- 2:16SPEAKER_01: She's not only a dear friend, but a boss ass business coach, uh, Freedom Rach from well, Freedom Rach.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: So yeah, Rach, why don't you get into it?
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: Tell us a little bit about yourself, who you are, and what you do.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you so much.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: I'm so honored that I'm your first guest interview, and I'm so proud of you for this podcast.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited for it.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Um, okay, so yes, I'm Freedom Rach.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: I am a business and mindset coach, and I'm the founder of Freedom School, which is an extension of all the different services I offer around uh coaching, mindset, and business really.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Business coaching is kind of like my primary focus.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: It's interesting how I kind of got into this because it's not typical.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: It's not like I just woke up one day and decided to be a business coach.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: In fact, I didn't even know what coaching was two years ago.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Of course I knew what it was, but I didn't consider it for myself.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: So I launched an online platform.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Oh man, I can't even, maybe like six or seven years ago now, like quite a while ago.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: And it was nothing to do with like mindset, personal development, or business.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: It was a resource because I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And I was looking for answers as to where I could die now, recipes, traveling, basic living.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And because it was such a drastic change in my life, I didn't want my lifestyle to change.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: I didn't want that to be, yeah, I didn't, I didn't want the quality.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: This was a big thing, actually.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: And I think it's interesting because it kind of relates to where I'm at now, but I didn't want the quality of my life to be impacted at all based on my diet.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: And so adjusting to a completely gluten-free diet was pretty challenging.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: And there were no answers.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: No, there weren't the answers I was looking for.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: So I set out to create the exact type of resource that I would love to have.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: So I did it.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And it's kind of funny because I don't really have much more beyond like one day.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I was reading a book, The Four-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris, and it just dawned on me that this was going to be my business.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: It was going to be, you know, this international gluten-free resource for dining, traveling, um, cooking, and just generally living gluten-free.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So I created that, it became rather popular, especially within Toronto, where I'm based, similar to You Live.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: And it had some pretty great reach.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: Like my SEO, I think still to this day is pretty great.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: And I'm not active on it really at all, but I built it over a few years and I've always been business-minded.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: So I was always looking for ways to make it a business, you know, rather than just a blog.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: And I didn't really have much luck at first because it was kind of challenging.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: And I was working a lot with restaurants, which I don't know if any of the listeners have ever experienced, you know, the hospitality industry, but it's not, it's kind of disorganized.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: It's a little chaotic.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: So I kept finding like I had these big dreams and this passion and this mission, but it just wasn't like taking off completely.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Sure, I got a lot of attention and a lot of people knew me as gluten freedom.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: That was the first um business name I had.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: But I wasn't seeing that translate into like dollars in my bank.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: And I was really trying to find ways to monetize it.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: So I plucked away at that for probably like four to five years, maybe not even that long, but I can't quite think.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: But four to five years.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: And as it went on, like my brand evolved.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: So gluten freedom was what I first started with.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: It was gluten freedom Toronto, then it was gluten freedom inc.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Because I traveled a lot and I'm like, well, I'm taking this wherever I go.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: It's not just for Toronto.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: And it was really helpful because again, if you have celiac disease or some sort of, you know, intolerance to gluten or even an autoimmune which requires or recommends you to eat gluten-free, it was super helpful.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: It was so beneficial to so many people.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I was doing a lot of free work essentially.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: I was doing a lot of thankless work, and nobody really saw that they just saw the outcome, you know, the finished product.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So with time, I was getting a little kind of, I don't want to say resentful, but it was just not bringing me as much joy.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And my brand was evolving and I started to show myself more, my lifestyle, my interest in spirituality, even my interest in business a bit more and um and yeah, wellness in general.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And it was, this would have been two years ago.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I was working, um, I was working a job in the digital marketing agent uh industry.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: I was an account manager, I was actually working closely um in the like wellness and and food, you know, gluten-free food industry, um, you know, marketing, creating influencer campaigns, um, social media campaigns.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And while I loved what I was learning at the agency, I was getting increasingly dissatisfied working for someone else because I was applying so much of what I was learning with them to my own business.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: And then things were starting to really ramp up.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And I was like, fuck, I'm good.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I didn't mean to swear if that's not allowed, but I was like, damn, I'm like, you know, things are going really well.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay, like there's something to this.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: And I started just expanding my brand.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: There was more of me, but then I also started like stepping into some of my skills that I was honing and I started applying that to other brands.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: So I was doing a lot more freelancing.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: So around two years ago, I decided to rip the band-aid off, time to work for yourself, time to do this damn thing, you know, um, gave it a shot because every day going into that job, as much as I like loved and respected my bosses, I just couldn't bring myself to it.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: And this was like months and months in the making, but it's interesting because, and I'm sure we'll get into like universe and stuff like that.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: But the universe in several points of my life is giving me not exactly what I want, but what I need and what I need in terms of like the kick in the butt to take the action that I'm being called to take, but I'm scared to do.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: And so that's essentially what happened.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Kind of like my personal life fell apart, decided to leave this job and be an entrepreneur, be a business owner, be on my own.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: And it was like scary yet exciting at the same time.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: And I was just freelancing.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: I honestly, like now that I work as a business coach, I probably wouldn't advise my clients to do this, but I didn't know what I was gonna do for money beyond like three months out.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: You know, I had a couple freelance gigs, but I didn't have like a six to 12 month business plan at all.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And maybe that worked out to my advantage, not feeling like I had to everything had have everything planned out.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Um, but again, the universe showed up for me and kept bringing people into my life and kept giving me opportunities and kept just showing me this path of what I was meant to do and ultimately led me to this world of coaching, which when it was first presented to me, I thought to myself, like, what do I know?
