- 0:13Speaker 1: So welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host,
- 0:16Speaker 1: Rob Shooter, and it is Tuesday, which means our dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend missus Dee joins the same misday. Are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 2: I am, and I'm getting ready for a pretty exciting
- 0:26Speaker 2: week next week. I'm in Georgia and I'm about to
- 0:30Speaker 2: leave for European vacation. I'm going to your hometown.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I can't wait. You're going to be in London. You're
- 0:36Speaker 1: going with your mom and your family. Mister, you have
- 0:38Speaker 1: the most fabulous time. Have you ever been to London before?
- 0:42Speaker 2: I have, but my nephews haven't. So rich Auntie is
- 0:45Speaker 2: taking them on the trip of a lifetime. We're staying
- 0:48Speaker 2: in Kensington and Chelsea. We're going to see the London
- 0:52Speaker 2: Bridge and the Tower Bridge and Big Ben.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Or they'll love the Tower of London. To take them
- 0:57Speaker 1: to the dungeons. Oh stuff, I'm going to leave them there. No, no, no,
- 1:02Speaker 1: Your mum will like it too, because the Crown Jewels
- 1:04Speaker 1: are in the tower as well. You and your mom
- 1:06Speaker 1: book at the jewels. They can look at all the torture.
- 1:10Speaker 1: It's such a little boy thing to do. Okay, let's
- 1:11Speaker 1: jump into our show. What time. Is it, my friends,
- 1:13Speaker 1: It is tee time. So inside NBC's big search to
- 1:17Speaker 1: replace Hoder copy to sit next to Jenna Bush. So
- 1:21Speaker 1: Hoda has already been replaced by Craig to sit next
- 1:24Speaker 1: to Savannah. But Hoda had a really interesting job at
- 1:27Speaker 1: the Today Show. She not only hosted the first two hours,
- 1:30Speaker 1: she also came back and did the fourth hour with
- 1:32Speaker 1: Jenna Bush. So they replaced Hoder on the first two hours.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Craig is doing a great job. I really really like him.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Jenna has had to have a lot of rotating celebrity
- 1:42Speaker 1: co hosts. Some of them have been really good, some
- 1:45Speaker 1: not so much. Well, now a new name has emerged,
- 1:48Speaker 1: Kelly Clarkson as a possible replacement. We reported exclusively on
- 1:53Speaker 1: this show on my sub stack, which are all following
- 1:56Speaker 1: Thank you so much for doing that Rob Shooter. On
- 1:59Speaker 1: some stack, we reported that Kelly Clarkson was burnt out
- 2:03Speaker 1: and was considering thinking about quitting her own show. And
- 2:07Speaker 1: now there's news coming along that maybe if she does that,
- 2:11Speaker 1: she might not quit TV altogether, but she might her
- 2:14Speaker 1: end up on the Today Show. Having a co host,
- 2:17Speaker 1: it's so much easier. I've done this show solo you've
- 2:19Speaker 1: done it, Solow, Mister, it's much more. It's just much
- 2:23Speaker 1: more challenging to do. It's not as much fun. It's
- 2:26Speaker 1: fun when you do it with a friend. And so
- 2:28Speaker 1: if Kelly's overwhelmed by the workload, maybe one way that
- 2:31Speaker 1: she could lessen that is to give a purse show
- 2:34Speaker 1: and Joy and Jenna on the Today Show. I think
- 2:37Speaker 1: she'd be an amazing addition. I'm not sure Jenna would
- 2:41Speaker 1: want her though, because it becomes the Kelly Clarkson Show.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I mean, Kelly's a big, big star. Although I've got
- 2:46Speaker 1: to admit I give Jenna props here. I tip my
- 2:49Speaker 1: hat to Jenna because she's had some huge stars sit
- 2:53Speaker 1: next to her, including Scarlett Johansson. If I was the
- 2:56Speaker 1: host and you brought in Scarlett Johansson, I'd be like this,
- 3:01Speaker 1: what do you think?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Well, first of all, it's been so much fun watching
- 3:06Speaker 2: all these different people try hosting because what you and
- 3:09Speaker 2: I know, because we've had this experience, it's not as
- 3:12Speaker 2: easy as it looks. I mean, if you're an actor,
- 3:15Speaker 2: you have a script, you've been working on it, you
- 3:17Speaker 2: have a back story for your character. When you're hosting
- 3:22Speaker 2: a show, you are you amplified, and you have to
- 3:25Speaker 2: react to your partner, to whatever they say that has
- 3:28Speaker 2: not been scripted. So it's not as easy as it looks.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And that's why you've been getting varying degrees of people
- 3:34Speaker 2: who are amazing talents. Maybe they even have an oscar,
- 3:38Speaker 2: but they're not built to host. So that's been really fun.
