- 0:18Speaker 1: Find a nice comfortable place to sit and close your eyes,
- 0:24lie down if you want to, and just relax. Take
- 0:30a deep breath into your nose and slowly and gently
- 0:36breathe out through your mouth. Again, take a deep breath
- 0:46into your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 0:52your mouth. One more time, deep breath in through your
- 1:02nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 1:13Now bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm. Feeling
- 1:18your chest rise and fall gently, feeling all warm and
- 1:24very safe, and feeling peaceful and calm and very relaxed.
- 1:37Take another slow, deep breath in through your nose and
- 1:43slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth, knowing that
- 1:50in this moment, all is well in your world. And
- 1:58with each breath you take, you can feel yourself becoming
- 2:01more and more relaxed, and you feel so peaceful, so calm,
- 2:10but you feel very happy and light, and your breathing
- 2:15is now almost still. You're so relaxed. Now, imagine that
- 2:24you're standing in a beautiful, lush green field and it's
- 2:29raining very lightly. You look down at your feet and
- 2:34you notice you don't have any shoes on. You wriggle
- 2:38your toes in the soft, cool and damp grass, and
- 2:40it feels so good. You feel so good to connect
- 2:44on mother Earth yourself and your feet start to tingle
- 2:48just a little bit. You can smell the beautiful aroma
- 2:54of the wet grass, and it smells so pure, and
- 3:00tiny rain drops glisten on the lush green leaves. You
- 3:08close your eyes and feel the warm sun on your face.
- 3:13The rain has stopped now and there is a gentle
- 3:16breeze blowing, and you stretch your arms out either side
- 3:19of you feel a breeze sweep over your entire body.
- 3:26You feel great, so much better, more calm and peaceful.
- 3:32You look down and you see a path, really see
- 3:37all the details of the path. What's it made from?
- 3:43Is it narrow or is it wide? Is the path
- 3:47winding or is it straight? You decide it's your path.
- 3:56You begin to walk and see the path is leading
- 3:59you into a beautiful and majestic forest, and you can
- 4:03enter that forest. What can you see? What can you hear?
- 4:13You look over towards the trees and decide to take
- 4:15a look because it kind of looks like a mini forest.
- 4:21And as you get nearer, you see some very big,
- 4:25beautiful weeping willow trees, and their branches are so long
- 4:29they're almost touching the ground. The leaves glisten in the
- 4:34sunlight and they shimmer and shine with a beautiful, silvery
- 4:38green color. You walk amongst them, touching their leaves with
- 4:43your fingers and they feel smooth and silky to the touch.
- 4:49And as you look up, you can see the sun
- 4:51is shining through the branches, almost making it look as
- 4:56if the tree itself is moving and swaying in the
- 4:59cool breeze. As you walk deeper into the forest, it
- 5:06feels very magical, and you notice that all of your
- 5:11senses seem to sharpen as you walk deeper and deeper
- 5:14into it. It feels so lovely and peaceful. Here up ahead,
- 5:21you notice that the forest starts to thin as it
- 5:24opens into a clearing. And as you approach the clearing,
- 5:29you notice it's lighter and brighter than the forest, and
- 5:34it has a calm and peaceful energy it standing, you
- 5:39see a very large tree, and you are magnetically drawn
- 5:43towards the tree. As you get closer, you just know
- 5:48and feel that this tree is a very ancient and
- 5:52very wise old tree. It has very large roots all
- 5:57around it, and they're growing deeper, deep down into the earth,
- 6:02and the trunk is wide and majestic looking. As you
- 6:08stand there looking at this ancient and wise old tree,
- 6:13you've become aware of a chattering sound and you wonder
- 6:15what it is. You look up, you see something move
- 6:20very quickly. Then you see another movement, and another one,
- 6:24and you wonder what on earth could it be. Then
- 6:28suddenly everything goes quiet. You keep looking now, and it's
- 6:34then that you see a little head pop out from
- 6:37between the leaves. It's a squirrel, a beautiful red squirrel
- 6:43with little tofty ears. He grins at you and sets aloue.
- 6:48He tells you his name is Joseph. Then other little
- 6:53heads pop out too, more little red squirrels, and they're
- 6:58all smiling at you and look at you with great, big,
- 7:01beautiful brown eyes. You say hello to them, and you
- 7:05ask them what they're doing here. Joseph tells you that
- 7:10this is their home, it's where they live. They ask
- 7:15you if you would like to join them and see
- 7:17exactly where they live. Well, of course you would love to,
- 7:21but you're a lot bigger than they are, and you
- 7:25wonder if you can fit in the tree with them.
- 7:28You don't think you can. Joseph says you can do
- 7:32magic and asks you if you would like to be
- 7:36a squirrel for the day, then that way you can
- 7:39definitely fit in the tree. You think this is a
- 7:43wonderful idea, so Joseph pulls out a little silk bag.
- 7:48He reaches inside with his tiny paw and pulls out
- 7:53very sparkly magic dust. It shimmers and it shines very brightly.
- 7:58He then sows it now on top of your head,
- 8:02well a face. Nothing seems to be happening, But then
- 8:07you find yourself getting smaller and smaller. You find that
- 8:13you are shrinking, and at the same time, you feel
- 8:20like you are growing a tail, a very big fluffy tail.
- 8:27Your hands and your feet have tained it to little paws,
- 8:31and your whole body has fair growing on your skin.
