- 0:39SPEAKER_00: In the trust that for you to just hear my story and consider a possibility, maybe also for you.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I'm not trying to win anyone over or convince anyone.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: I just want to share the profound gift that took place inside of me, and I want to really honor it.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: So for those of you who are new to our podcast, welcome.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: This podcast is all about aligning with the presence of God Almighty and embodying that truth.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And in this year, too, we're focusing on relationships, sacred partnerships, relationships, and most important, it is the relationship within, which is the relationship with the presence of God Almighty.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: That's the most important episode relationship.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: And for those of you who are returning, thank you so much.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: We appreciate you so much.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And I just love each episode that gets to be recorded and share this raw, real, vulnerable state space with you, where it's never ever edited in any rich way.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: So welcome to this hour.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: As I'm going to rewind a little bit because you have been hearing in the last couple of episodes what I had been experiencing with the intensity of the symptomology of menopause that I have been experiencing, particularly that really kick-started, end of August, and September, today's the end of September, and frankly, it was the hardest month for me on many levels, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: I truly believe that I experienced such an intense level of discomfort in every area in me.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: And along the way, I felt that I felt really helpless, to be honest.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: I had pulled every tool I had out of my toolbox over all these years and addressing in everywhere I can, especially when beginning of the month, Michael went on his travel with his mom.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: And I found myself in this space of each day having more and more challenged to face the levels of symptoms that had piled up.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: And it seemed like I could not get a hold over myself over them.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you've ever experienced that, where you know yourself sober, you know you're very strong, you know you're very capable, you know you can handle things, and you have handled things really well before in your life, and you you can go through difficulty.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: It's not a big deal.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: You go through it and you handle it well, and then and then at some point something takes place.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: It seems like it's knocking the breath out of you, and you don't understand why you can't handle this the way you used to.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: Maybe some of you can resonate with this, and maybe some of you can't, but at least if you can't, maybe you can have compassion for those who are going through this.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: And if that's a mother or a sister or aunt, you know, a friend, wife going through this, you can be a better compassionate listener, at least, to truly recognize it is a real struggle because it's not on one area, it's it's until many, it's the the body's going through all its changes, their emotions is all over the place, their thoughts are governed by all these different thoughts that are kicking in, and there's just a lot of pressure and challenge around that.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: So, which I don't want to emphasize so much on that because I want to share the miracle of what happened, and sometimes it seems like we're hitting our end.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: I truly felt this month I'm hitting my end.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: And those of you that know me, you know I'm a very strong being, you know that I've gone through so many life challenges, and I can handle things.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And my my to-go is always the presence of God Almighty.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: And I tell you, even me at this level, where I'm also a leader, where I'm also a mentor, I'm here to tell you that I hit an end, literally, where I just couldn't get myself together.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: It was overwhelming, overwhelming from the level of grief, overwhelming from the level of sadness, overwhelming from the level of pain, overwhelming on so many levels, to a point which was not this past Sunday, the Sunday before.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Michael said, honey, why don't you just why don't you just come here and talk?
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And if you listen to the last podcast, you get a chance to hear a lot a lot about that.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: He said, you know, he he started really complimenting me, telling me a lot of my strength, which very supportive, but I I couldn't even receive it.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: I felt like I was sinking deeper and deeper into this space in me that was extremely uncomfortable to be in, to a point where I didn't even want to talk because I didn't want to give any attention to any thoughts.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: And on the inside, I had enough awareness, this isn't my truth.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: I'm inside this discomfort, and it's okay.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: I'm in it, it's just, and I can't escape it, I can't run away, I can't numb it, I can't do anything with it other than be present to it.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: And it's so uncomfortable being present to it.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Have you ever experienced where you're just cornered and you cannot escape?
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: You have to face whatever it is in you, and it may be several things that's coming up, but you're gonna have to face it.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: So as Michael saw me, he said, Do you want to just talk about it?
