Latest / Sky Signal / The Hidden Link Between UAPs and Consciousness
Transcript
- 0:00The US government has had in the past and continues to have a
- 0:05very deep interest in UAP to include the potential and
- 0:08possibilities of recovering crashed UAP and reverse
- 0:12engineering them. Alien spacecraft. the United
- 0:15States has been involved in the recovery of objects, vehicles of
- 0:21unknown origin that are neither from our country or any other
- 0:25foreign country that we're aware of.
- 0:27Alien bodies, biologics. We as a nation have been
- 0:32interested in not only the vehicles.
- 0:34Themselves but. The occupants of these vehicles
- 0:37to include biological specimens. Aliens.
- 0:41Non human intelligences. Are real.
- 0:44And they have been engaging with humanity.
- 0:48Ross, we're not alone. We are not alone in this
- 0:51universe. And it is a simple fact, and the
- 0:53US government has been aware of that fact now for decades.
- 0:58Tell me about the. Moment when you realized.
- 1:01That you were involved in a retrieval.
- 1:03Of. Non human technology.
- 1:06Visually looking at the object on the ground, you could tell
- 1:10that it was extraordinary and anomalous.
- 1:13It was. It was not human.
- 1:15How close did you get? Well, I was a helicopter pilot
- 1:18and I operate with 150 foot to 200 foot long line.
- 1:22So I got within 150 feet of this object.
- 1:25For decades they told us nothing was there.
- 1:31Do you believe? That our government is in
- 1:33possession. Of Uaps.
- 1:34Now they're under oaks. Absolutely, based on
- 1:37interviewing over 40 witnesses over 4 years.
- 1:40And they're not laughing anymore.
- 1:42This extraordinary footage clearly.
- 1:45Shows an. Egg shaped object dangling in a
- 1:48sling below the belly of the helicopter.
- 1:51Objects with no wings, no visible propulsion, no heat
- 1:57signature. Oh.
- 1:59My gosh. And no explanation.
- 2:06We were seeing objects with our radars, with our cameras, and
- 2:09even with our eyes flying on an almost daily basis.
- 2:12But these encounters don't just involve technology.
- 2:16They also use what they call psionics, which are government
- 2:21military assets that are psychic.
- 2:25You know, men who? Stare at Goats, Project Stargate
- 2:28kind of stuff They. Allege that you can make.
- 2:32Communication contact with. UFOs UAP via human
- 2:39consciousness. They involve us.
- 2:42UAP could be summoned, could be communicated with, could be
- 2:45controlled, and could be persuaded to land all by
- 2:50deploying people with psionic abilities.
- 2:53Craft. That seemed to anticipate.
- 2:55Movement respond to intention. Almost.
- 3:00As if it knew. And did you see that happen?
- 3:03Yes, I did. Pilots describe impressions.
- 3:06There was a communication given to them personally by whatever
- 3:10intelligence, if you want to call it, that was in the object.
- 3:13Thoughts. That weren't theirs.
- 3:15Remote viewing. An individual who claimed that
- 3:19he worked for the CIA doing remote viewing, he said.
- 3:22I crossed over to the other side many times and language was
- 3:25never a barrier. Telepathy.
- 3:27This person can sit in a room and tell me what's going.
- 3:29On at a. Location and potential future
- 3:32events. Non local perception technology
- 3:35that directly interfaces with awareness.
- 3:39So the question isn't. Are UFOs real?
- 3:42The question is. Why do they keep?
- 3:46Showing up at the edge of human. Consciousness
- 4:12On September 16th, 1994, at approximately 10:15 AM, students
- 4:17at Ariel School in Rua, Zimbabwe were outside during morning
- 4:21recess. The teachers were inside
- 4:24attending a staff meeting. Approximately 62 children,
- 4:28ranging in age from 6 to 12 were present on the playground.
- 4:33The encounter commenced when the children observed 3 silver disc
- 4:36shaped craft appearing and disappearing in the sky, moving
- 4:40with a characteristic teleporting motion that defied
- 4:43standard laws of inertia. One of these crafts descended
- 4:48toward the wooded area beyond the fence, eventually hovering
- 4:51just above the ground or landing amidst the brush.
- 4:54As the children clustered near the boundary to observe, several
- 4:58small entities emerge from the craft.
- 5:01They were described with clinical consistency by the
- 5:03witnesses as being roughly 3 to 4 feet tall, wearing a sleek
- 5:07black one piece suit. The faces were pale, some with
- 5:12long dark hair and strikingly large almond shaped black eyes.
- 5:16Witnesses reported that the entities moved across the rough
- 5:19terrain with a gliding non human gait.
