- 1:12Speaker 2: people think podcasts about work are boring, and sure they
- 1:16Speaker 2: definitely can be. But understanding of professionals routine shows us
- 1:20Speaker 2: how they achieve their success little by little, day after day.
- 1:24Speaker 2: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 1:27Speaker 2: seem boring to save, plan and make calculated decisions with
- 1:30Speaker 2: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 1:33Speaker 2: you live a more happily fulfilled life. P and C
- 1:36Speaker 2: Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since
- 1:41Speaker 2: eighteen sixty five is a service mark of the PNC
- 1:44Speaker 2: Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank National Association
- 1:48Speaker 2: Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Well AI be the destruction of our culture and economic prosperity.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Let's talk like it's just me and you, nobody watching.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I'll say it if they listen to me and you,
- 2:02Speaker 3: if they listen to us. But our ability to influence
- 2:06Speaker 3: people is in competition right with outside entities trying to
- 2:10Speaker 3: influence them. So if they take complete direction, I don't
- 2:14Speaker 3: want to hear what you think or why you think.
- 2:16Speaker 3: You shouldn't listen to me. Just listen right, and we
- 2:19Speaker 3: can help condition them to the pathway that they should take.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Then yeah, it could bring about that. And what I
- 2:25Speaker 3: want to do is because there's always going to be
- 2:28Speaker 3: the dark side of it, right absolutely, as the future is,
- 2:31Speaker 3: you have to use your imagination or imagination is the
- 2:33Speaker 3: most important powerful tool that we have, right because it's
- 2:37Speaker 3: what separates us from animals. We can imagine something and
- 2:40Speaker 3: then make it. So, so if you want to know
- 2:42Speaker 3: the future of a people ask them they collective memories.
- 2:47Speaker 3: What are your collective memories? Our collective memories are based
- 2:50Speaker 3: in trauma, right, mostly, so that means that we start
- 2:55Speaker 3: thinking that something negative is going to happen, And the
- 2:57Speaker 3: sentiment around any technology right creates the way that people
- 3:03Speaker 3: utilize it or don't utilize it. So if you think
- 3:05Speaker 3: of it negative, then you're going to stay away from it.
- 3:07Speaker 3: You think that there's something positive, then of course then
- 3:09Speaker 3: you will use it. So I believe that it's up
- 3:11Speaker 3: to us to both give people that defense system of
- 3:14Speaker 3: knowing how this tech can be used against us, but
- 3:17Speaker 3: also make sure that we plan offense and we have
- 3:20Speaker 3: an idea, right and a goal and a vision for
- 3:23Speaker 3: how we're going to utilize AI in this time that
- 3:27Speaker 3: we have. Because I believe that black people are the
- 3:29Speaker 3: most resilient people on the planet Earth. We've done been
- 3:31Speaker 3: through all of the different things that you can go
- 3:33Speaker 3: through as a people. So in a time that requires
- 3:36Speaker 3: mental resilience, we got it. But you need also time.
- 3:40Speaker 3: And that's why I don't think time is a number
- 3:41Speaker 3: one asset no more. It's cognition because you have all
- 3:45Speaker 3: the time in the world, but what is your quality
- 3:47Speaker 3: of thought? And so now cognition becomes a KPI in
- 3:50Speaker 3: a business to where I don't want to just hire
- 3:52Speaker 3: somebody based on their capability. I want to hire you
- 3:54Speaker 3: based on your capacity.
- 3:56Speaker 1: As a follow up, what tools and AI are you
- 4:00Speaker 1: using that you have not talked about publicly before, because
- 4:03Speaker 1: I know you've been deep in a rapid hole for
- 4:04Speaker 1: the last two years.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I don't even to be honest with you, I don't
- 4:10Speaker 3: use that many tools, but the way I use them transforms. Okay, yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 3: I mean, so everybody's seeing a report on MIT where
- 4:21Speaker 3: they were saying that it gives you cognitive debt. And
- 4:23Speaker 3: of course that report had, you know, some triggers in
- 4:26Speaker 3: there to see if people is actually reading it utilizing
- 4:29Speaker 3: AI or not, right, But at the bottom of the
- 4:32Speaker 3: report it was talking about cognitive debt, which is what
- 4:35Speaker 3: you take on. Right, the more you scroll and the
- 4:38Speaker 3: more you're using AI without thinking, right, So I look
- 4:42Speaker 3: at like wealth, I mean, wellness is going to be
- 4:45Speaker 3: the new form of wealth, and cognition is the new
- 4:47Speaker 3: asset class, right, And so I make sure before I'm
- 4:50Speaker 3: using the AI, I'm doing the thinking myself. Yeah, because
- 4:54Speaker 3: you don't, it decreases your long term thinking. Short term
- 4:57Speaker 3: it will increase write your long term memory, but long
- 5:00Speaker 3: term you will increase your decrease your long term memory.
- 5:03Speaker 3: So my interaction with it is always making sure that
- 5:06Speaker 3: it's my first mind that's guiding me, and I'm always
- 5:09Speaker 3: questioning what is giving me right, And so I think
- 5:13Speaker 3: some people's interaction with it, because it's nice and it
- 5:16Speaker 3: says exactly what you want to hear, they become delusion
- 5:19Speaker 3: as if they're getting real truth.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's almost like a messianic digital figure.
- 5:22Speaker 3: One hundred percent.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:24Speaker 3: And so I make sure that my interactions are these
- 5:26Speaker 3: are my thoughts. I'm challenging the AI. I'm actually doing research,
- 5:30Speaker 3: and I'm focused on neuro adaptation. I don't I'm not
- 5:34Speaker 3: focused on memory no more, right, I'm focused on understanding
- 5:37Speaker 3: and how do these processes stay. I don't want to
- 5:40Speaker 3: feel smart for a moment, but then you asked me
- 5:42Speaker 3: what I said last week. I don't remember what the
- 5:44Speaker 3: hell I say right. So it's more so about your
- 5:47Speaker 3: rituals that you do alongside AI that optimizes right, your
- 5:51Speaker 3: cognition and your awareness. So the journaling right, the execution right,
- 5:56Speaker 3: taking action on the insights that you gain. I think
- 5:59Speaker 3: those are the way to actually optimize because in all
- 6:01Speaker 3: of the studies they will show you that human plus
- 6:04Speaker 3: AI has outperformed right. Just human right or just AI.
- 6:09Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:13Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 6:17Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 6:21Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 6:25Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 6:29Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 6:33Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 6:38Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 6:41Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 6:44Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 6:48Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 6:52Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 6:56Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 7:05Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
