Latest / The Vault: The Epstein Files / How The Non-Prosecution Agreement Saved Sarah Kellen Vickers From Prosecution
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Now that the grand jury documents are released and we
- 0:06Speaker 1: have been through just about all of the depositions, all
- 0:10Speaker 1: of the information that's out there and available to us,
- 0:13Speaker 1: one of the questions that all of us have to
- 0:15Speaker 1: be left asking is how in the hell has Sarah
- 0:18Speaker 1: Kellan Vickers been able to avoid getting hemmed up? And
- 0:23Speaker 1: the reason, unfortunately, is because of the non-prosecution agreement that
- 0:28Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's buddies, Mr. Mukasey and Mr. Philippe, decided to
- 0:33Speaker 1: sign off on after having several meetings with Jeffrey Epstein's
- 0:37Speaker 1: legal team. And that's not me telling you that. That's
- 0:40Speaker 1: directly from the OIG report. I mean, are we supposed
- 0:43Speaker 1: to think that they were just having these meetings for fun?
- 0:46Speaker 1: There's no way. These are busy people, right? They have
- 0:49Speaker 1: a lot going on. A full-ass schedule. They're not going
- 0:52Speaker 1: to just meet for lunch to have a how-do-you-do kind
- 0:56Speaker 1: of conversation that they could have over the phone. They
- 0:58Speaker 1: were meeting in person for a reason. Now, I can't
- 1:01Speaker 1: tell you exactly what went down in those meetings. I
- 1:04Speaker 1: wasn't there. But I can tell you the results are bullshit.
- 1:08Speaker 1: And this non-prosecution agreement was enacted to protect Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:13Speaker 1: and not only Jeffrey Epstein, but all of his friends
- 1:16Speaker 1: down in Palm Beach and elsewhere who were playing ball
- 1:19Speaker 1: with him. And that's why this NPA was put in
- 1:21Speaker 1: the way it was put in. That's why it was
- 1:23Speaker 1: worded the way it was worded. Again, you mean to
- 1:27Speaker 1: tell me that Acosta's bosses had no idea of the
- 1:30Speaker 1: language of the NPA? We know that's bullshit. We know
- 1:34Speaker 1: that it was kicked up. We know that Sloman was
- 1:36Speaker 1: looking at it. We know that Osterbond was looking at it.
- 1:39Speaker 1: So what are we even talking about here? And the
- 1:42Speaker 1: sad truth is, most people who are out here talking
- 1:44Speaker 1: about this story don't even know who those people are.
- 1:47Speaker 1: And if you don't know who those people are and
- 1:48Speaker 1: what their function was, then you're never going to truly
- 1:51Speaker 1: understand the scope of what went on here. And you're
- 1:53Speaker 1: going to continue running around talking about nonsense. And inevitably,
- 1:57Speaker 1: those are the people that keep talking about lists and
- 1:59Speaker 1: all the rest of it. When there's tangible, actual people
- 2:03Speaker 1: who are involved that we know about who still haven't
- 2:06Speaker 1: been held to account. Shouldn't we start with the people
- 2:08Speaker 1: we know about for sure? People like Sarah Kellen Vickers? Well,
- 2:12Speaker 1: the problem is a lot of these people that were
- 2:15Speaker 1: involved down in Florida are protected by the NPA. So
- 2:19Speaker 1: it's very difficult to prosecute Epstein for anything that happened
- 2:22Speaker 1: in Florida because of that NPA. However, as we learn
- 2:26Speaker 1: with Ghislaine Maxwell, that NPA doesn't travel. You're not off
- 2:30Speaker 1: the hook for what you might have done in New York.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You're not off the hook for what you might have
- 2:33Speaker 1: done elsewhere. just in Florida, and there's a lot of
- 2:36Speaker 1: folks out there that don't even understand this basic concept.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The NPA isn't a get-out-of-jail-free card across the country, but
- 2:43Speaker 1: it does serve that purpose down in Florida. Today's article
- 2:47Speaker 1: is from the Daily Mail, and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein's
- 2:51Speaker 1: former assistant, Sarah Kellen, dodges prosecution for sex trafficking, despite
- 2:55Speaker 1: allegedly being Ghislaine Maxwell's ex-right-hand woman. This article was authored
- 3:00Speaker 1: by Daniel Bates. Jeffrey Epstein's assistant, Sarah Kellan, has dodged
- 3:04Speaker 1: prosecution for sex trafficking, despite being repeatedly mentioned in the
- 3:08Speaker 1: grand jury files from 2005. Not just the grand jury files.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Every single document we've read, Sarah Kellan Vickers has played
- 3:17Speaker 1: a prominent role. Yet somehow she's avoided prosecution, and not
- 3:21Speaker 1: only prosecution, she's avoided the limelight when it comes to
- 3:24Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. She should be sharing a jail cell with
- 3:27Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell, as far as I'm concerned. Kellen was named