- 5:23A second, identical figure was also seen briefly on top of the
- 5:26craft. The encounter then took a
- 5:29profound psychological turn for the older students, who claimed
- 5:33that the beings communicated with them telepathically rather
- 5:37than using spoken language. The entities projected vivid,
- 5:41distressing images into the children's minds, specifically
- 5:44visions of environmental collapse and the destructive
- 5:47potential of human technology. This communication left the
- 5:52children in a state of visible terror and profound sadness.
- 5:56When the recessed bell rang, the children returned to their
- 5:59classrooms in a state of mass hysteria, describing scary men
- 6:04and silver ships to their skeptical teachers.
- 6:07The school's headmaster, Colin Mackey, later noted that the
- 6:10sheer level of genuine fright among such a large, diverse
- 6:13group of children made it impossible to dismiss the event
- 6:16as a mere prank or a collective game.
- 6:19The incident drew immediate international scrutiny led by
- 6:22African UFO researcher Cynthia Hind and Harvard psychiatrist
- 6:27Doctor John Mack. Hind tasked the children
- 6:30withdrawing what they had seen independently of one another.
- 6:33The resulting sketches were remarkably uniform in their
- 6:36depiction of the saucer like craft and the specific features
- 6:39of the entities. Dr. Mack, after conducting
- 6:43intensive interviews, concluded that the children were not
- 6:46suffering from a mass delusion or psychogenic illness.
- 6:50He observed that their physiological responses and the
- 6:53internal consistency of their testimony suggested they were
- 6:56recounting A genuine, albeit anomalous, physical event.
- 7:01Decades later, the witnesses of the aerial school phenomenon,
- 7:05now adults, maintain their original accounts.
- 7:12You know, this is where it happened.
- 7:14This is where it really ended. I didn't want to deal with deal
- 7:17with it coming here and remembering all those so 20
- 7:21years later. We still have the same story.
- 7:24Well, I don't care if people can come crazy, I really don't.
- 7:28It happened. My name is Jacob Barber and for
- 7:40the last 30 years I've worked for the US government and its
- 7:43private partners in both an official capacity as an enlisted
- 7:46man in the United States Air Force and in a non official
- 7:49capacity for the broader intelligence community as a
- 7:53contractor. Over the last three decades my
- 7:55work has been very diverse and has included the recovery of
- 7:59downed UAP of non human origin. In January 2025, Jake Barber, a
- 8:0730 year veteran of United States Naval Aviation and High Level
- 8:10Intelligence Contracting, came forward as a whistleblower
- 8:13claiming he was part of a classified recovery operation
- 8:16involving what has been categorized as a Class 9 non
- 8:20human craft. The operation took place during
- 8:23a moonless nocturnal window within a highly restricted
- 8:26sector of the American Southwest known as the Range.
- 8:31This vast multi thousand acre expanse serves as a primary
- 8:34testing ground for experimental weapons systems and electronic
- 8:37warfare suites. Barber, operating as a
- 8:41specialized transport pilot for a clandestine retrieval unit,
- 8:44was mobilized to relocate an anomalous object that had been
- 8:48detected and secured by ground recovery teams in a remote
- 8:51desert basin. Navigating through Gen. 3 night
- 8:55vision optics, Barber maneuvered his heavy lift helicopter toward
- 8:59the extraction coordinates where he first observed the craft.
- 9:02Illuminated by the infrared strobes of the ground crew, the
- 9:06object was a perfectly smooth, pearly white, prolate spheroid,
- 9:10a seamless egg approximately 20 feet in length and 12 feet in
- 9:15diameter. It appeared entirely monolithic,
- 9:18possessing no cockpit windows, no landing gear, no rivets, and
- 9:23no visible seams. Were separate, panels might have
- 9:25been joined. Most critically, the craft
- 9:28lacked any detectable propulsion apertures or thermal exhaust
- 9:31ports. So it became very clear the
- 9:34first time our communication process and procedure was
- 9:39modified. And then just visually looking
- 9:42at the object on the ground, you could tell that it was
- 9:45extraordinary and anomalous. It was.
- 9:48It was not human. How close did you get?
- 9:51I got within 150 feet of this object.
- 9:54There's no engine, there was no thermal signature.
- 9:58I was operating at night when I finally came in to pick it up.
- 10:01So I'm working under night vision goggles at the time and
- 10:06it was quite clear. I I flipped them up, flipped
- 10:08them down and looked at it a couple of different ways.
- 10:11How did you know that that egg shaped object?
- 10:14Was. Non human in origin.
- 10:17Now visually, after seeing all kinds of things in my past, it
- 10:22was clearly something that was ridiculously looking as it's
- 10:26inconsistent with anything I'd ever seen before.
- 10:29I can also tell you that the reaction by my team, we all knew
- 10:32we were dealing with something extraordinary during this.
