- 0:02Speaker 1: Thank you. Hi, and welcome back to Pinky Boo Hauntings.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I'll be your witchy host, Shy, and I'll be your
- 0:32Speaker 1: guide to all things paranormal, weird, and spooky. I don't
- 0:37Speaker 1: know if you're going to be able to tell or
- 0:39Speaker 1: not by just listening to my voice, but I'm getting
- 0:43Speaker 1: over another cold. It feels like I have a cold
- 0:47Speaker 1: like every other month. But I'm kind of not surprised
- 0:52Speaker 1: that I got sick because I'm about to be on vacation.
- 0:56Speaker 1: And for some reason, it always loves to come right
- 1:00Speaker 1: when I'm about to be on vacation. So I'm happy
- 1:05Speaker 1: it's at least getting better before I actually started. Because
- 1:10Speaker 1: as of recording this, I'm officially on vacation. So, at
- 1:14Speaker 1: least it came before and not during like it usually does.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Because the moment I felt that itch in my throat,
- 1:21Speaker 1: I was like, please, please do not do this to me.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Luckily though, I've started to catch on to the signs
- 1:27Speaker 1: of it coming on, and I start pumping myself full
- 1:31Speaker 1: of cough medicine before it actually gets bad. That way,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I can at least try to fight it off ahead
- 1:37Speaker 1: of time. That being said, while I am feeling better now,
- 1:42Speaker 1: my nose is clogged up from where everything is starting
- 1:45Speaker 1: to come out, so I might sound a little stuffy,
- 1:49Speaker 1: but I promise I'm okay. There was just no way
- 1:53Speaker 1: I was going to let it win right before my
- 1:55Speaker 1: birthday week, which is why I'm on vacation. It's my
- 1:59Speaker 1: present to me from me. I'm getting paid to not
- 2:03Speaker 1: be at work. My favorite thing. So, why don't we
- 2:07Speaker 1: start my vacation off by talking about something spooky? We're
- 2:11Speaker 1: talking about shadow people today. I was trying to think
- 2:15Speaker 1: about some of the scariest themes I could do in October.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Because this is the month we all are in the
- 2:22Speaker 1: mood to really get scared. And, at least for me,
- 2:27Speaker 1: shadow people are one of those that still give me
- 2:30Speaker 1: the chills. So, of course... I had to do a
- 2:35Speaker 1: whole episode all about them. I do hope I'm not
- 2:39Speaker 1: alone in this, and this will give you goosebumps along
- 2:42Speaker 1: with me. So why don't we jump right into it.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Our first story is called, An Encounter with a Shadow
- 2:50Speaker 1: Figure for the First Time After Doing Astral Projections Multiple Times.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I have been sensing feeling watched. began during repeated accidental
- 3:03Speaker 1: astral projections before any clear sightings, and I had been
- 3:09Speaker 1: sensing him for about three months according to how I
- 3:13Speaker 1: clearly remember. I had been noticing him do stuff like
- 3:19Speaker 1: a shadowed rat, a real physical being, as if to
- 3:24Speaker 1: test boundaries, which clearly caught my attention. I saw the
- 3:29Speaker 1: rat version, during a short-term blackout at night, with only
- 3:35Speaker 1: my flashlight with me. That thing was faster than any
- 3:40Speaker 1: normal rat. It was almost like playing cat and mouse,
- 3:47Speaker 1: which was clearly very silly. I stared at it and
- 3:52Speaker 1: then ignored it before it stopped and disappeared anyway. Then
- 4:00Speaker 1: I heard it. After some time, when the lights were
- 4:05Speaker 1: back again and my dog started barking, along with the
- 4:09Speaker 1: sound of its barking, I heard a noise of a
- 4:13Speaker 1: man clearing his throat right in front of my house,
- 4:17Speaker 1: almost at the front door or yard, but after that, nothing.
- 4:24Speaker 1: and from that night, I noticed this dark, tall, six-foot, humanoid,
- 4:30Speaker 1: mannequin-like male, sometimes solid black silhouette, just running past my window,
- 4:37Speaker 1: faster than a bird. I could almost have assumed it
- 4:42Speaker 1: was the trick of the light, because it was so
- 4:45Speaker 1: visible that he was literally running right under the bright light,
- 4:51Speaker 1: at the front doorstep, and then around the house. I've
- 4:56Speaker 1: been noticing that he often made it a habit to
- 4:59Speaker 1: react to music and come running, making my dog and
- 5:04Speaker 1: the other dogs around startled and start running back and forth,
- 5:09Speaker 1: right and left. The wind literally picks up way too unusually.
