- 2:38I want to bring in Scott Lively right now, the website ScottLively.net.
- 2:42He's an author, just a man of God that I've respected for many, many years because he has
- 2:47spoken out against the LGBTQ Mafia, we're going to talk a little bit more about his story
- 2:53today, and he's on the Southern Poverty Law Center hit list.
- 2:58He's on their website.
- 2:59We'll talk about that as well.
- 3:00Scott Lively.
- 3:01Good to see you brother.
- 3:02Great to be back.
- 3:03When you, David.
- 3:04Yeah, so I said before we got into the show here that you were canceled before anyone
- 3:09understood what cancel culture was, in the United States, and that's what we're kind of
- 3:16trying to prepare people for, because it's here, more is coming, the extent we're not
- 3:21sure when we'll get there, but your quick thoughts to open up and then we'll dive into
- 3:26your story a little bit more.
- 3:29Well in, I recently republished one of my earlier books, titled The Poison Stream and
- 3:35The New Version, has a section in it titled The Five Stages of Homo Fascism, Tolerance
- 3:42Acceptance Celebration, Force Participation in Gay Culture, and then Punishment of Discenters
- 3:49in America in between four and five at this time.
- 3:54Yeah, there they are boy, your way ahead of me on that.
- 3:57I didn't know you're going to put that out.
- 3:58Yeah, leave that's very good.
- 3:59Leave that on the screen, Jeff Scott.
- 4:01Just elaborate just a little bit more because this is really good.
- 4:05Well, this is what I basically have observed early on in my career and broken this down.
- 4:15These are the five stages.
- 4:17Tolerance is great and as Christians, we have reasonable tolerance for things for people
- 4:23can make wrong choices, but when it crosses from tolerance into acceptance, then that's
- 4:29when the real problems happen.
- 4:32You can't grant a place at the table for a worldview that is completely contradictory
- 4:40to the Judeo-Christian perspective of the Bible, and especially if you are a Christian nation.
- 4:48And then it goes from acceptance to celebration, and this is everywhere where the seed gets
- 4:56planted of the LGBT agenda everywhere, it goes along the exact same track.
- 5:01When you reach celebration, you've got the pride parades, you've got all of the preference
- 5:11of almost sexuality and all of the related behavioral disorders over Christianity.
- 5:18And the fourth, and this is where most of the nation is right now, some parts of the
- 5:24one at the five, forced participation in LGBT culture, where you really don't have any choice
- 5:29anymore, where silence is violence, where you are forced to take a position on their side
- 5:40or they destroy you, and the cutting edge cities, the blue cities, including Madison
- 5:48Wisconsin, one of my earliest encounters with hardcore homophascism, and as a matter of
- 5:56fact, the phrase was coined by an activist, I knew back then, I have no idea what ever happened
- 6:02to him, Ralph Ovidol from Wisconsin, we were actually a ministry acquaintances, and he's the
- 6:13one who came up with that phrase, homophascism, and perfectly designed it, but in Madison
- 6:19Wisconsin, way back in the early days of my ministry, the fire chief, or one of the firemen in
- 6:28Madison, who made some comment against a lesbian being put over the fire department, got railroad
- 6:35and man, he was like a former football star or something, too, Ron Greer, and I went up there to
- 6:42speak at his church and that, and the homosexuals came out in huge numbers, they surrounded his
- 6:49little church, and then when he came to try to open the door for our little group to go in for
- 6:54my seminar, they pushed past him, kicked open the door, took over the building and refused to
- 6:59leave and the cops wouldn't do anything, and then after a while after they finally sort of gave
- 7:05up, they went outside, we started the seminar, and they surrounded the building and pounded on the
- 7:11walls and the outside of the building, with fists and rocks and trash can lids chanting,
- 7:17crushed the Christians, bring back the lions, right? This was back, this was like 90,
- 7:2696 maybe, 90s and then that's the punishment of dissenters, faith, you know, so it was only in
- 7:39the most left-wing corners of the bluest cities back in the 90s, now everywhere, it's everywhere,
- 7:47anyone who stands up at all, you know, they've now expanded to the LGBT, the transgenderism,
- 7:53transsexual component of the constituency of their movement, that's now at the forefront,
