- 0:02Speaker 1: Wake your ass up, John Jay and Rich Like, what's
- 0:06Speaker 1: crack a leg?
- 0:07Speaker 2: And this is the big bulls dog snoopy.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Deagle double jigsel dang boom. What you don't do, John,
- 0:13Speaker 3: we're not talking about Rin ten team. We're not talking
- 0:15Speaker 3: about last year if the one and Only Dogs people
- 0:19Speaker 3: double jib in your face to me and in the
- 0:21Speaker 3: place to be and.
- 0:22Speaker 1: You're listening to John Jay and Rich, wake your.
- 0:24Speaker 4: Ass John Jay and Rich. You know we always check
- 0:27Speaker 4: it with Peyton and her newlywed stuff. But Rich, you're
- 0:30Speaker 4: still a newlywed kind of Yeah.
- 0:32Speaker 5: We're still kind of learning things about each other.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Now.
- 0:34Speaker 5: My wife is Stacey has really gotten into cooking at
- 0:37Speaker 5: home where she doesn't want us to go out and
- 0:39Speaker 5: spend money on food. So she makes a lot of
- 0:42Speaker 5: which is great, but she's not the best at cleaning
- 0:45Speaker 5: up things, and she won't really tell me about it.
- 0:47Speaker 5: She just kind of expects me to do the thing
- 0:49Speaker 5: to clean up if she's cooking, and she'll kind of
- 0:52Speaker 5: She doesn't really make things in like one or two pots.
- 0:54Speaker 5: She uses like seventy five pots and they're just all
- 0:57Speaker 5: over the kitchen. So this weekend I did two extra
- 1:01Speaker 5: radio shows in addition to our show here, I hosted
- 1:04Speaker 5: a late night show, so I was kind of a
- 1:07Speaker 5: little bit out of it in Stacey to be nice.
- 1:10Speaker 5: Hired cleaning people to come help for the weekend, help
- 1:13Speaker 5: us catch up with laundry and all that. So I
- 1:17Speaker 5: finished my show on Friday at two am, but I
- 1:20Speaker 5: know the cleaning people are coming at nine am, So
- 1:23Speaker 5: I wake up at eight thirty and I start kind
- 1:25Speaker 5: of patrolling, and I see there's just a ton of
- 1:27Speaker 5: dirty dishes and the sink. So I cleaned them and
- 1:29Speaker 5: I put them in a dishwasher, thus negating the whole
- 1:32Speaker 5: reason for having a cleaning crew in the first place.
- 1:34Speaker 3: They're paying to do that.
- 1:35Speaker 5: But I realized that this is this is how you
- 1:38Speaker 5: have become your parents, because we used to once a
- 1:41Speaker 5: month whenever I lived in Florista and Missouri, my parents
- 1:44Speaker 5: would get a cleaning crew and my mother would clean
- 1:46Speaker 5: up before the cleaning people got there because she didn't
- 1:48Speaker 5: want anybody to think that she was a mess. I
- 1:50Speaker 5: realized I have that too, and then I realized I
- 1:53Speaker 5: also do the same thing that my dad did. Is
- 1:55Speaker 5: after the cleaning crew leaves, I clean up after them
- 1:58Speaker 5: because they didn't do the same job that I would do.
- 2:02Speaker 5: I've got both of my parents OCD cleaning traits, and
- 2:06Speaker 5: I can't shake it. No, I can't not do it
- 2:08Speaker 5: because there's no way that you can say, the cleaning
- 2:11Speaker 5: people are here, are they're coming, Just leave the kitchen a.
- 2:15Speaker 6: Mess because oh yeah, no, you got to pick up.
- 2:17Speaker 5: I mean you see cheese and pots and stuff like that,
- 2:19Speaker 5: and it literally makes me itch yeah. And then when
- 2:21Speaker 5: they leave, it's like, well there's still streaks here, like what.
- 2:25Speaker 7: No, Actually the same because he gets really frustrated when
- 2:30Speaker 7: we have to because the thing is like when you
- 2:32Speaker 7: have the cleaning ladies come, you have to leave the house,
- 2:34Speaker 7: so you kind of have to like make do with
- 2:36Speaker 7: nothing for a couple of hours if you don't have
- 2:37Speaker 7: anything to do. And he's that same exact way, he's like,
- 2:40Speaker 7: I could have done this. I would have rather have
- 2:42Speaker 7: done this and stayed at home.
- 2:43Speaker 3: That's my wife.
- 2:45Speaker 2: My wife. By the way, you clean the room before the.
- 2:48Speaker 6: Clear oh yeah, yeah, before the cleaning. Oh yeah. I
- 2:52Speaker 6: always clean the hotel room before the cleaning, at least,
- 2:54Speaker 6: like put your.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Stuff in one specific spot.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Like I kind of feel like I'm at a hotel
- 2:58Speaker 4: and I almost extra go like holes on the floor.
- 3:02Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:02Speaker 5: She's like, well, the cleaning people are here for that.
- 3:04Speaker 5: That's why the seven times I'm like, no, you want
- 3:07Speaker 5: them to come and be like, these people respect this
- 3:10Speaker 5: nice room that we're in in there making my job easier.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Wait, oh, let me bounce something off you guys.
- 3:16Speaker 3: This just happened.
- 3:17Speaker 2: This just happened.
- 3:18Speaker 4: So if you don't know and you're listening to the show,
- 3:20Speaker 4: I'm in San Diego.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I'm doing the show from San Diego.
- 3:22Speaker 4: The reason I'm doing the show for San Diego because
- 3:24Speaker 4: my wife's planned a vacation but nobody can go except
- 3:27Speaker 4: for me. My kids all have jobs and stuff. And
- 3:29Speaker 4: we rented the same house that we've been renting for
- 3:31Speaker 4: ten years. Okay, so day one in the house. We
- 3:35Speaker 4: check into the house at four in the afternoon. Day
- 3:39Speaker 4: one in the house, she says to me, it's like
- 3:42Speaker 4: six o'clock. She goes, Oh, the garbage has to go
- 3:45Speaker 4: out and the recycle has.
- 3:46Speaker 2: To go out. I'm like, she looked at me, and
- 3:48Speaker 2: I go, what. She goes, take out it.
- 3:49Speaker 4: I go, We've bet her fifteen minutes what garbage and
- 3:53Speaker 4: she goes, it's an Airbnb. There's garbage I go, there
- 3:55Speaker 4: were people here before. She was, why did they take
- 3:57Speaker 4: out the garbage? I go, why didn't the people? Like
- 4:00Speaker 4: when you have an Airbnb, you check out and then
- 4:03Speaker 4: a cleaning crew comes in and cleans and then you
- 4:05Speaker 4: start fresh. And Blake's like, we've been staying here ten years.
- 4:10Speaker 4: She was, here's the little folder that says, if it's
- 4:12Speaker 4: on these days, just when the trash goes out, you
- 4:14Speaker 4: got to take out the trash.
- 4:15Speaker 2: I'm like, I.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Understand that, but there were two sets of people here
- 4:19Speaker 4: before we got in today. There was the people that
- 4:21Speaker 4: were staying here paying, and then there.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Was the cleaning crew.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Why didn't they wheel out the trash?
- 4:26Speaker 4: And so she gets all upset at me, and I'm like, sorry,
- 4:29Speaker 4: then she I'll go, I'll take it out. So I
- 4:32Speaker 4: go out to take out the trash. Right this is,
- 4:33Speaker 4: I've been in this house ten years. I got to
- 4:35Speaker 4: take out the trash. I have no idea where the
- 4:37Speaker 4: trash cans are. I'm walking around the house, I'm walking
- 4:40Speaker 4: around the garage. I'm walking and I come back in
- 4:42Speaker 4: and she's like, well, she looks at me, and I go,
- 4:44Speaker 4: I don't where the trash cans are? And she goes,
- 4:46Speaker 4: you don't know where the trash cans are. She goes, oh,
- 4:48Speaker 4: what a privileged life you. We've been staying here ten
- 4:51Speaker 4: years and you've never thrown out the trash. I go,
- 4:54Speaker 4: we rent this place. I didn't know we like, I
- 4:56Speaker 4: just never thought about it. So then she goes outside
- 4:59Speaker 4: of me, and they're likehidden in these compartments.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Outside. Open up the compartments.
- 5:04Speaker 4: There's there's recycle, there's normal trash, and there's something new.
- 5:07Speaker 2: I don't even know what.
- 5:08Speaker 3: The other thing is.
- 5:08Speaker 2: It's a different color trash can. So I wheel them
- 5:11Speaker 2: out into the street and guess what. She looks at me.
- 5:13Speaker 3: She's like, really, how's the trash can pick?