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: Like I I'm not a I'm not a coach.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: Like, what do I know that someone else would want to learn from me?
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: And it was kind of a sign of like me not recognizing some of my skills or some of my talents.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: But initially I started working with influencers.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: And because A, I was an influencer, quote unquote influencer, if that's even what people say nowadays, and I was working with influencers in the agency, developing campaigns and working with brands to develop them and kind of knowing both sides of the coin.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: I was able to work with influencers or aspiring influencers to um monetize their brands, which was the big thing I was passionate about.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: It's like you're passionate about whatever it is for you, for example.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: It's like you're passionate about, you know, living well, eating well, like balancing your life.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: You know, for me, it was gluten-free living.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: For others, it's what whatever.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: I was working with the whole range, mostly within the wellness industry, because that's my background, but you know, bringing them um like monetary compensation, you know, not just let's talk about a brand for free and do all this work for nothing.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: So I was like really empowering women to like know, like, here's what to do, here's what they look for, here's what I want to see from you.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: And yeah, essentially getting women paid um to to you know pursue their passions.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And that evolved because, like I said, I was business oriented as business-minded, and eventually it led to business coaching.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: And then I realized that damn, I've got some mindset blocks in business, so I better work on those, which led me to NLP.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: I became a master NLP practitioner.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: I applied all of the tools to myself to heal my money stories, my fears, my limiting beliefs, um, you know, my yeah, my blocks and resistance so that I could better serve my my clients, you know, better serve my community.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: And long story short, that was about a year ago, actually, yeah, a little over a year ago that I became certified as a master practitioner.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: And ever since, I think I've just been really focusing on empowering women to like to realize their potential, first of all, to realize their potential, to empower them to pursue their passions and to live their freedom life.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: I call it the freedom life.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: Freedom life looks different for everyone, but a lot of it comes down to financial freedom, time freedom, some even location freedom, and um, you know, freedom to to you know, start a family and to be able to still support their family.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: And like it looks different for everyone, but you know, ultimately chasing and achieving freedom is now my biggest focus.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: And yeah, it it's there's different facets to it.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: But yeah, that's that's the journey.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: Well, it's been so interesting for me because I've known you for quite a few numbers of years.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: I've known you Cluton Freedom Toronto and to see where you are now, just the way you've like transitioned, is like I've seen you all through the process, and it's been really interesting to watch.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure there are a lot of people listening to this who are stuck in the same situation and want that freedom life and want, you know, to live their passion and do what they love and not be stuck in a nine to five that's just draining them all the time.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: So, like, what would you say to someone who is still stuck in that draining nine to five and want that freedom life, but are kind of scared to take the leap, or they're kind of in that fear mentality that they won't be able to live out their freedom life?
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's a great question because this is something that I hear so much and something that I also experience, right?
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: I explained that I wanted my freedom life, but I was I was holding myself back and I was, you know, um giving into the fear.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: So, first things first, no matter where you're at right now, whether you're working in a job you don't love, whether you don't have a job and you're trying to find, you know, what this business idea or what this next job look uh job is gonna look like, what whatever it is, whatever your present situation is, gratitude is number one.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: When I was wanting to leave my job, it was probably about a year, truthfully, before I actually did.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: I was really just like resentful.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: I was just like, oh, I don't want to be here.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: I was miserable.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: I was, you know, bringing that shit to work.
