- 0:00Speaker 1: It's good, bro.
- 0:01Speaker 2: God's all over the place.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Man. Man. I remember, Man, I remember, but it never there.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You know.
- 0:09Speaker 3: It was like like nah, traveling clubhouse. I just I
- 0:12Speaker 3: just left him at clubhouse.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Nah. Man, you know I be moving, man. I'm always
- 0:16Speaker 1: about getting the information, man, you know what I'm saying.
- 0:18Speaker 1: So they be having some real dupe conversations and that ship.
- 0:22Speaker 1: So you know, I just be all about learning, you
- 0:25Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I'm always about you know, always
- 0:27Speaker 1: been the student of the game.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Man.
- 0:28Speaker 1: You already know that. You know what I'm saying, so
- 0:31Speaker 1: you know it's good or man, for sure, you know,
- 0:35Speaker 1: we kind of started at the same time in the
- 0:37Speaker 1: same avenue, you know, without even knowing it. You know
- 0:39Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Like how you say y'all been two
- 0:42Speaker 1: years in, I'm just like two years in for sure,
- 0:46Speaker 1: And just to see y'all grow. Not only that though,
- 0:50Speaker 1: but to be able to say I'm learning from y'all.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We learn from each other, you know what I'm saying.
- 0:55Speaker 1: We give each other ideas to see y'all pushing then,
- 1:00Speaker 1: you know, to see y'all growing into other avenues. Man, Man,
- 1:03Speaker 1: that's just amazing to see. I think I was just
- 1:07Speaker 1: I think I just text you was not too long ago,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and I said, I say, I think, I say financially.
- 1:12Speaker 2: We were listening to Oh I had sent y'all a picture.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Of the the artist that just got killed, and you know,
- 1:19Speaker 1: conversation about you know the other dudes shout out to
- 1:22Speaker 1: those dudes in their families, and I said, Man, the
- 1:26Speaker 1: culture need us, bro. You know what I'm saying me,
- 1:30Speaker 1: you everybody have a instrumental role and how we progress
- 1:36Speaker 1: forward as a culture. You know what I'm saying, and
- 1:39Speaker 1: what happens is I know, like for me, I know
- 1:43Speaker 1: that there's a lot of people who my language is
- 1:47Speaker 1: made in designed for you know what I'm saying. And
- 1:50Speaker 1: I know that that language touches so many people and
- 1:55Speaker 1: it resonates with so many people. And so even myself,
- 1:58Speaker 1: like I was talking to my team like I'm gonna
- 2:00Speaker 1: show you something right quick, bro, just to just be
- 2:03Speaker 1: transparent and shit with you. Bro.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Literally I put a white board up this everything this
- 2:08Speaker 2: me you feel.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Me Like, literally sat down, bro, or I don't want
- 2:13Speaker 1: to listen. So I literally sat down and like the
- 2:18Speaker 1: last couple of days, man, just sat down and like
- 2:21Speaker 1: mapped out like what I want to do, how I
- 2:25Speaker 1: want to take the business to the next level, How
- 2:27Speaker 1: I want to get the message out the people that
- 2:29Speaker 1: I want to affect. How do I double down on
- 2:32Speaker 1: the people that I know needs to hear my voice?
- 2:35Speaker 2: You feel what I'm saying, So you know it's important.
- 2:39Speaker 1: You know, even with y'all saying we're about to start
- 2:41Speaker 1: the EYL network, that's understanding how much influence y'all have, right,
- 2:45Speaker 1: that's understanding.
- 2:46Speaker 5: Yo.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Like, Okay, we talked sports in this, but you know
- 2:49Speaker 1: we had the conversation. I was like, yo, like a woman,
- 2:53Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, And we was like yeah,
- 2:55Speaker 1: because we know women need to hear it. You know
- 2:57Speaker 1: what I'm saying, and so we know we need a
- 3:00Speaker 1: so for y'all, you know, it's like I don't wanna
- 3:04Speaker 1: say that role.
- 3:05Speaker 2: So I'm gonna say, like, no limit.
- 3:07Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Like, y'all have the vehicle
- 3:10Speaker 1: for so many people who have voices, and I know,
- 3:14Speaker 1: I know, I know you, I know Troy, I know
- 3:17Speaker 1: the whole squad. So I know the people that y'all
- 3:20Speaker 1: do bring in under the network, they're gonna be people
- 3:22Speaker 1: who you know who y'all know can you know what
- 3:26Speaker 1: I'm saying, shout out to neo. Man, It's gonna be
- 3:29Speaker 1: people who y'all know that can bring you know what
- 3:32Speaker 1: I'm saying. It's not just anybody I got a podcast.
- 3:35Speaker 1: There's gonna be a certain type of people, a certain
- 3:37Speaker 1: type of energy that y'all gonna bring forth. So I'm
- 3:40Speaker 1: excited to see that, man, because you know this is
- 3:43Speaker 1: what you know. Every era has something, whether it was
- 3:46Speaker 1: you know, our people were protesting, whether it was fighting
- 3:49Speaker 1: for the right to vote, every era has something, but
- 3:52Speaker 1: no era ever had the capital to take them to
- 3:57Speaker 1: the next level. And I think what happens with y'all
- 4:00Speaker 1: all and with myself, we are now teaching people how
- 4:03Speaker 1: to get the capital to now make the change, because
- 4:07Speaker 1: I mean, I heard a lot of people feeling before
- 4:08Speaker 1: when I said this, and I said, man, nobody don't
- 4:10Speaker 1: care what the broke person at the table got to see.
- 4:13Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. And I mean that from
- 4:15Speaker 1: a cultural standpoint, like the black culture is rich and consume,
- 4:20Speaker 1: wealthy and consumerism. But when we wonta sit down and
- 4:22Speaker 1: say this is what we want to do, Like how
- 4:24Speaker 1: much money y'all got found? You know what I'm saying, like, Okay,
- 4:28Speaker 1: y'all represent two point two trillion dollars, but that's consumerism. Yeah,
- 4:33Speaker 1: us do y'all have toward moving Okay, So now you say, okay,
- 4:35Speaker 1: we got two point two trillion dollars and now we
- 4:38Speaker 1: lobby in our vote. Now your vote means something. You
- 4:41Speaker 1: want the black vote, you want the brown vote. This
- 4:44Speaker 1: is how much money, what you're gonna do for us?
- 4:46Speaker 1: And now we bring ourselves to a position with money.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Now you got a hold, Now you really got a voice.
- 4:53Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. So the Financial Literacy podcast,
- 4:55Speaker 1: what y'all bringing to the table, where I'm bringing, I
- 4:58Speaker 1: think that's what puts us in a situation. So now
- 5:00Speaker 1: because now we're gonna say, yo, we're not We're not
- 5:03Speaker 1: the number one consumers normal, we're the number one investor.
- 5:05Speaker 1: We represent two point two trillion capital, not money.
- 5:10Speaker 2: That's a fact. And I think shout out to Ian,
- 5:12Speaker 2: shout out to my brother Neo.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Want to check in real What you're saying is like
- 5:16Speaker 3: I remember Ian said that on market Monday. Is a
- 5:19Speaker 3: few weeks soo he said a few times and he
- 5:21Speaker 3: was like, you know, take a survey of your family,
- 5:24Speaker 3: your friends or whatever, like say you need to call
- 5:27Speaker 3: them and say I need five thousand dollars today or
- 5:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna get killed, and they gonna say, I want
- 5:33Speaker 3: to pray for you.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna pray for you.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I'm gonna pray for you.
- 5:35Speaker 3: I said, because the problem is that, and not to
- 5:39Speaker 3: like disrespect prayer, but the reason why they're gonna pray
- 5:42Speaker 3: for you is they don't have it.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Yep, none you can do. Like, if you don't have it,
- 5:46Speaker 2: you don't have to.
- 5:47Speaker 3: So it's like I relate that to like, Okay, I
- 5:51Speaker 3: got five thousand dollars, I want to buy this truck,
- 5:53Speaker 3: or I need five thousand dollars to buy this house.
- 5:57Speaker 3: They just gonna be like, no, let's.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Come to that for five thousand dollars to get a
- 6:02Speaker 1: piece of proper and they're gonna be like, catch me
- 6:05Speaker 1: when I get my taxes. You know, so.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Is us saying we all then been victims.
- 6:13Speaker 1: You know. I posted something today and I said, tradition
- 6:16Speaker 1: is pure pressure by dead people.
- 6:18Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. I like that say that again.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Tradition is pure pressure from dead people, you know what
- 6:25Speaker 1: I'm saying. And it's nothing against the people that came
- 6:27Speaker 1: before us. But the tradition that we fallen into is
- 6:31Speaker 1: ship that we done got from people that left before us.
- 6:33Speaker 1: They didn't have access to the knowledge. Let me tell
- 6:35Speaker 1: you all a quick story that I read a while back. Man,
- 6:38Speaker 1: it's right quick. It said that for Thanksgiving, and I
- 6:41Speaker 1: mean for Christmas time, a great grandchild asked the mother
- 6:47Speaker 1: as a grand a grandchild asked the mother. A daughter
- 6:49Speaker 1: asked her mother, mom, why do you cut the ends
- 6:52Speaker 1: off the hand when you put it in the oven?
- 6:53Speaker 1: And a mama said, man, you know, my you know
- 6:56Speaker 1: your grandmother taught me that. So that the granddaughter went
- 6:59Speaker 1: to the grandmother and said, Grandma, like, why do you
- 7:02Speaker 1: cut the ends off of the hand? Why did my
- 7:04Speaker 1: mama cut the ends off of the ham when she
- 7:06Speaker 1: puts it in the oven? The grandmother said, my great
- 7:10Speaker 1: my grand my mother taught me that. Let's go asswer
- 7:12Speaker 1: she over here. So she went to the great grandmother
- 7:14Speaker 1: and said, great grandmother, why do you cut the ends
- 7:17Speaker 1: off of that? Why did my mama cut the ends
- 7:18Speaker 1: off of the ham when she put it in the oven?
- 7:21Speaker 2: She said, oh, because we didn't have.
- 7:25Speaker 1: The hand was too big for the pants we had,
- 7:27Speaker 1: so we had to cut the ham off to get
- 7:29Speaker 1: it in a pan. And so now we don't follow
- 7:31Speaker 1: the whole tradition where they don't waste it that you
- 7:33Speaker 1: feel what I'm saying, not knowing how that came about,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and you just following that tradition. So what happens is
- 7:39Speaker 1: now you know, oh, I can't get into debt what
- 7:43Speaker 1: like it's a such thing as good debt?
- 7:45Speaker 2: You know, I shouldn't have credit called learn how to
- 7:47Speaker 2: leverage credit?
- 7:48Speaker 1: You know? You know it's just a house is an asset? Well,
- 7:51Speaker 1: when does it become an asset? Like, learn that it's
- 7:54Speaker 1: not an asset until certain things happen, You feel what
- 7:56Speaker 1: I'm saying. So I think what happens is for us
- 8:00Speaker 1: we that's what so important about the time we a
- 8:02Speaker 1: right now again and what y'all doing as being the
- 8:04Speaker 1: front runners, bro, Like I appreciate y'all. Man, y'all the
- 8:07Speaker 1: front runner, you know what I'm saying, And we all
- 8:10Speaker 1: come together to push the culture one way, you know
- 8:13Speaker 1: what I'm saying. And if once we understand that, once
- 8:15Speaker 1: we understand the importance of the financial literacy, that's our
- 8:18Speaker 1: only hope. Man, you know what I'm saying. That's our
- 8:20Speaker 1: only hopes. Once we understand knowledge how to play that money,
- 8:23Speaker 1: how to work that money, how to leverage that money,
- 8:25Speaker 1: how to leverage these banks, how to leverage the stock marke,
- 8:27Speaker 1: how to leverage credit, we become real dangerous right there.
- 8:30Speaker 1: We're not dangerous because we can shoot guns. Yo. You
- 8:33Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 8:34Speaker 3: We talked about our group chats, and we talked about
- 8:36Speaker 3: in the group chat, and it's a powerful group chat.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And it's like one of these days, man, I pray.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I said, like, you know, this music is affecting a
- 8:45Speaker 3: lot of people, bro even myself. Like I had to
- 8:48Speaker 3: you know, I had to really check myself. Nobody is
- 8:51Speaker 3: above reproach. I had to check myself cause I was
- 8:54Speaker 3: like on, like you watch a YouTube video. Then I'm
- 8:57Speaker 3: watching another YouTube video and I'm like this this this
- 9:00Speaker 3: rapper has beef with that rapper, and I'm like researching,
- 9:03Speaker 3: and I'm like, yo, I just spent the hour researching
- 9:06Speaker 3: some gang beef in the Midwest, Like why why did
- 9:10Speaker 3: I just spend the hour out of my day doing that?
- 9:13Speaker 2: Like you know what I'm saying, Like what value did
- 9:15Speaker 2: that add to my life?
- 9:17Speaker 3: So it's like it's real because it's like you're listening
- 9:20Speaker 3: to this music a lot, and it's conditioning you without
- 9:23Speaker 3: you actually really noticing it. And it's like I told you,
- 9:27Speaker 3: Like I told I had this conversation my barber, I
- 9:29Speaker 3: don't feel no other culture has.
- 9:31Speaker 2: The same pressures that we face. It's like a sandtrap.
- 9:34Speaker 3: Like this whole street thing is like a sandtrap where
- 9:36Speaker 3: it's like it's like a vortex, it like sucks you in.
- 9:39Speaker 3: The Street culture has just been glorified for so long,
- 9:43Speaker 3: and it's like it's just crazy, Like we glorify poverty,
- 9:48Speaker 3: we glorify violence, we glorify spending money. And I pray,
- 9:53Speaker 3: I pray that these artists, these young artists, really realize
- 9:57Speaker 3: the power in their voice because like I said, even
- 9:59Speaker 3: to me, like I'm saying like not to say that
- 10:01Speaker 3: hip hop is gonna ruin my life, but I have
- 10:03Speaker 3: to detox myself from rap.
