- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities CE OS and even royalty Adam Cox, these
- 0:21recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's world
- 0:24famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here, and this hypnosis session you're about to
- 0:42listen to is all about healing the eyes.
- 0:46And. It's one of the things I think
- 0:48the sense that most people just take for granted.
- 0:51We just assume that if you've got a good vision, you're always
- 0:54going to have good vision. But it is one of the senses that
- 0:57if people start to lose, it can really affect the quality of
- 1:00life more so than perhaps. Hearing or.
- 1:03Losing smell. A lot of people lost their smell
- 1:06for either a short or long period of time during the
- 1:08pandemic and it didn't really affect their quality of life
- 1:11that much. But when you lose your.
- 1:13Vision. It can really affect you and I
- 1:16was working with a client that had double vision in one eye.
- 1:18They were needing a a patch to cover one of the eyes and the
- 1:23eye doctor believed that it was either muscles around the eye,
- 1:28of which there are 6, or the. Nerves that connect.
- 1:32The eye to the brain. So what you're going to hear in
- 1:35this hypnosis session is, I think, quite an elegant metaphor
- 1:38because it takes the idea of a precision watch.
- 1:41I love my watches, and precision watches have got lots and lots
- 1:45of moving parts. And if just one of those moving
- 1:48parts doesn't quite work right, even if every other part in the
- 1:52watch is working perfectly, it doesn't tell accurate time.
- 1:56It also uses the idea of nanobots.
- 1:58Nanobots is this futuristic technology where they actually
- 2:02create things at a molecular level that has the ability to do
- 2:06things. Now, this is mainly science
- 2:08fiction now, but I think we're probably maybe 10 years away
- 2:11from this kind of technology where things about the same size
- 2:15of cells have the ability to kind of go around and repair the
- 2:18body. It starts with these nanobots
- 2:21repairing the watch. Clearly that's a metaphor for
- 2:24the eye and then it. Moves on to the.
- 2:26Eye it also has. The control.
- 2:28Room of the Mind modality and and.
- 2:31Protocol in. This and isn't just to kind of
- 2:34see the repairs taking place, but also they were low on
- 2:38vitamin D. So there's a vitamin D
- 2:39absorption and health optimization suggestion in there
- 2:44as well. There's a lot going on here.
- 2:46It will benefit people with some kind of issue and that might be
- 2:50migraines related to vision, it might be eye.
- 2:53Strain. If you look at screens all the
- 2:56all the day like I do, sometimes you might have tired eyes or it
- 3:00might be that there is actually something wrong, blurred vision,
- 3:03double vision, something like that, in which case you'll get
- 3:05maximum value. But because it has a metaphor of
- 3:09self repairing the body, it doesn't have to be that.
- 3:13It could just be that you want to optimize your health and you
- 3:16want to feel that you're getting healthy and you've got these
- 3:20nanobots, which is clearly a metaphor for cells within the
- 3:23body. The body can already self heal,
- 3:26and you know that to be the case because if you were to cut your
- 3:29finger or bruise yourself within a few days, it's already healing
- 3:33if not healed. So your body can do this at a
- 3:35cellular level. It doesn't need robots to fix
- 3:38yourself, but it's a great metaphor for healing.
- 3:40So if you like the idea of healing yourself physically,
- 3:44particularly around the eyes, but not necessarily, you'll
- 3:46probably get some value. From this session.
- 3:49Obviously it was created for an individual.
- 3:51Some of the suggestions would have been right for them and not
- 3:53at all right for you, particularly if you don't have
- 3:55any eye health issues. In which case, if you like the
- 3:58idea of working with me directly, there will be a link
- 4:01in the description where you can schedule a completely free
- 4:03consultation call. We'll have a chat and it might
- 4:06be that I end up being your hypnotherapist rather than just
- 4:09the guy you listen to on a podcast.
- 4:11So consider. That, and bear that in mind.
- 4:13For now, though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 4:16won't be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 4:50Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in at long
- 5:00healing breath of relaxation and as you exhale, feel a wonderful
- 5:08sense of release as if in the outward breath.
