Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:21
April 17th, 2024. Five damn, 25, man messed up way
• 0:28
back in January, and now it's April when I mess up and hit the
• 0:32
four. All right, So last night,
• 0:34
swinging and messing up, man, was I off on that one.
• 0:38
And don't even don't even get me started with what I did at
• 0:41
  halftime. Oh, man, Brutal.
• 0:44
So yeah, that was not good for me last night.
• 0:47
I think my daughter's going to Community College or maybe a
• 0:51
cooking school or something. But anyways, put that in the
• 0:54
past tonight we got to get on the right side.
• 0:57
So what do we do? We go to something we know
• 0:58
nothing about and that's the hockey.
• 1:01
And we got the Capitals taking on.
• 1:04
I think they're playing the Penguins and the Capitals are
• 1:09
starting some goalie that I think's never or last time he
• 1:12
played, he gave up a lot of goals.
• 1:15
I don't know if that was this year or last year or some other
• 1:17
year or maybe the preseason. But anyways, I don't think he's
• 1:20
  good. And Pittsburgh, well, their
• 1:23
keepers are very good either. And right now the the over under
• 1:28
is sitting at 6 1/2. So the question is, are the
• 1:33
pucks going to make it in the back of the net?
• 1:34
Are there going to be enough shots?
• 1:36
Because I don't think these keepers are going to, you know,
• 1:39
keep many out. But can the sticks put the pucks
• 1:42
on net? And I think they can.
• 1:44
Why? No reason other than I want to
• 1:47
be rooting for goals. All right, I'll be honest, let's
• 1:50
see, 2 pretty crappy goalies and I'm just going to be rooting for
• 1:53
points. So I'd rather be rooting for
• 1:55
things to happen than things not to happen.
• 1:57
  So that's where we're going. So we're going over 6 1/2 total
• 2:01
goals between the Capitals and the Penguins in tonight's NHL
• 2:06
hockey action. Same thing, Better than that.
• 2:08
Pound it. That's my pick, and I'm sticking
• 2:10
to it. Don't forget to rate, review,
