Transcript
- 0:07Speaker 1: Hey folks, Welcome into the Irish Students podcast. We are
- 0:10Speaker 1: getting closer and closer to the start of the NFL season.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I say that I just started every podcast, but we
- 0:15Speaker 1: genuinely are. We're actually recording together in Belfast. Going to
- 0:19Speaker 1: talk a bit about the schedule today, Mike look with
- 0:21Speaker 1: Jimmy English, Dave McKee, Jimmy walk about north Land.
- 0:25Speaker 2: It's crack. Delighted to be here. Anytime we get a
- 0:28Speaker 2: chance to talk Steeters football is always a good time,
- 0:31Speaker 2: especially when we're in person and together as a trio,
- 0:34Speaker 2: which doesn't happen that often. But now the Dave is
- 0:37Speaker 2: back home, hopefully we can make that a more regular occurrence.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Definite for watching football and talking to Steeters and doing
- 0:44Speaker 2: some in person podcasts.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It's better crack as well. In person, that's much better crack.
- 0:48Speaker 1: It's it's it's flowing well. So welcome home, I do.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Gram and Michael. Yeah, it's good to be home. I
- 0:55Speaker 3: think I'm home full time for good now. So I've
- 0:58Speaker 3: spent six years in Liverpool and yeah, being back home
- 1:01Speaker 3: it's it's never a dull moment. So yeah, glad to
- 1:04Speaker 3: be here and being in the three, the regular three
- 1:06Speaker 3: as per usual in ferdin Yeah, three o thirdinand it's
- 1:12Speaker 3: it's a great occasion.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I've done this sort of podcast before in a different
- 1:16Speaker 1: sort of guys, but it's always like let's have a
- 1:18Speaker 1: bit of crack and let's make a prediction here. I
- 1:20Speaker 1: think let's have a bit of crack today in terms
- 1:22Speaker 1: of let's like look through the Staters schedule for the
- 1:25Speaker 1: year and let's give a win loss for each week. Jimmy,
- 1:28Speaker 1: the schedule's been like for a few weeks now before
- 1:30Speaker 1: we even you know, talk through the actual games. There
- 1:33Speaker 1: a lot of games on the road to start. I believe,
- 1:35Speaker 1: if I'm correct, that this is the first time the
- 1:38Speaker 1: Staders have done so since twenty seventeen in terms of
- 1:41Speaker 1: playing three at the first four games on the road.
- 1:43Speaker 1: They also played the first three of the first four
- 1:45Speaker 1: games on the road in twenty eleven and two thousand
- 1:48Speaker 1: and one, and obviously as well, four prime time matchups
- 1:51Speaker 1: three at Orchestra Stadium. You're going to one with the
- 1:55Speaker 1: have also and the Staders also playing on Christmas Day
- 1:57Speaker 1: against a Chief six pm Irish time, are going to
- 2:00Speaker 1: the Jets game. I'm hoping to get to the Giants game.
- 2:02Speaker 1: But on TBC. These are gonna be buzzing, But on
- 2:05Speaker 1: the on the scale of it, what's the fust on
- 2:07Speaker 1: the schedule just looking at it's.
- 2:09Speaker 2: A tricky one, no doubt about that. I mean, there's
- 2:11Speaker 2: some big, big games to get started. Obviously going to
- 2:15Speaker 2: Atlanta the week one. I mean, with the whole storyline
- 2:19Speaker 2: around Arthur Smith going back to his former team from
- 2:22Speaker 2: where he just came this time as offensive coordinator with
- 2:25Speaker 2: the Steelers, I think that's going to be again that
- 2:28Speaker 2: a lot of people tune into, I think as well.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I mean, obviously you mentioned the Jets game are potentially
- 2:34Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers last season as a quarterback. You know, he
- 2:37Speaker 2: seems to be I don't know what Aaron Rodgers is
- 2:39Speaker 2: doing right now, but after his injury last year, he's
- 2:42Speaker 2: he's coming back with with the with the Jets. Also
- 2:45Speaker 2: myself in Daves first time in Pittsburgh and Ada Steels
- 2:49Speaker 2: home game, so very much looking forward to that. But
- 2:51Speaker 2: on the scale of things, I mean, especially with the
- 2:53Speaker 2: AFC North backloaded to the to the end of the season,
- 2:56Speaker 2: towards towards the end of the season, it's it's it's
- 2:59Speaker 2: a very difficult schedule and I think we'll be hard
- 3:03Speaker 2: pressed to get a winning record. I think we might
- 3:06Speaker 2: just scrape one, but I think it's going to be challenging,
- 3:08Speaker 2: to say the least.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This is where we like get all the opinions of
- 3:11Speaker 1: Voltiple Fluechame will week sack and I'm really excited for that.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Do you have just before we do that? I met
- 3:16Speaker 1: week nine by do you like it?
- 3:18Speaker 4: I do?
- 3:18Speaker 3: To be fair, I think it's better to have a
- 3:20Speaker 3: bay laid on because if you have your hit with
- 3:22Speaker 3: that early Bay, it gives you countless weeks left to actually,
- 3:26Speaker 3: you know, prep each game, you know, individually, So I
- 3:29Speaker 3: like a good maybe you know early Bay.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Just looking at the schedule, as I say.
- 3:33Speaker 3: You know, with Adelanta Week one, I think it's potentially
- 3:37Speaker 3: one of the easier games this year. You know, the
- 3:38Speaker 3: whole situation with Kirk Cousins coming off the Achilles injury,
- 3:42Speaker 3: how's he Gonnafer as well as not looking at the
- 3:45Speaker 3: game against you know, danver in week two as well,
- 3:47Speaker 3: potentially you know Russell Russell Wilson's hinge game comes back
- 3:50Speaker 3: to prove Sean Payton wrong. As Jimmy said, though it's
- 3:53Speaker 3: a very very difficult schedule. I mean there's not many
- 3:55Speaker 3: schedules that are more difficult than pro sports. And you know,
- 3:57Speaker 3: looking at that off of the Bay, you know, even
- 3:59Speaker 3: the easy games, well I wouldn't say he's games. There's
- 4:01Speaker 3: no easy games, of course, but even like the easier
- 4:04Speaker 3: opponents Washington, you know, it's on the road, Cleveland on
- 4:07Speaker 3: the road as well, Philadelphia on the road. We could
- 4:10Speaker 3: be coming up up against our our old friend Kenny Peckett.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Who knows what happens, but yeah, it's it's a difficult schedule.
