Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Good day, good day.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Good day. It is a fabulous day. What's going on, Well,
- 0:14Speaker 2: let's just start off from the beginning. We both took
- 0:17Speaker 2: a second just to take full of breaths. It only
- 0:20Speaker 2: took a couple of seconds. Honestly, I probably took a
- 0:25Speaker 2: good three deep breaths in and it's like it totally shifted.
- 0:28Speaker 2: I feel more relaxed. Yeah, a lot about that kind
- 0:33Speaker 2: of stuff. Yeah, because we get so busy and so
- 0:36Speaker 2: caught up and Okay, I gotta do this, this and
- 0:38Speaker 2: this or you know, even even if it's a good,
- 0:40Speaker 2: all good stuff, we maybe get up in the morning
- 0:44Speaker 2: and we feel like we're driven to go do this
- 0:46Speaker 2: next thing, and it's all exciting, but we keep following
- 0:48Speaker 2: this path and we don't realize just stopping for a
- 0:51Speaker 2: couple of seconds, it's so valuable to get a breath
- 0:54Speaker 2: because you don't realize that you're in the mix of
- 0:57Speaker 2: everything until you realize you're in the mix everything. And
- 1:01Speaker 2: something that kind of flashed for me when I was
- 1:05Speaker 2: getting ready for this meeting today was how much life
- 1:08Speaker 2: we miss out on without awareness. And I have and
- 1:13Speaker 2: so I would say my grievances of previous relationships, experience
- 1:20Speaker 2: and stuff. I feel like I missed out because I
- 1:24Speaker 2: wasn't aware like I am now. Yep, and when we're
- 1:28Speaker 2: an awareness, we're not so much in. I got to
- 1:31Speaker 2: do this next. I need this money, I need that,
- 1:35Speaker 2: which I know I'm talking a lot, but it's like,
- 1:37Speaker 2: it's funny. These are funny things right now that I'm
- 1:39Speaker 2: going to discuss. I have a couple of clients that
- 1:42Speaker 2: are on vacation this month, so it kind of does
- 1:45Speaker 2: shift things for monetarily, and so funny things happened yesterday.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yesterday I noticed I didn't do a deposit from Venmo
- 1:56Speaker 2: or something along those lines from what that I thought
- 1:59Speaker 2: I did. So I did one for yesterday and saw
- 2:02Speaker 2: the other one. I'm like, what the hell, Okay, that's great,
- 2:05Speaker 2: and then I start to go do something else, and
- 2:07Speaker 2: then something else, some other money came in, and I
- 2:10Speaker 2: was like, because I totally surrendered, I don't even care.
- 2:12Speaker 2: I just played with my grandkid all yesterday and stuff
- 2:16Speaker 2: like that, and then my daughter brought another one of
- 2:18Speaker 2: the grandkids out and so I got to it just
- 2:20Speaker 2: was a good day. Wasn't even focused on anything, and
- 2:23Speaker 2: this all happened last night. And then I'm looking, I'm
- 2:25Speaker 2: moving some stuff around and I see a check that
- 2:26Speaker 2: I never deposited. It is hilarious, like all these things
- 2:30Speaker 2: were happening, and it's I'm always asking lately for the
- 2:33Speaker 2: universe to surprise and to light me with a bundance
- 2:35Speaker 2: because it can come in so many different ways. And
- 2:37Speaker 2: I've already had an experience of that just yesterday. How
- 2:41Speaker 2: that shows up and it was it was fun, and
- 2:43Speaker 2: it's like, oh my gosh, I can pay that, Like
- 2:45Speaker 2: I could pay this bill that I wanted to pay
- 2:47Speaker 2: or whatever. So it's just been pretty fabulous. Actually, that's cool.