- 8:36You even have a little twitchy squirrel nose too, and
- 8:40tough to ears. Just like Joseph. You think this is fantastic,
- 8:46How exciting you have become a squirrel. Joseph says, not
- 8:51to worry, though, you won't stay like that. It's just
- 8:54for today. But if you want to, you're can have
- 8:58a sleepover with them, and it can be for tomorrow too.
- 9:02You can have your very own house in the tree,
- 9:07and you can be a squirrel with them overnight as well,
- 9:11and you say, oh yes please. You suddenly realize that
- 9:17you can do exactly what the squirrels can do. So
- 9:21you scamper the trunk of the tree and you are
- 9:24moving very fast. Indeed, then almost immediately you're standing right
- 9:30next to Joseph and his friends. Joseph asks you if
- 9:34you would like to explore their home now, well, obviously,
- 9:37you say yes. They all turn and leap forward onto
- 9:41another branch, and it kind of looks like they are flying.
- 9:47You're not really sure if you can do this, but
- 9:50Joseph shouts to you, just believe you can do it,
- 9:54and you will. So you leap forward and realize that
- 9:58you are doing it, and it does feel like flying.
- 10:03You all jump from branch to branch at lightning speed,
- 10:06and it feels wonderful. You believed you could do it,
- 10:12and you did. Joseph leads the way to his home.
- 10:19He has a lovely little white house tucked away amongst
- 10:22the branches and the leaves. His friend's houses are dotted
- 10:27all over the tree, some loud, and they look really lovely.
- 10:34Little lights are shining inside them and they look ever supposing.
- 10:39On the outside, there are hundreds of tiny fireflies, all
- 10:43shining the light for you. There is a rainbow of
- 10:48color everywhere, and each tiny firefly it's a different one,
- 10:56each having its own unique color, so many different variations
- 11:01of colors, and you look at them in complete or
- 11:05it looks amazing. Then Joseph leads you to another little house.
- 11:12He tells you that this is your house. Oh wow,
- 11:17you have your own, very very very own house. That's fantastic.
- 11:24Joseph opens the door for you and inside the warm
- 11:29light from the little lamps or making your house like
- 11:32eversir cosey and friendly. Joseph tells you that you can
- 11:36decorate your house any way you would like and they
- 11:39will help you. So go ahead and design the inside
- 11:45of your house. Now, make it look just how you
- 11:47would want it to be. Anything that makes you feel
- 11:51happy when you think about it, you can have inside
- 11:54your house. Think about all the things that make you
- 11:58feel good, the things that make you smile. Maybe you
- 12:02would like your favorite toy here. Maybe you would like great, big,
- 12:07soft and plump cushions everywhere, or a sofa and chairs,
- 12:13or maybe we would just like it as a bedroom.
- 12:16You decide, see it all in your mind's eye, can
- 12:22you see it? So, just for a little while, create
- 12:27your house with the help of Joseph and his friends.
- 14:36Oh what a beautiful home you have created. This is
- 14:42a place to let go of all your thoughts, all
- 14:47of your worries. This is a place to let go
- 14:51of anything that may make you feel sad. It's very
- 14:56safe here and you will only ever feel happy whilst
- 15:01you are here. You have created your very own stash
- 15:07of nuts to nibelong. You didn't notice before, but there
- 15:10they are by the fireplace. Oh goody. You're feeling a
- 15:17bit sleepy now though, and would really like to go
- 15:20to bed, so you thank Joseph and his friends for
- 15:24helping you create the most perfect home. Joseph tells you
- 15:29that they too are feeling sleepy, and he tells you
- 15:33they can all play again tomorrow, so you all say
- 15:38good night to each other. You close your front door
- 15:42and head off to your bedroom, the one you created
- 15:46just for you. Now that you have the most perfect bedroom,
- 15:52you climb up on the most perfect bed and you
- 15:57lay your head on the soft and fluffy pillows and
- 16:00give a big sigh of happiness. You look over to
- 16:05a large window with beautiful curtains hanging either side of it,
- 16:10and through this window you can see the night sky
- 16:13and the beautiful stars shining just like diamonds twinkling away.
- 16:21You stare at them for a few minutes and think
- 16:24how lucky you are to have met Joseph and his friends.
- 16:27They are so kind. You really are looking forward to
- 16:32playing with them tomorrow. But your eyes are feeling really
- 16:37heavy now, and your body is feeling ever so tired.
- 16:44So you take a deep breath into your nose and
- 16:49gently blow it out from your mouth. Take another deep
- 16:56breath and gently out from your mouth. You feel very
- 17:04sleepy now, so tired, so it relaxed and peaceful, and
- 17:12you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet.
- 17:17And it's a warm and gentle feeling, kind of like
- 17:21how a feather feels when you brush it against your skin.
- 17:25So soft and gentle, but a little bit tickling, And
- 17:30you can feel your toes going to sleep. It feels
- 17:34all warm and tingling, ever so soft. You feel a soothing,
- 17:41gentle wave of sleepiness coming up your calves and your shins,
- 17:47and you feel going up your thighs. You think your
- 17:51legs have already gone to sleep. You feel so tired,
- 17:57so sleepy, so very happy. The beautiful wave of sleepiness
- 18:12travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 18:15and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 18:22very very tired, very very sleepy. And this gentle, warm
- 18:30wave of sleepiness travels up your face and over the
- 18:34top of your head and down the back of your neck.
- 18:40So tired, now, so sleepy. You feel nice and warm
- 18:47and snuggly under your soft quilt and very fluffy pillow.
- 18:54So just have a little sleep now. Night night.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Look look, look a look.