- 3:43Speaker 2: As for Jenna, I think she's having a blast right now.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I mean if she gets somebody that she didn't like
- 3:48Speaker 2: or somebody who's not so great, ah, they're gone, you know,
- 3:51Speaker 2: and she tries somebody new, So I think she's having
- 3:54Speaker 2: the time of her life. That'll get tired quickly because
- 3:58Speaker 2: sometimes you just want somebody you can depend on. But
- 4:01Speaker 2: for now, for a few months, it's just a blast.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Friends of mine who work on the show say it's
- 4:06Speaker 1: a real challenge. It's like launching a new TV show
- 4:10Speaker 1: every week or every day because a new host brings
- 4:13Speaker 1: a new dynamic, and so they said, it's really hard
- 4:15Speaker 1: to sort of hit your stride. I'm told by summer
- 4:19Speaker 1: they would like to make a decision on this. There's
- 4:21Speaker 1: also to a very very strong possibility that Chanelle, who
- 4:25Speaker 1: works inside the Today Show, that she will probably get
- 4:29Speaker 1: this job. I'm told Chanelle is the number one, number
- 4:33Speaker 1: one pick here. Although the Kelly clarks And news really
- 4:36Speaker 1: made me sit up. I've been reporting for days that
- 4:39Speaker 1: Kelly is feeling burned out. The reason she disappeared from
- 4:44Speaker 1: her own show for over a week and really never
- 4:46Speaker 1: explained why is she just wanted to spend more time
- 4:49Speaker 1: with her kids. Holda did this? Hodas stepped away from
- 4:52Speaker 1: one of the best jobs on Tellyvision to be with
- 4:55Speaker 1: her children. I would not be surprised if Kelly does
- 4:58Speaker 1: the same. I would be surprised if she goes to
- 5:02Speaker 1: the Today Show, because it feels like you're leaving one
- 5:04Speaker 1: show for another, and if your problem is you want
- 5:06Speaker 1: to spend more time with the kids, I don't know
- 5:08Speaker 1: if that quite works. Although there is a difference. The
- 5:10Speaker 1: Today Show is live, right, and so she's on from
- 5:15Speaker 1: ten to eleven. That's the fourth hour, ten to eleven
- 5:17Speaker 1: and eleven thirty, she's pretty much free. Kelly's show is
- 5:21Speaker 1: not live, it's taped, and most days she takes two
- 5:24Speaker 1: shows a day, so she's actually stuck in thirty Rock
- 5:26Speaker 1: from eight am pretty much into the early evening. It
- 5:30Speaker 1: takes a lot of time to put together two hour shows.
- 5:33Speaker 1: We on Thursdays. Misty used to put together two half
- 5:36Speaker 1: hour shows on the Age one and it took all day.
- 5:38Speaker 1: We didn't get out of there till two or three
- 5:40Speaker 1: in the afternoon. So it just takes longer than you think.
