- 0:00SPEAKER_00: If one of the major patterns that was going on in your house growing up was fear or lack and scarcity around money, or always feeling like you are bracing to be criticized or told why you're wrong, that can also be a pattern that you recreate in your business.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't have to be a relationship, although they're really easy places to see it because it'll really be in your face, but it'll also be in your face in your business.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: You might not realize it until I point it out to you.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: But it is.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: So like the way that that could show up in your business is that every time you have a client reach out, you automatically brace of like, oh my gosh, what are they gonna say?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: What if they're mad at me?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Or what if they're gonna tell me they don't want to work with me anymore?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: So you're like looking at the entire business through the lens of fear that you're gonna be told that you're doing something wrong.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So this week I'm going to be really just going deep, riffing on the metamorphosis.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: And the reason why is well, just because I love the metamorphosis and it's literally the best thing in the world, and I think so important.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: And I'll explain why, but also because next week, starting the 18th, and just going from Monday to Friday, I'm going to be running the biggest sale that I've ever had on the Metamorphosis.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: It's called the Metamorphosis Season of Change sale.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: And it is really to give as many people as possible an opportunity to have access to this work because I just see the incredible results and transformation that all of the women who've been going through it have been having, not only lately, but since I launched it, which is now this spring, it will be five years ago.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I wanted to give people the opportunity to say yes to themselves and um start in the new year with creating completely different ways of operating in the world and to be able to permanently shift long-standing patterns.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: And that's what I feel very passionately about.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to talk about this today.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: So I'm recording this at 710 a.m.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I just got my kids on the bus.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: And sometimes I have the most energy and inspiration at this time.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: It's really interesting.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So I'm just like riding that wave.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: So like join me in the 7 a.m.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: vibes.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Before I dive into the metamorphosis, I just want to announce really quickly that Dissolve Your Abandonment Wound is also starting next week on the 18th.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: And that is a Telegram broadcast.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: So how that works is you will come in to the Telegram chat either Sunday evening or Monday morning.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: You'll receive the link to the chat, you'll join the chat.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: And then every day I'm going to be coming in with the teachings and the processes and the tools to help you create a permanent shift in the way your abandonment wound shows up in your life.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: So it's really interesting because, you know, when I first started running the Metamorphosis and I first started working with clients around dissolving their trauma, I didn't realize that most people do have some sort of abandonment wound, right?
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: I initially saw the abandonment wound through the lens of, you know, if you had a parent who left you, who physically left you, or, you know, you had parents who really weren't around, maybe they were traveling a lot, or, you know, you were raised by other people.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: And even in my work as a school counselor, I worked with so many kids who had very traumatic kind of situations in their family lives and at home.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: And the population I worked with was mostly from Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: A lot of what I saw in my work was children who one parent lived in the US, the other parent lived in Puerto Rico or DR.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And, you know, their way of thinking is like, oh, there's so much better opportunities for my kid in the US.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to send my kid to the US, thinking that that was the best thing to do for them.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying it wasn't, but what would happen is the kid would have like severe issues that would usually show up behaviorally.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And once I would start digging in, I would find out that mom still lives in Puerto Rico, and this six-year-old was sent to live with dad and his new girlfriend in Philly.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: So as much as I get the intention behind it, and I'm not knocking it because I think it's a thing.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: I've even seen that with clients that I work with now who grew up in another country, and then, you know, their parent came here first for a year and then sent for them.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: That kind of thing happens a lot.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: And it's with the best of intentions, right?
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: But it creates a huge void in the child.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: And it really impacts their sense of self.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: It really impacts their sense of self-confidence.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: It really impacts the way that they interact with the world and relate to themselves and the world because your relationships with your parents, especially your mother, I'm going on a little of a tangent here, but it's all in service to the greater outcome.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Your relationship with your mother really lays the blueprint for how you relate to yourself, the world, and also how you perceive relationships in general.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: I'll go more into this in a minute.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: If there is a break in that relationship, meaning that you were separated from her for a certain amount of time or she wasn't available to you in some way, that will have a very significant impact on the way that you show up in relationships to your detriment, usually, right?
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Because you will basically go into each relationship assuming that you're going to be left or you're going to be abandoned, or assuming that you will need to prove that you are good enough to not be abandoned or to not be left.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: So you will be seeing everything through that lens, right?
