- 0:00You have arrived. Welcome to the Aspy world.
- 0:04Here's where we talk about anything and everything ASD in
- 0:07an upbeat and informative way. And now here's your man on the
- 0:11spectrum, your autism ambassador, Daniel Morgan Jones.
- 0:19Rapper guys, welcome back to another Saturday live.
- 0:21I see a Saturday live. This is prerecorded, but it's
- 0:23live for you guys because it's like unedited.
- 0:25So anything that happens in the all bleeps and everything else
- 0:28is included. So buckle UPS going to be a good
- 0:31one guys. Today I'm joined by a really,
- 0:33really super awesome influencer. He I came across his videos, I'm
- 0:38on TikTok and I just I just love it is so funny.
- 0:42And then like my team were like, you gotta get this guy on the
- 0:44show. I was like, OK, OK, OK, so
- 0:45without further ado, this guy knows needs no introduction.
- 0:48It's a Connor de Wolf and this guy is awesome.
- 0:51So college you want to kind of if there's a little bit of like
- 0:54what you do, who you are, where you're from and stuff like that.
- 0:57Yeah, I am. I was born in Michigan and then
- 1:04I was raised in Kansas. And then I've been, I was, I,
- 1:09I've been an actor since 5th grade.
- 1:13The, the even had a person class, you know, and then, and I
- 1:19just fell in love with that. And then I went to Chicago for a
- 1:23second, hung out with buddies, went through a depressive
- 1:28episode couple years or like a yes exactly a year ago with
- 1:33COVID accutane a breakup. And then I the only way I could
- 1:38like fully express all my emotions was making tik toks
- 1:42about how my own brain works. And they're, and they're
- 1:46absolutely golden. You have to see it, dude.
- 1:49You do so you can tell you're an actor because you, you do like
- 1:52such good. Like the, you know, the whole
- 1:54split thing, like one guy's like, hey, stop tapping your pen
- 1:57or whatever. You know that one.
- 1:58What the AD, what the way, what the way ADHD.
- 2:01I love so, so, so, so for my views.
- 2:03You don't know here. Well, what kind of content do
- 2:05you put out? I've put out it's, it's like a
- 2:09sketch comedy with myself, like that one show that Paul Rudd's
- 2:14on. But also I'm a Leo, so I'm very
- 2:20Bo Burnham type, just inherently not even meaning to be.
- 2:26It's just like I have to have the spotlight.
- 2:28But I just like, you know, I can't like, I have to like
- 2:32always create something. But basically in high school, I
- 2:35I, I became very good at this. It's something in the United
- 2:39States, I think it's, I know it's I think it's everywhere
- 2:42where it's just a forensics and debate speech and debate where.
- 2:46And so in this class and in this part of acting in my high
- 2:51school, we would go to competitions and basically you
- 2:54had to do full entire scenes by yourself.
- 2:58And that would be called like an humorous interpretation where
- 3:01you had to switch characters on a whim and be very present in
- 3:05the moment to go from like A to like a old woman to like to like
- 3:10the knight fighting the dragon. So like that just, it was a
- 3:16perfect combination. And it just kind of all worked
- 3:20in perfectly where I just like applied that knowledge and just
- 3:25applied it straight to TikTok because that's what I used to on
- 3:28TikTok where I just used to switch back from.
- 3:29I used to literally like take my phone as a bobble head and just
- 3:33switch my head back and forth. But the old lady is where you
- 3:37really come alive. Yeah, that's where like truly I,
- 3:41I cope with most of my emotions. They're my acting.
- 3:43That's where that's where I find a lot of my learning
- 3:45experiences. I channel the old lady because
- 3:48she's now it's it's cool and. She holds all the wisdom.
- 3:52Called it the old lady, but no, I I honestly like it it it works
- 3:56so well because, you know, you talk about topics that are not
- 4:01not taboo. They're more like negative right
- 4:04in in their respects where people like you say, OK, look,
- 4:07this is one of the issues why I started my channels.
- 4:09All the stuff I was I was talking about Asperger's, right,
- 4:11Especially one of the Internet had type in videos about
- 4:13Asperger's and talk so find people talking about it.
- 4:16Everyone was like, my life sucks and I want to die and I was
- 4:18like, holy smokes, like this is the most depressing stuff I've
- 4:20ever seen in my life. So then I was like, I'm going to
- 4:22put videos out talking about how cool the things are.
