A terrifying high-speed chase on I-85 in Virginia ended with spike strips flattening tires and arresting 25-year-old Robert D. Dorsey—driving over 100 mph, hitting cars, and turning off his lights—while a mother and her two young children rode terrified in the vehicle. The tow truck driver, moved by the scene, rescued the family by hauling their car seats and driving them to a hotel. Dorsey faces multiple charges, including child endangerment.