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: And initially, as I came into this work that I'm doing now through the metamorphosis, I saw the abandonment wound through more of that lens, right?
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Based on my work as a mental health professional working with children, that is a lot of what I saw.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: But now that I've worked with more and more adults over the years, and you know, I have that lens as well.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: What I see is that most people have some kind of abandonment wound, whether it stems from someone physically being there or not being there, or more of like an emotional abandonment, right?
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: So the way that I see this wounding is you not having somebody that was like capable of being present with you and attuning to your needs.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: And this can be very confusing for people because I have even come up against my own confusion in my own process with this.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Because if I look at my life objectively, right, if that's possible, but my mom is an incredible woman, very kind, very generous, will like bend over backwards for anybody.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Like she literally now in her retirement spends her time like feeding the homeless and volunteering at all these various places to like do good things.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Like she's a great person.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: However, she was also not capable of being there for me in a lot of ways.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: And because of her neurosis and overwhelming anxiety and fear, I did not feel safe really getting any sort of support from her or sharing my emotions with her in any capacity.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Because usually what would happen is I would say, Hey, I'm worried about this, I'm afraid of this, I'm upset about this.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: And then it would immediately turn into her, her freaking out or her having some kind of emotional reaction.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: And then it would turn into like me feeling responsible for her instead of me getting support.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: And that is kind of like the blueprint that has created my relationships.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: And and I always talk about this, like the ironic thing is it's also what made me really good at what I do.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: But it has been a huge learning point for me of having to understand what it means to feel safe receiving emotional support in a relationship because that was a void that I never got filled growing up.
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: To bring it back to the abandonment wound, that is a place where I felt abandoned and alone emotionally, right?
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: But that is like a very deep nuance that you wouldn't necessarily be aware of just in life.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: Like I said, my mom, she absolutely loved me so much and did everything she could.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: It's just that there were certain things that I needed that she wasn't capable of.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And those are the places where a lot of women will have an abandonment wound, right?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: So this is why I'm doing this training on Monday, is to dive specifically into this topic and then teach you my process to heal this, right?
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: To reconcile it through the lens of like how I do my healing process, but we're doing it through the lens of the abandonment wound.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: So if you want to learn some tools to create a permanent shift quickly and also understand how to navigate this type of thing moving forward, then you should definitely come in.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: It's only$97.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: I guarantee you, if you come in and you do the work, you will experience a shift.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: So that's coming up next week.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: And then some other ways that the abandonment wound might show up that you might not realize.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: And I've talked about this a bunch, but I'm just gonna quickly list some of these.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: The fear of being seen, that's definitely a place that the abandonment wound can show up because the fear of being seen is ultimately fear of rejection.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: And fear of rejection is ultimately the fear of abandonment.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: So that's usually what's lying underneath that.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: So if it's hard for you to put yourself out there, like if you want to start a business, or even just making a change in your life that values you or that is gonna require you to show up in a different way than how people normally see you.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: If that feels challenging for you or sticky for you, that's most likely the abandonment wound coming up.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: So that is something that you can create a shift around using these tools.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: And I've helped a lot of women do that, by the way.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: It's something that comes up for almost everybody through this process.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: You can create a significant shift.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: And then other ways it can show up is patterns of people pleasing, patterns of not being able to say no, or not being able to access what it is that you want and desire in general.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: You know, I think for a lot of women, I see that it's hard for them to even access what it is that they want or desire because they're so used to making it about everybody else and tending to everyone else's needs that they've kind of shut down this part of themselves that has like needs and desires, or it's something that's kind of like a slow drip instead of a faucet and just having trouble valuing those things, right?
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Even if you do know what it is that you want, it's like the ability to value it and put it first can be really challenging.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Like I always tell the story of how when I first started my business, this idea of me just like saying to Matt, I have a call at this time.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: So like I need you to be with the kids.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And you know, my kids were a lot younger then, so more planning was required.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And it was during COVID in the beginning too.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: So like everybody was home.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: But just being able to say to him, I have this at this time, or I need to be doing this for my business at this time, that was challenging for me in the beginning because I didn't think that me or like what I was doing was valuable enough to say this is the priority right now, and I need everyone else to hold this as a priority too.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: That was a learning curve for me, right?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: So, even stuff like that is a result of the abandonment wound because being able to stand up and say, like, I'm important is scary when the abandonment wound is lying underneath the surface, because the idea that you would stand up and say that, and then the people around you would shoot you down or say, like, no, actually you're not important, or actually that's not important.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: The idea of that is so scary when the abandonment wound is like running the show underneath the surface that it makes it impossible to do things like that, right?
