  Speaker 4: I was out Friday and to go to this high

  Speaker 4: Went there, had no expectations, had no idea what to expect.

  Speaker 4: So if anybody out there is familiar with high Rocks

  Speaker 4: and you've seen it, it's quite the to do. It

  Speaker 4: is quite the event. It was at the Houston Convention Center.

  Speaker 4: So I go there, had no idea really what to expect.

  Speaker 4: I'd seen some like social media Instagram feed, had gotten
• 3:32
  Speaker 4: some like videos and stuff from different High Rocks events.

  Speaker 4: It was wild. The total of twenty thousand people raced
• 3:41
  Speaker 4: the High Rocks dough Out this weekend. There was like
• 3:42
  Speaker 4: another thirty five thousand people that couldn't get in to
• 3:46
  Speaker 4: the race because it was like sold out. So Dev
• 3:51
  Speaker 4: told us a couple of weeks ago in America, there's
• 3:54
  Speaker 4: a lot of out of shape people. There's a lot
• 3:57
  Speaker 4: of concern with the health of a lot of people.

  Speaker 4: But my guy, there's a lot of fit people out
• 4:01
  Speaker 4: there too. There was it was. It was pretty wild.

  Speaker 4: It's a pretty intense workout. But my partner Andrew from

  Speaker 4: over there at Red Stick Health and Performance on Government,

  Speaker 4: we teamed up and we beat our goal, which was
• 4:20
  Speaker 4: pretty awesome. You set a goal, you know, I mean
• 4:23
  Speaker 4: it's a race, so you're not really like and every
• 4:26
  Speaker 4: time it be like, okay, what time you go into race,

  Speaker 4: It's like, ah, like, I'm not that in shape, so

  Speaker 4: I'm not really racing anybody except for the goal that
• 4:34
  Speaker 4: we set. And we set a goal for an hour
• 4:36
  Speaker 4: twenty minutes. Well we got an hour and fifteen minutes
• 4:39
  Speaker 4: and four seconds. It was a big deal. They kind
• 4:43
  Speaker 4: of surprised ourselves a little bit. Uh. It surprised me
• 4:46
  Speaker 4: because I suck at running. Sucker running distance. I've never,
• 4:49
  Speaker 4: like in my life, tried to run over one hundred yards,
• 4:52
  Speaker 4: but I had to run a lot of kilometers. I
• 4:55
  Speaker 4: think it's like over five miles. I don't know. It sucked.
• 4:58
  Speaker 4: I was sore. I couldn't walk for a two days.

  Speaker 4: Yesterday afternoon my kids like made me good play baseball
• 5:03
  Speaker 4: with him, like of the yard they had to play outside.

  Speaker 4: It was beautiful weather, so it works some of the

  Speaker 4: sortess out, but for about a day and a half

  Speaker 4: I was I couldn't move. So we did it, though,

  Speaker 4: and I don't know if I'm gonna do it again.

  Speaker 4: Probably would if the right situation came up. Like it

  Speaker 4: didn't have to go very far from it. But you know,

  Speaker 4: we did it once and we crushed it. So that's

  Speaker 4: how my weekend went. Man, I'm excited for you, are you?