- 10:36Process over the last. Couple years it's been confirmed
- 10:39to me by ranking members of the UAP task force that what we were
- 10:43working with that night was in fact NHI and it was not a unique
- 10:48experience. The technical retrieval was
- 10:52executed via a long line sling load maneuver, an intricate
- 10:56process where Barber had to maintain a precise hover while
- 11:00ground technicians secured the object within a specialized high
- 11:04tensile netting harness attached to a tether beneath the
- 11:07helicopter. Once the tether was taught and
- 11:11the 20 foot egg was hoisted into the air, Barber initiated a 20
- 11:15mile transit toward a hardened, secure drop site designated for
- 11:19exotic material intake. It was during this low altitude
- 11:23transit that the mission deviated into a profound
- 11:26psychological and biological event.
- 11:30Barber reported that the interior of the cockpit became
- 11:33saturated with a distinct vibrating frequency that seemed
- 11:37to bypass his headphones and resonate directly within his
- 11:41skeletal structure. He described a sensation of
- 11:44total cognitive and emotional synchronization with the object
- 11:48suspended beneath him, a phenomenon he characterized as a
- 11:51psionic intrusion. This is one of the most profound
- 11:55experiences I've ever had in my life.
- 11:56I'm about to share with you. As I get closer to this pixite,
- 12:00I start feeling odd. I start feeling extremely
- 12:05emotional, and the closer I get, the more the emotion starts to
- 12:10overwhelm me. I feel a sense of my mother.
- 12:19I don't know how else to explain it.
- 12:20I feel this intense hybrid of sadness and happiness and beauty
- 12:30and song, and it was very disruptive as I came over this
- 12:37object for the pick. It was this overwhelming sense
- 12:41of emotion, sadness, happiness. I felt like something connected
- 12:47with me. I felt like something had tuned
- 12:52in to me and my soul and was providing me some sense of
- 13:01guidance on what to do and how profound what I was doing was.
- 13:08And it was so overwhelming that I began to cry.
- 13:12As the helicopter crossed the halfway point of the transit,
- 13:15Barbara claimed to experience a complete psychological override.
- 13:19He described the sensation as being possessed by an
- 13:23intelligence that felt ancient, feminine and profoundly
- 13:26nurturing. He reported a feeling of
- 13:29unconditional love so intense it bordered on the overwhelming,
- 13:34comparing the Presence to the combined essence of a mother, a
- 13:37daughter, and a divine Creator. He began to weep openly at the
- 13:41controls, gripped by a sense of beauty and oneness that he
- 13:46stated felt more real than the physical cockpit around him.
- 13:49And then I'm confused as to why I'm crying at the same time.
- 13:52And then I'm do I abort the mission?
- 13:55Do I? And I?
- 13:56So I just did my best to focus on my particular cues when doing
- 14:01this type of work. And I got the load hooked up and
- 14:03I began flying away. And once it was just me and that
- 14:08object in between the pic and the drop side, there's about 20
- 14:13miles in between, I felt like something was inside of me.
- 14:17I felt like I was possessed by the most beautiful spirit I've
- 14:23ever been possessed by. It was loving, but there was a
- 14:29sense of sadness at the same time.
- 14:31It was a very feminine energy, I'll tell you that.
- 14:34I, it felt like, felt like the Spirit of God, but not in any
- 14:39masculine sense that I had ever felt.
- 14:41It was like, again, the feeling of my mother and my daughter and
- 14:51beauty. And it wasn't like a soul.
- 14:55It was like a frequency that I was connected with.
- 14:58The entity or intelligence within the craft appeared to
- 15:01communicate through a direct neural interface, bypassing
- 15:05linguistic barriers. In the aftermath, Barber
- 15:09documented the encounter with forensic precision, noting that
- 15:12the craft displayed no radioactive signature but did
- 15:16exhibit anomalous gravitational properties that affected the
- 15:19helicopters lift dynamics during the flight.
- 15:23His testimony is bolstered by his claim of a visual record, a
- 15:27video showing the pearly white egg being ferried across the
- 15:30desert by a military helicopter, a piece of evidence he asserts
- 15:34has been reviewed by the highest levels of the Department of
- 15:36Defense. I'm still trying to figure out
- 15:44why that happened. I well, I don't want to say that
- 15:46because I have a pretty good idea of what's going on now.
- 15:49And whatever that force was, since that night it has stayed
- 15:53with me. And as crazy as this sounds,
- 15:57it's what's guiding me now and it's what's providing protection
- 16:00for me. It's changed my life.
- 16:06In the early 1970s, U.S. intelligence began asking a
- 16:11dangerous question. What is remote viewing?
- 16:14Remote viewing is the ability to perceive details of a location
- 16:19or an activity that is otherwise shielded to you by it being
- 16:23distant or it being remote in time or space.
