Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
  mouth is. This.
• 0:23
Is Nate's daily wager for July 11th, 2024.
• 0:29
And the misery just keeps coming.
• 0:33
The neither the Nats nor the Mets did me any favors last
• 0:40
night and scoring a ton of runs to get us to double digits.
• 0:44
So take the L last night. But that's the way it goes.
• 0:49
So I'm going to switch back to the basketball.
• 0:52
We got AWNBA match up tonight. We got the Liberty host in
• 1:01
  Chicago Fire. I think that's what they're
• 1:03
called. And now look, normally take the
• 1:09
home team, that's a favorite, lay the points, pick up the
• 1:13
money. That hasn't been working for me.
• 1:15
Nothing's been working for me. Let's be honest.
• 1:17
The thing that's worked best for me is for the game to just be
• 1:20
postponed and that way my bet just gets refunded.
• 1:24
So tonight, I'm just going to switch it up.
• 1:27
We're going to take the road dog and take the points.
• 1:32
So we're going to take the Chicago Sky, not the
• 1:38
firefighters, the soccer team, the Chicago Sky plus 9 1/2
• 1:42
against the New York Liberty in tonight's WNBA basketball
• 1:47
action. Is there anything better than
• 1:49
  that? Pound it.
• 1:50
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
• 1:52
I gotta figure this out. Terrible.