- 4:17Speaker 3: But as Jimmy said, were Steelers and we're very it's
- 4:21Speaker 3: hard to come by losing seasons when when you're Pittsburgh
- 4:23Speaker 3: dealer from I can't wait for this season.
- 4:26Speaker 2: That that Eagles one is just one that's very interesting.
- 4:29Speaker 2: I mean, anyone who knows America football in the NFL
- 4:32Speaker 2: knows that Philadelphia is not an easy play to play in,
- 4:36Speaker 2: an easy place to play in. Rather, it's a very
- 4:38Speaker 2: hostile environment there in Lincoln Financial Field, and I think
- 4:43Speaker 2: that's going to be I mean, could you imagine if
- 4:45Speaker 2: Kenny Pickett had taken over at that stage for some
- 4:48Speaker 2: bizarre reason, he out performed Jalen Hurts. I think that
- 4:51Speaker 2: that's a fascinating matchup, and the fact that it comes
- 4:54Speaker 2: right in the middle of that kind of that AFC
- 4:57Speaker 2: North slate as well, just to make things even trickier.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So look, it's it's interesting times ahead this year.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Let's go for a point. Let's go for it right. Look,
- 5:07Speaker 1: we'll not talk around the preseason, but what I would
- 5:09Speaker 1: say just before we just move on two home games Houston,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Buffalo and we're at Detroit. That's from the ninth of
- 5:14Speaker 1: August to the twenty fourth. That will fly in now
- 5:17Speaker 1: obviously TBC in terms of how we watch that, and
- 5:19Speaker 1: we'll get back to people on that over the next
- 5:21Speaker 1: few weeks. Do keep an eye out on the social
- 5:23Speaker 1: channels for updates on that, and let's just get into
- 5:26Speaker 1: the season itself. We'll go myself, Jimmy, then Dave, feel
- 5:30Speaker 1: free to give a reason. I just think I mean,
- 5:32Speaker 1: like you're talking about the whole revenge game for Arfur
- 5:34Speaker 1: Smith there. I think we're going to Atlanta big, going
- 5:36Speaker 1: to win. I think we can get off to I
- 5:38Speaker 1: think it's I'll say this now, I don't want to
- 5:40Speaker 1: go in the week two already, but I think those
- 5:41Speaker 1: first two games are crucial. I understand You've got a
- 5:44Speaker 1: situation where you know you're going into a stadium where
- 5:48Speaker 1: the fans and we all know, like you know, every
- 5:51Speaker 1: fan of the league, Week one is this is our year.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Doesn't matter what's sported that everyone believes this is our year.
- 5:57Speaker 1: If you're ever gonna go into an atmosphere which a
- 5:58Speaker 1: is gonna be high pitched, especially with the Alkins this
- 6:00Speaker 1: year expected to the Week one, I think the Steelers
- 6:03Speaker 1: ground at a result and go one of those what's
- 6:05Speaker 1: your foster? Yeah?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Absolutely, I think this is a very very motivated Steeters
- 6:10Speaker 2: side this this season. You can see that all the
- 6:13Speaker 2: moves they've made, all the different pieces they brought in,
- 6:15Speaker 2: have been building towards Week one of this season. I
- 6:19Speaker 2: just I mean, you know, Mike thom has been extended,
- 6:22Speaker 2: we have a new offensive coordinator, with two new quarterbacks,
- 6:25Speaker 2: with new defense. Everything is lined up now to have
- 6:28Speaker 2: to have to get a good start for the season.
- 6:30Speaker 2: So I think we go in and I think we
- 6:33Speaker 2: take I don't want to say, you know, too handily,
- 6:36Speaker 2: because obviously Kirk Cousins is at the court is at
- 6:38Speaker 2: the helm now. Absolutely, but I think I think Steeters
- 6:41Speaker 2: are are The Steelers are riled up and it's gonna
- 6:44Speaker 2: be a win for US week one.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I love it. I love it. What's your fuss?
- 6:49Speaker 3: Yeah, concession. To be fair, it's it's gonna it's three
- 6:54Speaker 3: out of three. I think we're gonna go out, go
- 6:55Speaker 3: out week one and get a win as well. I'll
- 6:57Speaker 3: just say, you know, everything with Kirk Cousins coming off
- 7:00Speaker 3: the Achilles, I don't know if it's exactly a saddled
- 7:02Speaker 3: roster in Atlanta, you know, with them taking michal Panics
- 7:05Speaker 3: in the first round when it was obvious they needed
- 7:07Speaker 3: help on the defensive side of the ball. It's difficult
- 7:10Speaker 3: sometimes for teams to come out when there's been so
- 7:12Speaker 3: much talk in the off season about you know, the draft,
- 7:15Speaker 3: and I think we can go in there and capitalized.
- 7:17Speaker 4: So I'm going for a win as well.
- 7:19Speaker 1: So win across the board, weig one. Everyone's one of
- 7:22Speaker 1: those so far and the quick for Week two at Denver,
- 7:25Speaker 1: it's a hard game in the sense of Russell Wilson
- 7:27Speaker 1: going back to Denver, the crowd will be on him.
- 7:29Speaker 1: We don't know what's gonna happen with Bonnicks, especially sorely
- 7:32Speaker 1: in his career. What I will say, Jimmy is Wilson
- 7:34Speaker 1: has the experience week one monthday at football game in Seattle.
