- 0:56SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the podcast.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: I'm oh so excited for every episode, but it's true because we we get into some juicy stuff.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: So in this episode, I'm going to be diving into how to shift your identity and bridge the gap so that you get what you desire.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: And you can get it before the end of the year.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: There's still so much time left at the end of the year.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Actually, we'll start there.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: I feel like people, you know, chalk up the rest of the year when it's November, being like, well, it's basically next year, it's basically 2023.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Not much can happen, but so much can happen.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Like so much can happen in a moment.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna kind of talk through how to do that in this episode.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: So the number one thing to remember is that identity is the governor of our lives, right?
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Identify what we label as our identity, who we are, and I don't mean like your gender, your name, like those basic things too, but I mean like, you know, I'm not someone bad, or I am not a rich person, or I am not this type of person, whatever it is.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: All these types of identities, that is what really makes our realities.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And if you don't try to change that, or you don't start to change that, then the outside conditions of our life will be the same.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: And we're left wondering, you know, why didn't X happen to us, or why does something keep happening to us, repeating patterns, whether it's in relationships and friendships and jobs, like all of it has to do with the identity you're being now, and either that not being in alignment and that not being authentic and that coming from a wounded place, or you know, and it's great thing happening, meaning you are in alignment, right?
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So the most powerful thing you can do is to be consistent with the worth that you hold for yourself and what you are willing to tolerate, right?
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: And I've always said, like, why settle in life?
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Like, don't settle in life.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Where are you settling in life?
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And to think about really the standard that you want to set for your life, because the standard that you set is what you're willing to settle for.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: So if you are settling for shitty friends, well, then you have the standard of shitty friends, and then no wonder like you're having trouble bringing in good friends and you're settling for that, right?
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: So identity is really important with this because are you someone who settles for shitty friends versus I'm not available for shitty friends?
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Uh, I'm not available for you know, making less than X amount of money.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: I'm not available for you know, whatever it is.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: I'm not available, it's not my identity.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Like it's just not me, I'm not that.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: That's it, right?
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about this like a thermostat on a wall.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: And once that temperature is set to a certain degree, everything can hit it and it will still bring it back to that set point, right?
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: It'll still bring it back to that temperature once you set the thermostat to that.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Let's say the house is 70 degrees, and you open up all the doors, maybe it's winter time, and all the this cold air came in, right?
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: The worst things in the world, cold rushes and all this stuff comes in.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: Worst in quotations because nothing is ever bad, wrong or not as it should be, but all this cold air comes in, the blizzard of life.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: And what's gonna happen is that thermostat's gonna kick on, right?
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: That heat is gonna kick on to regulate the thermostat back to 70 degrees to warm it back up.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: Opposite is also true, right?
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: If it's a super hot day, you open all the windows and all of the heat comes flooding in, you know, the best things in life, the abundance, the magic, it keeps getting hotter and hotter.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: That thermostat is gonna find a way to bring it back down to 70 degrees because that's its set point, right?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: And cool it right back down.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: You don't feel like, oh, money comes in, then money goes out.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Things happen, and then you know it gets taken away, or I lose the weight, and then it comes back, like all these things of like if you find yourself saying that thermostat problem, right?
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: The key, the secret key, if you will, is being able to shift that set point.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: If you shift that temperature on that thermostat to something new, you do this by shifting your identity, then it has no choice, it has a new set point.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: But if you're throwing all like mindset affirmations, doing all this stuff at the set point, but you haven't actually changed the set point, well, then all it's going to do is it's gonna bring it back down, it's gonna cool the temperature back down.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And then you're left frustrated.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: It's like, why isn't it working?
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Why it's not working, it's not sticking, you know, I'm doing all these things.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: It's because you're not actually changing the set point.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: All you're doing is throwing the warm air or throwing the cold air, and the thermostat's trying to balance between the two.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: The only way to change the thermostat, to change that set point, is to shift your identity of who you are, right?