- 10:05Speaker 2: And I love Wrap. I love Wrap with a passion.
- 10:07Speaker 3: But it's like these influences that you that you're putting in,
- 10:10Speaker 3: you're not really even realizing what you're actually doing. Like
- 10:13Speaker 3: I was out, I was in Manhattan yesterday, I was
- 10:15Speaker 3: at dinner and I'm sitting next to his table, and
- 10:18Speaker 3: it was like all white people.
- 10:19Speaker 2: This white guy. I kid you not.
- 10:22Speaker 3: It was like the craziest thing, because you know, I'm
- 10:24Speaker 3: ill hustling. I'm at dinner, but I'm ill hustling. So
- 10:26Speaker 3: the dude probably like in his twenties, like mid twenties,
- 10:29Speaker 3: and he's talking to some other people and he's like,
- 10:31Speaker 3: he literally said this. He said, I don't spend no money.
- 10:35Speaker 3: He said, I pay my rent groceries. Every single dollar
- 10:39Speaker 3: that I get after that goes to the stock market.
- 10:42Speaker 3: He said, I will spend no money. Then they start
- 10:44Speaker 3: talking about stocks. He started talking about et After that,
- 10:46Speaker 3: he said, every single discretionary dollar that I have goes
- 10:51Speaker 3: to the stock market. But that conversation was normal, Like
- 10:54Speaker 3: I'm listening to that conversation and they just randomly talking
- 10:57Speaker 3: like you know what I'm saying. So we have to
- 11:00Speaker 3: get normalized like that, and we have to understand that
- 11:03Speaker 3: for him to say that, right, And then I'm listening
- 11:05Speaker 3: to another podcast and I'm hearing a rapper and he
- 11:08Speaker 3: was saying the first hundred thousand dollars that he got
- 11:10Speaker 3: in life, the first one hundred thousand dollars that he
- 11:12Speaker 3: got in life, he gave his mom ten thousand, he
- 11:15Speaker 3: went to the jewelry store with the with the rest
- 11:17Speaker 3: and he was broke again.
- 11:18Speaker 2: And then another rapper.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Was saying how he had a four hundred thousand dollars
- 11:21Speaker 3: tab at Gucci. So I'm like, how do you how
- 11:25Speaker 3: do you have a four hundred thousand dollars tab at Gucci?
- 11:29Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. And it's like, we.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Gotta we gota. We gotta realize that this game is
- 11:36Speaker 3: being played. And we were pawns on the chessboard, like
- 11:42Speaker 3: poms on the chessboard, just being moved around. So you know,
- 11:45Speaker 3: the awakening and actually realizing financial literacy is life to death. Man, Like,
- 11:50Speaker 3: Like you know, we've had these conversations plenty of times
- 11:52Speaker 3: where there's plenty of people doing you know, jail time
- 11:56Speaker 3: for making decisions that it wasn't really even that much
- 11:59Speaker 3: money in the grand scheme of I was like, you
- 12:01Speaker 3: could you could have made that money in wholesaling, real
- 12:04Speaker 3: estate or the machines all.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Yo, Like here's a real life fact about myself. And
- 12:11Speaker 1: you know I've said it like when the people, you know,
- 12:13Speaker 1: we had a conversation again and were like trapped, Like
- 12:16Speaker 1: I think Matt Matt said. He was like. Matt was like, man,
- 12:19Speaker 1: look at trap, look at trap, and both of us
- 12:21Speaker 1: was like, yo, that's like it's one of me for
- 12:24Speaker 1: every ten thousand people in the streets. And I don't
- 12:27Speaker 1: mean it as to glorify the street. It's saying like
- 12:31Speaker 1: all to get out of that. And we had the conversation.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And because you become impregnated with the idea you know
- 12:37Speaker 1: what I'm saying, of what you're supposed to be doing.
- 12:40Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying you you get impregnated of
- 12:43Speaker 1: with the idea of you know, I gotta have these
- 12:45Speaker 1: I gotta have this jewelry, right, and I gotta have
- 12:49Speaker 1: you know, these guns. And I got to talk about
- 12:51Speaker 1: killing it and I ain't never you know, did none
- 12:53Speaker 1: of that. And I because they have it's pressure, right,
- 12:55Speaker 1: And I remember something you just said, like the money
- 12:59Speaker 1: not worth it, bro Like I remember this literally, this
- 13:02Speaker 1: is one of the things that made me get out
- 13:03Speaker 1: the street real talk. I remember me and my partner
- 13:08Speaker 1: was supposed to go hit this lick. And I remember
- 13:10Speaker 1: like me being a guy, like after I started, after
- 13:14Speaker 1: I had got found out guilty, I was broke. You
- 13:16Speaker 1: know what I'm saying and I was like, damn, that
- 13:18Speaker 1: shit cost me like sixty thousand dollars. Like that shit
- 13:20Speaker 1: it broke me, like real talk, it broke me.
- 13:22Speaker 2: And I was like, damn. So I started, you know it,
- 13:24Speaker 2: just hitting licks and shit.
- 13:26Speaker 1: And I remember supposed to hit this lick for like
- 13:28Speaker 1: eighty thousand dollars, and I remember when we get in
- 13:31Speaker 1: the lick, you know, things ain't go right. We wound
- 13:33Speaker 1: up getting like eight thousand dollars. And I remember telling
- 13:36Speaker 1: myself after we split the eight thousand dollars between me
- 13:40Speaker 1: and three people, I'm like, bro I couldn't even pay
- 13:43Speaker 1: for a lawyer if I would have got caught with this,
- 13:45Speaker 1: because I'm already broke. You know what I'm saying, I'm
- 13:48Speaker 1: already broke. And if I get caught for this, yo,
- 13:51Speaker 1: I don't even got money to pay for a lawyer.
- 13:53Speaker 1: And that was one of the main that made me sit, man,
- 13:54Speaker 1: this ain't worth it for me. You know what I'm saying,
- 13:56Speaker 1: It's time for me to bow gracefully. You know what
- 13:58Speaker 1: I'm saying. Whatever I did, it is what it is.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And so what happens is in this What happens in
- 14:04Speaker 1: this game is people often think once I get the money,
- 14:07Speaker 1: then I'm gonna learn how to become financially literate. But
- 14:12Speaker 1: if you don't know how to invest one hundred dollars,
- 14:14Speaker 1: if you don't know how to invest a hundred, you
- 14:16Speaker 1: can't invest ten thousand. If you can't invest one hundred,
- 14:19Speaker 1: you can't invest a million. You feel what I'm saying,
- 14:21Speaker 1: because what's gonna happen is you gonna you don't understand.
- 14:24Speaker 1: We done have this conversation about how easy it is.
- 14:27Speaker 1: So I'm gonna tell you all a conversation me and
- 14:28Speaker 1: Rashadam had one time and I said, bro, what's your number?
- 14:32Speaker 1: My brother was like, man, ten million is the number.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And I was like, yeah, ten million is a good number,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and both of us did the same thing at the
- 14:38Speaker 1: same time. Because you can blow a million, you know,
- 14:43Speaker 1: like you can blow a million without even thinking about it.
- 14:47Speaker 1: And so because and I'm gonna tell you why you
- 14:50Speaker 1: can blow a million without thinking about it, because the
- 14:52Speaker 1: value of the dollar continuously decreases as the price of
- 14:56Speaker 1: everything goes up.
- 14:58Speaker 3: You feel I want you to understand. You know what
- 15:00Speaker 3: I'm trying. I want I want you to finish that.
- 15:03Speaker 3: But you know what's real though, you know what's real.
- 15:05Speaker 3: This is really real.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Talk about it.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Bro Growing up, we think, well, at least me, I
- 15:09Speaker 2: saw it.
- 15:10Speaker 3: One hundred thousand dollars was a lot of money, like
- 15:11Speaker 3: six figures, Like you hear your pay. You're coming from
- 15:14Speaker 3: working class environment. Six figures is like go to school,
- 15:18Speaker 3: you can make six figures. You know, when you realize
- 15:20Speaker 3: one hundred thousand, it's not a lot when you make
- 15:23Speaker 3: a hundred thousand, So the next thing, the next thing
- 15:27Speaker 3: is to become a millionaire.
- 15:28Speaker 2: That's like the next thing, a millionaire, millionaire.
- 15:31Speaker 3: You know when you realize one million dollars isn't a lot.
- 15:35Speaker 3: When you make one million dollars, you make a million
- 15:38Speaker 3: and your life and nothing changes. That's a fact.
- 15:42Speaker 1: No, that's a fact.
- 15:44Speaker 2: That's a fact.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Like you know what I'm saying, because it's like you
- 15:46Speaker 3: you think your whole life a million dollars is ill
- 15:50Speaker 3: like a million dollars is like you like Scrooge McDuff
- 15:55Speaker 3: and you make a million dollars and it's like a
- 15:58Speaker 3: couple of purchases and it's gone, done, it's gone, and.
- 16:04Speaker 1: So something damn. So often people get mad at wealthy people.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I've heard people say this all the time you gotta
- 16:14Speaker 1: they got enough money?
- 16:15Speaker 2: What they're trying to get more money for? You feel
- 16:19Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And in my mind I never understood that because his
- 16:22Speaker 1: here's how I look at it, like why not get
- 16:26Speaker 1: the money if they keep printing every day? And the
- 16:29Speaker 1: problem is this, you saw a customer having the mindset
- 16:33Speaker 1: what you have a scarcity mindset? Like you don't understand,
- 16:37Speaker 1: Like like, I'm not gonna lie you're like once I
- 16:40Speaker 1: once I seen a hunted legally. I was like, oh,
- 16:42Speaker 1: it's crazy, Like like what you know what I'm saying,
- 16:47Speaker 1: like you start setting up. That's why I just showed
- 16:49Speaker 1: you all that white board like the gold is for
- 16:51Speaker 1: me because me and my brothers them sitting down, I'm like,
- 16:52Speaker 1: what's the number? What's the retard?
- 16:54Speaker 2: Like, what's the number?
- 16:55Speaker 1: We can really say, yo, we we don't our family
- 16:58Speaker 1: for real? Intien million was the number. Now here's the thing.
- 17:03Speaker 1: To a small mind, ten million may be like man,
- 17:08Speaker 1: but to us the ten million is just the beginning.
- 17:11Speaker 1: It don't stop them because here's what happened. You're gonna
- 17:14Speaker 1: be dead longer than you alive. So I'm gonna ask
- 17:16Speaker 1: you this question. What happens when you're gone. Your family
- 17:20Speaker 1: still need money, Your legacy still gotta go on. That
- 17:24Speaker 1: ten million gonna be here for a minute, but it
- 17:26Speaker 1: ain't gonna be here forever if you don't pass down
- 17:28Speaker 1: the knowledge of how to turn that ten into twenty,
- 17:30Speaker 1: how to turn that twenty into forty, how to turn
- 17:32Speaker 1: that forty into eighty. I want you to ask yourself
- 17:35Speaker 1: a question, yo, how many wealthy families that you know
- 17:38Speaker 1: by naming You don't know how they got the money.
- 17:39Speaker 1: You just know their name is associated with wealth. You
- 17:43Speaker 1: just know their name because they turned their last name
- 17:45Speaker 1: to an asset. When you think about the bully like
- 17:47Speaker 1: Damn the Bushes, the clin like them, people have been
- 17:50Speaker 1: had money, JP Morgan, them names are assets, right, and
- 17:53Speaker 1: you got to do your research and start learning how
- 17:55Speaker 1: that name became an asset. But the thing about those
- 17:58Speaker 1: names is this, they never stopped making money. They never
- 18:03Speaker 1: started making money, so they learned how to invest their money.
- 18:06Speaker 1: They learn about how to become financial the literate. They
- 18:08Speaker 1: learn the rules to the game. We don't know the
- 18:10Speaker 1: rules to the game, so you gonna always be a poem.
- 18:12Speaker 1: The objective of the game is to get the pawn
- 18:14Speaker 1: to the other side of the balls or the pong
- 18:16Speaker 1: and then become be whatever you wanted to be. Yoh,
- 18:18Speaker 1: for real, learn how to play the game.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Man, that's a fact. That's a fact. Man and Man
- 18:25Speaker 3: the incomparable Wall Street Traffel.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Man. Oh you Man, I know you want. I know
- 18:29Speaker 1: you got some people you want to talk to. I
- 18:31Speaker 1: just wanted to tell you man. You know, it's always
- 18:33Speaker 1: I appreciate you being my brother. I appreciate the whole
- 18:36Speaker 1: squad Man, Mike and everybody. Man, you know whatever, however,
- 18:40Speaker 1: you know, however I'm bringing value to the team. It's
- 18:42Speaker 1: always it's always put our egos to the side. How
- 18:45Speaker 1: can we push the culture forward in our way? Man?
- 18:47Speaker 1: So I just want to tell you, Man, I appreciate you. Man,
- 18:50Speaker 1: I appreciate the squad.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Man, keep doing that shit.
- 18:53Speaker 1: I'm right here. I'm a phone call the way you
- 18:55Speaker 1: already know.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Bro Nahna, I appreciate you.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Man.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I wanted to ask you one last question before okay,
- 19:00Speaker 3: before you you hopped off. So can you tell people
- 19:04Speaker 3: like some business game, like, how how important is it
- 19:07Speaker 3: to diversify and to grow latterly, because it's like you
- 19:10Speaker 3: know that we were just talking about like before you
- 19:12Speaker 3: jump through as far as arnal Leisure, I feel like
- 19:14Speaker 3: they've watched us grow and the same thing with you.