- 7:37Speaker 1: It didn't work from that night, but it's not going
- 7:40Speaker 1: to be as loud as that. I'm sorry. I'm sorry
- 7:41Speaker 1: to the Broncos on but that Seattle cry that night,
- 7:43Speaker 1: we're huge. Sorry bro, because the Steel's gonna win a
- 7:47Speaker 1: slight win too. And no would you take two and though, and.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I think so, I do think so. I mean, I
- 7:53Speaker 2: agree with regards that the environment might be challenging for
- 7:56Speaker 2: us for Russell Wilson going going back to Denver, which
- 8:01Speaker 2: I don't think the Broncaus have done much recently, and
- 8:05Speaker 2: they could potentially have a rookie quarterback starting in bone
- 8:07Speaker 2: Nicks and I think if our defense is going full tilt,
- 8:11Speaker 2: they should eat him alive. So I would be hopeful
- 8:14Speaker 2: that we come we come away from Mile High with
- 8:16Speaker 2: a win as well.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Yeah, to be honest, looking at that game, you know
- 8:22Speaker 3: it does severely depend on who the quarterback is. Again
- 8:25Speaker 3: bone X, he's a prology. Sean Pitton did like him
- 8:28Speaker 3: a lot of partly they had good meetings from from
- 8:31Speaker 3: what I could see. But again, whether he starts the
- 8:34Speaker 3: game or not as a massive you know Zach Wilson,
- 8:37Speaker 3: he's you know, he's not a veteran, of course, you know,
- 8:39Speaker 3: he is still a bit green, but he's got experience.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I think he actually went into Denver with the Jets
- 8:43Speaker 3: and beat them last year. So unfortunately, I think this
- 8:47Speaker 3: might have to be the first l I'm gonna give.
- 8:50Speaker 3: It's not gonna be many. There's not gonna be a man,
- 8:52Speaker 3: trust me. But I think in that environment were of course,
- 8:57Speaker 3: you know, with with Danver, all the rumblings going on
- 8:59Speaker 3: with quarterback position, I think they'll be ready for that game.
- 9:01Speaker 3: And I think if there's maybe a defense that one
- 9:04Speaker 3: that wants to hit Russell low, it probably would be
- 9:07Speaker 3: danversh So yeah, I think it's gonna be difficult.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Who knows.
- 9:09Speaker 3: It'll probably be a low scoring one, but I think
- 9:11Speaker 3: I have to be on bat to say I'll give
- 9:13Speaker 3: that one a loss.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Unfortunately, you're going to win as well, So two wins
- 9:17Speaker 1: on the loss so far for that Denver game. Chargers
- 9:20Speaker 1: home opener weekly, who is a late home opener. It's
- 9:22Speaker 1: good because we get more home action towards the end
- 9:24Speaker 1: of the year. Chargers in an early game for everybody
- 9:26Speaker 1: in Ireland. Six o'clock at home. I mago win here
- 9:30Speaker 1: and take it away. You have to.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I mean it's the first home the first home game
- 9:34Speaker 2: of the season. You know, it's the home opener, and
- 9:37Speaker 2: I think High Acroture Stadium opening day for for for
- 9:42Speaker 2: a home gaming, you have to go win and that
- 9:45Speaker 2: Uns are crowdedly will be going wild, I think, especially
- 9:48Speaker 2: given what happened last season losing to a California team
- 9:52Speaker 2: in the first home game. You know, I mean it
- 9:55Speaker 2: was not pretty against the forty nine Ers at all.
- 9:58Speaker 2: So I think the Steelers will have that in my mind,
- 10:00Speaker 2: and I think they'll want to go out and put
- 10:02Speaker 2: a strong statement for the hope for the first home
- 10:04Speaker 2: game of the season and that you're definitely going And
- 10:08Speaker 2: now having said that, it's you know, it's justin Herbert
- 10:10Speaker 2: and the Chargers. I mean they are. They're a very
- 10:13Speaker 2: very strong a SC West team. It won't be easy
- 10:16Speaker 2: by any means, but I think the Steelers will have
- 10:18Speaker 2: to go out and put their foot down for for
- 10:20Speaker 2: week one, week one home game.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Me and Jimmy are fleeing though so far we're.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Optimistic though we're flying here.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I'm going want to know, of course not I'm going
- 10:30Speaker 3: win on this one as well. I think John Harbor,
- 10:34Speaker 3: John Harbor, it's Jim, Jim, it's Jim, It's Jim, It's
- 10:38Speaker 3: it's I got the first ladder.
- 10:41Speaker 1: But like that's that that's a fair point because they're
- 10:43Speaker 1: going to be, like the Chargers really believe that they
- 10:44Speaker 1: they have a guy who's gonna propel Herbert to the
- 10:46Speaker 1: next level. And for all we know, they can be
- 10:49Speaker 1: coming into when Herbert could be a fire.
- 10:51Speaker 3: You know, yeah, I think this. I think this is
- 10:53Speaker 3: a perfect opportunity if you're going to play the Chargers.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I think it is earlier in the year. We're obviously
- 10:58Speaker 3: scheme ways, you know, with fabviously adjusting their life in California.
- 11:02Speaker 3: He probably doesn't need it. Jim Harbaugh, it's a difficult opening,
- 11:06Speaker 3: you know, a couple of weeks for him. So I
- 11:08Speaker 3: think we can sort of adjust that and we can
- 11:10Speaker 3: come out in the win or with a win on
- 11:12Speaker 3: that one. As Jimmy said, it's a home opener against
- 11:14Speaker 3: the California team. Last year we got paid out of
- 11:16Speaker 3: the place, and I think in the home opener, you know.
- 11:20Speaker 1: We don't remind.
- 11:22Speaker 3: I'm trying not to. Haven't said it was a pretty
- 11:23Speaker 3: good team, you have to say. But yeah, I'm going
- 11:26Speaker 3: for when there. I think we can put enough pressure
- 11:27Speaker 3: and just in Herbert to come out with a win there.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Week four and Indianapolis that is a lovely early game.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Lovely game to have their Week four six o'clock our time. Again.