- 8:03we lost the battle on, on, on marriage, back with Oberg of El Vijajas back in 2015,
- 8:10and then they shifted to the transgender gender, which is very hardcore, and now you can be punished
- 8:17simply for not using their preferred pronouns, which is forced speech, is directly contradictory
- 8:24to the first amendment of the Constitution, and yet it's the law of the land throughout most
- 8:32of the United States right now, someone's getting pushed back, but still, not enough, and not really
- 8:38enough, we didn't start back when you were trying to expose this and raise awareness of these
- 8:43demonic thoughts into some of our 30 years, man, for 30 years, I've been trying to warn people
- 8:49about this stuff, and you know, it was like, oh, it can never happen, you're crazy, lively,
- 8:53you're just a crack, big, you know, all this stuff, and here it is, every single thing that we
- 9:00warned was going to happen is now happen and beyond, it's worse than I thought it would be
- 9:07at this stage, and there's no, there's no end to it, they now have enormously more power
- 9:14than the Christians do in the culture, you can, in effect, if you try to stand on biblical values
- 9:19these days, you don't have a society where the consensus is still generally with you, like we
- 9:25did back in the 1980s, right, the Reagan Revolution. Now, all you've got is a fairly small remnant
- 9:33of believers who are bold enough to have your back, and most of the rest are running for the hills
- 9:40to save themselves while you're being hung in the public square. This is where we've gotten to,
- 9:46and apostasy is growing exponentially out of fear, right? This people are giving up their faith
- 9:55out of fear of the consequences for standing on the truth of God, and at the same time,
- 9:59they're being enticed to embrace these false doctrines and you know, gave theology being
- 10:05sinful, yeah. Through financial co-opting of the of Christendom by people like Soros and these
- 10:17others that are literally buying their way into the power centers of the church, like the, like
- 10:23the southern Baptist convention, right? This for years now, they've been, there's all kinds of
- 10:28leftist money has been infiltrating to change the theology of the church, and it's working,
- 10:36right? Yes. This huge swath of Christendom of now sort of embraced Marxist social justice,
- 10:44liberation theology, and place of biblical reality, and look what the United Methodist just did,
- 10:54they're just the most recent and a very long line of capitulations. Every time you see a rainbow flag
- 11:02flying anywhere, but especially over a church is a, that's the sign of military conquest of that
- 11:10congregation or that whole denomination. That's how military conquerors have always designated
- 11:16their control over a former adversary. Yep. They plant their flag, conquered ground, conquered
- 11:23exactly what it is. Yep. By the way, friends, we are going to get to Scott's very new article
- 11:30called Confessions of a Hate Criminal, very provocative, but we'll get to that. It's over at WND,
- 11:36and Scott, is that also on your website, ScottLively.net?
- 11:40Having posted, yeah, I'm a little bit behind on that, but so it's okay. It'll be on Scott's website as well.
- 11:46People to my bookstore, ScottLively.store, where the books that I've been talking about are there,
- 11:53and you can help me to head toward breaking even on the investment that I've made in putting those
- 12:01books out. Well, we'll do ScottLively. I can't sell my books anywhere. I can't sell on Amazon.
- 12:06I can't sell at Barnes & Noble. I can't sell any of the platforms because I'm my books,
- 12:12especially the Pink Swastika, the most banned book of the 20th century, and there are activists
- 12:21of the left who follow me around wherever I go and make sure that I'm as censored as it's possible
- 12:29to be. When I met you in 2020, I believe it was, in Dallas, Texas, I knew of you. I've read about
- 12:38your journey, and I met you. I'm going, wow, this guy has been through it, and you talked a little
- 12:45bit about it at that Liberty Pastors conference. Scott, we're going to take a brief pause, but when we
- 12:50come back, I want to ask you, before we get into what they say over at the Southern Poverty
- 12:55Law Center about June, what the Human Rights Campaign and others say about you, I want to ask you
- 13:00about pastors in America and going back to the 70s, 80s, or 90s, how could we have resisted
- 13:07this infiltration of the demonic LGBTQ activism? We'll be right back with Pastor Scott Lively.