- 3:32Speaker 1: three times by Epstein's victims in the transcript of a
- 3:34Speaker 1: court hearing in Palm Beach, Florida during the original investigations
- 3:38Speaker 1: into the late pedophile sex trafficking ring. Victims, survivors, described
- 3:43Speaker 1: her greeting them at his now-raised seafront mansion and then
- 3:46Speaker 1: leading them upstairs to the massage room. So how in
- 3:50Speaker 1: the world is she not in trouble? Imagine this lady
- 3:52Speaker 1: is waiting for these kids when they show up there
- 3:55Speaker 1: to bring them up to this monster and she doesn't
- 3:57Speaker 1: end up going to jail, she doesn't end up getting
- 3:59Speaker 1: in trouble. Well, in fact, it's the polar opposite of
- 4:02Speaker 1: all of that. She's living her best life. Married to
- 4:05Speaker 1: her ex-NASCAR driver husband. You know, living in a high-rise,
- 4:10Speaker 1: has multiple properties, traveling all around the world, doing whatever
- 4:14Speaker 1: she wants. Meanwhile, the rest of us are lucky that
- 4:17Speaker 1: we can pay our own bills. But if you were
- 4:19Speaker 1: a friend of Jeffrey Epstein's, and you were out here
- 4:21Speaker 1: helping him molest girls and, you know, do other disgusting,
- 4:25Speaker 1: dastardly things, well, you'll be rewarded by society. Once there,
- 4:30Speaker 1: Kellen set up the oils for the massage before Epstein
- 4:32Speaker 1: arrived and sexually assaulted or raped them. One victim described
- 4:36Speaker 1: how she contacted Kellen to make an appointment to see
- 4:39Speaker 1: Epstein the first of hundreds of times she would go
- 4:42Speaker 1: to his house to be sexually assaulted. Also named repeatedly
- 4:46Speaker 1: was Nadia Marchenko, also known as Marcinkova, a model from
- 4:50Speaker 1: Eastern Europe whose victim said they had sex with at
- 4:54Speaker 1: Epstein's command. Let's not get carried away, okay? A model?
- 4:57Speaker 1: from Eastern Europe, more like a 14-year-old girl who was
- 5:01Speaker 1: purchased by Jeffrey Epstein to be abused. Let's not get
- 5:04Speaker 1: it twisted, okay? You want to talk about being groomed?
- 5:07Speaker 1: You want to talk about Stockholm Syndrome? You want to
- 5:10Speaker 1: talk about somebody that was put in a situation that
- 5:12Speaker 1: is completely untenable? Well, we're talking about Nadia Marcinkova. And
- 5:17Speaker 1: whereas Sarah Kellen Vickers came into this with her eyes
- 5:19Speaker 1: wide open, Nadia Marcinkova was just a little kid who
- 5:23Speaker 1: was groomed and turned into this. And when I say
- 5:25Speaker 1: that there's levels to all of this, this is what
- 5:27Speaker 1: I mean. If you don't know what you're talking about
- 5:29Speaker 1: with this case, probably a good idea to just sit
- 5:32Speaker 1: down and shut up. Both women were named as co-conspirators
- 5:35Speaker 1: under Epstein's sweetheart plea deal with prosecutors in Palm Beach
- 5:39Speaker 1: in 2008. Unsealed court documents allege Marchenko, who has never
- 5:43Speaker 1: been charged with any crime, procured young women for Epstein,
- 5:47Speaker 1: a claim her lawyers have denied. But under the extraordinary
- 5:50Speaker 1: terms of the deal, they were exempt from prosecution. And again,
- 5:54Speaker 1: it was all built in. It was cakewalked in. So
- 5:57Speaker 1: this is exactly the result. They wanted to make sure
- 6:00Speaker 1: that nobody was going to get rolled. And if you
- 6:03Speaker 1: start having people get arrested by the feds and the
- 6:06Speaker 1: feds start talking about 15, 20 years, stuff like that, well,
- 6:09Speaker 1: people are going to start to talk, right? People are
- 6:11Speaker 1: going to start to tell the government what the government
- 6:14Speaker 1: wants to hear so they don't have to go to
- 6:16Speaker 1: prison for 25 or 30 years. And that's why Jeffrey
- 6:20Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers baked this whole entire thing in to the
- 6:23Speaker 1: non-prosecution agreement. That way, nobody would talk to the feds,
- 6:27Speaker 1: nobody would roll, and everybody would be protected. Imagine if
- 6:31Speaker 1: John Gotti got a deal like this. Another woman mentioned
- 6:35Speaker 1: in the grand jury files, which were released this week,
- 6:38Speaker 1: was Ghislaine Maxwell, but she eventually did go on trial
- 6:41Speaker 1: and was found guilty in 2021 and is serving a
- 6:44Speaker 1: 20-year prison sentence. An Epstein victim, Told DailyMail.com, I have
- 6:49Speaker 1: never understood why Sarah Kellen did not face prosecution. She
- 6:53Speaker 1: was deeply involved in Epstein's operation. She should face justice,
- 6:57Speaker 1: just like Elaine Maxwell did. Facts. She should. But the
- 7:00Speaker 1: problem is, if they don't have anything to pin on her,
- 7:03Speaker 1: that's of consequence outside of Florida, then they're screwed. Because
- 7:07Speaker 1: in Florida, she has carte blanche, folks. I hate to
- 7:09Speaker 1: be the one to tell you, but that's how this works.
