Every one of them independently made the same observation: that insight — use memory, don't be used by it — is exactly why the Mirror has no memory and no personalization of the user.
Memory-based AI tools confirmed the case for building without memory.
That is the model: humans bring presence and the initiating insight. AI brings pattern recognition across the archive. The combination produces what neither does alone.
