- 3:46Speaker 1: to all of you celebrating birthdays this weekend. I hope
- 3:49Speaker 1: you guys make it a great one. I can't believe it.
- 3:52Speaker 1: We are almost towards the end of March. Literally, this
- 3:55Speaker 1: is the second to last show of March. And guess
- 3:57Speaker 1: what starts tomorrow? Well, technically already started late and goes tonight,
- 4:02Speaker 1: but it starts officially tomorrow. March Madness is here. We're
- 4:06Speaker 1: gonna talk about that right after we talk a little
- 4:08Speaker 1: bit of NFL free agency. Not too much to report
- 4:13Speaker 1: on the NFL free agency side of it. I mean
- 4:15Speaker 1: there's been some little signings. Of course. T Higgins and
- 4:21Speaker 1: Chase Young both. Hold on, let me see, did Chase
- 4:25Speaker 1: Young go anywhere yet? Hey on, Chase Young, let me
- 4:27Speaker 1: see anybody sign him yet? Let's see, Uh yeah, New Orleans,
- 4:39Speaker 1: So he's going to the state. Damn it. I was
- 4:41Speaker 1: hoping he was gonna come to Chicago, but you know
- 4:44Speaker 1: that didn't happen. But let's talk about t Higgins, of course,
- 4:49Speaker 1: the big contract that he got, and Jamar Chase. It's crazy,
- 4:54Speaker 1: the two of them combined almost three hundred million dollars.
- 4:59Speaker 1: It's in you locked up all that salary cap space
- 5:04Speaker 1: on two guys. And yes they are two amazing receivers,
- 5:09Speaker 1: and yes you do need two good receivers to go
- 5:11Speaker 1: along with Joe Burrow. But come on, almost three hundred
- 5:17Speaker 1: million between two of them. I think it was like
- 5:18Speaker 1: two seventy two plus Joe Burrow. So on three players,
- 5:24Speaker 1: you're well over the three hundred million dollar mark. I
- 5:29Speaker 1: just don't think I could do it. I don't think
- 5:31Speaker 1: I can sign somebody to that. But yeah, so, I mean,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I'm really looking forward to seeing what they're gonna do
- 5:40Speaker 1: with their defense, because that was their main bug last year,
- 5:44Speaker 1: was their defense. They were giving up thirty to thirty
- 5:47Speaker 1: five points a game. And the thing is, if you
- 5:52Speaker 1: keep doing that, your offense isn't gonna win. They're not
- 5:56Speaker 1: gonna score enough for that. So yeah, I think the
- 5:58Speaker 1: t Higgins and and Jamar Chase, I think it was
- 6:04Speaker 1: a mistake. I wouldn't have gave him that much money,
- 6:07Speaker 1: But you know, we'll see how it plays out. We'll
- 6:10Speaker 1: see what happens. I'm just a little worried that they
- 6:13Speaker 1: gave up too much of the farm to two players
- 6:17Speaker 1: and that's gonna lock them up in Salory Camp hell
- 6:20Speaker 1: for the next however many you know years it's gonna be.
- 6:23Speaker 1: I think it was like four year extensions for both,
- 6:25Speaker 1: which I guess, you know, like I said, I mean,
- 6:27Speaker 1: they are your main receivers and they're your main offense.
- 6:31Speaker 1: But yeah, I'm just worried that they're not gonna have
- 6:33Speaker 1: anything else. So let's look at the free agent list.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers is still out there. Pittsburgh Steelers one of
- 6:40Speaker 1: the I think I think it was the GM said yesterday,
- 6:44Speaker 1: he's like, you know, I'm getting tired of this. He
- 6:46Speaker 1: said this out a podcast. He was getting tired of
- 6:48Speaker 1: the whole Aaron Rodgers say, if you don't want to
- 6:51Speaker 1: come play for Pittsburgh, then don't. I'm not gonna be
- 6:55Speaker 1: hurt if you don't, because he's playing this thing out.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Teams are still to find certain, you know, players and stuff,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and Aaron Rodgers is doing what Rodgers does. He's a diva.
