A brand-new, Ohio-made carousel just debuted at the State Fairgrounds, designed by local artisans and themed around the Buckeye State’s rich history and landmarks. Governor Mike DeWine and First Lady Fran DeWine cut the ribbon, celebrating this $2.5 million project as a game-changer for fairgoers — featuring 24 painted scenes, all 88 Ohio counties, and even a wheelchair-accessible chariot.
