Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 17. I will then key in on verse 17: A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity. There is no greater example of true friendship than the relationship David (the future king of Israel) had with Jonathon (the son of the current king of Israel) - King Saul. We will pick up in 1 Samuel Chapter 20. At this point, David has already killed Goliath (Chapter 17) and drawn the ire of Saul (Chapter 18 - as David has already defeated several enemies in battle on behalf of King Saul of Israel.
