• 0:00
Speaker 1: Hey, what's going on?
• 0:00
Speaker 2: It's Romeo. And what'd you get into today? We got
• 0:02
Speaker 2: into tattoos and having an ex tattooed on you when
• 0:05
Speaker 2: you're in a new relationship. We also talked about some
• 0:07
Speaker 2: guy had his girlfriend move in and she gave her
• 0:11
Speaker 2: mom a key, which didn't work out too well. And
• 0:13
Speaker 2: then things you just, you liked, but you can't get
• 0:15
Speaker 2: them anymore. Maybe they've been discontinued. This tattoo thing, a
• 0:19
Speaker 2: guy sent me an email, because we're talking about tattoos,
• 0:21
Speaker 2: tattoos you regret yesterday. And the guy sent me an email,
• 0:25
Speaker 2: said he's been dating this woman who's got her ex's tattooed,
• 0:28
Speaker 2: name tattooed on her. And he's thinking about marrying her.
• 0:31
Speaker 2: I think if I remember correctly, I'd risk place the email,
• 0:33
Speaker 2: but if I remember correctly, he's thinking about marrying her.
• 0:37
Speaker 1: But he doesn't know if that's a deal breaker or not.
• 0:40
  Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it is, I guess. I don't know.
• 0:43
Speaker 1: It would be awful hard.
• 0:45
Speaker 2: You know, depending on where it's at, I guess, or
• 0:47
Speaker 2: just knowing that some other dude's got a name on
• 0:50
Speaker 2: your wife. I mean, that would be probably a tough
• 0:53
Speaker 2: pill to swallow, especially if you can see it every
• 0:55
Speaker 2: time she's naked or wherever it's at, right?
• 0:58
  Speaker 3: 3425477.
• 0:59
Speaker 2: Yo, Romeo, he shouldn't worry about the name because at
• 1:07
Speaker 2: least he knows exactly what that is. Have you ever
• 1:10
Speaker 2: thought about all of these other men or women who
• 1:13
Speaker 2: get tattoos that are symbolic of an ex-lover and you
• 1:17
Speaker 2: never know what they mean?
• 1:19
Speaker 1: At least the name is obvious.
• 1:22
  Speaker 4: Really?
• 1:23
  Speaker 5: Really?
• 1:25
Speaker 2: I get why. Yeah, maybe. Yeah, that's a good way.
• 1:30
Speaker 2: That's a pretty good point when you think about it.
• 1:32
Speaker 2: Like couples going and getting a couple's tattoo, and now
• 1:37
Speaker 2: they've split up, and yet the man or the woman
• 1:40
Speaker 2: still has that tattoo that represents their ex, and you
• 1:44
Speaker 2: don't know what it represents because it's not their name.
• 1:48
Speaker 2: It's just a butterfly or whatever it could be. Well,
• 1:52
Speaker 2: that's a good point. At least the name, you know
• 1:55
Speaker 2: exactly what it is instead of something that you don't know.
• 2:00
  Speaker 2: That's a pretty good point. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7, but I don't know.
• 2:05
Speaker 2: It'd be tough to marry. It'd be tough to marry
• 2:07
Speaker 2: somebody with their ex's name on them. We were talking
• 2:11
Speaker 2: about tattoos. We were talking about these tattoos that, you know,
• 2:15
Speaker 2: the tattoos that you regret. Well, somebody had sent me
• 2:17
Speaker 2: a message talking about a tattoo that he's dating this girl.
• 2:22
Speaker 2: And she has her ex's name tattooed on. And he
• 2:26
Speaker 2: was thinking about marrying her. And he was asking me
• 2:28
Speaker 2: if that was a deal breaker or not. You know,
• 2:30
Speaker 2: I mean, yeah. It would be awful hard to live
• 2:34
Speaker 2: with a woman, a wife, or a husband who has
• 2:37
Speaker 2: the ex's name, right? Rome, if it bugs him so
• 2:40
Speaker 2: much before that he proposes, have her get it covered
• 2:45
Speaker 2: up with another tattoo.
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: I mean, yeah.
• 2:47
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 2:48
Speaker 2: But you always know it's going to be there. I mean,
• 2:50
Speaker 2: that's the thing. Now that you know it's there, you
• 2:51
Speaker 2: know it's always going to be there. So maybe.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: I mean, maybe you can get it removed.
• 2:58
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, are the initials TP? If so, I'm that ex.
• 3:05
Speaker 2: Got to mark my.
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: Old stomping grounds.
• 3:07
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, if she loved him, she would get a
• 3:12
Speaker 2: covered-up tattoo without him even having to ask.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: Oh, she would get it covered up without even having
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: to ask.
• 3:17
Speaker 2: Fair enough. Do you think there is something dysfunctional about
• 3:21
Speaker 2: a person who gets somebody else's name tattooed on them?
• 3:28
Speaker 2: Do you think that's dysfunctional in any way? We were
• 3:30
Speaker 2: talking about tattoos yesterday. Tattoos you regret. The biggest regret
• 3:33
Speaker 2: people have when they get a tattoo is getting their
• 3:36
Speaker 2: ex's name tatted on them. So a guy hit me up,
• 3:40
Speaker 2: sent me a message yesterday talking about he's dating a
• 3:44
Speaker 2: woman with her ex's name tattooed on her, but he
• 3:46
Speaker 2: was thinking about marrying her.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: But he doesn't know if that's a red flag or not.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: You know, I don't know. People make mistakes. But a tattoo?
• 3:55
Speaker 1: You got to be seriously.
• 3:58
Speaker 2: Or believe you're seriously in love with somebody to get
• 4:02
Speaker 2: a tattoo of their name on you, right? There's some
• 4:06
Speaker 2: dysfunctionality to that, some insecurity, I think. And so, is
• 4:11
Speaker 2: it a red flag? Should he marry her?
• 4:14
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 4:15
Speaker 2: I mean, people change, people make mistakes, people live and learn,
• 4:20
Speaker 2: and they move forward. So maybe, that's tough. R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7. Yo, Romeo,
• 4:28
Speaker 2: you're looking at it the wrong way. The dude's just insecure.
• 4:32
Speaker 2: If he was secure with his relationship and with himself,
• 4:35
Speaker 2: he wouldn't care what she had tatted on her.
• 4:38
Speaker 1: Um, that's one way to look at it, I guess.
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: He's insecure?
• 4:41
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I've always heard nothing wrong with getting your
• 4:46
Speaker 2: kids tattooed on you because even if they're gone, they'll
• 4:48
Speaker 2: always be your kid. Okay. I think that's weird, too,
• 4:52
Speaker 2: by the way, but You know, I'm not a tattoo guy, so...
• 4:55
Speaker 2: And I guess maybe I'm not as.
• 4:57
  Speaker 5: I don't know.
• 4:58
Speaker 2: Maybe I'm just not as sentimental as you guys are.
• 5:00
  Speaker 1: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7, but.
• 5:01
Speaker 2: Is he insecure about it? We were talking about tattoos
• 5:06
Speaker 2: yesterday before I ended up getting out of here. And
• 5:09
Speaker 2: a guy sent me an email, or... Yeah, it was
• 5:11
Speaker 2: an email yesterday about a tattoo. His girl has... His
• 5:16
Speaker 2: girl has her ex's name tattooed on her. He's thinking
• 5:19
Speaker 2: about marrying her. He doesn't know if it's a red
• 5:21
Speaker 2: flag or not, though. I mean.
• 5:24
Speaker 2: It's a good question. It really is a good question. Hey,
• 5:28
Speaker 2: you effing cheese fan, having a tattooed name of your
• 5:30
Speaker 2: ex or current person is bad luck. Oh, having your
• 5:37
Speaker 2: ex or current person's name tattooed on you is bad luck. Okay, well,
• 5:40
Speaker 2: that explains why the Raider fans always lose, because they
• 5:42
Speaker 2: always got them Raider fans tattooed. I see no difference
• 5:46
Speaker 2: in dating someone else with another dude's name on her
• 5:50
Speaker 2: and dating someone who's been married before. People date divorced
• 5:54
Speaker 2: people all the time. Just a past mistake. Yeah, but.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: Bro, I live on the east side.
• 6:01
Speaker 2: That's normal. A marriage, though, is a past mistake that
• 6:08
Speaker 2: you never have to see every day. Your ex's name
• 6:13
Speaker 2: tattooed on you? Your current partner has to see that
• 6:17
Speaker 2: every single day. It's a daily reminder, okay? Yeah, that's
• 6:25
  Speaker 2: a daily reminder.
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: A divorce? A first marriage?
• 6:28
Speaker 2: A marriage? No. You never have to deal with that
• 6:30
Speaker 2: and see that again once it's over. I just think
• 6:36
Speaker 2: there's some sort of ignorance to getting somebody's name tattooed
• 6:43
  Speaker 2: on you.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: Like, that's marking your body.
• 6:51
Speaker 2: I mean, there's some sort of insecurity there that, do
• 6:56
Speaker 2: you ever overcome it? I don't know.
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 6:59
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I think people that get their significant other
• 7:02
Speaker 2: or partner name on their body are insecure and are
• 7:05
Speaker 2: trying to label them as theirs. And that's, yeah. Yeah,
• 7:09
Speaker 2: I think there's some psychological, you know, issue to doing that.
• 7:16
Speaker 2: So a guy texted me or sent me an email, actually,
• 7:18
Speaker 2: about tattoos, right? We were talking about tattoos the other day.
• 7:22
Speaker 2: He said the girl he's dating now has her ex's
• 7:24
Speaker 2: name tattooed on her, but he was thinking about marrying her.
• 7:27
Speaker 2: He said he didn't know if it was a red
• 7:28
Speaker 2: flag or not, and I would call it a red flag,
• 7:31
Speaker 2: I guess. Hey, Rome, do you think it would make
• 7:34
Speaker 2: a difference if she covered it up with his name?
• 7:37
Speaker 2: And if so, what kind of girl would that make her?
• 7:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, when somebody, male or female.
• 7:45
Speaker 2: Or anybody gets a tattoo of their partner's name, there's
• 7:50
Speaker 2: a little insecurity on both parts, okay? It's not just
• 7:53
Speaker 2: the person who gets the tattoo. It's the person that
• 7:57
Speaker 2: wants them to get the tattoo as well. There's insecurity
• 8:01
Speaker 2: on both parts when you do it. All right, 842-5477.
• 8:04
Speaker 2: It's kind of like the couples who have the social
• 8:08
Speaker 2: media page with both of them on it.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's an insecurity there.
• 8:13
Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, my thing with that is if she's been
• 8:15
Speaker 2: broken up with him for a while now, which it
• 8:17
Speaker 2: sounds like they have, why hasn't she got it covered up?
• 8:23
Speaker 2: Why hasn't she got it? Why is she keeping it?
• 8:25
Speaker 2: That's a great point. Hey, Romeo, I was married for
• 8:28
Speaker 2: 12 years to a woman who had her ex name
• 8:30
Speaker 2: where the tramp stamp goes. She never got it covered up.