- 5:14Speaker 1: It's almost surreal. Oh my god, what is happening? So
- 5:20Speaker 1: much is going on, and we've just started the story.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I'm not even halfway through. He then began visiting me
- 5:31Speaker 1: as a black cat and just went into the kitchen,
- 5:36Speaker 1: which I was, of course, curious and followed after it,
- 5:41Speaker 1: but I saw nothing, and it confused me. I think
- 5:46Speaker 1: Anyone finding a random cat in their house would be
- 5:49Speaker 1: pretty confused, though I've also heard that's how cats adopt you.
- 5:56Speaker 1: So if any of you out there do find a
- 5:59Speaker 1: random cat, maybe you've just been chosen. I'm sure ghost
- 6:04Speaker 1: cats work the same way. But when I went back
- 6:08Speaker 1: to the living room, the cat came into the hallway
- 6:12Speaker 1: from the kitchen and looked at me and said, Meow.
- 6:16Speaker 1: and jumped out of the window from the guest room,
- 6:20Speaker 1: where he came from at first. He now visits regularly.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I can see him day and night, just out of
- 6:30Speaker 1: the corner of my eye, or just directly, if looking
- 6:35Speaker 1: at him running faster. See, what did I say? It's
- 6:40Speaker 1: how ghost cats work, too. I think you might have
- 6:43Speaker 1: been adopted by a ghost cat. Congratulations? I hope you
- 6:48Speaker 1: like cats. He tends to stare at me so intensely,
- 6:53Speaker 1: so focused, sometimes very mannequin-like, just stiff, featureless, behind a
- 7:02Speaker 1: wall which I can see his head, neck, and a
- 7:05Speaker 1: hand grabbing a wall corner whenever I'm in the middle
- 7:08Speaker 1: of a conversation with my mom. And he just disappears
- 7:13Speaker 1: when the conversation slows down, and comes back whenever the
- 7:18Speaker 1: conversation gets lively and active. Lastly, I noticed his slight
- 7:24Speaker 1: facial features that can look white, distorted, or smudged on
- 7:28Speaker 1: his darker face that looked more like a dark shadow,
- 7:33Speaker 1: though it felt like some kind of expression. One thing
- 7:39Speaker 1: I've noticed when it comes to stories about shadow people,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and I assume it would apply to shadow cats too,
- 7:46Speaker 1: is that they just seem to be watching, observing even.
- 7:51Speaker 1: For what? I don't know. For you, though, it could
- 7:55Speaker 1: have something to do with your astral projections. I can't
- 8:00Speaker 1: fully remember, but I think I've heard of this kind
- 8:03Speaker 1: of thing happening to people that have astral projected. Whether
- 8:08Speaker 1: it was on purpose or not, maybe they want to
- 8:11Speaker 1: keep an eye on you. Again, for what? I don't know.
- 8:16Speaker 1: But there does seem to be some kind of correlation
- 8:19Speaker 1: between the two. But there are others who haven't seemed
- 8:25Speaker 1: to ever astral projected and still seem to be watched
- 8:29Speaker 1: by shadow people. It really is all unknown. But that's
- 8:35Speaker 1: what makes the paranormal so fun to talk about and
- 8:38Speaker 1: to try and figure out. At least, I think so. Also,
- 8:43Speaker 1: the distorted, smudged face isn't that uncommon when seeing any
- 8:47Speaker 1: kind of spirit. While you can see their face in
- 8:51Speaker 1: full detail, sometimes their face looks like that. I know
- 8:57Speaker 1: when I see spirits, sometimes that's how I see them.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It can be hard to make out the details fully,
- 9:05Speaker 1: so I'm kinda not surprised that it came to you
- 9:08Speaker 1: like that. Just recently, I tried to communicate with him
- 9:13Speaker 1: through my thoughts, which I often assumed loud. I don't
- 9:19Speaker 1: really know what that means. But I just invite him
- 9:24Speaker 1: to be my friend, only to find my heart rate increasing,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and it was too loud, or just the thumping of
