America’s 250th birthday is almost here, and the Cape Fear region is throwing a massive Independence Day weekend bash with fireworks, parades, concerts, and family fun across multiple counties. Kickoff events are already happening — a concert in Shallotte on July 2nd and a family celebration in Whiteville on July 1st.