- 5:16Speaker 4: I had to I put them the wrong way, so
- 5:17Speaker 4: I to spin them around, you know what I'm talking about.
- 5:20Speaker 3: And I'm like to the curtain.
- 5:21Speaker 4: I'm like, why go I just see the big truck coming,
- 5:23Speaker 4: look at and dump it. I didn't know they had
- 5:25Speaker 4: to go a certain way.
- 5:26Speaker 3: It just clamps it.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Then it just does the thing where it shakes it
- 5:29Speaker 4: three times. I didn't know it had to face a
- 5:31Speaker 4: certain way. And boy did she look down upon.
- 5:33Speaker 6: Me, because in your household, that's a blue job.
- 5:39Speaker 4: I take the trash out of my house. But I
- 5:41Speaker 4: don't take the trash out at the Airbnb until we
- 5:44Speaker 4: check out. Actually, I've never taken the trash out of
- 5:45Speaker 4: the air Yeah.
- 5:46Speaker 5: You're probably looking at it more like a hotel. She
- 5:49Speaker 5: knows the rules of the Airbnb, and you're probably like,
- 5:52Speaker 5: I'm surprised you didn't at one point say in this
- 5:55Speaker 5: trash thing, fine, I don't want to stay here anymore,
- 5:57Speaker 5: Let's just go home.
- 5:58Speaker 3: I'm surprised.
- 5:59Speaker 4: I think, Bro, you have no idea this morning, walk
- 6:03Speaker 4: around the house. I'm like, why am I here?
- 6:07Speaker 3: Let's just go home.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Anyway, So I have very relatable Barra, very relatable.
- 6:14Speaker 5: My parents, God rested one of them. Saw still stick
- 6:17Speaker 5: with me. The cleaning people, Yeah, give up?
- 6:22Speaker 3: Give up?
- 6:24Speaker 8: Is John Jay Rich?
- 6:26Speaker 2: Time for paints, predictions, horoscopes, paint What do you got today?
- 6:28Speaker 7: Well, it's Monday morning, so I'm gonna let you know
- 6:30Speaker 7: what your coffee order should be to start you off
- 6:32Speaker 7: on a good vibe this week. Also, if it's your
- 6:34Speaker 7: birthday day, we are in Leo's season, My Favorite Season,
- 6:37Speaker 7: and you share a birthday with Tory Lane's Boo, Young
- 6:39Speaker 7: Dolph My Rudolph and Winnie Harlow.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Well, since you're Leo, why don't you do your horscope first?
- 6:44Speaker 7: Yes, okay, Leo's we are like giving like some kind
- 6:48Speaker 7: of fancy fruity iced cold brew from like the Secret Money.
- 6:52Speaker 7: We don't even care if it tastes good. We just
- 6:54Speaker 7: like want it to look good so we can take
- 6:55Speaker 7: a picture of it and post it on our Instagram. Up.
- 6:57Speaker 6: Fun.
- 7:00Speaker 7: I think I'm gonna go to the Lalla Land and
- 7:01Speaker 7: get one of those fun little machas. Yeah, the purple. Yeah, yes,
- 7:06Speaker 7: that's what I want.
- 7:06Speaker 2: My wife become a new addict of macha.
- 7:10Speaker 7: Yeah. People are particular about their macha.
- 7:13Speaker 9: I wish I liked it because supposedly it's so good
- 7:15Speaker 9: for you, but I'm not a fan of the taste that.
- 7:18Speaker 7: Like, you just keep drinking and it's just like, h
- 7:22Speaker 7: it's fine.
- 7:25Speaker 6: It's very popular right now.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Though, Shannon, good morning. What's your sign?
- 7:30Speaker 3: Hello? Hi?
- 7:31Speaker 2: What's your sign?
- 7:33Speaker 9: Oh?
- 7:33Speaker 4: Aquarius?
- 7:34Speaker 7: Sorry, Aquarius my favorite zodiac sign. That's so weird that
- 7:38Speaker 7: we were just talking about, like the lavender thing with
- 7:41Speaker 7: the macha because my Aquerers, you guys, are an ic
- 7:44Speaker 7: lavender honey latte with macadamia nut milk to be specific,
- 7:47Speaker 7: that's what you should order this morning to have a
- 7:49Speaker 7: good vibe for your rest of your day. But you
- 7:51Speaker 7: totally are gonna reject like some random boring like caramel mocha,
- 7:57Speaker 7: frappucina or something because you want something, Yeah, you want
- 7:59Speaker 7: like something cool, and that's the lavender honey latte with
- 8:02Speaker 7: macadamianabilly gross.
- 8:05Speaker 10: Watch cool, because that's what I'm gonna go order right now.
- 8:08Speaker 9: I'm gonna say, John Jay and Rich told me too.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Yeah, do it, do it? Bye bye, Joanna, good morning.
- 8:18Speaker 3: What's your sign?
- 8:19Speaker 8: Gemi geminis?
- 8:21Speaker 7: Okay. The coffee order that you should put in today
- 8:23Speaker 7: to have a good day is a dirty ice macha
- 8:26Speaker 7: with that's basically like a macho with a shot of espresso,
- 8:29Speaker 7: so it's like chaotic. It's vibrating with like split personality
- 8:32Speaker 7: of like that green tea and then the heavy caffeine.
- 8:35Speaker 7: And it doesn't really make sense, but it does. It
- 8:37Speaker 7: kind of matches your brain with my geminis being all
- 8:39Speaker 7: over the place sometimes.
- 8:40Speaker 8: Oh my gosh, I work in a hospital, so that
- 8:42Speaker 8: would be perfect for today.
- 8:44Speaker 7: Oh my gosh. Try it out and let us know
- 8:45Speaker 7: how it is.
- 8:46Speaker 8: Okay, Well, do you?
- 8:47Speaker 3: Thanks guys, thank you?
- 8:49Speaker 2: How about we go to rich Bara today? Let's do
- 8:51Speaker 2: rich Barra.
- 8:51Speaker 7: Yeah, rich this is your coffee order, but I would
- 8:53Speaker 7: advise that you don't have it with caffeine, So you're
- 8:56Speaker 7: gonna have a decafed ice smoke up with whipped cream
- 8:59Speaker 7: and rainbow sprinkle because you were like kind of always
- 9:02Speaker 7: in La la land and you like a little sparkle
- 9:04Speaker 7: in your life. But you have to get sea calf
- 9:07Speaker 7: no caffeine for my pics.
- 9:09Speaker 3: Yea a little wound up with ye.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Scare me when you have caffeine? Like, who are Kyle?
- 9:15Speaker 7: I know you don't drink coffee, but this is what
- 9:17Speaker 7: you should order this morning is a half sweet ice
- 9:19Speaker 7: chie latte. Yes, I'm in Yeah, I know you like
- 9:23Speaker 7: your chies, but you're gonna spend like fifteen minutes trying
- 9:26Speaker 7: to customize it to make it perfect, and then your
- 9:28Speaker 7: people pleasing HERT is just hoping that the burista didn't
- 9:30Speaker 7: think your order was too high. Meanance, But I think
- 9:32Speaker 7: that this reading is just telling me that we should
- 9:34Speaker 7: just go to lunch land after.
- 9:35Speaker 9: A truck, right, Like, can I get one and a
- 9:37Speaker 9: half pumps of BlackBerry one and a half pumps of
- 9:39Speaker 9: vanilla free, sugar free, and.
- 9:41Speaker 6: Some sweet cold pump.
- 9:42Speaker 7: You already too much? That's not too much?
- 9:45Speaker 3: How about virgos?
- 9:46Speaker 7: Yeah, John Jay, you are a draft cold brew black
- 9:48Speaker 7: with precisely three ice cubes. And that's it. You need
- 9:51Speaker 7: a clean, structured, scientific energy to kind of go about
- 9:54Speaker 7: the rest of your day. And you're gonna quietly judge
- 9:56Speaker 7: everyone who orders a drink that looks like a melted milkshake,
- 9:59Speaker 7: Like you don't do the like sushy coffee drinks.
- 10:01Speaker 4: That's exactly my drink, the cold when I don't have
- 10:03Speaker 4: coffee in the morning, like if it's a if I
- 10:05Speaker 4: if it's later in the morning, this is the weekend,
- 10:07Speaker 4: I will do a cold brew with.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Nothing in it, just like you said.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Yeah, this is exact.
- 10:11Speaker 2: You just nail it. Yeah, thank you, Peyton.
- 10:13Speaker 4: If we do you get your sign there, I'll post
- 10:15Speaker 4: on our website John Jaynrich dot com.
- 10:20Speaker 5: I will.
- 10:23Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich, Hello, Dana, I kind of.