• 8:34
Speaker 2: That was her dumb decision to get it. Now she
• 8:36
Speaker 2: got another guy named tattooed on her wrist that she
• 8:40
Speaker 2: only talked to for three months. Now she's got two
• 8:43
Speaker 2: guys' names tattooed on her, and she's not with either
• 8:46
  Speaker 2: of them.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: And you were married to her while she had the names?
• 8:51
Speaker 1: Or you weren't married to her?
• 8:52
  Speaker 2: Romeo, I wouldn't marry a woman that looks like a
• 8:55
Speaker 2: jacked-up chalkboard. Well, how does one feel about keeping trinkets
• 9:00
Speaker 2: from someone? It's the same thing. There's a mean for...
• 9:06
Speaker 2: There is a mean for the owner to discard it
• 9:09
  Speaker 2: in both situations.
• 9:11
  Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
• 9:12
  Speaker 2: A mean. A reason.
• 9:13
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 9:14
  Speaker 1: A reason.
• 9:14
  Speaker 2: You're right.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: But trinkets can be thrown away. A tattoo? Kind of permanent.
• 9:20
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, it's a tattoo on the left ankle, bro.
• 9:22
Speaker 2: Better not ask her to cover up my tattoo.
• 9:27
  Speaker 5: Okay.
• 9:29
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, she probably got her ex's name because at
• 9:33
Speaker 2: that point in time, she loved him enough to do it.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: Tell the new boyfriend, well, if you love me, you'll
• 9:40
Speaker 1: get it covered up. Why is it always that? That's
• 9:43
  Speaker 1: a good question.
• 9:45
Speaker 2: I always like how you guys, people make your mistakes
• 9:53
Speaker 2: become your next person's problem.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? Like if you do something
• 9:58
Speaker 1: as if you do.
• 10:00
Speaker 2: Something in a previous relationship that the next person doesn't like,
• 10:04
Speaker 2: they have to fix it. Like, if you got a
• 10:05
Speaker 2: tattoo of your ex's name and the new boyfriend doesn't
• 10:09
Speaker 2: like it or the new girlfriend doesn't like it, it's
• 10:11
Speaker 2: their responsibility to take care of it. Hey, Rome, all
• 10:16
Speaker 2: these testers, all these testers And the guy who emailed
• 10:21
Speaker 2: you allegedly feel ratchet as you know what. Okay. Ooh,
• 10:27
Speaker 2: tattoos are gross in general, Rome. If you have a tattoo,
• 10:30
Speaker 2: it's a red flag. Regardless what it is, nobody of
• 10:34
Speaker 2: quality has a tattoo. I'll go yes and no on that.
• 10:40
Speaker 2: I'm with you that I think tattoos are not very attractive.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: But I will, you also have to admit that Some
• 10:47
Speaker 2: of these tattoos that some of these people get, some
• 10:50
Speaker 2: of these tattoo artists are truly an artist, and they
• 10:53
Speaker 2: do do some magnificent drawings, tattoos, pictures, whatever you want
• 10:58
  Speaker 2: to call them.
• 11:00
Speaker 1: But I agree with you.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: I do think tattoos are, I think they're kind of
• 11:05
Speaker 2: classless too, but you can't, I'm just not a fan
• 11:09
Speaker 2: of them. But people are, and they look amazing. Some
• 11:13
Speaker 2: of the art is real, truly art, so you can't
• 11:15
  Speaker 2: argue with that.
• 11:16
Speaker 5: You got to be honest, though.
• 11:17
Speaker 4: Tattoos aren't what they used to be before, you know.
• 11:21
Speaker 3: You guys are judging, saying that tattoos are classless, but
• 11:25
  Speaker 3: that was then.
• 11:26
Speaker 5: Now we're living in.
• 11:27
Speaker 3: A whole new era where tattoos have been accepted. You'll
• 11:33
Speaker 3: see managers with sleeve-down-the-neck tattoos everywhere.
• 11:39
Speaker 2: Just because something's accepted doesn't mean it's good. Crocs are
• 11:44
Speaker 2: the ugliest shoes that have ever been invented and should
• 11:47
Speaker 2: be burned. Every single pair should be burned, but they're accepted.
• 11:51
  Speaker 2: Everybody wears them.
• 11:53
Speaker 4: Have you tried them?
• 11:54
Speaker 1: No, they're disgustingly ugly and dirty.
• 11:57
Speaker 7: I thought just like you because I'm old head just
• 11:59
Speaker 7: like you, and I was like, I ain't wearing those.
• 12:01
Speaker 2: What are you talking about? I know what looks good
• 12:04
Speaker 2: and what doesn't. You can't be that stupid. Just because
• 12:07
  Speaker 2: something's accepted doesn't mean it's not classless. We have a
• 12:13
Speaker 2: whole society of a generation that think it's okay to
• 12:16
Speaker 2: go out in their pajamas.
• 12:18
Speaker 4: That's not okay, but the Crocs.
• 12:20
Speaker 2: Oh, why is that not okay then?
• 12:23
Speaker 4: Well, because you have to be presentable.
• 12:25
  Speaker 8: It just depends.
• 12:26
Speaker 4: If you're going to the store.
• 12:27
Speaker 5: Real fast, that's okay.
• 12:28
Speaker 7: But if you're going to work or you're going to
• 12:30
Speaker 7: an interview, I wouldn't recommend it.
• 12:33
  Speaker 2: But it's accepted.
• 12:34
Speaker 8: It's accepted now more than it used to be.
• 12:38
Speaker 4: You'll see people looking ratchet and still be cool. But
• 12:41
Speaker 4: the tattoos, it's changed, Romeo.
• 12:45
Speaker 9: It used to be a symbol of.
• 12:47
Speaker 7: You've been to prison and you're a bad person. Now
• 12:50
Speaker 7: there's kids that have never even... Okay, so that's stupidity.
• 13:00
Speaker 2: What does that have to do with the fact that
• 13:01
Speaker 2: they come across classless?
• 13:05
  Speaker 4: You're an.
• 13:10
Speaker 2: Idiot. I can't with this moron. You can't pick and
• 13:13
Speaker 2: choose what you're going to decide is accepted and what
• 13:17
Speaker 2: looks okay or not okay. because it's accepted and then say, oh, well,
• 13:21
Speaker 2: we're just old heads. No, you're an idiot. That's what
• 13:24
Speaker 2: it comes down to. I'm just talking common sense. I don't,
• 13:30
Speaker 2: I can at least appreciate the fact that there are
• 13:32
Speaker 2: tattoo artists out there that are doing a phenomenal job
• 13:35
Speaker 2: and create these amazing works of art. I still think
• 13:39
Speaker 2: that tattoos are ridiculous and they're very unattractive. Hey, Rome,
• 13:43
  Speaker 2: my friend's mother-in-law, my friend's, my friend's mother-in-law, my wife,
• 13:48
Speaker 2: My friend's mother-in-law, my wife, said that she was going
• 13:52
Speaker 2: to get a tattoo, and she said that I should
• 13:55
Speaker 2: get one with her.
• 13:56
Speaker 1: I said, hell no.
• 13:58
  Speaker 2: I said, what? I didn't, what I didn't do as
• 14:02
Speaker 2: a young man, I ain't doing as an older man.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Told her to mind her own business.
• 14:08
Speaker 2: What? I might need a translation. Where's AI for this
• 14:13
Speaker 2: one to translate? My friend's mother-in-law heard my wife Oh, her. Okay.
• 14:20
Speaker 2: So my friend's mother-in-law heard my wife say that she
• 14:23
Speaker 2: was going to get a tattoo and she said that
• 14:25
  Speaker 2: I should get.
• 14:26
  Speaker 1: One with her.
• 14:26
Speaker 2: I said, hell no. Oh, okay.
• 14:29
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 14:29
  Speaker 2: I mean, they're just, I just don't like them. I
• 14:36
  Speaker 2: don't think, I don't think they're attractive. I know a
• 14:37
Speaker 2: lot of you think they're attractive. I know a lot
• 14:39
Speaker 2: of you think, you know, getting tatted up with some
• 14:41
Speaker 2: sort of meaningful, something makes you feel more spiritual or
• 14:44
Speaker 2: makes you feel more connected to whatever it is you're
• 14:48
Speaker 2: getting that tattoo for. I mean, look at all these
• 14:50
Speaker 2: dumb-ass sports fans who go out and get their team
• 14:53
Speaker 2: tatted on them so they can feel like they're a
• 14:56
Speaker 2: part of the team. It makes them feel more meaningful
• 14:59
Speaker 2: towards that team. No, it doesn't. You're just an insecure
• 15:01
Speaker 2: idiot is what you are, okay, for getting those types
• 15:04
  Speaker 2: of tattoos. I just don't like them. I don't think
• 15:09
Speaker 2: they're attractive. But once again, I can appreciate the fact
• 15:15
Speaker 2: that there are some amazing tattoo artists out there and
• 15:18
Speaker 2: can actually make works of art. And they're beautiful, but
• 15:24
  Speaker 2: just not on a person. I just don't, I don't know. Yeah,
• 15:28
  Speaker 2: what's going on?
• 15:29
Speaker 4: Romeo, did it dawn on you that you are neophobic?
• 15:32
Speaker 2: I don't even know what the hell that means.
• 15:35
Speaker 4: That means you fear things you're unfamiliar with.
• 15:38
Speaker 2: That could be the stupidest thing I've heard today. And
• 15:41
Speaker 2: you called earlier with something stupid. You're just going further

Speaker 2: and further down the rabbit hole of stupidity.
• 15:47
  Speaker 4: I'm enlightening you.
• 15:51
Speaker 2: This is what Tuesday is going to be. I can't
• 15:53
Speaker 2: believe it. Raider Dave is just going to keep calling
• 15:57
Speaker 2: with something dumber and dumber each time. Hey, Rome. I
• 16:01
Speaker 2: have a question about the situation that's happening to me
• 16:05
Speaker 2: right now. So about a week and a half ago,
• 16:08
Speaker 2: my girlfriend moved into my house, which I think is great.
• 16:13
Speaker 2: We've been together a little over two years. We're ready
• 16:16
Speaker 2: to take that next step. So yesterday I was sitting
• 16:19
Speaker 2: at home in my birthday suit, just watching TV, on
• 16:25
Speaker 2: the couch watching TV. Rome, her mom walked in. Apparently
• 16:30
Speaker 2: she had, she, my girlfriend, had given her mom a
• 16:34
Speaker 2: key to our house. So her mom saw me there,
• 16:37
Speaker 2: freaked out, called for her daughter, or called her daughter,
• 16:42
Speaker 2: And now my girlfriend is mad at me, saying I
• 16:45
Speaker 2: shouldn't have been doing that. Why would you give her
• 16:48
Speaker 2: mom a key, Rome? Do you think that's okay? And
• 16:52
Speaker 2: how did I end up being the bad guy? Yeah,
• 17:01
  Speaker 2: I don't know. That's a hell of a way to
• 17:06
Speaker 2: start off living together, I'll tell you that much. Of
• 17:08
Speaker 2: course your girlfriend shouldn't have given your mom a key.