- 7:06Speaker 1: He's a drama drama queen, and he needs to be
- 7:10Speaker 1: treated as such. If I were any NFL team right now,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I wouldn't even take him. He's a shell of what
- 7:17Speaker 1: he used to be. He's not gonna win another Super Bowl.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You're basically just getting a rental for a year or
- 7:23Speaker 1: two of a player who probably won't even take you
- 7:27Speaker 1: to the playoffs anymore. And Aaron Rodgers was the one
- 7:33Speaker 1: who said he wasn't going to take his time this time.
- 7:36Speaker 1: He is, That's what he exactly what he's doing. I
- 7:38Speaker 1: don't know where he thinks he's not, but yeah, so,
- 7:42Speaker 1: I mean, this is getting ridiculous. Aaron Rodgers needs to
- 7:46Speaker 1: either sign somewhere or just retire already You're done, dude,
- 7:50Speaker 1: Like wow, So two hours ago, I'm reading this Aaron
- 7:55Speaker 1: Rodgers Vikings reportingly out on Aaron Rodgers committed the JJ
- 8:00Speaker 1: McCarthy's as team's next starter. So where will Aaron Rodgers go? Now?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Will he go to Pittsburgh? Yeah? I mean, we're gonna
- 8:11Speaker 1: see where he decides to go, because now Russell Wilson
- 8:16Speaker 1: is he still He's still out there too, right, my god,
- 8:20Speaker 1: I'm surprised nobody picked up Russell Wilson yet nobody's picked
- 8:24Speaker 1: up Wow. I mean, honestly, if I'm Russell Wilson, I'm
- 8:30Speaker 1: going back to Pittsburgh. Now Justin Fields is gone. You
- 8:34Speaker 1: know he's not gonna try to take your starting job.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I would go. If I were Russell Wilson, I'd be gone.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I'd be going to Pittsburgh and I would sign with them.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'd stay with the Steelers. Let the Giants take and
- 8:47Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers if they want to take him. But yeah, yeah,
- 8:55Speaker 1: I'm looking now nothing yet. Wow. Two I would say this,
- 9:03Speaker 1: two great quarterbacks of their time are still out there
- 9:08Speaker 1: and still looking for teams. That shows you that the
- 9:11Speaker 1: NFL is looking to get younger. Now. They're over the
- 9:15Speaker 1: whole Russell Wilson, They're over the whole Aaron Rodgers. They're
- 9:18Speaker 1: looking to get younger quarterbacks, which is good. This is
- 9:23Speaker 1: the time now these guys are past their pastor I
- 9:26Speaker 1: think that, honestly, I think that Russell Wilson too should
- 9:31Speaker 1: think of retiring soon. Like, look, you've had your time,
- 9:35Speaker 1: You've had good careers. You know, you've won things. You
- 9:40Speaker 1: can retire and be good. You've done more than most
- 9:45Speaker 1: quarterbacks have done. I mean, Russell Wilson has won Super Bowl,
- 9:52Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers a super Bowl. Hell, Dan Marino never even
- 9:55Speaker 1: won a Super Bowl and he's one of the greats.
- 9:57Speaker 1: So you've already done more than Dan Marino did. So yeah,
- 10:01Speaker 1: if I were them, you know, I would think about
- 10:03Speaker 1: retiring and being done. So nothing new major league new
- 10:06Speaker 1: on the free agent front for NFL free agency. So
- 10:10Speaker 1: let's move on and talk NC double A. We only
- 10:13Speaker 1: got two things to talk about in sports right now. Oh,
- 10:17Speaker 1: I do want to talk really quick before I go
- 10:19Speaker 1: into that. I'm not doing wrestling this week. There's not
- 10:22Speaker 1: much new on the wrestling front for WrestleMania right now.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It looks like they're mostly slow building it. John Cena
- 10:30Speaker 1: came out on Raw on Monday afternoon in the United States.
- 10:34Speaker 1: It was a Monday afternoon show. He came out and
- 10:39Speaker 1: he said that he was breaking up with the fans.