- 19:16Speaker 3: So even with you, it's like you got you got
- 19:19Speaker 3: Trappers Anonymous, you got the merch you you know what
- 19:22Speaker 3: I'm saying, you got the educational portal, now you got
- 19:24Speaker 3: your YouTube, and it's like a lot of times I
- 19:27Speaker 3: feel like with just people in general, they get complacent
- 19:30Speaker 3: with one thing, but you can never stop. It never stops,
- 19:35Speaker 3: like you always gotta because the problem, which is one
- 19:38Speaker 3: source of income is that is too close to none. Yeah,
- 19:43Speaker 3: so how what's what's your what's your thoughts on that?
- 19:45Speaker 3: And like what's your what's your what's your vision to
- 19:48Speaker 3: grow your brand in twenty twenty one?
- 19:50Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, So first I think what happens is
- 19:56Speaker 1: you gotta start connecting with people, right, you gotta start
- 19:59Speaker 1: connecting with people.
- 20:00Speaker 2: So one of my biggest things was I was I come.
- 20:03Speaker 1: From the street, like, so even in the streets, like
- 20:06Speaker 1: one of the things one of my most important lessons
- 20:08Speaker 1: in the street was always this, I had to connect
- 20:10Speaker 1: with different hustlers in different areas so I can move
- 20:12Speaker 1: product everywhere. You know what I'm saying, and if I didn't,
- 20:14Speaker 1: if I wasn't able to move product everywhere, then I
- 20:16Speaker 1: was stuck in one hood. And if I'm stuck in
- 20:18Speaker 1: one hood, then I'm limiting my money. So I used
- 20:20Speaker 1: to go to different hoods like connect with people like
- 20:23Speaker 1: give dudes, and other hoods like big big deals, you
- 20:26Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So now I can come in
- 20:27Speaker 1: another gangs the hood and be all right, you know
- 20:30Speaker 1: what I'm saying. They may have a couple of people
- 20:31Speaker 1: like on some ill shit, but because I'm cool with
- 20:34Speaker 1: this gangster right here and he official in his hood,
- 20:36Speaker 1: I'm good. It ain't it ain't you know? We got
- 20:39Speaker 1: It wasn't like I was playing on another person realness,
- 20:41Speaker 1: but it was saying, this is how I gotta grow
- 20:43Speaker 1: my business, Like I got to hook up at least
- 20:45Speaker 1: eight or seven other dudes who holding it down in
- 20:47Speaker 1: the hud so I can serve over there. So I
- 20:49Speaker 1: use my business the same way like I'm like, all right, cool,
- 20:53Speaker 1: let me be able to a rite boom. Let me
- 20:55Speaker 1: build this relationship with Earn your leadon out of street value,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and we built a great relationship. All right, cool, Let
- 21:00Speaker 1: me build this relationship with this dude over here, a
- 21:02Speaker 1: genuine relationship, I can bring value. Cool. Let me build
- 21:05Speaker 1: this relationship with this dude over here, so I can
- 21:08Speaker 1: bring value cool. So now if I can bring value
- 21:10Speaker 1: to older people and they got platforms as well. And
- 21:13Speaker 1: here's the thing, I was on little platforms and big platforms.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You feel what I'm saying. Like you had ten thousand followers,
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm hollering at you. Look, let's build even if I
- 21:21Speaker 1: had more following than you, because this is what I
- 21:23Speaker 1: realized on especially with the social media. Even with me
- 21:26Speaker 1: having three hundred and something thousand followers, that's still a
- 21:31Speaker 1: drop in the ocean. So the dude who got ten
- 21:34Speaker 1: thousand followers or the queen who got ten thousand followers,
- 21:37Speaker 1: only one percent of they following may know me. So
- 21:39Speaker 1: I got to build that relationship. So now I can
- 21:41Speaker 1: be in that. So now I just build that. So
- 21:43Speaker 1: one of the things I want to say is in
- 21:45Speaker 1: building your brand and building something like network, as much
- 21:49Speaker 1: as you can bring value to as many people as
- 21:51Speaker 1: you can. You know what I'm saying, bring an immense
- 21:54Speaker 1: amount of value. Don't be ashamed of give it away,
- 21:57Speaker 1: because what you give away. And building a relationship gonna
- 22:00Speaker 1: come back to you tenfold if it's authentic and raw.
- 22:04Speaker 1: So that's that's that's amazing thing for me. Another thing
- 22:08Speaker 1: as far as my vision for moving forward so with
- 22:10Speaker 1: my brand was for me, it was okay, I wanted
- 22:14Speaker 1: to be on every platform, but now I structured. I
- 22:17Speaker 1: structured my travel unit so I really do my audience
- 22:20Speaker 1: and who my voice is. So now I've structured it
- 22:23Speaker 1: like a real university, right, So the goal now to
- 22:26Speaker 1: have like travels anonymous, like I'm really and that's what
- 22:29Speaker 1: the White Boy was about. So I have like a
- 22:31Speaker 1: freshman that bundle I'm putting together, and then it's a
- 22:34Speaker 1: sophomore bundle that I'm putting together, and then it's a
- 22:38Speaker 1: junior bundle that I'm putting together, and then the senior
- 22:41Speaker 1: bundle will actually be a mentorship. So going into twenty one,
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna actually build a mentorship so I now don't
- 22:49Speaker 1: have one on one with people. Then after that, I'm
- 22:53Speaker 1: writing my book this year. So twenty twenty one, I'm
- 22:55Speaker 1: gonna write my book. You know what I'm saying, And
- 22:57Speaker 1: I think what that does.
- 22:58Speaker 3: I gotta got right, I gotta ghostright that man chapter
- 23:00Speaker 3: at least a chapter.
- 23:01Speaker 1: But already put that down. And I think the book
- 23:05Speaker 1: is important for me to take my brand to another
- 23:07Speaker 1: level because now.
- 23:08Speaker 2: I cross over from being and there's nothing.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Wrong with it, but I cross over from just being
- 23:13Speaker 1: a person who you know, sell courses online to now
- 23:17Speaker 1: get into really impacting people with the story, you know
- 23:21Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So that's something real important for me.
- 23:24Speaker 1: And then turning my brand, Trap Apparel, Inc. Into a
- 23:28Speaker 1: real business like a brand like a Foogle brand or
- 23:32Speaker 1: something like that. So it's just now opening it up
- 23:36Speaker 1: and then opening my portfolio up. You know, I told
- 23:39Speaker 1: you I had linded on the truck already, so I
- 23:41Speaker 1: have two lending trucks on a right now. And then
- 23:44Speaker 1: just getting into more. I won't start playing monopoly. I
- 23:46Speaker 1: just want to go in the hood and just about
- 23:47Speaker 1: a bunch of properties. You know, me and you talked about, man,
- 23:49Speaker 1: let's try to buy an apartment complex and put that together.
- 23:53Speaker 1: But also giving back more, like giving back more myself
- 23:56Speaker 1: to the community. I won't get into prisons, I won't
- 23:59Speaker 1: get into juvenile our facilities. So that's my goal because
- 24:02Speaker 1: there's only one Wall Street traveler, you know what I'm saying,
- 24:05Speaker 1: Like everybody. Can you know, we all got our thing.
- 24:08Speaker 1: We all you know, have a lane. I feel like
- 24:11Speaker 1: me getting back into the mud, into the tranches is
- 24:13Speaker 1: what I'm most useful at. So twenty twenty one the
- 24:16Speaker 1: book more investments and then getting back to like really
- 24:19Speaker 1: getting into the trenches, jails, youth poems and things like that. Man.
- 24:23Speaker 1: So that's what I want to do going this year. Man.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Man, that's powerful.
- 24:28Speaker 6: Man.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I'm looking forward to seeing the growth.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Man.
- 24:31Speaker 2: That's that's what it's about.
- 24:33Speaker 6: Man.
- 24:33Speaker 3: It's about each one teach one, and it's about it's
- 24:36Speaker 3: about friendly competition, and it's about positive peer pressure. That's
- 24:40Speaker 3: one thing that they've they've shared dropped a lot of
- 24:42Speaker 3: gyms on our podcast. That's one of the good things
- 24:44Speaker 3: about having a podcast. It's a great networking tool. And
- 24:46Speaker 3: it's kind of like that book. What was it, Dale Carnegie,
- 24:51Speaker 3: I think wrote the book or it's one of these
- 24:54Speaker 3: how to win friends and influence people. Yeah, but it
- 24:58Speaker 3: was another one. But he interviewed like all the successful
- 25:01Speaker 3: Oh oh h, thank and grow rich, think and grow rich?
- 25:04Speaker 3: Who wrote that book? Deal Carnegie?
- 25:06Speaker 1: Well, no, it's written by Hill Hill, but he got
- 25:10Speaker 1: the game from dal Carnegie.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:12Speaker 3: So you know what, I shout out to Maurice Clorette,
- 25:14Speaker 3: Maurice Clorette Hall of uh. I think he's Ohio Hall
- 25:17Speaker 3: of Fame. Come on, Oio State, Ohio, Ohi, Ohio state,
- 25:23Speaker 3: buck ey legend.
- 25:24Speaker 2: So least he's a big he's a big supporter.
- 25:27Speaker 3: That's my god. Shout out to Maurice. So when I
- 25:29Speaker 3: met him, he told me, he's like, I'm jealous of you.
- 25:31Speaker 3: I've been jealous of you for a while. And I'm like,
- 25:34Speaker 3: why are you jealous? He was like, he's like, yo,
- 25:36Speaker 3: you know Napoleon Hill when he wrote that book and
- 25:37Speaker 3: he and he said it took him forty years to
- 25:39Speaker 3: compositive information. He said, you you're doing all this in
- 25:43Speaker 3: twelve months. Look at all the people that you that
- 25:45Speaker 3: you tapped in with every single week. You get a
- 25:49Speaker 3: master class. He's like, we get a master class looking
- 25:51Speaker 3: at it. But look at all the information you getting
- 25:54Speaker 3: behind the scenes, and you got these people's phone numbers
- 25:57Speaker 3: and and I'm like, yo, you know what, You're right
- 25:59Speaker 3: like what I'm saying like that, it's actually a great
- 26:02Speaker 3: network and too, and it's a great learning experience for me.
- 26:04Speaker 3: So I say that to say when Dave Chance came
- 26:07Speaker 3: on our podcast and he said that he said a
- 26:09Speaker 3: lot of valuable things, but one of the things that
- 26:11Speaker 3: he said was he said, you know, success by association.
- 26:15Speaker 3: You always say abouts say about guilty, like guilty by association.
- 26:19Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, Like if you if you
- 26:20Speaker 3: with the wrong people and you with five dudes and
- 26:22Speaker 3: they stick up a store and you with them, you
- 26:24Speaker 3: guilty just being by associated. But the opposite is that
- 26:28Speaker 3: you can be you can be successful by association. I
- 26:31Speaker 3: was telling one of my young boys just the other day.
- 26:34Speaker 3: You can make a million on the humble by accident.
- 26:36Speaker 3: You could be a millionaire by accident stumbling if you
- 26:41Speaker 3: just with if you just with the right people and
- 26:43Speaker 3: you just add value, it's just a matter of win.
- 26:47Speaker 3: It's just a matter of win by accident. And another
- 26:50Speaker 3: another thing that he said was positive peer pressure. And
- 26:54Speaker 3: I think that that's something that you know, all of
- 26:56Speaker 3: us have. It's like we're all competitive. So it's like
- 26:59Speaker 3: I I'm I just going just sit and watch trap
- 27:02Speaker 3: take his thing to the next level.
- 27:04Speaker 1: You know.
- 27:04Speaker 3: It said, like it's positive pit pressure, it's competition. It's
- 27:08Speaker 3: like it's like the league, like you know, I'm saying
- 27:09Speaker 3: Lebron and Katie they might be friends, but they're still
- 27:13Speaker 3: competing with each other.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Nobody wants to be second place.
- 27:16Speaker 1: You know what.
- 27:17Speaker 2: That's a real like yo, like. I remember, I'm gonna
- 27:19Speaker 2: be real.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I remember when a quarantine first happened, And this is
- 27:25Speaker 1: why you gotta change it.
- 27:26Speaker 2: You gotta change the people you're around. I said this
- 27:28Speaker 2: all the time.
- 27:29Speaker 1: You gotta filter your integram and you gotta filter your life,
- 27:32Speaker 1: right because if the people around you not motivating you
- 27:34Speaker 1: to go forward, then you around the wrong people, right.
- 27:37Speaker 1: And if y'all done celebrating, y'all don't win out. Y'all
- 27:39Speaker 1: don't pop bottles, y'all don't boil bag, y'all went on
- 27:42Speaker 1: vacation together. Y'all don't did all that. And y'all ain't
- 27:44Speaker 1: built a business together. Y'all ain't put a business plan together.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Y'all ain't invested together. Y'all ain't thought about how y'all
- 27:50Speaker 1: can build something and make an investment together. Then that's
- 27:53Speaker 1: the wrong type of friends that have around you, right.
- 27:55Speaker 1: So I remember, I remember when the quarantine had first hit,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and I remember y'all you you called me and you
- 28:06Speaker 1: was like trap. You're putting out a lot of good content.
- 28:09Speaker 1: It's trying to double down on YouTube because people need
- 28:11Speaker 1: to see you. And I was like, yeah, man, I'm
- 28:14Speaker 1: anna double down. But I was still like building a
- 28:16Speaker 1: brand up. I was still like, you know, he was
- 28:18Speaker 1: like all right. And then I remember I watched y'all
- 28:23Speaker 1: like double down on the YouTube content and I said, damn,
- 28:27Speaker 1: that shit doubling. I remember immediately I called my video editor.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I said, I give him a game plan. I said, Yo,
- 28:35Speaker 1: I'm about to do this, this, this, We're gonna take this.