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: To shift that identity to the room.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: You shift the set point into the room, you know.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: If we shift it higher, let's say we shift that set point to I don't know, 90 degrees, right?
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Well, then it's not going to cool it down as much every time, right?
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna cool it back down to 70 because you've raised it to 90.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: So I want to break down like some of the ways and strategies to do this to change your set point that are very simple.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Number one.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: So I just wanted to hop in and let you guys know about goddess activation.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: It is my signature program to cultivate deep self-love.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Look, you deserve to feel delicious in the skin that you are in and to love not only the life you are living, but yourself.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: So that you can become a natural magnet to everything you desire and live in more alignment.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: These are all the tools, techniques, reprogramming to bring so much pleasure into your life that your heart radiates.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: So if you engage negative self-talk, people please have trouble setting boundaries, hate your body, this is your sign because I've been there and it sucks.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: But what you have to understand is that when you love yourself on a truly deep level, everything in your life improves.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Your relationships, your friendships, your magnetism, your career, your happiness, your health, even how much money you make.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: Everything in life is a direct reflection about how you feel about yourself and what you believe you are worthy and deserving of.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: So let's start living a life where you feel magnetic and delicious in your body.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Four modules all to awaken your inner goddess and ignite your self-love.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Get in.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: We're healing and falling in love with life.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Check out the description and DM me any questions.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: And then let's say we'll take this example and do it financially because money is something that's easy to wrap your head around in terms of examples.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: So, financially wealth-wise, you're a 70 degrees and I'm a 200 degree.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: If I am in your proximity over and over and over again, you will heat up your identity somewhere between the 70 and 200, let's say 150.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: You'll heat it up to 144 degrees because there's so much heat that no matter how much cool kicks on, it won't be able to keep up because it's just so much heat, so much heat, so much heat.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Same goes with health, fitness, mindset, no matter it is, you need to shift the identity by putting yourself around the people and around the things that are naturally at the higher set point.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: Because the more you can layer in these people, the stronger the forces.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: The more it changes that thermostat through association.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: And this is like simple to do, right?
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: This is a huge thing.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: This is why they say you are accumulation of the five people you hang around.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Also, side note, evaluate the five people you hang around.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: But that's why, like, I am always putting myself in rooms where I can expand to people whose has a higher set point than I do because they adjust your thermostat.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: So that's number one.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And that's also a sign that like you can join one-on-one, you can join bridging the gap, like join Gaza condition, join whatever one of my containers to try to change that set point.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Maybe you can't jump your set point from now from 70 to you know 100, but like, can you jump into some sort of container that's going to change your set point five degrees, even one degree, right?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Like, how can you get yourself and immerse yourself and put yourself in proximity of people who have a higher set point?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: You know, people who have the health, the fitness level.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: That's why you hire a trainer, right?
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Because they have a higher set point than you, fitness-wise.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Why hired mine because first set point is higher than my set point, right?
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: All these things, right?
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: This is all areas of your life.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: So that's number one.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: Number two is through doing short bursts of things in a window of time that change the status of the thermostat permanently.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Kind of like a water line in a pool, right?
- 9:23SPEAKER_00: You dump so much water into the pool, that water line just changes because of all the massive amounts of water that got dumped in a short amount of time.
- 9:32unknown: Right.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And so that's where we call like when we term of like bridging the gap and collapsing time.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: You do that by an immense amount in a short amount of time.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: So let's say, like, you know, a certain amount of reps at the gym or a certain amount of money, right?
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: After that, you will never be the same again, right?
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Because this changes your set point.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: It changes, you know, your ability to do something.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: You know, after you do a certain amount of reps, a certain weight, you've done it like you do that, you know, every day, five days in a row, like you know, the next week, you're gonna have a new set point when it comes to your strength, right?
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: And there's so much power in doing in all of that in a short amount of time.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Because it collapses time, it bridges the gap.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: That's why I say, like, there's so much time left in the year.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: There's always so much time.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Like everything can happen in a moment, in a week.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Like there's so much, right?