- 10:42Speaker 1: He didn't care about them anymore. They're done. He doesn't
- 10:45Speaker 1: want them buying merch, he doesn't want them doing this
- 10:48Speaker 1: and that. And then Cody Rhoades came out and he
- 10:52Speaker 1: said that, you know, find the the find the old
- 10:55Speaker 1: John Cena, because I don't want to face this John
- 10:58Speaker 1: Cena at WrestleMania. I want to face the old John Cena,
- 11:01Speaker 1: not this whiny little bitch, which I thought was hilarious.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And then Ria Ripley came out. She signed the contract,
- 11:12Speaker 1: even though she's not on the match card for it.
- 11:15Speaker 1: She signed the contract, which was hilarious. So I'm pretty
- 11:18Speaker 1: sure we're gonna have that triple threat match. It's gonna
- 11:20Speaker 1: be real. Ripley versus Bianca bel Air versus Eo Sky.
- 11:24Speaker 1: That's gonna be awesome. I'm glad Ria got into it.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I think she deserves it. She deserves a big WrestleMania match.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Do I think Rio Ripley's gonna win it? Probably not.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Who do I think is gonna win it? I think
- 11:36Speaker 1: either Eo keeps it or Bianca wins it. I don't
- 11:39Speaker 1: think they're gonna give it to Ria. I think they're
- 11:41Speaker 1: just putting Ria in there because she deserves a big
- 11:45Speaker 1: matchup Mania. Then she's a big woman's wrestler. She's popular.
- 11:50Speaker 1: People went crazy when she came out Germany. I'm telling
- 11:54Speaker 1: you now, and I'm gonna say this with my whole
- 11:56Speaker 1: chest out. These other country trees make the United States
- 12:02Speaker 1: look like garbage. When wrestling comes there, or any sport
- 12:08Speaker 1: goes to any other country, they love it. And people
- 12:12Speaker 1: could say, yeah, they don't see as many events as
- 12:15Speaker 1: we do, and that is true. But I think American fans,
- 12:19Speaker 1: when it comes to anything, are fickle. And Daniel Bryan
- 12:23Speaker 1: said this a long time ago. He said the same
- 12:26Speaker 1: thing a long time ago, is that WWE fans are fickle.
- 12:33Speaker 1: They want one thing one day, then they finally get it,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and then they don't want it anymore and they move
- 12:39Speaker 1: on to the next shiny toy. For a long time,
- 12:45Speaker 1: they wanted. For a long time, they wanted, you know,
- 12:52Speaker 1: La Night to win the WWE title or the World Championship.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I can guarantee when he does win it, they're gonna
- 12:59Speaker 1: say La Night. No, They're not gonna want them anymore,
- 13:05Speaker 1: because this is what WWE fans do. And I noticed
- 13:09Speaker 1: that too because this morning when I got home from work,
- 13:12Speaker 1: the Cubs and Dodgers were playing in Tokyo, and you know,
- 13:18Speaker 1: the fun part of going to a baseball game in
- 13:19Speaker 1: America is people yelling and screaming at the pitchers. They
- 13:23Speaker 1: are very respectful. In Japan. Nobody yells at the pictures
- 13:28Speaker 1: while they're pitching. They're quiet until after the pitch is thrown.
- 13:35Speaker 1: The fans in other countries really do make us look
- 13:38Speaker 1: bad on a lot of different fronts. But we're not
- 13:42Speaker 1: gonna go there because this isn't a political show. But
- 13:45Speaker 1: we but like I said, we as a nation need
- 13:50Speaker 1: to start looking at these other countries and emulate a
- 13:53Speaker 1: little of what they do, because how we act as
- 13:56Speaker 1: people sometimes is pathetic. So yeah, We're not gonna talk
- 14:02Speaker 1: anymore wrestling today. We're gonna do it next week. Not
- 14:05Speaker 1: much to talk about with that. The baseball games were
- 14:08Speaker 1: cool out in Japan. It's very very strange that the
- 14:14Speaker 1: MLB Major League season technically kicked off yesterday on Monday
- 14:19Speaker 1: or on Tuesday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It was weird because
- 14:23Speaker 1: now the Cubs and Dodgers will go back to spring
- 14:26Speaker 1: training and they'll play spring training games. I think they
- 14:29Speaker 1: should have just put them out their last Tuesday or Monday,
- 14:34Speaker 1: had them and their spring training a little early, and
- 14:37Speaker 1: then do Monday and Tuesday in Japan, start the season
- 14:41Speaker 1: on Monday and Tuesday, and then back out here and
- 14:45Speaker 1: play Thursday for their next games. Because next Thursday is
- 14:48Speaker 1: the official the well, actually no, this was the official
- 14:52Speaker 1: start of the baseball season Cubs and Dodgers in Tokyo,
- 14:56Speaker 1: Japan was the opening So when they say opening day,
- 15:01Speaker 1: technically that was opening day, okay, But officially in the
- 15:05Speaker 1: United States opening day will be on next like Wednesday
- 15:09Speaker 1: or Thursday, when the team start playing. But yeah, that's crazy.