- 9:32Speaker 1: it felt unnatural. I almost felt a slight piercing in
- 9:38Speaker 1: between with a needle-like thing, a burning sensation, with an
- 9:44Speaker 1: unusual heat running through my chest. I was caught between
- 9:49Speaker 1: wanting to feel excited and panic. And ever since that,
- 9:56Speaker 1: I felt my body getting unnaturally weak, drained, tired. floating, dizzy,
- 10:02Speaker 1: soul-drifting feeling, when I try to lay down and sleep,
- 10:07Speaker 1: just from legs, arms, toes, or head, as if my
- 10:12Speaker 1: soul or something tried to escape my own shell of body,
- 10:15Speaker 1: and I was suffering. or feeling an unnatural heat, severe fever,
- 10:22Speaker 1: with throbbing fingers and body that lasted 15 hours. Now
- 10:29Speaker 1: I feel better and more happy. I wait around more
- 10:34Speaker 1: often for him to show up and observe his running.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I could be wrong, but I don't think he wanted
- 10:41Speaker 1: you to do that. Weird that it seems like it
- 10:45Speaker 1: almost triggered you to astral project again. I wonder if
- 10:49Speaker 1: it was because of the cat, or somehow you trying
- 10:53Speaker 1: to protect yourself. I don't know, that was just a
- 10:57Speaker 1: lot of information to kind of process. So, I don't
- 11:03Speaker 1: know what's going on, but it sounds weird. And sometimes
- 11:09Speaker 1: the temperature shifts. and I notice the burning heat sensation
- 11:14Speaker 1: on my body with certain songs or thoughts that comes
- 11:18Speaker 1: off as offensive or upsetting whenever I feel uncertain. But
- 11:24Speaker 1: with positive thoughts, I feel cold or goosebumps so suddenly,
- 11:29Speaker 1: even when the room is warm enough already. I think
- 11:34Speaker 1: that could just be you feeling your emotions. I mean,
- 11:38Speaker 1: I could be wrong, but when I get upset or mad,
- 11:41Speaker 1: I get this burning hot feeling all over me. It's
- 11:45Speaker 1: how I know when I need to leave a situation
- 11:48Speaker 1: before I ruin everyone's life. Same with positive emotions. I
- 11:53Speaker 1: get cold chills or goosebumps because my body wants to
- 11:58Speaker 1: burst when I'm really happy. Don't get me wrong. I
- 12:03Speaker 1: know some people use those feelings as confirmation. But there
- 12:07Speaker 1: is usually other things going on with it. You always
- 12:12Speaker 1: have to make sure you're not just feeling your emotions
- 12:15Speaker 1: and keep yourself grounded in that way. And I could
- 12:20Speaker 1: feel this light tactile contact. Those tiny tugs on shirt
- 12:26Speaker 1: short corners. Small taps or shifts on legs, thighs, back,
- 12:32Speaker 1: hair shifting against back at the waist while laying down
- 12:35Speaker 1: or just cool, clean wind across my face at night.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Even when windows tightly closed in a warm room, in
- 12:44Speaker 1: chest tightness, at times when his presence sometimes gets a
- 12:48Speaker 1: bit intense, his presence can be near constant, day and night.
- 12:54Speaker 1: or comes when I think or talk to him mentally. Also,
- 12:59Speaker 1: I can sense when he is around, staring, or when
- 13:03Speaker 1: he is not, and he often responds to mental telepathic talk.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Once pointed with letters or single words during early astro, sense, contact,
- 13:15Speaker 1: not physical, not directed, candles, or just something similar. Okay,
- 13:26Speaker 1: am I the only one that is starting to think
- 13:29Speaker 1: this could just be a spirit guide or something sent
- 13:32Speaker 1: to keep you safe? I know when astral projecting, you
- 13:36Speaker 1: have to really protect yourself, but you didn't mean to
- 13:40Speaker 1: any of the times you did. So, what if this
- 13:45Speaker 1: cat is there to watch over you and protect you?