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: So that is other ways that it can show up as well.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: We'll link it below.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: Make sure you join me on the 18th.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited about it.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: I love these Telegram broadcasts.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: They're so fun and people get so much out of them, and we move so quickly.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: And there's gonna be a QA at the end, by the way.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: The last day I'm gonna open it up for questions.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: You'll have an opportunity to ask me how to apply it to your specific situation or circumstances.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: And of course, you guys, like all of this stuff that I'm saying is related to the metamorphosis, because the metamorphosis is where we go really deep into disentangling how all of this happened in the first place, right?
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: And I always tell the story of when I first started the metamorphosis, I actually didn't know how powerful this program was until I started watching people go through it.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: When I first started it, I thought I was just creating tools to help people with breath work.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: And, you know, just to kind of give you guys a little bit of a background.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: So when I started my journey with breath work at age 19, I immediately started going really deep into becoming a breath worker.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: And all of the trainings that I did were based around the teachings of Sandra Ray.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: And you can go look her up.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: She is an author and a breath worker and a teacher.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: She's probably in her 80s now, but she looks amazing, very radiant.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: And she created this training called the Loving Relationships Training.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: And if you go and read that book, Loving Relationships, and that's actually like a recommended reading in my certification.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: When you read that book, you'll be like, oh yeah, this is where Elise started.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: Because it was.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: That was like the foundation of a lot of the work that I do now.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Between that, the breath work training, and then my experience as a school counselor, those are kind of like the three main components that have informed the metamorphosis and all of the work that I've created today around trauma.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: I had really gone deep into that program and learning about the way that each of your relationships impacts the way that you're showing up in your reality now.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: And like in that training, they go through what they call like the 10 relationship patterns and they talk about how your relationships with your parents create these relationship patterns that you then play out with your spouse and other people in your life, right?
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: So the ideas are very similar to my work, although like I've kind of taken it and built on it, put my own spin on it, and made it more focused through a trauma lens.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: But that's been foundational to my work.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: So the reason why I'm sharing that is because when I created the metamorphosis, that was like one of the things that was really informing it.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: But again, I thought that it was just gonna be more focused towards these are the things that come up when you do the breath work.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: So I'm giving you the tools to move through them when you're doing the breath work, right?
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Which is the four major types of trauma that we go through in the metamorphosis, which is your birth story, your mother wound, the father wound, and the sibling wound.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: So that's where I started.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: And then as people started going through it, I started to see that they were healing major childhood, relational, family, and ancestral trauma.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: And, you know, one of the first women I had go through it healed some major ancestral trauma and like was able to access it through something that was going on in her relationship with her husband.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: So basically, what was going on is she was having a lot of challenges in her relationship with her husband.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: Like when she came to me, she was like, I have this tremendous amount of anger towards my husband, and I don't know why.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: She's like, he's such a great guy.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: We have a great relationship, but for some reason, everything he does just enrages me.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: And I can't remember the exact story, but however it went, as she started to go through the tools and the metamorphosis, what she uncovered is this story of what happened in her lineage, where her mom came to the US from, I can't remember if it was like Vietnam or it was like an Asian country.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: And she came over, and there was a lot of stuff that happened that was traumatic while this woman was in her mother's womb that then was impacting the way that she was showing up with her husband.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: And we were able to clear and shift all of that through the program.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: And then she started having a completely different relationship with her husband.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: Like I remember she came in and she was like, oh my God, it's like we're in high school again.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: I feel like he's my high school sweetheart.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: And this is what I really feel so passionately about helping you navigate, is when you come up against the same relationship challenges, right?
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: It is pretty much the whole paradigm of most ways of looking at it, is that we're going to address your relationship.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: So if you come to me and you say, like, I keep having the same argument with my husband, most people will address it through the lens of, okay, let's talk about how you're gonna handle this with your husband, how you're gonna show up differently, how you're gonna talk to him, or what is the solution here.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: And I don't believe in that at all.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: Um, not that I don't believe in it at all, but I'm never going to talk to you about your relationship with your husband very much.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: I'll get the information that I need regarding what is happening for you, but then we're gonna immediately relate it back to your relationships with your parents and how.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Whatever dynamic created the most wounding for you, how you're recreating that now in that relationship.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: And I just want to be clear, it doesn't have to be a romantic relationship.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: This can also be in your business, right?
