
- 16:11Speaker 1: I knew listening to Abraham Hicks would get me there quicker.
- 16:17Speaker 1: So that's what I put on by the bye during Sunday,
- 16:22Speaker 1: I was feeling better by the end of the evening,
- 16:24Speaker 1: so I did kind of work my waist through it.
- 16:26Speaker 1: But I also knew there was more so Monday mornings
- 16:30Speaker 1: starting my day out with that.
- 16:31Speaker 3: So yeah, it's not always knowledging it right.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, why don't. Well, I'll go into it. Anyways,
- 16:42Speaker 2: I was listening to Kyle C.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Silver, I don't even know when this video was done,
- 16:47Speaker 3: and he was talking to this girl that was extremely emotional,
- 16:50Speaker 3: and I noticed that I was like wanting to turn
- 16:52Speaker 3: it off because I don't want to listen to this. Yeah,
- 16:55Speaker 3: like put on your big girl pants. Don't judge me, guys,
- 16:58Speaker 3: just listen to what I got to say, Yeah, because
- 17:02Speaker 3: that's how I felt. Because I didn't I don't have
- 17:04Speaker 3: the emotional capacity as of yet. I'm growing, but I
- 17:08Speaker 3: don't didn't well, I didn't have the emotional capacity to
- 17:11Speaker 3: listen to that when I was listening to it, and
- 17:13Speaker 3: I had to stop and be like, well, I'm going
- 17:15Speaker 3: to listen to this because I need to understand why
- 17:18Speaker 3: why do I feel this way? And I do believe
- 17:21Speaker 3: the reason that I felt that way in that moment
- 17:24Speaker 3: was from being a child. Because we're not we weren't
- 17:26Speaker 3: allowed to show or express our emotions, right, and it
- 17:31Speaker 3: gave just gave me goosebumps across the bosom. So to me,
- 17:33Speaker 3: that's like, so I'm recognizing some of these things. It's
- 17:36Speaker 3: like that's like a mother thing or a nurturing thing.
- 17:38Speaker 3: How it could have been and now it's no, it's
- 17:41Speaker 3: a story I can change. But it's like I recognized
- 17:44Speaker 3: where it was coming from, and I didn't because I
- 17:46Speaker 3: just had the conversation with one of my daughters today
- 17:48Speaker 3: about the same thing. She was talking about that, and
- 17:50Speaker 3: I said, it's because and she says, were you like
- 17:52Speaker 3: that with me? And I said, I don't think that
- 17:54Speaker 3: I was, but I could have been. But from my perspective,
- 17:57Speaker 3: I never thought about that. Probably you know, what do
- 17:59Speaker 3: we know? Mostly to the kids get a band aid,
- 18:02Speaker 3: Go get a band aid. Well, I'm telling you I
- 18:04Speaker 3: already put a band aid on it, like there's And
- 18:06Speaker 3: it was a reaction from a place of I didn't
- 18:08Speaker 3: know what else to do, So it was a reaction.
- 18:11Speaker 3: My mom probably had the same reaction too, she didn't
- 18:13Speaker 3: know what else to do. But I picked up that
- 18:14Speaker 3: as a reaction as part of my template of how
- 18:17Speaker 3: I'm going to work and all the way up to
- 18:20Speaker 3: in my fifties, come on guys like seriously, So I
- 18:22Speaker 3: recognize that, and then I start listening to him because
- 18:24Speaker 3: I'm like, well, how does a person handle this? Because
- 18:27Speaker 3: I don't know, I honestly did not know. I didn't
- 18:30Speaker 3: know what to do with that, because I when I
- 18:32Speaker 3: have someone in front of me that's emotional like that,
- 18:33Speaker 3: I work with them and everything else, so it's different.
- 18:36Speaker 3: But I was really it was just an opportune moment
- 18:40Speaker 3: for that to happen, so because I was like going
- 18:41Speaker 3: to turn it off, and I'm like, you are not
- 18:43Speaker 3: turning this off. We're going to find out what he's
- 18:45Speaker 3: going to say. Yeah, and he listened to her what
- 18:48Speaker 3: she was saying, and he was very nurturing and very loving.
- 18:52Speaker 3: And then he also, you know, he said, let's stop
- 18:54Speaker 3: and fill that. Let's fill that in that part of
- 18:56Speaker 3: the body. Let's where's that at in that body part?