• 17:11
Speaker 2: What the hell's wrong with her? The only one that
• 17:13
Speaker 2: should have keys to the house are you and her. So, no,
• 17:16
Speaker 2: you did absolutely nothing wrong. Your girlfriend's overreacting. It's probably
• 17:21
Speaker 2: her mom overreacting, and your girlfriend is standing up for
• 17:26
Speaker 2: her mom, which means.
• 17:29
Speaker 1: That might be a red flag.
• 17:31
Speaker 2: You might need to nip that in the bud right now.
• 17:35
Speaker 2: Get that key back and tell your girlfriend straight up
• 17:38
Speaker 2: that you didn't do anything wrong because you didn't do
• 17:41
Speaker 2: anything wrong, okay? That was all about your girlfriend giving
• 17:45
Speaker 2: your mom a key, which she shouldn't have done. That's,
• 17:48
Speaker 2: you know, yeah. You need to regulate on that, bro.
• 17:52
Speaker 2: You need to let her know. Okay? And no, you're
• 17:55
Speaker 2: not the bad guy. She's the bad guy, actually. She
• 17:59
Speaker 2: created this whole problem, and her and her mom created
• 18:01
Speaker 2: this whole problem. So, yeah, you're going to have to
• 18:06
Speaker 2: lock that down right now.
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 18:09
Speaker 2: So a guy sent me a text. Apparently his girlfriend
• 18:14
Speaker 2: moved in, and the girlfriend gave her mom a key.
• 18:20
  Speaker 5: Good morning, Tom.
• 18:20
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 18:21
Speaker 5: Hey, what's up, Rome?
• 18:22
  Speaker 3: Hey, Ruben.
• 18:23
  Speaker 2: What up, man?
• 18:24
Speaker 5: Man, I had the same thing happen to me, kind of, Rome.
• 18:26
Speaker 5: But I was in the shower, and I was getting
• 18:28
Speaker 5: out of the shower, and Gina's mom walked in when
• 18:32
Speaker 5: I was walking out into my hallway. Like, there's nobody home.
• 18:35
Speaker 5: You know what I mean? I could walk out butt naked,
• 18:36
Speaker 5: go to my room and change in my room, you know,
• 18:38
Speaker 5: get my clothes on.
• 18:39
Speaker 4: And the whole room, she's.
• 18:41
Speaker 5: Like, I think you knew I was there. If I
• 18:43
Speaker 5: knew you were there, you're not.
• 18:45
  Speaker 4: Wait, what?
• 18:45
  Speaker 8: You shouldn't have a key.
• 18:46
  Speaker 5: To my house.
• 18:47
Speaker 2: Oh, you didn't know she had a key to the house?
• 18:49
Speaker 5: No, no, no. I guess Gina left her key just
• 18:52
Speaker 5: in case we ever lost our keys or something. And,
• 18:55
Speaker 5: you know, she wanted to come over and pick up,
• 18:56
Speaker 5: I guess, something that she had let Gina borrow. But
• 18:59
Speaker 5: I'm like, dude, you communicate.
• 19:00
Speaker 10: Like, if you come into my house, will you see
• 19:03
Speaker 10: me butt naked? then you owe me money because now
• 19:06
Speaker 10: I've got to charge you for that.
• 19:07
Speaker 5: You know what I mean? She was bad, bro. She
• 19:10
  Speaker 5: was like, it's not a joke. It's not a joke.
• 19:13
Speaker 5: And I'm like, yeah, you came into my house.
• 19:14
  Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
• 19:16
Speaker 5: You know what I mean? It was a little argument. But, yeah, no,
• 19:18
Speaker 5: I did like you said, bro. I snatched that key away.
• 19:20
Speaker 5: And I said, if you didn't like the view, then
• 19:22
Speaker 5: you don't need this key.
• 19:23
Speaker 4: Oh, God, get out of here. You know what I mean?
• 19:25
  Speaker 2: It's so dumb.
• 19:27
Speaker 5: No, I'm keeping it real with you, Ron. I'm telling
• 19:29
Speaker 5: you the truth, Ed. You know what I mean?
• 19:32
Speaker 10: You walk into somebody's house without even calling them, that's
• 19:35
  Speaker 10: on you.
• 19:36
Speaker 5: Like, that's their home.
• 19:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm with you.
• 19:39
Speaker 5: I'm with you. But, hey, if there's any issue that
• 19:41
Speaker 5: she's taking Mama's side, boy, you better start looking.
• 19:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. All right, Ruben. All right, brother.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: I mean, he's got to get that key.
• 19:50
Speaker 2: Back, first of all.
• 19:51
Speaker 1: But they just moved in together. What did he say?
• 19:54
  Speaker 1: They moved in.
• 19:54
Speaker 2: They've been together about a week and a half ago.
• 19:57
Speaker 2: They moved in together. She moved into his house. And
• 20:01
Speaker 2: she already gave her mom a key?
• 20:04
  Speaker 5: Oh, man.
• 20:05
Speaker 2: I don't know what to tell you, brother. You got
• 20:09
Speaker 2: to get rid of all that right now. You got
• 20:11
Speaker 2: to get rid of all that right now. I mean,
• 20:13
Speaker 2: you got to get that key back. You got to
• 20:14
Speaker 2: set your girlfriend straight before things get really out of hand.
• 20:18
Speaker 2: What's going to happen next? Her mom's just going to
• 20:20
Speaker 2: come over whenever she wants and do. Is the mom single?
• 20:25
Speaker 2: That's actually a question they need to ask. Is the
• 20:27
Speaker 2: mom single? Because, yeah, the. That changes the dynamic, by
• 20:32
Speaker 2: the way, of the mom having a key and coming
• 20:34
Speaker 2: over also. Already 4-2-5-4, 7-7. So this poor guy's girlfriend
• 20:39
Speaker 2: moved in with him about a week and a half ago.
• 20:43
Speaker 2: And apparently he was just sitting there naked watching TV.
• 20:46
Speaker 1: Mom just walks in on him.
• 20:48
Speaker 2: And then the girlfriend gets mad at him for being
• 20:51
Speaker 2: naked in his house alone. And the mom's mad.
• 20:56
Speaker 1: He's the bad guy.
• 20:57
  Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't get it. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Yeah,
• 21:04
Speaker 2: you might want to deal with that now. This is crazy. Well,
• 21:07
Speaker 2: I wouldn't even know how crazy this really is. It's
• 21:09
Speaker 2: probably truer than I want to believe. But a guy
• 21:12
Speaker 2: says that he's in this situation. He's been going out
• 21:14
Speaker 2: with this girl for a couple of years now. Well,
• 21:16
Speaker 2: she moved in with him. And I guess he was
• 21:19
Speaker 2: sitting at the house. Only moved in a week and
• 21:22
Speaker 2: a half ago, by the way. So she's only been
• 21:24
Speaker 2: there a week and a half. He's sitting at the
• 21:27
Speaker 2: house naked watching TV. Her mom walks in. Apparently, she
• 21:32
Speaker 2: gave her mom a key. The mom came over. Within
• 21:38
Speaker 2: a week and a half, the mom shows up. Now
• 21:42
Speaker 2: he's the bad guy. I guess she thought the mom
• 21:44
Speaker 2: was upset about seeing it. She got mad at him.
• 21:47
Speaker 2: Now he's the bad guy.
• 21:49
Speaker 1: Why does the mom have a key?
• 21:50
Speaker 2: Good morning, hot. What's going on?
• 21:54
Speaker 7: Well, you got to be a different kind of freak
• 21:55
Speaker 7: to sit around the house butt naked.
• 21:57
Speaker 1: People sit around the.
• 21:59
Speaker 2: People walk around their house naked every single day.
• 22:02
  Speaker 8: I've tried and I feel self-conscious.
• 22:04
Speaker 9: Like maybe the cameras are on, the TV is watching me.
• 22:07
Speaker 4: Maybe the drapes are open.
• 22:09
  Speaker 9: I can't do it.
• 22:10
Speaker 5: I don't know how you guys do it. And poor
• 22:12
  Speaker 5: Ruben's mother-in-law. That lady's going to be.
• 22:14
  Speaker 8: Traumatized for life.
• 22:15
Speaker 2: Are you just going to, every time you call, you're
• 22:17
Speaker 2: going to get dumber and dumber. We're not even talking
• 22:19
Speaker 2: about sitting around the house naked. We're talking about the
• 22:22
Speaker 2: mom having a key that she shouldn't have.
• 22:25
Speaker 5: But you got to stay ready.
• 22:26
Speaker 9: If you stay ready, you ain't got to get ready.
• 22:28
  Speaker 2: I can't. I can't with this idiot today. He's called
• 22:31
Speaker 2: three times within the last hour, and everything he said
• 22:35
Speaker 2: has gotten dumber and dumber. All right. Hey, you have
• 22:39
Speaker 2: a cheese fan, and my relatives come with me knowing.
• 22:43
Speaker 2: They got a visit on my Glock 19. Let me
• 22:48
Speaker 2: know before you go inside my house. Wow, you're going
• 22:51
Speaker 2: to shoot your in-laws because they got a key? Wow,
• 22:54
  Speaker 2: that's a little aggressive.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: I don't know what this is. What is everybody doing today?
• 23:00
Speaker 2: Seriously. Everybody woke up in some weird mood, and you're
• 23:04
Speaker 2: just going to call Romeo and text Romeo dumb stuff?
• 23:10
Speaker 2: All right, 842-547-7A, Rome, you want to talk about having
• 23:14
  Speaker 2: a key? I lived in L.A.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: For a few years, and I lived in an apartment building.
• 23:20
Speaker 2: I gave the neighbor across the hall my key, you know,
• 23:23
Speaker 2: just in case something happened and I needed to get
• 23:26
Speaker 2: in or I lost my key. Come to find out,
• 23:29
Speaker 2: he would come over and watch because I had cable
• 23:33
Speaker 2: and he didn't. Believe me, Rome, I took my key
• 23:35
Speaker 2: back real quick. Why would anybody have a key to
• 23:39
  Speaker 2: your place?
• 23:40
Speaker 1: So a guy sent me this. I thought it was
• 23:41
  Speaker 1: kind of crazy.
• 23:42
Speaker 2: He says, hey, Rome, I just wanted to get your
• 23:45
Speaker 2: thoughts about the situation that's happening to me right now.
• 23:48
Speaker 2: About a week and a half ago, my girlfriend moved
• 23:50
Speaker 2: into my house, which I think is great. We've been
• 23:54
Speaker 2: together a little over two years. We're ready to take
• 23:56
Speaker 2: that next step. Yesterday, I was sitting at home naked,
• 24:00
Speaker 2: watching TV, sitting on the couch. Her mom walked in. Apparently,
• 24:04
Speaker 2: she had given her mom a key to our house. Uh,
• 24:07
Speaker 2: so her mom saw me there, freaked out, called her daughter.
• 24:10
Speaker 2: And now my girlfriend is mad at me saying I
• 24:13
Speaker 2: shouldn't have been doing that. Why would she give her
• 24:16
Speaker 2: mom a key? Do you think that's okay? And how
• 24:19
Speaker 2: did I end up being the bad guy? Well, you
• 24:21
Speaker 2: ended up being the bad guy, first of all, because
• 24:24
Speaker 2: your girlfriend's unreasonable and her mom should have, they really
• 24:29
Speaker 2: should have just laughed it off. If I'm being serious
• 24:31
Speaker 2: about it, they should have just laughed it off and said,
• 24:33
Speaker 2: Oh my God, you know, knock her. Good morning. Not
• 24:36
  Speaker 2: what's going on.