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: So for example, if one of the major patterns that was going on in your house growing up was fear or lack and scarcity around money or always feeling like you are bracing to be criticized or told why you're wrong, that can also be a pattern that you recreate in your business.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't have to be a relationship, although they're really easy places to see it because it'll really be in your face.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: But it'll also be in your face in your business.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: You might not realize it until I point it out to you.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: But it is.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: So like the way that that could show up in your business is that every time you have a client reach out, you automatically brace of like, oh my gosh, what are they gonna say?
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: What if they're mad at me?
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Or what if they're gonna tell me they don't want to work with me anymore?
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: So you're like looking at the entire business through the lens of fear that you're gonna be told that you're doing something wrong, as an example.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: So typically, whatever that main energy was that was in your house growing up, you will recreate that in your business as well as your relationships, right?
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: So that's why in the metamorphosis, we go through and untangle all of those four major types of trauma, because usually those will be informing whatever patterns you keep recreating in your life that you can't seem to move out of, right?
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Whether it's your money story or your relationships, or just like not being able to move forward in your business, all of that stuff is starts to be recreated by one of those four things or a mixture of all of them together.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: So that's why we go through those four major traumas.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: And then the cool thing too is I've now added my inner child healing process, which that is something that I've just come up with in the last six months that expedites this process so much more simply and quickly.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm so excited and proud of it.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: So that process teaches you how to recognize when your old patterns from childhood are being triggered inside of any situation, whether it's your business, a client, relationships, your job, your money, whatever it is, you learn how to recognize when you are in the pattern.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: And then you have a very simple and effective process to shift out of it.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: I think I told you guys I made a flow chart where you literally just input your information.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: And then whenever you get triggered, you just follow the steps.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: So I've made it so simple to shift your energy when you're in these patterns so that your life starts to look very different and you learn how to show up as your most present and powerful self inside of every situation, every relationship, and every circumstance in your life.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: That is now a part of the metamorphosis.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: The reason why we go through these four major traumas, and I just want to like hit on this really quickly.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: First of all, the birth story is something that a lot of people don't talk about.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: And I think it can be a little bit elusive just because it's not something that is gonna be in your conscious awareness, right?
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: It is something that you are not really going to have access to.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: But the cool thing is you do.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: And most people, I always tell them like, you don't even have to go ask your mom or anybody.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: And if you, you know, your parents are not around or they're passed away or whatever.
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter because everything you need to know about your birth story that needs to be shifted is in your subconscious.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: So you really don't need to do like a research project or anything.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: In fact, sometimes I don't even recommend it because a lot of times your mom or anyone you talk to is probably gonna have a completely different story than like what your experience was.
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: And sometimes there's things that you can find out that maybe were impactful, right?
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Like maybe you didn't know that you had the cord around your neck, or maybe you didn't know that you were, there was a chance that something was gonna go wrong.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: Maybe you didn't know that.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: And those type of things are important to know.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: So I'm not saying you never need to ask, but what I will say is that usually everything you need to know is there in your subconscious.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: And when you use the tools in the birth story module, you will access the subconscious and everything you need to know.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: So when I say birth story, just to be clear, I'm talking about the circumstances surrounding your birth from conception to three months old.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: The whole time you were developing in the womb, like what was going on, and then the three months from when you were born, and what was your mom's emotional state, what was the state of the world, what were your parents going through at that time, and any other like relevant information around what was happening at that time, and then also what you interpreted as what was happening during that time.
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: So even though you might not have conscious memory of it, when we are developing in the womb, we are sentient beings.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: Like we feel every single thing that's going on.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: You absorb every single thing that your mom was feeling.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: And if you're pregnant or wanting to be pregnant, don't be afraid of this either.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: Like it's also fine.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: Like when I was pregnant with my son, we had a fire at our house and it was very devastating and he's fine.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: But like I just say it for your purposes because there's a lot of times something in there that is creating a lens through which you're seeing the world that you just might not be aware of, right?