- 13:49Speaker 1: It really could make sense for everything you've said so far.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I never felt scared of him. I was just curious, amused, calm, nonchalant,
- 14:02Speaker 1: sometimes happy, and very safe that I like him around.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I just ignore him sometimes so he can stare and
- 14:10Speaker 1: observe more often when he's actively running. I just find
- 14:16Speaker 1: it funny, interesting, intriguing, cute, the cat version though, silly,
- 14:21Speaker 1: especially the head peeking, also perceive him at times as innocent, attention-seeking, eager, scared, hopeful, capable,
- 14:32Speaker 1: but high empathy care towards him that can feel emotionally
- 14:37Speaker 1: overwhelming in positive ways. And yes, I stayed in mutual boundaries,
- 14:43Speaker 1: as keep my boundaries and keep your boundaries, just because
- 14:48Speaker 1: I didn't want to feel watched all the time. and
- 14:52Speaker 1: I could sense him understand and release hold at times
- 14:56Speaker 1: of vulnerabilities. Also, frequent astral projections make it easier for
- 15:02Speaker 1: vivid dreams. They feel communicative, telepathic, and I often remember
- 15:09Speaker 1: them clearly or just writing them down before I forget them.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I haven't had any nightmares, nor have I ever been
- 15:17Speaker 1: scared or any negative feelings. which make me see him
- 15:21Speaker 1: as more of a roommate. It's quite funny. I often
- 15:26Speaker 1: feel myself floating or soul-dragging feelings linked to the projections
- 15:31Speaker 1: almost regularly. Yeah, I'm more and more certain that this
- 15:37Speaker 1: cat is there to keep watch over you and to
- 15:40Speaker 1: keep you safe, especially when you accidentally astral project. Named
- 15:47Speaker 1: him Skyler. And he's really funny, but I don't see
- 15:52Speaker 1: how I should be worrying about his physical form or
- 15:56Speaker 1: wondering if he's just a shadow when I often catch
- 16:00Speaker 1: him lifting my mobile phone right behind my back when
- 16:04Speaker 1: I'm literally sleeping or just in the middle of some
- 16:08Speaker 1: random astral projections. Whenever I jolt awake, he just drops
- 16:14Speaker 1: the phone. It hits directly across my back. and he
- 16:19Speaker 1: just disappears. I find him near my closet trying to
- 16:24Speaker 1: open the door or something. I'm not sure, but I
- 16:29Speaker 1: saw and heard the door of my closet being closed
- 16:32Speaker 1: with a sudden bang, sometimes just a deliberate shift of
- 16:37Speaker 1: the bed in my guest room as if someone's on
- 16:40Speaker 1: top of the mattress. It's cool to have a spiritual friend,
- 16:46Speaker 1: At least I'm very healthy, aware, and read a lot.
- 16:51Speaker 1: He's just here going through his day and being a
- 16:54Speaker 1: trickster at times. Completely harmless, but he's a little scared
- 17:00Speaker 1: to show up directly, face to face. He often runs
- 17:05Speaker 1: more than ten times in a row whenever I look
- 17:08Speaker 1: at the window. And yep, I think few of the
- 17:12Speaker 1: good type, when it comes to shadow people, Or just
- 17:16Speaker 1: different ways of saying dark figures darker than any shadows.
- 17:22Speaker 1: That's a bit too sneaky or hideous. I'm so confused.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Do you like the shadow cat or not? I get
- 17:33Speaker 1: the feeling English might not be your first language. But
- 17:36Speaker 1: I can't tell. It's fine if it isn't. I'm not
- 17:40Speaker 1: saying anything bad about it. It's just some things like
- 17:44Speaker 1: calling it sneaky and hideous. feel kind of out of nowhere.
- 17:48Speaker 1: It seems like you like this cat, but now it's hideous? Why? How?
- 17:53Speaker 1: I just don't understand. At least if it was just
- 17:59Speaker 1: a mistranslation, it would make a lot more sense in
- 18:03Speaker 1: my mind, but this also could just be a dyslexic
- 18:06Speaker 1: panic on my part. Because it is also making me
- 18:11Speaker 1: feel like I'm misreading something or not understanding something. It's
- 18:18Speaker 1: basically hurting my brain and I feel bad. Especially if
- 18:22Speaker 1: it is just me. But may possible with physical contacts though.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I'll find out later. Can't say he's
- 18:34Speaker 1: entirely immune to this reality when my mom often says
- 18:39Speaker 1: what she feels about the unusual wind or sounds. Yeah,
- 18:44Speaker 1: I'd say if anyone's going to get a friendly spiritual
- 18:47Speaker 1: companion around you, just trust what they make you feel.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Negative or just safe calm. If it's fear, dread, it's
- 18:58Speaker 1: just negative. Be careful, though. You can't trust negative things
- 19:04Speaker 1: or uncertainties. I'm just sharing this to know your thoughts
- 19:08Speaker 1: or experiences. Thank you for reading. Okay, I still can't
- 19:16Speaker 1: tell if you trust this shadow being or not. It
- 19:20Speaker 1: kind of seems like you do, and that you like it.