- 5:15Any stress, worries, tension just feels like it's leaving
- 5:19your body As you exhale, breathing in relaxation and
- 5:29exhaling tension and allow your eyelids to feel relaxed and
- 5:36heavy. That's it.
- 5:41Tiny muscle responsible for your eyelids opening and closing.
- 5:48Just allow it to release all tension, and with your eyes
- 5:52fully closed, you can become more aware of the sound of my
- 5:58voice and allow the sound of my voice to communicate directly
- 6:08with the part of your mind capable of powerful, profound
- 6:14changes. Breathing in, relaxation,
- 6:19exhaling tension. That's it.
- 6:24And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become.
- 6:29And the more relaxed you become, the deeper you breathe.
- 6:34That's it. And as you really drift into
- 6:38that place of relaxation, your imagination awakens.
- 6:45And I wonder if you could imagine keeping your physical
- 6:49body exactly where it is. And let's do something that some
- 6:57people call astral projection. As your physical body stays
- 7:03where it is, allow your imagination to float up out of
- 7:09your body into the sky and to start feeling what it would feel
- 7:18like to float, drift, or even fly to an entirely different
- 7:23part of the world. I want you to imagine embarking
- 7:29on a wonderful adventure, flying all the way to Switzerland.
- 7:38I want you to imagine what it would feel like to fly over
- 7:43cities, oceans, mountains. And I want you to imagine flying
- 7:53over Europe, flying over France and Spain.
- 8:01I want you to imagine over northern Italy, up there into
- 8:09Switzerland. Maybe you can see the great
- 8:14Swiss lakes, see the mountains, the hillsides, cows grazing.
- 8:26But I want you to imagine as you float and fly to that place.
- 8:33I want you to imagine that your mind and your subconscious is
- 8:37guiding you to a specific precision watchmaker somewhere
- 8:46in one of the Swiss towns or cities.
- 8:52I want you to see a watchmaker that is dedicated their entire
- 8:56life to the intricate mechanisms of the precision watch.
- 9:05And I want you to imagine seeing one of those precision watches
- 9:13where the back has been removed and all of those intricate cogs
- 9:21and coils and even gemstones are there in that precision watch.
- 9:33But it's in the watchmakers for a reason.
- 9:39For many years, this watch told perfectly accurate time.
- 9:50We need to imagine it's one of those watches where the
- 9:53movement. Of the wrist.
- 9:55Powered the watch and whenever it was set to the right time, it
- 10:01would continue telling that accurate time.
- 10:04And then, for some reason, unbeknownst to the owner, I want
- 10:13you to imagine that that watch wouldn't tell.
- 10:18Exactly the right. Time.
- 10:21Maybe it was too fast, and maybe it was too slow, or maybe just
- 10:28got stuck at a particular time. And that's not much use to have
- 10:37a watch, even a valuable watch, with all of that remarkable
- 10:43engineering, if it doesn't tell an accurate time.
- 10:51But imagine seeing those intricate precision parts.
- 10:57And I want you to imagine that this watch doesn't need the
- 11:02watchmaker to repair it. I want you to imagine seeing a
- 11:09self repairing watch. I want you to imagine millions
- 11:17of tiny nanobots, robots the size of atoms, identifying every
- 11:29part of that watch and diagnosing exactly what the
- 11:37issue is. No guessing.
- 11:41They know exactly what it is, and once they identify that
- 11:46problem, they then go to work to repair that specific part of the
- 11:54watch. What would take the watchmaker
- 12:04hours to figure out? The nanobots have found
- 12:10instantly and are already repairing whatever needs to be
- 12:15repaired. And then, almost by magic, that
- 12:23precision watch starts working exactly as it should.
- 12:32The watchmaker puts the that case on the watch, turns it
- 12:38around, and you can see the second hand moving in a
- 12:46particular motion at exactly the rhythm of one second each time
- 12:52it moves. You as the observer, the
- 12:57watchmaker, and even the watch itself now knows that it's back
- 13:05to normal. And as you stare into the watch,
- 13:12they're in that watchmakers somewhere in Switzerland.