- 28:37Speaker 1: We're gonna break it down right here, we're gonna break
- 28:39Speaker 1: it down right here. We're gonna repurpose it over here.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Content content content. And then I'm like all right, cool.
- 28:45Speaker 1: So then we're doubling down. We're doubling down, and then
- 28:50Speaker 1: y'all hit one hundred. I was like shit, I'm like, man,
- 28:55Speaker 1: I gotta pump some mold. So I called it back.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I'm like, look this the next thing I about to do. Yo. Like,
- 29:00Speaker 1: and it's because I won't see my guys win, but
- 29:04Speaker 1: I also want to win and it's not me coming.
- 29:08Speaker 1: But as long as I know my guy is still
- 29:09Speaker 1: applying pressure, I can never get comfortable where I'm at
- 29:13Speaker 1: because for every doll y'all break down, it's saying, Yo,
- 29:16Speaker 1: it's possible. You feel what I'm saying. And that's how
- 29:19Speaker 1: I look at it. Like every time I see my
- 29:21Speaker 1: guys interview somebody else, I'm like, yeah, even when I
- 29:24Speaker 1: see people talking about stocks, I'm like, Okay, we got
- 29:27Speaker 1: to learn more so we can break more information down.
- 29:30Speaker 1: So for me, it's always about being able to break
- 29:32Speaker 1: the information down in the way that people can digest it.
- 29:34Speaker 1: So every time Ian always tells me, every time I
- 29:36Speaker 1: hear to talk trap, that should make me go back hard.
- 29:39Speaker 1: But for me, every time I hear Ian like, I
- 29:41Speaker 1: be mad. For me, I'm mad that I can't make
- 29:44Speaker 1: slides right, Ian be killing, I'm like, damn, Ian, you
- 29:49Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like God, damn like Ian be
- 29:51Speaker 1: having a whole damn that just ain't my thing. Like
- 29:55Speaker 1: I like to have the energy, So I'm like, all right, well,
- 29:58Speaker 1: I gotta I gotta give more energy. So I gotta
- 30:00Speaker 1: just like bring my pirate dishes out. I gotta, you know,
- 30:03Speaker 1: go more in depth. I gotta teach more because that's
- 30:06Speaker 1: where Ian Good at. So Ian Good at putting the
- 30:08Speaker 1: slides together. I'm not gonna try to mimic that, but
- 30:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna do is. I'm gonna go back in my bag.
- 30:12Speaker 1: So now I wan't trapping two to still be popping
- 30:15Speaker 1: had like Market moneys. You know what I'm saying. And
- 30:17Speaker 1: it's not a comp it's not saying I won't be
- 30:19Speaker 1: better than It's like that's my guys, or they went
- 30:21Speaker 1: to the finals, or no no, no, no no. They
- 30:24Speaker 1: gotta see me in the finals next year. You know
- 30:26Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying, Oh damn,
- 30:28Speaker 1: they just drop fifty, I gotta go drop eighty. You
- 30:30Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So it is you gotta have
- 30:33Speaker 1: people like that. So it's always a competition, but it's
- 30:36Speaker 1: always cool, like, oh, y'all made a honey nice y'all
- 30:40Speaker 1: just hit two hundred subscribers. Let me repost that right quick.
- 30:43Speaker 1: My dogs didn't hit two hundred subscribers. You know what
- 30:45Speaker 1: I'm saying, My dog them Every Monday, I'm I'm posting
- 30:49Speaker 1: Market Mondays and I'm taking all three of them. You
- 30:51Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Every money, it's not a money
- 30:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna miss y'all put up something y'all about the host.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I'm putting that up there. So I'm gonna treat my
- 30:57Speaker 1: and I'm just a bar. I'm gonna treat my potner's business.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna treat my brother's business like it's mine. I'm
- 31:04Speaker 1: gonna treat their business.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Say that that's a fact.
- 31:08Speaker 1: I'm gona treat like none because when they win, I win,
- 31:11Speaker 1: because we don't. We might be in we in different lanes,
- 31:14Speaker 1: but we run in the same race.
- 31:16Speaker 2: I'm just on.
- 31:17Speaker 1: I'm on, I'm on another part of them on. They
- 31:19Speaker 1: gotta hand me the battone him, trap you next. You
- 31:21Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Every time I do a trap
- 31:23Speaker 1: in tulday. I see that post from Ian, I see
- 31:25Speaker 1: that pole from you, I see that pole from Jamal.
- 31:27Speaker 1: We were pushing it the same way.
- 31:29Speaker 5: Man.
- 31:29Speaker 2: So man, I just won't see every I won't see
- 31:32Speaker 2: us win.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Man. And I know how fault. I know we just
- 31:34Speaker 1: scratching the surface. And we all got something that's so
- 31:37Speaker 1: unique that the culture needs.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Man, for sure, I think that that's something that and
- 31:41Speaker 3: especially like like I said, David Share. Another thing that
- 31:43Speaker 3: he said is like when you're in the room with
- 31:47Speaker 3: like everybody that's doing bad, right, It's very hard to
- 31:50Speaker 3: be the one person to do.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Good in a in a bad environment.
- 31:54Speaker 3: It's hard, like if you if you're around people and
- 31:57Speaker 3: every single person is smoke drinking, it's hard to be
- 32:01Speaker 3: the one person that's sober. But the opposite is that
- 32:06Speaker 3: it's hard to be the one person doing bad in
- 32:08Speaker 3: a room full of good. So, if you're in a
- 32:10Speaker 3: room full of church ladies, and if you got any
- 32:12Speaker 3: level of common sense, you're not just gonna be cursing it.
- 32:15Speaker 3: You're gonna conduct yourself a certain way because you're gonna
- 32:17Speaker 3: feel out of place. You're gonna feel out of place
- 32:20Speaker 3: doing bad and a room full of good people just
- 32:23Speaker 3: like you feel out of place doing good and a
- 32:25Speaker 3: room full of people that are doing bad things right.
- 32:30Speaker 3: I say that to say a lot of times people
- 32:32Speaker 3: are self sabotaging their success because of the people that
- 32:36Speaker 3: they're around. It's hard to be successful when everybody around
- 32:41Speaker 3: you is doing bad. So what happens a lot of
- 32:44Speaker 3: times is that you subconsciously or consciously self sabotage your
- 32:48Speaker 3: success to dim your light because nobody wants to be
- 32:52Speaker 3: the if you If you're a decent person. You feel
- 32:55Speaker 3: extremely uncomfortable riding through a poor neighborhood in the Lamborghini, right,
- 33:01Speaker 3: Like you know what I'm saying. It's like, it's just
- 33:04Speaker 3: it's it's not comfortable. It's not comfortable, Like you don't
- 33:06Speaker 3: want to be in the project with a fur coat
- 33:08Speaker 3: on it. It's not comfortable. But if you in Beverly Hills,
- 33:11Speaker 3: you feel comfortable.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Right.
- 33:12Speaker 3: So I say that to say it's like, sometimes you
- 33:15Speaker 3: have to separate the people might not be at their mindset,
- 33:19Speaker 3: might not be conducive to your to your your growth,
- 33:24Speaker 3: and sometimes you might you might have to outgrow somebody
- 33:26Speaker 3: in a certain moment of time until they can catch up.
- 33:30Speaker 3: Because you constantly put in a group chat. I'm doing
- 33:32Speaker 3: this through on that and everybody else is they gonna
- 33:35Speaker 3: discourage you like stocks, you keep talking about stocks for
- 33:38Speaker 3: psychologically you're gonna you're gonna like, now, let me stop
- 33:41Speaker 3: talking about this because this is just doesn't fit. Let
- 33:43Speaker 3: me talk about love and hip hop because this is
- 33:45Speaker 3: something that is more comfortable. I see that happening all
- 33:48Speaker 3: the time. So I just that's something to to to
- 33:51Speaker 3: really think about as well as you got to take
- 33:53Speaker 3: an inventory of your circle. And if your circle isn't
- 33:57Speaker 3: on the same type of time that you on, or
- 33:59Speaker 3: isn't pushing you the same way that you should be pushed,
- 34:03Speaker 3: it's time to find a new circles.
- 34:05Speaker 1: No, that's without a listen, that is so imperative to
- 34:10Speaker 1: where you're trying to go at. So check this out,
- 34:12Speaker 1: like you know, and it's saying if you're around five
- 34:15Speaker 1: millionaires by default, you become the sixth on by default.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Because what happens is they start having different conversations. You
- 34:26Speaker 1: can't go into like you can't come into our like
- 34:29Speaker 1: you can't come into our group chat talking about yeah, man,
- 34:31Speaker 1: your girl on love and hip hop? You wanna look
- 34:34Speaker 1: at you like I might text you personal like a shot?
- 34:36Speaker 1: Who is this guy? How he got here? You know
- 34:40Speaker 1: what I'm saying? Like what every nine and then we
- 34:43Speaker 1: might throw a sports topic in the group. Uh, you know,
- 34:46Speaker 1: we'll talk about politics. We we literally talked about how
- 34:50Speaker 1: the Trump, how Trump and Bidy was gonna affect we
- 34:54Speaker 1: in a group check having that political talk. You know
- 34:56Speaker 1: what I'm saying, were in a group check talking about business,
- 34:59Speaker 1: the market, all of that. What happens is now you
- 35:03Speaker 1: look for value every time you find something value, you
- 35:06Speaker 1: throw that in the group chat. You know what I'm saying,
- 35:08Speaker 1: every time you find a gym cool. They ain't got
- 35:11Speaker 1: this right here yet, you know what I'm saying. And
- 35:13Speaker 1: so now those ideas become damn like I see they
- 35:18Speaker 1: on it. So now you start understanding, I can't have
- 35:20Speaker 1: this conversation right here. And then what happens on the
- 35:24Speaker 1: what happens now on the back end is those other
- 35:27Speaker 1: conversations become frivolous. You don't even want to have them
- 35:30Speaker 1: no more because you so used to having these conversations
- 35:34Speaker 1: that are conducive to you succeeding. These conversations start now
- 35:39Speaker 1: making things possible, Like you start saying like, damn, like
- 35:43Speaker 1: I can have ten thousand dollars in a stock market,
- 35:46Speaker 1: Damn traps, just say he bought one hundred ships, Damn
- 35:49Speaker 1: shot them, just got a truck. Damn, this has got
- 35:52Speaker 1: an apartment complex. Damn they just did this, and I
- 35:56Speaker 1: wasn't even Now you start looking at your owser, but
- 35:58Speaker 1: like you trying to throw a topic in that nobody
- 36:01Speaker 1: don't want no parts of it, right, show him, no move,
- 36:06Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So it's and that's why
- 36:10Speaker 1: One of the things important for people to do is this,
- 36:13Speaker 1: go on your Instagram. Look at everybody that you following.
- 36:18Speaker 1: If you can't go on it, this is how I
- 36:21Speaker 1: manage my Instagram. If I get on my gram and
- 36:24Speaker 1: I see you live and I can't tap on that
- 36:26Speaker 1: and learn something, it's an unfollow for me. It's a
- 36:30Speaker 1: no follower if I can't see I don't mind you
- 36:33Speaker 1: posting a joke here. Now, that's one of the thing cool.
- 36:36Speaker 1: But if ninety percent of your content isn't something I
- 36:39Speaker 1: can learn from and put in one of these tablets,
- 36:43Speaker 1: that's a no goal for me. Because what happens is
- 36:46Speaker 1: we've been entertained for so long. At what point do
- 36:49Speaker 1: we say, I gotta start getting educated Because the education
- 36:52Speaker 1: and the information is defertilized. The lack of it is
- 36:57Speaker 1: what keeps you where you at. You weed, we gonna
- 37:00Speaker 1: grow anywhere? Are we gonna grow in the concrete or
- 37:02Speaker 1: we gonna grow anywhere? Right? So, now, are we gonna
- 37:06Speaker 1: bullcarm bullcrap gonna be inside anywhere? How do you say,
- 37:11Speaker 1: let me get this out of the way and focus
- 37:13Speaker 1: on what's gonna help me grow, what's gonna help nursing
- 37:16Speaker 1: me because at thirty eight. I remember, we had this conversation.
- 37:21Speaker 1: I said, Man, took me thirty six years to get here. Man,
- 37:24Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. It took me thirty six
- 37:27Speaker 1: years to get here. I ain't going back right money,
- 37:33Speaker 1: I ain't gonna exact to get here. I don't got
- 37:37Speaker 1: nothing to prove of nobody. I don't got nothing to
- 37:40Speaker 1: prove of nobody. The only person I gotta prove something
- 37:42Speaker 1: not to my daughter to prove that she can be great.
- 37:45Speaker 1: We got something to prove to our family members that
- 37:47Speaker 1: we can change the d we can change our last name.
- 37:49Speaker 1: You got a son, man, That's what we're proven sit to.
- 37:52Speaker 1: We ain't proving nothing to nobody else. It took me
- 37:55Speaker 1: thirty eight years to get here. You know how much
- 37:57Speaker 1: filtering I had to do to realize, oh, this is
- 38:00Speaker 1: where I need to be at. Why what we going
- 38:03Speaker 1: backs for? So if y'all, if y'all, here's if you
- 38:06Speaker 1: watch marketing, if you've been watching if you have been
- 38:09Speaker 1: watching market Mondays since the beginning of the pandemic, trapping
- 38:15Speaker 1: Tuesdays since the pandemic, and you not invested in spots
- 38:18Speaker 1: and stuff, you're doing yourself in Rashad's words, it's such
- 38:22Speaker 1: a tremendous desservice. There's no use of getting the information
- 38:27Speaker 1: if you're not gonna use it right getting the game.
- 38:31Speaker 1: You gotta take the shot. You taking the information, you
- 38:34Speaker 1: putting it, You writing the information down. You spending an
- 38:37Speaker 1: hour and a half on marketing moneys every Monday. You
- 38:39Speaker 1: spending an hour and a half on trapping tuesdays. You
- 38:41Speaker 1: took the course, It's time to build. If the people
- 38:45Speaker 1: around you. I even told people this, bros, real ship.