- 19:25Speaker 1: But then again, it seems like you don't at the
- 19:28Speaker 1: same time. Please tell me I'm not the only one
- 19:32Speaker 1: that feels this way. Please tell me I'm also not
- 19:36Speaker 1: the only one confused by this story. What I can
- 19:41Speaker 1: tell about this being is that it seems to have
- 19:43Speaker 1: been called to you or sent to you to watch
- 19:48Speaker 1: over you and protect you. You don't seem to have
- 19:51Speaker 1: any control over the astral projections, so you probably don't
- 19:55Speaker 1: know how to keep yourself protected or safe while doing it.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So I could see your guides deciding to help with
- 20:02Speaker 1: that by coming down themselves or sending someone. It could
- 20:08Speaker 1: make sense why, from what I can tell, you trust
- 20:11Speaker 1: this spirit feline and seem to feel at peace when
- 20:15Speaker 1: it's around. Unless I'm wrong, because I can't fully tell
- 20:20Speaker 1: if you feel good or negative vibes about it. One
- 20:24Speaker 1: thing I do believe in that you said is that
- 20:28Speaker 1: you should trust your gut when it comes to things
- 20:31Speaker 1: like this. If it feels bad to you, Do what
- 20:35Speaker 1: you can to get it away from you or protect yourself.
- 20:39Speaker 1: But if it feels good, don't be scared of it.
- 20:42Speaker 1: That being whatever it might be, it's probably there to
- 20:47Speaker 1: help you out in one way or another. Also, while
- 20:51Speaker 1: this person is astral projecting without meaning to, If you
- 20:55Speaker 1: decide you want to do it on purpose, please make
- 20:59Speaker 1: sure you do your research first. I've heard scary things
- 21:03Speaker 1: from people that have done it, especially those that didn't
- 21:08Speaker 1: do the research on how to protect yourself first. Also, also,
- 21:14Speaker 1: if you have a little voice in your head telling
- 21:16Speaker 1: you not to try it at all, listen to it.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I've been wanting to do it since I learned about it,
- 21:24Speaker 1: And every time I get the urge to, I hear
- 21:28Speaker 1: a very stern no. My guides have never really explained it,
- 21:35Speaker 1: but I get the feeling it's to protect me. So please,
- 21:39Speaker 1: listen to that little voice in your head. It might
- 21:42Speaker 1: be keeping you safe. Even if you don't understand it
- 21:45Speaker 1: right now. Sometimes you just gotta trust your guides. I
- 21:51Speaker 1: also feel like they wanted me to give you that PSA.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Probably to help another person out that might be stubborn
- 21:59Speaker 1: and have that ADHD burst of confidence, like me from
- 22:03Speaker 1: time to time. Alright, let's move on to our next story.
- 22:07Speaker 1: It's called The Hat Man, My Story. You know I
- 22:14Speaker 1: couldn't do a Shadow People episode without finding a story
- 22:17Speaker 1: about this guy. This happened about two years ago. I
- 22:24Speaker 1: had just moved into the city, about an hour and
- 22:28Speaker 1: a half away to a small town for a job.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I had moved into a little apartment complex. This was
- 22:37Speaker 1: my first place all by myself. I had been living
- 22:41Speaker 1: in the apartment for about three to four months before
- 22:44Speaker 1: I had a dream with the hat man. I've never
- 22:49Speaker 1: dreamt about him before that I can remember. and didn't
- 22:53Speaker 1: even know that he was called that until today. But
- 22:58Speaker 1: I know for a fact that is who visited me.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I know people usually think of him when talking about
- 23:07Speaker 1: sleep paralysis, but he actually can show up in other
- 23:11Speaker 1: ways as well. So I'm not surprised at all. You
- 23:15Speaker 1: might have come in contact with him in a dream. Hell,
- 23:20Speaker 1: if nothing else, you are sleeping, so I guess it's
- 23:23Speaker 1: close enough to sleep paralysis anyways. I was asleep in
- 23:29Speaker 1: my apartment. It had been around 2 or 3 in
- 23:32Speaker 1: the morning. I opened my eyes, or so I thought,
- 23:37Speaker 1: and was facing away from my door entrance, staring at
- 23:40Speaker 1: a wall. I had heard my silverware rattling, like someone
- 23:47Speaker 1: was angrily looking for a fork or a spoon. I
- 23:51Speaker 1: thought to myself, someone is in my apartment. I had
- 23:56Speaker 1: a gun under my pillow. That seems like a horrible
