This is the most recent of our bonus speeches given by Senator Packwood in our series looking back at his career and fall from power. It is another tour of the Federal Budget and assessments of the leaders the country had near the end of the Barak Obama Presidency.

It is an amazing speech and again shows off his sharp and penetrating mind.