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, something's gotta get because first of all, this job is teaching me something.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: Clearly, I'm meant to be here.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: There's some skills that I need to, you know, attain from this job.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: There's something that, you know, there's something to it.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, you know, um, it's serving me.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: Maybe I don't quite see it, but it's serving me in some way.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Number two, it's providing me with financial stability, which again, when you become an entrepreneur, that is fully relying on yourself.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I had to appreciate that I was making money and that that money could then be reinvested into different facets of my business, you know, while I was getting that up and running.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: So I really had to flip my script about what my present situation was, even though I knew it wasn't where I was ultimately going, I had to get out of my own way and get out of my own head and my own like self-pity party and appreciate where I was, appreciate the gifts that I was given.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, whether it's if you're you know unemployed right now, maybe it's the gift of time to step back and to get some clarity.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: If it's a job that you're stuck in that you don't love, you know, it's it's about appreciating like whatever you are getting from it, financial gain, um, skill sets, um, whatever.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: So gratitude was was number one.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: And also not seeing it as being stuck because we all have a choice.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So ultimately, this is probably gonna like sting some people, but you're choosing to be stuck.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: So, you know, number one is be grateful.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: And number two, realize that you have a choice.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: You have a choice, and if you're feeling stuck, well, and you're holding yourself back from starting something that you want to start, just start.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Like it's simple as that.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Just start.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: You don't have to know all the answers, you don't have to know what the heck you're doing, but starting, especially if it's something that you're passionate about and drawn to, you're gonna feel good working towards something.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: You're gonna feel good working on it.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: I started my passion project working evenings and weekends, working when other people were out playing, you know, like I I loved what I did.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: So I loved, I loved it so much that in the beginning I didn't care that I wasn't making money because I had such a big vision for it that I knew that it was going to all work out for me.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: I knew that, you know, something was gonna give.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: And and I I just started.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: I put one foot in front of the other.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: I didn't know how to take photos, I didn't know how to, you know, build a website.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: I didn't know how to show up on Instagram when it first started.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: I didn't know anything, but I taught myself or I enlisted the support of people who knew who could help me.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: And I think we get so in our heads that, like, oh, I'm stuck, oh, it's too hard, oh, it's this.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: And these are just excuses that you guys have to get rid of right now because we all have a choice.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: We all have a choice to feel a certain way, we all have a choice to act a certain way, we all have a choice to be a certain, you know, version of ourselves.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: So decide right here, right now, what version of you you want to step into.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: And if it's a version of you that wants to start a passion project, then then do so.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: And then also don't complain about it.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Like it's like do it, but then also just just be grateful and appreciative of where you are now, because if you guys knew a complete timeline of my life, you would be like, Oh shit, she's gone through a lot.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Like it is not linear.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: You may look at my Instagram or you may look at, you know, hear about my business and think, oh man, she's like got it all made, or like whatever project, whatever ideas you might have about me or Liv or anyone else online, or anyone else you know who you think has got it all you successful, but you don't know what it's taken to get there.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: And so just know that your path will not be linear, but that it'll be the most rewarding thing you you embark on.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: I couldn't agree more.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: Like, just like you, I didn't know how to make YouTube videos or make recipes.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: I kind of just figured it out and Googled and taught myself and learned.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: And I think the great thing about it now is that you can figure it out.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Like it really is all figure out if that's your passion and you want to find a way, you can just learn, take courses, Google how to do things.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: I think we live in an age where no matter what your passion is, you can make that into your living, whatever that is, even if it's the most the most random thing.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Totally, yeah.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: Like we definitely have been conditioned to live within a box.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: And I think because of that, we operate within a box.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Yet if you want to achieve big results or you want big things for yourself, and this is just something you innately feel you're destined to have or experience or achieve, then you've got to start living outside of that box.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: You gotta start reaching outside of that box.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: And the box is the fears, the limitations, the doubts, the insecurities, the unworthiness, the stories that other people tell you, you know, the the fears that maybe your family or friends or you know, peer society tell you of like, oh, well, it's gonna be really hard, or like, oh, what if you like I hear all the excuses because a lot of them have been dictated to clients of mine, and then they come to me like, oh, well, you know, so-and-so in my life said this, or so-and-so in my life said this.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: And it's like, we're defying the odds, you know, we're the outliers here.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: And I'm about, you know, bringing more outliers to the forefront because there's room for all of us, first of all.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And secondly, life is way too short to, you know, live in that shoulda, woulda, coulda mentality, really.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: It's like, wish I could have done that, wish I, you know, or I should have done this, or um, whatever.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Like the life is just too short.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: So, like, let's break out of that comfort zone, let's break out of that that box and go after what we want.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Like, there's like you said, like there's infinite number of ways that it can work out for you.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: I yeah, totally agree.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: And I feel like a lot of people look at the end result and they don't look at, you know, how long it takes to get there, but just like if you keep chipping away at it, like, no, it's not gonna happen overnight.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: But like, if that's like your burning desire and your passion in your heart, you have to put on those blinders for whatever anyone else's mentality or fears are and not let them kind of affect you and like your vision or your dreams or your future.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: And like I know you talk a lot about mindset, and you've definitely helped me a lot with my mindset in terms of lack and scarcity and being stuck in that I'm not there yet, and it's not working out, and how that kind of keeps you in that one state.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: So, what would you say to people who are who like me were stuck in that lack scarcity mindset and are you know also bombarded by people in their life kind of contributing to that and pulling them down?
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: Like, how important is getting out of that mindset?
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: I feel like there's so many layers to that one, but like, well, first I'm gonna come back because I think if we're operating from a lack or a scarcity mindset, we are focusing on what we don't want.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: We're focusing on um um we're like how do I want to describe it?