• 24:37
Speaker 5: Hey, what's up, Rome?
• 24:39
  Speaker 2: What up, Ruben?
• 24:40
Speaker 5: Hey, Rome. Honestly, bro, I've never heard a Raider fan
• 24:43
Speaker 5: talk about complaining like that.
• 24:45
  Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
• 24:45
Speaker 2: I'm not going to deal with either one of you today.
• 24:48
  Speaker 2: God damn.
• 24:51
Speaker 5: Them fools live with their cellmates naked. They're 50% of
• 24:53
Speaker 5: the time locked up.
• 24:54
Speaker 4: He's saying he can't do that.
• 24:56
  Speaker 1: No, I can't.
• 24:57
  Speaker 2: You guys are not. No, I can't today. I'm a
• 24:59
Speaker 2: little hungover. I'm not going to deal with you two
• 25:01
Speaker 2: clowns fighting with each other today.
• 25:03
  Speaker 3: I can't do it.
• 25:04
  Speaker 10: I can't.
• 25:05
  Speaker 5: I can't.
• 25:06
  Speaker 2: I can't do it.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: I can't go to work, Ruben.
• 25:09
Speaker 2: I can't deal with either one of you idiots. My God.
• 25:14
Speaker 2: Stay focused, people. This is ridiculous.
• 25:19
  Speaker 5: Oh.
• 25:22
  Speaker 10: All right.
• 25:22
Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven, seven.
• 25:26
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, let me tell you something serious about that
• 25:29
Speaker 2: scenario you just talked about. That guy needs to kick
• 25:32
Speaker 2: her out and run. If she's becoming that aggressively possessive
• 25:37
Speaker 2: after only moving in for a week and a half,
• 25:41
Speaker 2: those are some major red flags. Next thing you know,
• 25:44
Speaker 2: the mother's going to be trying to move in with him,
• 25:46
Speaker 2: and he's going to have both of them living there. Romeo,
• 25:49
Speaker 2: there's a bigger issue going on here that he needs
• 25:52
  Speaker 2: to look at.
• 25:55
  Speaker 3: Um.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: Well, maybe you're right.
• 25:57
Speaker 2: Maybe now that she's in the house, she's trying to
• 26:00
Speaker 2: control and dictate it. I didn't even think about that.
• 26:02
Speaker 2: You might be right about that, as a matter of fact.
• 26:06
Speaker 2: It really might be true. Yeah. Maybe it is a
• 26:10
Speaker 2: real red flag. Why did the mom get a key
• 26:12
Speaker 2: so quick? Why was the mom over there immediately? And
• 26:18
Speaker 2: all of a sudden, it's the mom and the daughter
• 26:20
Speaker 2: against him in his house because he's just doing what
• 26:24
Speaker 2: he does. I never thought it. They might be more
• 26:28
Speaker 2: of a serious issue. I was just going to, you know,
• 26:30
Speaker 2: I just thought they should laugh it off.
• 26:31
Speaker 1: Oh my God. I accidentally walked in the house.
• 26:34
Speaker 2: You were naked. Oh my God. You know, it wasn't
• 26:37
Speaker 2: that serious, but now that you've pointed that out, you
• 26:40
Speaker 2: might be right. You might need to kick her out, bro.
• 26:45
Speaker 1: She might, women change when they move in with you.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying?
• 26:49
  Speaker 2: Women change.
• 26:50
  Speaker 1: There's a couple of things.
• 26:51
Speaker 2: There's a couple of times in life when women change
• 26:55
Speaker 2: and Sometimes it's not for the better. You know, we've
• 27:00
Speaker 2: heard this story before. Once you commit to her and
• 27:03
Speaker 2: she moves in or you move in together, she changes.
• 27:06
Speaker 2: She feels like she has more control over the relationship
• 27:08
Speaker 2: and stops doing things and starts trying to tell you
• 27:11
  Speaker 2: what to do.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: We've heard this story before.
• 27:13
Speaker 2: So this guy sent a text message.
• 27:19
Speaker 1: He said, I guess he had an issue with his girlfriend.
• 27:22
Speaker 2: So him and his girlfriend had been together a couple
• 27:24
Speaker 2: of years, and he was saying how a week and
• 27:26
Speaker 2: a half ago they moved in together, and he was
• 27:29
Speaker 2: sitting on the couch yesterday. He was sitting on the
• 27:31
Speaker 2: couch naked watching TV, which people.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: Do, okay? And I guess her mom walked in, freaked.
• 27:39
Speaker 2: Out, called the girlfriend, called her daughter, and the girlfriend
• 27:44
Speaker 2: got upset and blamed him.
• 27:45
Speaker 1: What was he doing?
• 27:48
Speaker 2: And the mom freaked out. And so now he's the
• 27:50
Speaker 2: bad guy for sitting in his own house, naked, watching
• 27:53
Speaker 2: TV by himself. And now it's a problem because she
• 27:58
Speaker 2: moved in. Why does the mom have a key? I'm
• 28:02
Speaker 2: just going to guess, okay? I'm not going to, I'm
• 28:05
Speaker 2: just guessing, okay? I don't know for a fact, unless
• 28:10
Speaker 2: he texts me back to tell me, the mom's a
• 28:13
Speaker 2: single mom. I'm going to guess the mom's single. And
• 28:15
Speaker 2: I'm going to guess the mom and the daughter- are
• 28:19
Speaker 2: all up in each other's lives, almost uncomfortably in each
• 28:23
Speaker 2: other's lives, and that now that she's moved in with
• 28:27
Speaker 2: this guy, like somebody else said, I think she's going
• 28:32
Speaker 2: to try to control this dude and take over his house,
• 28:36
Speaker 2: and the mom's going to be co-signing on everything she does.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: I think that's what's going to happen. And somebody else
• 28:42
Speaker 2: pointed that out to me, but now that I think
• 28:43
Speaker 2: about it, I think that might be how it's going
• 28:46
Speaker 2: to go down. the mom should not have a key
• 28:49
Speaker 2: to your house. And maybe if she had her own man,
• 28:53
Speaker 2: she wouldn't need to be walking into your house. Okay.
• 28:55
Speaker 2: And I'm going to guess there. I'm just guessing. And
• 28:59
Speaker 2: you guys will know what I'm talking about. Well, some
• 29:01
Speaker 2: of you will. There's some codependent mother daughters in Bakersfield. Okay.
• 29:08
  Speaker 2: They're codependent on each other. The mom's single. I don't
• 29:11
Speaker 2: know why she's single. And so the mother daughter are codependent.
• 29:16
Speaker 2: So you might, she might be trying to, to set
• 29:20
Speaker 2: it up so that her mom moves in with you.
• 29:22
Speaker 2: What's her mom's situation? You got to pay, really pay
• 29:25
Speaker 2: attention now. Already four, two, five, four, seven, seven. Yo, Rome,
• 29:29
Speaker 2: the mom should be happy that she saw young, uh, young, young, what?
• 29:37
Speaker 2: I don't even know what that means. Uh, I, say
• 29:40
Speaker 2: dump her and find a new girlfriend. Uh, I think
• 29:43
Speaker 2: you might be right with that. I think what's happened, uh,
• 29:47
Speaker 2: now that it's been brought to light, I think what's
• 29:50
Speaker 2: happened in your home yesterday shows that you are in
• 29:55
  Speaker 2: a bad.
• 29:56
Speaker 1: Situation at this point.
• 29:58
Speaker 2: You need to dump her and get a new Because
• 30:00
Speaker 2: I think her mom is way too involved in her life,
• 30:04
Speaker 2: which means she's going to be way too involved in
• 30:06
Speaker 2: your life and try to control things. So you might
• 30:09
Speaker 2: be in a bad situation, my friend. Hey, Rome, why
• 30:12
Speaker 2: is her mom coming in the house unannounced? She got
• 30:15
Speaker 2: a knock just like everybody else. Well, she had a key.
• 30:19
Speaker 2: The girlfriend gave her mom a key since she moved in,
• 30:23
Speaker 2: which that's a big problem, a huge problem.
• 30:28
  Speaker 4: So.
• 30:29
Speaker 2: This guy's in a bad situation because now she lives there, right?
• 30:31
Speaker 2: You can't just kick her out. This dude might be
• 30:35
Speaker 2: in for some headaches right now. Or just let them
• 30:37
Speaker 2: all move in, see what happens.
• 30:38
Speaker 1: Good morning, how are you?
• 30:39
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 30:39
  Speaker 6: Good morning, Romeo.
• 30:41
  Speaker 2: Hey, what's up?
• 30:42
Speaker 9: I just caught a little bit at the end of
• 30:44
Speaker 9: what you were saying right now. So what is the topic, basically?
• 30:48
Speaker 2: Oh, some guy said him and his girlfriend have been
• 30:51
Speaker 2: together for a couple of years. And I guess last
• 30:53
Speaker 2: week she just moved in. And yesterday he was sitting
• 30:56
Speaker 2: on his couch naked watching TV, and apparently.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: Her mom walked in, had a key to the house, and.
• 31:03
Speaker 2: She walked in. And now the girlfriend's mad, the mom's upset,
• 31:09
Speaker 2: and he's trying to figure out what's going on. Why
• 31:12
Speaker 2: does the mom have a key? Why is he the
• 31:15
Speaker 2: bad guy? That's what happens.
• 31:19
Speaker 4: First off, no mother should have a key.
• 31:22
Speaker 9: I only have one daughter.
• 31:24
Speaker 4: My daughter literally moved out last week with her boyfriend.
• 31:27
  Speaker 3: I'm not expecting a key.
• 31:28
  Speaker 2: I ain't expecting anything.
• 31:30
Speaker 5: All I told my daughter was.
• 31:32
Speaker 4: That if you ever want to come back home, my
• 31:34
  Speaker 4: door is open.
• 31:35
  Speaker 3: Some people need.
• 31:36
Speaker 2: To let their children go.
• 31:38
Speaker 4: Let them be adults.
• 31:39
Speaker 5: Let your kids live life.
• 31:41
Speaker 4: Why do you want to pee for?
• 31:42
Speaker 2: You said your door is open, but she better knock first.
• 31:45
Speaker 2: She better knock first.
• 31:48
Speaker 9: Being for the rude awakening.
• 31:50
Speaker 2: Well, you know, I mean, you're a mom with a daughter.
• 31:54
Speaker 2: But I bet you know people. I bet you know
• 31:59
Speaker 2: mothers and daughters that are codependent on each other. And
• 32:04
Speaker 2: they just can't let go. I bet you know those.
• 32:06
Speaker 2: I have an aunt who was like that with my grandmother.
• 32:09
Speaker 2: And it was the strangest thing how codependent they weren't. Sure.
• 32:12
  Speaker 6: Sure.
• 32:13
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 32:35
Speaker 7: Yeah, I think that's just weird.