- 10:26Speaker 8: Need advice from you guys. That's okay. So my boyfriend
- 10:33Speaker 8: and my best friend they can't really stand each other. Like,
- 10:37Speaker 8: my best friend is single. She like loves doing the
- 10:40Speaker 8: whole single thing, going out every weekend bars after parties,
- 10:43Speaker 8: like meeting up with random guys. She like loves the chaos. Uh,
- 10:48Speaker 8: but my boyfriend and I we've been together for a
- 10:50Speaker 8: few years. It's like serious, I'm pretty sure he's about
- 10:54Speaker 8: to propose. And at her birthday party the other weekend,
- 10:59Speaker 8: she invited like a bunch of these just guys that
- 11:03Speaker 8: she met that night back to the house. My boyfriend
- 11:07Speaker 8: got upset. He's like, okay, we're leaving. They got into
- 11:11Speaker 8: this huge fight, Like she called him controlling, he called
- 11:15Speaker 8: her disrespectful, and like now neither of them is talking
- 11:19Speaker 8: to each other, And I'm kind of in the middle.
- 11:21Speaker 8: I don't really know what to do. I like, I
- 11:26Speaker 8: agree with.
- 11:26Speaker 10: My boyfriend honestly, Like I don't really want to be
- 11:30Speaker 10: doing that anymore.
- 11:30Speaker 8: I'm not single. I don't want to act like I'm single.
- 11:33Speaker 8: But I'm kind of worried if I, like tell my
- 11:36Speaker 8: best friend that she's going to think that I'm choosing
- 11:39Speaker 8: him over her, and like that'll be the end of
- 11:41Speaker 8: our friendship. So I don't know, I'm not really sure
- 11:44Speaker 8: what to do.
- 11:47Speaker 9: I feel like that's a sticky situation to be in.
- 11:50Speaker 9: But at the same time, your friend isn't really respecting
- 11:53Speaker 9: your relationship, and if she is a good friend, she
- 11:56Speaker 9: has to kind of understand that. So I think it's
- 11:58Speaker 9: perfectly fair for you to say, you know, I love you.
- 12:01Speaker 9: You know, we've had such good times together. But I'm
- 12:02Speaker 9: kind of like in a different place in my life
- 12:04Speaker 9: right now. I still want to be a part of
- 12:06Speaker 9: yours and still want you to be a part of mine,
- 12:08Speaker 9: but at the same time, it's like it's causing issues
- 12:11Speaker 9: between me and my boyfriend, and I also feel like
- 12:13Speaker 9: it is kind of disrespectful of the relationship.
- 12:15Speaker 5: Well, yeah, when you when you say what you say,
- 12:17Speaker 5: I don't hear the controlling part of the boyfriend. I
- 12:21Speaker 5: see somebody who's like, hey, we're in a relationship. This
- 12:24Speaker 5: isn't really what you do when.
- 12:25Speaker 7: You're in a relationship. You want to protect that.
- 12:27Speaker 5: She's thrown in your face. Now, if he's like, you
- 12:29Speaker 5: can't hang out with her anymore, that would be good.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:32Speaker 5: Yeah, but he's telling her you're not respecting what we've done.
- 12:35Speaker 4: He's also saying, we're at a party and there's all
- 12:37Speaker 4: these guys here and this isn't fun for us.
- 12:39Speaker 2: We're leaving.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Yeah, So he loved so I think I'm on his
- 12:41Speaker 3: side on the surface.
- 12:42Speaker 4: Plus, you're talking about you, your life, your next chapter.
- 12:45Speaker 4: You said he might propose, so now you have. She's
- 12:49Speaker 4: still in party mode. So now this guy, if you
- 12:51Speaker 4: love him, you've been with him for three years, you
- 12:52Speaker 4: think he's gonna propose, You're about to start your next life.
- 12:56Speaker 4: So I like the way Kyle said it respectfully to
- 12:58Speaker 4: your friend. But I'm leaning up a boyfriend. He's he's
- 13:01Speaker 4: your future, okay.
- 13:01Speaker 6: But also also I think you could.
- 13:04Speaker 9: I think you could make a great situation of all
- 13:07Speaker 9: this and get your boyfriend involved and be like, hey,
- 13:10Speaker 9: you don't like how she says.
- 13:11Speaker 6: Let's find her a man, and so we can start
- 13:13Speaker 6: going on double day. Let's be winging.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Let's say let's say he proposes, is she your maid
- 13:19Speaker 3: of honor?
- 13:20Speaker 8: I mean she would be Yeah, she's like my best friend,
- 13:23Speaker 8: she's my person.
- 13:24Speaker 4: So that's gonna be another issue her if he said,
- 13:27Speaker 4: if he says she can't be your maid of honor,
- 13:29Speaker 4: then that's control. If he's like, if he's like, uh, whatever, okay, fine.
- 13:33Speaker 4: I hear her going like.
- 13:34Speaker 7: Sometimes it seems like you guys probably all hang out
- 13:37Speaker 7: as like a big group anyway, and sometimes it's okay
- 13:39Speaker 7: to have a little bit of space. I mean, my
- 13:41Speaker 7: husband like get so annoyed with my friend sometimes just
- 13:45Speaker 7: because we're just girly pops and having a good time
- 13:47Speaker 7: and we are annoying, like not fact, but like sometimes
- 13:50Speaker 7: like he'll like not come to the like when we
- 13:52Speaker 7: go and hang out, and then he'll show back up
- 13:54Speaker 7: and like then he's feeling good because he hasn't seen
- 13:56Speaker 7: him in a while. So maybe it's one of those
- 13:58Speaker 7: things where it's just like he need some space and
- 14:00Speaker 7: maybe just you know, really lean into your relationship. So
- 14:03Speaker 7: he's also feeling like he's a priority as well.
- 14:07Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, okay, that's super helpful. Yeah, because I never
- 14:11Speaker 8: thought he was controlling or anything, and I get it.
- 14:13Speaker 8: I see his point of view, and I don't know,
- 14:16Speaker 8: I just don't want to lose either of them.
- 14:18Speaker 6: Yeah, just communicate with both of them.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, thank you, thanks for calling in.
- 14:24Speaker 8: Okay, thank you so much, guys, This is really helpful.
- 14:26Speaker 4: You got to have a great day. John Jane rich Ricky,
- 14:33Speaker 4: good morning. Thanks for holding man.
- 14:34Speaker 3: What's up?
- 14:34Speaker 11: Hey, guys, So I was a plus one in the
- 14:36Speaker 11: wedding recently and they definitely had the craziest wedding expense
- 14:41Speaker 11: I've seen. So they hired a celebrity impersonator who was
- 14:45Speaker 11: impersonating Adele, but they didn't tell anyone who was an impersonator,
- 14:50Speaker 11: almost like they wanted everyone to think it was actually
- 14:53Speaker 11: Adele at their wedding.
- 14:55Speaker 1: The un that they had actually booked the real celebrity.
- 14:59Speaker 1: But when you went up closed her, you could tell
- 15:00Speaker 1: it wasn't really a Dell. So half the wedding thinks
- 15:03Speaker 1: Adelle's really there and they're freaking out.
- 15:05Speaker 3: In the other half, No.
- 15:06Speaker 2: It's an impersonator.
- 15:07Speaker 1: The impersonator was too good from far away, so people
- 15:11Speaker 1: were posting online thinking Adele crushed or yeah, so the
- 15:17Speaker 1: bride basically paid thousands for fake internet fame.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Yeah, but it worked.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Yeah, so it was a Dell, but it was really
- 15:23Speaker 4: a bill. Was it a Deel like pre weight loss
- 15:28Speaker 4: or post weight loss?
- 15:30Speaker 1: It was post weight loss, living and breathing Adele.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Wow, that's impressive. Yeah, I mean that.
- 15:37Speaker 4: I wonder how like if I would have fallen for it,
- 15:38Speaker 4: probably would have fallen. Well, it depends on who the
- 15:40Speaker 4: person who have in the wedding is. Is it just
- 15:42Speaker 4: some person or is it someone that's tied in that world,
- 15:44Speaker 4: in the music world.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I guess you could see where she might have a
- 15:51Speaker 1: celebrity there.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Put it that way.
- 15:52Speaker 5: Okay, well, I mean you figure, do you think Taylor
- 15:56Speaker 5: Swift had to pay any of the big celebrities is
- 15:58Speaker 5: saying at her wedding?
- 15:59Speaker 3: No way? Do you think? Yeah? No way?
- 16:04Speaker 5: Because like, you can get a celebrity for your wedding,
- 16:06Speaker 5: but you're gonna have to pay. Because we looked into
- 16:08Speaker 5: Stacy's favorite movie of all time as The Karate Kid,
- 16:11Speaker 5: and she loves that song from The Karate Kid.