- 24:00Speaker 1: place to put a gun. Why not just have it
- 24:02Speaker 1: in a nightstand or something? It's not like you have
- 24:06Speaker 1: kids to worry about. I instinctively grabbed it, and held it.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I heard the footsteps approach my bedroom. I was frozen
- 24:17Speaker 1: in my bed. Couldn't turn around and see the intruder.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I see out of the corner of my eye a tall,
- 24:26Speaker 1: dark figure wearing a black brimmed hat. Couldn't make any
- 24:31Speaker 1: other details out. His presence told me He wasn't a
- 24:36Speaker 1: normal intruder. He slowly walked over to my bedroom window. Then,
- 24:43Speaker 1: without warning, he was right next to me, his face
- 24:47Speaker 1: hovering over my ear. My heart would have come out
- 24:53Speaker 1: of my ass, and I know that for a fact,
- 24:58Speaker 1: since I've also come face to face with him before. Then,
- 25:02Speaker 1: just as quickly as it happened, I opened my eyes
- 25:06Speaker 1: and realized I was dreaming, and his presence was gone
- 25:10Speaker 1: from my apartment. This is the most terrified I've ever
- 25:16Speaker 1: been from a dream. If it was a dream, I'm
- 25:21Speaker 1: still not sure. I'd like to hear other stories about
- 25:25Speaker 1: y'all's experience with evil entities. Don't think that was a dream.
- 25:33Speaker 1: I think you might have come face to face with
- 25:36Speaker 1: a hot man in real life. And I think your
- 25:39Speaker 1: brain was trying to help process it and protect you
- 25:42Speaker 1: by making you think you were asleep the whole time.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Because this kind of sounds like how my encounter with
- 25:49Speaker 1: him went. Except I was standing in a hall when
- 25:53Speaker 1: he came at me and attacked me. It was like
- 25:56Speaker 1: I almost came to when pushed up against the wall.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I don't remember anything between him lunging at me and
- 26:03Speaker 1: being on that wall. I must have closed my eyes,
- 26:08Speaker 1: waiting for the impact that never came. That I felt anyways.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Then I opened my eyes. If I wasn't standing in
- 26:19Speaker 1: the hall, wide awake when this all happened, I'd probably
- 26:23Speaker 1: think I was dreaming too. So if it makes you
- 26:25Speaker 1: feel better, keep thinking it's a dream. But just know,
- 26:30Speaker 1: this sounds kind of familiar to me, unfortunately. On that
- 26:35Speaker 1: optimistic note, let's move on to the next. The wife
- 26:40Speaker 1: brought up a shadow today. I've been seeing it in
- 26:43Speaker 1: our home for the last two weeks. This used to
- 26:48Speaker 1: be a normal occurrence when I was a child, from
- 26:51Speaker 1: around three to six years old. I would see the
- 26:55Speaker 1: shadow man with a hat roaming the bathroom across from
- 26:59Speaker 1: my bedroom, past my parents' room. Oh shit, I didn't
- 27:04Speaker 1: realize this one was about the hat man too. The
- 27:08Speaker 1: funny thing is, my father reminded me of this shadow
- 27:12Speaker 1: man just over four weeks ago. He asked if I
- 27:16Speaker 1: remember bringing it up as a kid. I did, of course.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Fast forward to today. And I've been seeing him again.
- 27:26Speaker 1: It doesn't bother me. I catch shadows here and there,
- 27:31Speaker 1: out of the side of my eye, just outside of
- 27:34Speaker 1: my peripheral vision. But this time, it's different. It purposely
- 27:42Speaker 1: stands in places I always know it's going to be.
- 27:47Speaker 1: It also takes a lot longer to move than it
- 27:51Speaker 1: did before. Still, I'm not bothered. Honestly, after seeing stuff
- 27:58Speaker 1: like this as a kid, it just doesn't surprise me
- 28:02Speaker 1: anymore when it happens as an adult. Here's where things
- 28:07Speaker 1: got weird. My wife and I were out walking around
- 28:11Speaker 1: at a store, just making small talk, and she brought
- 28:15Speaker 1: up a shadow she said was following her. It didn't
- 28:19Speaker 1: say anything. I wanted her to keep going. Then she
- 28:23Speaker 1: said it wears a hat and a suit. I told
- 28:29Speaker 1: her not to be afraid. These things can't hurt us.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Speak for yourself, he attacked my ass. If anything, I
- 28:40Speaker 1: believe we can hurt them in ways I just don't understand.
