  Speaker 1: all the time, but have you wondered, like, what is it? Well,

  Speaker 1: it has roots in ancient spiritual traditions as well as

  Speaker 1: modern metaphysics. There is a divine consciousness within you that

  Speaker 1: can lead you to a place of wisdom and peace
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: no matter what's going on in your human life. And
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: so the first idea of this divine consciousness, this higher self,
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: God created man in his own image and that comes
• 0:59

  Speaker 1: was putting the notes together, that merging of us, our

  Speaker 1: spiritual self with God is the higher self and then

  Speaker 1: of the higher self teaching that your truest self is

  Speaker 1: made in the image and likeness of God. It's not

  Speaker 1: separate from divine consciousness, which means if we can get

  Speaker 1: into the right energetic state, and I'm going to say

  Speaker 1: that I do believe we have to be in the

  Speaker 1: right energetic state. There is no limit to the information

  Speaker 1: that we can receive because of our connection, our inherent
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: connection to divine consciousness. Plato called it the divine mind

  Speaker 1: within man. Florence Shovelshen described it as the super consciousness,

  Speaker 1: and then Louise Louise Hey said, the power that created
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: me has given me the power to create eight my experiences.

  Speaker 1: We can use this power, this connection to the divine,
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: the divine that created all of us in all things,
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: we can use it to create in our own lives.

  Speaker 1: And Michael Beckwith says, you're not here to get anything,
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: you are here to let something unfold through you. That
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: unfolding through you is that divine consciousness. It is that
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: connection to source we are created in the likeness and image.
• 2:44
  Speaker 1: It's coming from that space. And all of this points
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: to the truth that the higher self is never outside
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: of you, though when we are in human format can

  Speaker 1: feel that way, It's never outside of you. It's who

  Speaker 1: you really are. And I think the whole purpose of

  Speaker 1: being hearing this human body is to reconnect to that,

  Speaker 1: to remember that. So you pause, you get quiet, you listen,
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: Because one thing I know for sure, your higher self
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: will guide you. Your higher self will speak to you,
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: your higher self will point you in the right direction.

  Speaker 1: So all you have to do is pause and get
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: quiet and be receptive to the energy of your higher self.

  Speaker 1: You can also ask yourself, what would my higher self do?
• 3:40
  Speaker 1: Right now? What would my higher self do? And I
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: believe that that question can get you through the barrier
• 3:49
  Speaker 1: of belief. So maybe there's something that you want to
• 3:51
  Speaker 1: do in your life and you're struggling to believe that
• 3:53
  Speaker 1: it's possible. Tune into your higher self. Your higher self
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: beliefs it's possible, and you can rely on that energy.

  Speaker 1: You can allow that energy to support you. I'm sorry,
• 4:07
  Speaker 1: there is a helicopter somewhere. I don't know where it is.

  Speaker 1: I'm pretty far from a freeway. But something's going on
• 4:16
  Speaker 1: in Pacidy now. But let's keep going so you can
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: rely on that higher self to help you believe. Yeah,
• 4:27
  Speaker 1: I was meditating on something today and I had already
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: pulled some cards around it. I've been journaling on it,
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: reflecting on it for the last two days, meditating on it,
• 4:41
  Speaker 1: and finally I was like, let me tune into my
• 4:44
  Speaker 1: higher self because I kept getting these cards and sometimes
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: when our humanness kicks in, we can't see what the
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: message is. And so I was like, Okay, High yourself,
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: let's go Shelly. And then all of a sudden, it
• 5:00
  Speaker 1: was like these pieces that were the cards I pulled,
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: and all these messages I had received, it all became
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: one picture, and I saw the truth of it all.
• 5:10
  Speaker 1: And that is the power of allowing your higher self
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: to guide you, to be a support to you. And
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: from there the answer feels peaceful, it feels kind, it
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: feels grounded, it feels loving. Doesn't mean you're going to
• 5:27
  Speaker 1: get every little step, but at least you'll know exactly
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: where you're going. When you're tuned into the higher self,
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: you're not going to feel anxious or afraid. That's what's
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: so beautiful about the energy of the higher self. It
• 5:42
  Speaker 1: doesn't react to circumstances. Remember it. It is the part
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: of us that is connected to God, and it's just
• 5:51
  Speaker 1: going to guide you based on the highest vision and
• 5:54
  Speaker 1: purpose and knowing for your life. So let the Higher
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: Self lead you, and you'll start to notice that life.

  Speaker 1: Life gets easier, Life gets a lot easier, and things
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: start to show up differently. You can make decisions with
• 6:14
  Speaker 1: clarity with a sense of rightness. You don't have to
• 6:19
  Speaker 1: force anything to happen, you don't have to push, you
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: don't have to stress. I again, what I love about

  Speaker 1: with tuning into the energy of the higher self, and

  Speaker 1: why I wanted to do this show in particular, is

  Speaker 1: because it helps with the belief and the trust, which

  Speaker 1: helps with your faith. And so much of the work

  Speaker 1: that I do with clients is around faith, higher levels

  Speaker 1: to see that God's working with us constantly. God wants

  Speaker 1: us to have an amazing human life, and so bridging

  Speaker 1: that gap between us and God starts by embracing the

  Speaker 1: higher self and allowing that energy to take over and

  Speaker 1: be a constant in your life. You can still have fun,

  Speaker 1: you can still make mistakes, you can still feel funky

  Speaker 1: from time to time. You'll always know how to come

  Speaker 1: back to center, and your higher self will guide you

  Speaker 1: higher self in with soul, but I mean it doesn't,

  Speaker 1: it doesn't really matter. It's all there to support you.

  Speaker 1: So reach out, be open, connect to that part of yourself,

  Speaker 1: and you will feel so powerful and so capable, even

  Speaker 1: when you have no idea how it's all going to

  Speaker 1: come together, and even when there's a part of you

  Speaker 1: that wants to doubt, that higher self will kick in

  Speaker 1: and guide you for it. So I pray this was

  Speaker 1: of God, and own that embrace that, use that for