- 16:13Speaker 3: We need it all for.
- 16:14Speaker 5: The globy of love, Oh Peters, So we were looking
- 16:18Speaker 5: to see.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Like a night and Shining.
- 16:20Speaker 5: How could that be expensive to bring that guy in?
- 16:22Speaker 3: Peter? It was twenty five grand to bring him in.
- 16:25Speaker 6: Really, I mean there was like there was rumors.
- 16:30Speaker 9: Obviously everything we hear about Taylor's wedding is a rumor
- 16:33Speaker 9: at this point, but like that she had Raffle and
- 16:36Speaker 9: prizes like Cardier watches and someone apparently won a car
- 16:40Speaker 9: in the Raffle wedding.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Welcome to the wedding. You just want a time. I
- 16:45Speaker 3: was at a wedding and there were fireworks at a wedding.
- 16:47Speaker 4: There was fireworks massive for the bride and groom came
- 16:50Speaker 4: and landed in a helicopter and then there were fireworks
- 16:53Speaker 4: with their name and heart.
- 16:54Speaker 7: Oh. I actually just had.
- 16:56Speaker 2: A by the way, hold on, I tell you that
- 16:58Speaker 2: was my wedding with Blake.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Our wedding.
- 17:00Speaker 7: Oh, that's really one of my former players. She got
- 17:02Speaker 7: married on fourth of July and they had the fireworks
- 17:04Speaker 7: and I was like, that's so close.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Was their name in fireworks?
- 17:06Speaker 7: No?
- 17:07Speaker 3: It was it ours.
- 17:08Speaker 4: The only problem with our name in fireworks and maybe
- 17:10Speaker 4: I'll show you guys have the video is that it
- 17:11Speaker 4: said Blake and John.
- 17:12Speaker 12: Oh yeah, Jan, I watched John Jay and riches shows
- 17:16Speaker 12: congratulates Blake and Jan. I'm in the helicopter landing. I'm
- 17:20Speaker 12: like Jan Jan Blake and Jan Joan and then my father.
- 17:24Speaker 4: In law I was like, it was a little bit
- 17:25Speaker 4: more expensive, but the Jay again, so we just went
- 17:28Speaker 4: with the j John Jan Hi. Ricky he hung up
- 17:31Speaker 4: a long time ago. Whatever, Ricky weren't too busy. Did
- 17:35Speaker 4: you ever see the out out of the ordinary at
- 17:37Speaker 4: a wedding? Call us eight seven seven nine three seven
- 17:39Speaker 4: one oh four seven, I mean something different at a wedding.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Hi, this is a dell.
- 17:43Speaker 3: When you're listening to John g and Rich.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Time for stackson hacks. I have stacks of information. Rich
- 17:48Speaker 4: has life hacks. Let's see about half hour forty five
- 17:50Speaker 4: minutes ago, early this morning, Peyton was talking about the
- 17:53Speaker 4: coffee drink you need to have for you to have
- 17:55Speaker 4: a good week.
- 17:57Speaker 3: And guess what.
- 17:58Speaker 4: According to the American Heart Association, drinking about three to
- 18:03Speaker 4: five cups of coffee a day is considered safe for
- 18:06Speaker 4: most adults and has several potential health benefits as well
- 18:10Speaker 4: for your heart. It's good heart stuff. Three to five
- 18:13Speaker 4: cups of coffee. Dight, Now that is plain black coffee.
- 18:16Speaker 4: Once you start putting sugar and caramel and all that
- 18:18Speaker 4: stuff and it turns into crap.
- 18:20Speaker 5: Right, yeah, but black coffee. But it's not delicious.
- 18:24Speaker 7: No.
- 18:24Speaker 3: You know how you always hear about people when they
- 18:25Speaker 3: get old. They moved to Florida.
- 18:27Speaker 4: Yeah, they did all this research for the best states
- 18:30Speaker 4: for growing old, and Florida is not number one.
- 18:33Speaker 7: What the heck?
- 18:33Speaker 6: That's where supposedly everyone retires.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I know.
- 18:36Speaker 4: So this is the top states for growing old, and
- 18:41Speaker 4: this is it's kind of sad what they what they
- 18:44Speaker 4: base it on, but like being seventy five and older,
- 18:46Speaker 4: hospital beds, life expectancy, the availability of nurses, nursing home,
- 18:51Speaker 4: the cost of nursing care, air quality, sunlight exposure, and walkability.
- 18:55Speaker 2: The top five New York, Massachusetts, New Florida's number two.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Number one is Hawaii.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Hawaii.
- 19:03Speaker 4: Of course, Mississippi was deemed the worst state for aging.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Mississippians lead the second shortest lives in seventy two years,
- 19:12Speaker 4: in the least walkable state, and have the low rated
- 19:15Speaker 4: nursing homes. The rest of the bottom five Oklahoma, New Mexico, Georgia, Georgia,
- 19:20Speaker 4: and Michigan.
- 19:21Speaker 5: I wonder no New Mexico would be nice. You know
- 19:24Speaker 5: it's warm there, you don't have to deal with allergies.
- 19:27Speaker 5: I see lots of old people there.
- 19:28Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't get it.
- 19:30Speaker 2: There's a new online ranking of the most nostalgic sense
- 19:34Speaker 2: from the nineties, and if you're a person of a
- 19:36Speaker 2: certain age, you can probably still smell them, many of them. No,
- 19:41Speaker 2: not up there.
- 19:42Speaker 4: Does anybody remember floam? It was like part slimee park clay.
- 19:46Speaker 4: You remember floam scented gel pens scented pencils, teen Spirit, deodorant,
- 19:57Speaker 4: perfumes like sunflowers and c K one.
- 20:00Speaker 9: Remember anything like a big deal because it was like
- 20:04Speaker 9: the first unisex perfume.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Hello, anything from Bath and body Works, coucheballs, fruit, striped gum,
- 20:13Speaker 2: strawberry short, big dolls, lipsmackers, sentit erasers, mister skitch, mister sketch,
- 20:18Speaker 2: scented market, the best scratches, sniff stickers.
- 20:23Speaker 4: Bubble tape, the gum that you pulled out of. Yeah,
- 20:28Speaker 4: and the number one smell that we all remember is plato.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, good salty.
- 20:39Speaker 7: It's great.
- 20:40Speaker 4: All right, this is great if you ever like stranded
- 20:43Speaker 4: or your survival mode or something. Buzzfy put together a
- 20:46Speaker 4: list of common survival tips that people get wrong.
- 20:50Speaker 3: People get wrong, like you.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Are usually better off stained with a broken down vehicle
- 20:55Speaker 4: instead of trying to hike out of an unknown, potentially
- 20:58Speaker 4: dangerous location.
- 20:59Speaker 3: That kind of makes sense, isn't it. Don't eat anything
- 21:03Speaker 3: raw like bear girls.
- 21:04Speaker 4: You don't want to be in survival situation and get
- 21:06Speaker 4: sick or get a parasite. And you know how when
- 21:09Speaker 4: you're cold, says, do not rub frostbit and skin to
- 21:12Speaker 4: warm up. It can literally tear cells and tissues. If
- 21:15Speaker 4: you need to get warm, tuck your fingers or toes
- 21:19Speaker 4: into somebody else's armpits.
- 21:21Speaker 7: Yes, I don't think I would want to put my
- 21:25Speaker 7: I mean my feet. I wouldn't mind. I would not
- 21:27Speaker 7: want my hands in someone's pits.
- 21:29Speaker 6: I don't mind.
- 21:29Speaker 9: If it was my husband, I'd be like, get over here.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Survival mode.
- 21:34Speaker 4: Yeah, but if you're in survival mode, you're like, I'm like,
- 21:38Speaker 4: my toes, I need to put them in your arm pits.
- 21:39Speaker 4: That means you're gonna take off your shirts. I get
- 21:41Speaker 4: my toes in your armpits. But you're freezing too.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:43Speaker 7: Well, because isn't it like how your hands and your feet,
- 21:46Speaker 7: the temperature of your hands and your feet dictate like
- 21:48Speaker 7: how your body actually feels.
- 21:50Speaker 6: They help, Yeah.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:51Speaker 4: If you get stabbed, don't pull the blade out like
- 21:54Speaker 4: they do in the movies. Don't touch anything. Just call
- 21:56Speaker 4: nine to one one. Leave the object in place, let it.