- 11:37Speaker 1: This is the very Jimmy a friendly sleep sleeping scads.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Just so far for all of us here, so far
- 11:41Speaker 1: as good. We'll take it and run at the minute.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Do you know what I'm just gonna say. And I
- 11:46Speaker 1: think this is like I think we're sitting for you know,
- 11:48Speaker 1: and and then we go in and that magis in
- 11:49Speaker 1: runs around us. I don't know what it is. I
- 11:51Speaker 1: think he'll have a really strong start of the season,
- 11:53Speaker 1: started to fall off and I have to. I have
- 11:55Speaker 1: to give a loss at some point. So I'm just
- 11:56Speaker 1: gonna say it's this game against Indianapolis. Lucas Oil fired
- 11:59Speaker 1: up started this season. They're in a difficult division with
- 12:01Speaker 1: different things going on. The Colts need to try and
- 12:03Speaker 1: win games like this. I think the Staders lose a
- 12:05Speaker 1: late one day field goal.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I think you're right. I think this
- 12:09Speaker 2: could be the first lost season for US. I think,
- 12:11Speaker 2: especially if Anthony Richardson is back and he's healthy. He
- 12:15Speaker 2: could pose problems for us. I think it's at some point.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I mean we've gone three and now so far myself
- 12:21Speaker 2: and yourself make at some point our luck has to
- 12:22Speaker 2: run out. Wait the next week, and I think this
- 12:25Speaker 2: could be This could be a challenging one given like
- 12:28Speaker 2: it's it's a very talented Colts team, so it'll be
- 12:31Speaker 2: be interesting to see how it plays out.
- 12:33Speaker 1: This is where DV says, wise up, we're winning this game.
- 12:36Speaker 4: I believe or not. Yeah, I think we're winning this one.
- 12:39Speaker 3: I feel that after watching us in Indianapolis last year
- 12:43Speaker 3: with Mitchell Trabeski we lost too. I've already forgotten that
- 12:47Speaker 3: Gardner Minshew. Of course we lost to Gardner Minshew.
- 12:51Speaker 2: It was a hard game to watch.
- 12:52Speaker 1: It was.
- 12:52Speaker 3: It was a difficult game because I think that was
- 12:55Speaker 3: sort of when our season was potentially in the balance.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Of course, we still made the playoffs anyway, as we
- 12:59Speaker 3: always do, but it was it was a real hard one.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I think that the guys are gonna look at that
- 13:04Speaker 3: and say, we're not gonna go back in and and
- 13:06Speaker 3: hopefully I'll stink up the place again.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I think we're gonna come out.
- 13:08Speaker 3: It's probably gonna be another low scoring one with obviously
- 13:12Speaker 3: that coach defense as well. You know, they're not the
- 13:14Speaker 3: easiest team to play against. And Anthony Richardon as say,
- 13:17Speaker 3: he's coming off an injury as well. We don't know
- 13:19Speaker 3: what he's gonna look like. And of course he's stake
- 13:22Speaker 3: in my opinion, last year is probably one of the
- 13:23Speaker 3: coaches of the year. He dine a brilliant job, you know,
- 13:25Speaker 3: getting them even competing for the playoffs. So I think
- 13:28Speaker 3: we're actually gonna come back and we're gonna we're gonna
- 13:30Speaker 3: beat them this time. We have we have to sort
- 13:33Speaker 3: of come back and and uh, you know, I just
- 13:35Speaker 3: got lost from last year, so I'm going for a win.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Okay, so far we're all on the same page. It's
- 13:40Speaker 1: gonna be interested in the second half of the season.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Sothern at football. So the first late night of the year, boy,
- 13:44Speaker 1: sixth of you'll get that get work booked off in
- 13:47Speaker 1: the seven basically, or get a late more than than
- 13:49Speaker 1: the work and one to twenty am. That's something that
- 13:52Speaker 1: I am very much looking forward to. I can't wait.
- 13:54Speaker 1: But right now I'm enjoying my sleep at eleven o
- 13:56Speaker 1: clocker time, looking night, Cowboys at home? What's the Cowboys team?
- 14:01Speaker 1: We're gonna see you, but we're going to see it.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I frustrated Dark Prescott this year because we know technically
- 14:06Speaker 1: they have to pay a couple of guys. This could
- 14:08Speaker 1: be the year where he either gets over the edge
- 14:09Speaker 1: or it's like the Liverpool of the NFL this time
- 14:13Speaker 1: next year will be champions and we all know what
- 14:15Speaker 1: happened to leave for Liverpool. But is it gonna happen
- 14:17Speaker 1: to the Cowboys under Dak Prescott. I say, if the
- 14:20Speaker 1: Steelers win this game and some of their football and
- 14:22Speaker 1: America takes notice.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Absolutely, I mean, let's be honest, Dark Prescott has never
- 14:27Speaker 2: really played to his full potential. And like the Cowboys have,
- 14:31Speaker 2: the Cowboys have have reinforced their faith in them. They've
- 14:34Speaker 2: also brought back They've brought back Zeke. Zeek is home
- 14:37Speaker 2: play running back. So I think this. I think the
- 14:41Speaker 2: Cowboys they'll put up a good fight. But you know,
- 14:45Speaker 2: the Steelers have that historical rivalry with the Cowboys. And
- 14:48Speaker 2: I think it's the first night game and that was
- 14:50Speaker 2: sure the place is going to be rocking.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Two wins, you're under pressure.
- 14:53Speaker 4: Three wins, of course you couldn't. You couldn't sleep an
- 14:57Speaker 4: over red zone, could you. I don't know if.
- 14:59Speaker 1: If it's like if it's a big Sunday night game
- 15:02Speaker 1: and the late slate is more quiet, and if it
- 15:04Speaker 1: is the Staders, yeah, like I'll try my best. Like
- 15:07Speaker 1: I the Big Ben's last game, I ended up watching
- 15:12Speaker 1: it the next morning and watch the whole thing for
- 15:14Speaker 1: like three or four hours, and I'm regretting not sitting
- 15:15Speaker 1: watching it. So now I'm like, no, do you know what?
- 15:18Speaker 1: Like we're sitting here in June July the time, and
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'd love to watch a game of football, Like if
- 15:21Speaker 1: somebody said to me right now as a game and
- 15:22Speaker 1: have to, I'll be up watching it, you know what
- 15:24Speaker 1: I mean. So yeah, that's where I'm at at the minute.
- 15:26Speaker 1: So technically three five weeks we are four and one.
- 15:30Speaker 2: We're a very optimistic bunch. I hope that we stay
- 15:33Speaker 2: as optimistic when the season actually starts.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I was losing in Vegas the week after and you're
- 15:39Speaker 1: laughing already, but I just I've so I was losing
- 15:43Speaker 1: both like two away games so far. I'm gonna take
- 15:45Speaker 1: the Alan Vegas and I'll come back to that in
- 15:49Speaker 1: the second half of the season. In terms of why,
- 15:51Speaker 1: I think there will be times this year where they
- 15:52Speaker 1: go like naturally, where every team goes in the road,
- 15:54Speaker 1: they have struggles in three problems. I think just if
- 15:58Speaker 1: it had to try and pick a game to lose,
- 16:00Speaker 1: it'll be that game in Vegas, I think. I think
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Raiders.