- 15:15Speaker 1: So let's go into NC DOUBLEA tournament. We have two
- 15:23Speaker 1: games that will happen last night. Of course, and these
- 15:26Speaker 1: were playing tournament games pretty much. They were just playing
- 15:30Speaker 1: tournament games for the NCUBLEA tournament. And we have two
- 15:35Speaker 1: to night. So last night North Carolina won big, they
- 15:39Speaker 1: won huge, They won huge, ninety five to sixty eight.
- 15:44Speaker 1: So they went on to the tournament. They will be
- 15:48Speaker 1: one of the seeds. And then Alabama State won seventy
- 15:52Speaker 1: to sixty eight over Saint Francis, PA last night. Tonight
- 15:57Speaker 1: F five forty, We've got St. Mary's taying on American
- 16:03Speaker 1: and then the forty or the eight ten game will
- 16:06Speaker 1: be Xavier at Texas. So that's gonna be a couple
- 16:12Speaker 1: of good game. Yeah, those will be really good games. Now,
- 16:16Speaker 1: the reason I'm doing my show a day early that
- 16:19Speaker 1: I normally do it. I usually do it on Thursday
- 16:21Speaker 1: or Friday. But the reason I'm doing it today is
- 16:23Speaker 1: I want to give out my brackets. So here we go.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Let's look at my brackets and see what I got
- 16:29Speaker 1: for the first well, let's just do the whole bracket,
- 16:32Speaker 1: and I can change it as I go, but let's
- 16:37Speaker 1: look at the entire bracket and then we'll we'll talk
- 16:43Speaker 1: about who I've got going. We also got to talk
- 16:45Speaker 1: today about Lallapalooza. The lineup is out. It looks fire.
- 16:50Speaker 1: And I heard Radio Music Awards were this week too,
- 16:53Speaker 1: on Monday, on Saint Patrick's Day. It was pretty cool,
- 16:55Speaker 1: all right. So let's go through the bracket and who
- 16:59Speaker 1: I picked. So I'm not gonna go through the dates
- 17:04Speaker 1: of all the games. Oh yeah, well okay. So I've
- 17:08Speaker 1: got Auburn number one, Auburn over number sixteen. This is
- 17:12Speaker 1: the South brackets. I've got Auburn beating Alabama State number
- 17:16Speaker 1: sixteen l Alabama State, and that is tomorrow. I've got
- 17:21Speaker 1: Creton number nine over number eight Louisville. That game's tomorrow.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I've got number five Michigan my Wolverines over number twelve
- 17:29Speaker 1: U see San Diego. That's tomorrow at nine o'clock. And
- 17:33Speaker 1: I got Texas A and M beating Yale number thirteen Yale.
- 17:38Speaker 1: That's tomorrow Friday. I've got Old Miss over North Carolina,
- 17:43Speaker 1: who won the play in tournament. I got them winning.
- 17:47Speaker 1: But I don't know, man, I'm a little nervous about
- 17:51Speaker 1: this one because North Carolina really rocked it last night.
- 17:54Speaker 1: But then again, they played another playing tournament team, so
- 17:58Speaker 1: I mean, you can't really look at that and say
- 18:00Speaker 1: that you think they're gonna beat a sixth seed because
- 18:02Speaker 1: it's a little different. Number three Iowa State, I've got
- 18:07Speaker 1: beating number fourteen Lipscomb. That is on Friday. And then
- 18:12Speaker 1: I've got number seven Marquette beating number ten New Mexico.
