- 1:02Speaker 1: Shoot, fun, cool, good evening, good evening. Welcome to the
- 1:10Speaker 1: Crew Podcast, season four, and I am your host of
- 1:16Speaker 1: inspirational Moments, prophetes Tea. We're gonna start this week like
- 1:23Speaker 1: we start every week in prayer. Dear Heavenly Father and
- 1:29Speaker 1: the precious name of your son Jesus, we asked that
- 1:32Speaker 1: you take over this episode right now in the name
- 1:36Speaker 1: of Jesus, we celebrate a man, the visionary of this ministry.
- 1:42Speaker 1: We thank God for the years that you have given
- 1:45Speaker 1: her and the years that you have stored up for her.
- 1:48Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. Now, God, we asked that
- 1:51Speaker 1: you have your way on tonight. In Jesus' name, we pray.
- 1:57Speaker 1: And our quote for today is from Repeating Corps and
- 2:01Speaker 1: it says, if you are weak enough, the visionary of
- 2:27Speaker 1: this ministry, Queen Angela today is her birthday. We wish
- 2:32Speaker 1: her many, many, many more happy birthdays and tell her
- 2:36Speaker 1: happy Birthday on tonight. And as I was saying that
- 2:43Speaker 1: last month was Women's History Month, where we gave honor
- 2:47Speaker 1: to the women that did great things. And as we
- 2:54Speaker 1: go through the Bible, we see that a lot of
- 2:56Speaker 1: great women in the Bible was known by the town
- 3:00Speaker 1: that they came from, and a lot of them are nameless,
- 3:05Speaker 1: but they are just it important as if when if
- 3:09Speaker 1: we knew their name. So tonight we're going to talk
- 3:12Speaker 1: about the Samaranan woman. And anybody that has been church
- 3:17Speaker 1: in church for any length of time knows the story
- 3:23Speaker 1: of the Samaranan woman. We see that Jesus tells his disciples,
- 3:31Speaker 1: I have need to go by Samaria when God wants
- 3:38Speaker 1: to bless you. It's the right time, the right season.
- 3:43Speaker 1: God had a divine appointment with the Samaranan woman. And
- 3:50Speaker 1: if we look at history, the Jews and the Samarians
- 3:56Speaker 1: did not get along. The Samarian were what we consider
- 4:04Speaker 1: today as trailer parks, trash. And the community that we
- 4:12Speaker 1: have but we live in there's a community called wine dance.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And nobody thinks that anything good could come out of
- 4:20Speaker 1: wine dance. And there's been many doctors and lawyers and
- 4:24Speaker 1: judges that came out of Windings, but that's a different story.
- 4:27Speaker 1: They didn't think that anything good could come out of Samarita.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Samaritan and Samaritans and Jews did not mix. And this
- 4:40Speaker 1: court occurred way back in first kings. They weren't supposed
- 4:47Speaker 1: to and to marry, but they did, and the group
- 4:51Speaker 1: that were born was the Samaritans. Now as according to
- 4:57Speaker 1: custom in those days, a woman wasn't even supposed to
- 5:04Speaker 1: talk to any man. Let's loan a Samaran talk into
- 5:12Speaker 1: a gyp was at the well. Normally women would go
- 5:24Speaker 1: to the well the school water early in the morning,
- 5:30Speaker 1: in the cool of the day before the sun got
- 5:34Speaker 1: high and hot. But the Samaritan woman was at the
- 5:39Speaker 1: well at about twelve o'clock when the heat was intense.
- 5:45Speaker 1: And one of the reasons why she went to the
- 5:48Speaker 1: well at that time because no other woman would be there.