- 16:03Speaker 2: We don't play the Raiders in Vegas last season as well?
- 16:06Speaker 1: We did?
- 16:07Speaker 2: We did, we did, and do we don't win that game?
- 16:08Speaker 1: We did? We did? There you go interesting, w put
- 16:12Speaker 1: it down.
- 16:13Speaker 3: I thought I had to say on that matter, believe
- 16:15Speaker 3: it or not, I'm gonna give this as a loss
- 16:17Speaker 3: as well. I just feel that it's probably one of
- 16:20Speaker 3: those games where there was a couple of games last
- 16:22Speaker 3: year as well where I looked at it was like,
- 16:23Speaker 3: we're definitely gonna win this, this team isn't great, and
- 16:26Speaker 3: we ended up losing. I can't remember exactly because Coach
- 16:28Speaker 3: Game might have been one of them, and I think
- 16:29Speaker 3: that's probably one. So yeah, I'm going to give that
- 16:32Speaker 3: a loss as well. Unfortunate, It's going to be difficult.
- 16:34Speaker 3: You know that they're you know, we don't know Gardner Minshew.
- 16:36Speaker 3: I think, believe or not, he's the quarterback of the
- 16:38Speaker 3: minute for Las Vegas. So yeah, that's that's a loss
- 16:40Speaker 3: for me unfortunately.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Then the big one for you boys, the Jets Sunday
- 16:44Speaker 1: Night Football, So again in two weeks on the NBC.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Are gonna love Staders this year? Obviously if people listening
- 16:50Speaker 1: to the podcast, you lads are going to this game,
- 16:51Speaker 1: I mean you have to give it a window. I
- 16:53Speaker 1: have to give it a win. Well, I'm going to
- 16:55Speaker 1: say win against the Jets. Who's gonna be the started
- 16:58Speaker 1: quarterback lass for the Jets? And the viewser at that game, well,
- 17:00Speaker 1: do you know what?
- 17:00Speaker 2: We were on Ticketmaster and I was looking at There
- 17:03Speaker 2: was two games I was looking at for my first
- 17:05Speaker 2: home game in Akroshure, and it was the Cowboys and
- 17:08Speaker 2: the Jets. And purely the fact that it could be
- 17:11Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers last ever game or last season as in
- 17:15Speaker 2: the NFL, and I've never seen it seen him play
- 17:17Speaker 2: it in persons like I have to go Jets, and
- 17:20Speaker 2: I couldn't think of it of a better game to
- 17:21Speaker 2: go to. It gets a night game in AQAFA, the
- 17:24Speaker 2: place is going to be absolutely rocking. It's in prime time.
- 17:27Speaker 2: It's it's myself in days first game, first Steelers home game,
- 17:31Speaker 2: you have to go win. I mean I think they
- 17:33Speaker 2: I think they'll know that we're there, the Irish Steeters
- 17:36Speaker 2: podcast or crew or in the in the stands or
- 17:38Speaker 2: on the sideline hopefully, and I think that I'll get
- 17:41Speaker 2: to just get the job done.
- 17:43Speaker 1: W W.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Of course, as you said, who knows with who the
- 17:46Speaker 3: quarterback will be Aaron Rodgers coming off that ankle injury,
- 17:50Speaker 3: and he's still trying to discover whether Ilians are real
- 17:52Speaker 3: or not. He's too focused on other things.
- 17:55Speaker 1: At the time, recording he has the million. That's that's
- 17:57Speaker 1: that's the news of that, and that's why we're having
- 17:59Speaker 1: a bit of a laugh about it.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't see anything over in the wind against
- 18:04Speaker 1: the Giants and one in the football week after, you know,
- 18:06Speaker 1: you have that actually of recover Jimmy, and I'm hoping
- 18:08Speaker 1: to get to that game, so we could have a
- 18:09Speaker 1: two week take over of just having the crack in
- 18:11Speaker 1: Pittsburgh and that would put for me, you know, coming
- 18:15Speaker 1: to the bye week, the Steelers would be really six
- 18:18Speaker 1: and two.
- 18:19Speaker 2: It's a good place to be halfway through the season, and.
- 18:22Speaker 1: You would have them seven and one if they and
- 18:23Speaker 1: that right, Dave win.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely, we can't lose Valiant, Jones and Petsburgh.
- 18:29Speaker 1: At the bye. Me and Dave have them six and
- 18:32Speaker 1: two in Jimmy has them seven and one. If that's
- 18:35Speaker 1: you know, like they'll be a statue erected at the bye.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I'm just gonna say at that point.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Were obviously we're in good form at the minute. Things
- 18:41Speaker 2: could all change in the first couple of weeks this
- 18:43Speaker 2: season if the wheels come off, but hopefully they'll stay
- 18:45Speaker 2: on and long enough to get us into the into
- 18:48Speaker 2: As far as the buy anyway, I mean, they're they're
- 18:50Speaker 2: very winnable games overall.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I think it's perfect time for the buy as well.
- 18:53Speaker 1: And Davy said it started like the middle of the season.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I see, I've seen teams have a bye week fourteen.
- 18:57Speaker 1: It's too late, like teams are and buyers around Week
- 19:00Speaker 1: four sometimes used to be the way where you went
- 19:02Speaker 1: internationally had to buy the week after. That's not really
- 19:04Speaker 1: the case anymore. Week nine, week ten, the week nine
- 19:08Speaker 1: buying makes sense, and then you go to a Washington team,
- 19:10Speaker 1: which we really don't know that is. That's the big
- 19:13Speaker 1: question mark for me in this now. Based on the
- 19:16Speaker 1: rest of the schedule, I'm gonna put that is a
- 19:18Speaker 1: wins because I feel like the staiders and I feel like, look,
- 19:21Speaker 1: at the end of the day, the AFC overplaying each
- 19:23Speaker 1: other a lot second half of the season.