- 18:16Speaker 1: That's also Friday, and also Friday, got Michigan State over Bryant,
- 18:21Speaker 1: number two, Michigan State being number fifteen Bryant. And then
- 18:26Speaker 1: the West, I've got number one Florida beating number sixteen
- 18:30Speaker 1: Norfolk State. That one is Friday. I've got Oklahoma beating
- 18:37Speaker 1: number nine, Oklahoma beating number eight Yukon. Those nine and
- 18:40Speaker 1: eights are a tough seed because either one could win
- 18:44Speaker 1: because they're pretty much almost even either records usually they're
- 18:47Speaker 1: around the same or they are the same. I've got
- 18:50Speaker 1: number five Memphis beating number twelve Colorado State. That one
- 18:54Speaker 1: is Friday. Also, I've got number four Maryland over number
- 18:58Speaker 1: thirteen Grand Canyon. That's Friday. I've got number six Missouri
- 19:03Speaker 1: beating number eleven Drake. That's tomorrow. I got number three
- 19:06Speaker 1: Texas Tech beating UNC Wilmington tomorrow. I've got number seven
- 19:12Speaker 1: Kansas over number ten Arkansas seven to ten seeds are
- 19:16Speaker 1: also upset city sometimes and then last, I've got number
- 19:20Speaker 1: two Saint John's beating number fifteen Omaha, and that's tomorrow
- 19:27Speaker 1: as well. In the East, I've got Duke over either
- 19:32Speaker 1: American or MSM, depending on who wins the game tonight.
- 19:39Speaker 1: And I've got Duke because I honestly don't think any
- 19:41Speaker 1: sixteen seeds are going to upset any one seeds in
- 19:44Speaker 1: the first round. I've got number nine Baylor over number
- 19:47Speaker 1: eight Mississippi State. That is Friday. I've got number five
- 19:51Speaker 1: Oregon over number twelve Liberty. That's Friday. I've got number
- 19:56Speaker 1: four Arizona over thirteen Akron. That's on Friday as well.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I've got number six BYU beating ZCU. That's tomorrow. I've
- 20:07Speaker 1: got number three Wisconsin beating number fourteen Montana. That's tomorrow
- 20:11Speaker 1: as well. I've got Vandy over Saint Mary's on Friday.
- 20:16Speaker 1: That's a seven and ten seed. I've got number two
- 20:19Speaker 1: Alabama roll Tide over Robert Morris at number fifteen on Friday.
- 20:24Speaker 1: In the Midwest, we've got Houston. They are taking on
- 20:30Speaker 1: the number sixteen SIU E. I've got, of course Houston
- 20:34Speaker 1: winning that one, number eight Gonzaga and Georgia number nine.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I've got Gonzaga winning that one. I always pick Onzaga
- 20:41Speaker 1: in the first round. They're usually good for a rounder two,
- 20:45Speaker 1: sometimes further, but they are usually good for at least
- 20:48Speaker 1: a rounder two. That one's tomorrow. I've got number five
- 20:51Speaker 1: Clemson beating number twelve McNees. That's tomorrow as well. I've
- 20:58Speaker 1: got number four Perdue beating number thirteen high Point. That's tomorrow.
- 21:02Speaker 1: I've got number six Illinois over the eleven seed of
- 21:06Speaker 1: either Texas or Xavier. The funny thing is I bet
- 21:11Speaker 1: on these and you cannot bet on Illinois colleges. It's weird.
- 21:14Speaker 1: They will not let you bet on Illinois school and
- 21:18Speaker 1: it's weird. But if an Illinois school wins the tournament,
- 21:22Speaker 1: it voids your bet, so like even though I would
- 21:26Speaker 1: lose my bet, I would actually get my money back
- 21:29Speaker 1: because it avoids it. So it's really weird. Number three
- 21:33Speaker 1: Kentucky is gonna beat number fourteen Troy, Number seven u
- 21:38Speaker 1: CLA over number ten Utah State. That's tomorrow. And number
- 21:42Speaker 1: two Tennessee over number fifteen Wooford, and that is also tomorrow.
- 21:48Speaker 1: At five point fifty, all right, so let's go on.