- 38:48Speaker 1: I said, you can't find you can't afford the course.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Team up with somebody and body. Now, both of y'all
- 38:55Speaker 2: got it.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Team up with somebody and body, watch trapping two j
- 39:00Speaker 1: watch market mondays, John Earn your leisure, join it. You
- 39:04Speaker 1: can't afford it by yourself. You and you buy together, Like,
- 39:08Speaker 1: stop coming up with excuses. You're gonna do one or
- 39:10Speaker 1: two things, yo. You gonna come up with results. Are
- 39:14Speaker 1: you come with a plan or you gonna come up
- 39:16Speaker 1: with excuses? If you're an excuse maker, I ain't the
- 39:19Speaker 1: person for you because I'm all about action. I ain't
- 39:22Speaker 1: never found excuses, yo. My mama tell me that she'd
- 39:26Speaker 1: be like br like you don't get people. I'm like, man,
- 39:29Speaker 1: I got out the mug, yo, like, you know what
- 39:31Speaker 1: got up. It's either I do it up, I do it.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Ain't no such thing as it ain't happening. Either you
- 39:36Speaker 1: want to change or you don't. Yo, it's an excuse
- 39:39Speaker 1: for everything. It's time to just put it forward. Man.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Follow people who can move you forward. Follow people who
- 39:44Speaker 1: can nurse you and building you. Bro, I call a shot.
- 39:46Speaker 1: We talk all the time. We talk all the time.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Rashad told me this one day. This this how dope
- 39:52Speaker 1: it is. She said, trap some you reals going crazy.
- 39:56Speaker 1: I said, I know, man, I've been. I've been putting
- 39:58Speaker 1: them up there. I've been putting my real up. She said, nah,
- 40:02Speaker 1: you gotta do something behind the scenes reals. I said, yeah,
- 40:06Speaker 1: say yeah, you gotta do something behind the scenes. You
- 40:08Speaker 1: people love to see behind the scenes. They want to
- 40:09Speaker 1: see you going to work. I said, all right. Cool.
- 40:12Speaker 1: The next day I had just got like thirteen hoodies
- 40:16Speaker 1: in for me. I did a quick little real risha.
- 40:19Speaker 1: I said, damn, bring you on my exploor page. I said, man,
- 40:22Speaker 1: like it's out.
- 40:24Speaker 2: I put it action. I'm putting it action.
- 40:27Speaker 1: You feel like he was like, damn, bring you on
- 40:29Speaker 1: my exploor page already, like that's that's where it is.
- 40:33Speaker 1: It's somebody who gonna it's a brother to me, somebody
- 40:36Speaker 1: who gonna pull into me, somebody who don't mind saying yo.
- 40:39Speaker 1: I know, trap and put this something I figured out
- 40:41Speaker 1: putting in business. Trap, try this out. I don't know
- 40:44Speaker 1: if it's gonna work or not, but it went crazy
- 40:45Speaker 1: for me. You tried the next day I wound up
- 40:48Speaker 1: on this explored page. You know what that means. It worked.
- 40:51Speaker 1: So be around people who feel like, don't be around
- 40:53Speaker 1: a person like this. Man, put where a plug at
- 40:56Speaker 1: put me on? Oh Man, I don't even know what
- 41:02Speaker 1: and I don't even know. I just saw you do it.
- 41:07Speaker 1: I don't even know. Man, you know that ain't even
- 41:09Speaker 1: much and I don't even know what you mean. Don't
- 41:12Speaker 1: be around that type of person. I'm around people that
- 41:15Speaker 1: won't see me win. So I know I'm gonna win.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Keep winning, show Man.
- 41:22Speaker 2: There you have it, ladies and gentlemen.
- 41:24Speaker 3: So Man always magical moment Man e yl and Wall
- 41:28Speaker 3: Street trap for link up Man even on an impromptu,
- 41:31Speaker 3: impromptu impro impromptu man.
- 41:35Speaker 2: I appreciate it. I appreciate it.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Bro always Man, I appreciate that. Again, Man, keep doing
- 41:40Speaker 1: what y'all doing, Keep pushing a brand. Look at this, man,
- 41:43Speaker 1: it's a Thursday night, it's a Wednesday night. You got
- 41:46Speaker 1: eleven hundred people on a live Man. That's impact on
- 41:49Speaker 1: the culture, bro.
- 41:50Speaker 3: Like financial financial Man, It's something that like I said,
- 41:55Speaker 3: man's the only thing I can see us at this point,
- 41:57Speaker 3: and people are realizing that that the education is the
- 41:59Speaker 3: only thing that can save them. And the reason why
- 42:01Speaker 3: I say that it's the only thing I can save
- 42:03Speaker 3: them is because it saved me. Like it saved me
- 42:06Speaker 3: as far as like not saved me as far as
- 42:09Speaker 3: like you know, I don't think I would be dead
- 42:11Speaker 3: in jail, but it saved me from having to work
- 42:15Speaker 3: a job, or saved me from you know what I'm saying,
- 42:17Speaker 3: like having a mediocre life. It saved me. It saved
- 42:21Speaker 3: my life from actually having a life, like you know
- 42:24Speaker 3: what I mean. Like me, I never had a job.
- 42:26Speaker 3: I never had a job, and like anybody knows aboutself,
- 42:28Speaker 3: I never had a job. Being an entrepreneur my whole
- 42:29Speaker 3: entire life. So I don't really know what like for me,
- 42:33Speaker 3: having a job is risky. It's risky because I'm not
- 42:36Speaker 3: gonna wake up at seven o'clock. It's a risk that
- 42:38Speaker 3: I might curse my boss out, like you know what
- 42:40Speaker 3: I'm saying. That's that's a risk. So all I know
- 42:43Speaker 3: is wake up and get it, like you know what
- 42:46Speaker 3: I'm saying. So that's all I know. I can only
- 42:48Speaker 3: speak about things that I actually know, and I don't
- 42:52Speaker 3: know what it what it would be like. I literally
- 42:54Speaker 3: woke up on I woke up yesterday. I thought it
- 42:56Speaker 3: was Saturday. I thought it was Saturday. For one I
- 43:00Speaker 3: just I don't know why. But that's a blessing. That's
- 43:04Speaker 3: a blessing. That's a blessing. I went up on Tuesday
- 43:08Speaker 3: and thought it was could It don't matter because if
- 43:10Speaker 3: I you know what, when you when you live in life,
- 43:12Speaker 3: how we live, whatever day you want it to be,
- 43:15Speaker 3: is that day. If I want it to be Sunday,
- 43:18Speaker 3: then it's Sunday.
- 43:19Speaker 1: It's Sunday. That's a fact. And I think that's the
- 43:22Speaker 1: that's the that's the important thing about financial literacy and
- 43:27Speaker 1: learning how to invest, Like this is what y'all gotta do, yo.
- 43:30Speaker 1: You got to learn how to turn income into capital.
- 43:35Speaker 1: You got to learn how to turn income into capital.
- 43:38Speaker 1: And what that's simply saying is the income that you
- 43:40Speaker 1: make when you turn it into capital. And the investing world,
- 43:43Speaker 1: capital is money used to invest, right, That's what capital is.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Capital is money used to invest. You got to turn
- 43:50Speaker 1: your income into capital and the capital turns into or
- 43:53Speaker 1: I your capital got to turn into a return on investment.
- 43:57Speaker 1: You feel me?
- 43:57Speaker 2: So what I want y'all to do is got ambunderd.
- 44:00Speaker 1: And George Ye?
- 44:02Speaker 2: Then man, you got all concert Atlanta. What's going on
- 44:04Speaker 2: out there?
- 44:05Speaker 1: Man? This place never stops.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Bro place never stopped, right, But you got to turn
- 44:11Speaker 2: your income in capital.
- 44:13Speaker 1: So what you gotta do?
- 44:15Speaker 7: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
- 44:18Speaker 7: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,

- 46:33Speaker 8: investing in America.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Take that income, learn how to invest, and then turn
- 46:39Speaker 1: that income and put that income into an investment and
- 46:41Speaker 1: now becomes capital. The income that you put into your
- 46:44Speaker 1: investment account is capital. Now it's still money, but it's
- 46:48Speaker 1: called capital and the investment world because that money is
- 46:51Speaker 1: you to purchase assets. You feel what I'm saying. Then
- 46:54Speaker 1: those assets that capital now becomes an ROI or until
- 46:58Speaker 1: you want that capital become a return on an investment.
- 47:01Speaker 1: And what happens is every investment that you make buys
- 47:05Speaker 1: back some of your time. The objective why he don't
- 47:10Speaker 1: care about Tuesday being a Sunday is because he owns
- 47:13Speaker 1: his twenty four hours. Listen to me the person who
- 47:18Speaker 1: owns the most of their time can then create the
- 47:22Speaker 1: most wealth. The more time that you can own, the
- 47:27Speaker 1: more wealth that you can create. And so now you
- 47:29Speaker 1: put your time like this, how long will it take
- 47:33Speaker 1: you to own your twenty four hours? Will it take
- 47:36Speaker 1: you two years, would it take you five years? Will
- 47:39Speaker 1: it take you ten years? That should be the goal.
- 47:42Speaker 1: For me. The goal was never how much money I
- 47:45Speaker 1: could make. It was how much time can I own.
- 47:48Speaker 1: I need to have time equity. I need to own
- 47:51Speaker 1: as much of my time as possible, because if I
- 47:54Speaker 1: own my twenty four hours, I don't care if it's
- 47:56Speaker 1: Monday a Sunday. I don't care if it's Tuesday or Saturday.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I don't care if it's it's Wednesday or Thursday. Because
- 48:01Speaker 1: every day I'm blessed to say I get up and
- 48:04Speaker 1: do what I want, when I want, how I want.
- 48:07Speaker 1: That's the blessing. For me. It's not about how much
- 48:09Speaker 1: money I have. It's about how much time that I own.
- 48:13Speaker 1: And I own my time by making the most investments.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It's like the dual writers, the dual toy man. All
- 48:19Speaker 1: of my money goes into the stock market, and for me,
- 48:22Speaker 1: sixty percent of my wealth is in the stock market.
- 48:25Speaker 1: And the reason why that is because I realized this
- 48:29Speaker 1: once I started really studying great wealthy people. When I
- 48:33Speaker 1: study even looking at Warren Buffett, looking at Bill Gates,
- 48:37Speaker 1: looking at Jeff Bezos, sixty five percent of their money
- 48:41Speaker 1: is in their wealth is in the stock market, sixty
- 48:45Speaker 1: five to seventy percent. So that told me that if
- 48:49Speaker 1: that's what they doing, if that's the blueprint, that's the
- 48:52Speaker 1: blueprint I'm following. I'm a follow the people who did
- 48:56Speaker 1: it and did it well, right, you don't become top
- 49:00Speaker 1: five richest people in the world by luck that.
- 49:04Speaker 2: You know what. You know, what's so crazy that you
- 49:06Speaker 2: said that? Because we did.
- 49:07Speaker 3: We did a YouTube blob for day from rec Philly.
- 49:09Speaker 3: Shout out to rec Philly. They got a dope events
- 49:12Speaker 3: based in Philly. So we're on a YouTube lib and
- 49:13Speaker 3: they're asking us questions and we're talking about, you know,
- 49:17Speaker 3: investing stocks real estate. So one of the one of
- 49:19Speaker 3: the young lady that was on the YouTube blog, she's like,
- 49:22Speaker 3: are there any other ways that you can invest outside
- 49:25Speaker 3: of stocks in real estate? So I'm like, what have
- 49:27Speaker 3: you invested in? And she's like, I haven't invested yet.
- 49:29Speaker 3: So I'm like, all right, so one hundred percent, probably
- 49:34Speaker 3: ninety nine point nine percent of the millionaires in the
- 49:36Speaker 3: United States of America and probably all over the world,
- 49:39Speaker 3: but United States of America have some real estate or
- 49:42Speaker 3: some stockholdings.
- 49:44Speaker 2: That's safe to say.
- 49:45Speaker 3: Right, So if you're just starting out and one hundred
- 49:48Speaker 3: percent of the millionaires have real estate, a stop, why
- 49:52Speaker 3: are you looking for an alternative outside of real estate
- 49:55Speaker 3: and stocks? Like we try to make things complicated, over
- 49:57Speaker 3: complicate things like you want me to tell you some
- 50:00Speaker 3: crazy oil rig to invest in investing in your full
- 50:04Speaker 3: one kid yet and you're not investing bitcoin and precious
- 50:08Speaker 3: precious metals and oil refinery Like it's like.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Yo, just keep it care simple, keep it simple.
- 50:16Speaker 1: It's simple for me, yo, Like, And that's what I
- 50:19Speaker 1: that's like one of my biggest things is always like
- 50:21Speaker 1: for me, I'm just following the people who came before me,
- 50:25Speaker 1: that's all. I Ain't doing nothing different, Yo, I don't
- 50:29Speaker 1: gotta listen. I'm not an inventor. I don't got to
- 50:32Speaker 1: try to create the next thing that's gonna change the world.
- 50:35Speaker 1: That ain't what I'm good at. Right. What I need
- 50:38Speaker 1: to learn how to do is become the best investor
- 50:41Speaker 1: that I can be. When I was in prison during
- 50:44Speaker 1: my time, that white dude told me this, wealthy people
- 50:50Speaker 1: invest in stocks, real estate and they start a business.