- 22:00Speaker 4: It acts like a cork, so don't take it out.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Movies always show people wandering through the desert in the
- 22:05Speaker 4: middle of the day. Don't do that. Get shelter and
- 22:08Speaker 4: let the highest temperature pass. Do not wait twenty four
- 22:11Speaker 4: to forty eight hours to report someone missing. If you
- 22:13Speaker 4: have a bad feeling about something, the first few hours
- 22:15Speaker 4: and days are the most crucial. Don't drink pea. It's
- 22:20Speaker 4: mentioned in some military survival manuals. It'll accelerate the dehydration,
- 22:24Speaker 4: not slow it down.
- 22:24Speaker 5: Oh wow, who knew? I didn't know that.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Don't pee on jellyfish stings.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Rub vinegar and salt water on the wound.
- 22:30Speaker 7: I've heard that.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Don't run in a zigzag?
- 22:35Speaker 2: What do you call it? Patterns to a point alligators.
- 22:37Speaker 2: To avoid alligators or.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Crocodiles, running a straight line as fast as you can,
- 22:40Speaker 4: because they can only run in short bursts. Do not
- 22:44Speaker 4: use a hair curler to cutterize a bullet hole. It
- 22:46Speaker 4: does not work. It just hurts like hell. You won't
- 22:50Speaker 4: be able to punch a shark in the nose. Good
- 22:53Speaker 4: luck's throwing an accurate punch underwater at something moving twenty five
- 22:56Speaker 4: miles per hour.
- 22:57Speaker 2: You're way more likely to accidentally hand feed the shark.
- 23:01Speaker 4: Instead, maintain eye contact and slowly back away without making
- 23:04Speaker 4: any motions. If the shark is an attack mode, strike
- 23:07Speaker 4: at the eyes or gills. It's great, very very important.
- 23:10Speaker 6: It is hard to punch underwater because you're our move slower.
- 23:13Speaker 7: Yeah, you're supposed to go right in the middle, right here.
- 23:15Speaker 6: Yeah, but like it would be like sologially, Yeah, it
- 23:18Speaker 6: would be hard.
- 23:19Speaker 7: But like the gills. I watched a lot of the
- 23:21Speaker 7: shark shows and stuff, so like they see like in
- 23:23Speaker 7: the gills, you grab them into the gills.
- 23:26Speaker 2: What do you have for life packs, Rich?
- 23:29Speaker 5: Yeah, so far the shark advice I've heard from you,
- 23:31Speaker 5: Peyton is.
- 23:32Speaker 7: I am like weirdly obsessed.
- 23:34Speaker 5: I mean, I don't I don't know if it's good advice, is.
- 23:36Speaker 3: What I'm saying.
- 23:37Speaker 7: Sharks are blind when.
- 23:38Speaker 5: They attack, right, Okay, So have you guys heard of
- 23:41Speaker 5: the thirty thirty wake up pack. It's pretty it's pretty great.
- 23:44Speaker 5: We should all we should all do this in our life.
- 23:48Speaker 5: If you wake up feeling a little bit groggy, coffee
- 23:51Speaker 5: is not necessarily your answer. Here's what is the thirty
- 23:55Speaker 5: thirty rule. For the first thirty minutes after you wake up,
- 23:58Speaker 5: Stay off your phone, email, no social media, no doom scrolling.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Then just spend thirty seconds doing either a jumping jack
- 24:07Speaker 5: hei knees or I suggest chai tea walk or tight
- 24:10Speaker 5: chi tea walking is totally different to tai chiwalk. It's
- 24:15Speaker 5: delicious too quick movement. Get your heart rate up. That
- 24:19Speaker 5: little burst of activity helps shake off the sleepiness, boost
- 24:21Speaker 5: your alertness, and get your brain moving before your day
- 24:24Speaker 5: takes over. Give it a try. Let us know how
- 24:27Speaker 5: it works for you. That life hack could be found
- 24:29Speaker 5: at John Jayandrich dot com.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Caitlin, good morning. What's going on?
- 24:34Speaker 1: Hey?
- 24:36Speaker 10: So I'm going into my junior year of college next month,
- 24:40Speaker 10: and over the summer I was casually hooking up with
- 24:43Speaker 10: this guy. I was never serious, like, we barely even
- 24:48Speaker 10: knew each other's last names. We didn't go on dates,
- 24:51Speaker 10: we didn't text good morning. Honestly, the only thing we
- 24:55Speaker 10: had in common was that it was hands down the
- 24:57Speaker 10: best sex of my life.
- 24:59Speaker 8: HELLEL.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Jerry. Well.
- 25:06Speaker 10: The other day, I was scrolling LinkedIn looking for internships
- 25:10Speaker 10: and his profile popped up under people.
- 25:13Speaker 12: You may know.
- 25:16Speaker 10: Turns out he's a brand new professor at my college.
- 25:20Speaker 10: I started freaking out. Checked my fall schedule, and I'm
- 25:23Speaker 10: about eighty percent sure I'm enrolled in one of his classes. Yeah,
- 25:29Speaker 10: So now I'm sitting here wondering if I should drop
- 25:32Speaker 10: this class before the semester even starts. Or like write
- 25:36Speaker 10: it out and hope I get an easy A.
- 25:41Speaker 4: You know, it's almost like the modern day version of Greece.
- 25:44Speaker 4: You know, you're hooking up with some over summer and
- 25:46Speaker 4: then you see him at school.
- 25:55Speaker 7: What was he like, a you guy? Is he like
- 25:58Speaker 7: close seriege or is he.
- 26:00Speaker 10: Like yeah, yeah, yeah, he's pretty young and he's still
- 26:06Speaker 10: in his twenties.
- 26:06Speaker 5: Okay, and he's a professor already. That's supressing smart.
- 26:10Speaker 3: It's like on Rooster and Rooster, the guy. They guess I.
- 26:13Speaker 10: Should have like talked to him or something.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Oh that is well, good luck, that's crazy. That is crazy.
- 26:18Speaker 5: It could be fate working in your favoriteab.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Just I mean, it was fun. You just had fun,
- 26:23Speaker 2: can't You didn't do anything wrong.
- 26:24Speaker 8: No, not at all.
- 26:26Speaker 10: It's just this crazy coincidence.
- 26:28Speaker 4: Now, if you start the class and you find out
- 26:30Speaker 4: he's married, yeah, the kids, because that also happened in
- 26:33Speaker 4: Margo Margo's Got Money, she hooked up with her teacher
- 26:37Speaker 4: young guy and then find out he was married with kids.
- 26:39Speaker 10: Weed, Well, then you'll definitely get an A. He doesn't
- 26:44Speaker 10: want that information getting out.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe not that You're gonna do fine in this world. Yeah, Jayla,
- 26:52Speaker 3: thanks for calling it.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Thank you for listening.
- 26:53Speaker 3: I have a great day.
- 26:54Speaker 4: Thank you, John Jane Rich Jordan Hello, Hello.
- 27:05Speaker 13: You know I have this roommate who she would disappear
- 27:09Speaker 13: at times like and just say different things where she
- 27:13Speaker 13: was going every time, like, oh she had an inpro
- 27:15Speaker 13: class or I'm going to a study group, and she
- 27:20Speaker 13: say things like that, and like I totally believed her
- 27:23Speaker 13: until one day she actually decided to tell.
- 27:26Speaker 10: Me where she was going.
- 27:28Speaker 13: And I mean she, I guess waited until we were
- 27:33Speaker 13: closer friends because she told me that where she goes.
- 27:36Speaker 10: Like tens to weird people out.
- 27:38Speaker 13: So what happened was she had been working at one
- 27:41Speaker 13: of those fake mourners.
- 27:43Speaker 10: Uh there, people will cry at.
- 27:45Speaker 13: Funerals, and this is what she did as like a job.
- 27:49Speaker 5: Yeah you're saying that, like we all know what that is.
- 27:53Speaker 5: I've never heard of people.
- 27:55Speaker 9: Hire people to cry at funeral I could totally do
- 27:58Speaker 9: that job.
- 27:58Speaker 6: I cry over him. I could not sign me up.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Okay, Like I.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Want to back up a Rich said, because I've never
- 28:04Speaker 4: heard of that before. But it doesn't surprise me because
- 28:06Speaker 4: I've seen girls, you know, sell their spit online. I've
- 28:11Speaker 4: seen them fart in a jar. I've seen all that stuff.
- 28:13Speaker 4: So hiring someone to cry at a funeral, that's what
- 28:16Speaker 4: your friend did.
- 28:18Speaker 13: Yeah, Like, I mean people would actually hire her to
- 28:21Speaker 13: go to their family and funerals, and she had regular
- 28:24Speaker 13: clients and everything. Like, I mean, it was I think
- 28:27Speaker 13: a crazy concept.
- 28:29Speaker 6: When I was, they got a lot of death.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Good question somebody.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Let's say somebody hired it from my brother's funeral and
- 28:40Speaker 5: she was crying. First of all, aren't you facing the
- 28:43Speaker 5: other way so you can hear somebody crying? And then
- 28:45Speaker 5: if you turn around, how do you know my brother? Oh,
- 28:48Speaker 5: I've just hired to cry.