- 2:54Speaker 1: So I was at a I was at a meeting
- 2:58Speaker 1: in Flagstaff Friday and Saturday, and for fundraising, they were
- 3:03Speaker 1: having drawings for some raffles. So there was like fifty
- 3:07Speaker 1: to fifty and then there's some baskets and there's this
- 3:10Speaker 1: bouquet of scratcher lottery tickets, and so you know, they
- 3:16Speaker 1: do the drawing at the end of the at the
- 3:18Speaker 1: end of the meeting, so we all stay right, no
- 3:21Speaker 1: skating out early, and and they well get ready to
- 3:27Speaker 1: do the drawing for the fifty to fifty and I
- 3:29Speaker 1: looked to the person next to me, I said, don't
- 3:31Speaker 1: worry about it. I said, I'm gonna win. So wow,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I didn't win. Oh, there's two more drawings for basket
- 3:39Speaker 1: and then the third one. Same with you. I was
- 3:43Speaker 1: just surrender. I was like, it's gonna be what it's
- 3:45Speaker 1: gonna be? Is this cool? Right? And fun? And guess
- 3:48Speaker 1: who won the scratcher bouquet. It was so fun. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: was like, oh my god, this is so exciting.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So that's awesome.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not having any attachments to it and just
- 3:58Speaker 1: having fun. And just prior well or just a little
- 4:02Speaker 1: bit prior to that, I had the opportunity of doing
- 4:05Speaker 1: some laughter yoga with this group of women in this room.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So it was probably sixty to seventy women in the room,
- 4:16Speaker 1: and so all the laughter, raising the energy and the vibration,
- 4:19Speaker 1: just feeling really good. And then shortly after that was
- 4:23Speaker 1: when they did the drawings, and it was just like
- 4:27Speaker 1: and the person who drew the ticket, she's so fun
- 4:31Speaker 1: and and she just loves to add humor to things,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and she's like, looks at it because we had to
- 4:36Speaker 1: just write our name on it, and she looks at
- 4:38Speaker 1: the ticket, and she's like, and this goes to the
- 4:42Speaker 1: person with the most wish. She say, the highest highest
- 4:52Speaker 1: laughter energy in the room, something like something along those lines.
- 4:57Speaker 1: And I was like, oh my god.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's stubble stuff, right, So what is the
- 5:04Speaker 2: one basket that caught your eye? It was the latto basket, right.
- 5:07Speaker 2: It just it's these little tiny things that we if
- 5:10Speaker 2: we were to stop with awareness and recognize that it
- 5:13Speaker 2: got your it snagged your attention for a reason.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Colorful is what it was is and that cane cane's
- 5:19Speaker 1: on it and all the things. It was so fun colorful.
- 5:23Speaker 2: I like that. I like that well because I even
- 5:24Speaker 2: wrote it down because what a gift. That is an
- 5:27Speaker 2: awesome gift idea, it really is.
- 5:30Speaker 1: And uh and then and then yeah, you think about
- 5:33Speaker 1: the playfulness. So I thought about it because not too
- 5:36Speaker 1: long after that he laughed and came home, and uh so,
- 5:42Speaker 1: just thinking about like the things that Abraham says, it's
- 5:45Speaker 1: it's a journey of it. It was the joy of
- 5:48Speaker 1: seeing the bouquet and how playful it looked, and how
- 5:51Speaker 1: fine with all the colors and the shimmery and and
- 5:56Speaker 1: the the moment of the drawing and the the excitement
- 6:01Speaker 1: of winning, like each moment is just a piece of it.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And so then before I left, you know, everybody's getting
- 6:10Speaker 1: their stuff get ready to leave. Somebody came up to
- 6:12Speaker 1: me and they're like, you know, you can just cras scratch,
- 6:15Speaker 1: scratch off the bottom of them and just take them
- 6:17Speaker 1: in and see if they're winners. And I didn't say
- 6:20Speaker 1: anything to her, but inside I was like, well, where's
- 6:24Speaker 1: the fun in that?
- 6:26Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 6:27Speaker 1: I mean, the fun of it is like ooh, it's
- 6:30Speaker 1: the excitement in the moment and so and and on
- 6:34Speaker 1: the other hand of that, you know, those that have
- 6:37Speaker 1: an addictive personality to them, who have to buy these
- 6:39Speaker 1: scratcher tickets all the freaking time, that is an adrenaline thing.
- 6:44Speaker 1: For me, it was just an excitement thing, like no,
- 6:46Speaker 1: I want to be playful and I want to have
- 6:48Speaker 1: these in front of me and get my little quarter
- 6:50Speaker 1: and and and scratch and so. So yeah, so guess
- 6:55Speaker 1: what I did last night.