- 50:54Speaker 1: So that was the manser that I followed. If you
- 50:57Speaker 1: was saying real estate stocks, I probably wouldn't be a
- 50:59Speaker 1: wall travel. I probably would be the real estate travel
- 51:02Speaker 1: because I followed the rule that he gave me. He
- 51:05Speaker 1: said real estate. I mean, he said stocks, real estate
- 51:08Speaker 1: and start your business. The reason why he said stocks first,
- 51:11Speaker 1: and it made assistant me because that's the easiest way,
- 51:13Speaker 1: that has the lowest barrier, the entry barrier. You know
- 51:16Speaker 1: what I'm saying. You take your little you know, twenty
- 51:18Speaker 1: thirty dollars, you put that in a stocking mall. It's
- 51:19Speaker 1: gonna work for you regardless, you know what I'm saying.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Then you get into really you know, you start learning
- 51:23Speaker 1: how to run a business and all that. But spots
- 51:25Speaker 1: was the easiest place to go. So I just followed that.
- 51:28Speaker 1: It wasn't no need for me to try to man,
- 51:31Speaker 1: let me try to do no that's following, and I'm
- 51:35Speaker 1: gonna just get real good at it. And to what
- 51:38Speaker 1: now It's like okay, like all right, I got this
- 51:41Speaker 1: much money in stocks, So okay, what's the first thing
- 51:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna do. Now, I'm gonna get my daughter, who
- 51:46Speaker 1: who at the time was two. I'm gonna start doing
- 51:48Speaker 1: her the thing. Because if it took me to get
- 51:50Speaker 1: in my you know, thirties to start it, let me
- 51:52Speaker 1: start her even earlier. So if I had to get
- 51:55Speaker 1: when I was thirty, if I saw her, she too,
- 51:57Speaker 1: imagine she gonna be with she thirty. Okay, let me
- 51:59Speaker 1: start this now in four years old. She one hundred
- 52:02Speaker 1: and fifty in the market at four. The goal for
- 52:04Speaker 1: me make he a million at by the time she eighteen.
- 52:06Speaker 1: That's easy. Now, that's easy. That's easy. Okay, we're gonna
- 52:11Speaker 1: get some real estate. Okay, what's the going now. As
- 52:13Speaker 1: soon as I do it and I get a good
- 52:14Speaker 1: cool she would get a piece of property too. The
- 52:17Speaker 1: formula is there.
- 52:19Speaker 2: It's not triggering now the tree.
- 52:20Speaker 1: It's not us. It's not E equal E and MC
- 52:23Speaker 1: squared equals. This is by stocks. My real estate starts
- 52:27Speaker 1: your business. It's simple, family, And I'm not trying to
- 52:31Speaker 1: I'm not trying to go the hallway. I'm trying to travel.
- 52:34Speaker 1: If I can't travel, this path right here, and I
- 52:37Speaker 1: see it working. I'm gonna go with it, and then
- 52:40Speaker 1: I will learn other things. Okay, I've been in the
- 52:42Speaker 1: stock market for so many years. Okay, now let me
- 52:45Speaker 1: learn how to trade. Now, I've been in the market
- 52:47Speaker 1: for four, five, six, seven, hell a year. Okay, Now
- 52:49Speaker 1: let me start learning how to trade, because it's another component. Okay,
- 52:53Speaker 1: I've been doing buying whole real estate, but it's long.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Maybe let me learn how to buy and flip a house. Right,
- 52:58Speaker 1: It's it's stayed as you go through. You take a
- 53:00Speaker 1: step by step. The problem is we feel compelled to
- 53:05Speaker 1: try to compete or live up to some standards or
- 53:09Speaker 1: show people, Hey, I'm flipping the house. Hey I'm trading.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Hey I'm doing Hey I made this much money. That
- 53:14Speaker 1: ain't my goal. My goal is buy and own as
- 53:17Speaker 1: much of my twenty four hours as I can and
- 53:19Speaker 1: the rest of the stuff is gonna come later.
- 53:21Speaker 2: Yeah, And that's the fact.
- 53:22Speaker 3: And like I'm telling you, like you know I got
- 53:23Speaker 3: when I got pulled over, I got pulled over. Anybody
- 53:26Speaker 3: doesn't know if you didn't watch my stories driving, I
- 53:30Speaker 3: just I just shot out to PTG I gotta I
- 53:33Speaker 3: gotta a range Rover recently a special special audition Range
- 53:37Speaker 3: Rover Special Cars moll Flex Flex. So I'm driving, I'm
- 53:43Speaker 3: driving in my old neighborhood and I got pulled over.
- 53:46Speaker 3: But I just get pulled over by like regular cops.
- 53:49Speaker 3: I got pulled over by four off duty police officers,
- 53:53Speaker 3: like in like caravan cars like off duty cops, like
- 53:56Speaker 3: wearing like what I'm wearing, Like you know what I'm saying,
- 53:59Speaker 3: Like right with bulletproof vests and guns and all that.
- 54:02Speaker 3: Like they had guns, they had the bulletproof ast. They
- 54:04Speaker 3: have four cars, four cars came to they call for
- 54:07Speaker 3: backup and all that, and the dude like, Yo, is
- 54:10Speaker 3: this your car?
- 54:10Speaker 2: Like yeah, it's my car.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Bro.
- 54:12Speaker 2: It's like yo, your registration. So he's like like, how
- 54:16Speaker 2: you like what you do?
- 54:18Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm made content, you know. I mean, now
- 54:20Speaker 3: I'm just gonna pluy I make. I made content for
- 54:22Speaker 3: a living, I cause now I'm just gonna have some
- 54:30Speaker 3: fun with it. Like I'm saying, now I just got
- 54:32Speaker 3: some fun with like I made content for a living.
- 54:34Speaker 3: But he was just amazed, like yo, like you know
- 54:37Speaker 3: what I'm saying. And I say that to say it's
- 54:39Speaker 3: like the way that we are taught to make money.
- 54:44Speaker 3: It's not gonna work. It's not gonna work. It's not
- 54:46Speaker 3: gonna work. To just go to school, get a degree,
- 54:48Speaker 3: and get a job, and you think that's gonna make
- 54:50Speaker 3: you a millionaire, you far gone. So the people that's
- 54:53Speaker 3: thinking outside the box, the people that everybody was laughing
- 54:56Speaker 3: at because they YouTubers, and now they're millionaires. And now
- 54:59Speaker 3: it's not funny anymore, Like you know what I'm saying,
- 55:02Speaker 3: Like when I'm throughing Instagram when I have five hundred
- 55:04Speaker 3: followers and I'm making selfie videos three years ago, and
- 55:07Speaker 3: it's like, but now it's not funny anymore, Like you
- 55:11Speaker 3: know what I'm saying.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Time, Oh, that's what you're doing. You know what I'm saying.
- 55:17Speaker 1: I told, I told, I was telling my travelers just
- 55:19Speaker 1: the other day. So I brung somebody in the other day,
- 55:23Speaker 1: somebody who helped me. Her name I pray pretty. She
- 55:25Speaker 1: helped me to beginning in my brand when I was
- 55:27Speaker 1: gooding my brand and I bought so when she was
- 55:31Speaker 1: talking at the time, I had forty people in the class.
- 55:34Speaker 1: We wound up having like eighty people in the class.
- 55:36Speaker 1: And she talked about the e book we talked about
- 55:39Speaker 1: how she helped me put my ebook together. So I
- 55:41Speaker 1: bought her ebook How to Make nine K in thirty
- 55:45Speaker 1: Days for the forty of the people in my group.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I bought it for them, and she broke down a
- 55:51Speaker 1: process of how to create an ebook based on whatever
- 55:57Speaker 1: you're doing right, and the way she broke it down
- 56:01Speaker 1: to my trappers and shit, and it was like, there's
- 56:04Speaker 1: no reason why you shouldn't have another stream of income right.
- 56:08Speaker 1: And it goes back to the saying that I say,
- 56:12Speaker 1: if you allow them to feed you, you give them
- 56:16Speaker 1: permission to stop. You say it again, if you allowed
- 56:22Speaker 1: them to feed you, Yep, fat is my cousin for sure.
- 56:27Speaker 1: If you allow them to feed you, you give them
- 56:30Speaker 1: permission to stop you. And what happens is the basis
- 56:35Speaker 1: of me making that statement was simple. When I was
- 56:39Speaker 1: working my job, I used to tell them like, yo,
- 56:43Speaker 1: I'm about to take off. Yeah, and they'll be like, well,
- 56:45Speaker 1: you can't take off. I'll be like, I'm not asking
- 56:47Speaker 1: you to take off. I'm taking off. And whatever you
- 56:51Speaker 1: don't do after that, like it's on you. You know
- 56:53Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Because I had already like by me
- 56:55Speaker 1: being a hustle I was only working. I felt like
- 56:57Speaker 1: I was only working because you know, I couldn't no
- 57:00Speaker 1: more because I felt like, damn, I ain't got no bread,
- 57:03Speaker 1: Like I'm my back against the wall, right, And so
- 57:06Speaker 1: I still had the hustle mindset. So I wound up
- 57:08Speaker 1: like you know, after I build a Falcon stadium, I
- 57:10Speaker 1: build like two more power plants, and I walked up
- 57:12Speaker 1: the job to go all in on my brand. But
- 57:14Speaker 1: what happens is this, this pandemic showed us one thing.
- 57:18Speaker 2: People know.
- 57:18Speaker 3: I think people you skipped over that you built the
- 57:21Speaker 3: Falcon Stadium. Can you tell me every time a minute, Atlanta?
- 57:24Speaker 3: But they see you now, they don't know you used
- 57:26Speaker 3: to be a laborer and you actually built the Atlanta
- 57:29Speaker 3: Football them Mercedes been Stadium.
- 57:32Speaker 2: You you were, you were one of the laborers that
- 57:35Speaker 2: built that stadium.
- 57:36Speaker 1: That I was. So I'm gonna call I was an ironworker, right.
- 57:39Speaker 1: So what ironworking does is so when you see when
- 57:42Speaker 1: you see like them big ass cranes in the air
- 57:45Speaker 1: and you see those big old iron vessels moving around,
- 57:48Speaker 1: it's called beans Like I was the one up there
- 57:50Speaker 1: three four five hundred feet connecting that shit. You know
- 57:55Speaker 1: what I'm saying I was the one like when you
- 57:57Speaker 1: see power plants put together. I'm a post a pitch
- 58:01Speaker 1: of tomorrow. I'm a post pit of tomorrow throw back thirty.
- 58:04Speaker 1: I'm a post a pitcher tomorrow of me being full.
- 58:07Speaker 2: Because they gotta know that.
- 58:08Speaker 3: They gotta know that because they see you as Wall
- 58:09Speaker 3: Street Trapper, they see you with four hundred thousand Instagram followers,
- 58:13Speaker 3: and they.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Think, like, but just a couple of years ago, it
- 58:17Speaker 1: wasn't It wasn't like that.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Like you know what I'm saying.
- 58:19Speaker 1: Now, you can change.
- 58:20Speaker 2: You could.
- 58:20Speaker 3: Your life can change quick Your life can change quickly.
- 58:23Speaker 3: You could become a millionaire in one year. I'm telling people.
- 58:25Speaker 3: I've been telling people that, like you did, it could
- 58:28Speaker 3: change very very quickly. You did ten years in jail,
- 58:32Speaker 3: you're convicted, feeling you you were a iron worker, ye,
- 58:40Speaker 3: and now you're Wall Street Trapper. Walked off the job
- 58:43Speaker 3: to do this.
- 58:44Speaker 1: I left. I left. I was making one hundred and
- 58:46Speaker 1: twenty thousand dollars a year, and I lovet doing that.
- 58:49Speaker 1: I left that because I felt like I was working
- 58:52Speaker 1: too much. Even on the Falcon Stadium. I was doing
- 58:56Speaker 1: seven days a week, twelve fourteen hours a day. So
- 59:00Speaker 1: you'd be like, yeah, you know, damn trap. He was
- 59:02Speaker 1: making twenty five hundred dollars a week. But just imagine
- 59:04Speaker 1: working fourteen hours a day, seven days a week. That's
- 59:09Speaker 1: a lot with a hornets on that way about forty
- 59:12Speaker 1: fifty pounds. I got all them tools on it. I'm
- 59:14Speaker 1: in the air. I'm doing something. I had just had
- 59:16Speaker 1: my little one, and I was like, yo, like, there's
- 59:19Speaker 1: no pot, there's no way possible. I can be a
- 59:21Speaker 1: great dad. I'm working fourteen fifteen hours a day, seven
- 59:24Speaker 1: days a week. It's impossible, right, So and I left that.