- 19:24Speaker 2: We all know that.
- 19:25Speaker 1: But we need to win that game against Washington. But
- 19:28Speaker 1: don Quinn Jayden Daniels, I don't know Jimmy Watt washingteam
- 19:33Speaker 1: we're going up against here. It could be like an
- 19:34Speaker 1: RG three ask first season, and if it is, that's
- 19:37Speaker 1: a very difficult game to come back to. But at
- 19:38Speaker 1: least they have the buye and that game has a
- 19:43Speaker 1: star beside it, as many games in the second window
- 19:46Speaker 1: do says subject to flexible scheduling to that game if
- 19:51Speaker 1: Jaden Daniels does line it up, could be like on
- 19:53Speaker 1: Thursday Night football in case people are wondered, So imagine
- 19:55Speaker 1: the scenario where it's flexed to maybe the Thursday night instead. Yeah,
- 20:00Speaker 1: and you're not getting as much of a buye.
- 20:01Speaker 2: No, I mean, obviously, Jayden Daniels is coming in as
- 20:05Speaker 2: a rookie quarterback. He could either be have a miraculous
- 20:09Speaker 2: first season or he could have a tough first season.
- 20:11Speaker 2: And you never really know with with rookie quarterbacks. How
- 20:14Speaker 2: they're going to do. I think it could be a loss. Genuinely,
- 20:18Speaker 2: I think. I mean to be honest with you, I'm
- 20:21Speaker 2: not familiar with what weapons the the Commanders have, but
- 20:26Speaker 2: I think it could be a tricky tricky when it's
- 20:28Speaker 2: it's in Washington, it's it's an away game, and I
- 20:31Speaker 2: think Jayden Donald's coming off his his Heisman season could
- 20:35Speaker 2: just prove to be the X factor that the Steelers
- 20:38Speaker 2: have trouble dealing with.
- 20:40Speaker 4: What's your false Yeah, I'm actually going to give this
- 20:43Speaker 4: as a win.
- 20:43Speaker 3: I think the Steelers mke Tomlin specifically has a great
- 20:47Speaker 3: record against rookie quarterbacks a swell coming off the Bay,
- 20:52Speaker 3: will be well prepared for it. You know, it's a
- 20:54Speaker 3: real game. But again, it's off the Bay. We have
- 20:56Speaker 3: to come in and expect in a tough game, so
- 20:58Speaker 3: I think, but I think it's going to be when
- 21:00Speaker 3: and you know, rookie quarterbacks to do tend to get
- 21:02Speaker 3: eaten up by mc tomlin.
- 21:03Speaker 4: So yeah, I'm giving that as a win.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And let's just say it first off, that schedule from
- 21:08Speaker 1: the seventeenth of November to the week after Christmas is hard.
- 21:11Speaker 1: There's no point in said in Baltimore add Cleveland at Cincinnati,
- 21:14Speaker 1: Cleveland at Philly at Baltimore, Kansas City and Christmas Day
- 21:19Speaker 1: and Cincinnati.
- 21:20Speaker 2: I mean you kind of want to be in a
- 21:22Speaker 2: good place, you know, before du buye. Because apart from that,
- 21:26Speaker 2: I mean, once you finish up, once you finish the
- 21:28Speaker 2: first half of the season, you comment it such you
- 21:31Speaker 2: run into a buzzsaw effectively with the all your AFC
- 21:34Speaker 2: North opponents and the Chiefs and Christmas Day and Philadelphia
- 21:38Speaker 2: in Philadelphia, it's just, I mean, what's going on here?
- 21:43Speaker 1: So Baltimore at home? Like this is there's no point
- 21:47Speaker 1: like this is obviously a team part. This is a
- 21:48Speaker 1: difficult stretch, but you like, I feel if this team
- 21:52Speaker 1: for me is sitting seven or two week eleven in
- 21:53Speaker 1: Baltimore at home, they go to Baltimore at home, they
- 21:56Speaker 1: bring Baltimore in sidey Pittsburgh, they win and they go
- 22:00Speaker 1: eating too, and everyone's going mad. Have you got Jimmy
- 22:04Speaker 1: for that?
- 22:04Speaker 2: I mean, my heart says Pittsburgh, my head, my head
- 22:07Speaker 2: says Baltimore. I mean, it just depends on what version
- 22:10Speaker 2: of Lamara Jackson you get on the day. Really, I
- 22:12Speaker 2: think either he either has you know, hit an m
- 22:16Speaker 2: v P caliber game, or we've alway seen what happens
- 22:18Speaker 2: when he doesn't play very well and he gets flustered
- 22:21Speaker 2: by the defense.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Injuries are so key as well, like yeah, like Mark Jackson,
- 22:24Speaker 1: for example, Sorry, Mark Jackson, Mark Andrews, Mark Jackson.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Mark Jackson, if only, if only he was still a Steeler.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Mark Mark Andrews obviously was Keith of last year. Those
- 22:34Speaker 1: guys make the differences in the moments where a Steels
- 22:36Speaker 1: defense will try and slate Lamar. So you're taking the L,
- 22:40Speaker 1: Jimmy's taking the L.
- 22:41Speaker 2: No, I don't know. I don't know.
- 22:44Speaker 1: I can't I'm sorry.
- 22:46Speaker 2: I can't commit. A lot of I can't commit. I
- 22:48Speaker 2: think I might have to go for a loss. I think,
- 22:51Speaker 2: I genuinely think, and I hate to say it, but
- 22:52Speaker 2: I think Lamara Jackson, I'm fairly sure that we that
- 22:56Speaker 2: we bet, we bet them the last time out at
- 22:59Speaker 2: the end of last year, and so I think they're
- 23:00Speaker 2: there for revenge this time around.
- 23:02Speaker 4: Beautiful, this is this is not the hardest one for me.
- 23:06Speaker 4: I'm gonna go win. I'm gonna go win.
- 23:08Speaker 3: I just think our record against Lamar Jackson, I don't
- 23:11Speaker 3: I think he I think he's only beating us once
- 23:12Speaker 3: since he's coming into the league, and that's incredible for
- 23:14Speaker 3: an MVP. So I just think the way we you know,
- 23:17Speaker 3: we sat up against him, we just know him like
- 23:19Speaker 3: the back of our hands.