- 6:59Speaker 2: You've had a lot of fun.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I did, uh, still doing something because it was a
- 7:04Speaker 1: little bit late and I was tired. And so some
- 7:07Speaker 1: of them are they're you know, the big ones, and
- 7:09Speaker 1: there's multiple games on it and different instructions and I'm like, yeah, okay,
- 7:14Speaker 1: my brain can't compute this tonight. I'm gonna put those
- 7:16Speaker 1: aside and just do the easy ones. So anyway, yeah,
- 7:21Speaker 1: just the fun in it and the little when you
- 7:24Speaker 1: win something. Oh, I went right doing the whole even
- 7:28Speaker 1: by myself. I'm just doing the whole thing, getting all
- 7:30Speaker 1: into it.
- 7:31Speaker 2: So m it's uncontainable though. We're in a space in
- 7:36Speaker 2: our lives that when you when you allow yourself to
- 7:39Speaker 2: feel joy and excitement and love and all these things
- 7:42Speaker 2: were that's you're allowing all that in so as you
- 7:44Speaker 2: get to appreciate and have that experience, because otherwise we
- 7:48Speaker 2: don't and we can't do it with I mean you can,
- 7:50Speaker 2: but awareness is an amazing thing to have to experience
- 7:55Speaker 2: all that with, you know, to be present with everything
- 7:58Speaker 2: that's going on around you. It's just awesome. And it's
- 8:01Speaker 2: just like you said, it's not the journey. I mean,
- 8:02Speaker 2: it's the journey to get there. It's not the final destination.
- 8:05Speaker 2: It's there's never a final destination. It's not you could
- 8:09Speaker 2: be going to a huge party. But the maybe the
- 8:12Speaker 2: biggest thing happened was when you went to the store
- 8:14Speaker 2: and ran into somebody there, right, because we've had too
- 8:16Speaker 2: many experiences like that. There's just too much gosh, it
- 8:20Speaker 2: could be anything, just so many different things. There's messages
- 8:23Speaker 2: that we're receiving on all the time. It's funny stuff.
- 8:27Speaker 2: The other night I told Freeman, I said, I heard
- 8:31Speaker 2: somebody like go and he says, are you sure one
- 8:34Speaker 2: of the dogs didn't part?
- 8:38Speaker 1: Well, there's that. I mean really.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Laughed and laughed and I thought, you know what it
- 8:43Speaker 2: could have been And it doesn't even matter whether it
- 8:45Speaker 2: was or wasn't, but it was funny. It actually raised
- 8:48Speaker 2: the vibrational frequency in so many ways. So it really did.
- 8:52Speaker 2: And that's that's the joy parts of all of everything. Yeah,
- 8:56Speaker 2: and the path that I've been like, no, that wasn't it,
- 8:58Speaker 2: and I would have lost the that moment of just
- 9:01Speaker 2: laughing about it, right, But that's just not controlling things
- 9:05Speaker 2: and just.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Being well now is the days of being so serious, right?
- 9:10Speaker 2: Yeah? And I still have those.
- 9:13Speaker 1: And that was one of the things with with the
- 9:15Speaker 1: laughter yoga, when I was talking about it, what it is,
- 9:18Speaker 1: what we're going to be doing and explaining you know,
- 9:23Speaker 1: for the day. There was two rules. No new pain.
- 9:26Speaker 1: If you feel lightheaded to sit down and you know,
- 9:29Speaker 1: just explain. So on one hand, it's like, Okay, we're
- 9:33Speaker 1: gonna do laughter yoga and all that, you know, fun,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and and then I have a dry sense of humor,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and so now I'm explaining the rules, these two rules,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and then I'm like, and we take laughter yoga very seriously.
- 9:47Speaker 1: And then I started laughing, and so so just the playfulness,
- 9:53Speaker 1: it's so so fun.