- 28:48Speaker 7: If you're you would make no I'm sure you would
- 28:50Speaker 7: make up a story.
- 28:51Speaker 6: My brother was the best.
- 28:54Speaker 9: You got to be hysterical because you think of all
- 28:56Speaker 9: of it, and then they're not gonna ask follow.
- 28:58Speaker 7: I just avoid people in the back.
- 29:00Speaker 2: You just aren't there people, And aren't there enough people
- 29:02Speaker 2: crying at the funeral? You gotta hire a fake crier.
- 29:04Speaker 9: Unless you're like not a great person. You don't think
- 29:06Speaker 9: anyone's gonna be a shot at the funeral.
- 29:08Speaker 5: Yeah, so let's say you're kind of a jerk when
- 29:11Speaker 5: you die, maybe you could pre hire a crier to
- 29:13Speaker 5: show up at your funeral to kind of kick up
- 29:16Speaker 5: the emotion of the event a little bit.
- 29:17Speaker 7: I mean it is odd.
- 29:18Speaker 5: I mean they're gonna you're covering a lot of other details.
- 29:21Speaker 5: Might as well put that one in there.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Hold on, hold, I just googled this. I said, is
- 29:26Speaker 2: there such a thing as fake more?
- 29:27Speaker 4: Yes, fake or professional mourners are real, known historically and
- 29:31Speaker 4: culturally as professional mourners. They it's a rent a mourner's service.
- 29:36Speaker 4: This practice spans from ancient traditions to modern niche businesses. Wow,
- 29:41Speaker 4: this goes back from the ancient years in Egypt and
- 29:44Speaker 4: China and India, they hired professional mourners, often women, to
- 29:48Speaker 4: lead grief rituals, sing and loudly display sorrow to honor
- 29:51Speaker 4: the dead.
- 29:52Speaker 5: I think that's kind of cool, But I don't want
- 29:53Speaker 5: a sniffler in my funeral. I want somebody on the
- 29:56Speaker 5: church steps hysterical.
- 29:59Speaker 3: Why what did you take them?
- 30:02Speaker 4: There's a whole thread on Reddit of people saying this
- 30:04Speaker 4: is people they rent guests and mourners.
- 30:07Speaker 6: They rent guests.
- 30:08Speaker 7: Yes, well, didn't we just talk to like the wedding,
- 30:13Speaker 7: the lady that had the wedding, and she like let
- 30:16Speaker 7: people buy seats for her wedding.
- 30:17Speaker 6: Okay, I get.
- 30:20Speaker 3: No cry at a funeral?
- 30:22Speaker 9: Oh yeah, thing for money, But I kind of feel like,
- 30:24Speaker 9: if you're mourning a loved one, do you really want
- 30:26Speaker 9: some random there that didn't even know them just so
- 30:28Speaker 9: they cry.
- 30:29Speaker 6: I feel like that takes you out of like your
- 30:32Speaker 6: own mourning.
- 30:33Speaker 5: Right, that's wild never heard of it until this very moment.
- 30:36Speaker 2: There's a job for everything, man, Yeah, Peyton, you said
- 30:40Speaker 2: you could do it.
- 30:41Speaker 7: Yeah, I could definitely do.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Let's hear you cry go.
- 30:44Speaker 7: I would need to have some sad stuff and where
- 30:47Speaker 7: there's some sad like it's a funeral, they play sad music.
- 30:50Speaker 6: That could probably help you.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Here's some sad music, a.
- 31:04Speaker 7: Kind of take me out of the wall.
- 31:05Speaker 9: Oh, Dave was such a good man.
- 31:15Speaker 6: He helped everybody. He helped everybody that he saw. He
- 31:20Speaker 6: was never selfish.
- 31:23Speaker 7: Come on.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Fire at the funeral?
- 31:29Speaker 2: How do you want you to cut you up?
- 31:30Speaker 3: When when wild eyes a real loft.
- 31:36Speaker 7: About, you can't flutter like that.
- 31:45Speaker 9: Distress you know they are. Her eyes are welling up
- 31:49Speaker 9: as we speak, welling.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Oh wow, you are crying.
- 31:53Speaker 6: The visual it's more than aryable thing.
- 31:55Speaker 5: What do you think of something super said to mid
- 31:59Speaker 5: Vanners sometimes, what do you think of something really sad?
- 32:01Speaker 5: Is that what you do?
- 32:02Speaker 14: No?
- 32:03Speaker 7: I just cry over everything like I can't help it.
- 32:08Speaker 7: Like Dday have said one thing to me yesterday and
- 32:10Speaker 7: I was like.
- 32:10Speaker 14: What.
- 32:13Speaker 2: All right? All right?
- 32:14Speaker 3: Well, Jordan, thanks for calling in.
- 32:15Speaker 4: And if anyone, if you're listening to this show and
- 32:17Speaker 4: you are a fake mourner or you have a unique
- 32:19Speaker 4: job that would make us go, what call us at
- 32:22Speaker 4: eight seven seven ninety three seven one oh four seven.
- 32:27Speaker 3: While we're gonna play a.
- 32:28Speaker 4: Game, we need a contest at eight seven seven nine
- 32:31Speaker 4: three seven one oh four seven eight seven seven nine
- 32:33Speaker 4: three seven one oh four seven. In the meantime, lots
- 32:37Speaker 4: of text messages and dms about a technical difficulty we
- 32:41Speaker 4: had about twenty five minutes ago during stackson Hacks. So
- 32:44Speaker 4: if you miss Stackson Hacks, there was a really good
- 32:46Speaker 4: Stacks and Hacks.
- 32:47Speaker 2: It's already podcasted.
- 32:49Speaker 4: So if you go to John Jay and Rich on
- 32:50Speaker 4: demand wherever you get podcasts, you can listen to it
- 32:52Speaker 4: right now. But then again, you've been missing this right now,
- 32:55Speaker 4: that's happening, that's true right now, But no that you
- 32:59Speaker 4: can listen to it, maybe we can do a thing
- 33:01Speaker 4: where you can maybe there were technical difficulties with stacks
- 33:04Speaker 4: and hacks.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Type in the word stags and we'll send you right
- 33:06Speaker 2: to your phone. Think about that.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Yeah, we could do that right. Yeah.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Also, Payton's really sick. She's thrown up NonStop, but she's
- 33:11Speaker 4: still here. She won't go home.
- 33:12Speaker 7: I'm down bad, low key. I think I have food poisoning.
- 33:15Speaker 7: I literally like woke up this morning. It was probably
- 33:19Speaker 7: two in the morning, and I had I was in
- 33:21Speaker 7: the bathroom and I had a pillow in a blanket,
- 33:24Speaker 7: and I was shivering because I just didn't fell as though,
- 33:27Speaker 7: shout shout out to Koding, because I don't know when
- 33:30Speaker 7: he brought that pillow or that blanket, but he obviously
- 33:33Speaker 7: brought it to me while I was, you know, on
- 33:36Speaker 7: the struggle by.
- 33:36Speaker 3: What do you think that you ate that caused this
- 33:38Speaker 3: food poisoning?
- 33:39Speaker 7: Peyton, I did have some like we went to this
- 33:41Speaker 7: like newer restaurant in like the Gilbert area, and I
- 33:46Speaker 7: had some like wagy beef andashes didn't Honestly, thinking back
- 33:49Speaker 7: at it, I'm like, yeah, that did not taste right.
- 33:52Speaker 7: So I think that's probably what's got me messed up
- 33:54Speaker 7: a little bit. So I'm like just shivering.
- 33:56Speaker 6: I'm like, it's terrible.
- 33:57Speaker 7: So but John just said you said I didn't look
- 33:59Speaker 7: too bad, So I don't think you.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Look sick at all, just from what you've said. You've
- 34:03Speaker 3: seen the color correct, but you just don't look sick.
- 34:05Speaker 5: Do you know the good thing about throwing everything up
- 34:07Speaker 5: is it does feel like you've done like some sick
- 34:09Speaker 5: ab workout after you're done.
- 34:11Speaker 7: No, without a doubt, I do feel like my stomach
- 34:13Speaker 7: is like doing backflips right now.
- 34:15Speaker 6: Oh that's terrible, but it's okay.
- 34:17Speaker 7: I'm a trooper. I know how to rally.