- 16:26What if consciousness is not confined to the body?
- 16:31Yeah, but you have to understand what it's for.
- 16:33It's not for, you know, shits and giggles.
- 16:36Excuse me. It's there.
- 16:37It's rather, I have to say some of these projects, I mean,
- 16:41they're very disturbing and. I don't know how much people.
- 16:43Want to hear this but. It will keep you.
- 16:46Awake at night. I mean, if you have children
- 16:48like I do and but they're. Used in very specific operations
- 16:54and they. Were they're selected.
- 16:56For certain capabilities, particularly PSI capabilities.
- 17:00And so the experiments began. So what's coming to my mind
- 17:05right now is. Remote viewing.
- 17:06Yes. Remote viewing is a modern.
- 17:09Term for. What we used?
- 17:11To call clairvoyance. You can describe what's
- 17:14happening at a distance or something which is hidden.
- 17:16Collect accurate information about things of past.
- 17:19Present and the future. This man was employed by the US
- 17:24government to work on their Cold War espionage program.
- 17:27He spied on missile silos, nuclear submarines and tanks on
- 17:31secret military exercises. All were to be found thousands
- 17:35of miles away behind the Iron Curtain, but he saw them from
- 17:39his home in Virginia. For a number of.
- 17:42Years CIA. Had been tracking.
- 17:44Soviet work in the so-called ESP area.
- 17:47And they're really concerned. Because the Soviets, including
- 17:51the KGB, were spending millions of dollars every year on this
- 17:55kind of phenomena. If the Soviets were studying the
- 17:58mind, they're very concerned about, well, what could be
- 18:01being. Done to us.
- 18:03The United States couldn't afford not to.
- 18:05They were specifically. Interested in whether
- 18:08individuals. Could extract.
- 18:10Information or get information from.
- 18:13Remote sites are from hidden material you've never met and
- 18:17who may even be thousands of miles away and literally see
- 18:20through their eyes so vividly. That you can describe.
- 18:23Precisely what they're looking at.
- 18:25It's called remote viewing. And one of the world's finest
- 18:28exponents, who's worked for people at NASA, is sitting right
- 18:31over here, Joe Mcgonigal and so. It was critical to.
- 18:34Them to find out, you know, just what abilities do people have?
- 18:38Joe Mcmonigal was AUS Army intelligence officer who saw
- 18:41active service in Vietnam. In 1970 he fell seriously ill
- 18:46and almost died. Among those involved.
- 18:50When he recovered, he found he had psychic powers.
- 18:54AUS Army chief Warrant Officer. Mcmoneagle was soon working with
- 18:58other psychics for the CIA. Project Stargate was the
- 19:03umbrella code name for a secret U.S.
- 19:05Army unit established in 1978 at Fort Meade, MD, by the Defense
- 19:10Intelligence Agency and Sri International.
- 19:14It investigated the potential for psychic phenomena in
- 19:17military and domestic intelligence applications.
- 19:21The program primarily focused on remote viewing, the ability to
- 19:25seek out and see distant or hidden targets using nothing but
- 19:29the mind. The CIA psychic spy program was
- 19:32called Project Stargate. It was based at Sri, the
- 19:37Stanford Research Institute. The project leader was senior
- 19:40research physicist Ed May. It was May's long term study of
- 19:46psychics like Joe Mcmonagle which had originally prompted
- 19:49the call from the CIA. We.
- 19:51Were mostly concerned with targeting the Soviet Union, the
- 19:55PRC, China. Some of our other enemies Libya,
- 20:04Iran, Iraq. Thank you for coming this
- 20:06evening, Joe. Is it really?
- 20:08Possible. To see through someone else's
- 20:10eyes or sense through their senses.
- 20:13Actually, we're not sure exactly how it works, but it is possible
- 20:16to report on the position or place that they're located.
- 20:20And how accurate is it? Over a number of times, about
- 20:254000 plus times that I've been tested in in a lab under lab
- 20:29conditions, I'm running about 25 to 28% of the time I get to
- 20:33target. And that's a very good success
- 20:35rate. Yes, usually when I'm on the
- 20:38target, I'm around 85% correct on the information I provide in
- 20:43May of 1984 at the Monroe Institute.
- 20:47I've been training with Bob for almost 14 months, learning to
- 20:52control my out of body experiences.
- 20:55I had had spontaneous out of bodies for many years and Bob
- 20:59had been training with me in his lab at the last year of my time
- 21:06at the Project Stargate project to teach me to control my out of
- 21:11bodies. You were tasked with remote
- 21:13viewing Mars and the time period I believe was 1,000,000 BC.