- 5:56Speaker 1: It was in those days just like it is today,
- 6:01Speaker 1: that women of the night or loose women are talked about,
- 6:08Speaker 1: they're called names, they're looked at and laughed at. So
- 6:15Speaker 1: no doubt she was a loner. She didn't have any friends,
- 6:22Speaker 1: so she went to the well at the heat of
- 6:26Speaker 1: the day when no one else would be there to
- 6:31Speaker 1: get them her to make her feel shame. And we
- 6:36Speaker 1: see this by when Jesus asked her, go and get
- 6:41Speaker 1: your husband, she said to him, I have none. And
- 6:47Speaker 1: Jesus said to her, well said, because you've had five husbands,
- 6:55Speaker 1: and the one you're living with now is not yours.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So we see why she would be the talk of
- 7:03Speaker 1: the town. And Jesus said to her, give me a
- 7:10Speaker 1: cup of water, and she said, well, I have nothing
- 7:13Speaker 1: to dip with, and why are you asking me for
- 7:17Speaker 1: a cup of water? Don't you know that I am
- 7:20Speaker 1: a Samaritan and Samaridan and Jews don't mix. As a
- 7:26Speaker 1: matter of fact, that Samaritans had their own temples because
- 7:31Speaker 1: they weren't allowed to worship in the Jewish temples. So
- 7:36Speaker 1: she's saying to him, why you asking me for a
- 7:40Speaker 1: drink of water? Don't you know I'm Samaritan. You're sposed
- 7:44Speaker 1: to consider me dirty, unclean? You should have no dealings
- 7:49Speaker 1: with me. And Jesus said to her, I'm gonna give
- 7:53Speaker 1: you a couple of living water that you won't third anymore.
- 8:06Speaker 1: And Jesus tells us that it doesn't matter about the
- 8:12Speaker 1: temple that you worship in, because one day you're gonna
- 8:19Speaker 1: worship Me and spirit and in truth, which means when
- 8:25Speaker 1: we worship God, we shouldn't worship him for a show
- 8:32Speaker 1: or a ritual, but we should worship him because of
- 8:38Speaker 1: who he is. The scripture says he inhabits our praises,
- 8:46Speaker 1: he lives in our praises. So the woman at the well,
- 8:55Speaker 1: there's a song that said she dropped her water pot,
- 8:59Speaker 1: and so she dropped her water that she had went
- 9:04Speaker 1: in the heat of the day to fetch, and she said,
- 9:12Speaker 1: come on. I'm sure she was speaking when some women's,
- 9:17Speaker 1: some men that she had slept with, some women's whose
- 9:22Speaker 1: husband she had taken. But she didn't care what they
- 9:27Speaker 1: thought about her anymore. Because she said, I need you
- 9:31Speaker 1: all to come and see a man. She became the
- 9:35Speaker 1: first evangelist. I need you to come and see a
- 9:39Speaker 1: man that told me all about me. And she went
- 9:46Speaker 1: around inviting everybody to see Jesus. To come to Jesus.
- 9:52Speaker 1: He's a real deal because he told and he didn't
- 9:56Speaker 1: exercise me. He was compassionate. He didn't look at what
- 10:02Speaker 1: I've done. See, that's a good thing. About Jesus and
- 10:08Speaker 1: one of the lessons that you can learn. First, you
- 10:12Speaker 1: can learn that Jesus has a purpose. See, if you
- 10:19Speaker 1: had to choose somebody, you probably wouldn't have chose the
- 10:24Speaker 1: Samaritan woman. You probably wouldn't have chose the woman with
- 10:30Speaker 1: the issue of blood. You would be looking for someone perfect.
- 10:35Speaker 1: But like it says in a word that God looks
- 10:40Speaker 1: at your heart, not at your outward appearance. He don't
- 10:45Speaker 1: care how nice you dress up this vessel, but if
- 10:50Speaker 1: inside your heart is dirty and filthy, then he's gonna
- 10:56Speaker 1: reject you. That's because you look good. Don't mean that
- 11:04Speaker 1: you're the only one that God can annoy me because
- 11:08Speaker 1: he doesn't look at your outward appearance. And I'm so
- 11:12Speaker 1: glad that Jesus don't look at your out with appearance,
- 11:17Speaker 1: but he looks at your heart. I am so glad
- 11:20Speaker 1: that one day he reached into the garbage can of life.