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: And I was just so uncomfortable even talking about it because I knew if I I don't want to, I don't want to talk about something, so I don't make it bigger because it already seems bigger on the inside.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: But I've also learned if I don't talk it out, it remains bigger on the inside, it gets even larger.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of time when it's when it's hitting at this level, it wants to come out and be released, so we can't suppress it.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: And I know this, I work with people, I know what happens in this space.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: I'm mentored to help people move out of this, so I'm familiar with it's also happening with me.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: But now it happened to be where it's all the menopause symptoms, like cascade of symptoms coming together and pushing on all of this.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: So as Michael and I sit on the couch, he's like, just start talking.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: And I asked him, I said, if I start talking, you have to promise you cannot speak, you can't interrupt me, no judgment, and just safe space.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: I need a safe space for this to come out because I could tell it was starting to touch on a few areas in my life that was very, very, very sensitive.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: And it was associated with the life experience that had a lot of pain associated with it, emotionally, mentally, physically, everything.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So as I began speaking through it, I just started sobbing, just started crying, and and I came to this point where I really spoke about the safety in my body.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: And I spoke about how for the majority of my life I'd not felt safe being in my body.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: And and not being safe in the body translated also that I had to do things so well, so perfectly, so good, so that I don't get hurt.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: So this had been a survival defense mechanism in me that had worked for a long time, but now that I've gotten to this menopause state, it no longer works, it cannot operate.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: So my whole system is rejecting that.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: The other part of it was for the longest time in me, I had to be extremely strong, and especially again, another survival mechanism that I learned growing up, because if I wasn't, I would get really hurt.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: There was no room to be weak, there was no room to be vulnerable as a child.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So I was very busy watching my parents, the all the challenges that my parents were experiencing individually and together, and the conflict and the dysfunction and abusive.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: So there was no room for me to, it's almost like for me to have needs or be vulnerable.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I always kept being worried about my mom and worried about what my dad would do and how violent he would get.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: So growing up in that, somehow this almost trained me, let me let me do my things right.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: So my parents like never had to worry about my study whatsoever.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: I just did them so I don't get into any kind of trouble, so there wouldn't be a consequence.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: And this came with a price, obviously, it took me a long time to heal out of that and transform out of that as a protect protective mechanism that I had developed and the survival until you get to a point that it's like this is no longer sustaining.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: And I had done a lot of healing work around this, just like many of you.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: You've gone through your essential journey, you experienced a lot of various levels of healing, and then there are things that circle around the neck, what is this?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: It's like a deeper level, and this deeper level is because you're capable of meeting the emotions that were suppressed way deeper in you that you couldn't access before.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: So, one of the gifts is menopause is that with with the lack of sleep, with the sweating, night sweats, with the hot flashes, with the heart palpitations, with the shortness of breath, with rain fog, with changes in skin, changes in everything that one goes through.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: There is a part that on the inside I get to really witness it's pushing up all of these inner pains and emotions that's been suppressed.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: And I noticed that every time I would have the sweat, I would have the, then I would have the hot flash.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: Next thing would be there would be a change in my mood.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: And then that change in the mood, change in my emotion, would then tap into these other emotions that were then, I started tracking them.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's tapping in something in the past.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: So having said all of this, on Sunday, not this past Sunday, not last Sunday, as I became very aware, I I said, I said, my God, it's like it's like, you know, for years I never wanted to, it's like I've denied being in the body because being in the body was associated with getting hurt.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: You know, whether it was all kinds of hurts, let's just say.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: So it's like disconnect from that.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: And as a result of that disconnect, the heat, the the true transformation couldn't take place because I've had to meet it.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: So on this particular day, there was nowhere else to go.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: And Michael's like, just talk it out.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: So I began slowly talking about during the time where I was not well before I had my NDE.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: And there were things I talk about that I haven't talked about, how painful emotionally, mentally, physically that was, and just give myself permission to meet the hurt, meet the pain, and cry it all out.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: I get to talk about, I get to actually talk about my the breakup, my very first boyfriend who was very abusive, and that how that scarred me, and and got to really, really meet with that.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: So I got a chance to actually speak up and speak out on things that I'd not spoken about.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: And it was so difficult to even bring it to words because I didn't want to give them, I didn't want to give it power.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: But what what happened was as I spoke it, I knew I had to replace inside of me in that moment the safety of the presence of God.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: So I said, God, you are my safety.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: God Almighty, you are my sense of security.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: You are in this body.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Come in this body, hold me, help me be in this body and be safe in this body.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: For those of you who've had a challenge with feeling safe, you would really, really relate to this.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: And this is what happened.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: As I began saying that, I started just crying and crying, like released.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: As I was releasing this part of my chest, like just started opening up, and it was like as if light was coming out of it.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: And I felt like I'm coming out of a spider web that I'd been in for four weeks.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: I started like coming out of it, and I felt elevated and elevated and elevated, and I was like, wow, this is amazing.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And I went a little bit deeper and further with the presence of God Almighty.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: So that was amazing.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: I thank Michael a lot that he was able to hold a very quiet space of non-interruptive, completely unconditionally listening, which helped.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: But I want to tell you what the miracle was.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: That was amazing.