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: Like for me, I always tell the story of like how my parents were on like this huge teacher strike when my mom was pregnant with me.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: And there was a lot of fear and scarcity around money and just like being stable in general.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: And that is a huge pattern of energy that I was literally made from that I have had to shift because that was the energy that I attuned to as a young child developing in the womb and you know, when I was born.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: So these are really important things to be aware of because they will create a pattern of energy that you run and a lens through which you see the world that you really wouldn't be aware of that you do.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: It's like fish in the ocean, like they don't know that there's water because it's just is where they live.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: That's how the birth story is.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: Until you're aware of it using these tools, it's like air to you.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Like you don't realize it's there, it's just part of your operating system.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: So that's why it's so important to disentangle that piece because it really will create a huge shift in your perspective and give you a really powerful roadmap to navigate how to start looking at things differently and operating differently on a very fundamental level.
- 29:55SPEAKER_00: That's the birth story.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: And then obviously, mother wound and father wound, we kind of know you guys have heard me talk so much about the mother wound.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: I think that that is a very important ongoing piece to be looking at because, like I said, it will create the foundation and the blueprint for how you relate in general and how you see relationships.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: And not only just relationships with other people, but just relationships with anything, like your business, your career, yourself, your money, anything.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: So that's why it's so important to understand the fundamental way that your view of relationships was shaped so that whatever is happening there that is not serving you or stopping you from moving forward, we shift.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: And that's why so many people will have like these huge shifts, because we restructure the fundamental way that you're operating that is creating the blockages or the challenges or the slow growth.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's so important to do this, because we are literally getting to the core wound, as I call it, or the reason why these challenges are happening in the first place, right?
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: And I think that is one of the fundamental things about this work that makes it different than anything else, is like we are bypassing any kind of behavior changes or addressing symptoms and going right to the source of why this thing is happening in the first place and reconciling it.
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: And you learn very powerfully how to do that inside of this program.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: I talk to women who worked with me like three or four years ago who are like, I still use the tools in the metamorphosis all the time.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: Like when I go into the back end of Teachable and look, almost everyone logs in, even people who have not been with me for a while because that's how powerful these tools are.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: You'll use them for the rest of your life.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: And people always say that to me.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: Like, I still do the breath work, I still go back and listen to the videos and do the journaling because it creates such a shift.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: And it also just kind of like reminds you how to navigate these things in life that you think are about the situation or circumstance, or you think it's about this person, but it literally has nothing to do with that.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: It's simply an invitation for you to heal and reconcile something from childhood on a deeper level.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: So that's what this is all about.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: And it gives you this set of tools to help you navigate these things for the rest of your life.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: So that's why this is so incredibly valuable.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: And of course, you know, when you're in the program, you will get access to me daily.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: So I really love how I'm doing the metamorphosis now.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: I've played around with so many different structural ways of doing it, but doing it in this way now, where we have two months together and you can talk to me Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in Telegram, you have access to me.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: And I have to say, this last round of the metamorphosis was oh my God, I'm gonna cry just like thinking about it because everybody was like so active in sharing and supporting each other and like bringing forward really powerful, amazing questions that I got to answer on a daily basis, and everybody benefited so much.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: So having that daily access is so important.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: And that to me is like one of the most important things when you're doing this deeper work.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: When I look at the traditional therapy model, I'm like, how is that helpful to literally talk to somebody once a week?
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm sorry, I need help when I am triggered.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: Like I need help when the thing is happening.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: If I wait a week to see you, like it's gonna go away and I'm not even gonna be able to powerfully address it anymore because it's gone now.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: I either suppressed it or I somehow figured out how to move through it on my own, but I probably didn't address the root cause, which is what you do in the metamorphosis.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: So, what's so powerful about being able to access me every day during the process is that when something comes up, you bring it there.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, here's what's happening, and like really showing you what you think is about this.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: It's actually your inner child that feels this way, and here's how to walk through it.
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: And then you have all of the tools available to you on your phone, on your computer, and you can walk through it with my support.
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: And I really believe that that is the best way to do this work is having that daily support because you want to be able to walk through things and navigate them as they happen and get support with that.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: So that way when it's over, you can do that on your own and you have the ability to see what's going on on your own and you don't like spin out about things because you're like, okay, I know what's happening here and I have the tools to navigate it and I'm gonna walk myself through it.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: So that's the end goal is really being able to use those tools on your own and get really good at being able to walk through your own process so that you're able to move forward in a really powerful way.