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: It's like we're we're not realizing that there's infinite opportunity, infinite potential, infinite supply, and that we don't determine the supply.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Like the supply is in the like invisible almost.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Like we we we don't need to know how it's gonna come to us, we don't need to know all the answers, but that gratitude and appreciation are going to take you from the lack and the scarcity.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: Because look, at the end of the day, if you feel like you literally are at a rock bottom moment and you have a All are left in your bank account, and you have no clue how you're gonna like pay your bills.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: Like, even if you're in the lowest of lows, you have your life, you have your mind, you have your health, you have like your vision, you have your body, like you can look to even the most finite thing and be like, okay, well, at least I have this.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: And this is something that I started practicing when I hit a really low rock bottom moment in my life where I was fired from two jobs back to back.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: I was just ending a relationship.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: I um had been serving.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: So I was like in the hospitality industry as like a server.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Um, and I was trying to make this blog thing work and it just wasn't.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: I was just like at a freaking like fork and like not even a fork in the room.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: I was like at a what felt like a dead end.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: I was just like, wow, like my life is literally falling apart before me.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: And despite all of that happening, I started practicing daily gratitude.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: And I kid you not, babes, like the practice of gratitude, and I and I felt like I didn't have a lot of my life.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: I was like, my vision, my my you know, my body, my health, my, you know, um, my drive, my determination, my whatever.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: I was just pulling out anything that I could.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: And within weeks, my my life started to change.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Within weeks, opportunities started showing up for me.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Within weeks, um, I was moving away from that lack, which is that old paradigm, that lack and scarcity, into wow, there's there's doors opening up for me that I never even thought would open up for me.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: And so gratitude is is number one, you know.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: Abundance can't come to an ungrateful heart or mind.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: It's just, you know, we have to really appreciate what we've got in order to receive even more.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: It's so in, it's so sometimes it's so ingrained within us that we don't even realize where we're operating from that lack mentality or that scarcity mindset.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Um, and there's depth to that, there's there's layers to that.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: I get that.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: Like not everybody is able to just snap their fingers and you know shift out of it.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: And that's okay.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: That's not it's taken me years to, you know, get into the mindset that I'm currently in.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: But gratitude would definitely be the first, and also awareness, you know, bringing awareness to where lack is present, to where scarcity is present.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: And again, you don't have to have all the answers as to how you can overcome it, but awareness, and this is interesting, I was talking about this in a live earlier today.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: It's awareness allows you to see where you need to heal, where you need to grow.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: And when you have that awareness, you're sending a signal to the universe, like you're sending it out, being like, okay, so this is something that's coming up for me.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, I'm recognizing this pattern.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm recognizing that perhaps I picked this up from my parents, or I'm recognizing whatever it is.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: When you recognize that that's an area you need to, you know, um to heal, you know, or grow from, and you've revealed it, then the universe can say, oh, okay, you're aware finally, because so many, so many people are just asleep, like they're just so not aware, they're so, you know, walking around on autopilot.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: So developing awareness then provide you with a path.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: And the path is probably not all gonna line up for you right away, but it's going to provide you steps or it's gonna provide you someone or something that you that is uh going to support you.
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: And and it sounds maybe a little woo or like a little confusing or complicated if this is like the first time you've ever heard of this, but it's really about just trusting that awareness is is going to support you in revealing what you need to heal, and then the healing path will present itself when you're ready to go about that, whether it's a person or you know, um some sort of inspired action or some sort of message or or whatever it is, it's gonna look different for every person.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, gratitude and then just bringing awareness to it in in a non-judgmental way too, right?
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: Like, again, I've had my fair share of blocks.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: We all have, we're human.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: It's okay, we're not bad, we're not wrong, we're not flawed.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: Um, and just oh, bring awareness.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: And that for me was was another big thing because while I started to become more grateful, I also then started to realize like, hmm, well, this is how you've been, and this is how you know, basically you've done this to yourself.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: And I started having these moments where I'm like, oh gosh, like, okay, this is very eye-opening.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: And while it felt painful, it led to the most transformative growth that I could have experienced.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: And it totally did for me too, because I remember I was so stuck in my business.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: I was stuck in the lack scarcity.
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: Why don't I have these views?
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: Or I don't, why am I not hitting these numbers?
- 27:17SPEAKER_01: And I was in this vicious loop and I couldn't figure out why I was so stuck and why things weren't happening.
- 27:22SPEAKER_01: And it's because I was focused on the fact that things weren't happening and that I was totally living in lack.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: And it you helped me bring not only awareness to that, but also shift out of that.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: And I remember my first meeting with you within I think it was 48 hours, the amount of abundance just in that shift from that lack mentality was huge.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: And I couldn't believe it that like I'd been stuck for so long simply because I was focused on, you know, the lack and all the things I didn't have.
- 27:52SPEAKER_01: So I can personally say, like without a doubt, that just the awareness and shifting out of that mindset is huge because, and I think you've talked about this on your Instagram before, but the universe can only bring you, you know, what you are like in the vibration of.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: So I was stuck in that.