- 4:24Like I love talking really fast on hyperactive.
- 4:26They want to do some stupid shit, but like and and I love
- 4:29that about you as well. You're taking the topics that
- 4:31are somewhat kind of like negative or like the job,
- 4:34drawing off the mundial and the very mundane.
- 4:36And then you're saying like, let's spice it up and make it
- 4:38comedy or, you know, comedic flip and love that, you know,
- 4:41and and I think I think you have like this charm around you as
- 4:45well with your content, which makes it you super charismatic
- 4:47And that way obviously being terribly good looking and young
- 4:50helps. But like, you know, just that
- 4:52whole kind of like you don't even know like that.
- 4:55Like if you're if you have charisma, like it comes across
- 4:58new videos and you do that really, really well.
- 5:00So I like you're more than welcome, dude.
- 5:03Honestly, I love your content. You're one of the very few kind
- 5:04of tick tockers. I like just follow like I don't
- 5:07tend to follow people on tick, but just like I do that whole
- 5:09ADHD thing. I'm like.
- 5:11Like you'd have so same. Ah, yeah.
- 5:14But again, like all or nothing. Like since it's like I like
- 5:17sometimes social media is like the last thing.
- 5:19I it's it's like funny because like the one thing that holds
- 5:23most anxiety over our funky brains in our teenage years is
- 5:26like a number on a screen. And so like, as soon as you have
- 5:29any, you realize there's like still a problem.
- 5:31You're like, oh, OK, so maybe I'm, why am I still sad when I
- 5:33have this, all this validation? So you're like, OK, I'm just
- 5:36going to like, stop looking at it.
- 5:37But I don't know. I just like in my brain.
- 5:39It just like clicked and stopped.
- 5:41But that's the thing, it's not, it's like, yeah, external
- 5:44validation is, is not the one really you want that internal
- 5:46validation, right? It's that stuff.
- 5:47And this is what I was going to say.
- 5:49So, so talk to us a bit about your diagnosis of what you, you
- 5:52know, your conditions or conditions like.
- 5:56Tell us what? What do you diagnosis?
- 5:57You know, how did that come about?
- 5:59Yeah, I mean, I went to AI, went to a psychiatrist who said a
- 6:04bunch of a bunch of fun names, but at the end of the day, I
- 6:09like just I, I think it's, I just like calling it Connor.
- 6:16And like, you know, I, I don't, I think we all have, like, I
- 6:22think truly the neurodivergent community on this planet is a
- 6:26cry of the universe to go back to nature.
- 6:29And I think the community that is building and we're continuing
- 6:33to build every day on the Internet is just going to build
- 6:35us closer and closer to that goal of just harmony.
- 6:41I don't know, but that's like the big expansive goal.
- 6:44I I, but recently I've been trying to, I've been trying to
- 6:48deal with my anxiety without Zoloft.
- 6:52And so I, I've cut it out and it's been a couple weeks and
- 6:56because I think I learned the lessons I needed to learn with
- 6:59so often. Yeah, what I needed.
- 7:01And I think that put me in that perspective for a while.
- 7:03But I think I just, I was ready to like get off of it.
- 7:08But of course, you know, our all or nothing brain.
- 7:11Of course I have to become like a full on like hippie and like
- 7:14in search for enlightenment. So like right now in my current
- 7:18state of mind, like I'm, I'm trying to deal with a lot of
- 7:21anxiety is just 'cause I was, I was in LA filming on set and,
- 7:26and acting and fully like completing my college education
- 7:29of acting. It kind of it, it brought back a
- 7:34lot of similar characters that I had in like high school theater.
- 7:37And it just triggered some things I didn't realize I fully
- 7:40needed to deal with. And so I put, I was put, I was
- 7:45in a very dark place. But you know, there's a thin
- 7:49line between love and hate, and there's a thin line between
- 7:52depressed and fully awake. Yeah, I get that.
- 7:56So yeah, I've been on a, I've been on a that kick recently.
- 8:02But when it comes to like my love for the neurodiversity in
- 8:06my own brain is that I'm just really focused on the, the
- 8:10neurodivergent hive mind that we have like even before this
- 8:14interview is crazy. Just the correlations and how
- 8:17like fascinatingly similar down to our type of car, like, and
- 8:25the fact that we just got it like it's it's just like, yeah,
- 8:28yeah, it's just those it's it's and that's what I really want to
- 8:32focus on. I'm just like caught and being
- 8:35confident with been saying to myself that there's no other
- 8:38label besides I am like I am neurodiverse.