- 23:20Speaker 2: So I think went, if you if we can shut
- 23:23Speaker 2: him down and take away I mean, obviously you mentioned
- 23:26Speaker 2: when Mark Andrews went injured and went out injured last year,
- 23:29Speaker 2: they had a rookie tight end step up whose name
- 23:31Speaker 2: evades me, but he was sensational. Oh you know exactly
- 23:35Speaker 2: who I'm talking about.
- 23:36Speaker 1: The gonnahf Like, yeah, no, you're you're right, because they
- 23:41Speaker 1: were able to get over that hump and they were. Frankly,
- 23:45Speaker 1: I'm lucky at the end of the season not to
- 23:46Speaker 1: get to the big Dance in my opinion. And I'm
- 23:48Speaker 1: gonna jump ahead here right and it's gonna go through
- 23:51Speaker 1: his next two weeks. Like the reason that I think
- 23:53Speaker 1: we lose against Cleveland on the first night football is
- 23:55Speaker 1: that short week. And I think as well, going to
- 23:58Speaker 1: Cincinnati's a difficult game. You know what type of resurgeons
- 24:01Speaker 1: we're going to see from Joe Burrow and they have
- 24:03Speaker 1: a different situation there, both with the run game on
- 24:05Speaker 1: with the receivers in Cincinnati this year. But the Bengals fans,
- 24:08Speaker 1: let's be clear here, this is the best division of
- 24:09Speaker 1: football and they expect to not just win this division,
- 24:12Speaker 1: but the challenge for the super Bowl this year. I'm
- 24:14Speaker 1: taking two losses on Cleveland at Cincinnati as we go
- 24:17Speaker 1: in the December. I don't know if you want to
- 24:19Speaker 1: do both those games at once, but no, I agree,
- 24:22Speaker 1: And that's gonna be such a hard stress training exactly.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I just think the fact that we have our entire
- 24:28Speaker 2: AFC Nords play the game so compressed. I mean, those
- 24:31Speaker 2: are hard hitting, physical games. They take that they take
- 24:33Speaker 2: their toll on players. I think that could be that
- 24:37Speaker 2: could be a challenging patch for us, and.
- 24:39Speaker 1: That will be four losses in the rule for you
- 24:41Speaker 1: if what happened. So I just wanted to say that
- 24:44Speaker 1: sounds worse than you say it. It's grande.
- 24:48Speaker 4: I'm going to go two losses as well. I think
- 24:50Speaker 4: that is.
- 24:50Speaker 3: It's a difficult stretch, particularly, you know, when you've just
- 24:53Speaker 3: had your value as well, coming off two wins against
- 24:56Speaker 3: Washington and Baltimore too, very you know, very tricky games.
- 24:59Speaker 3: I'm going to two losses as well. It's gonna be
- 25:01Speaker 3: difficult us, say, who knows with injuries, you know, you
- 25:03Speaker 3: never know what this stage. You know, Joe Burrow, he's.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Made of glass. Who knows. But I'm gonna go two
- 25:08Speaker 4: losses as well.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I I'm not trying to jump ahead here, but I
- 25:12Speaker 1: would have us winning against Cleveland at home, mainly because
- 25:16Speaker 1: it's a home and the pressure will be all at
- 25:18Speaker 1: that point. And then we end up playing Philadelphia on
- 25:21Speaker 1: the road in Baltimore Road before Christmas, and I would
- 25:23Speaker 1: have us losing those games.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree.
- 25:26Speaker 1: And I mean, if we play that out right now
- 25:28Speaker 1: before we get Gave's opinion and I put this into
- 25:30Speaker 1: our lovely Google sheet right now, do you have any
- 25:35Speaker 1: thoughts too? Don't have massive up brolly and putting in
- 25:37Speaker 1: wins where it shouldn't be wins, any faults in those games.
- 25:39Speaker 1: So obviously Cleveland at home in the start of December,
- 25:42Speaker 1: and then Philly on the road. Don't know what sort
- 25:44Speaker 1: of Philly team we're gonna have minus Jason Kelsey Baltimore
- 25:49Speaker 1: as well on the road.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I think when you go to Philly, I think
- 25:52Speaker 3: most teams will put that down as an AUTOMATICA. That's
- 25:54Speaker 3: the hardest place to play in the League without the
- 25:56Speaker 3: shot out of it, doubt, but I said to Pittsburgh,
- 25:58Speaker 3: of course, even one. It will be a return game.
- 26:01Speaker 3: You know, I think we can beat them, you know,
- 26:03Speaker 3: at home. I think it's one of those where we
- 26:05Speaker 3: have a good record against him. Deshaun Watson when he
- 26:07Speaker 3: came Monday first morning night Football, I think it was
- 26:09Speaker 3: last year. It was like a rabbit and headlights. So
- 26:11Speaker 3: I'm giving that as a win. And then the next
- 26:12Speaker 3: two unfortunately, I think Baltimore probably returned the favorite US
- 26:15Speaker 3: in Baltimore. So yeah, same as you guys, win, loss, loss, Okay, Frank.
- 26:18Speaker 1: So much for that deal. Two games to go in
- 26:20Speaker 1: the season, Christmas Day, Kansas City, Like, forget a toimebout
- 26:24Speaker 1: the game, Jimmy. We played the Ravens on Saturday, this
- 26:27Speaker 1: Onnaly first December, and we played the Chiefs four days later,
- 26:30Speaker 1: four days later. But we're gonna win the game, I think.
- 26:33Speaker 2: So that's I mean, that's that's the biggest game of
- 26:37Speaker 2: the year as far as I'm concerned. Is the reigning
- 26:40Speaker 2: Super Bowl champions on Christmas Day. It's it's an it's
- 26:44Speaker 2: an afternoon game for us on Netflix.
- 26:47Speaker 1: That's here, are going to be able to watch it.
- 26:50Speaker 2: We're gonna have to have a word with the mother
- 26:51Speaker 2: and say Christmas dinner is going to be either very
- 26:53Speaker 2: early or very late.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Are you like an earlier person?