- 13:31Friends, we're thankful for Harbinger's Daily and Patriot Mobile, and if you're interested in
- 13:36sponsoring Worldview Matters, email us Worldview Matters at FPEUSA.org, and our producer, Mike
- 13:43Menzel, will get right back to you. If you missed any of that, go to Worldview Matters.tv. So,
- 13:48Scott, going back, how could America have resisted? I know it's speculation at this point because
- 13:54it didn't happen, but I know the politicians probably wouldn't have because they're just
- 13:58trying to win the next election. Where else would there have been resistance other than
- 14:03the pulpits in the church? Your thoughts? Well, the Reagan Revolution moved the ball to the right,
- 14:11significantly, and actually the more powerful years of the Reagan Revolution were after he left
- 14:21office because it took eight years of Reagan to basically undo the damage that had been done
- 14:28previously. Carter. Thank God for Jimmy Carter, because if he hadn't been so hard left,
- 14:35we never would have gotten Ronald Reagan. Same thing with Trump. We never would have gotten
- 14:41Trump if it hadn't been for Barack Obama. But unfortunately, Carter and Obama, all the
- 14:49Clintons, what they do when they're in power is they change the rules and they create
- 14:59infrastructures to support their worldview. When the conservatives get in power, they preserve
- 15:04the status quo. As the biggest flaw and fault in both the conservative political movement and in
- 15:11the church, the church is a little bit more oriented toward changing the world to reflect
- 15:19biblical Christianity, but not that much more. Conservatives just have this sort of this
- 15:28inherent flaw that we just try to preserve the way things the way that they are.
- 15:35We only get really motivated when the left tries to change things to make them worse
- 15:41than we'll jump up and we'll try to stop them. But here's the problem, and this is why where
- 15:46the church could have done better, is that whenever you're in a contest of contradictory,
- 15:51mutually exclusive worldviews that are trying to create social policy to advance their own
- 15:58perspectives, you always have to counter the other side's agenda with a proposal that will move
- 16:08the ball further to the right instead of just keeping the ball at the line of scrimmage.
- 16:16It's the essential and necessary reality of politics is it's a realm of compromise.
- 16:26It has to be because we are even in our best form, it's governed by the consent of the governed.
- 16:35We, the people, are widely diverse, even that they're most unified, we're widely diverse,
- 16:41and if you're going to have any kind of laws and policies, there has to be compromise
- 16:46between the different factions of the, we the people, right? That's the way we talk.
- 16:51When the more the, we the people gets, gets diversified to crazy, loony, leftist worldviews,
- 16:59the more difficult it is to come to a good conclusion out of that diversity,
- 17:06and but you always have to try. But when conservatives are confronted with the other side coming
- 17:11forward, like they're coming forward and say, we're, we now want to, want to mandate that everyone
- 17:16must use the pronouns, right? If all we do is come back and say, no, we, we, we want to resist
- 17:25that politicians, we're just demanding that you don't do it, right? Politicians in that,
- 17:32this realm of compromise are always going to try to find a way to placate both sides.
- 17:37Even if they're on your side completely, philosophically, by nature, they're going to try to find
- 17:42some way to, you know, give something to the other sides so they don't hate you so much.