- 7:12Speaker 1: If you sign that 302- and you proffer up that information,
- 7:16Speaker 1: or you're protected by an NPA, then you're protected in
- 7:19Speaker 1: whatever district you sign that document in. So when it
- 7:23Speaker 1: comes to Sarah Kellen Vickers, unless we can nail her
- 7:26Speaker 1: on something somewhere else, she's going to have carte blanche.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And people don't want to hear that, but I'm sorry,
- 7:32Speaker 1: it's the truth. And if you want to be mad
- 7:34Speaker 1: at somebody, well, don't even be mad at Acosta, because
- 7:37Speaker 1: he was just another tool. If you want to be mad,
- 7:40Speaker 1: be mad at the bosses at the DOJ who allowed
- 7:43Speaker 1: this to all go down. We're talking about Mukasey, and
- 7:46Speaker 1: we're talking about Philippe. Those are the dudes that were
- 7:50Speaker 1: at the sticks. They were in charge, and if you're
- 7:53Speaker 1: the boss, well, the buck stops with you. In the
- 7:56Speaker 1: 176 pages of grand jury transcripts and testimony from Joseph Ricari,
- 8:01Speaker 1: the late Palm Beach police detective, who was one of
- 8:04Speaker 1: the main officers investigating Epstein. He told the court that
- 8:07Speaker 1: he interviewed one girl, who had just graduated from high school,
- 8:10Speaker 1: and said she sent six others to Epstein. Based on
- 8:14Speaker 1: her claiming she was like Heidi Fleiss, the notorious Hollywood madam,
- 8:17Speaker 1: she appears to be Haley Robson. Yeah, that's exactly who
- 8:21Speaker 1: it is. The girl said that she first met Epstein
- 8:24Speaker 1: when she was 17, and was taken to his house,
- 8:26Speaker 1: where she met a woman called Sarah, who appears to
- 8:29Speaker 1: be Kellan. Rakari said that the girl told him she
- 8:32Speaker 1: was taken to the house. She was introduced to Epstein's
- 8:34Speaker 1: assistant by the name of Sarah. Sarah would then escort
- 8:38Speaker 1: her upstairs, prepare the room for massage by putting out
- 8:41Speaker 1: the ointments and the different oils. So you can see
- 8:44Speaker 1: why she had to be part of the non-prosecution agreement.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I don't think you could be any more involved than
- 8:49Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen was. And you want to talk about really
- 8:53Speaker 1: avoiding the hangman's noose? Sarah Kellen really avoided some serious
- 8:58Speaker 1: trouble here. And again, it all goes back to that
- 9:01Speaker 1: bullshit-ass NPA. When the girl refused Epstein's advances, he told
- 9:06Speaker 1: her that he would pay her to bring other girls
- 9:08Speaker 1: to him. Epstein said the younger the better, Ricari told
- 9:12Speaker 1: the grand jury. Perhaps the most disturbing account came from
- 9:16Speaker 1: one victim who said she began going to Epstein's aged
- 9:19Speaker 1: 16 and went there hundreds of times. The victim identified
- 9:22Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen by her full name and said she led
- 9:25Speaker 1: her up to the massage room where Epstein began to
- 9:28Speaker 1: masturbate at her. Ricari said she recalled that the appointment
- 9:31Speaker 1: was set up for that day. They, the victim, contacted Mr.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Epstein's assistant, Sarah, later identified as Sarah Kellen, where the
- 9:39Speaker 1: appointment was made. She, the victim, was taken to the house.