- 9:56Speaker 2: And you introduce a new technique to some people. I mean,
- 9:59Speaker 2: some people probably haven't had the experience with you, and
- 10:01Speaker 2: then some people this is a new experience, and it's
- 10:04Speaker 2: it's amazing.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Yeah. One of our members, she proceed after where after
- 10:11Speaker 1: we did the session, she proceeded to say that she
- 10:14Speaker 1: does it with her grandkids, that she's just like, let's
- 10:18Speaker 1: just laugh and they'll start they'll just sill, just sit
- 10:21Speaker 1: with them and laugh. And and then there's times you
- 10:25Speaker 1: know that she laughs at things and then she says,
- 10:28Speaker 1: they'll say, Nana, why do you laugh so much? And
- 10:32Speaker 1: she's and she just rolls with it, and so nice.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I like that.
- 10:38Speaker 2: I really like that because that's good.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Just a little side note on an average, children laugh
- 10:45Speaker 1: about three hundred times a day, adults twenty and children
- 10:55Speaker 1: just laugh. They just laugh at it an't right. They
- 10:57Speaker 1: just giggle laugh about whatever, and adults we have to
- 11:01Speaker 1: we have to have a reason to laugh. So whether
- 11:04Speaker 1: it's something on TikTok, something somebody says, or something somebody falls,
- 11:14Speaker 1: you know, your best friend's gonna laugh at you and
- 11:16Speaker 1: then ask if you're okay for sure?
- 11:17Speaker 2: Right yea?
- 11:20Speaker 1: But kids don't. They just they will laugh at anything.
- 11:26Speaker 2: So yeah, yeah, they don't try to contain that excitement.
- 11:32Speaker 2: And that's the whole thing. We've tried to be contain things.
- 11:34Speaker 2: We've tried to be serious because experiences Church was one
- 11:39Speaker 2: of those experiences. I remember growing up. You had to
- 11:41Speaker 2: sit still and be quiet, and like, that's not a
- 11:44Speaker 2: that's just not natural for children. I don't feel like
- 11:46Speaker 2: some children, I think it's it comes natural for them
- 11:48Speaker 2: to sit in that kind of space. But I feel
- 11:50Speaker 2: like a lot of children need to be doing things.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Yeah, so I was.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I was at one of my daughter's houses on Friday,
- 11:57Speaker 2: and I had my grandson with me and my granddaughter,
- 12:01Speaker 2: one of my granddaughters, was there and they played all
- 12:04Speaker 2: frickin' day long, and I would notice he's eight and
- 12:09Speaker 2: she's four's she or no, she's five. She's going to
- 12:14Speaker 2: be turning six here and he's going to be turning nine.
- 12:17Speaker 2: And they're just like running, run and running. And I
- 12:19Speaker 2: would ask him a few times, like how are you doing,
- 12:21Speaker 2: because he'd be sitting, he would honor himself, he would
- 12:24Speaker 2: be sitting on the couch or whatever. I'm like, everything okay,
- 12:26Speaker 2: And he said, yeah, I just need a break. And
- 12:28Speaker 2: how often do we honor ourselves and just take a
- 12:30Speaker 2: break because our body says, hey, I just need a break.
- 12:33Speaker 2: And he was just running, running, running, constantly, and he
- 12:35Speaker 2: didn't know that we were thinking about him staying the
- 12:38Speaker 2: night that night. And then so we're driving and I said, well,
- 12:42Speaker 2: we're going to go to your mom's house and pick
- 12:43Speaker 2: up clothes. And he's like, wait, is she there yet?
- 12:45Speaker 2: And I said no, she's not there yet. But I
- 12:47Speaker 2: said I already have stuff sitting out sid and he's like, wait,
- 12:50Speaker 2: am I staying the night tonight? And I said yeah,
- 12:52Speaker 2: and he started laughing. You said that, he starts laughing
- 12:55Speaker 2: out loud, giggling so silly, and then that was it.