- 11:24Speaker 1: See that's where men had put me. Dad told me
- 11:28Speaker 1: I would never be no good, that I would just
- 11:31Speaker 1: be a baby maker and I would have child after
- 11:34Speaker 1: child after child. I was destined to be a slut
- 11:39Speaker 1: or tramp, whatever they wanted to call me. They said
- 11:43Speaker 1: that that was gonna happen. But I didn't allow anybody
- 11:49Speaker 1: to identify me, to put me in a box. Just
- 11:56Speaker 1: because I came out of Samaria don't mean that I'm
- 12:05Speaker 1: condemned to live in Samaria all my life. See, if
- 12:10Speaker 1: you go back looking for me in Samaria, you won't
- 12:15Speaker 1: find me because I changed my airdress. I don't live
- 12:21Speaker 1: there anymore. So God has a purpose for you. You can't
- 12:26Speaker 1: choose who God is gonna use because he takes the
- 12:31Speaker 1: ordinary person and does extraordinary things to them. So that's
- 12:36Speaker 1: one lesson you can learn that God has a purpose
- 12:40Speaker 1: for your life. I don't care where you've been through,
- 12:43Speaker 1: I don't care what you've done. God can still use you.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Two that when God has chosen you, can't no devil
- 13:00Speaker 1: in hell stop his plan for you. Three, he hears you,
- 13:08Speaker 1: and the quiet he hears you when nobody else can
- 13:15Speaker 1: hear you or see you. It seems like you're invisible.
- 13:21Speaker 1: You're always being overlooked. But I recall a saying that
- 13:27Speaker 1: says you're gonna go from being overlooked to overbooked. And
- 13:33Speaker 1: God does not lie. He is not a man that
- 13:40Speaker 1: he shall repent, or the son of man that he
- 13:45Speaker 1: should lie, But every word that proceeded out of the
- 13:49Speaker 1: mouth of God is gonna go where it was sent.
- 13:56Speaker 1: So no matter what people say about you. They can
- 13:59Speaker 1: talk about you, they get skinize your name, they can
- 14:03Speaker 1: talk about your ministry, they can say you ain't about nothing,
- 14:07Speaker 1: But when God has anointing you, none of that matters.
- 14:12Speaker 1: And the fourth lesson that you can learn is that
- 14:16Speaker 1: after the woman of Samaria had done all that she did,
- 14:22Speaker 1: going through five husbands, divorce, having a man that wasn't hers,
- 14:27Speaker 1: that she wasn't married to, and shocking with him. Through
- 14:32Speaker 1: all of that, God still used her. He still gave
- 14:39Speaker 1: her a new beginning. You're not tied to your past.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Your past is your past. You did that, you've done that,
- 14:50Speaker 1: you have repented for it, and God has forgiven you.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Then He will give you a new beginning. You won't
- 14:57Speaker 1: even look like what you been and through. And once
- 15:02Speaker 1: God has restore you, restored you, you want to want
- 15:09Speaker 1: everyone to know about Jesus, this man who made you
- 15:15Speaker 1: a new creature, This man that didn't look at your faults.
- 15:20Speaker 1: He looked beyond all of my faults and he saw
- 15:26Speaker 1: on my knee. And the songwriter says that that was
- 15:31Speaker 1: amazing grace, How sweet the sound that saved A sinner
- 15:39Speaker 1: like me, a sinner like the Samarian, a woman, a
- 15:45Speaker 1: sinner like the woman with the issue of blood, a
- 15:50Speaker 1: sinner somebody who didn't know God but changed their life
- 15:56Speaker 1: around and got throw all that and the se of
- 15:59Speaker 1: for get from this. Your past is behind you. You
- 16:04Speaker 1: can't move forward. If the woman at the Samarian woman
- 16:10Speaker 1: had a looked at her path, she wouldn't have thought
- 16:13Speaker 1: she was worthy of receiving that living water. She wouldn't
- 16:18Speaker 1: think that she was worthy to tell people come see
- 16:22Speaker 1: a man that knew all about me. She would have
- 16:25Speaker 1: continued hiding. She would have continued feeling shame. She would
- 16:32Speaker 1: have considered criticizing herself. But Jesus looked beyond all of that,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and he saw her need. You can tell by the
- 16:43Speaker 1: way he told the disciples, your go ahead ahead of me,
- 16:48Speaker 1: no doubt. If it had been a group of men
- 16:52Speaker 1: at that well, she wouldn't have spoken. She wouldn't have talked.
- 16:57Speaker 1: She would have grabbed her water and ran. But Jesus said,
- 17:02Speaker 1: you're go ahead of ahead of me. I got need
- 17:06Speaker 1: to go by Samaria. Somebody's waiting for me in Samaria.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Somebody's waiting for you. Somebody's waiting for you to get
- 17:16Speaker 1: off your seat of do nothing this and do what
- 17:20Speaker 1: God has called you to do. I don't care what
- 17:24Speaker 1: you used to do. I don't care how bad you
- 17:28Speaker 1: used to be. There's nothing that you've done so bad
- 17:34Speaker 1: that God can't use you. When you look at the
- 17:38Speaker 1: heroes and the Bible, you see that they were ordinary people.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Most of them were people that we wouldn't have chosen.