- 18:58Speaker 3: And then had her feel it and then had her explain,
- 19:01Speaker 3: you know, some things, and she would say something, and
- 19:03Speaker 3: I caught.
- 19:04Speaker 2: The words as he was catching the words.
- 19:06Speaker 3: You know, exactly where the next question or of the
- 19:08Speaker 3: next process was going to be to help elevate her,
- 19:11Speaker 3: to get her out of this place that she's been
- 19:13Speaker 3: in for years, do you know what I mean? And
- 19:15Speaker 3: so it was just it was wonderful and I got
- 19:18Speaker 3: to learn something. So when I say that, and I
- 19:20Speaker 3: know we've talked about this recently. When we have triggers,
- 19:23Speaker 3: they're always there for a reason. They're always there for
- 19:27Speaker 3: such a beautiful purpose, Because how if I felt that way,
- 19:31Speaker 3: but I didn't understand why I felt that way because
- 19:33Speaker 3: it doesn't seem normal. I wouldn't want anyone to ever
- 19:35Speaker 3: feel like that or treat me that way, like quit
- 19:38Speaker 3: being a puss, go put on some big girl pants
- 19:40Speaker 3: or something. You know what I mean. But that's the
- 19:42Speaker 3: way I've always had to be. I was always that girl.
- 19:44Speaker 2: You know, are you crying? No, I'm not crying. You know,
- 19:47Speaker 2: that was that was always me. I never showed any
- 19:49Speaker 2: of that kind of stuff. I just didn't.
- 19:52Speaker 3: I didn't do that with others, to anybody, But it
- 19:54Speaker 3: was like I learned a lot about myself in that
- 19:56Speaker 3: moment because it was an opportunity.
- 19:58Speaker 2: It was a perfect opportunity. And otherwise I.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Would have been like, I don't want to listen to
- 20:02Speaker 3: this because that's and and then turn it off and
- 20:05Speaker 3: not grow.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I'll take the growing part, thank you.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Yeah, Usually anything that's irritating you is something to move
- 20:14Speaker 1: through because there's a reason. And then listening to his
- 20:17Speaker 1: words on how he nurtured her and got her through
- 20:20Speaker 1: it and shifted.
- 20:22Speaker 2: I've done the same thing.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I've listened to things and I'm just like, in fact,
- 20:26Speaker 1: there's a in my Mastermind group. The the sessions are
- 20:32Speaker 1: recorded so we can listen to him later if you
- 20:35Speaker 1: can't attend live, and so I'll listen to him. And
- 20:41Speaker 1: there's you know, there's a person that when they start talking,
- 20:47Speaker 1: I'm just like, oh my god, just spit it out already,
- 20:54Speaker 1: because it's it's so many fuller words before she gets
- 20:58Speaker 1: to her question, and I'm like, freaking say it.
- 21:03Speaker 2: What is your question?
- 21:04Speaker 1: So? Yo, you can imagine me in the morning listening
- 21:07Speaker 1: to that.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Ah, but I can imagine a parent or a teacher
- 21:13Speaker 3: or someone else doing the same thing.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Put you know, pushing you hurry up, we gotta do this.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Come on.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Times wasted and and then recognizing, okay, why are you
- 21:22Speaker 1: getting irritated by this person speaking and.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Attempting to articulate her words?
- 21:29Speaker 1: Well, I used to be that way. I used to
- 21:33Speaker 1: stumble on my words. And it all has to do
- 21:35Speaker 1: with confidence and not knowing how to articulate your question
- 21:39Speaker 1: because your brain isn't. It's it's related to us not
- 21:49Speaker 1: being able to connect with what it is we want
- 21:54Speaker 1: because we've not had it before, so we don't know
- 21:57Speaker 1: how to describe it, or we don't know how to
- 22:00Speaker 1: but the words to formulate, the words to ask the question.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And so I had to take a breath with that
- 22:07Speaker 1: and go, you've done that before too, So you just
- 22:12Speaker 1: need to chill the.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Fuck out, because it's okay for her to be like that. Yeah, oh,
- 22:18Speaker 2: look at her grow right. Yeah, but we don't. But
- 22:22Speaker 2: that's not the first reaction.
- 22:23Speaker 3: But that reaction is so awesome, I honestly, especially after
- 22:27Speaker 3: I noticed that the other day, to me, it was
- 22:29Speaker 3: awesome because.
- 22:30Speaker 2: I just I just learned so much that from that moment.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Yep.