- 21:52Speaker 1: That's rounds one and two. That's Thursday and Friday, Saturday
- 21:56Speaker 1: and Sunday. My round to thirty two. This is what
- 21:59Speaker 1: I got going. I got number one Auburn beating Cretan.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I've got number four Texas A and M beating Michigan.
- 22:07Speaker 1: A lot of people say, how can you take your team? Look,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I don't believe Michigan's going far this year. I just don't.
- 22:14Speaker 1: And that's okay. They don't have to. They made the attorney.
- 22:17Speaker 1: They'll get past the first round. But I just don't
- 22:20Speaker 1: see them beating Texas A and M. Number three Iowa
- 22:23Speaker 1: State I got over old miss I've got Michigan State
- 22:27Speaker 1: over number two, Michigan State over number seven Marquette. In
- 22:30Speaker 1: the West, I've got number one Florida over Oklahoma, number nine.
- 22:35Speaker 1: I've got number four Maryland beating number five Memphis. I've

- 26:58Speaker 1: I wonder if that's the Phineas that's related to Billie Eilish,
- 27:02Speaker 1: because that'd be weird. But he is a solo artist,
- 27:04Speaker 1: so maybe she couldn't do it, but he could. Remy Wolf,
- 27:08Speaker 1: mau Pi royal Otis Marina. I'm looking for some of
- 27:17Speaker 1: the big ones. Hey, there's a lot. I'm not gonna

- 28:36Speaker 1: be a cool lineup. Make sure you check it out.
- 28:38Speaker 1: I wish I could be there, but we got our
- 28:41Speaker 1: vacation literally three days after Lollapalooza, so I can't do
- 28:45Speaker 1: it all in one week. But yeah, that would be
- 28:47Speaker 1: amazing to be there. Sabrina Carpenter. I love her, I
- 28:51Speaker 1: love asab Rocky. I love Corn, not the corn on
- 28:55Speaker 1: the cob, but corn the band. Actually I do like

- 29:01Speaker 1: into our next segment, which is the iHeart Radio winners
- 29:06Speaker 1: and let's see who won at the iHeart Radio Awards.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I didn't get to see it, which was crazy. I
- 29:15Speaker 1: did not get to see it live. I didn't even
- 29:20Speaker 1: know what was on. The funny thing was, I was
- 29:22Speaker 1: home on Monday, so I could have watched it, but
- 29:25Speaker 1: I was watching something else. Oh, I was doing a
- 29:28Speaker 1: live on TikTok and rewatching the wrestling that I didn't
- 29:33Speaker 1: get to see all of it. So yeah, I was
- 29:35Speaker 1: actually busy that day. So let's see. Let's look at
- 29:41Speaker 1: all the winners and see who they were and who won.

- 31:39Speaker 1: It's nuts. Green Day Lincoln Park, Metallica, Pearl Jam, even
- 31:43Speaker 1: Shinedown's been out since like the early two thousands. That's crazy,
- 31:47Speaker 1: no new artists. Newer artists have been up for Rock

- 34:29Speaker 1: through all these because now I now remember that we
- 34:32Speaker 1: did that one, so that was cool. But yeah, that
- 34:35Speaker 1: was the I Heart Radio Music Awards. If you got
- 34:37Speaker 1: to see it, that's awesome. Sounds like it was a
- 34:40Speaker 1: good night. A lot of good awards. Cool that they
- 34:42Speaker 1: let the fans vote on stuff, because iHeart Radio is
- 34:45Speaker 1: the fans, you know, like they picked the music. It's
- 34:48Speaker 1: just like Spotify. They should do a Spotify Awards eventually too.
- 34:52Speaker 1: I think they should, and that would be cool too,
- 34:56Speaker 1: but I think there's so many award shows out there.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I think that they don't want to do another. Alright,
- 35:01Speaker 1: so let's go over the box office results for last week.
- 35:07Speaker 1: Let's see what went at the box office, what got
- 35:09Speaker 1: number one, and if anything fell off. Alright, So number
- 35:17Speaker 1: ten was last Breas came in at two point three
- 35:24Speaker 1: million weekend gross, nineteen million total gross in three weeks.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Number nine The Monkey did a weekend gross of two
- 35:30Speaker 1: point five million. It's made thirty five million at the
- 35:34Speaker 1: box office in four weeks. That's a lot for a crazy,
- 35:37Speaker 1: like like crappy horror movie about like crazy killer toy
- 35:43Speaker 1: monkey that goes and kills people. Dog Man came in
- 35:46Speaker 1: at number eight two point five million dollars a weekend gross,
- 35:49Speaker 1: a total gross of ninety three million and seven weeks.