- 21:18Yeah, 1,000,000 BC During that period, my training officer,
- 21:23Skip Atwater, would come in from the project and test me to see
- 21:29whether or not my remote viewing was getting any better.
- 21:33And one of his tests that he brought, one of the training
- 21:37tests that he brought, was a target that I didn't know
- 21:41anything about. Normally I did mundane targets
- 21:45like quasi military targets. Well, this particular week he
- 21:50brought a Mars target. I didn't know it was a Mars
- 21:53target. Who was that directed by?
- 21:55Well, when it was tasked, I was sleeping in the industrial cube
- 22:00at the Monroe Institute and he said, well, I have some people
- 22:03here from the Department of the Army and they have a target for
- 22:06you. He gave a sealed envelope to buy
- 22:08Monroe, which inside had a card that said Mars 1,000,000 years
- 22:12BC. He said, I have an envelope
- 22:15here, there's nothing written on it, it's in my pocket.
- 22:17Tell me something about it. It started out with a really
- 22:21large pyramid. First words out of my mouth was
- 22:23this must be a new discovery. And he said, why do you say
- 22:26that? I said because it's huge.
- 22:28It's bigger than the pyramid in Giza.
- 22:30I didn't know anything about the targets as I was laying in a
- 22:32dark black cube in the lab. Remember, they sent Joe.
- 22:38Mcmonagle to remote. View back on Mars.
- 22:40What did he say? He said he saw giant tall beings
- 22:44there in a very advanced society.
- 22:47And the first thing I heard was a coordinates and this was my
- 22:50response. I got a great view of a pyramid.
- 22:54So that he goes into his thing and he's drawing the aliens and
- 22:58the cities and all of that, but he didn't know where he was
- 23:00looking. And it turned out there were six
- 23:02specific targets that I was given in that particular case.
- 23:06And all six of them I described exactly what was standing there,
- 23:10what was also pictured in natives by JPL set Propulsion
- 23:14Laboratory. So I finally said it's, it's
- 23:16like like a special race of people or something.
- 23:20I'm getting humans just like we are.
- 23:22They, you know, they wouldn't tell you at 1st and then he's
- 23:25done. He comes out of his transfer
- 23:26whatever opens the envelope and it says Mars with coordinates
- 23:291,000,000 BC or something. He said he saw stuff.
- 23:34I got a great view of a pyramid, a pyramid form sitting in a
- 23:39large depression. It's yellowish, okra colored.
- 23:45I get clouds, a severe storm, major geological trauma.
- 23:50Then I was asked to visit the site before the trauma.
- 23:53They said go back before the trauma.
- 23:57They said all the dirt had disappeared.
- 23:59There were now smooth walls. Everything was flat, megalithic.
- 24:03I said something about, Gee, is this a new pyramid?
- 24:08Did they discover a new pyramid Because it's really large.
- 24:11This is a bone on Mars, OK? That's on.
- 24:14Mars. That's on Mars.
- 24:16That's a bone. What?
- 24:18Yeah. Certainly in a stone that does
- 24:22not. Look like a.
- 24:22Stone and you got. These from JPL?
- 24:25Yeah, really. Come right off a a negative of
- 24:28Mars in their mapping series. Shadow of people, fragments,
- 24:33Memory of people they said go back to when they were there.
- 24:39Large people, thin and tall, wearing strange clothes, skin
- 24:43tight, very tight, almost can't see them.
- 24:46See these little buildings? One there, one there.
- 24:50Here's three in a row. Buildings, yeah.
- 24:53This is on Mars. Here's a building over here.
- 24:55Is it a picture from a Rover or is it a picture from a
- 24:58telescope? Or it's a picture from a
- 25:00mapping. Here's a curly cute.
- 25:03A curly cute It's a picture from a mapping satellite.
- 25:09That's a satellite making maps of Mars.
- 25:12Wow. You have indicated.
- 25:13That Mars. Had a was totally different
- 25:17thousands of years ago. Is it possible that there was a
- 25:20civilization on Mars thousands of years ago?
- 25:25That is a non natural edge. You don't get a 30 mile edge
- 25:32like that, which by nature that's a sheer Cliff.
- 25:37How long is that? 30 miles, 30 miles, Fly by the
- 25:41comets, visit asteroids, visit the moon of Mars.
- 25:46There's a monolith. They are a very unusual
- 25:49structure on this little potato shaped object that that goes
- 25:54around Mars once in seven hours. When people find out about that,
- 25:58they're going to say who put that there?
- 26:00Who put that there? In the early 1980s, AUS Army
- 26:17intelligence officer was tasked with evaluating A civilian
- 26:20training program in Virginia. The program was called the
- 26:24Gateway Experience. It was developed by Robert
- 26:28Monroe, a radio executive who claimed to have experienced
- 26:31spontaneous out of body states. Monroe later founded the Monroe
- 26:36Institute where he developed a system of audio recordings
- 26:39designed to induce altered states of awareness.