- 22:35Speaker 2: So it's a prime example.
- 22:37Speaker 1: But the way we started, we were not blessing that
- 22:41Speaker 1: or reacting to that of which we want. We're reacting
- 22:44Speaker 1: to what we don't like. And as long as we
- 22:47Speaker 1: stay in that type of reaction mode, we're going to
- 22:50Speaker 1: get more of that that shows up in that type
- 22:53Speaker 1: of vibrational frequency. And when we shift our mindset and
- 23:00Speaker 1: often our response and learn from it. This is the
- 23:07Speaker 1: whole thing, is that the self awareness and acknowledging Wow,
- 23:10Speaker 1: I'm really getting narritated by this person speaking, or I'm
- 23:14Speaker 1: getting irritated about this woman groveling and catching it in
- 23:20Speaker 1: the moment that takes such focused self awareness. I'm in
- 23:26Speaker 1: a leadership class and one of the things the instructors
- 23:31Speaker 1: said to us, one of the things she wanted us
- 23:33Speaker 1: to work on was communication through email. And she said,
- 23:40Speaker 1: go back and look at five emails that you sent
- 23:47Speaker 1: and read them and see if when you read it
- 23:51Speaker 1: now compared to when you did it, read it now
- 23:56Speaker 1: and see if you understand what you wrote. And I
- 24:00Speaker 1: sat there and I thought about thought about that. It's
- 24:03Speaker 1: something that I learned a while back.
- 24:06Speaker 2: It's been a.
- 24:07Speaker 1: While about thinking about, like if I'm sending you an email,
- 24:14Speaker 1: how your emotions could get wrapped up into whatever I
- 24:19Speaker 1: say or whatever I send you, not being clear, being vague,
- 24:27Speaker 1: anything that could.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Misconstrue the communication.
- 24:35Speaker 1: And I am very intentional because when she said that,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I said, you know what I do that as I
- 24:41Speaker 1: do an email. I said, I'm very I didn't use intentional,
- 24:46Speaker 1: I'm very aware, but I have sam very intentional when
- 24:50Speaker 1: I do an email, because I now put myself in
- 24:54Speaker 1: a space of.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Acting as if I'm talking this.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Person, as if they don't know anything that I'm talking about,
- 25:03Speaker 1: even though I'm responding to an email or just sending
- 25:05Speaker 1: an email, because even in general, when we talk, we
- 25:11Speaker 1: have a conversation going in on our head, and then
- 25:15Speaker 1: we start talking to the person in front of us,
- 25:17Speaker 1: and the person in front of us is looking at
- 25:19Speaker 1: us like we have two heads because I don't know.
- 25:20Speaker 2: What we're talking about.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Although I'm having the conversation in my head, I've already
- 25:24Speaker 1: had half the conversation.
- 25:25Speaker 2: And now I'm including you, and You're.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Like, I get this almost every day at work, so
- 25:30Speaker 1: I understand that process. So I'm very intentional when I
- 25:34Speaker 1: send an email. And the other thing was what started
- 25:40Speaker 1: this practice was to take take the ego out of
- 25:44Speaker 1: the email. So instead of saying I and me I
- 25:50Speaker 1: did this or I completed this, it's the process has
- 25:56Speaker 1: been completed four And I tell you sometimes that's tricky.
- 26:02Speaker 1: But for most of the emails I send, I do
- 26:05Speaker 1: not take credit in that way. I don't say why
- 26:08Speaker 1: I did this, blah blah blah. I say this has
- 26:12Speaker 1: been done, or this is completed, or look at this,
- 26:15Speaker 1: and I leave me out of it other than my signature.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Nice.
- 26:21Speaker 1: You want to practice taking your ego out of something,
- 26:23Speaker 1: practice it with your emails.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Wow, what it's it's some.
- 26:30Speaker 1: There's sometimes it's a little challenging, but I figure it out.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Nice.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I don't do that when I'm talking, but I can
- 26:41Speaker 1: do it in the email.
- 26:43Speaker 3: But I think that we both do though, because we've
- 26:46Speaker 3: kind of learned along the way. It's I can share
- 26:49Speaker 3: stories with someone, or I can say, oh that I
- 26:52Speaker 3: heard this, or or I can you know, there's just
- 26:54Speaker 3: different ways that you kind of present things to a person,
- 26:56Speaker 3: so you know not to trigger them, right, because that
- 26:59Speaker 3: those are those A lot of that stuff it can
- 27:01Speaker 3: be triggers.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it's interesting communication. It's interesting. It totally is well
- 27:09Speaker 2: and it totally is.