- 8:41I am a neurodiverse human on this earth and like I have a
- 8:45connection with all these other regardless of you know, what
- 8:49these other neurodivergence are going through symptomatically in
- 8:54their own mental state because it changes every day and
- 8:57whatever labels they have put on them regardless because symptoms
- 9:00are symptoms and they're all valid.
- 9:01So I just like, I'm just trying to like not call myself anything
- 9:08and just call myself what I am. And that's neuro diverse.
- 9:11And yeah, but the Internet, you know, you got to ease them into
- 9:14those that, that those crazy shits.
- 9:16So you gotta. You do you do you have to?
- 9:20They don't know. You know.
- 9:22That is funny. Yeah, I love I love that you
- 9:24said it's just neo diverse. Like you haven't got these
- 9:26subsects. It's like, you know, because I
- 9:28look at my diagnostic excited updated diagnosis recently
- 9:31because obviously Asperger's is an outdated term.
- 9:33So like diagnostic criteria is a lower kind of data EST level,
- 9:37like 1-2, whatever. And so now there's like just a
- 9:39bunch of different stuff in a you know, like PDA and like
- 9:42Alexis I'mere and I'm thinking, you know, and it's really
- 9:45fascinating to talk to talk about that on my channel.
- 9:48But you're absolutely right, you know that the real label is just
- 9:50neo diverse and I get what you're about.
- 9:52There's like a vibe that you've vibe is like near division
- 9:54people right can almost feel it just regardless and.
- 9:58What's an energy wave? Yeah.
- 10:00Right. And you're absolutely right
- 10:01about being full blown hippie. I'm such a hippie.
- 10:04I love it. But even down to Elon Musk, he's
- 10:09part of the community and he's trying to put people on Mars.
- 10:11This guy, he's so fascinating. Like the stuff like we was just
- 10:15before, like we recorded a sense for you color and I were having
- 10:18this discussion about like, you know, people on with ASD, like
- 10:21either all or nothing, right? We kind of like just just we 10X
- 10:24and skip steps, right? Oh yeah.
- 10:26And Elon Musk, this is really funny.
- 10:28Like the two things really start out for me.
- 10:30But you know, I don't even know this, but he when he was when
- 10:35you only have a few million left and he either has a bit all into
- 10:38Tesla or into SpaceX, or you have to split it down the middle
- 10:42and give half to each. And but the problem is that both
- 10:45of them could have failed or just one of them could right,
- 10:47right. So he just decided to gamble
- 10:49both of them and both of them paid off.
- 10:50And in history, only two car companies in the history of the
- 10:53planet have never gone bankrupt. 1 is Ford, obviously 27 and the
- 10:57other is Tesla. So Tesla's one like making
- 10:59history for ministry. Really cool car cover.
- 11:01And the second thing I want to say is that he couldn't afford a
- 11:04chief rocket engineer for SpaceX, so he taught himself,
- 11:08and he is the chief rocket engineer of SpaceX.
- 11:10The guy's an absolute beast, like I love.
- 11:12That that's such a, it's a monster.
- 11:14And that's, and that's why I like Chandeline, like the
- 11:18impatience of ADHD in a view and being able to harness the, the
- 11:23hyperactivity with the pattern recognition of like, Oh yeah,
- 11:28ASD is like, dude, you can literally that's like skipping
- 11:32steps is like impatient. Plus like just hyper focus of
- 11:37special interest like level of algorithms and like you can
- 11:41literally just do anything you want in life. 100% like there,
- 11:45there's no limit to that, you know, and I think, you know,
- 11:48we're living testament. Like I said, we just like, you
- 11:50know, we're both young dudes and we just like, I just bought a
- 11:52house like crazy. Like I never thought a million
- 11:55years ago I was probably like a house this big, more of it.
- 11:57And like, I just bought a car, you know me like in a Tesla,
- 11:59like my own colleague. Normally I always try like
- 12:01secondhand, like, you know, like be a cause for like.
- 12:04See, I did all the same things, but I also my ADHD got trapped
- 12:08in the in whole credit card game.
- 12:10It's bad here in America. Yeah, it's it's yeah, it's it's
- 12:16crazy. Anyway, I was about to info dump
- 12:21about my own current financial status on a live stream.
- 12:24Never mind. Don't edit.