- 5:42Speaker 1: So I would be surprised if she ends up on
- 5:44Speaker 1: the Today Show, but I would not be surprised if
- 5:47Speaker 1: she leaves her own show soon. I'm told her contract
- 5:50Speaker 1: is only through twoenty twenty six, which is only one
- 5:54Speaker 1: year away. It's twenty twenty five now, so that sounds
- 5:58Speaker 1: like a long way away, Misty, but it's nut's about
- 6:00Speaker 1: a year, and if she doesn't want to do it,
- 6:03Speaker 1: they would let her out. If Kelly said, I just
- 6:06Speaker 1: don't want to do this anymore, they would be they
- 6:09Speaker 1: would they would figure out away.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Absolutely. I mean, I think you hit the nail on
- 6:14Speaker 2: the head doing those shows. Even if you only do
- 6:16Speaker 2: it three days a week, you have to devote those
- 6:19Speaker 2: three days to full days. And when you're by yourself,
- 6:23Speaker 2: you are the one interacting with the guests, with the audience,
- 6:26Speaker 2: and it's changing daily and you have to stop and
- 6:29Speaker 2: shoot products and go again on a one hour live show.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Whatever happens happens, and then you're done. That's why the
- 6:36Speaker 2: ladies stay on the view so long, because it's pretty
- 6:39Speaker 2: much done after three or four hours in the morning,
- 6:41Speaker 2: and they just stime back.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely, Mitch Day brings us to our whole question
- 6:46Speaker 1: of the day. There's a new rumor that Kelly Clarkson
- 6:48Speaker 1: might replace Holder sitting next to Jenna Bush. What do
- 6:52Speaker 1: you think? Would you watch Kelly and Jenner? Is that
- 6:55Speaker 1: something that turns you on? I love Kelly Clarkson. I
- 6:58Speaker 1: think she's so so cool. Would you watch her in
- 7:01Speaker 1: the morning's Take a vote on our Twitter page at
- 7:03Speaker 1: Naughty Knights rob at Facebook page He's Naughty Gossip and
- 7:07Speaker 1: be sure to check back to Maraua to hear your results.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Hey Misty, what are you working on?
- 7:13Speaker 2: Well? You know I love SNL. Se is watching and
- 7:15Speaker 2: Morgan wall and performed but then had an awkward exit
- 7:21Speaker 2: and posted about it on Instagram, and SNL writer Josh
- 7:26Speaker 2: Patten had a very kind of oh, let's just say
- 7:29Speaker 2: cheeky response to that. So he's been a longtime SNL writer.
- 7:33Speaker 2: He took to Instagram to chically mock the country singer
- 7:36Speaker 2: after Morgan abruptly walked off stage during the show's closing moments,
- 7:40Speaker 2: usually when they bow and they say thanks for watching,
- 7:43Speaker 2: and they're getting ready to go to the after party,
- 7:46Speaker 2: walked off the stage during the closing moments, ditched the
- 7:48Speaker 2: traditional group kriton Call and skipped the after party altogether.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And now the moment was widely discussed on social media,
- 7:55Speaker 2: and it was more and it was punctuated by Morgan's
- 7:58Speaker 2: own Instagram story showing a private jet and the caption
- 8:02Speaker 2: get me to God's Country. So Josh, the SNL writer,
- 8:07Speaker 2: The response was he posted a photo of a Crispy
- 8:10Speaker 2: Kream truck with the bat open and catch them the
- 8:13Speaker 2: same phrase, get me to God God's Honey. If you've
- 8:18Speaker 2: had a Krispy Kreme donut, you know it's really damn.
- 8:21Speaker 1: You in heaven. You are in Heaven. I think this
- 8:24Speaker 1: is so disrespectful of Morgan to come to New York
- 8:28Speaker 1: and then trash it on your way out. Just don't come.
- 8:31Speaker 1: If you don't like New York, if you don't like
- 8:33Speaker 1: the people that live in New York, don't come. If
- 8:35Speaker 1: you want to stay in what you call is God's Country.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Do the hard thing. When we do this, when we
- 8:43Speaker 1: say things like this is it implies that New York
- 8:46Speaker 1: has no religion, has no God. Just not true. Some
- 8:50Speaker 1: of my dearest friends are very religious and live here
- 8:54Speaker 1: in New York. When you walk around the city, we
- 8:57Speaker 1: have some of the most beautiful, magnificent houses of worship
- 9:01Speaker 1: for all different faiths anywhere in the world. Temple Emmanuel
- 9:05Speaker 1: Saint Patrick's Cathedral on Fifth Avenue. I don't like this.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't like it when people talk bad about New York.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I get it, some people don't like big cities. I
- 9:15Speaker 1: do understand that people in my own family much more
- 9:18Speaker 1: prefer country life, but they find New York exciting, and
- 9:22Speaker 1: they certainly wouldn't come here to sell albums trash it
- 9:26Speaker 1: on their way out. Not good.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and this is just kind of a missed pr opportunity.
