A master con artist who’s fooled victims for over 50 years remains at large—Leonard Weston Ramey Junior, an 80-year-old fugitive with at least 15 aliases, a limp, a scarred leg, and a horsehead ring. He posed as a stockbroker, lawyer, and financial guru, swindling families out of millions—including $300K from one victim in 2006—before vanishing when victims tried to withdraw funds or file taxes.