- 12:26It after never mind. Yeah, yeah, we could do.
- 12:28We could do. This is all raw and edited so
- 12:30you know what's really. Funny.
- 12:32OK, It's raw, dude. It doesn't.
- 12:34Matter do you ever do that thing where you like Google your name
- 12:36and then you find those like weird celebrity like channels
- 12:39where they say like what's Daniel Jones's net worth from
- 12:42the ask me world? And they always come like
- 12:43ridiculous. I was like, she's well, like 7
- 12:45million. I'm like, I don't know what
- 12:46$7,000,000 like what are you talking about?
- 12:48Like and grossly overestimate your income because of your
- 12:51state. Well.
- 12:52I think my brain has justified it because like I always like to
- 12:56over exaggerate, but I don't think it's like I've seen the
- 12:59numbers, but you know, sometimes I got a.
- 13:00Lot of myself to motivate. Myself, but like I see the
- 13:03numbers online, like I'll Google it and I'm like, I'm like, OK,
- 13:07first of all we're back though. Yeah, what?
- 13:10We're getting stalled out. But then I'm like, OK, wait, so
- 13:15it's like over time? Yeah.
- 13:18Holy shit I was impulsive as hell.
- 13:20Why did I buy this thing? OK, wait, that is a lot of
- 13:24money. Dude, I I told I so hard
- 13:28related, like seriously, the amount of money I would just
- 13:30like I spent on stuff. I'm thinking, Oh man, like what?
- 13:34I could have just been so much careful with my money.
- 13:37That's another thing that's like that's a huge like symptomatic
- 13:39issue, right where like the the bad money management, like and
- 13:43not really knowing like the control of game capital.
- 13:45So like I've got no one. I've got like accountants and
- 13:47stuff hide now my my girlfriend, like she actually does all my
- 13:50finances. This is a true story guys, when
- 13:52they say that the woman wears A trousers, they really do because
- 13:54they're better finances than me, but.
- 13:58I didn't have that. I was on this like whole hippie
- 14:01thing. I was talking to to my
- 14:03girlfriend and we're in Michigan staying with our parents for a
- 14:05second after I was on in LA. We're on set.
- 14:09And so, but like I've never felt the because I I was trying to
- 14:14relieve anxiety and you know, like money's not really like
- 14:17that's never that doesn't motivate us.
- 14:20And so it's never it's, it's, it's, and actually, it's can
- 14:25sometimes hinder to the hyper focus.
- 14:27So it's like I was all in this chill out mode, but there's
- 14:30nothing like the motivation that I've never felt this in my life
- 14:34before. And it's actually really cool
- 14:35because like my, my girlfriend, it was getting anxious about
- 14:40like going back to LA and, and the apartment and, and
- 14:43everything. And I was like, I have a whole
- 14:46new drive for life. It was crazy.
- 14:48I was like, wow, I'm growing up. What is that?
- 14:54That let me know. Yeah, it's like.
- 14:56Exactly. I was like, wow, no adult
- 15:00emotion. No, it's true.
- 15:02Like I think I felt like I bought a washing machine and
- 15:07like a couple of years ago I first into my first apt, I
- 15:10bought a washing machine was like some like cheap crap thing.
- 15:12Anyway, when I was this half, my girlfriend was like, OK, well,
- 15:14that dry is black and used by the matching like washing
- 15:17machine. And I was like, I'm in a
- 15:18position to do that. I'm wearing No, am I an adult?
- 15:21Like I'm going to do I'm going to do this, you know, I'm going
- 15:23to make this house aesthetically free.
- 15:27That was like, does this not an adult?
- 15:29Like, and that's the thing. Like I bought like fake plants
- 15:32for my studio and I'm like, that makes me an adult, right?
- 15:35Like that. Yeah.
- 15:37Well, it's funny cuz I've always been like the person with like a
- 15:41perfect. It's not that I've had a very
- 15:44decor, I had a very not personalized room my entire
- 15:49life, but I always had everything organized in the way
- 15:51I wanted it. But as soon as I got my own
- 15:56place, it was really cool because as soon as you like have
- 15:58ownership of it and you're a bit like even though I was renting
- 16:01like I definitely broke a lot of the rules, but it's fine because
- 16:03we all did at the end of the day I was renovating.
- 16:05I was like literally renovating dude.
- 16:07I started like repainting like. The the dude you, you improved.