- 26:43These recordings became known as the gateway tapes.
- 26:46If altered states of consciousness could be induced
- 26:49reliably, they wanted to understand how and what those
- 26:53states allowed a person to access.
- 26:57The Gateway recordings use a technique Monroe called Hemi
- 27:00Sync. 2 Slightly different audio frequencies are played into each
- 27:04year. The brain perceives the
- 27:07difference between them as a third tone, a binaural beat,
- 27:11which can encourage synchronized brain wave patterns across both
- 27:14hemispheres. The goal was hemispheric
- 27:17synchronization. The premise was that when the
- 27:20analytical left hemisphere quiets and the right hemisphere
- 27:23engages more fully, the brain may enter a stable, altered
- 27:27state without losing awareness. The foundational states in the
- 27:32program was called Focus 10 Body asleep, Mind awake.
- 27:39The body enters a deep relaxation response while the
- 27:42mind remains conscious. From there, additional focus
- 27:46levels were described. States in which perception of
- 27:50time, space, and physical boundaries was said to soften.
- 27:56In 1983, Lieutenant Colonel Wayne McDonnell authored a
- 27:59report titled Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process.
- 28:04The document attempted to explain Monroe's techniques
- 28:07using contemporary physics language.
- 28:10It referenced concepts like holography, energy fields, and
- 28:14the idea that consciousness might interact with a larger
- 28:17informational structure underlying physical reality.
- 28:20The important part is that AUS Army intelligence officer took
- 28:23the program seriously enough to produce a multi page analytical
- 28:27review. It concluded that altered states
- 28:31could be trained and that those states might expand perceptual
- 28:35capacity beyond conventional sensory limits.
- 28:39You've said that US has intact spacecraft.
- 28:45You said that the government has alien bodies or alien species.
- 28:49Have you seen, have you, have you seen the spacecraft?
- 28:54I have to be careful to describe what I've seen first hand and
- 28:58not in this environment, but I I can answer that question behind
- 29:01behind, closed. Doors.
- 29:02The investigation into the modern UAP phenomenon has
- 29:05shifted. We are no longer talking about
- 29:07objects in the sky. While the public debate focuses
- 29:11on recovered materials, metallic fragments, exotic alloys,
- 29:16alleged crash retrievals, another question has been
- 29:20unfolding inside defense and intelligence circles.
- 29:24Psionics. Consciousness.
- 29:27And with that being said, you have mentioned that there's
- 29:29interdimensional potential. Could you expound on that?
- 29:33In terms of multi dimensionality, that kind of
- 29:37thing that the framework that I'm familiar with for example is
- 29:41something called the holographic principle.
- 29:44Both it's it derives itself from general relativity and quantum
- 29:48mechanics, and that is if you want to imagine 3D objects such
- 29:52as yourself casting a shadow onto a 2D surface, that's the
- 29:56holographic principle. So you can be projected quasi
- 29:59projected from higher dimensional space to lower
- 30:02dimensional. It's a scientific trope that you
- 30:03can actually cross literally as far as I understand, but there's
- 30:07probably Giza PhDs that we could probably.
- 30:09Argue about. Several whistleblowers and
- 30:11researchers have suggested that some of the recovered objects
- 30:15did not behave like conventional machines.
- 30:18They were described as inert to most observers, unresponsive,
- 30:23silent until certain individuals were near them.
- 30:28That detail changes everything. If something responds
- 30:32selectively to a person, then the question is now biological.
- 30:38Why would a machine require a human neurological interface?
- 30:43Some researchers have pointed to unusual patterns observed in
- 30:47experiencers and military personnel with repeated UAP
- 30:50encounters. Studies have noted atypical
- 30:54structural characteristics in parts of the basal ganglia area
- 30:58of the human brain, particularly regions involved in motor
- 31:02integration and intuitive processing.
- 31:05These findings are controversial, but they suggest
- 31:09a possibility that certain brains may process information
- 31:13differently under certain conditions.
- 31:16If you believe we have crashed, Craft stated.
- 31:19Earlier do we? Have the bodies of the pilots
- 31:21who piloted this craft. As I've stated publicly already
- 31:25in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of
- 31:28these recoveries. Yeah.
- 31:32Were they I guess human or non human biologics?
- 31:36Non human and that was the assessment of people with direct
- 31:38knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently
- 31:40still on the program. And was this documentary
- 31:43evidence? This video Photos eyewitness
- 31:46like. How would that be determined?
- 31:49The specific documentation I would have to talk to you in a
- 31:52skiff about. During the Cold War,
- 31:54intelligence agencies explored whether consciousness itself
- 31:58could operate non locally. Programs like Stargate and later
- 32:03experiments such as the Gateway process were designed to alter
- 32:06brain wave states. The premise was simple.