- 28:08SPEAKER_01: And it's once I shifted out of that, that I was able to receive more and get more and things align for me and I was living in more of that gratitude mindset.
- 28:17SPEAKER_01: And you know, now I have my my daily rituals and my gratitude practices and kind of all my tools to, you know, make sure that I stay in that more abundant mindset.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: And of course, I'm not perfect.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: Sometimes I slip back into scarcity and lack, and then I can whip out my tools and kind of get back to that more, that more gratitude mindset.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: So, you know, for those of people listening who are stuck in that mindset, what is one thing or one daily thing, something simple that people can do to start breaking out of that?
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's a great question.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: So I feel like I have so many things.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: I'm like, which one do I want to talk about?
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: Um, okay, well, I'm a big fan of journaling.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: Like I'm such a big fan, and and not just because, like, yes, it can be really therapeutic and it can, you know, um kind of sh present to you things that you didn't even really realize were going on because it can just kind of flow out of you.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: But I love journaling because what I find happens is when I write something down, and for example, actually, I'll even kind of add it on to what I was saying, like the the awareness piece.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: So developing that awareness and to what you're saying, it's like what we focus on expands.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: So um bringing awareness to something is to is not to say to live in it and to be like, whoa, like this is something I believe.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: Oh man, like this is true, this is true.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: Like, remember, oftentimes the beliefs that we have have been programmed from our parents, from our peers, from the media, it could be past life, it could be generational, like it, it's not, it's it's not typically something that you've made up on your own.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: It's something that you've learned.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: And just as easily as we can, no, not maybe not as easily, but just as we can learn something, we can also unlearn something.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: So becoming aware of some of these learnings that you have, again, chosen to accept is truth.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: Because again, we have a choice.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: So if you've chosen to believe it to be true, you can also un choose, you know, you can also choose to believe it's not true.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: So, in creating that awareness, what I like to do is, and this is something I do myself because I'm human, like like you live, like I still experience periods of lack, or not even maybe lack, but fear especially.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: So when that comes up, I will write down what fears are coming up.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: And when I write it down and I see it in front of me, it's it's allowing me to detach from it a little bit because if it's just swirling around in our heads, it's only internal and it just loops and loops and loops, and sometimes it compounds and it gets deeper and then it gets heavier and it gets more challenging.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: So writing it down for me is almost like a detachment, of course, like not right away, but you're able to then kind of see it in front of you on a piece of paper and read it back to yourself and be like, wow, that sounds whack.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: Like that is silly.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't believe I feel this way.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: And and you're already like kind of maybe feeling different about it.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: And when you can see it in front of you and you can read it back to yourself.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: And I also love doing it because then I like reading back on my journal entries every once in a while and seeing how I'm able to shift out of it because sometimes it's just a bad week or a bad day or a bad hour, you know.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: It's it's but you writing it a is therapeutic, it feels good to get it out and it and it allows you to kind of detach from it.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: What I then do, especially if it's a fear or a belief, I like then writing down all the reasons why I know that's not true.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Because again, it's a belief I've chosen to accept.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: And I know that whatever I believe becomes reality.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: So if it's a belief that I don't want to have, I need to start shifting into the vibration of the reality I want, you know.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: So I like, I call it this like evidence procedure where, you know, so say it's this fear of failure.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, how about writing down even just one, you know, piece of evidence that you have that, you know, you're not gonna fail.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: It's like, well, you know, I've had challenging times in my life before and I've always, you know, things have always worked out.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: Or um, you know, I know that like I'm driven and determined.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: So um, you know, even if it looks different than I, you know, thought, I trust that it's all gonna work out.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: Or I know that failure is really just it, there's no such thing as failure.
- 33:15SPEAKER_00: There's only, you know, lessons or learnings, right?
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: Like you can start to just pivot into like a more positive framework.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: And again, like I did this the other day with something in my business, and even just writing it out, I was just like, whoa, okay, yeah, rage, like you're in your head way too much.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: This is so silly that you're choosing to let this one little belief impact and dictate so much more.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: So just looking for evidence, or maybe it's like, I don't know, there's so many different fears, but it's finding evidence, and maybe it's also here's another thing, maybe it's also not something within.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's something like, oh, well, I've seen so-and-so achieve this.
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: And when you recognize something in someone else, that's a sign that it's available to you.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: It's absolutely a sign that it's available to you because what you recognize in someone else is a mirror for what you desire and it's a mirror for the potential that you have within.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: So this evidence procedure is really powerful because it's a you becoming aware and acknowledging, identifying these fears, but then choosing to not accept them.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: And how do we choose to not accept?