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that was the opening to what happened that that night, middle of the night.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: So that night as I went to bed, middle of the night, that Sunday night, early hour in the Monday morning, as I was awoken, I was awoken by the presence of God Almighty.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: And with that was the presence of Christ, the living Christ Jesus.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: And he came close to me, like very, very close, and I said, I said, Jesus, I'm gonna have you enter in me, and I'm gonna have you turn this body around, renew it in its original mind, renew it in its original health, renew it in its original thinking, original emotion, original physical perfection.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: It was so incredible as I said those words, and I said, I declare that there is perfect progesterone, estrogen, testosterone in my body.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: I declare there is perfect serotonin, oxytocin, neuropinephrine, dopamine in this body.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: I declare the microchondrias are perfectly healthy in God.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I declare so I started going through a declaration, and as I said each declaration very strongly, I claimed the Christ's presence in me, and it was incredible.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: I saw in my body, my body just started shifting and molding.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: I I can't even tell you what happened.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Something started happening inside my body, and I closed my eyes, I went to bed, I woke up like nine in the morning Monday, and I had no symptoms throughout the entire day.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: I could experience um I've become renewed, I had resurrected out of this hole.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: I had been pulled out of this hole, and I was standing on something different.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: I didn't have any symptom on Tuesday, I didn't have any symptom on Wednesday, I didn't have any symptom on Thursday, I didn't have any symptom on Friday, and I have not had any symptoms after four and a half weeks of insane symptoms and watching several videos that are saying all of this happening, you need to do this, you need to go hormone replacement therapy, and you need to do this and this.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: No, I did make some changes, so let me just be clear.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: I I'm not taking hormone replacement therapy, and for whoever is taking it, that's beautiful for you.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: I'm not here to tell you not to take it, I'm just sharing my story.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: For me was not to take it, for me was to go through the experience that I was and to have the understanding that the heavy emotions inside of us in the female body that we have not faced, the gift of menopause, it is giving us the opportunity to actually face them.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: And if we dare to face them boldly, not suppress them, because often they've been suppressed, they will resurrect out of us and they fear us, and suddenly we don't have these symptoms.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: What if the whole gift of menopause has been for us to meet the emotions of the symptoms?
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: The symptoms are only communicating the emotions that have been within from the thoughts that we've been thinking and the beliefs that have been held in.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: What if it's an entire rewiring?
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: What is an entire renewal so that the wisdom that we're sitting on can come from instead of the pain and the hurts that we've experienced because those are the ones that are forefront and it wants to free from us from the inside.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: What if the gift of menopause is for us women to be in this pause state to change things around?
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: So I will share with you.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: I'd have to change things around, I've had to shift my entire schedule around, I've had to become more caring for me, more self-loving, and communicate it.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Communicate it to Michael, communicate it to my sons, communicate it to my brother that I'm I'm taking better care of myself.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: So that means no, I'm not going to be self-compromising for you.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: This is my time to give to me.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: And it's not about being selfish, it's self-loving.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: It's my time to give to me after years and years and years and years of overextension for everybody else.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: What if the gift of menopause is the return to self?
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: And as that return to self is, it's the return to God.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: What if the return, what if the gift of menopause is to awaken woman so that she does no longer, she no longer Devalues herself or allows herself to continue to walk a path that is not good for her, that will lead to some kind of illness because of how much is suppressed.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: What if the gift of menopause is to be able to bring the relationships of let's say your children to you, your spouse to you closer by your ability to actually speak about the needs you have?
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: So your needs are not just stepped on by you, but stepped on by your family members.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: What if the gift of menopause is the most transformational moment in a woman's life because perimenopause has been starting at least 10 years before that or 14 years before?
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: And now it's come.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: So as we meet this, then we can actually begin to really enjoy the blessings that the presence of God Almighty has placed inside of us as a divine design for women to go through so they can give so much to everything and everyone through their life, and then arrive to this point to like now I'm ready to really receive and radiate and experience the blessings of God as God Almighty has given me, I can now really enjoy it without having to compromise myself.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: What if each of you, if you're struggling with this, you can lean on the presence of God Almighty?
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: What if menopause is guiding us women to trust the presence of God Almighty's perfect health in us more than anything else?
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Because I'm seeing it.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: I'm 10 days more, absolutely no symptoms.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: So what is that?
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Yes, I did add fish to my food, but I had added fish to my food two weeks before that.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: I still had an insane level of symptoms.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: I am going to the gym, yes.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: I'm journaling, yes.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: I started reading scripture even more.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: I started reading book, just giving time to myself.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: But the key happened is when I invited the presence of Yeshua, living Christ, enter in me and take me, and for me to claim that which I'm experiencing isn't my truth.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: My truth is perfect health, my truth is complete divine design that God Almighty has in my life.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: These symptoms are not the truth.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: The emotions I'm experiencing are not my truth.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: Who God Almighty made me is my truth.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: And what if I'm going through this so I can have, just as always, a direct experience from going through the hardest of the hardest, and at that last hour, this miracle experiencing in me so that I can have a voice, and this is the next phase of my service to humanity.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: What if?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Clearly, there's a part of it that I'm speaking about it.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: So my whole point is this.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: What if it's time to revolutionize what menopause is instead of how it is so doom and gloom and insane in the Western world?