- 9:34Speaker 2: People of all different backgrounds of music that they like
- 9:38Speaker 2: watch SNL. This is an opportunity for you to reach
- 9:42Speaker 2: out to people who don't listen to country and instead
- 9:46Speaker 2: you end the show in such an awkward way that
- 9:49Speaker 2: may have turned viewers off and they're not listening to
- 9:51Speaker 2: your music. And you could say, well, my music isn't
- 9:54Speaker 2: designed for those people, but Honey money is designed for everybody.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Why would you turn on what special consumers.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Foolish, foolish, foolish makes me a little angry. Okay, Moving along,
- 10:06Speaker 1: David Beckham's former assistants calling herself brave for speaking out
- 10:09Speaker 1: about the affair she alleged they had so more than
- 10:12Speaker 1: twenty years ago. She claims she had an affair with
- 10:15Speaker 1: David Beckham, and now she's doubling down on that story.
- 10:18Speaker 1: She said, I never exaggerated. I never lied about a
- 10:21Speaker 1: single thing. She's doing a new interview with sixty Minutes.
- 10:24Speaker 1: She said, all I ever wanted out, that was the truth. Now.
- 10:27Speaker 1: At the time, she claims that Victoria Beckham, David dwife
- 10:31Speaker 1: and David really had a pr campaign against her. They
- 10:34Speaker 1: had the best lawyers in the world, the best publicists
- 10:37Speaker 1: in the world, and she said, I fell for every cliche.
- 10:41Speaker 1: She thought she was really important to him. She thought
- 10:44Speaker 1: that she was going to be his girlfriend, and then
- 10:46Speaker 1: she realized she was just one of many. So the
- 10:49Speaker 1: Beckhams are very very sensitive about this storyline. They do
- 10:53Speaker 1: not want to talk about this. However, this ex assistant
- 10:59Speaker 1: is really really her name is Rebecca Louse. Is I
- 11:02Speaker 1: think being brave here. I think that she's really going
- 11:05Speaker 1: up against a massive, massive pop star, a massive sports figure.
- 11:11Speaker 1: She's telling her truth. And they asked her why do
- 11:14Speaker 1: you want to do this? Why are you telling this?
- 11:16Speaker 1: And she said, I want my children to know that
- 11:19Speaker 1: their mother was brave enough to stand up against them
- 11:23Speaker 1: and to stand up for the truth. So haveing an
- 11:25Speaker 1: affair I thing she's proud of. But I think here
- 11:28Speaker 1: what she's trying to say is that she spoke the
- 11:31Speaker 1: truth and that you've got to be able to do
- 11:34Speaker 1: that in life. You've got to be able to speak
- 11:36Speaker 1: your truth. I think this is a really interesting story, misty,
- 11:40Speaker 1: one that certainly is not going away. For twenty years ago,
- 11:43Speaker 1: she alleged to.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and twenty years ago she was in her twenties.
- 11:47Speaker 2: If we all look back, we can think about some
- 11:49Speaker 2: of the mistakes that we made and not one thing
- 11:52Speaker 2: and it was something else. Her children are probably in
- 11:55Speaker 2: their teens now, maybe young adults.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Right after.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Sure, she said she had an affair with David Beckham.
- 12:02Speaker 2: She did a lot of reality television. She went on
- 12:05Speaker 2: a lot of shows, and I think that's didn't help
- 12:07Speaker 2: her kids.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Didn't help because people thought she was cashing in.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Right exactly, So her kids might be asking those questions, Well, mom,
- 12:15Speaker 2: you did all these shows. It kind of looks like
- 12:17Speaker 2: you were just gaming the system. So this is probably
- 12:21Speaker 2: what has led her to do this right now, because
- 12:23Speaker 2: you say it's twenty years later, you learned your lesson,
- 12:27Speaker 2: why revisit And I think that is the reason.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, Okay, quickly before we get a break,
- 12:34Speaker 1: mister Blake, Lively popped up at a very interesting place.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Some people are saying it's a PR stunt. We know
- 12:39Speaker 1: she's in a lot of trouble or a lot of
- 12:41Speaker 1: controversy at the moment. Some people are just saying it's
- 12:43Speaker 1: a lovely thing to do. What are you hearing? I
- 12:45Speaker 1: think it's a.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Bit of both. But basically, she was at Rise Donuts
- 12:49Speaker 2: in Connecticut. She slipped behind the counter for a surprise
- 12:52Speaker 2: Sunday shift. She was a flipping treats and flashing her smile,
- 12:59Speaker 2: and she basically wrote on her Instagram story baking with
- 13:02Speaker 2: genius food friends and their kitchen mixer the size of
- 13:05Speaker 2: a car, this is what my happy place looks like.