- 34:19Speaker 4: We're gonna play game, or we do have a contestant.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Good Nick's gonna host this game. But then after that,
- 34:25Speaker 4: I do want to get into movies and TV and stuff,
- 34:29Speaker 4: because would you just sit some paint reminded me of
- 34:31Speaker 4: something on the show is watching. Oh, oh a restaurant, Gilbert,
- 34:35Speaker 4: I know how you guys went to Bojangles. Yeah, and
- 34:38Speaker 4: I've never really heard of Bojangles, And then you talk
- 34:40Speaker 4: about it last week, and then I see it on
- 34:43Speaker 4: the Will Ferrell TV show.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Oh on the Hawk, they talk about Bojangles.
- 34:46Speaker 7: Oh really, apparently this bo Jangles, the one that's that
- 34:49Speaker 7: opened up in Gilbert off of Valveston, the two two.
- 34:52Speaker 7: Apparently it's like like half of what the original bo
- 34:55Speaker 7: Jingles have, Like the Bojangles in like North Carolina, they
- 34:58Speaker 7: have grits, they have like all love. Yeah, the one
- 35:01Speaker 7: that we have here doesn't have all of the like
- 35:03Speaker 7: sides and fixings that the other locations have. So I
- 35:06Speaker 7: think some people are like in their feelings about it,
- 35:08Speaker 7: but I hope that they bring it.
- 35:09Speaker 3: They probably will once they get open and established. They
- 35:11Speaker 3: get established for sure, Like they gotta.
- 35:13Speaker 5: Get the biscuits and gravy down then, like you're.
- 35:15Speaker 7: Telling me, I can go through a drive to a
- 35:16Speaker 7: two PM and get some grits. Sign me up.
- 35:19Speaker 4: All right, we gonna play a game. We got April
- 35:20Speaker 4: on the line. Hello April, Hello, all right, game we're
- 35:23Speaker 4: gonna play.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Nick.
- 35:24Speaker 3: You guys are playing Noise Machine today. It's fun. You
- 35:26Speaker 3: guys brought up bo Jangles.
- 35:28Speaker 14: Because it is National Chicken Finger Day and I am
- 35:33Speaker 14: quizzing you on places you can get chicken fingers. Really,
- 35:37Speaker 14: I'm there, and you have to guess which which chicken
- 35:42Speaker 14: flavor chicken finger restaurant they're from.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Okay, We're gonna start with John Jay chicken fingers one love.
- 35:53Speaker 2: What So that's a commercial from a chicken place?
- 35:56Speaker 4: Uh huh?
- 35:56Speaker 3: Is it chilies? It's non chilies?
- 36:00Speaker 7: We see, Yeah, go ahead for it. You got it, girl.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Raising canes?
- 36:07Speaker 14: Is dog in the background, April, way to go. I
- 36:11Speaker 14: actually thought John would kick that one for sure. It's okay,
- 36:14Speaker 14: John j Will you have another chance in round two?
- 36:17Speaker 3: Rich you happy taste good?
- 36:22Speaker 14: Oh?
- 36:23Speaker 3: Happy tastes good? Is that for.
- 36:27Speaker 14: McDonald's McDonald's, it's a good good guess?
- 36:30Speaker 7: Yeah, Dairy Queen, it is Dairy Queen.
- 36:36Speaker 14: Oh yeah, the chicken finger basket is like six dollars.
- 36:39Speaker 4: Darry Queen has one of the best barbecue beef sandwiches
- 36:42Speaker 4: I ever had.
- 36:43Speaker 3: It's true. It is Jesse. Yeah, totally slept on.
- 36:48Speaker 14: I think Dairy Queen's actual food.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Okay, so no points for John Jay, no points for
- 36:53Speaker 3: Rich Peyton.
- 36:54Speaker 7: Love that chicken from pop Bag on.
- 37:00Speaker 3: The board officially, and round one, Kyle, we have the
- 37:06Speaker 3: meat Army. Yeah, army, says chicken fingers.
- 37:10Speaker 14: I know that it's a kind of a big surprise
- 37:12Speaker 14: for everybody, but they don't. They have all the meats,
- 37:15Speaker 14: not just beef. All right, So one point for Peyton,
- 37:18Speaker 14: one point for Kyle. April already on the board already,
- 37:20Speaker 14: and it is her.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Turn a finger like I'm good KFC AFC.
- 37:29Speaker 14: Let's do it all right. April takes a commanding lead
- 37:32Speaker 14: in round one. We're gonna double up the points in
- 37:34Speaker 14: round two. So here we go John Jay from Wisconsin
- 37:38Speaker 14: with lomes.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Well, I'm terrible.
- 37:44Speaker 7: Oh, I feel like that's hard, but I think I
- 37:45Speaker 7: know what it is.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Is that to go ahead and steal it? Then April,
- 37:49Speaker 2: let's see, right, she's real good at.
- 37:54Speaker 10: This, shocking vegetarians.
- 37:59Speaker 14: So I'm gonna say I feel like she's always listening
- 38:04Speaker 14: to the show because every time I hear that carts commercial,
- 38:07Speaker 14: I think, what a fun, what a fun little one.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Advertisement's not working on her, but she's remembering it.
- 38:12Speaker 3: Yeah, April is running away with the game. Rich, let's go.
- 38:15Speaker 7: This is.
- 38:18Speaker 3: That's how I spelled. What can I hear that? Bar Tiples?
- 38:22Speaker 14: This is.
- 38:24Speaker 3: I'm going to phone a friend. I'm gonna phone April
- 38:26Speaker 3: and that one's.
- 38:31Speaker 7: That's right?
- 38:32Speaker 3: Yeah, no way is Sonic.
- 38:36Speaker 14: They have the best ship. Get the chili cheese taters
- 38:41Speaker 14: and call it so Nick, So they should kill this game. Okay, Uh, Peyton,
- 38:48Speaker 14: you've got one point. Here's your chance.
- 38:51Speaker 3: It's bow time, Jenkles, Yeah, that's right.
- 38:55Speaker 14: Okay, she was just and I need to say we
- 38:57Speaker 14: get botox. It's bow time, all right, Kyle.
- 39:06Speaker 15: It's that's very familiar. That's very familiar.
- 39:16Speaker 3: It should be.
- 39:18Speaker 9: Let's go what are we not done so far? Chili
- 39:23Speaker 9: chilis No, that's not it. It's uh, it's Burger King.
- 39:28Speaker 3: I don't know Burger King. Yeah, go ahead, go ahead, April.
- 39:33Speaker 5: I think it's Chick fil a.
- 39:41Speaker 10: Wow.
- 39:42Speaker 2: All right.
- 39:42Speaker 14: I mean she's already won the game, but let's just
- 39:44Speaker 14: see if she can get this one too. Let's go, April.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Love McDonald's, Mickey D's. That's right way to go, April
- 39:56Speaker 3: Chicken Chicken. We're gonna setch up. Hold on a lout,
- 40:00Speaker 3: all right, thanks for playing.
- 40:02Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 40:03Speaker 2: We got your parent. See Tyler?
- 40:05Speaker 3: Is it Tiler?
- 40:05Speaker 2: Yeahoe's Tyler coming. I don't have anybody know the information
- 40:07Speaker 2: on Tyler.
- 40:08Speaker 7: Tyler's going to be here in December.
- 40:10Speaker 4: All right, we're going to be We'll do it every
- 40:12Speaker 4: day this week. Okay, big news everywhere. Comic Con was
- 40:18Speaker 4: this weekend. Yeah, I was san Diego. I was there, guys,
- 40:23Speaker 4: the buses, No, no, I have done that enough. I
- 40:27Speaker 4: saw the buses that the whole city gets consumed by
- 40:30Speaker 4: comic Con, and I saw something that I wasn't prepared
- 40:35Speaker 4: for because I you know, Wolverine, like he died and
- 40:37Speaker 4: then deadpol running back. There are buses with Wolverines with
- 40:40Speaker 4: Hugh Jackman. Is Wolverine's face on it?
- 40:42Speaker 2: Is he coming back?
- 40:43Speaker 14: I mean that's the rumor they were promoting the Wolverine
- 40:47Speaker 14: video game.
- 40:47Speaker 3: Pretty hard lame.
- 40:50Speaker 4: But Nick, if you don't know, Nick is like the
- 40:53Speaker 4: Comic Con superhero MCU a Marvel DC fans. So thought
- 40:57Speaker 4: maybe you could do a recap of things that broke down.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:00Speaker 14: I started this weekend like living in such regret for
- 41:04Speaker 14: not going because the first thing I saw was the
- 41:08Speaker 14: gas Lamp District. They took over the sign and it's
- 41:10Speaker 14: like doomsday is this whatever? And I was like, oh
- 41:12Speaker 14: my god, like I got goosebumps like thinking about it.
- 41:15Speaker 14: And then I was like I was so depressed until
- 41:18Speaker 14: like Comic Con actually started, and I was a little underwhelmed,
- 41:20Speaker 14: to be real, honest.