- 17:53Speaker 1: We wouldn't have chosen Rehab. We wouldn't have chosen Moses
- 17:58Speaker 1: with his stuttering. We wouldn't have chose the Samarian woman
- 18:04Speaker 1: because of which she was born, who she was born
- 18:09Speaker 1: to her parents, so we wouldn't have chose her to
- 18:13Speaker 1: carry the message. We would have been looking for someone
- 18:17Speaker 1: who looks the part, and like the Jews, we probably
- 18:24Speaker 1: wouldn't have chose Jesus, because Jesus didn't come on a
- 18:29Speaker 1: gold chariot. He was born and an old manger. He
- 18:37Speaker 1: rode through town on an ass and the same people
- 18:44Speaker 1: who on Palm Sunday said Hosanna, Hosanna, blessed be our king.
- 18:53Speaker 1: The next week they called crucifier, and they called for
- 18:59Speaker 1: a a thief, a liar, someone who did everything they
- 19:05Speaker 1: could convicted them of. They said, free him, we want him,
- 19:13Speaker 1: not Jesus. And on Good Friday they hung him on across.
- 19:24Speaker 1: The man who had forgiven the Samaritan woman, the man
- 19:29Speaker 1: who had forgiven the woman caught an adultery, the man
- 19:34Speaker 1: who had turned water into wine, the man who walked
- 19:38Speaker 1: on water, the man that made the blind see the
- 19:44Speaker 1: death here the lame walk. That same man, They hung
- 19:52Speaker 1: him on across, and they stretched him wide, and they
- 19:57Speaker 1: pushed him in his side. Glory be the God. But
- 20:03Speaker 1: early Sunday morning, because somebody says, Sunday morning, Early Sunday morning,
- 20:13Speaker 1: he rose again with all victory in his hand, so
- 20:20Speaker 1: that we might have eternal life. So remember from the
- 20:26Speaker 1: Samaritan woman, you can learn that we all have purpose.
- 20:31Speaker 1: God uses the ordinary to do extraordinary things. God hears
- 20:40Speaker 1: you when you think no one else, when everyone else
- 20:45Speaker 1: is overlooking you, when everybody else is facticizing you, when
- 20:51Speaker 1: everybody else is scandalizing your name. Jesus seize your tears
- 20:56Speaker 1: and he bottles them up. And he hears you when
- 21:00Speaker 1: you're quiet, not yet saying nothing.
- 21:04Speaker 2: And for.
- 21:06Speaker 1: He will give you a fresh start. What you did
- 21:10Speaker 1: in the past won't matter no more, no matter what
- 21:14Speaker 1: you did, Like DONNAE. Mcgirklin says, you can get back
- 21:20Speaker 1: up again, no matter how for are you falling from
- 21:26Speaker 1: the grace of God. You can get back up again.
- 21:31Speaker 1: And if you don't know this man, this man that
- 21:38Speaker 1: told is a Marranan woman. All about her, you can
- 21:43Speaker 1: get to know her. On tonight you can say, I'm
- 21:50Speaker 1: a sinner, I'm a rich undone, but I want to
- 21:56Speaker 1: be new. I want to get to know you, Jesus.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I believe that you died on the cross. I believe
- 22:05Speaker 1: you are the son of God, and that you rose again,
- 22:11Speaker 1: so I may have eternal life. And if you said this,
- 22:15Speaker 1: and you believe this, you find yourself a Bible, believe
- 22:20Speaker 1: in church, and get to know God and all the
- 22:26Speaker 1: promises that He has promised you will be manifested in
- 22:32Speaker 1: your life. Stand on God's promises. And if you know
- 22:38Speaker 1: God and you know about that, live in water so
- 22:46Speaker 1: you won't thirst no more. And these last and evil days,
- 22:51Speaker 1: don't look around you. Don't look to the left, don't
- 22:55Speaker 1: look to the right, don't look to the north, don't
- 22:58Speaker 1: look to the south, but look up to the hills
- 23:03Speaker 1: from whence cometh your help. All of your help comes
- 23:09Speaker 1: from the Lord. Thank you once again. I am Prophetess