- 59:28Speaker 1: I went to go do I built two more power
- 59:30Speaker 1: plants in Louisiana because I wanted to be closer in
- 59:34Speaker 1: New Orleans. So I was like, now I was making,
- 59:39Speaker 1: depending on where I was at, anywhere between twenty eight
- 59:42Speaker 1: and thirty five hours an hour plus overtime plus per
- 59:45Speaker 1: damn it did. So it was like, man, it's too
- 59:48Speaker 1: much time, Like I can't be with my daughter. So
- 59:51Speaker 1: I was like, all right, So I used to take
- 59:53Speaker 1: off on purpose, like I'm gonna be with my daughter. Man,
- 59:55Speaker 1: I don't care what y'all talking about. Because I never
- 59:57Speaker 1: wanted nobody to have control over me, and I remember,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: you know, I was investing my money. And I remember
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: again my friend Dan Yell, she showed me how to
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: write an e book. I was posting content on the
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: ground and she showed me how to write an e book.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: And I was like, Yo, this is hard. And I
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: remember I wrote my second ebook. When I wrote my
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: second ebook, I was like, yo, like I got something
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: because people were like, yo, the way you talk, bro,
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: like I can understand it. And I remember this. I
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: remember going to work one night. I was working on
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: the night sh're building this power plant. I remember going
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: to work one night. It was in Lake y'arles. Remember
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: going to work one night.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: I was working from four in the evening to three
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: in the morning to four in the morning.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: And I remember going to work one night and it
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: was like Heyo, we need y'all to cut y'all beers
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: because we're gonna be working around some stuff called galvanized, right,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: so galvanizers and stuff they put on the iron so
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: it don't get rusty. And I was like, cut my beer.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: I'm not cutting my bri I had this thing in
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: two thousand and five. I'm not cutting this man tripping
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: hear me and so the man was like, well, you know,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: if you if y'all don't cut it, you know you
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: gotta go. You know, you gotta go home. So I said,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: all right, well I'll go home then. So I came
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: back the next day and he was like, yo, if
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: you don't cut your bid, you're gonna be suspended for
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: three days. I said, well, let me ask you a question.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: If I get suspended for the three days when I
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: come back, do I still gotta cut my beer because
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: I already took the you know, the Reprimand he was
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: like yeah. I was like, all right, let me get
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: my box jarre. He was like what I say, y yea, yeah,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: let me just get my box. I'm gone.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I actually told him something else, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: But and this is what I remember. But while I
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: was working at job, I remember two three o'clock in
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: the morning, me being on Instagram commenting on earning a
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: leisure page. I remember two three o'clock in the morning
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: commenting on somebody else page, literally taking my lunch, breaks
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: my my moments. We don't got no iron hanging. All right,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: let me sit, I'm three hundred feet the up man.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Let me put my phone, all right, quick, spending two
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: three hours comment just leaving valuable comments on people paid,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: like dam who is this dude? Watch your travel making
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: this comment? Doing that literally during the twelve hour ship.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: I was taking four hours in the twelve hour ship.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: I'm commenting on people paid. So I had my two
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: ebooks and I was like, nah, man, get my box.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I'm gone. He was like what I said, Man, get
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: my box, I'm gone. He's like, you're not gonna cut
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: your help. I'm like, nah, I'm not cutting my heap. Man,
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: you tripped. Y'all don't own me. These people own y'all.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: They don't own me. Bam. So this is what I did.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: I quit the job. I got my stuff in the car.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I called my potling them in Las Vegas. They was
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: building a Vegas stadium. I said, brou, I'm about to
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: come out of the Vegas with you. He said, all right, cool.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: I said, what they're paying y'all? He said, man, they.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: Getting paid thirty eight hours, thirty eight hours an hour.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: They working ten hours a day, but they only working
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: six days, They not working seven and they're only paying
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: US three hundred dollars per them. I said, all right, cool,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna come out there. And then I sat back
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: and I thought about it. I said, nah, try we
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: going further away from my daughter. I said, man, nah,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: I said, don't worry about it, Maam. I'm about to
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: go all in on myself. He said what I said, Yeah,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: my business from the trap to Wall Street. I said,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: i'mboud to take this shit all the way up, bro,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: like I ain't turn around, he said, I ain't tripping.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: I remember taking all my tools, just like thirteen fourteen
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: hundred hours of tools and my toolbox. I called my
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: pot and I said, bro, come get these tools. I
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: don't need them no more. He said, what you're doing?
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: I said, Man, I quit. I'm not doing this shit
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: ever again in my life. I'm going all in on myself. Dog,
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: I said, I'm a hustler. I ain't never letting nobody
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: feed me. I'm going all in on myself. Take these
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: fucking tools. I don't eat them no more. I gave
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: them my tools. I gave them all of my shit,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: and I ain't turned back since. And after that, I'm
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: gonna tell you something. We will refuse and I want
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: you to listen to this web. I went from making
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty thousand dollars a year to having
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: multiple months where I made one hundred and twenty thousand dollars.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Find one thing in this world that you're willing to
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: go all in on and don't second guess yourself, go
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: all in on it. And I'm telling you that a
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: lot of shit made me second like, man, should I
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: really do it? Like damn? Like all right, I ain't
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: gonna come my bill, but let me go get another job.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: I went through every emotion, I went through, every feeling like, man,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: I'm about to go back. Man, fuck that I got
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: a lit on it. And I remember calling my daughter Mama, like,
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: look all the stuff I was doing before, I might
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: can't do it, but I'm a pay for I'm a
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: pay for school. The school costs one hundred and fifty
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: dollars a week, give me a minute, give me about
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: six seven months. I'm a pay for school. But you
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: know the money.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: I wasn't on child support. Man, My daughter mother is
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: amazing for that.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: I wasn't on child support, but I was just giving
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: her like three four hundred dollars a week plus paying
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: for school. I was like, look, just give me a
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: you know I'm about to go all in on myself.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: She said, Man, I believe in you. Man, you ain't
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: never doing no sucker shit handle your business. I'm like
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: say it. Let's I knew that pressure wasn't on me
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: like that. I went all in on myself and I
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: started coming. I was saying the same work ethic I
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: had getting up every day going work ten twelve hours.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: Somebody else I would get up in the morning, comment on.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: People, page, create content, talk to people, find something people.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: To go all in on yourself. Don't think that the
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: money that them people paying you from that job. You
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: can do that for yourself. Yo, you can do that
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: for yourself. What happens is and I want you try
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: to know this. When you go to work, that takes
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: away that eight to ten hours a day you could
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: be building relationships and working on your business. Cause it's
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: real hard. It's real hard mentally and emotionally to get
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: off of a job and then go to building your business.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's real hard. But
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: at some point in order for you to take yourself
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: to the next level, you're gonna have to leave that job.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: You're gonna have to burn that ship. You're gonna have
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: to say it's all of nothing. You're gonna have to
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: say it. It's gonna work. I'm gonna die one. It
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: is gonna work. All my credit calls, I had full
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: credit call. I said, all right, this how much it
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: cost me to live? And I'm not gonna lie and
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: say I didn't have no money in the bank. I
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: had about eight thousand dollars in the bank, but I
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: had literally at this time, I had like sixty thousand
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: dollars in a stock marble. This is what I told myself,
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: I will maxill every credit card and sell every stock
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I own before I go back to that job. I
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: told I was willing to do that. You gotta put
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: it in your mind that you're willing to go all
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: in at all costs to see your dream and your
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: vision come through. If you put that type of energy
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: into the universe, and the universe gonna reward you. And
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: now I'm doing a great friendship, a brotherhood with rashad In.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Dudes who I was putting it in the universe attracted
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: the meet to them. We started building and listen, is
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: we're talking four hundred thousand followers later, Man, we're talking
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: about the whole community. Later, Man, we're talking about impacting
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: thousands and thousands of people's lives in the two year
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: times man, were talking about me going from making one
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: hundred and twenty thousand a year to having months where
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: I've made one hundred and twenty thousand in a month
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: my whole year ten. And this is the thing.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: I did it on my mines. That's being honest.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: Stop. But I hope that did something for somebody. Man.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: I know it was kind of off topic, but I
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: hope that did something for somebody.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: Man, your greatness is up to you. Man, for show
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: in a circle you're around because now me seeing Rashad
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: and and me talking and let me not forget Troy,
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: like me talking to Troy all the time, like all
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: of that. They poured my bro from hood of States.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: I'm around people who poured into me all the time,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: who helped me. I know, sometimes it shot them be like,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: oh God, trap look what is trapped on? God? Like
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: I don't got it all together yet. I still do
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: trapping shit sometimes. But it's because they hold me account
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: you know, they hold me an accountable.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Man. There's only once there's only one Wall Street trappling.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Man. Man. Look, I know, Man, listen, I know we
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: wind up getting into Man. We got fourteen hundred people
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: on him.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: Man, that's amazing.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: Man, these badges. You don't think everybody gave a badge.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: This is my first time doing it with a badge.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: This is dope, Man, Now, fifteen hundred people damn there on,
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: Like you said, a random Wednesday for financial literacy and
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: just bigger than financial literacy, just inspiration, motivation. I think
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: I didn't really even intend for this to go that direction,
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: but I'm glad. You know that's that's that's just that's
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: just God speaking through you and us in us a vessel.
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: And you know, I think it's I think his story
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: is just it's just so inspirational, man, And it's so
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: many people that can relate to that. And I think
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: that that's why the people have really championed you, because
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: you know, shots my man, not your thinger. It's like,
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: you know, it's the under dogs, man, the under dog
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: people always root for the underdogs in a move like Man,
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, Man.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: My guy said, he said, Man was I knew he
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: was sick, and my man fell a little under the
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: weather Man. I called him every day. You know what
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: I'm saying, bru, you need me, dude, you need something,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: the wife needs something. Brouh. I'm a genuine dude. Like,
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: so here's the thing, brou Like, I know people who
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: poured into me for my birthday. Man Neil didn't need it.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: That man pop up in Miami and just surprised me,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So it's about building them
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: good relationships. You know what I'm saying. It's about you know,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: even with Shad, when Shah come out, like let's go
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: work out, bro, that's like, I won'a be around people
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: who gonna reciprocate the thing. How many time we've been
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: in relationships with people we feel like we pouring in.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: Ain't nobody pouring back into us? You know what I'm saying.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: So now you're doing all of poring. You pouring into people,
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: You're giving people you all, and when it's time for
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: you to get that fill up because you're human, you
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: need nobody, ain't w I can honestly say, everybody in
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: my circle we talk at least once or twice a day,
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: real talk, no bs every like, it's what's up? What
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: you're doing. I'm checking on what's good with you, not
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: once a month, not once a weekend. I'm not saying
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: you gotta do that. But my circle, it's not a
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: day go by that I do on here from it.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: It's not a day go by that I'm not pouring.
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: I'm not checking. Oh, this day almost over your what's good?
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: I talld it to shot six, seven, eight times during
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: the day. You know, you know what I'm saying. You
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: know your circle is important, your energy is important. Believe
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: in yourself, man, And it's nothing you can't do out here.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: Like the this Instagram, social media YouTube, all of this
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: has put the playing field is level.
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: The plan sale man, beauty. It's the best thing in
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: the world. Man, Like my brother Wallow said, shout out
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: the Wallow. And it's like, Yo, a cell phone can
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: change your life.
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: Man. You can get rich off a cell phone. And
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: it's true.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: It's true.
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: And it's like, you know, for us to be in
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: a position to actually be able to reach people and
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: we all that's there, that's a that's a great thing
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: about life. It's like everybody's got this story, everybody's got
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: a story to tell, and you never know who you
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: can inspire and you never know, you know who has
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: similar experiences. You never know who might have you know,
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: be an iron worker. There might be an iron worker
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: right now. They might have thought about, you know, leaving
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: their job, but they got a nice salary and you
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: might have just inspired them to maybe go a little
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: harder on their business.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: Look and said he and say, man talk the trapper.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: The other day he gave me three ideas at midnight. Man, listen,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: that's you know, I just that's how I am. Man
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Like I'm telling y'all, man like, I don't my thing
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: like real talk, this is my this is my thing
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: for real, yode. I overcame so much with the help
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: of God. Man in my life. I'm talking about almost
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: kidnapped twice, like literally halfway into trunk real talk, no bullshit,
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: being getting found out guilty done, been through so much
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: trauma and pain bro to where I'm not living like
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: that no more. And I'm around genuine people. Man. Every
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: day for me is a blessing. Yo. Every day Like Yo,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: I don't want all you and nobody. I don't want
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: to fuss with nobody, eat the beauty one. What's up, Queen.
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: I don't want all you and nobody. I don't want
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: fuss with nobody, bro. I just won't live. I won't
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: be happy, bro. Like I told Rashad today when the
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: dude got killed from I saw the dude got killed
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: from dad as a rapper, I texted Shot and I said, damn, bro,
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: can we normalize getting old with our kids? Like? Can
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: we normalize that? Like? Can that be the thing now?
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: Can the thing now be? Yo? Like you know, because
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: we done made it from the streets Like a lot
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: of dudes that's rapping and stuff. You made it from
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: the street. You made some money, bro, Like your kids
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: deserve you. And I say that all the time, Like
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: my daughter deserves me. Like I go through with draws.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Once I ain't seen my daughter in the week, I'll
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: be like, well, I gotta go with I don't care
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: what my plans is.
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: I gotta go see my daughter. I gotta be with
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: my daughter.
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: I need that.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: I need that, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: So like YO, for me, however, and I'm telling y'all this, However,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: I can bring value to the people around me. It's
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: a given. It's a given. However, I can bring value
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: to the people around me. It's a given because when
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: they win. Here's how I live my life. When I
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: talk to Ian about if he went at that, you
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: know what happens. My wealth is associated with En winning.
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: Not on a scale where I'm gonna say, yeah, I
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: did that for En. But I know five ten years
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: from now, he can be like man, boy trap told
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: me this. Man, that shit took me here. I'm good
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: with that.
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: I'm good with that, Like that's what makes me feel
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: good knowing that I could bring value.
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: To the people who around me. If I can do that, Man,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: I'm good because my life not on the line. I
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: don't worry. I don't go to sleep worrying about nobody,
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: the people kicking my door in. No more, I don't
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: go to sleep saying well I can't do this. Let
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: me have a pistol inside of me. Well let me
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: put this behind the door. Man, I can't go I
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: don't live my life like that, no more. I lived
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: my life now in so much abundance. And it's like
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I attract money, I attract well, I attract good people,
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I attract good business. I'm around it. I attracted I
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: talk about it, and the people in my server. Are
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: them type of people? I know, the people around me
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: not on no bullshit?
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Yah, you know what, you know what, I just got
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: a random thought and this is something. So you know,
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: everybody knows I'm I'm in the financial services industry. So
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: I remember, forget years ago I used to have I
- 1:14:53Speaker 3: was in the office in Park Avenue and this Jewish
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: guy he was like the biggest he was the biggest
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: financial advisor in the in the in the office that
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: I was at, Like he was bringing it like millions
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: dollars a year, So everybody knew him.