- 16:10Edges and everything, you know, and you just make it an art
- 16:13piece and that's like, that's why I have a great pitch for an
- 16:16HDTV show and it's oh. Crap.
- 16:19What was it called? Oh Beehive.
- 16:24It's and it's the pitches, the log line.
- 16:27It's P millionaire creatives with different brains where
- 16:38they, I can't remember what I wrote, but it's like their
- 16:42houses because we just, I was in because I'm in Michigan and we
- 16:45were touring a house and and this house, this, this so neuro
- 16:53divergent man. Yeah, made his entire house.
- 16:58What he did for a living was he loved making.
- 17:01He still loves and he, he still runs his business, but he he
- 17:05loves creating aquariums and running and creating plumbing
- 17:09for like huge koi ponds and ginormous aquariums.
- 17:12So this entire house is like a ginormous aquarium and in the
- 17:16backyard like a koi pond. And I was like, this would be
- 17:22just a great TV show because there's no way that this guy's
- 17:24not neurodiving. Yeah.
- 17:26He. Has to be.
- 17:26He has to be like. This is like the most creative.
- 17:30Thing like creative I just I just did a video on this this
- 17:33woman who's near the virgin in Glasgow and she's like she like
- 17:37decoed her entire house and even did like ADHD storage container
- 17:40in the kitchen like the videos like went quite viral.
- 17:42I think it, yeah. I don't know if you saw this,
- 17:45but it was like. I've seen something.
- 17:46I've seen similar videos though at the organization.
- 17:50Yeah, did. And I wish I could say names and
- 17:52give them credit right now, but I'm so sorry I can't.
- 17:54Remember the girl say about goodness me.
- 17:56So she's a friend of mine now because I did a video.
- 17:57She comes and we say like, well, thanks for featuring me, blah,
- 17:59blah, blah. You have to see, I'll send you
- 18:01the link. You have to see it, dude.
- 18:02Like if you're in, if you like the other guy's house, you're
- 18:04going to, you freak when you say this girl's house.
- 18:05It's so dope. I'm actually going to send one
- 18:07of my, one of my team members lives like 40 minutes away from
- 18:11this house. I'm going to actually send to
- 18:12that with a camera and just be like, dude, you have to like
- 18:14literally interview this girl like.
- 18:16Yeah, wait. OK, you get that clip.
- 18:18I'll get this clip. Yeah, Do this house.
- 18:20Yeah. Let's make a video.
- 18:22Dude, let's we could be. Yeah, we did.
- 18:24Let's do that. OK, let's do that.
- 18:26OK, all right. OK, so some comment, you know,
- 18:30we've been talking nonsense now for like 25 minutes and I'm
- 18:33really, really bored. So is there anything like tell
- 18:35us about like, what are your plans for the future social
- 18:37media wise? Like have you got any kind of
- 18:38cool projects going on, Anything you talked to us about?
- 18:40And they're like, you know, you've probably signed Ndas
- 18:42here, there and everywhere. But like, is there anything fun
- 18:44you can tell my audience about your project?
- 18:47Yeah, yeah. There's not really any
- 18:50contracts. It's just I can't, I don't know
- 18:53why. Like it's, I can never not have
- 18:56like a yeah, it's yeah. So I've got really cool things
- 19:00going on. I've got Disney Mighty Ducks
- 19:02going on that's coming out in September.
- 19:08I was really synced it. Yes.
- 19:12So there's a take on the old movies, right?
- 19:15Yes, and it's and it's on Disney Plus.
- 19:18And so your boy went really hyper focused in acting, dude.
- 19:25And you know, it's one of those things where you're like, you go
- 19:29about life very ignorant and aloof and you're very focused on
- 19:32one thing. And then like you get a call a
- 19:34week later from people like in your work team and they're like,
- 19:37you haven't done any of this shit yet.
- 19:41And so like I was dating, I was just going on set going about my
- 19:46life, but going to bed, like, oh, going to set acting, going
- 19:49to bed. And my people are like, no, you
- 19:51have all these things. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:53Dude, I have a 200 e-mail inbox that's like, I'm like, honestly,
- 19:56my system like kicks my ass every day.
- 19:59Shout out to Alyssa Hashtag for putting up for me.
- 20:01Thanks and thank you. Shout out to Eddie, Eddie,
- 20:04Eddie. I love you, Eddie.
- 20:06I don't think this is the thing. If I didn't have a team, I
- 20:09wouldn't have got anything done like it just I got it, man.