- 35:39SPEAKER_00: And the places that you felt stuck before, you don't anymore because you just have the clarity and the confidence to take action in ways that you just hadn't before.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: And that's what I see with so many of the women who have gone through it is that piece around being able to move forward much more powerfully with a lot more clarity, with a lot more confidence and with a lot more momentum.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: Especially women who are in this place where you want to start a business or you have one, but you're kind of like have this one foot in, one foot out kind of energy.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: Going through this program changes that completely because that one foot in, one foot out kind of stagnant energy, it's all trauma.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: And I think that's a place where people don't realize that that's actually what's happening.
- 36:31SPEAKER_00: They might think it's about timing, or they might think it's about, you know, not being ready, or they might think it's about that they need to learn something else before they do it.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: And it's typically never about any of those things.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: It's just your childhood wounding coming up so that you can reconcile it, so that you can become this new version of yourself that moves forward in this way.
- 36:56SPEAKER_00: And that's really all that it is.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: It's just about having the right tools to move through it.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: And the breath work is a really big piece of that because it gives you access to the subconscious and it moves things in the body.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: So I think that's the most important piece around this whole methodology is being able to address the trauma, the wounding, the blocks, whatever you want to call it, on multiple levels, on all the levels, right?
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: So there is the level of the mind or the intellect that it's creating like the thought patterns, right?
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: And the the beliefs or the ways of thinking that stop you.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: So that's the level of the mind.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: And then there's a level of the body that is like literally recreating these patterns of energy that keep running through the body that make the mind think, oh, I can't do this, or oh, I should wait, or oh, I don't know what decision to make.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: So when you release it from the level of the body, then it's no longer continuing to cycle through the body.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: That pattern of energy is no longer cycling through the body anymore.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: And you have access to the subconscious in a way that you didn't before.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: So anything that is underneath that you weren't aware of, that is informing the way you're operating, will come to the surface in your awareness so that you can change it.
- 38:20SPEAKER_00: So that is a really important piece too.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: And then the energetic work that I teach you, how to work with your own energy and shift your own energy through the inner child healing process and the other energy work techniques that I teach you, show you how to take your power back and shift your own energy so that you don't need to be relying on anyone else to help you shift how you're feeling and how you're operating.
- 38:44SPEAKER_00: You learn how to do that on your own.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: And that's another really important piece to be able to address the energy field or the emotional field because that's another place that patterns lie, that emotions lie.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: So you have to be able to shift that as well.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: So when you can address the mind, the body, and the energy field, then you're shifting things permanently on all levels instead of it just being about the mind or just being about the body, right?
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: We have to address all of that in order to create a permanent change.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: And we have to address the origination point of where it started in order to create a permanent change.
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: And that's what we're doing here.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: This is a really exciting opportunity to come in at a price point that I have never had before.
- 39:29SPEAKER_00: I've never marked it down this much, but I really want to give this window of time to those people who have been thinking about it and know you want to create something different in the new year.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: You know, you want to start operating differently, to shift long-standing patterns, to shift long-standing challenges that you haven't been able to fully shift.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: I want to give you a reason to say yes to that.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: So for next week, Monday to Friday, it's going to be 50% off of the metamorphosis.
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: And it's going to be just for that week.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm letting you guys know now so you can prepare.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: And then that is going to open on Monday.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited for this.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: And then the next live round will start in January.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: It's going to be like mid to end January.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: But once you sign up, you'll get access to the tools immediately.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: So you can start diving in right away.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: And then the calls and the telegram where you're getting the support from me daily will start mid to late January, and you'll be informed of exactly when that's starting.
- 40:38SPEAKER_00: But I'm very excited about this because this program is so close to my heart.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: And the groups that come in are always so powerful, and everyone creates such amazing results.
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: You can read on the website and all the stuff that I'm going to be sharing some of the newer testimonials that I've gotten of the really miraculous changes that the women have made after coming into this program from leaving jobs, starting businesses, bringing new clients in, totally transforming their relationships, getting promotions, regulating their nervous systems, getting ideas of like what is their purpose, what is the next thing they want to do.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: It all starts coming through.
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: And just like really miraculous movement in long-standing stagnant issues with relationships or with family members.
- 41:35SPEAKER_00: Like things just really start to move when you start doing this work.