- 32:10If the mind can access information beyond physical
- 32:13proximity, then it may function as an interface.
- 32:18Some within the disclosure community have speculated that
- 32:21certain UAP systems are not controlled mechanically in the
- 32:25conventional sense. Instead, they may require
- 32:29synchronization between pilot and craft, a feedback loop
- 32:34between neural activity and propulsion, biology and
- 32:38technology, mind and machine. When whistle blowers talk about
- 32:44biologics, interpretations vary widely.
- 32:49Some take it literally. Others believe it may refer to
- 32:52engineered interfaces, systems designed to integrate
- 32:56consciousness directly into control architecture.
- 33:00If that were true, then the most valuable asset in any reverse
- 33:04engineering program would be the operator, an individual capable
- 33:09of establishing the link, And that possibility reframes the
- 33:13entire UAP discussion into a question as to whether
- 33:17consciousness itself is part of the technology.
- 33:21If so, then modern UAP encounters and ancient psionic
- 33:25traditions may not be separate phenomenon.
- 33:29They might be describing the same thing from different eras.
- 33:33Access points into a reality where mind and matter are less
- 33:37divided than we assume. In the 1970s, a researcher named
- 33:51John Keel proposed a controversial idea.
- 33:55What if this phenomenon wasn't extraterrestrial, but ultra
- 34:01terrestrial intelligences that coexist alongside us outside our
- 34:06normal perceptual bandwidth? What if the UFO?
- 34:09Phenomenon is not technological but ontological.
- 34:14Not visitors from another planet, but something older,
- 34:17stranger and. Far more.
- 34:19Entangled with us than we've ever imagined.
- 34:22About a generation ago, and it gives me the shutters to think
- 34:26that it was a generation ago. I was running around the country
- 34:31setting up all night in cemeteries and sitting on
- 34:35hilltops in remote parts of the country looking for these funny
- 34:41lights in the sky that were everywhere in the 1960s.
- 34:44For as long as humans have recorded history, we've told
- 34:47stories about encounters with something not quite human.
- 34:50Demons, fair folk, angels, forest spirits, monsters in the
- 34:56dark, lights in the sky. The language changes, the
- 35:01reports do not. Sometimes they're.
- 35:03Luminous. Sometimes they're metallic,
- 35:05sometimes they're angelic, and sometimes demonic.
- 35:11There was 1 hilltop in particular that overlooked the
- 35:14Ohio River where there were at that time, there was a lot of
- 35:19boat traffic on the Ohio River day and night.
- 35:22And these funny lights would come down out of the sky and
- 35:26circle around these boats that were transporting cargo up the
- 35:30Ohio River. And the boatmen would turn on
- 35:33their searchlights and play games with these lights.
- 35:37The lights would jump out of the way of the searchlights.
- 35:40And I was sitting on my hilltop watching them, these games going
- 35:43on. And I would flash this
- 35:45flashlight at these funny lights and they would jump out of the
- 35:48way of my flashlight. And so I'd flash in Morse code
- 35:52at these lights and they would do whatever I ordered them to
- 35:54do. And then later I decided that
- 35:59instead of using Morse code, I'd make up my own code and they
- 36:02knew this code which gave me a lot of concern and protection.
- 36:08In the 20th century, those same patterns began appearing under
- 36:11new names. UFOs, Bigfoot, winged humanoids.
- 36:17In 1966, the small town of Point Pleasant, WV experienced A
- 36:22prolonged series of sightings that would later become known as
- 36:25the Mothman Incident. For over a year, residents
- 36:29reported a large winged figure with glowing eyes.
- 36:33These sightings were accompanied by strange lights in the sky,
- 36:37animal mutilations, unexplained phone disturbances, and reports
- 36:41of psychic impressions. Journalist John Keel documented
- 36:45the events in his book The Mothman Prophecies.
- 36:49After decades of investigating cases like this, Keel reached a
- 36:52conclusion that departed from the extraterrestrial narrative.
- 36:57He proposed that these entities were not visitors from another
- 36:59planet, they were something else.
- 37:02He called them ultra terrestrials, not
- 37:05extraterrestrial beyond Earth, ultra terrestrial beyond normal
- 37:11perception. And they are acutely aware of
- 37:15our myths, our expectations, our desires and our fears.
- 37:20Fairies, gin, angels, demons, men in black, UFOs, They're all
- 37:25different costumes worn by the same actors, the ultra
- 37:30terrestrials. And I gradually figured out
- 37:32during this period that we could control these so-called flying
- 37:36saucers. They weren't saucers, they were
- 37:38laced. And I was sitting alone and one
- 37:41of these lights came down very close to my car and passed over.