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: So really think about short bursts in a window of time that change the thermostat permanently, right?
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: You can think about this for wealth.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: You know, after a certain amount of time, your set point changes and you no longer make that amount.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe you can, like in this is true, whether you work for yourself or whether you work at a corporate job, right?
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe you start as a junior person who worked for that, and then you go to I don't know, a manager.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: You can tell them now we're corporate, and then like your set point will never dip back to like below a junior, right?
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: You have a new set point.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: The same thing.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: You know, I think about my business.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: There's like a time where I was in a 10k month and then 20k and then 30k, right?
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And there's like there's set points where like I will never dip below because I have new higher set points now.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: But like when I was making them, right, those big leaps anchored in a new set point.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: And now I don't dip below, you know.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: So number three is your self-confidence, which is massively tied to your identity.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: And you need to do the inner work to heal.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: But what I want to say now is yes, heal yourself worth, you know, get into my containers that heal your self-worth, recode your worthiness and all that 100%.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: But in terms of what you can do now, the other thing you can do now, and then research which container is best for you, is you need to stack gratitude.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: But what I notice, and I've noticed is ongoing as gratitude become trendier and trendier, which is beautiful, it's great.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: Glad for people doing gratitude, they're not really doing gratitude.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: And like if you're not grateful for the sun, do not start writing down, I'm grateful for the sun.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Like when you are actually in gratitude, it is a heart bursting, exploding feeling.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: Like when I'm in gratitude, I got like tyrion tears when my heart is bursting, I am filled with like so much bliss, love, pleasure, ecstasy.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's a big feeling.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Not just like, yeah, I'm grateful.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: So you actually need to stack gratitude for the things you are actually grateful for.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: Not just like, I am grateful for my partner, I am grateful for my family, I'm grateful I have food, I am grateful I have you are not feeling it, you're not stacking gratitude, you're not actually doing gratitude, you're you're doing the motions, you're not actually feeling it, like it's not landing in your body.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: So if the gratitude is not landing in your body, a that could be trouble receiving, b, you could be blocking yourself from pleasure, you could be stuck in your masculine, C, um, and not in your feminine, which is blocking you from actually feeling things.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: So there's there's things that are could be blocking you from actually feeling gratitude, but start actually feeling gratitude for the things you actually feel gratitude about, but actually feeling it, and that's how you stack it.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: And then this reinforces things over and over and over again.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: And what happens is there's a reticular activating system in your brain, your RAS.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: And that when you keep giving yourself that message, it starts to look for more.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: It starts to look for more and more and more, and then it actually starts to feel it, and then you actually become a magnet, and then you can bridge the gap and collapse time, and you start becoming magnetic because that changes your state.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: But you cannot change your state by like blase doing it.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: You actually change your state by feeling the things of the actual things you feel at core.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: You change your state by changing the set point of the thermostat by that burst in a short amount of time and by putting yourself in proximity, right?
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Because you know it naturally raises your it naturally raises the temperature of your room.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: It pulls you up with them, right?
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: So these are the things that you start looking about when it comes to shifting your identity and really bridging the gap to collapse time to get to what you desire.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Now, if you want to do more of this work, this is what bridging the gap is for.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Definitely join or join some of my other containers if you're not sure which one is good for you.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Because technically all of them will do some sort of realm of this, but that's the one that's open right now that I recommend you grab into.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Because things don't necessarily need to take time.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: There's so much that can happen in a moment, but it's really about your identity and your set point.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Make an effort to change your set point, and the rest of your life will change.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: It'll cause ripple effects.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: And that's where the quantum leaps happen.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: When you think about the word quantum leaping, that's where that all happens.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: So take this episode, change your set point, do the three things that I talked about and watch yourself bridge the graph, watch yourself collapse time.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: So, with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed the episode, and I will see you in the next one.
