A man named Devante Clay Ransom faces serious charges—including human trafficking and rape of a 14-year-old girl—in King County, after detectives uncovered damning evidence from surveillance, phone records, and online messages tied to a hotel assault in SeaTac. The victim, who met Ransom via Snapchat, claims he acted as her pimp, took her phone, drove her to clients, and pocketed cash—while also allegedly assaulting her in a hotel room.