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: Well, to find evidence that contradicts it.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: And why you want to look for evidence is because our subconscious mind is really lazy and it's gonna operate on the path of least resistance, and it's gonna operate, you know, um, based on the experiences it's had.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: And so you've probably, you know, got experiences that could support, you know, this fear of failure or this fear of rejection or this fear that, you know, whatever, um, whatever other fear.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: And what the evidence procedure will do is to then show you, yes, but then there's also all this evidence to support the opposite.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: And if you start to train your unconscious mind to default to the contradiction, then slowly but surely that belief or those fears are no longer going to resonate as true.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 35:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I feel like that's such a great exercise that people can do because I it kind of rewires that subconscious, or anytime that fear comes up, you can kind of like your brain will almost correct it for you back onto all the evidence that you provided to it.
- 35:27SPEAKER_01: And also, I feel like you can definitely, you know, not only use that in business, but people can also apply that, you know, to their relationships if they're having, you know, fears in their relationship or fears in their friendship, all the different facets of their life, they can kind of identify the things that are coming up and look for evidence in all those different, you know, aspects and kind of correct that way.
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: Like it this can totally, even like the fear of rejection, for example, like that could be in relationships, you know, fear of failure could also be applied to relationships, you know, like there's so there's a multitude, and it's interesting because that say that fear, if it's if it's, for example, like if I have a fear of failure and I'm feeling it the most in my business, or or it's holding me back from starting my business, that fear can also spill out over into my relationship.
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: So then I have a series of failed relationships, or I have a series of failed friendships, or I have a series of quote unquote failures because I have this fear of failure.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: Because if you focus on it, what you focus on expands.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: So if you're focusing on the failure, the failure, the failure, well, what are you going to experience?
- 36:32SPEAKER_00: More damn failure.
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: And and failure is obviously completely subjective.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: So it's like all an individual experience.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: So completely, like it's it can apply even to like your health.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: It can, you know, like I even think about this with some clients of mine, or I even think of it myself.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: Like, I identify as someone who has digestive problems.
- 36:53SPEAKER_00: And I've been working with my unconscious to be like, no, like I'm I'm I'm healthy, like I have a strong digestive system.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: I have, you know, like I'm working with it around my health because it can apply.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: Just because I was diagnosed with celiac disease doesn't mean that, you know, I have to um identify as someone who's like sickly and always has a sore stomach or whatever, which used to be my old identity, used to be my old paradigm.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: And now it's like, but I'm choosing to see myself as healthy, vibrant, energized, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: So can apply to any area of our life, truly.
- 37:31SPEAKER_01: For sure.
- 37:32SPEAKER_01: And that's something that I'm even starting to work with with my clients is that story they tell themselves, you know, going back to health, is they are that person with those symptoms or that disease, and that almost perpetuates it.
- 37:44SPEAKER_01: And I think even growing up, we heard, you know, you can think yourself sick, it's in your mind.
- 37:48SPEAKER_01: And that's not to say that like diseases don't physically exist or anything, but the mentality that you are that thing and that's just your life almost like keeps you stuck into that because of course there's that mind and emotional and mindset component that goes with everything.
- 38:03SPEAKER_01: And so not only can it keep you, you know, stuck in your business, your relationships, but also your health.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: And that's why I love like studying the subconscious mind because you truly can like if I think of what my life was like four or five years ago, it's almost unrecognizable.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: It's it's been a complete transformation.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: And I accredit my mindset, which is never ending, it's an ongoing process, but I accredit that as the reason for my growth and expansion.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: And same with you.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: I've I've been all on your journey for the last nine months, let's say, and your growth has been incredible.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: And it's because we're not just, you know, surface level, fluffy-duffy, like journaling prompts and whatever.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: It's like, yes, that is, I love journaling.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: Yes, I love, you know, some of these like fluffier surface level practices, but we're also digging deep into the root of where these fears, negative emotions, or limiting beliefs and stories are stemming from to clear it all and learning to really just like not only master, I say this a lot, but like not just mastering your mindset, but learning to manage your energy because your mindset can dictate how you show up in the world.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: And if you're feeling kind of funky one day, it's up to us to then also choose to flip that vibration, to flip that energy, because we also receive in direct correlation to the energy that we're putting out.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: So I think about again, like the types of people I was attracting to my life a few years ago versus now, I'm like, oh yeah, like the energy matches the type of people I want to surround myself with, or the types of opportunities I want to receive and the amount of money I make and the and the and the end, and like goes on and on and on.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: So it's like energetic and mindset that truly are like the foundations of like receiving and achieving anything we desire.
- 40:08SPEAKER_01: And so now that you kind of learned to master those a lot more and you have, you know, developed your business and to all the successful thing about freedom and everything.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: What is like your ultimate freedom day?
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: Like, what does that look like for you?
- 40:21SPEAKER_01: Paint a picture for the audience so they can like kind of almost like see what's possible for them.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel like I kind of live my ultimate freedom day now, and it's it's kind of cool because my so I'll pay, I'll I'll talk about what my life used to look like in a like snippet and then what it is now.
- 40:39SPEAKER_00: So before, like I used to like literally wake up.