• 32:37
Speaker 4: Like I said, my daughter and my only daughter have
• 32:39
Speaker 4: a very close relationship, but I will not butt into
• 32:42
  Speaker 4: her life.
• 32:43
Speaker 2: Well, that's good. You should stay out of it until
• 32:45
  Speaker 2: she needs you.
• 32:46
  Speaker 3: Exactly.
• 32:47
Speaker 7: That's what a lot of people in this world, probably Bakersfield,
• 32:51
Speaker 7: need to figure that out.
• 32:52
  Speaker 2: Like, let your.
• 32:53
  Speaker 7: Children live life.
• 32:54
Speaker 2: In Bakersfield, there's a lot of codependent mothers and daughters.
• 32:58
Speaker 5: Oh, yeah, I know that.
• 33:00
Speaker 2: And they all dress alike and think they're all 12
• 33:02
  Speaker 2: or 22.
• 33:02
  Speaker 5: Yeah.
• 33:04
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 33:05
  Speaker 6: All right.
• 33:05
Speaker 9: Oh, by the way, do you walk around naked in
• 33:08
  Speaker 9: your house?
• 33:08
  Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
• 33:09
  Speaker 9: Oh, okay.
• 33:25
Speaker 2: If you didn't have any kids, would you walk around
• 33:27
Speaker 2: naked in your house? Hell yeah.
• 33:29
Speaker 5: Okay. I can't walk around butt naked.
• 33:31
  Speaker 4: Hell yeah.
• 33:32
  Speaker 5: Cool. All right.
• 33:32
  Speaker 2: Thanks for calling.
• 33:33
  Speaker 5: Later.
• 33:34
  Speaker 10: Bye.
• 33:34
Speaker 5: Romeo, I ain't going to lie, Romeo.
• 33:36
Speaker 4: I can relate to this guy.
• 33:38
Speaker 8: And I can give you some real good advice. When
• 33:43
Speaker 8: he got into this relationship, he surrendered his privacy. So
• 33:46
Speaker 8: he's going to have to think outside the box. Get
• 33:49
  Speaker 8: a ring camera.
• 33:50
  Speaker 4: Get a puppy.
• 33:52
  Speaker 5: That's what I did.
• 33:53
Speaker 3: That's what Raider Dave did.
• 33:54
Speaker 8: Because I ain't going to lie, I used to walk
• 33:55
Speaker 8: around in my thump-a-dump.
• 33:56
Speaker 9: It wouldn't go all the way commando, but I had
• 33:59
Speaker 9: that ring camera. When I'd hear somebody at the door,
• 34:01
  Speaker 9: I knew, okay, somebody's here.
• 34:03
Speaker 8: If the ring didn't catch him, my little puppy starts barking.
• 34:06
Speaker 8: So he's just going to have to think a little smarter.
• 34:08
  Speaker 10: Okay.
• 34:08
  Speaker 8: In relationship.
• 34:10
Speaker 2: The mother should not have a key to the house.
• 34:13
Speaker 9: She shouldn't, but you know.
• 34:14
  Speaker 4: Okay. He's in a relationship.
• 34:17
Speaker 8: He's not single no more, so his privacy, he's giving
• 34:20
Speaker 8: it up. That's what a relationship's about. So it sucks,
• 34:23
Speaker 8: but he's going to have to think smarter. That's all
• 34:26
Speaker 8: I'm saying. I don't want no problems, Romeo.
• 34:28
  Speaker 3: All right.
• 34:29
  Speaker 5: Have a speaker.
• 34:30
  Speaker 4: All right.
• 34:31
Speaker 2: Get out of here, Raider Dave. Raider Dave's an idiot.
• 34:34
Speaker 2: It's my house. It's my house, okay? And that's the
• 34:37
Speaker 2: bottom line. And this guy, it's his house. Yes, his
• 34:41
Speaker 2: girlfriend moved in. Absolutely. That's fine, okay? Now it's her house.
• 34:46
  Speaker 1: It's our house.
• 34:47
Speaker 2: But you don't give up your privacy to everybody she knows.
• 34:53
Speaker 2: How the hell do you give up your privacy? If
• 34:56
Speaker 2: she walks into their house and he's sitting there naked, okay.
• 35:02
Speaker 2: But nobody else. He shouldn't have to live on eggshells
• 35:06
Speaker 2: because he's... And that's where Rader Dave's just wrong. Rader
• 35:09
Speaker 2: Dave is just... I don't know what Rader Dave's on today.
• 35:12
Speaker 2: But for him to go... I have to give up
• 35:16
Speaker 2: my privacy because somebody moved in?
• 35:19
  Speaker 3: No.
• 35:21
Speaker 1: Your girlfriend moved in. Not anybody else.
• 35:27
Speaker 2: The girlfriend is the one that gave the mother the key.
• 35:30
Speaker 2: He shouldn't have to walk around on eggshells and in.
• 35:35
  Speaker 1: His own house.
• 35:37
Speaker 2: That's just stupid. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
• 35:43
Speaker 2: It's my house. If I want to walk around naked
• 35:46
Speaker 2: in my house and I shouldn't have to be concerned
• 35:51
Speaker 2: that somebody other than the woman that I live with
• 35:55
Speaker 2: is going to be walking in. And to be perfectly
• 35:59
Speaker 2: honest with you, if she's going to be walking in
• 36:01
Speaker 2: with her friends or her mom or anybody else, she
• 36:04
Speaker 2: better let a fool know because, yeah, nobody should ever
• 36:08
Speaker 2: have to walk in. walk around on eggshells in their
• 36:11
Speaker 2: own house. What's going on?
• 36:13
Speaker 4: Good morning, good morning.
• 36:15
Speaker 5: What's up? So when I bought, when I moved out,
• 36:19
Speaker 5: my parents' house was because I wanted my own privacy.
• 36:23
  Speaker 3: Okay.
• 36:24
Speaker 5: I didn't want to share my own privacy.
• 36:27
Speaker 4: There's no sharing privacy. That's the oxymoron.
• 36:30
  Speaker 6: Right?
• 36:30
  Speaker 9: Two different things.
• 36:33
  Speaker 5: Sharing privacy.
• 36:36
Speaker 3: What the hell is that?
• 36:38
  Speaker 9: Go to school.
• 36:39
  Speaker 4: Go to school.
• 36:41
  Speaker 2: That's funny. That's funny. I didn't think about that.
• 36:43
Speaker 7: I mean, you buy a home for your own privacy
• 36:46
Speaker 7: so you can put anything in your backyard that you want.
• 36:49
Speaker 7: You want a barbecue in the middle of the morning,
• 36:52
Speaker 7: in the middle of the night?
• 36:53
  Speaker 10: That's on you.
• 36:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't disagree with you. You're not just.
• 36:55
Speaker 3: Moving somebody in because of their situation.
• 36:58
Speaker 5: If you don't like it, go get your own place.
• 37:01
  Speaker 4: Oh.
• 37:02
Speaker 2: Absolutely. I don't disagree with you.
• 37:04
  Speaker 5: That's just my opinion. I don't know.
• 37:05
Speaker 2: I've never had a roommate. I've never had anything, so
• 37:08
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 37:08
Speaker 4: Either have I. Either have I.
• 37:10
Speaker 5: And if I did, guess what?
• 37:12
Speaker 4: Everybody's going to march to the band that I'm playing, right?
• 37:15
Speaker 9: Everybody's got to march because there's only one general.
• 37:18
Speaker 4: Only one general. All right.
• 37:21
Speaker 2: Thanks for calling later. I like the way you put that.
• 37:26
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 37:27
  Speaker 5: 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome.
• 37:28
Speaker 1: You should have taken down that bomb.
• 37:30
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
• 37:31
  Speaker 5: I mean.
• 37:33
Speaker 2: So for those of you catching up, some guy, I
• 37:35
Speaker 2: guess he's been going out with this woman for two years.
• 37:37
Speaker 2: She moved in about a week and a half ago.
• 37:39
Speaker 2: I guess he was sitting there the other day naked
• 37:43
Speaker 2: by himself in his house watching TV naked, and her
• 37:47
Speaker 2: mom walked in, had a key, and now he's the
• 37:51
Speaker 2: bad guy. The mom got all upset, called the daughter.
• 37:54
Speaker 2: The daughter's mad at him. It's a week and a half.
• 37:57
Speaker 2: This is the first issue you have. Why does your
• 38:00
Speaker 2: mom have a key? You know? Yo, Rome, I don't
• 38:04
Speaker 2: even know why your mom has a key. And he
• 38:06
Speaker 2: didn't even know about that? No, apparently he didn't know
• 38:08
Speaker 2: about the key. Let's see here.
• 38:16
  Speaker 5: 8-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 38:16
Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, let me just tell this guy right now
• 38:19
Speaker 2: he needs to get rid of that lady as soon
• 38:23
Speaker 2: as possible. Something similar happened to me, Rome, and I
• 38:27
  Speaker 2: don't know if I was a sucker or if I
• 38:29
Speaker 2: was played, or if they just took advantage of the situation.
• 38:33
Speaker 2: I was dating this woman for over a year, about
• 38:36
Speaker 2: a year and a half. She lived with her mom
• 38:40
Speaker 2: in an apartment. Now, I didn't really know her and
• 38:44
Speaker 2: her mom were that close until after I asked her
• 38:47
Speaker 2: to move in with me. She moved in with me.
• 38:50
Speaker 2: Next thing you know, the mom got more and more
• 38:53
Speaker 2: involved in our life. And she asked me, could her
• 38:58
Speaker 2: mom stay with us for a while? Next thing you know, Rome,
• 39:02
Speaker 2: I had them both living with me. And they were
• 39:05
Speaker 2: just a team against me. Like I said, Rome, I
• 39:10
Speaker 2: don't know if they meant to do that or if
• 39:12
Speaker 2: it was a just took advantage of an opportunity. It
• 39:16
Speaker 2: took me forever, Rome, to get them out of my house. Luckily,
• 39:21
Speaker 2: I got rid of them both. It seems just so
• 39:24
Speaker 2: codependent on each other. And I was the guy that
• 39:27
Speaker 2: was supposed to take care of them and do what
• 39:29
Speaker 2: they wanted me to do. Bro, it happens. I mean,
• 39:37
Speaker 2: look at all these women with their daughters in Bakersfield, right?
• 39:42
Speaker 2: You see a lot of them. They all dress alike.
• 39:44
Speaker 2: The 40-year-old mom is dressing like the 18-year-old daughter. And
• 39:49
Speaker 2: got no business. And then you think they're not codependent
• 39:52
  Speaker 2: on each other.
• 39:52
Speaker 1: And dad's over here just, you know, enabling both of them.
• 39:57
Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, Rome. Raider Dave is wrong like the Raiders.
• 40:03
Speaker 2: The wife should be mad at herself for allowing this
• 40:06
Speaker 2: to happen. The husband should be mad at the wife.
• 40:08
Speaker 2: Now it's a girlfriend, not husband. So the girlfriend just
• 40:11
  Speaker 2: moved in.
• 40:11
Speaker 1: Just to be clear. The girlfriend just moved in a
• 40:16
Speaker 1: little over a week ago.
• 40:17
  Speaker 5: Okay. Okay.