- 13:20Just imagine your attention focusing on that accurate,
- 13:27perfectly working watch, and it occurs to you sometimes the body
- 13:36can be like that watch that when even one tiny component is out
- 13:43of place, the watch no longer keeps accurate time.
- 13:49And just as when one tiny muscle or nerve around your eyes is
- 13:55under strain, vision can become unclear, doubled or distorted.
- 14:02And what if your eyes are like that?
- 14:06Watch having that remarkable ability of self repair.
- 14:15I want you to imagine those same tiny nanobots now doing their
- 14:22work on the muscles and nerves around your eye.
- 14:31Just imagine them exploring, diagnosing, identifying.
- 14:40They can calibrate the nerves to see if they're getting accurate
- 14:43signals. See if a particular muscle is
- 14:46under strain. And as you continue to focus on
- 14:54that watch, notice that you yourself or entering A deepening
- 15:02calm. And just as every gear aligns,
- 15:07every cog in your mind moving in harmony, and you're breathing
- 15:12steady and your body relaxed, allowing yourself to drift
- 15:18deeper and deeper into subconscious relaxation.
- 15:29And as you allow your imagination to step inside this
- 15:31watch. Continuing to.
- 15:35Allow those nanobots to go to work and all those muscles
- 15:38around your eyes. It's almost like your mind
- 15:42itself becomes part of this delicate, precise mechanism.
- 15:49Every click, every turn, every gentle movement takes you deeper
- 15:56into a trance like stillness. And what if this watch is just a
- 16:04parallel for your own vision, your own brain and eyes working
- 16:11in harmony? And just as the watch repairs
- 16:15itself, so too can your mind and body now initiate repair.
- 16:29There's been times where you've scratched yourself or bruised
- 16:31yourself. And your body.
- 16:35Repaired itself, so bring your attention to your eyes.
- 16:44Those six powerful. Muscles guiding movement.
- 16:48And imagine those nanobots coming to work, each one
- 16:53healing, relaxing, strengthening now, and you don't have to know
- 17:04which muscle is which muscle, but the nanobots do.
- 17:12The superior rectus, lifting the eye upward, is now balanced and
- 17:17strong. And the inferior rectus guiding
- 17:23downward, relaxed and precise, the medial rectus drawing
- 17:33inward, perfectly aligned, The lateral rectus moving outward,
- 17:42smooth and effortless. The superior oblique adjusting
- 17:52and fine tuning, reset and balanced.
- 17:59And the inferior oblique lifting outward, now in natural harmony.
- 18:08And then around them, the nerves themselves recalibrate like a
- 18:17computer system rebooting, signals flowing clearly again,
- 18:28the ocular motor Trochlea Abdicon's nerves resetting,
- 18:34recalibrating, delivering crystal clear instructions so
- 18:42that both eyes move together in unity, precision and perfect
- 18:51synchrony. As the nanobots do their work,
- 18:58healing, strengthening, relaxing.
- 19:02I want you to imagine somewhere inside that precision watch
- 19:07looks like a doorway, a doorway into the control room of your
- 19:12mind. As you step into the doorway in
- 19:16the watch, find yourself in a room that seems like a control
- 19:21panel filled with screens dials. Levers and monitors.
- 19:26Everywhere, each one representing a function of your
- 19:32health. On one screen, call it
- 19:40diagnostics, you see a glitch, a small bark in the visual system,
- 19:46and you notice how easy it is now to send that information to
- 19:55the nanobots, the repair team, your subconscious, the control
- 20:07room combined with the nanobots intuitive technology, Identify,
- 20:12isolate, resolve. The glitch completely.
- 20:19The bug in the code is deleted. The signals run smooth and the
- 20:25system recalibrates the clarity. But while you're there, why
- 20:34don't we optimize some other things?
- 20:40We need to notice a dial marked healing optimization and just
- 20:49turn that dial not so you're over healing and not that you're
- 20:57under healing, but the optimization of your healing to
- 21:02100% and then feel the surge of repair and restoration and maybe
- 21:11those nanobots start going to a different part of your body.