- 27:10Speaker 3: And it's not even you know, it's we use all
- 27:13Speaker 3: this this language and stuff like that that's not even
- 27:16Speaker 3: a natural state for us.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Honestly, I learned. I've learned. I don't even know which book,
- 27:21Speaker 2: Oh I'm learning.
- 27:21Speaker 3: I was reading about channeling or something, and she's talking
- 27:25Speaker 3: about this mother is talking about how she's communicating with
- 27:28Speaker 3: her child that has never communicated, has never said I
- 27:31Speaker 3: love you until she started channeling her, going into her
- 27:34Speaker 3: energy and stuff like that, and then her daughter will
- 27:37Speaker 3: tell her I love you. She tells her stuff all
- 27:39Speaker 3: the time, so they have a great communication now, so
- 27:41Speaker 3: it's learning outside those places. So yeah, it kind of
- 27:45Speaker 3: went a little bit off on the off topic a
- 27:46Speaker 3: little bit kind of yeah, yeah, just another aspect there.
- 27:52Speaker 1: You go so many forms. So we'll just come back
- 27:56Speaker 1: around and remind you of what we start talking about,
- 27:59Speaker 1: not you bet, but audience that. Let me remind you
- 28:03Speaker 1: what we were talking about.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Well I might need that, I don't know.
- 28:10Speaker 1: So as we started out, it's about blessing that which
- 28:14Speaker 1: you want to receive or reacting to only that which
- 28:17Speaker 1: you want or want to attract to yourself and make
- 28:22Speaker 1: that a practice. That is also a form of communication.
- 28:25Speaker 1: That is a huge form of communication with yourself because
- 28:28Speaker 1: your body is going to be the indicator of the
- 28:32Speaker 1: desire or the longing for or the jealousy or the
- 28:36Speaker 1: excitement or the empathy, the compassion. So listen to your body,
- 28:40Speaker 1: notice your body when you are observing something that you
- 28:44Speaker 1: want or would like to have, and have that self
- 28:48Speaker 1: awareness of practicing sending love to somebody else who is
- 28:55Speaker 1: receiving something that you would like to have. So so practice, practice, practice,
- 29:01Speaker 1: that's what we're here to do. That's what we're all doing.
- 29:04Speaker 1: And the more you practice something or implement something that's
- 29:07Speaker 1: going to help you feel better or be and do better,
- 29:10Speaker 1: then the more you practice it, it just becomes a habit,
- 29:14Speaker 1: it becomes part of your being.
- 29:15Speaker 2: And then you really know when you're doing.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Something that doesn't feel good or that lowers your energy
- 29:24Speaker 1: level or lowers your vibrational level.
- 29:27Speaker 2: So practice, practice, practice is my ending to this. Do
- 29:32Speaker 2: you have any final words?
- 29:34Speaker 3: I say, celebrate, So celebrate every moment, right and then
- 29:38Speaker 3: when you're saying all that stuff, recognize how much better
- 29:41Speaker 3: you feel when you're only reacting or blessing, you know,
- 29:45Speaker 3: sending out blessings, only paying attention to the things that
- 29:47Speaker 3: make you feel good.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Pay attention to how your body feels.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Yeah, because the illness is the back pain that all
- 29:52Speaker 3: the stuff is going to start going away.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it is. It totally changes everything.
- 29:57Speaker 3: If we're celebrating everything instead of being about everything, angst
- 30:02Speaker 3: our bodies are gonna they're gonna let us know it
- 30:04Speaker 3: immediately that things are going right or that things aren't
- 30:06Speaker 3: going very good.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Right now, absolutely cool. This is tea time with Amy
- 30:12Speaker 2: and Bev.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Be sure to have these courageous conversations with other people
- 30:16Speaker 1: and or be the example and or be resourceful with
- 30:21Speaker 1: the information you're getting. So share the links, share the content,

- 30:31Speaker 1: a post. So people are out there longing for information
- 30:36Speaker 1: like this, they're asking the questions internally for the guidance,
- 30:39Speaker 1: and you could be that bridge between them and content
- 30:43Speaker 1: like this that is resonating with you or feels.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Good to you.
- 30:49Speaker 1: You can find us on many different platforms, so we're