- 17:48And that means everything always ratchets to the left. And the only way you can prevent that is
- 17:54if you push the other way, when they're coming forward and saying, we're demanding that everybody
- 17:59use these pronouns, we go back and we say, no, we're going to demand an opposition, this, we're
- 18:04going to demand that all the schools affirm heterosexual normalcy at age appropriate levels
- 18:11all through school, right? Oh, the other side freaks out about that, right? The status quo for the
- 18:16politician, right, is do nothing, right? But if you don't do that, and all you do to say to the
- 18:23politician, politician, don't change it the way they want it, they're going to give them something,
- 18:29right? There's going to be some, even if it's a tiny incremental change in their direction,
- 18:33they're going to do it because that's the nature politics. So, which you always have to do is push
- 18:39in the other direction as far or farther than the other side is trying to do so that at the very
- 18:45worst, the status quo is preserved. And at the best, you actually may take ground in our direction
- 18:53for a change. Yeah, I wish we understood that, you know, three decades ago, I thought nobody
- 19:00teaches that in the entire conservative moment. It's just actually fine-blowing, and it's
- 19:06common-sensical. Yeah. And that's the nature of conservatives. I think they're still used to
- 19:11compromise because they've always done it that way. But let's move on, Scott. I want to go over to
- 19:15the southern pop of the lost center website where under their hate watch and extremist info,
- 19:21they've got you there on the website. A veteran of the anti-game movement,
- 19:25lively has been actively propagandizing against LGBT people since the early 1990s,
- 19:31buddies, possibly best known for co-writing the thoroughly discredited Holocaust revisionist book,
- 19:38The Pink Swastika, then it goes on a little bit. But Scott, wait a minute, they're just,
- 19:43they're just rotten to the bone. They're just actually rotten to the bone. Yeah.
- 19:49Yeah. You know, I've done, if you go on my website,
- 19:52ScottLively.net, search the Pink Swastika files. I've done six episodes of video in which I go
- 20:03through point by point, the documentation of the book and show where the documentation comes
- 20:10from. It's all, it's all absolutely rock solid. Yeah. And you see that. But once again,
- 20:21they always lie about everything that we care about. And when they say, whenever they say anything
- 20:27is thoroughly debunked, then you know that it's about as solid as it can possibly be, right?
- 20:34If you're known by your enemies, I should be one of the greatest heroes of the Christian
- 20:41conservative movement. But unfortunately, too many people actually believe the left on things
- 20:47that they don't have personal knowledge of. It's just another sort of mind, you know, a head
- 20:51scratching reality of conservatives. Badge of honor, brother. I'm thankful that you have
- 20:58been able to stand all these years and you've taken the heat. And I want to quote you now in
- 21:02your new article, Confessions of a Hate Criminal and let you elaborate and respond a little bit. You
- 21:08say that despite all the constitutional air quote guarantees are founders enshrined in America's
- 21:16foundational laws. I have been the most persecuted of all Americans who have stood up to the
- 21:23LGBT agenda. Christians in communist and Muslim countries have certainly suffered far worse than
- 21:30I. But here in the land of the free, I remain the only person ever put through a civil, not criminal
- 21:38trial in a US federal court for six and a half years for crimes against humanity for homophobia.
- 21:47Please elaborate, Scott. Yes. They've been after me all along. But when I went to Uganda,
- 21:55this the the second for the third time, I did a seminar there just before Uganda,
- 22:03the Ugandan parliament came out with a bill that was overly harsh against homosexuality. I
- 22:11always said that from the beginning. And but I got blamed for it, right? They said that I was
- 22:15the mastermind of what they called the Kill the Gaze Bill. It was really an anti-petophile bill.