- 9:43Speaker 1: She remembered it. It was on the weekend because she
- 9:47Speaker 1: only worked on the weekends as she was still going
- 9:49Speaker 1: to high school. According to the victim, she was forced
- 9:52Speaker 1: to take part in a threesome or threesomes with Nadia
- 9:55Speaker 1: Marcinkova who Epstein is said to have bought from her
- 9:59Speaker 1: parents when she was a child. 14. Epstein referred to
- 10:02Speaker 1: her as his Yugoslavian sex slave, although she was actually
- 10:05Speaker 1: born in Slovakia, part of the former Czechoslovakia. Epstein persuaded
- 10:10Speaker 1: the teen to give oral sex to Marcinko during a
- 10:13Speaker 1: threesome by offering her another $ 200 if she did it
- 10:17Speaker 1: for five minutes. She said, The victim had been told
- 10:20Speaker 1: Epstein would never penetrate her as he had a deformed penis,
- 10:24Speaker 1: but one time he grabbed her and placed her head
- 10:26Speaker 1: on the massage table and inserted his penis into her vagina.
- 10:31Speaker 1: According to the victim, Nadia bought sex toys for them
- 10:34Speaker 1: to use as a present for Epstein's birthday one year.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Another victim 18 also named Nadia while recounting how she
- 10:42Speaker 1: was abused by Epstein at the age of 16. She
- 10:45Speaker 1: was paid $ 200 each visit and one time he asked
- 10:48Speaker 1: her to touch Nadia's breasts, which she did. A third
- 10:52Speaker 1: victim identified Kellen and described being introduced to Epstein's assistant
- 10:56Speaker 1: called Sarah. Ricari said the stories were consistent with all
- 11:00Speaker 1: the girls. He said they would be introduced to the
- 11:03Speaker 1: assistant who would lead her upstairs and prepare the room
- 11:06Speaker 1: for the massage in the master bathroom area. She would
- 11:09Speaker 1: pull a blanket out over the massage tables and provide
- 11:12Speaker 1: the ointments that Mr. Epstein would like to have used.
- 11:16Speaker 1: In the case of the victim, who was 16, she
- 11:19Speaker 1: was paid $ 300 for her first visit, and then each
- 11:22Speaker 1: follow-up visit became more and more sexual. Kellen has previously
- 11:26Speaker 1: denied any wrongdoing and said that she is not a monster.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Her parents have previously said that she was vulnerable when
- 11:32Speaker 1: she met Epstein, having become estranged from them when she
- 11:35Speaker 1: was 18 because she stopped being a Jehovah's Witness, the
- 11:38Speaker 1: religion her mother and father follow. Her parents, Thomas and
- 11:42Speaker 1: Mary Kellen, told DailyMail.com in 2020 that that they feared
- 11:46Speaker 1: that she was brainwashed and somebody might kill her. After
- 11:50Speaker 1: leaving Epstein's orbit, Kellen married NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, and
- 11:54Speaker 1: the two live in an apartment in New York. Calls
- 11:57Speaker 1: to Kellen were not immediately returned. The other two women
- 12:00Speaker 1: who were named as co-conspirators in Epstein's 2008 plea deal,
- 12:04Speaker 1: Leslie Groff and Adriana Ross, have also denied wrongdoing. Well, folks, look,
- 12:09Speaker 1: the whole deal here with Kellen is the fact that
- 12:12Speaker 1: this NPA was signed down in Florida. This is where
- 12:15Speaker 1: her alleged crimes were committed. And considering that, she's not
- 12:19Speaker 1: going to be prosecuted anywhere else unless they have the
- 12:21Speaker 1: goods on her somewhere else. So if they have the
- 12:24Speaker 1: goods on her in New York, there's no reason for
- 12:26Speaker 1: them not to prosecute her. Unless, of course, they're scared
- 12:28Speaker 1: of what she'll say. But as far as prosecuting her
- 12:31Speaker 1: or anyone who might have been involved with Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:34Speaker 1: down in Florida, forget it. The NPA is going to
- 12:37Speaker 1: protect them. And unfortunately, it looks like Sarah Kellan... is
- 12:41Speaker 1: going to skate here, and that she's never going to
- 12:43Speaker 1: be held to account for what she obviously was up to.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So I'm not shocked in the least to see that
- 12:49Speaker 1: Sarah Kellan Vickers is still swimming with her head above water,
- 12:52Speaker 1: and unfortunately, I don't think that's going to change anytime soon.
- 12:57Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
- 13:00Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