- 35:53Speaker 1: Paddington and Peru came in number seven with a weekend
- 35:56Speaker 1: gross of two point seven million, total gross of four
- 35:59Speaker 1: point one or forty one million in five weeks. The
- 36:02Speaker 1: Last Supper, That's New, That's a new one a weekend
- 36:07Speaker 1: gross of two point eight million, did three point one
- 36:10Speaker 1: million total gross in one week. It's definitely about Jesus.
- 36:14Speaker 1: I see the cover of the movie. It's weird. The
- 36:17Speaker 1: Day the Earth Blew Up, a Looney Tunes movie, did
- 36:21Speaker 1: three point two million weekend gross three point five million
- 36:24Speaker 1: total gross in the first week. Captain America Brave New
- 36:28Speaker 1: World came in at number four, did a weekend gross
- 36:31Speaker 1: of five point seven million, total gross of one hundred
- 36:34Speaker 1: and eighty six million and five weeks. I you know,
- 36:37Speaker 1: I had high hopes for it, and it had week one,
- 36:40Speaker 1: but it's kind of fell off. And you know, I mean,
- 36:44Speaker 1: not every Marvel movie has to do four or five
- 36:47Speaker 1: six hundred million dollars. But yeah, that's that's too good.
- 36:50Speaker 1: For Captain America Mickey seventeen Mikey seventeen did seven point
- 36:57Speaker 1: four million weekend gross at number three thirty four million
- 37:00Speaker 1: total gross in two weeks. Black Bag, a new movie,
- 37:04Speaker 1: came out at number one or a one week released
- 37:09Speaker 1: is number two. We et gross to seven point six million,
- 37:12Speaker 1: eight point two million total gross, and the movie Nova
- 37:16Speaker 1: Caine in its first week out got the number one
- 37:19Speaker 1: spot eight point eight million weekend gross nine point five
- 37:22Speaker 1: million total gross in the first week. Very very low
- 37:26Speaker 1: for movies, and I think it was because it was
- 37:27Speaker 1: Saint Patty's Day weekend and more people were at parades
- 37:31Speaker 1: and having fun. Because when the number one movie for
- 37:34Speaker 1: a weekend gross does eight point eight million, that's pretty bad.
- 37:39Speaker 1: So I think that the movies, you know, Saint Patty's
- 37:42Speaker 1: Day weekend, we'll see if there's a tick up this
- 37:44Speaker 1: week because it's not Saint Patrick's Day weekend. We'll see
- 37:47Speaker 1: what happens. Because like, honestly, that was that's very lackluster.
- 37:53Speaker 1: You're used to movies doing about thirty million for the
- 37:55Speaker 1: number one movie in the first weekend. A point eight
- 37:59Speaker 1: is very bad, So we'll see what happens. Kind of
- 38:02Speaker 1: disappointed in that, you know. Even the number one movie,
- 38:07Speaker 1: it's just Novacane did horrible in its first week out,
- 38:10Speaker 1: So we'll see what happens. Let's see what's going on
- 38:13Speaker 1: around the Chicago Land area this weekend. First day at
- 38:16Speaker 1: Spring is tomorrow. It is gonna be a little cold tomorrow,
- 38:19Speaker 1: like forty four degrees in snow. It's supposed to be
- 38:22Speaker 1: in the fifties on Friday, like near sixty. We'll see
- 38:25Speaker 1: what is going on this weekend. We'll see if anything
- 38:30Speaker 1: is going on this weekend. Last weekend was the big
- 38:32Speaker 1: party weekend, it will say Patty's Day. But this week
- 38:37Speaker 1: I think we're gonna have just normal stuff. We've got
- 38:40Speaker 1: the Chicago Flamenco Festival that's until March twenty fourth. It's
- 38:47Speaker 1: in the loop, so go check dan out. Twenty third
- 38:51Speaker 1: years Chicago's annual Flamenco Festival brings a four week long

- 39:54Speaker 1: gonna be in the suburbs until March thirtieth. It's a
- 39:56Speaker 1: musical based on the two thousand and seventh film of