• 40:18
Speaker 2: But yes, the husband should be mad at the wife
• 40:21
Speaker 2: for giving the key to the mother-in-law. The mother-in-law should
• 40:26
Speaker 2: be ashamed of herself for not knocking before entering. 100%.
• 40:30
Speaker 1: Mother-in-law, girlfriends, mother, anybody.
• 40:33
Speaker 2: Nobody should have a key to your house except for
• 40:36
Speaker 2: you and the person that lives there.
• 40:38
Speaker 1: I wouldn't even give the kids a key to the house.
• 40:40
Speaker 1: They can knock too to get in.
• 40:42
  Speaker 2: All right, 842-5477.
• 40:42
Speaker 1: What do you do?
• 40:48
Speaker 2: You know? The more and more we have this conversation, bro,
• 40:52
Speaker 2: you got to get rid of that woman. You got
• 40:54
Speaker 2: to get her out of your house before the mother-in-law
• 40:56
Speaker 2: is moving in also or the mother's moving in with
• 40:59
Speaker 2: you also. I think you got two codependent women on
• 41:01
Speaker 2: each other and they're trying to take advantage of you.
• 41:04
Speaker 2: Because how much did her attitude change in only a week?
• 41:07
Speaker 2: And you're the bad guy for being naked in your
• 41:10
  Speaker 2: own home?
• 41:12
Speaker 1: I mean, just a week and a half ago, you
• 41:13
  Speaker 1: lived by yourself.
• 41:16
Speaker 2: So... Yeah, bro, you got to go. You got to
• 41:19
Speaker 2: get rid of them. I don't know how you're going
• 41:20
Speaker 2: to do it, but you got to get rid of her.
• 41:22
  Speaker 1: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 41:23
Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, let me tell you what happened at my
• 41:27
Speaker 2: house with my in-laws. So when me and my wife
• 41:30
Speaker 2: got married, we were doing all right, but we couldn't
• 41:32
Speaker 2: afford a house. My father-in-law and my mother-in-law said they
• 41:36
Speaker 2: would give us the money to get us a house,
• 41:39
Speaker 2: to get us in. Very nice of them. We all
• 41:41
Speaker 2: get along great. There was no problems ever. But they
• 41:45
Speaker 2: had a key to our house. They felt like they
• 41:48
Speaker 2: deserved it because they helped us put the down payment down.
• 41:53
Speaker 2: One day, I was going at it with my wife
• 41:56
Speaker 2: on the couch. My mother and father walked in, saw
• 41:59
Speaker 2: us going at it. They never walked into our house again, Rome,
• 42:04
Speaker 2: before knocking, even with the key. There you go.
• 42:12
  Speaker 5: Hey, Rome.
• 42:14
Speaker 2: Some people take this privacy way too serious. I moved
• 42:20
Speaker 2: out of my mom's house at 26 years old. But
• 42:24
Speaker 2: my own, let's see, bought, hold on, bought my own home,
• 42:29
Speaker 2: eventually got married, and guess what? My gardener, my pest control,
• 42:34
Speaker 2: my mom, my dad, my siblings, my wife, and her
• 42:37
Speaker 2: extended family all have the code to our house. And
• 42:42
Speaker 2: that's just the way it is. If they need access
• 42:45
Speaker 2: to the home, there it is. Well, okay. I mean,
• 42:51
  Speaker 2: all right.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: I don't know what you want me to test.
• 42:54
Speaker 2: Telling somebody to take their privacy too seriously because you
• 42:59
Speaker 2: don't care is not fair either. You know, if you're
• 43:04
Speaker 2: like that, I mean, it's funny because I take my
• 43:08
Speaker 2: privacy very pretty much.
• 43:11
Speaker 1: I don't want anybody in my house.
• 43:13
Speaker 2: But I also grew up on the Indian reservation where
• 43:15
Speaker 2: if you left your house alone for any amount of time,
• 43:17
Speaker 2: you'd get robbed. Without a doubt, 100% guaranteed. If people
• 43:21
Speaker 2: knew you were gone from your home, they'd rob you.
• 43:24
  Speaker 1: So, yeah.
• 43:26
Speaker 2: But you can't blame people. People like their privacy. What's
• 43:29
Speaker 2: wrong with having privacy? Just because you don't doesn't mean
• 43:32
Speaker 2: you're better than anybody else. So, no, they're not taking
• 43:35
Speaker 2: it too seriously. Hey, Ron, birthday shout-out to my daughter, Sophia,
• 43:39
  Speaker 2: who's 16 today. Yeah, I'm not playing.
• 43:42
Speaker 1: But happy birthday, Sophia.
• 43:43
Speaker 2: Hey, yo, Rome. That guy that talked about his girl's
• 43:46
Speaker 2: mom also moved in. He got rid of my ex
• 43:50
Speaker 2: because I seen that in the making. She wanted to
• 43:54
Speaker 2: move in. Oh, you got rid of your ex because
• 43:57
Speaker 2: you seen that she wanted to move in. The mom
• 43:59
Speaker 2: eventually wanted to move to Bakersfield. They lived together because
• 44:01
Speaker 2: they needed assistance. Well, you think she's going to leave
• 44:05
Speaker 2: her mom needing help? Nah.
• 44:08
Speaker 1: Two out of three. Two out of three ain't.
• 44:12
Speaker 2: And I ain't no punk that'll let my partner's mom struggle.
• 44:18
Speaker 1: So they were happy together. I let her keep them together.
• 44:22
Speaker 2: Look, man. It's a real deal.
• 44:27
Speaker 1: And I don't even want to say that it's wrong.
• 44:29
Speaker 2: It's just, it happens, man. There are these mothers and
• 44:33
Speaker 2: daughters that are so codependent on each other.
• 44:35
Speaker 1: They're a package deal. And you got to be careful, man.
• 44:38
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome. I used to live with my mother-in-law and
• 44:41
Speaker 2: I loved it. She was my drinking buddy.
• 44:44
  Speaker 1: She's awesome.
• 44:44
  Speaker 2: Straight up.
• 44:46
  Speaker 1: Straight up.
• 44:46
Speaker 2: Me and my wife both miss her. She lives with
• 44:48
Speaker 2: her boyfriend right now. And I know deep down she
• 44:53
  Speaker 2: misses living with.
• 44:58
Speaker 2: Now you want to start telling all the positive stories
• 45:00
Speaker 2: of your mother-in-law or your father-in-law or your in-laws moving
• 45:02
  Speaker 2: in with you.
• 45:03
Speaker 1: You want to do in-law stories of when they live
• 45:04
  Speaker 1: with you.
• 45:04
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: Eight, four, two, five, four, seven, seven. Yo Rome.
• 45:09
Speaker 2: Let me tell you what happened to me. I met
• 45:12
Speaker 2: this girl and she was living with her mom. They
• 45:15
Speaker 2: were living in an apartment just like the last story
• 45:17
  Speaker 2: that she told.
• 45:19
Speaker 1: And I thought the.
• 45:21
Speaker 2: Mom and, and her were, were a package of, She
• 45:26
Speaker 2: was always hyping up her daughter. She was always helping
• 45:29
Speaker 2: the daughter out, be a better girlfriend to me.
• 45:32
Speaker 1: I thought, oh my Lord. And I thought it was
• 45:34
Speaker 1: a red flag, Rome.
• 45:36
Speaker 2: So when I asked the daughter to move in with me,
• 45:40
Speaker 2: the mother-in-law was so, or the mother, oh mother, mother-in-law,
• 45:44
Speaker 2: your mother-in-law, now you must be married now, right? Her
• 45:47
Speaker 2: mother was so excited Rome, she was trying to get
• 45:52
Speaker 2: rid of her because she wanted to live her own life. Apparently,
• 45:54
Speaker 2: her daughter was holding her back, so she pawned her
• 45:58
Speaker 2: off on me, and now the mom has a boyfriend
• 46:01
Speaker 2: of her own, and they have a house, and we
• 46:04
  Speaker 2: see them.
• 46:05
Speaker 1: Every once in a while.
• 46:06
Speaker 2: That's pretty funny, actually. Because you never think about it
• 46:13
Speaker 2: going the other way, right? Where the mom's trying to
• 46:16
Speaker 2: get rid of the daughter and you got her, right?
• 46:18
Speaker 2: Have you ever seen that, by the way? I used
• 46:20
Speaker 2: to know, it was 20 years ago. I went and
• 46:25
Speaker 2: got my hair cut one time at just some haircut place.
• 46:30
Speaker 2: I don't know where it was, over on Stockdale somewhere.
• 46:33
Speaker 2: And the woman who cut my hair was just selling
• 46:36
Speaker 2: her daughter. like trying to, you know, my daughter's this,
• 46:39
Speaker 2: had pictures of her. You know, this is my, I
• 46:41
Speaker 2: just love. Turns out one time I finally asked her,
• 46:45
Speaker 2: why do you keep selling your daughter? What's going on here?
• 46:48
Speaker 2: She goes, well, my daughter's single and she just has
• 46:50
Speaker 2: a hard time meeting guys.
• 46:52
Speaker 1: So I'm trying to hook her up so she can get.
• 46:53
Speaker 2: Out the house. I guess she was still living at
• 46:57
Speaker 2: home and mom wanted her gone apparently.
• 47:02
Speaker 1: I guess you'd never really see it go that way, huh?
• 47:04
Speaker 2: That's funny. EO Rome. I'm single and my mom always
• 47:08
Speaker 2: telling every girl she thinks is pretty about me. It
• 47:12
Speaker 2: can be some random at the grocery store and she
• 47:15
Speaker 2: will start small talk and tell them I would love
• 47:18
Speaker 2: for you to meet my son. So awkward.
• 47:21
Speaker 1: Not going to lie. Mom came through a few times.
• 47:26
Speaker 2: Your mom, your pimp? Is that what's going on? What
• 47:28
Speaker 2: do you mean she came through a few times? Didn't
• 47:31
Speaker 2: lead to a relationship, but some freaky experiences. Some of
• 47:35
Speaker 2: them would contact me because they love that I had
• 47:38
Speaker 2: a great relationship with my mom. But it's just strange
• 47:41
Speaker 2: getting a random girl calling you, saying your mom gave
• 47:45
Speaker 2: them your info. Shout out to my mom for knowing
• 47:48
Speaker 2: what I like, though. Not disappointed.
• 47:51
Speaker 1: Well, pimpin' ain't easy, bro.
• 48:00
  Speaker 5: So, I.
• 48:03
Speaker 2: Like the rest of you, I have group chats. I
• 48:05
Speaker 2: have different group chats. I still stay in contact with
• 48:07
Speaker 2: my buddies that I grew up with in high school
• 48:11
Speaker 2: and I went to college with and all the guys
• 48:13
Speaker 2: around the town that I grew up with and we
• 48:15
Speaker 2: all kind of hung out. Back in my day, you know,
• 48:18
Speaker 2: everybody hung out. Everybody went to clubs, so we were
• 48:20
Speaker 2: all friends through the clubs. So we still talk. There's
• 48:23
Speaker 2: about 15 of us that still, all throughout the country,
• 48:26
  Speaker 2: that still.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: Talk to each other.