- 20:11I get it. But my ducks do this.
- 20:12Looks like, dude, that's so dope.
- 20:14I've got the, I've got the Disney Plus things to watch,
- 20:17some Kenobi, you know, all that kind of stuff.
- 20:21I just watched the Sex Pistols start.
- 20:22Have you seen that? The sex.
- 20:23Pistols show I haven't seen. It dealing with it's not.
- 20:26I think it's just called pistols.
- 20:27Wait. What is it called?
- 20:28Pistols or pistols but. What was the?
- 20:30What was the? Producing, coming little oh, I
- 20:33don't know, it's just it's about.
- 20:34The thing you said before Sex Pistols?
- 20:37Sex Pistols. Yeah, The Bat.
- 20:38They're like a British punk band, right?
- 20:40They're like, they're the first ever like proper punk band.
- 20:42Oh, that's awesome, dude. It's like it's crazy and it's
- 20:45shot in like, you know, like old TV frame where you get like
- 20:48black vows on the side. It's not like 10.
- 20:50It's so great. It's like super cool.
- 20:51It's like right in the 70s Dude is great.
- 20:54I I highly recommend checking it out.
- 20:56It's really authentic. Oh, I love the. 70s right now.
- 20:58It's such a vibe right now dude. Honestly, it's all, it's all
- 21:01about Vivian Westwood and how she brought like punk fashion
- 21:04like to to like the the masses and how they made a movement
- 21:07with fashion rather than kind of just a band.
- 21:09It was just absolutely fantastic.
- 21:10I loved that dude. Honestly, it blew my mind.
- 21:13I think I binge watched the whole thing in like 24 hours
- 21:16when I was like, did you sleep? I was like, yeah, go to this
- 21:19next episode. Like last night, I stayed up all
- 21:25last night. Well, actually, no, I slept
- 21:26until like 2:00 PM because I was like, I was finally in my house
- 21:31and I was like, I'm just gonna spend all night doing self-care.
- 21:34You ever do that? Yeah, I just stay up all night.
- 21:36Just like reset of self-care. Yeah, you have to Well, Oh yeah,
- 21:40I do like half and I have like I have a three-year old son.
- 21:43So like I got a little kid. So like he gets yeah, he's
- 21:47amazing. It is.
- 21:47He's the most amazing thing in the world.
- 21:49But like, so he gives up at like like 5:00 AM, which I'm cool
- 21:52with, but I can't do the things I used to like watch alien
- 21:55conspiracy documentaries until 3:00 AM and then fall asleep on
- 21:58my keyboard and then wake up and do the same thing.
- 21:59Right? Because you also this kids like
- 22:02dad didn't eat breakfast. I'm like, okay, but yeah, but I
- 22:05do that. I do the self-care thing.
- 22:07You know, it's funny you should say that cuz that is like super
- 22:10important to people on the on on the spectrum to to, to take that
- 22:12time to self-care because yeah, and it's not, and this is
- 22:15interesting. People think that self covers
- 22:16are going to go to a spa weekend.
- 22:18I'm going to fucking stay in a hotel.
- 22:19Also. It's bull crap.
- 22:20You want to be in the place that you're comfortable in, but not
- 22:22doing the demanded work that you know, we do, right?
- 22:25And that's. Well, and that's, and like,
- 22:26that's what makes it the like the disabling part, dude.
- 22:30It's like that's like the biggest issue for me is like
- 22:33because I can't, I have to do it all at once when my brain allows
- 22:40me like it's. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:42Yeah, and it's, and I think it's just because I need to get
- 22:45better when it comes to like. And that's the problem with like
- 22:49the planner, dude. It's like you need the
- 22:50structure. It's like when you're doing,
- 22:53when you do, when you do what we do.
- 22:54And that's why you just see the support system.
- 22:56Yeah, at the end of the day, because it's like the the
- 23:00self-care goes goes to shit really fast.
- 23:02But huh, Yeah, super fast, dude. That's usually like burnouts.
- 23:04Like I mean, like, you know, I was super sick.
- 23:08I got a like about 3 weeks or 4 weeks ago, I got COVID and then
- 23:12it gave me a lung infection. And then when?
- 23:15COVID. Wore off, I called the flu
- 23:17seriously dude whilst having a lung infection and then.
- 23:19No same. I had bronchitis last month.
- 23:22Yeah, I would see you rise. And then like I caught like like
- 23:25tonsillitis, which is basically like a throat infection.