- 13:09Speaker 2: She's the day handing out donuts, smiling for customers. She's
- 13:13Speaker 2: tight with the baker owners, and people say that she
- 13:16Speaker 2: seemed like she was in a really happy mood, and
- 13:19Speaker 2: of course she's dealing with her feud with Justin Balton.
- 13:22Speaker 2: It ends with us, so maybe she just needed to
- 13:25Speaker 2: get away have a moment which she felt like fun.
- 13:27Speaker 2: But obviously, putting it on your Instagram story, you know
- 13:31Speaker 2: it's going to get picked up and it shows that
- 13:34Speaker 2: you're just one of us. No, but.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It's a bit of both. It's a bit of both here.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I do believe she genuinely wanted to help her friends.
- 13:43Speaker 1: And having a celebrity turn up and endorse your business
- 13:46Speaker 1: is a huge deal, and jumping behind the counter and
- 13:49Speaker 1: surprising customers is It's a lovely thing to do. The
- 13:52Speaker 1: fact she publicized it herself rather than fans, which would
- 13:56Speaker 1: have happened organically. She didn't need to put this on
- 13:58Speaker 1: her Instagram. All those people in the store that took
- 14:01Speaker 1: pictures with her, they would have put it on and
- 14:03Speaker 1: eventually it would have reached the ears of you and me, mistery.
- 14:06Speaker 1: So I know she wanted this to be an immediate story.
- 14:08Speaker 1: She was not waiting two or three days for this
- 14:10Speaker 1: story to get out. She put it on her Instagram.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I think this is a good thing to do. It's
- 14:15Speaker 1: nice to see Blake smiling. And I do know too,
- 14:17Speaker 1: at least for myself, when I have moments of doubt
- 14:20Speaker 1: or I feel like I'm a little bit of trouble.
- 14:22Speaker 1: You know, doing something really helps. If you're a baker,
- 14:25Speaker 1: get your hands in that flower. I know a lot
- 14:27Speaker 1: of gardeners who really love going in the garden and
- 14:30Speaker 1: getting their hands in the soil, and that's really relaxing
- 14:33Speaker 1: for them. For me, it's listening to music, going for
- 14:36Speaker 1: a walk, And so I do understand here a little
- 14:39Speaker 1: bit of relief doing something that makes you happy. Maybe
- 14:42Speaker 1: it's going for a swim, maybe a jug, maybe it's
- 14:45Speaker 1: just buying a new pair of shoes. And so whatever
- 14:49Speaker 1: makes you happy, I say, do it, and do it
- 14:53Speaker 1: as often as you can. Okay, we're going to take
- 14:56Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 15:00Speaker 1: back to the naughty but nice show of your host
- 15:02Speaker 1: job Shooter with my dear friend Miss d Hey Delana,
- 15:05Speaker 1: Let's get to the polls. Last share, we talked about
- 15:09Speaker 1: Morgan Wallen's abrupt exit during the closing credits of Saturday
- 15:13Speaker 1: Night Live. A question was was this pre planned or
- 15:16Speaker 1: was it a spur of the moment decision. Let's have
- 15:18Speaker 1: a look. Eighty percent said he planned this, he wanted
- 15:22Speaker 1: to make a scene, he wanted to make a statement.
- 15:24Speaker 1: His pr people are saying, no, he just sort of
- 15:26Speaker 1: accidentally walked off. I don't think that's the case. I've
- 15:29Speaker 1: been at that show many times with celebrity performers. It's staged, mister.
- 15:34Speaker 1: He was in rehearsals from Thursday on. They tell you
- 15:38Speaker 1: every element, including the end of the show, what's gonna happen.
- 15:41Speaker 1: You stand here, the cameras are going to whizz around.