• 48:30
Speaker 2: And Saturday... I think last Saturday or Saturday, I get up,
• 48:35
Speaker 2: and one of my buddies is in Atlanta. So his
• 48:38
  Speaker 2: messages always come, you know, it's 9 a.m. there, it's
• 48:42
Speaker 2: 6 a.m. here, or whatever the time difference is. So
• 48:45
Speaker 2: I get up Saturday morning, and he asks the group,
• 48:53
Speaker 2: about a ShamWow. You guys know what a ShamWow is?
• 48:56
Speaker 2: You know what a Shammy is? Does anybody know what
• 48:57
Speaker 2: a Shammy is? And he goes, man, he goes, I
• 49:01
Speaker 2: was looking for a ShamWow. I can't find one, bro.
• 49:04
Speaker 2: And then he asked everybody, what did you like to
• 49:09
Speaker 2: buy or use that you can't get anymore?
• 49:13
Speaker 1: I believe you could still get a ShamWow, right?
• 49:16
Speaker 2: I don't know if you can or if you can't,
• 49:19
Speaker 2: but I thought it was an interesting question because the
• 49:25
Speaker 2: one thing that I used to love was because I
• 49:28
Speaker 2: play golf, I used to like the Tiger Woods, the
• 49:30
Speaker 2: TW golf balls. You can't get them anymore. I think
• 49:34
Speaker 2: they were made by Nike. I don't think they make
• 49:35
Speaker 2: them anymore. Maybe they do and I'm just wrong, but
• 49:37
Speaker 2: I used to love those golf balls. They were great
• 49:38
Speaker 2: golf balls. Um, I don't think you can get them anymore,
• 49:42
Speaker 2: but it's a pretty legitimate question. What did you, what,
• 49:45
Speaker 2: what did you used to use? What did you like
• 49:47
Speaker 2: that you that's discontinued that you can't find anymore? You know,
• 49:51
Speaker 2: something that you used to use, you wish they still
• 49:54
Speaker 2: made it and they don't, or maybe, I don't know,
• 49:59
Speaker 2: but his was a sham.
• 50:00
  Speaker 10: Wow.
• 50:02
Speaker 1: I didn't look at the rest of the, the group text.
• 50:04
Speaker 1: I was too busy. So I just, I moved on. Um,
• 50:07
  Speaker 1: but yeah.
• 50:08
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 50:09
  Speaker 1: R-D-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 50:09
Speaker 2: Is there something you liked that you can't get anymore?
• 50:15
Speaker 9: Hey, I just heard you talking about what they don't
• 50:20
  Speaker 9: make anymore. Yeah.
• 50:22
  Speaker 3: I guess it's not really a physical.
• 50:25
Speaker 2: Well, it's Scooby Snacks.
• 50:27
Speaker 3: Like Scooby Snacks, the gummy bears.
• 50:30
  Speaker 6: And Scooby Snacks.
• 50:32
Speaker 2: You can't get those anymore?
• 50:34
  Speaker 4: No.
• 50:35
Speaker 5: I used to eat those all the time.
• 50:37
Speaker 9: Those are my favorite snacks.
• 50:38
Speaker 2: That's old school. Wow, those are old.
• 50:42
  Speaker 5: Wow.
• 50:43
  Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good one. That's a pretty good one.
• 50:45
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 50:46
  Speaker 8: All right.
• 50:46
  Speaker 5: Thanks for calling.
• 50:47
  Speaker 2: I appreciate it.
• 50:48
Speaker 3: Yeah, have a good day.
• 50:49
  Speaker 5: Thank you.
• 50:50
  Speaker 4: All right.
• 50:50
  Speaker 5: 842-547-07.
• 50:51
Speaker 2: Yeah, there are things that you don't... There are things
• 50:56
Speaker 2: that you liked. Things that you just can't get anymore.
• 51:01
Speaker 2: You know, I didn't even think about food when she said...
• 51:03
Speaker 2: Now that she said Scooby Sacks, I was trying to
• 51:05
Speaker 2: think about what kind of.
• 51:09
Speaker 2: Food product they don't make anymore that I used to like?
• 51:13
Speaker 2: That's a good question. All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome, are
• 51:20
Speaker 2: you talking about a chamois to dry a car? I'm
• 51:22
Speaker 2: talking about the chamois specifically, not just the chamois. I
• 51:25
Speaker 2: think they still make chamois, right? I don't know if
• 51:27
Speaker 2: they still make a chamois.
• 51:29
Speaker 1: I'm not sure. Yo, Rome, I never tried it myself.
• 51:32
Speaker 2: I But I know damn well I would miss it
• 51:38
Speaker 2: when the original Coca-Cola was Coke and Cola.
• 51:46
Speaker 1: I think it still is in Mexico, right?
• 51:47
Speaker 2: I'm not sure. Mexican Coca-Cola tastes way better, by the way,
• 51:51
Speaker 2: than American Coca-Cola. But yeah, I get what you're saying. Yeah,
• 51:55
Speaker 2: what did you like? They discontinued it. They don't make
• 52:00
Speaker 2: it anymore. You can't get it. Already 425477. Gosh, I'll
• 52:06
Speaker 2: have to think about some of the things. Orange sherbet.
• 52:13
Speaker 2: Thrifty's ice cream doesn't make orange sherbet anymore.
• 52:15
Speaker 1: I do miss that.
• 52:16
Speaker 4: Hey, what's up, Romeo?
• 52:18
Speaker 6: You know what I like that they don't make anymore?
• 52:20
Speaker 6: I don't know if you remember, but Four Loko's still out,
• 52:23
Speaker 6: but they used to, the old recipe, they used to
• 52:25
Speaker 6: have something to, caffeine or something like that, and now you.
• 52:29
Speaker 5: Can't get it like that.
• 52:30
Speaker 4: Now it doesn't have that, and I miss that.
• 52:33
Speaker 2: Four Loko used to have caffeine in it?
• 52:36
Speaker 4: Yes, and it was a problem.
• 52:38
Speaker 7: People would drink it, and they would stay up.
• 52:40
Speaker 3: And they would drink and drink and drink and drink,
• 52:41
Speaker 3: and then they ended up in the ER.
• 52:43
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, because Four Loko would kill you without caffeine.
• 52:48
Speaker 4: Exactly, man. So now it doesn't have caffeine, and that's.
• 52:52
Speaker 7: What I was thinking about when I heard you.
• 52:54
Speaker 4: I was like, man, I missed the caffeine low-key.
• 52:57
Speaker 2: Damn, dude, you're hardcore.
• 53:02
Speaker 5: Yeah, man, I had to bring it up.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: I had to bring it up.
• 53:05
Speaker 2: I miss 80s cocaine before it killed you. Okay. Yeah,
• 53:13
Speaker 2: but seriously, 80s cocaine. R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. Yo, Rome, you can definitely
• 53:23
Speaker 2: get the Scooby Snacks. Oh, you can?
• 53:26
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 53:26
Speaker 2: Okay, she was saying that. Hey, Rome, I miss sex.
• 53:31
Speaker 2: Haven't had it in a while, but it sure was good.
• 53:35
Speaker 2: We're talking about some of the things you can't get anymore.
• 53:37
Speaker 2: And there's probably, everybody probably has something that you still
• 53:41
Speaker 2: like that you can't, they don't make anymore.
• 53:44
  Speaker 3: 842-547-07.
• 53:45
Speaker 2: I'm going to, do they still make, oh, I used
• 53:51
Speaker 2: to love it. Kids used to love it when we
• 53:53
Speaker 2: were kids. Do they still make the bubblegum cigarettes? The
• 53:57
Speaker 2: ones that you would, if you could get one puff
• 54:00
Speaker 2: out of it, you blow on it and one puff
• 54:01
Speaker 2: of smoke would come out. Do they still make the
• 54:03
  Speaker 2: bubblegum cigarettes?
• 54:04
  Speaker 1: Those were awesome.
• 54:06
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, good morning, Rome. Hopefully you're having a great day.
• 54:10
Speaker 2: I really wish they would have not discontinued the Horchata
• 54:14
Speaker 2: Rockstar energy drink. Horchata Rockstar. I don't ever remember seeing that.
• 54:19
Speaker 2: Have a blessed one, brother.
• 54:20
Speaker 1: You got it, man. Horchata Rockstar.
• 54:23
Speaker 2: Wow. I didn't even hear of that. Hey, yo, Rome,
• 54:28
Speaker 2: how about that hamburger helper used to make rice flavored
• 54:33
Speaker 2: back in the 90s? They stopped early 20s. What was
• 54:37
Speaker 2: it to make the hamburger helper used to make oriental
• 54:42
Speaker 2: rice flavor? I don't remember that back in the 90s.
• 54:46
Speaker 2: You know, I was never a hamburger helper person. Hamburger
• 54:49
Speaker 2: helper person. We never had that. I never heard of that.
• 54:53
  Speaker 5: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7-7.
• 54:57
Speaker 2: So what did you like that they don't make anymore?
• 55:00
Speaker 2: Still can't get it. You wish you could.
• 55:01
Speaker 1: What do you miss? Something they don't make anymore.
• 55:04
  Speaker 2: Maybe, I don't know.
• 55:07
Speaker 1: There's a lot of things out there that we miss. R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7.
• 55:11
Speaker 2: Yo, Rome, I miss Taco Bell's Diablo Nuggets.
• 55:19
Speaker 1: Does Taco Bell still make the Enchirito?
• 55:21
Speaker 2: I used to like the Enchirito. R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. Yo, Rome... Can
• 55:26
Speaker 2: we miss anything? I wish they still made the WWF
• 55:31
  Speaker 2: ice cream.
• 55:32
  Speaker 4: Okay.
• 55:34
Speaker 2: What do you miss?
• 55:37
Speaker 1: Yo, Rome, me, I miss.
• 55:39
Speaker 2: Getting free Tootsie Pops when your rapper had a star
• 55:44
  Speaker 2: on it.
• 55:46
  Speaker 5: It did?
• 55:46
  Speaker 2: I don't remember that.
• 55:49
  Speaker 1: That's interesting.
• 55:50
Speaker 2: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. Yo, Rome, I know this isn't something you can
• 55:56
Speaker 2: take home, but I miss rockin' rodeo. Well, if we're
• 56:06
Speaker 2: going to branch off into things that we miss, I
• 56:08
Speaker 2: miss the Tam O'Shanter. And sometimes Club Odyssey.
• 56:13
  Speaker 1: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. That's hilarious.
• 56:20
Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I wasn't going to text today, but you
• 56:22
Speaker 2: said what I was thinking about, the bubble gum cigarettes.
• 56:26
Speaker 1: I used to think I was so cool.
• 56:28
Speaker 2: Good morning, by the way. Yeah, good morning. I used
• 56:30
Speaker 2: to think the bubble gum cigarettes were so cool. I
• 56:32
Speaker 2: don't know if they still make them or not. I
• 56:34
Speaker 2: don't know if they do. Oh, my man sent me
• 56:39
Speaker 2: a picture of the Hamburger Helper. That's so funny. Yeah,
• 56:45
Speaker 2: Hamburger Helper, you know. All right. Yeah, what do you
• 56:49
Speaker 2: miss that you can't get anymore?