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: I started, I started watching video, I was like, it's horrible.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: I don't, this is terrible, it's so negative.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: I want no part in this.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: Then what is it that the women in other countries go through?
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: They don't have this.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: What is it?
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: So there's something going on.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: Yes, of course, the Western world woman has a lot more on her plate.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: We do, absolutely.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: But what if we're here to transform that?
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna stand here on this on this side of believing menopause is to be shift shaped around and shifted around and begin looking at it from the place of true transformation.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: I've been calling it mini pauses for a while.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: And it is for our men to be on pause, not us.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: It's really reflection for men to be on pause, like, hey, come be of support, be kinder, be loving, you know, give the woman the space that she needs now to better care, take care of herself so you can take care of things that you're fully capable of.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: What if this menopause is about greater communication, greater conversation?
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: What if it's about bringing families together?
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: What is what if it's about greater love expressed?
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: So that's what I'm inspired to share as I'm going through it and I've chosen to go through it differently.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: I declare that I'm not going to go into contract agreement of my consciousness with the way all these videos are online with YouTube, Instagram about menopause that is all dooms and glooms, and they're all talking about how horrible it is, and I know it because I've walked it, but I'm also now on the other side of being in it while experiencing a complete different reality.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: So, what if you begin this way as a possibility?
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: It's an opportunity.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: I can't tell you how you will do.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: All I know is I was asked to claim this, I was asked to declare it, I was asked to affirm it in me, I was asked to allow it in me, and I'm experiencing a different reality.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: So maybe there's a possibility in you.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: I'm not here to convince you.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: I just know, oh my, I just experienced a miracle.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: It is a miracle that I'm speaking to you right now after what I just say, what I've been going through the last four and a half weeks.
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: Not to mention the last several years, but this was the worst of the worst of the worst I'd ever experienced.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: And I thought, I'm absolutely going mad.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Like I've lost it all.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: So I'm here to tell you, I lost what was part of me as an identity with menopause and how Western women experience menopause, a death of that, to the resurrection and renewal of the woman who sees menopause from the lens of miracle.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: A miracle of incredible opportunities.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm standing on, and that's what I'm inviting you.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: And I'm also inviting you for those of you, women, for those of you who are listening to this that are going through perimenopause and menopause.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: If you have sisters, you know, have friends going through it.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: I've started open a Facebook private page because I want to be able to support you, and I want to be able to have a regular meeting in there, just as a support group for women who want to go through menopause with strong faith.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Join me.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: Join me on that so that we can experience together iron sharps iron.
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: We can have a whole different experience.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: Why not?
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: Who wouldn't want to be symptom-free?
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: Who wouldn't want to be not on medication and have a much better positive experience?
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm telling you, I'm experiencing it now.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: And it's a possibility for you.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: So reach out to me, info at Essentialchemists.com and put the subject line women's group on menopause.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: Join with me and let's inspire others as you go through it.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: There is a possibility, why not?
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: And that's what I wanted to share with you.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: As I end this month of September in the renewed and transformation, and it was really hard.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: I kid you not.
- 30:57SPEAKER_00: It was, I mean, I cried every single day.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: Hours.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: And that's why you haven't seen me so much on social media.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: And even those of you who came to our podcast anniversary, most of you don't know.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: And I nearly canceled it that morning because I couldn't even, I couldn't even get myself up.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: And Michael was like, honey, do something.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: And I like really called God in to help me go and go through because it was really hard.
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: And I felt Michael couldn't even understand, as wonderful as he is, he couldn't even understand.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: As wonderful as he is supportive, like he couldn't even hear.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: Because the men don't have an understanding, they can't even phantom what we're going through.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Because it's not taught at all in society.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: It's associated with shame, embarrassment, and also to hide things.
- 31:58SPEAKER_00: Why should we hide it?
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: There is a revolution in woman taking place, and menopause is exactly that.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: Well, what if it's a resurrection revolution?
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: What if it's the renewal of the God-given part of you coming out?
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: And that's a celebration.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: And I want to celebrate menopause with you.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: So much love to all of you.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for joining here.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: If this resonated with you, please share it as it comes out.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: Share it with another woman.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: Invite another woman.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: Let's move through this in a very different way.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: Have a beautiful, blessed day.