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: He was like a real big way. So I'll never forget.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: He was in the he was in the bathroom. He
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: was all in the bathroom and there was a new
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: like head of the office, like a managing the partner
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: of the office or whatever. So one of the guys
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: you know, like they was washing their hands whatever. He
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: was like, yeah, you know X, Y and Z.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: You know this person just came on and she's you know,
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: she's paying the ass that he said.
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: He said, he said stop, he said stop, he said stop,
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: he said, you're talking something negative right now. In my
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: brain cannot process anything that he says.
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: Stop.
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: I don't even want to, like, I can't hearing no
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: people say, you know, You're like, I can't process it.
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: And I never forget that because I'm like, damn, he
- 1:15:49Speaker 3: didn't even allow hisself to even partake in any gossip,
- 1:15:53Speaker 3: anything that was going to take him off the track
- 1:15:56Speaker 3: of what he was actually doing. And it was no coincident.
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: Is that he was the most successful person in the
- 1:16:02Speaker 3: office with the other people sitting around and they talking
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: about people all day and going back and forth. And
- 1:16:09Speaker 3: I relate that to social media. It's like, how many
- 1:16:11Speaker 3: people go on these websites, these blog sites and argue
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: with people in the comments for hours and debate people
- 1:16:18Speaker 3: and da da da dah and curse people out online
- 1:16:20Speaker 3: and it's like, you're broken.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: It's fact.
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Listen what that thing is they say in school, man,
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: Empty wagons make the most noise. Man, you know what
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: I'm saying, Like, you know, even we like that, Like
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: I can't honestly say, We've had a million conversations, whether
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: it's me, you, you know, the whole crew, but we
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: don't be on on negative shit. You know. We have
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: our jokes, we have our laughs, shouts and smalls. Its
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: good King, but we don't never have them comments because
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: that shit not acceptable over here. It's not acceptable.
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: I can't come to the shop.
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: See man bro Man the algorithm messing over me. Dog Man,
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: you know this. He'll be like, Trap, what you're doing?
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: What are you doing? Trap? Nah, but I'm trying. I'm
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: gonna call you back. Trap, Yeah, that's not it. Your
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: energy bad. Like I be telling people all the time,
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Man check your energy, but Man, check your energy.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: Man, Trap.
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: Trap such a lawyer, like I tell Trap for all
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: the time. You know, he's he's a he's a street guy.
- 1:17:32Speaker 3: So he still carries those street code ethics where it's like,
- 1:17:35Speaker 3: you know, he sticks up for his friends. He sticks
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: up with people that he that he loves. And it's
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: like even people like sometimes people like they might say
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: bad things about us, and he's like it gets him,
- 1:17:44Speaker 3: you know, rapped up. And I'll be like, you don't
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: gonna worry about that, man, It ain't even not entertained,
- 1:17:49Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, Because it's like negative energy
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: is only gonna weigh you down, Like you know what
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: I'm saying. It's like that's just real, Like you know
- 1:17:57Speaker 3: what I'm saying. That's why a lot of times it'd
- 1:17:59Speaker 3: be like, it's not some things. A lot of most
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: things are not even worth entertaining. It's not even worth
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: entertaining because it's like when you really think about it,
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: you realize that most of the time, the people that's
- 1:18:10Speaker 3: hating his fans for real, Like when I said, like
- 1:18:13Speaker 3: you know, some say, hey, it's confused admiration. It really
- 1:18:15Speaker 3: a lot of times it's just confused admiration. They really
- 1:18:18Speaker 3: admire you, but they don't they don't really understand. They
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: don't they don't know how to actually express themselves properly.
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: A lot of time we dealing with pain, especially Black people.
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: We got a lot of pain. That's why for me,
- 1:18:28Speaker 3: like you know me, I be having more empathy, like
- 1:18:30Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying when I see people now
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: it's like somebody say something crazy and I really, like,
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: I know, mentally something not right, like you know what
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: I'm saying, Like I look at it from a situation
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: like not that person's in pain more than anything. Or
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: he really want to get close, so he want to
- 1:18:44Speaker 3: be on the platform and he want to do this,
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: So it's not really so much he don't he don't
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: really hate me.
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: He actually it's just confused. It's confused admiration. He don't
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: know how to fully express it.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: That's the fact Ian said, we'd be having to call
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: on trap down Like I just feel like like bro
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: like and this is how I feel, the like I've
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: poured so much into y'all. Y'all pulled so much into me.
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: We invested in one another, right like. And I'm not
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: the person to just be cool with people all the time.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: So like, if I hear somebody say something bad about y'all,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: I gotta say something because if I want, if I
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: come back and tell y'all somebody saying something, the first
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: thing you should ask me is why did they feel
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: comfortable saying that shit around you? What kind of conversation
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: y'all have? Well, that shit was even acceptable to come
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: out their mouth? You feel what I'm saying. So for me,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: it's like, nah, fam, like you got an issue? Right Like?
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: What's good? You know what I'm saying? What's damn? Fam?
- 1:19:44Speaker 8: Like?
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: What's your problem? You know what I'm saying? Because this
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: here's what I know. I know that we all here just.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: Doing good to our people, like we not out here
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: scamming people.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Were not out here being this lord bro like they
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: don't understand like they get the finished the people get
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: the finished product. They don't understand the research that Troy doing.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: They don't understand the band of Troy had between being
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: a husband a father. They don't researching for this. They
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: don't understand how you bring your son the AEU and
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: doing this. They don't understand how I gotta fly back
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: to New Orleans come here. Oh, I still gotta do
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: trapping to this. I still got to me a content.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: They don't understand how I and in home homeschool is
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Xander all day and then still making fifteen slides.
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Because Ian is the father the Yeah, I still don't
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: understand how he does that? Like you feel mean to
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: be doing homeschool all day every day. They don't understand
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: that all they get is the finished product.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. So for me, I can't
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: have nobody talking about my people if I know my
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: people doing good work out here. You know what I'm saying,
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: So no, that shit not gonna be acceptable to me
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: at all. You know what I'm saying. And then you know,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: instead of you putting that type of energy out, I
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: want you to say, damn like them dudes really putting
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: on because I know what we're doing, Like I know
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: this ain't no.
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: I know y'all just don't.
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, bro, let's just go through market moneys. Bro,
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: let's do this like I know the relationship you building.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: I know the conversations you haven't. You know what I'm saying.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: I know that what you're putting out that to make
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: this ship what is bro? Like this ain't no, This
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: ain't easy. There's two years of blood, sweating, tears. This
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: comes from iPhones that having ten thousand dollars, the equipment
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: to make up real you know what I'm saying. I
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: know what y'all putting in. This ain't no easy. You
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So and then what happens now
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: is when you tell that story like yo, we did
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: this with iPhones and now we got you know however
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: much And like that's somebody who thought about putting a
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: podcast together saying I can do it. You feel me.
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: That's somebody saying but I ain't never invest in the
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: stock before. But shit, from seeing Wallstreet trapping Ian and
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: y'all talk about it, I know I can do it.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: I ain't never heard the futures before. But I hear
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: Ian talk about all the time.
- 1:21:59Speaker 6: I do it.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: I ain't never heard about dividends or whatever for Trapp
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: talk about, but I can do it. So it's now
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: it's a transition to saying, Yo, we all got a story.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: This is how we connect, this is what's possible. And
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: I think that's what we represent. I think we were
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: We represent what's possible on the level that's attainable, you
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. And I think that's what people
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: need to see and that's what people enjoy and that's
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: what people love. Because now, Bro, I literally was talking
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: to my assistant today and I got excited. I said, Man,
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: people really fucking me. She was like, she was like,
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: excuse her. I was like, man, really fucking me. You
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: don't really understand. It's Voss She ting shit serious. So
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: she's like, what are you talking about? So I sent
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: her a clip from somebody from Trapping Toolsies. He had
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: a it was inside of a whipping pot and he said,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: I'm whipping this shit up like well, and he had
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: he had me too, is going on why he was
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: riving the thing up?
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: And I said that was so that made me feel
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: so good to know, like Yo, were pouring into it,
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: Like what we're doing is real, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: And so for me, the reason why I'm always happy,
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: I'm always smiling, I'm always because I get to use
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: those same experiences from the street and package that into
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: this message and people get it, Bro, Like that's what
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: purpose is, man. And I'm gonna tell you all this. Man.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: I know we've been know how much I'm gonna go. Bro,
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this. Your purpose has nothing to do
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: with you and everything to do with other people. So
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: many other people's success is to tie to your purpose.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: And when you don't walk in your purpose, you denying
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: people are the success. Say that again, your purpose has
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: nothing to do with you, and it has everything to
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: do with other people because your purpose is attached to
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: other people's success. When you don't walk in your purpose,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: you don't allow other people to be successful. If Earn
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: your Leasion doesn't start this podcast, how many people be
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: awoke to financial literacy? If Wall Street Trapper doesn't start
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: this how many people will understand like, Yo, I really
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: need to be investing my money, so our purpose has
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: nothing to do with us. Nothing. Somebody else's purpose is
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: what our success is attached to. But our purpose is
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: attached to so many other people's success. Man, But that's
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: why we got to keep going. So they got fourteen
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: hundred people on here, twelve hundred people on here. I
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: need you all to be walking on y'all purpose because
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: if for those people, there's other people's success that's tied
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: to y'all and you.
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: Can't and you can't be scared either.
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: I told Troy, you know, Troy tells the story all
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: the time, Like you know, I told him a long
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: time ago. I say, look, you're not gonna be working
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: your job no more. I'm gonna make sure that or
- 1:24:59Speaker 3: make sure you know your job no more. So now
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying. He's not working a job.
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: But I remember, like a couple of years ago. You know, Troy,
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: he no choice you're making. So he comes from a
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: West Indian family and it was just hard workers. You know,
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: if you know what you're making. They got three jobs
- 1:25:12Speaker 3: since they eight year old. Like they just work like
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: they know, they know what I'm saying. They're good people.
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: They just they just know about work. He's not really
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: from an entrepreneur background, so I was always telling him like, yo, nah,
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna be doing this full time.
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: And then I remember, you know, he was always like, no,
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: you know, I'm I'm calling my calling is to teach.
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: My call is to teach.
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: And I'm like I told him, I said, look, no disrespect,
- 1:25:33Speaker 3: but I'm like, uh, there's millions of physical education teachers,
- 1:25:39Speaker 3: any anybody, I said, anybody could be a physical education teacher,
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: but only a select feel can actually change the world.
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm like, you can change the world, Like
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying, You're mission, your purpose on life.
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: It's bigger than being a physical education teacher, Like you
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: got the ability to change the world. And to see
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: like that's true, like you know what I'm saying. And
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: so it's like even him, like you know what I'm saying,
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: Like now he's transitioning with this is full time now,
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: like you know what I'm saying. And it's like for me,
- 1:26:07Speaker 3: that's that's that's just dope to see his transition because
- 1:26:11Speaker 3: like I said, me, I always was an entrepreneur, but
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: he wasn't always an entrepreneur. So to go from education
- 1:26:17Speaker 3: to now educating, but now you're educating millions of people.
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: It's like, what if you would have had that mindset
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: of like no, I can't leave my job, you know
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: what I'm saying, Like it would have never happened.
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: I remember telling Troy that so like I remember when
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: I when I came, did the podcast and we built
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: I remember Traul was like, Yo, this is a classic.
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: I was like, and I was like telling y'all like bro,
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: like nah, like what y'all doing is for real. And
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: then once we started building our relationship, I remember telling
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: Troy like, Troy, you gotta leave. You got to leave
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: the job. Troy. I was like Troy, like, but shure,
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: I can't just do it by myself, Like you got
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: to leave the job. And then when the pandemic happened,
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: you know, I was like Troy like I gotta leave,
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: like it's time. I was like the pressure on. And
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: then I remember when he did it. He called me
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: like I did a trap. I was like what you did?
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: He was like, it ain't no going back. And I
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: knew what that meant because I was deb before. You
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, I knew I know that feeling
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: of I'm excited, but I'm like, could I just do that? Like,
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: did I just make up my mind to say that?
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: And here's the thing for me, Tuto. For me, the
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: scariest part wasn't just leaving my job. That was the
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: easy part. I'm gonna just be honest with you. The
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: scariest part for me was saying I'm gonna leave my job,
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: go back to New Orleans and not get back in
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: the streets at all. That was the hard part. That
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: was the scary part for me, the scary part. And
- 1:27:53Speaker 1: and please let me, I wasn't no l trap or
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: nothing like that. Please let me let me. I'm not
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: telling that type of favory tale story, right. I was just,
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: you know, a street dude, just doing what street dudes do.
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: And so for me, it was saying I'm gonna quit
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: my job. That's the easy part of all. Part back
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: to my culture, my hood, well not my hood because
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: my hood ain't been the same as years, but my culture,
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: my city where I know I know how to get around,
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: and I'm not gonna get back in the street no
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: matter how hard this shit get, because if I get
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: back in the street, I'm not dedicated to the mission
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: like I say I am. I don't believe in it,
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: like I say I am. If I go back to
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: the street, then I'm not walking in my purpose. I'm
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: trying to do this shit on my own and I
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: can't do that. I can't do that. So for me,
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: it was saying, I'm one hundred percent vested in this,
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: one d invested in this. So you know again, you know,
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: I just was a regular dude in the street, just
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: doing you know, making it work. So I was like,
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: I'm not gonna dedicate myself to that, no move. I'm
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: much just one hundred percent believe in my visit, one
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: hundred percent walking my purpose. And here we are two
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: years later, and I can honestly say it was the
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: best investment and the best risk that I ever took.
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: Then you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Man keep trapping.
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: We went over time, man.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: For sure, Man for sure. Man. So I'm gonna just
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: tell y'all good night. Man, got work to do. MANE
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: me too, Man, me too, Man, I got work. I'm
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: gonna tell y'all this Man Wall Street trapping legion, got
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: something real.
