President Donald Trump welcomed the newly elected Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi to the White House on Tuesday. Trump said the United States is shifting toward economic partnerships with Iraq with a focus on oil and added that U.S. forces will leave the country by Sept. 30.