- 26:57Speaker 2: We actually usually have a dinner around six o'clock. That's
- 26:59Speaker 2: gonna be a problem. Not here, It's going to have
- 27:00Speaker 2: to be a lunchtime job this year. I think, are
- 27:03Speaker 2: you even no, No one two o'clock. Must it must
- 27:07Speaker 2: be a Southern thing.
- 27:10Speaker 1: As long as as long as the WiFi holds up
- 27:13Speaker 1: enough so you're taking you taking as well.
- 27:15Speaker 4: I'm taking the one yea christ time big time.
- 27:18Speaker 3: If it is like as I said about the Christmas dinner,
- 27:20Speaker 3: you better have it early because if it is a loss,
- 27:22Speaker 3: it will put you off. But no fact, we're going
- 27:24Speaker 3: to win early Christmas present or late Christmas Franity like.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Hopefully that's not the one and we.
- 27:29Speaker 1: All hope to look to God that that game in
- 27:31Speaker 1: Wikia Team which is still TBD, is not the last
- 27:34Speaker 1: game of the season on the NBC for like playoff
- 27:37Speaker 1: permutations for the Steters Cincinnati at home as a fly
- 27:41Speaker 1: flies past us, Hopefully that's not as sign for this game.
- 27:43Speaker 1: I'm taking a loss. I think that I'll point with
- 27:45Speaker 1: wrestling players.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope so, girl, I hope, I really really
- 27:49Speaker 2: hope that we have our It could be Justin Field's
- 27:52Speaker 2: first appearance with the Steels as a as a backup
- 27:54Speaker 2: for Russell Wilson.
- 27:55Speaker 1: But you just know that division is going to be
- 27:57Speaker 1: like attritional. Yeah, like either both of them or at
- 28:02Speaker 1: least one of them is going to be fighting for
- 28:03Speaker 1: the lives that week, no doubt about it.
- 28:05Speaker 2: You know, Well, I hope you're right in that we are,
- 28:07Speaker 2: in fact wrestling players and the backups are in it's
- 28:11Speaker 2: it's going to be like it's just such a it's
- 28:13Speaker 2: a hell of a back, a back nine or a
- 28:15Speaker 2: back eight in this case for the Steelers this season.
- 28:18Speaker 2: So it'll be very especially coming off that game against
- 28:21Speaker 2: Kansas City, which is which is the game of the season.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Let's be honest, like that is the game with the
- 28:26Speaker 2: season and it's going to have to be all guns
- 28:28Speaker 2: blazing for that one.
- 28:29Speaker 4: I think.
- 28:29Speaker 1: So are you taking a loss?
- 28:31Speaker 2: Yeah? No, I am, Yeah, definitely.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm going to follow Philip, have followed each other
- 28:37Speaker 3: on the lost yet year and everyone near enough. But yeah,
- 28:40Speaker 3: I think it's a it's a loss as well. Again, Cincinnati.
- 28:45Speaker 3: It's another one of those where I'm pretty sure we
- 28:48Speaker 3: have their number. But it's just one of those where
- 28:50Speaker 3: hopefully we are resting players, and if we are resting players,
- 28:53Speaker 3: then it would make sense for it to be a loss.
- 28:55Speaker 3: So ald say, it's never never nice to lose your
- 28:57Speaker 3: last game of the year.
- 28:58Speaker 1: But yeah, so all of us through this have got
- 29:01Speaker 1: Mike Tomlin McGee and not having the losing season I
- 29:04Speaker 1: have in ten and seven gym, even nine and eight
- 29:06Speaker 1: on day of ten and seven, I think probably not
- 29:08Speaker 1: nine of the eight, that nine of it is like
- 29:10Speaker 1: the Steelers record.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Yeah, we won't be far off it anyway.
- 29:14Speaker 1: As long as we football to talk about in January,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I think we're all happy. Man here, we definitely will
- 29:17Speaker 1: because we get team, so we're but yeah, hopefully we'll
- 29:21Speaker 1: get a fe few more games into that.
- 29:22Speaker 3: It's crazy to say we were talking about the hardest
- 29:24Speaker 3: schedule in sports, but we all have us on a
- 29:27Speaker 3: winning record and just talking about wrestling players in the
- 29:30Speaker 3: last week.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Who would have thought.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Here here I take ten and seven, rouble the hills
- 29:34Speaker 1: lots and is it too early to make a pick
- 29:37Speaker 1: for January? I don't I don't want to start, So
- 29:39Speaker 1: what happened in the rest of the league, You know,
- 29:40Speaker 1: it really depends. It's ten and seven, there's ten and
- 29:42Speaker 1: seven winnion in the North. If it doesn't, you know,
- 29:45Speaker 1: again the day you have to win like you're you're
- 29:46Speaker 1: you have to be getting top two seeds to even
- 29:48Speaker 1: get a wink off.
- 29:49Speaker 2: So just hoping that we make it past the World
- 29:51Speaker 2: card round this year, honestly, you know.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Because even the like that week, even at home here,
- 29:59Speaker 1: it was great crack. We all know what happened with
- 30:01Speaker 1: the weather situation that went on a bit longer than
- 30:03Speaker 1: I should have, But a few weeks of that would
- 30:06Speaker 1: be a great crack. And obviously the momentum games and games,
- 30:08Speaker 1: and if we're if we're sitting in the second playoff game,
- 30:11Speaker 1: you know what's worth the quarterback. So yeah, we booke
- 30:13Speaker 1: the flies from the Orleans.
- 30:16Speaker 4: It's in progress. It's in progress.
- 30:18Speaker 3: Might have to get a loan, but up the Credit
- 30:21Speaker 3: Union of the credit Union. Yeah, I'm hoping a playoff.
- 30:25Speaker 3: Purpose is certainly I think it should be good enough
- 30:26Speaker 3: to get the playoffs. Of course, whether it's good enough
- 30:28Speaker 3: to win the division, I don't think so. I think Cincinnati,
- 30:31Speaker 3: you know, I don't like Sena. I think they're in
- 30:32Speaker 3: for a good year if Joe bergen steadfe so tennis
- 30:35Speaker 3: is having in the playoffs and hopefully, as Jimmy said,
- 30:37Speaker 3: we'll get at least one playoff rue.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Next one time will tell the next time I'm talking
- 30:40Speaker 1: to you boys, we're getting closer to the preseason. Great