- 12:59Speaker 2: But it was just, uh, you know, he couldn't contain it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: And I love it. I love that He's such a
- 13:05Speaker 2: great teacher in that moment because we try to keep
- 13:08Speaker 2: ourselves so contained. Well, I have try to keep myself
- 13:11Speaker 2: so contained so that I didn't draw too much attention
- 13:15Speaker 2: or that I didn't I don't know, could make anybody
- 13:18Speaker 2: feel bad. Who knows what My thoughts are on a
- 13:20Speaker 2: lot of about stuff because I was always afraid and
- 13:22Speaker 2: still go through the process of I'm doing something wrong,
- 13:26Speaker 2: I'm going to do something wrong, and so it's just
- 13:28Speaker 2: walking through that process and being in my mind and
- 13:31Speaker 2: having the opportunities to explore that and be like why
- 13:34Speaker 2: why do I feel like that? Asking myself questions. So
- 13:37Speaker 2: there's a lot of walking through a lot of stuff.
- 13:39Speaker 2: But I'm learning so much stuff right now, and it's
- 13:42Speaker 2: from everything around me. It's not just one.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Thing nice and you're you're well, even like last night.
- 13:54Speaker 1: So I'm a feeler. So that's my you know, Claire gift,
- 14:02Speaker 1: so Claire sentient, and most of my stuff comes through feeling,
- 14:07Speaker 1: whereas you know, I have the other ones as well,
- 14:11Speaker 1: but the feeling one is my strongest. So when something
- 14:15Speaker 1: uncomfortable is going to happen, I get like a like a.
- 14:20Speaker 2: I don't know, for.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Some people, I might call it a pit in your
- 14:23Speaker 1: stomach where you're just like oh, or I'll get a
- 14:26Speaker 1: like a like something is some energy is moving through
- 14:32Speaker 1: my chest, Like I get hit with energy and it's uncomfortable,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and I not in a painful way. It's just like
- 14:39Speaker 1: A gets my attention, like I know something's coming. But
- 14:43Speaker 1: then there's that sensation where it feels like you know
- 14:46Speaker 1: you're are on a roller coaster and you go down
- 14:48Speaker 1: and you hit the dip to go right. That feeling.
- 14:51Speaker 1: When I get that feeling, I'm like, oooh, some fund's
- 14:54Speaker 1: coming and right, and I got that last night. I
- 14:57Speaker 1: don't know typically who, what, when, where or why. It's
- 15:01Speaker 1: just oh, something exciting is coming. So tuning into that.
- 15:05Speaker 1: And if I would ignore those things, then I would
- 15:07Speaker 1: not be in a moment of awareness throughout my day
- 15:13Speaker 1: and maybe miss an opportunity. So things like that, because
- 15:20Speaker 1: I do get those sensations and gets my attention. Now
- 15:22Speaker 1: it's like I'm I'm for the most part, I'm in
- 15:26Speaker 1: the moment, but now it's like, really pay attention. So
- 15:34Speaker 1: oh and now I tell you this too along with
- 15:36Speaker 1: the with the winning the ticket, So now the vibration
- 15:41Speaker 1: is up because we did laughter, yoga, and we did
- 15:43Speaker 1: all the things, and everybody's in good spirits, including myself
- 15:47Speaker 1: because I was so proud of myself. I was so
- 15:49Speaker 1: relaxed and doing the presentation. I wasn't like nervous or anything.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And of course I called an archangel, Gabirol. I'm like,
- 15:56Speaker 1: help me have some clear words here, and you know,
- 16:00Speaker 1: be clear my instruction. So in the bouquet of scratchers,
- 16:06Speaker 1: I get in my vehicle to go home, and just
- 16:09Speaker 1: outside a flagstaff, there's a mileage signing, you know, how
- 16:15Speaker 1: far it is to the next cities and stuff. It
- 16:17Speaker 1: says Los Angeles four for four. Now I'm driving eighty
- 16:22Speaker 1: miles an hour, so you know, you can't take a
- 16:24Speaker 1: picture when you're like, oh, yeah, that's not gonna happen.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So then, not too far down the road, a diesel truck,
- 16:31Speaker 1: big grig is in the I'm in the passing lane.