- 40:42SPEAKER_00: I would be lucky if I got like five minute meditation in, five-minute ritual.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: Like I was just like up and like frantic, like up, checking my phone, you know, like on a buzz, like immediately as I got up.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: Frantic, like rushing.
- 40:56SPEAKER_00: Like I was also always like kind of sleeping in.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: So I was always like getting up and like running at the door, like grabbing, like, I don't know, like don't not even knowing what I'm putting on, like how my hair looks, how my makeup looks, not even taking time to like eat, you know, like enjoy my my breakfast or enjoy like my mornings.
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: It was just like up and out the door.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: And then throughout the day, just like feeling like I'm doing like a hundred things at once, like just a lot of frantic freaking energy.
- 41:27SPEAKER_00: So frantic.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: Like that's the best way I can like describe it.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: And then coming home, working, working, working, um, and and always just feeling like I never had enough money, never had enough time, never, you know, um didn't have any balance.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: Like that was a big thing, like no balance.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's old self.
- 41:47SPEAKER_00: And keep in mind this was probably like two years ago.
- 41:50SPEAKER_00: Now I wake up, I'm pretty consistent with the time I wake up.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: I I don't put a lot of pressure about waking up super early, but I'm usually up between like 7, 7:30 in the morning.
- 42:01SPEAKER_00: And I give myself like an hour and a half, sometimes two hours to do like a morning routine, morning ritual.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: Some days it's a bit longer, some days it's a bit shorter.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, sometimes I spend less doing a ritual and I'll opt to go for a longer walk.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: Um, but my mornings are very like sacred to me because how we start our day, the energy in which we choose to show up for that day is really determined within the first hour or two of your day.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: And I'm choosing to feel really flowy, and I'm choosing to, you know, especially like some days, like I wake up and I'm not feeling so hot.
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: Like maybe I'm like irritable for no reason, or maybe I'm, you know, there's been a lot of my mind, so I didn't sleep well, or maybe I've got a lot to do that day, and it's like, you know, I'm distracted, but I will not forego my practice because my practice is what will ground me and it's what will allow me that that freedom.
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: Um, it'll allow me that bal, yeah, that balanced energy versus the frantic.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: So then I'll get into my day.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: I always have a matcha latte.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: That's like I don't do coffee, um, just makes me too jittery, but I do love the ritual of similar to you and coffee.
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: It's like I love the ritual of having a matcha latte.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: It's like just soothing and comforting.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: It's yeah, it like kind of reminds me to like slow down a little bit more.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: And honestly, my day, my work day doesn't start before 10 a.m.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: And this is something I've been intentional about designing.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: It's like, you know, I even yesterday, I don't even think I started working until like noon.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: I just needed like a longer like morning for myself.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: And um, my workload is really light.
- 43:45SPEAKER_00: You know, I have an amazing team of people who I can outsource and delegate tasks that I don't necessarily need to do um because I trust them and I'm, you know, now in a position that I I focus purely on the things that only I could do in the business, such as showing up for podcast interviews or showing up for client calls or showing up for a live or creating the content, like whatever that is.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: Um, and so my days flow really nicely.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: And I have time in my day to run errands if I want, I have time in my day to, you know, work out whenever I want, I have time in my day to have afternoon baths, which I've been doing a lot lately.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: I've I just have time in my day.
- 44:26SPEAKER_00: Like I have time, I have, and I have financial freedom, right?
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: It's this unlearning of I felt like I had to do more and more and more in order to make more.
- 44:37SPEAKER_00: And in fact, I can do way less and make way more because I'm trusting the flow and I'm managing and um managing my energy throughout the day so that everything I do has intention, everything I do has power behind it versus frantic force controlled, which even if you come across as bubbly and high vibe, the energy with which you're going about it is what people are going to sense and ultimately.
- 45:07SPEAKER_00: So my energy is my number one priority, feeling good is my number one priority.
- 45:13SPEAKER_00: So my day reflects that.
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: No one day looks the same because some days I need to have a bit of a nap or a bit of a rest.
- 45:20SPEAKER_00: Like yesterday, I recorded a podcast sitting on my couch wrapped in a blanket.
- 45:24SPEAKER_00: That's what I needed.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: Um, and then I also have the freedom to just, I just also have the freedom to take, you know, last week, for example, we were at a cottage, we got to leave Thursday, and we got to take like a day and a half off because we chose.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: And yet we then could also choose to do some work from there.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: Like it, it's it's a complete choice.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: It's a complete freedom-based life now.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: And I know that I have the ability to a design it how I want, but also to attract and receive as much as I desire when I choose to feel my absolute best first, if that makes sense.
- 46:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and my morning ritual is the same.
- 46:03SPEAKER_01: It's so sacred to me.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: And I remember being that frantic person, you know, hopping on, working first thing because I didn't have time to take it slow.
- 46:12SPEAKER_01: I didn't have time to meditate.
- 46:14SPEAKER_01: And, you know, now I take the time to have my slow morning ritual, to light my palo santo, to go through a meditation, you know, enjoy my cup of coffee and take that time.