- 22:22And they already had it in the law protecting girls, but they changed it to protect boys from male
- 22:29petracy. And it included the death penalty. But in any case, it could have been applied under
- 22:36some circumstances to repeat homosexual offenders, which I didn't support. But nevertheless,
- 22:42I got blamed for that internationally. And that began a decade-long campaign of intense. I mean,
- 22:50even more, I've been through the ringer. But this was like this was world-class persecution at
- 22:57the highest level, being attacked by the New York Times, the London Guardian, the Canadian National
- 23:02Post, Nightline, just on and on. And very, very intense, very tough. And then in 2012, they found a
- 23:11way to hook me into federal court on this absolutely bogus. It's so complex. And so it's beyond
- 23:26the pale unreasonable that you really have to just sort of see it. I did a video on it. It's got
- 23:31lively in Uganda. That's it's got lively.net. You just search Uganda. That's got lively. It'll pull
- 23:36those up. And you can see it's it takes like a half an hour to explain how far they went with that
- 23:43thing to take me down. It's just unbelievable. And Liberty Council spent a million and a half dollars
- 23:50defending me in that lawsuit that never should have been brought in the first place.
- 23:56That was that was led by the former law clerk of the far left judge that presided over it
- 24:02and and allowed it to go forward when it never should have happened. And this guy this this
- 24:07former law clerk presided over what eventually was a team of 14 lawyers coming after me to to
- 24:14destroy me. And and in the end, my attorneys with Liberty Council, they finally forced the judge
- 24:22to to to close the case because he didn't have jurisdiction. All right, the Supreme Court had
- 24:28knocked down that the alien tort statute was which was how they shoehorned this thing in the
- 24:33court in the first place completely illegitimately. But then after the Supreme Court struck down that
- 24:39that law, all the other cases in the US were closed and except for mine, which he kept open
- 24:46so they could go after me and discovery. And I had to basically open up all my files,
- 24:51everything personal and give it to my worst enemies because this corrupt judge was
- 24:56sit presiding over the process. And then and in the end, when the attorneys finally finally forced
- 25:03him to end the case for lack of jurisdiction, he wrote the opinion, what should have been just
- 25:09a one line. He he wrote it as if it was a ruling against me, declaring that I was guilty. And
- 25:16and it really is. Oh, I don't think he wrote it. So I'm not sure, but like a like something out
- 25:23of a high school or junior college newsletter or something. But we had it was so bad. And then the
- 25:29then the opposition attorney basically came forward and said, we're going to use this ruling
- 25:34around the world to go after other people like Scott Lively, which essentially they nobody
- 25:40else in foreign countries are going to know this thing has no binding legal authority. So we had
- 25:44to actually appeal our own win in order to prevent them from being able to do that to other
- 25:51Christians around the world and took another year and a half before we finally prevailed. And the
- 25:56appeals court said this has no binding authority. So they couldn't get away with using it the way
- 26:01that they said they wanted to. Anyway, that's one of the that was the fifth of five major lawsuits
- 26:08that I had to endure because of these people. But I never stopped fighting. I've never compromised.
- 26:14I've never felt and I never will. Yeah. Well, a lot of people would have backed down and just
- 26:19gone out left the public square. And thank God for you, Scott. This is one of the reasons I wanted
- 26:24to have you on is to raise awareness about what you've been through. Your books have been banned,
- 26:29accounts related to them have been debanked. You've received death threats, hundreds throughout your
- 26:35career. You've suffered acts of vandalism, sabotage, false witness accusations, character assassination.
- 26:42And as we said, you've been you were canceled and persecuted long before cancel culture. But I
- 26:47want to remind people dynasty of darkness is available. That's a book from you that just recently
- 26:52came out. That's on your website. Scott Lively dot store dynasty of darkness. But also your other
- 26:58books are there too. And so your article that we talked about very good confessions of a hate
- 27:04criminal hate criminal kind of like in in quotes, but Scott really briefly your final thoughts of
- 27:09encouragement. Hey, you know, brothers and sisters, you know, stand up for the truth no matter what
- 27:15the cost is because the reward that you receive from the Lord is so far beyond anything that the devil
- 27:22intends to do to you for harm. I wouldn't I wouldn't change a minute of my whole life if I had to
- 27:27give up the blessings that I got from the Lord for having stood for true. Praise God, brother. We'll
- 27:34we'll keep in touch. God bless you friends. And as always, keep speaking the truth about things that