- 16:34Speaker 1: They're in the right lane, and they go to pass someway,
- 16:38Speaker 1: so they move over in front of me. I guess
- 16:41Speaker 1: what the last three numbers of the phone number is
- 16:43Speaker 1: on the back of this truck for for four. Okay,
- 16:48Speaker 1: So for those of don't that don't know, four four
- 16:52Speaker 1: four is the numbers that I see quite frequently, which
- 16:54Speaker 1: is like a just a that the angels are with me,
- 16:59Speaker 1: my mom my path, those types of things. It's just
- 17:03Speaker 1: the way I internalize these messages. And then you take
- 17:06Speaker 1: four plus four plus four is twelve. One plus two
- 17:08Speaker 1: is three. Three is very significant to me, And I'm
- 17:11Speaker 1: not trying to go down a numerology path, but so
- 17:15Speaker 1: I just driving along. Do you do mine in my
- 17:17Speaker 1: own business? And you know how you just get that notion?
- 17:19Speaker 1: Okay to look and I look and they're like, just
- 17:24Speaker 1: as I looked and passed, was the mile marker one
- 17:28Speaker 1: seven four One plus seven plus four is twelve. One
- 17:33Speaker 1: plus two is three. I'm like, this is two. This
- 17:37Speaker 1: is just so fun, right, And then I get down
- 17:40Speaker 1: the road a little further and there was another uh.
- 17:45Speaker 1: And it's not like I'm watching and I'm not driving
- 17:47Speaker 1: watching for the mile markers because I don't have time
- 17:50Speaker 1: for that. I have scenery to look at and pay
- 17:52Speaker 1: attention to my driving. And got down the road aways
- 17:56Speaker 1: and then it was like look and I look over
- 17:57Speaker 1: and there's another mile marker adds up to three. So
- 18:01Speaker 1: it was just all the way home, it was just
- 18:04Speaker 1: fun like that.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Nice I want to go back to the feeling part
- 18:09Speaker 2: because I'm a feeler as well. My grandson's definitely a feeler.
- 18:14Speaker 2: He can pick up on like if we if I
- 18:16Speaker 2: started talking to you about a specific dog and said, hey,
- 18:19Speaker 2: let's tune into that dog. What are you noticing, he'll
- 18:22Speaker 2: start telling me what he notices. I do the same thing.
- 18:25Speaker 2: The other day. We were watching out and we could
- 18:29Speaker 2: see with our binoculars there was a vehicle. And I said,
- 18:31Speaker 2: you know, because we're feelers. And I didn't even put
- 18:35Speaker 2: in that terminology. I said, but you know you can
- 18:37Speaker 2: see that vehicle. I said, just like you can tune
- 18:39Speaker 2: into any person, you can turn into persons that you
- 18:43Speaker 2: don't even know. With these people, so you kind of
- 18:45Speaker 2: have an indication of you can feel their energy, so
- 18:48Speaker 2: you can feel or is there energy good? Is it bad?
- 18:51Speaker 2: Are they feeling angry? Are they mad? Are they having pain?
- 18:54Speaker 2: Like you can feel all these things. And he said,
- 18:56Speaker 2: well I noticed, he because he did he tuned in
- 18:58Speaker 2: and he said, I noticed they just felt kind of mad.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I said, well, they probably were. It's not to be.
- 19:03Speaker 2: I'm not going to question anything. This is your experience.
- 19:06Speaker 2: It's not my right to question your experience because it's yours,
- 19:09Speaker 2: just telling you what you experience. And so he was,
- 19:11Speaker 2: he was telling me all this stuff, but he could
- 19:13Speaker 2: tune into stuff like that right away. So it's just
- 19:15Speaker 2: there's always a learning opportunity all the time that I'm finding.
- 19:19Speaker 2: But and then it's recognizing that we can tune in
- 19:22Speaker 2: that easily to other people. And that's why I reminded him,
- 19:25Speaker 2: it's so important for you to stand in your own power.
- 19:28Speaker 2: If you have a parent or somebody coming to you
- 19:30Speaker 2: and they're angry, you're automatically because he's a feeler, he's
- 19:34Speaker 2: automatically feeling that. And now he's feeling the same exact way.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Is that energy that's coming towards him, Because we've all
- 19:41Speaker 2: done this right, He's got this energy that's coming towards him.
- 19:44Speaker 2: He's already matching the energy. I said, you could rise
- 19:46Speaker 2: higher in that. And I said, so now you've got
- 19:48Speaker 2: an opportunity every time a parent comes to you for
- 19:51Speaker 2: you to even be higher than them. And I said,
- 19:53Speaker 2: then you're unaffected by the energy that's coming to you.