- 46:23SPEAKER_01: And it's amazing how me slowing down and me making time for that, like you, brought more into my life, brought more abundance, brought more flow versus I thought it had to be hustle, hustle, hustle.
- 46:36SPEAKER_01: In order to bring more, I need to work more.
- 46:38SPEAKER_01: And that's been like conditioned into us.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: And it's amazing how that's not true.
- 46:42SPEAKER_01: And now I can't imagine not having my morning and you know, not going for my walk because that really sets the tone for the day and it allows me to, you know, be more effective through the rest of my day when it's not started in that frantic state.
- 46:57SPEAKER_01: And so I'm sure a lot of people listening to this now, they want that life.
- 47:01SPEAKER_01: They they want, like, okay, I want what Rachel and like Liz has, I want that.
- 47:05SPEAKER_01: So can you kind of explain anything that you have going on right now that people can work with you on or how they can work with you?
- 47:13SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, how what you have available for them.
- 47:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, actually, I feel like the best place since we were talking so much about this like frantic energy um and you know, shifting into that more freedom-based energy where it's flowing and it feels really good.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: And rather than, yeah, like jumping up in the morning and being like, oh my God, like I have all these things to do and really having all these things to do.
- 47:36SPEAKER_00: It's like, how did I fill my day with all these things?
- 47:39SPEAKER_00: Like it's kind of crazy.
- 47:40SPEAKER_00: So I actually have a free um training called From Frantic to Freedom, and it is designed um for anyone who's desiring a shift in their life, who's, you know, maybe you are thinking about starting a business, maybe you have a business or you've just launched one, or or maybe you've had one for a couple years, and yet you're just feeling like you're caught in this rat race or you're stuck on that hamster wheel and you're just unable to get off because you just don't know any other way.
- 48:13SPEAKER_00: This free training is, I think it's like between 60 and 90 minutes.
- 48:17SPEAKER_00: It's yeah, but between 60 and 90 minutes, and I'll send you a link so that people can um uh register to watch it and you get access for seven days.
- 48:27SPEAKER_00: But this, it's like when I was creating this training, it was like, wow, like this is the ultimate vibe.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: Like, this is where I see so many people being, and this is where I meet a lot of people at.
- 48:38SPEAKER_00: And what I help them achieve and accomplish is the freedom and and not only just like you know, lightening your load and and learning how to delegate and outsource, it's like how you choose to show up.
- 48:50SPEAKER_00: A lot of it is how you're choosing to um operate in the world and and feeling like you're deserving of you know the life that you want, feeling like like or realizing your own potential.
- 49:04SPEAKER_00: That's a big one that I hear.
- 49:05SPEAKER_00: It's like you realize your own potential, you realize that it's possible for you.
- 49:09SPEAKER_00: So, this training, I would say, is like the best place to direct people because um it's it's gonna help you shift.
- 49:17SPEAKER_00: It's gonna help you recognize where you're at right now, how that's not serving you anymore, to shift you into, and there's some mindset tools or some more journaling practices as well to help you shift into that freedom so that you can design your own freedom life.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: You can live life on your own terms, you can make as much money as you want, you can work as much or as little as you want, and you can have massive impact doing what you love.
- 49:39SPEAKER_01: Well, I will definitely link that in the show notes, and I feel like everyone listening should definitely go and watch that because I know there's a lot of great information in there.
- 49:47SPEAKER_01: I know I've personally watched it that you guys can take away.
- 49:51SPEAKER_01: And something I want to end the podcast with, and it's a question I'm gonna ask all of my guests.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: What does it mean to you to live well?
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: Hmm, I like that question.
- 50:02SPEAKER_00: Um, I think living well is kind of what I just said, like living on your own terms, you know, it's not just about the health or the wellness, or it's like truly finding a balance in your life and living it unapologetically on your own terms.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, like just claim like yeah, claiming your power, standing in your worth, and being like, I deserve this life, and um choosing, choosing to live that, you know, choosing to live well, choosing to um yeah, make this life as beautiful as possible.
- 50:43SPEAKER_01: I love that so much because it really is a choice to live well.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: You can have all the tools, but you kind of need to like choose to do that for yourself and and want it for yourself.
- 50:52SPEAKER_01: So I love that answer.
- 50:54SPEAKER_01: Let everyone know where they can find you, Rage, and how to best get in touch with you.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna probably just direct to Instagram.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: So uh my handle is at Freedom Rage with two H's.
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: Um, that's probably where I hang out the most.
- 51:10SPEAKER_00: I also have a weekly podcast called That Freedom Life Podcast.
- 51:14SPEAKER_00: It's definitely mindset, motivation, inspiration.

- 51:46SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 51:46SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, I'll be sure to keep all of that in the show notes as well so you guys can connect with her and also just see her like amazing freedom life, and then you're gonna want it for yourself even more because she's truly so inspirational.