- 21:17It would benefit from that healing even if it's not around
- 21:22your eyes. Of course, they flow to every
- 21:27nerve and muscle in your eyes, but there's millions of them.
- 21:32They can heal and repair. And remove anything that.
- 21:37Shouldn't be there dead cells, things unwanted?
- 21:44Just imagine those tiny microscopic robots doing what
- 21:53needs to be done and then see another dial.
- 22:00And that's called vitamin D absorption.
- 22:03And for some reason it's been set too low.
- 22:09So even if you've been having vitamin D, your body hasn't been
- 22:13absorbing it. So just imagine dialing that
- 22:20dial to the Green Zone, the optimal level of vitamin D
- 22:28absorption. And as you adjusted upward to
- 22:33the right level, your body responds to this unconscious
- 22:38command so that your body naturally absorbs, utilizes and
- 22:45even stores the optimal amount of vitamin D to support your
- 22:52eyes, your brain, your whole well-being.
- 23:01As this recalibration continues, feel the gratitude rising within
- 23:08you, Gratitude for your body's intelligence, gratitude for the
- 23:17gift or vision returning, clear, focused and relaxed.
- 23:28And imagine there's a big screen there in that control room.
- 23:34And because of the nanobots work your subconscious learning from
- 23:39that precision. Watch the increase vitamin D
- 23:43absorption and healing optimization on that screen in
- 23:50the control room. I want you to imagine seeing
- 23:53yourself just a few days, weeks, or maybe months from today.
- 24:05I want you to notice. No need for a patch, I want you
- 24:11to see how you look and notice how naturally your eyes focuses
- 24:171. Maybe see yourself.
- 24:20Reading, driving or looking at nature.
- 24:25See yourself admiring bright colours, shapes and details.
- 24:32See yourself living life and maybe at this point you live in
- 24:38a different part of the world. With new things.
- 24:41To see and new things to do and see yourself with such a great
- 24:47quality of life there in that place and as you.
- 24:54Notice this future. Version of you, healthy, happy,
- 25:00vibrant. Just watching it, you feel
- 25:04energized, grateful and free. And then even.
- 25:11Further in time, maybe a year from now, see yourself living
- 25:16your best life. Maybe you're walking in an
- 25:21Italian Piazza, enjoying some food, fresh ingredients, walking
- 25:30through beautiful landscapes. See yourself admiring art,
- 25:36nature and architecture with healthy, vibrant eyes.
- 25:44See yourself looking and feeling full of vitality, health and
- 25:51profound gratitude. See.
- 25:55Yourself walking in. Sunshine, knowing your body is
- 26:00absorbing all of that vitamin D. I want you to get a feeling it's
- 26:10time to leave that control room. So you do, and you find yourself
- 26:15back in the watch. And then imagine drifting back
- 26:19out of the watch, staring at the watch.
- 26:23But you have the power of astral projection.
- 26:28You can stay there in Switzerland, or you can fly to
- 26:32anywhere else in the world, any place, at any time, past,
- 26:38present or future. Because very soon I will count
- 26:44from 1:00 to 10:00. And if you're listening to this
- 26:48at a time you would like to awaken the one I count from one
- 26:53to 10, your eyes will. Open.
- 26:56And you will awaken. But if you're listening to this,
- 27:02lying in bed desiring to drift off into a dream like sleep,
- 27:09then as I count from 1:00 to 10:00, you will not awaken.
- 27:16Counting from one to 10 would just take you deeper and more
- 27:21relaxed stepping stones to that rejuvenating sleep.
- 27:30Starting to count 123, 456, 789 and 10.
- 28:06Thank you so much for joining me on today's episode of The
- 28:10Hypnotist and if you've enjoyed this show or got some benefit

- 28:20that may also benefit from this hypnosis session.
- 28:24In which case I'd like to ask a favour of you, and that is if
- 28:27you could spend 10 seconds to share this episode with someone
- 28:32that you know that may also. Benefit that would.
- 28:35Really help me to access new people that don't already know
- 28:39about this show. Thank you very much for
- 28:42listening and I will see you again on the next episode.