- 19:56Speaker 2: You're not taking it so personal because feelers, I feel
- 20:00Speaker 2: it's so easy to take it still personal because you
- 20:02Speaker 2: feel it it feels like it's being directed towards you,
- 20:04Speaker 2: and it's not.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Right. It feels like an attack almost.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Sense it. So I said, it's just an opportunity. You've
- 20:15Speaker 2: got to sit and feel and start discerning which one's yours,
- 20:19Speaker 2: what's not yours. And I said, that's where you can
- 20:21Speaker 2: help yourself and you can help others.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Yeah, that's awesome, that's and this is the eight year old. Yeah, yeah,
- 20:29Speaker 1: so that's so cool that you're working with him on
- 20:33Speaker 1: that stuff.
- 20:35Speaker 2: He's receptive and so that makes a big difference. And
- 20:38Speaker 2: I told him also, I said, you can talk to
- 20:40Speaker 2: some people about this. I said, but you've got to
- 20:42Speaker 2: trust your own intuition because it's going to guide you
- 20:44Speaker 2: to the people that you can talk to about this,
- 20:46Speaker 2: they're going to understand, I said, Others aren't going to
- 20:48Speaker 2: be ready for it. They're not going to understand at all.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I said, So just trust your own intuition.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's cool. I like that, And you and do
- 20:59Speaker 1: your best. Keep your viber shut up.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the most That is the most important, because
- 21:04Speaker 2: otherwise you're going out there, you're walking outside the house
- 21:07Speaker 2: without your armor. And I'm not saying that our elevation
- 21:09Speaker 2: of our energy is armor, but we can glide through
- 21:13Speaker 2: life a lot better. Yeah, with our with our frequency
- 21:16Speaker 2: vibrating a lot higher.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Yep, yep, I agree. So what's uh, what's well? I
- 21:25Speaker 1: think we started pretty well at the beginning with explaining
- 21:30Speaker 1: how we both just decided we need to take a
- 21:33Speaker 1: breath before we start, and it really I felt it
- 21:36Speaker 1: immediately in myself as well. So that's one thing audience
- 21:40Speaker 1: that they could do to be in the moment, just
- 21:45Speaker 1: take a couple of breaths, to to just settle in
- 21:49Speaker 1: to where you're at and what you're doing, and then
- 21:52Speaker 1: right and then make the decision, or then get in
- 21:55Speaker 1: the car, or then uh, do whatever it is you're
- 21:59Speaker 1: going to do, or just sit and meditate whatever. So
- 22:05Speaker 1: do you have any other any other Yeah?
- 22:08Speaker 2: I would No. I think that we're we're heading in
- 22:13Speaker 2: the right direction. We're giving lots of information out there
- 22:15Speaker 2: that's opportunities, and I think in the next video we're
- 22:19Speaker 2: going to talk about some I feel like that there's
- 22:21Speaker 2: some stuff that's coming forward right now that we'll just
- 22:23Speaker 2: discuss then. So watch them just saying that's right, you
- 22:29Speaker 2: have to come on to the next one.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Hang on to your seat, people, and it won't be
- 22:34Speaker 1: out for like the next week. But anyway, if it's
- 22:38Speaker 1: a year, if it's a month from now, then you
- 22:40Speaker 1: can just watch. Just look for us in these same clothes,
- 22:43Speaker 1: because we will be in the same clothes.
- 22:45Speaker 2: That's right, And it's divine timing. Even if you don't
- 22:48Speaker 2: find it right immediately, it's divine timing. Everything happens as
- 22:52Speaker 2: it's supposed to, so as soon as you're ready, it
- 22:54Speaker 2: will show up.

- 23:39Speaker 1: a half years, and every time I say that, I'm
- 23:43Speaker 1: amazed that we've done this this long and it doesn't.
- 23:47Speaker 1: It seems like we just started recently. But you will
- 23:52Speaker 1: definitely notice the difference if you go back and watch
- 23:54Speaker 1: the beginning of our time together. So it's interesting.
- 24:01Speaker 2: It's quite a transition.