- 23:27Yeah. And I was like, and then like so
- 23:304 weeks I was just completely flat and I was like, it just
- 23:33kind of. And then I was like super like
- 23:35just burnt out because like I just, I was just like, there's
- 23:38no self-care. I couldn't self-care.
- 23:39Dude, here's, here's, oh, this is amazing because I think as
- 23:44the hive mind, I think we all had a similar last month because
- 23:47yes, I was, I went through sickness after sickness and, and
- 23:50the, the the problem with me is I couldn't stop working.
- 23:54And so like, you know how like when you're sick, but your brain
- 23:58is literally like cool enough and it can like it can be like,
- 24:01Nah, we can still be completely fine.
- 24:04Yeah. And so like so that side and
- 24:07then you see you're burnt out as soon as you get out from work.
- 24:11Like so having to work and be on for 24 hours on a set.
- 24:16One thing I will say in those moments of like, just allow and
- 24:21accept yourself at the fact that in those moments you're only
- 24:25going to be able to do one thing a day.
- 24:27And when you get home, don't be mad at yourself when all you do
- 24:32is STEM, when all you do is like do self-care or like pick at
- 24:36your nails, but like, get to know your toes, dude.
- 24:41Yeah. Especially as a person who
- 24:43played hockey and learned how to do it in like 2 weeks on this
- 24:48mighty duck shot, I will tell you, pay attention to your toes.
- 24:54Get to know your toes. It's not stretching.
- 24:57Get grounded. And, and don't be, don't, don't
- 25:00be ashamed of taking that time for yourself because genuinely
- 25:04like your brain is so powerful and there's so much energy
- 25:08that's that you guys that we all hold.
- 25:11And so it's you need those moments and, and there's no way
- 25:15you can stop your brain from from expelling all its energy on
- 25:18one thing and just expect it to do that and be fine with that.
- 25:21No, you know, you're absolutely right, dude.
- 25:23And I and I totally agree. I totally agree.
- 25:25OK, so we're going to wrap up, Connor, where can people find
- 25:27you online, on the Internet? Where can they digest your
- 25:30content? Yes.
- 25:31Oh wait, crap, I forgot about yes.
- 25:33And so in the future, on social media, I'm going with no.
- 25:37No, no, it's funny. But in the future, yes, I'm
- 25:40doing a lot of cool things on TikTok because I'm off our
- 25:43Disney shut. So I'm focusing this summer on a
- 25:45lot of cool TikTok things. So you'll see a lot more videos
- 25:47every single like every other day hopefully.
- 25:49Nice SO. But yeah, you can find me at
- 25:53Connor the Wolf, pretty much everything.
- 25:55Yeah, that's a cool thing to say in a, in a, in a, on a podcast.
- 25:58You can find me. Just add Cotter to life on
- 26:00everything. Do that.
- 26:01Tell me the difference. Yeah, on Instagram.
- 26:03This is going to be shocking, isn't it?
- 26:04Right now I'm literally going to do it now, so I don't know.
- 26:07Oh no. Is it going to do I follow you
- 26:09on? Oh no, I do follow you on
- 26:10Instagram. Wait, the question is, do you
- 26:12follow me? No, you don't.
- 26:13But you do follow my 5. Rob I Oh yes, I love Paige.
- 26:17Yeah, Paige is awesome. Paige is a friend.
- 26:20You don't follow me. I know I don't follow a lot of
- 26:23people cuz I'm bad at cuz I it's too many notifications, yeah.
- 26:27You don't have a blue ticket, dude.
- 26:28What's going on there? Well, that's also a thing.
- 26:31It's. It's annoying.
- 26:33But I think it's, I think it was just tongue.
- 26:35It came down to like I just had to get over myself and realize
- 26:39that it doesn't mean anything. A lot of people put pressure
- 26:41that it means something. But I.
- 26:42Was like, no, it doesn't mean buggery.
- 26:44Doesn't mean it doesn't mean anything.
- 26:46I was in. Scrap What's your username?
- 26:48At the aspy world bro, just like everything else.
- 26:50So just. Wait, I thought I'd followed her
- 26:54on Instagram. No, I know.
- 26:55I think we did. No, I think we did speak of the
- 26:58Soho phones. I can't remember.
- 27:01I can't robbery. It's TikTok.