- 37:46There was a wooded area all around me.
- 37:47These hills were all wooded hills.
- 37:51And it passed over these woods. And it seemed to descend right
- 37:55into the forest right next to my car.
- 37:58And the next day when I woke up in my motel room there, my eyes
- 38:02were very sore, like they were full of sand.
- 38:05And this is a common effect of looking at these lights.
- 38:08It's called conjunctivitis, and it's like looking into a bright
- 38:12arclight. And so the fact that my eyes
- 38:16were affected was proof that I had seen something there.
- 38:20Now, in the years 1964 to 1968, there was a worldwide epidemic
- 38:26of these lights. And I don't mean that they were.
- 38:29There was an occasional light in the sky.
- 38:31They were everywhere, every damn night of the week.
- 38:34Time magazine did big editorials about it, and New York Times did
- 38:39front page stories about it. Now I I realized that the best
- 38:43way to tackle this was to pick one or two spots and make them a
- 38:48microcosm of the whole thing and just study everything in that
- 38:52spot. Learn to know the people.
- 38:55Study every event that happened, whether it was related to these
- 38:58things or not. We call them UFO's, but that's
- 39:01really not a good name for them. They were like living lights.
- 39:04These lights had an intelligence of their own.
- 39:06These are beings that can generate synchronicity,
- 39:09manipulate our perception and meaning itself.
- 39:12Now, what happens when a being like that doesn't have our best
- 39:17interests in mind? According to Keel, these
- 39:20intelligences are native to this world but operate outside the
- 39:24narrow band of frequencies our senses can detect.
- 39:28He described what he called a super spectrum, a range of
- 39:33energy beyond visible light and conventional electromagnetic
- 39:36detection, where these entities could shift in and out of
- 39:40visibility. That idea, speculative as it is,
- 39:44attempts to explain something consistent across paranormal
- 39:48reports. Excess testimony, Minimal
- 39:51physical evidence. Cars stall near sightings.
- 39:55Radios malfunction. Clocks stop.
- 39:59Batteries drain. Electromagnetic disruption
- 40:02appears again and again. If something were operating just
- 40:06outside our normal perceptual range, interacting with our
- 40:09electrical systems would not be impossible.
- 40:12But Keel went further. He noticed another pattern.
- 40:17People who begin investigating these phenomena often report an
- 40:20increase in experiences. As if attention itself plays a
- 40:24role. Cognitive science offers a
- 40:27possible framework for this. The human brain filters enormous
- 40:31amounts of sensory input every second.
- 40:34Most of it never reaches conscious awareness.
- 40:37Pattern recognition allows us to navigate reality efficiently.
- 40:41We see what we expect to see. When something doesn't fit a
- 40:44recognized pattern, it may not register clearly.
- 40:48And when we begin actively looking for something, our
- 40:51perceptual filters shift. We notice what we previously
- 40:55ignored. Some researchers have suggested
- 40:58that the phenomenon may not simply appear randomly.
- 41:01It may interact with expectation, with focus, with
- 41:05belief. That idea surfaces again in
- 41:09modern contact protocols like CE5 close Encounters of the
- 41:13Fifth Kind, where participants intentionally attempt contact
- 41:17through meditation and directed attention.
- 41:20The claims are controversial, but the underlying premise
- 41:23mirrors what Keel observed decades earlier, that the
- 41:26phenomenon may respond to awareness.
- 41:30If that is true, then the implications are significant
- 41:34because it suggests we are not dealing solely with hardware in
- 41:36the sky. We may be dealing with
- 41:39intelligences that operate at the intersection of perception
- 41:42and reality. Which brings us back to the
- 41:45central thread. Ancient Fae lore describes
- 41:49beings that appear in forests, distort time, communicate
- 41:53mentally, and vanish without trace.
- 41:56Mesopotamian texts describe entities who move between
- 41:59realms, sky, earth, and the hidden deep.
- 42:04Modern UAP encounters describe craft that anticipate movement
- 42:08and in rare cases, interact through thought.
- 42:12Different eras, different vocabulary, same structural
- 42:16pattern. If ultra terrestrial theory is
- 42:19even partially correct, then the phenomenon has not arrived.
- 42:23It has always been here. And the interface is not
- 42:27propulsion, it is perception. If the government studied
- 42:33consciousness for decades, if witnesses across cultures
- 42:37describe contact without speech, then what exactly are we
- 42:40interacting with? Are these machines piloted by
- 42:44intelligence, or are we encountering intelligence
- 42:48itself? And what does this mean about
- 42:51the structure of our reality? The question is no longer are
- 42:57they here. The question is, how long have
- 43:00we been looking at them without realizing it?
- 43:45The.