- 28:45Speaker 1: A few common ideas seem to hold a certain sense
- 28:49Speaker 1: of maybe. They can't be seen. They don't want to
- 28:54Speaker 1: be seen. He definitely doesn't like when you look at him.
- 28:59Speaker 1: It pisses him off. They can't harm us, only scare us. Again,
- 29:06Speaker 1: he pushed me against the wall. I don't know about that.
- 29:12Speaker 1: They might fear us, probably for some divine reason. I
- 29:18Speaker 1: don't think he feared me. I think he got off
- 29:20Speaker 1: on scaring me. They seem to be waiting, always just
- 29:26Speaker 1: waiting for something to happen. If that's true, then he
- 29:32Speaker 1: was just waiting on me to be stupid and look
- 29:34Speaker 1: at him, but I don't think that's the cause. Because
- 29:39Speaker 1: he went out of his way to mess with me
- 29:42Speaker 1: and scare me. Maybe they feed off our negative energy.
- 29:49Speaker 1: If such a thing even exists. Anyways, I'm left frustrated.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Frustrated because no one wants to accept this as truth.
- 29:59Speaker 1: only as something paranormal. Whatever it is, it might not
- 30:04Speaker 1: even be a spirit, but rather something we just don't
- 30:07Speaker 1: understand yet. Now, I can get behind him feeding off
- 30:13Speaker 1: negative energy. He seemed to be targeting me and only
- 30:17Speaker 1: messing with me. And guess who was the biggest scaredy
- 30:21Speaker 1: cat as a child? I was scared of anything paranormal
- 30:26Speaker 1: or like that. It wasn't hard to scare me, so
- 30:32Speaker 1: I know I was a perfect target, but that might
- 30:36Speaker 1: not be the only reason it targeted me. Fear isn't
- 30:40Speaker 1: the only negative emotion it could have been feeding off of.
- 30:46Speaker 1: But I'm not going to get into all that. And
- 30:50Speaker 1: if this guy is seeing shadow people, and his wife
- 30:54Speaker 1: is too, they should probably be careful. Because you just
- 30:59Speaker 1: never know what you're getting into. And you should probably
- 31:03Speaker 1: not trust that they're not going to hurt you. Because
- 31:06Speaker 1: they can. And trust me, it's not fun when they
- 31:11Speaker 1: do it. So maybe just leave the shadow people alone.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Alright guys, I think I'm done reliving my trauma. We've
- 31:22Speaker 1: also run out of time for this week's coven meeting.
- 31:26Speaker 1: I hope you enjoyed, and I hope you're having a fun,
- 31:30Speaker 1: spooky second week of October. Be sure to go talk
- 31:35Speaker 1: to some spirits while the veil is thinning. Maybe go
- 31:39Speaker 1: find some monsters at a haunted trail. I miss doing those,
- 31:42Speaker 1: both working at one and going through them. So maybe
- 31:48Speaker 1: go have some fun at a haunted house. Real or not,
- 31:52Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. It is Halloween after all. Go be
- 31:56Speaker 1: the spooky bitches you are. Oh, but before you go,
- 32:01Speaker 1: if you are enjoying the podcast, please rate and review
- 32:05Speaker 1: wherever you're listening, or like and subscribe if you're on YouTube.
- 32:11Speaker 1: All those things really help get the word out about
- 32:14Speaker 1: the coven, as well as sharing the podcast with everyone
- 32:18Speaker 1: you know, whether they believe or not. I don't care.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I grew up around skeptics and still live with some.
- 32:27Speaker 1: I know what I've seen and felt, and you should
- 32:30Speaker 1: trust in what you've experienced as well. Who knows, maybe
- 32:35Speaker 1: we can make them believers one day. Oh, and speaking
- 32:40Speaker 1: of experiences, if you have a story you'd like to
- 32:43Speaker 1: hear on the podcast, send me an email. Tell me
- 32:47Speaker 1: all about it at PinkyBooHauntings at gmail. The email will
- 32:51Speaker 1: also be in the show notes and the description below. But,
- 32:55Speaker 1: for now, the coven is adjourned. See you next time. Bye.