- 39:59Speaker 1: the same name, so go check that out. That's a
- 40:01Speaker 1: play a Lie of the Mind. That's another one that's
- 40:06Speaker 1: gonna be an Edgewater until March twenty second. Let's see
- 40:12Speaker 1: Drunk Shakespeare Chicago until December thirty first. That is in
- 40:17Speaker 1: the loop. That's pretty cool. Let's see Ooh until April
- 40:24Speaker 1: sixth and Hyde Park Double seven Science inventing the World
- 40:28Speaker 1: of James Bond. So if you're into James Bond, definitely
- 40:30Speaker 1: go check that out. Three sixty Sky Yoga. You could
- 40:34Speaker 1: do that in Streeterville until December twenty seventh. That's gonna
- 40:40Speaker 1: be on Saturdays with a killer view on the ninety

- 40:51Speaker 1: North Michigan Avenue. So go check that out. You can
- 40:53Speaker 1: do yoga on the ninety fourth floor with the cool
- 40:56Speaker 1: view around you, the infinite the infinite Wrench until the
- 41:01Speaker 1: summer twenty eighth and uptown it's another looks like another
- 41:05Speaker 1: play type thing that people go see the paper Machete.
- 41:12Speaker 1: That is until December twenty seventh. Then uptown it's a
- 41:16Speaker 1: comedy thing. Let's see anything good that's really really good.
- 41:21Speaker 1: It looks like that is It's that's it. That's all
- 41:24Speaker 1: you got right now. It's you know, we're in the
- 41:27Speaker 1: in between you if you live out in the Chicago
- 41:30Speaker 1: Land area, we're in the in between where it's still
- 41:33Speaker 1: a little cold. We're gonna have a lot of fun
- 41:35Speaker 1: stuff coming up obviously in the summertime and later spring,
- 41:39Speaker 1: so make sure you stay tuned for that. I'm gonna
- 41:41Speaker 1: take off for the day next week. We'll talk NC
- 41:44Speaker 1: double a tournament where everybody's ad going into that. I'll
- 41:48Speaker 1: be doing a show on Wednesday again next week because
- 41:50Speaker 1: of the NC Double A tournament. I like to have
- 41:52Speaker 1: these posted so people can listen to it like the
- 41:55Speaker 1: day before instead of like trying to get up too early,
- 41:59Speaker 1: as I work at night overnight, so I can't get
- 42:02Speaker 1: up like early to do a show. So I'd rather
- 42:04Speaker 1: people listen to it like the day before, or people
- 42:07Speaker 1: could hear it the morning of because it's already been done.
- 42:11Speaker 1: So yeah, we'll do We'll talk about that next week.
- 42:14Speaker 1: We'll find out who's going on to the third and
- 42:17Speaker 1: fourth round of the tournament next week, which is crazy,
- 42:20Speaker 1: so we'll be sixty four thirty two man by next week.
- 42:24Speaker 1: We'll already be in the Sweet sixteen, right, Sweet sixteen.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Elite eight is next weekend already. That's insane. So yeah,
- 42:34Speaker 1: we're gonna do that, and then we're gonna move on
- 42:36Speaker 1: and we're gonna talk about things going on in the
- 42:38Speaker 1: Chicagoland area. We're gonna talk some movies. Hopefully it's not
- 42:42Speaker 1: as lackluster. It's gonna be a little rainy this weekend.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Excuse me, it'sna be a little rainy this weekend, so
- 42:51Speaker 1: more people will probably be indoors doing stuff this weekend,
- 42:54Speaker 1: so it's a good time to go see some movies.
- 42:56Speaker 1: But yeah, and next week we'll also talk about, uh,
- 43:00Speaker 1: we'll still were gonna start talking an NFL draft. We're
- 43:03Speaker 1: gonna talk quarterbacks. We're gonna actually we're gonna go through
- 43:06Speaker 1: the top one draft picks first. Then we're gonna do
- 43:11Speaker 1: it into groups. But we'll do that in the coming weeks,