- 27:03I'm bad at social media. Says the social media
- 27:07entrepreneur himself. Slash actor slash crazy person.
- 27:12No, he's awesome. Yes, though, absolutely buck
- 27:15one. Did you Oh there you go see look
- 27:19so he just follows me. There you go see and but yeah
- 27:22dude, it's funny. Hey, you know Paige.
- 27:24But then again she is a Canadian tik toking autistic person.
- 27:27So yeah, Paige is awesome. We did.
- 27:29You know what's really funny? So what hive mind.
- 27:31And OK, we will. We will end this shortly.
- 27:32So it's our Canadian too. Yeah, that The thing is, me and
- 27:36Paige broke the same vote at the same time, but we were in the
- 27:40cast at the same time. So I texted.
- 27:41It's like, dude, I just think that takes up and you broke your
- 27:43foot. She's like, yeah, I was like,
- 27:44which one? She's like left.
- 27:46I was like, me too, bro. Like, literally, I was down to
- 27:48like the day it was about, oh, about about two months ago.
- 27:53Wait, you break your foot as well?
- 27:54No, I'm just saying as a hivemind, if we're thinking on
- 27:56that universal level, like that's like literally when I had
- 27:59to break into my skates during hockey and and I had to like an
- 28:03old injury from my left foot like came back up and it re
- 28:06sparked. And so like I had to do a lot of
- 28:09like physical like things with the with the coaching stuff.
- 28:11Dude. With my left foot.
- 28:13Yeah, dude. Like an old injury that I had
- 28:17before resurfaced because I put on the skates and stuff which
- 28:20and which didn't help it probably just worse.
- 28:22But like, yeah, no, like it's just like I had to do that.
- 28:25That's so. Dude, we honestly, man, like,
- 28:29it's blowing my mind. This isn't blowing my mind.
- 28:31Dude, seriously. I wonder if Paige is about
- 28:33Tesla's. Seriously.
- 28:36Yeah, that's crazy. Dude, that's nothing.
- 28:39She bought a house the same month I bought a house.
- 28:42When did you? What month did you?
- 28:43What month did you buy? A house, Well, I bought that.
- 28:45I didn't move in until December. I bought the house in like I
- 28:49bought the house in like, it was like September I think, or
- 28:53October last year. September of last.
- 28:57Year exactly. Yeah.
- 28:58Is yeah September 1st is when I moved into my first ever
- 29:01apartment that I alone just saying relation universal shit.
- 29:06In Page phase of the stage you bought a house, moved in a row,
- 29:09but they're like the first time I'd owned a place so I got I
- 29:11we've been renting like a probably like I've moved into
- 29:14this house. Yeah, it was crazy.
- 29:15The 1st house I've ever actually moved into that was one of my
- 29:17parents house so I was out of. Public that's crazy that on that
- 29:19day we all had like a monumental moment which you buy your first
- 29:22house. I moved in, well, like you know,
- 29:25in that month I moved into the first ever alone for the time in
- 29:29my entire life. Oh man, I've never done.
- 29:30It to a different state and page, but that's great.
- 29:34Dude like oh man. Fuck astrology.
- 29:37Follow asktheworld.com cuz I'm gonna just gonna.
- 29:41I need to start making. We need to start making more
- 29:43hive mind posts. Dude, we need to like, I think
- 29:45we need to open up a new series on like my YouTube page just
- 29:48talking about like, raise yourself.
- 29:50We're gonna talk about like the autism hive on the university
- 29:52hive mind. Oh, yeah.
- 29:53Because we could like when stuff syncs up, we could just put a
- 29:56video asking does everybody experience this at this time?
- 29:58And we see how many comments we get because.
- 29:59Like, well, and it makes way too much sense because like if at
- 30:03the core baseline of neurodiversity just means the
- 30:06better connection in the universe than the Earth.
- 30:09And like, of course we're going to have a fucking have mind.
- 30:11Of course, of course, all of the stars and all astrological all
- 30:15like weird paths of enlightenment.
- 30:17Of course, all of those messages that everyone else has been
- 30:19seen, that guide is already for us and we have a hive mind, so
- 30:23we just got to start talking to each other.
- 30:25More dude, well, I'll just text you.
- 30:28I'll be like, dude, you know, fuck social media.
- 30:30I'll just text you. Yeah, well, look, I mean, that's
- 30:34all we have time for today. Even though we've probably bored
- 30:36the hell out of all my listeners and my watchers, I'm still.