• 56:51
Speaker 1: We're talking about things you can't get anymore. You know,
• 56:53
  Speaker 1: you liked them.
• 56:56
Speaker 2: It's just, no, they're not around anymore. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. Yo,
• 57:01
Speaker 2: Rome Butterfinger BBS. I don't even know what that is,
• 57:06
Speaker 2: to be honest with you. Hey, Rome, the one thing
• 57:08
Speaker 2: I miss is the original Chicken Littles from KFC. Hmm.
• 57:14
Speaker 1: You know, now that you're talking about chicken.
• 57:17
Speaker 2: I miss, I don't even know if Burger King still
• 57:21
Speaker 2: has them, but when I was in college, we had
• 57:23
Speaker 2: a Burger King on campus, and the Italian chicken sandwich, no,
• 57:27
Speaker 2: was it Italian? No, it wasn't Italian. It was a
• 57:30
Speaker 2: chicken sandwich with red sauce and Parmesan cheese or some
• 57:39
Speaker 2: sort of cheese. It was delicious. Now I can't even
• 57:41
Speaker 2: think of what it was, but yeah, I miss that.
• 57:44
Speaker 2: Already four, two, five, four, seven to seven. Yo Rome,
• 57:49
Speaker 2: how about plastic pager that was filled with the most
• 57:52
Speaker 2: delicious gum? Oh, flavor lasted five chews tops. Then it
• 57:59
Speaker 2: was a wrap. Oh, that's funny. That's funny.
• 58:05
Speaker 1: Hey Rome, I missed the blockbuster experience.
• 58:09
  Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a, that's a good one. I mean, I
• 58:13
Speaker 2: don't know if you guys remember Blockbuster. The race on
• 58:16
Speaker 2: Friday night. The race to get the newest movie.
• 58:21
Speaker 1: Man, if you got there too late.
• 58:23
Speaker 2: They were all sold out. Yeah, I remember that. Good morning, Al.
• 58:26
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 58:28
Speaker 4: Romeo, I miss Thrifty's ice cream.
• 58:31
Speaker 2: You can still get Thrifty's ice cream. That's not gone.
• 58:33
Speaker 4: It's not the same, though.
• 58:35
Speaker 9: I miss when things were affordable, when I can put
• 58:37
Speaker 9: $ 5 in gas and drive around all day.
• 58:39
Speaker 2: Get over it. My God.
• 58:43
  Speaker 4: That doesn't qualify?
• 58:44
Speaker 2: Things cost money. No, I'm tired of hearing everybody talk
• 58:48
Speaker 2: about how much things cost. Get over it, okay? Things
• 58:53
Speaker 2: cost money. Stop complaining about it. Okay. And you can
• 58:58
Speaker 2: still get Thrifty's ice cream, okay?
• 59:00
Speaker 9: It's not the same, though.
• 59:01
  Speaker 2: Why?
• 59:03
Speaker 9: You used to be able to go in there, and
• 59:04
Speaker 9: there would be other families in there, and it was family-oriented.
• 59:08
Speaker 8: It goes back to.
• 59:09
Speaker 9: I miss talking to people.
• 59:12
  Speaker 5: I never get a call.
• 59:13
  Speaker 4: Everybody texts me.
• 59:15
Speaker 3: I call my wife, and she'll say, I'm busy, and
• 59:17
Speaker 3: then she'll text me right afterwards.
• 59:19
Speaker 4: But there's no conversation anymore. I miss hearing people's voices.
• 59:24
  Speaker 4: That's what I really miss.

Speaker 2: All right. All right. I ain't going to lie about that.
• 59:33
Speaker 2: I got to agree with Raider Dave on that. I
• 59:35
Speaker 2: am so sick of people text messaging me. I've stopped
• 59:38
Speaker 2: responding to them. Not that I really want them to
• 59:41
Speaker 2: call me, but I just don't like the convenience of
• 59:43
Speaker 2: somebody being able to text me whenever they want, whenever
• 59:46
Speaker 2: they have a thought in their head that they believe
• 59:48
Speaker 2: I need to know. Yeah, that gets a little annoying.
• 59:52
Speaker 2: But I am, gosh, I'm so tired of you guys
• 59:54
Speaker 2: complaining about what everything costs.
• 59:58
Speaker 1: Get over it. It's not going to change.
• 1:00:00
Speaker 2: Just shut up. Stop complaining about it, okay? Nothing's changing, okay?
• 1:00:05
Speaker 2: If you don't like it, I don't even know what
• 1:00:07
Speaker 2: to tell you. Move somewhere else.
• 1:00:08
  Speaker 1: Go.
• 1:00:10
Speaker 2: It seems like every day somebody I hear complain about
• 1:00:16
Speaker 2: what something costs, and I'm like, just let it go.
• 1:00:19
Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, pretty soon we'll be missing pennies. Oh, we're
• 1:00:26
Speaker 1: never going to miss pennies. Okay, what did you.
• 1:00:29
Speaker 2: Send me here? Hey, Rome. I've seen the cigarette candles
• 1:00:35
Speaker 2: at the Rocket Fizz next to Just Wing It. Yeah,
• 1:00:38
Speaker 2: the Rocket Fizz moved, by the way, over to Trader Joe's.
• 1:00:41
Speaker 2: It's not there anymore. I also missed the fried jalapenos
• 1:00:46
Speaker 2: from Del Taco, the sweet corn cake at El Polo Loco,
• 1:00:51
Speaker 2: and here's what the Horchata Rockstar looked like.
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: Oh, I never knew the Horchata. Rockstar.
• 1:01:02
  Speaker 2: Okay. Yeah.
• 1:01:03
  Speaker 3: Okay.
• 1:01:04
  Speaker 2: R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7. Hey, Rome.
• 1:01:05
Speaker 1: I miss plastic bags.
• 1:01:07
Speaker 2: At the grocery store. Hey, Rome. That was the Italian
• 1:01:13
Speaker 2: chicken sandwich at BK. Oh, it was. So it was.
• 1:01:17
Speaker 1: Yeah, I miss it. That was so good.
• 1:01:19
  Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Or maybe I just miss college. Already 4, 2, 5, 4, 7, 7.
• 1:01:25
Speaker 2: We're talking about some of the things that you miss.
• 1:01:29
Speaker 2: You can't get them anymore. So we're talking about some
• 1:01:32
Speaker 2: of the things that you miss. You can't get them anymore.
• 1:01:34
Speaker 2: Maybe it's a place that doesn't exist anymore.
• 1:01:37
Speaker 1: Hey, Rome, I miss the Sprite that you win.
• 1:01:41
Speaker 2: The Sprite that you win a free drink when you
• 1:01:44
Speaker 2: look under the cap.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: You had to pay 10 cents for the CRV.
• 1:01:49
Speaker 2: It was worth it.
• 1:01:50
  Speaker 10: Always.
• 1:01:50
Speaker 1: Uh, it will always win when I buy a Sprite. Oh,
• 1:01:54
Speaker 1: you would always win.
• 1:01:55
Speaker 2: My friend used to always tell me I got stupid
• 1:01:58
Speaker 2: luck being able to win every time. Um, my friend
• 1:02:02
Speaker 2: would never win anything. I also missed the 24 pack
• 1:02:06
Speaker 2: can of Sunny D. Okay. That's kind of funny. I
• 1:02:12
Speaker 2: don't remember those, uh, Oh, the Butterfinger BBSs. Oh, he
• 1:02:18
  Speaker 2: sent me a photo. Yeah, I don't think I... I
• 1:02:20
Speaker 2: never ate Butterfinger. I never liked Butterfingers. Hey, Rome. I
• 1:02:23
Speaker 2: missed hot dog on a stick at the mall. That
• 1:02:25
Speaker 2: lemonade was so good. Okay.
• 1:02:29
Speaker 1: Hot dog on a stick was good, too.
• 1:02:30
Speaker 2: Hey, Romeo. I miss plastic bags. It's just trying to
• 1:02:38
Speaker 2: make it in our door without the bags ripping apart
• 1:02:41
Speaker 2: and all your stuff falling out, especially.
• 1:02:44
Speaker 1: If you have glass.
• 1:02:45
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, paper bags do rip. R-A-4-2-5-4-7-7, Rome. So we
• 1:02:51
Speaker 2: should just accept everything's expensive and move out of the country? No,
• 1:02:56
Speaker 2: you should accept that everything's expensive and that's just the
• 1:03:00
Speaker 2: life we have to deal with. Complaining about it does
• 1:03:03
Speaker 2: nothing at all except make you look bitter.
• 1:03:09
Speaker 1: How are you going to.
• 1:03:10
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not going to get into this with you.
• 1:03:12
Speaker 2: But no, you should accept the fact that nothing's going
• 1:03:14
Speaker 2: to change. So you can either deal with it or
• 1:03:19
Speaker 2: you can complain about it. And complaining about it makes
• 1:03:23
Speaker 2: you look pathetic, okay? You don't have to like it,
• 1:03:27
Speaker 2: but you all know somebody that's always complaining about what
• 1:03:31
Speaker 2: something costs all the time. My dad does it all
• 1:03:34
Speaker 2: the time. Like, get over it. That's what it costs. Unfortunately,
• 1:03:38
Speaker 2: this is the life we live. This is the time
• 1:03:40
Speaker 2: we were born in. This is what we got to
• 1:03:41
Speaker 2: deal with. So deal with it. You might be happier.
• 1:03:46
Speaker 2: What'd you sit here? Yo, Rome, I missed Tilted Kilt.
• 1:03:54
Speaker 2: That's funny. Tilted Kilt was funny. It was a great place, actually.
• 1:03:58
Speaker 2: You know what's funny about that is I just played
• 1:03:59
Speaker 2: golf with the guy who owned Tilted Kilt when it
• 1:04:03
Speaker 2: was in town. I just played golf with him last month. Hey, Romeo,
• 1:04:06
Speaker 2: I was thinking of moving to Texas, but I just
• 1:04:08
  Speaker 2: found out I need a booster seat. I'm 4'11. Everyone
• 1:04:14
Speaker 2: that is under 5'2 needs a booster seat.
• 1:04:19
Speaker 1: Is that real or are you joking?
• 1:04:22
  Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, I miss the $ 20 and $ 40 St. Walkers.
• 1:04:29
  Speaker 2: I don't know what that is. $ 20 and $ 40. I
• 1:04:32
Speaker 2: don't know what that is. You're going to have to
• 1:04:34
Speaker 2: explain that one to me. I miss this, Rome.
• 1:04:37
  Speaker 1: What is it?
• 1:04:38
Speaker 2: The Fritos? The Fritos?
• 1:04:40
Speaker 1: The lime and chili Fritos?
• 1:04:43
Speaker 2: That's funny. Oh, man, Rome. I miss when people used
• 1:04:48
Speaker 2: to fight one-on-one and not. Oh, my God. Come on. Okay.
• 1:04:54
Speaker 2: I guess the bit's over with. People are getting too
• 1:04:56
Speaker 2: serious now. Romeo in the morning. Every morning.
• 1:04:59
  Speaker 3: On Hot 94.1.
