PA will pay families of all terrorists killed in Oct 7th massacres
The Palestinian Authority will pay monthly stipends to the families of all the terrorists who were killed during the attack of October 7th. The payments are being made , even if the terrorists are not linked to Fatah and even if they perpetrated horrific atrocities.