- 15:44Speaker 1: You wave at the cameras, hug your cast mates, don't
- 15:47Speaker 1: get off the stage until all's clear. There's a stage
- 15:50Speaker 1: manager on the floor who's doing a countdown five, four,
- 15:53Speaker 1: three clear. We've been in TV studios, mister. This is
- 15:57Speaker 1: one of the best, most l oiled machine in the
- 16:02Speaker 1: TV business. It didn't just happen. Hey, don't forget to
- 16:05Speaker 1: vote on today's Paul will get a Twitter page at
- 16:07Speaker 1: Naughty Nice rob. Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and
- 16:10Speaker 1: sure to check back to morow to hear your results.
- 16:13Speaker 1: And now I love this. It's time of the day.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Well, our nicest of the day is Harrison Ford and
- 16:21Speaker 2: Calista flarkard it because they are just crazy in love.
- 16:26Speaker 2: So the longtime couple was spotted writing the New York
- 16:29Speaker 2: City subway giving dig Apple some love, sharing kisses and
- 16:34Speaker 2: hugs like two teenagers in love, not to Hollywood legends
- 16:39Speaker 2: with decades under their belts. So now there have been
- 16:42Speaker 2: rumors swallowing. There had been rumors swirling that there was
- 16:46Speaker 2: trouble and paradise. But we saw the sweet display of
- 16:51Speaker 2: affection and they're just proven. Look, we just doing what
- 16:55Speaker 2: we do.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I love it.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I love to cut the train to her theater. She's
- 17:00Speaker 2: forming right now. While Harrison Ford got off a Columbus Circle.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Indiana Jones, Indy Anna Jones. I love this. You can
- 17:08Speaker 1: see celebrities on the subway here in New York. I
- 17:10Speaker 1: bumped into Sarah Jessica Parker wants mystery just sitting there.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Andy Cohen uses the subway and rumor has it, mister
- 17:16Speaker 1: Lana Dixon does.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Soo sh every once in a while.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Every once in a while. Now, I noticed the day
- 17:22Speaker 1: norty naughty Kanye West is saying just hateful things, saying
- 17:25Speaker 1: he didn't want to have kids with Kim Kardashian. It's
- 17:29Speaker 1: so mean. It's so nasty. Your kids are gonna wear that.
- 17:32Speaker 1: And if it couldn't get any worse, it did. He
- 17:34Speaker 1: was wearing a KKK outfit while he said it. Now,
- 17:38Speaker 1: you know, I don't like to do Kanye stories on
- 17:41Speaker 1: the show. He's clearly suffering with mental health issues, but
- 17:44Speaker 1: we can't use that as an excuse anymore for the
- 17:46Speaker 1: hateful things. I can't imagine anything crueler to say to
- 17:50Speaker 1: the mother of your children, to your children, Kanye, I
- 17:53Speaker 1: think it's time you shut up. Hey, let's end with
- 17:55Speaker 1: a moment of rob. You get a Robbie can rob
- 17:57Speaker 1: you rob. Procrastination it's not laziness, it's actually stress. It's
- 18:03Speaker 1: fear in disguise. So we beat ourselves up all the
- 18:06Speaker 1: time for procrastinating, calling it laziness or maybe even a
- 18:10Speaker 1: lack of discipline. But here's the truth. Procrastination isn't about
- 18:14Speaker 1: being lazy. It's a coping mechanism for stress. So when
- 18:19Speaker 1: something feels overwhelming or uncertain or emotionally charged, our brain
- 18:24Speaker 1: tries to protect us. That's the natural instinct. Procrastination is
- 18:28Speaker 1: how we cope, not because we don't care, but because
- 18:32Speaker 1: we care too much. So the key is not more shame,
- 18:37Speaker 1: it's more compassion and awareness. Ask yourself, what am I
- 18:40Speaker 1: really trying to avoid? What am I really afraid of?
- 18:44Speaker 1: What emotion is tied to this task? And once you
- 18:48Speaker 1: identify the root, you can move forward. You can move
- 18:52Speaker 1: through it, not around it. You don't need to fight yourself,
- 18:57Speaker 1: you need to understand yourself. Hey, that is it for today.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening. So they're aty bit
- 19:04Speaker 1: Nice with Rob and Miss d show. We're a production

- 19:20Speaker 1: let's end with that tagline mystery. Remember if you're going
- 19:24Speaker 1: to be naughty, you got to be nice. Stay care
- 19:29Speaker 1: everybody here. It's not even nice with rom