- 41:21Speaker 6: I thought it was like huge things that came.
- 41:23Speaker 14: There were some big things but I think my expectations
- 41:27Speaker 14: were so high that then when it when the things
- 41:31Speaker 14: did developed, I was like, okay, like it's cool. Like
- 41:35Speaker 14: I was pretty excited. I mean, obviously the MCU stuff
- 41:40Speaker 14: is huge, but which is the doomsday stuff?
- 41:44Speaker 3: Yeah? The stuff?
- 41:45Speaker 14: Surprise is there, right, I mean not really like they
- 41:47Speaker 14: announced the new Black Panther, but we had a feeling
- 41:50Speaker 14: that the new Black Panther was going to be announced.
- 41:56Speaker 3: David Johnson was his is his name of a.
- 42:00Speaker 11: Warm welcome to our Luke Black Panther, mister Daddy Johnson.
- 42:05Speaker 3: Does that mean the girl's not cutting anymore?
- 42:06Speaker 4: Like?
- 42:06Speaker 3: What what I was gonna say?
- 42:07Speaker 7: Why wouldn't they just have her do it? If she
- 42:09Speaker 7: was the Black Black Panthers.
- 42:11Speaker 3: I have a feeling she does.
- 42:13Speaker 14: Oh I'm just I'm just spoiler dies in Doomsday. She
- 42:21Speaker 14: dies either in Doomsday or in secret war.
- 42:23Speaker 5: And this is his son?
- 42:24Speaker 3: They say, yeah, this is to Challa's son. That's good. Okay,
- 42:29Speaker 3: I don't know what Johnson is. Do we know him
- 42:31Speaker 3: from anywhere? I didn't recognize from anything else? Okay, what else?
- 42:36Speaker 3: What else?
- 42:36Speaker 14: Ryan Gosling is officially joined the m c US. Really happening?
- 42:42Speaker 5: This is a character I've wanted to play for a
- 42:45Speaker 5: very long time.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Anybody just real quick about Ghostwriter. Everyone sooks, I don't
- 42:52Speaker 4: know who that is. I feel like I knew all.
- 42:54Speaker 3: The superheroes, never heard of ghost same.
- 42:56Speaker 2: I remember Nicholas Cage played him on Time.
- 42:59Speaker 14: Yeah, Nicholas Cage played him, and then he was in
- 43:02Speaker 14: like one of the Marvel ABC shows like fifteen years
- 43:05Speaker 14: ago too. But in like two thousand and two, Ryan
- 43:08Speaker 14: Gosling came out and like publicly was like I want
- 43:11Speaker 14: to play Ghostwriter.
- 43:13Speaker 3: And you can go back and you can see the
- 43:14Speaker 3: interviews where he says it, and.
- 43:15Speaker 6: Then like this took twenty four years.
- 43:16Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, just you know, just didn't take all that long.
- 43:19Speaker 2: You said he brought it with him.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Who I interrupted you and he brought what he said,
- 43:23Speaker 4: Ryan Gosling, he said's a ghost writer and he brought
- 43:25Speaker 4: with him and then I said, wait, let me tell you.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:27Speaker 14: No, I was just saying that like that was his
- 43:30Speaker 14: journey to Ghostwriter was like just trying to get there.
- 43:33Speaker 3: They did.
- 43:34Speaker 14: I did think it was a funny reveal because they
- 43:37Speaker 14: had Josh Horowitz, who's a big nerd uh ask a question.
- 43:40Speaker 14: He's like, why is it that every time the lights
- 43:42Speaker 14: go off in Hall h it's a big reveal, and
- 43:44Speaker 14: then Kevin five he's like, no, it's not it's not
- 43:46Speaker 14: always like that, and then the then the lights go out,
- 43:48Speaker 14: and then when they come back on, it's Ryan Gosling
- 43:50Speaker 14: and it's Ghostwriter above him. I think the biggest part
- 43:54Speaker 14: of the MCU like reveals is probably Ryan Reynolds showing up.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, that was cool.
- 44:02Speaker 3: Yeah, he shows up a Deadpool.
- 44:04Speaker 6: When did you start filming?
- 44:07Speaker 2: It is doomsday?
- 44:08Speaker 4: When when he's in the can bro look around you
- 44:12Speaker 4: did you buk your head?
- 44:14Speaker 3: I see. So there's no additional.
- 44:17Speaker 15: Photography, no over, just hot posts city last minute editions.
- 44:25Speaker 14: I'm non totally convinced he's not in Doomsday, but he
- 44:29Speaker 14: showed up and people are freaking out because he showed
- 44:32Speaker 14: up in a gray Deadpool costume.
- 44:34Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 44:34Speaker 3: Which is the X Force Deadpool costume was.
- 44:39Speaker 6: A denim and he was Gene Pool.
- 44:40Speaker 3: Yeah, he called himself Jeane Pool.
- 44:42Speaker 14: But in the comics he wears like a gray like
- 44:44Speaker 14: a gray yeah, like a gray type outfit. And the
- 44:49Speaker 14: rumor was beforehand that Ryan Reynolds was teasing X Force
- 44:54Speaker 14: when he was saying like three weeks ago is not
- 44:56Speaker 14: done with Deadpool yet. It's like the X Men B team, Okay,
- 44:59Speaker 14: it's like they all kind of questioned what side of
- 45:02Speaker 14: the fence they they land on?
- 45:04Speaker 2: Is there non MCU stuff that they brought out a
- 45:06Speaker 2: comic con.
- 45:07Speaker 14: Yeah, I mean so if you're into the Rings of Power,
- 45:09Speaker 14: which is the Lord of the Rings, yeah, I'm not
- 45:11Speaker 14: either a big thing.
- 45:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that could be good.
- 45:15Speaker 14: Uh the clay Face trailer for the d c U Yeah, yeah,
- 45:22Speaker 14: which I don't see where that fits anywhere in that
- 45:25Speaker 14: universe either, but that's fine.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Uh.
- 45:27Speaker 14: I actually kind of got teary eyed though, because they
- 45:30Speaker 14: brought out Spaceballs, this cast of Spaceballs next, and Rick
- 45:35Speaker 14: Moranis came out of retirement specifically for this movie. And
- 45:39Speaker 14: uh between Hannah Honey, I shrunk the Kids and Ghostbusters
- 45:42Speaker 14: and Little Giants, Like he was a huge part of
- 45:44Speaker 14: my childhood and he got a standing ovation. Yeah, well
- 45:47Speaker 14: because his his wife died, and when his wife died,
- 45:52Speaker 14: he retired from acting.
- 45:53Speaker 2: But then he just died.
- 45:54Speaker 3: Rick Moranis was at Camic Comic Con.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Are you sure? Yeah?
- 45:57Speaker 5: Are you sure he's not ghost writer? Then if he's dead,
- 46:01Speaker 5: he didn't die. No, he was there this weekend.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Sure him didn't.
- 46:05Speaker 6: He is alive, and he said he made a whole.
- 46:07Speaker 3: Joke about how the only is he came back to
- 46:09Speaker 3: Revenge of the Nerds.
- 46:11Speaker 4: That guy, Oh that guy, Yeah, that guy did look
- 46:14Speaker 4: they looked the same, Okay, but.
- 46:16Speaker 14: Yeah, overall, I mean it was a it was a
- 46:19Speaker 14: revealing weekend. Just I thought I was gonna get like
- 46:21Speaker 14: X men.
- 46:22Speaker 6: I didn't get that, or is disappointed about.
- 46:26Speaker 14: Well, the rumor is that since D twenty three is
- 46:29Speaker 14: Disney's version of Comic Con is in like a month, Oh,
- 46:32Speaker 14: they don't war that there's gonna be like bigger announcements
- 46:37Speaker 14: made there, aren't they re releasing.
- 46:41Speaker 3: Adventure game? Yes? Yeah, four K.
- 46:43Speaker 5: Yeah, there's a four K theater going in North Scottsdale
- 46:46Speaker 5: in like a couple of weeks, a couple of months,
- 46:48Speaker 5: which is you know, you feel everything too.
- 46:50Speaker 14: So with a bunch of extra scenes too, Like they
- 46:52Speaker 14: were shooting new endgame scenes while they were shooting Doomsday,
- 46:57Speaker 14: and so it's supposed to because Doomsday.
- 46:59Speaker 3: Is like a direct equal to Venders end games.
- 47:01Speaker 4: So well, thank you Nick for that Comic Con review recap.
- 47:04Speaker 4: There's a text here about your game. The Chicken Finger
- 47:08Speaker 4: game was incredible, but the one for Sonic had me
- 47:12Speaker 4: rolling the way Nick bleeped. It supposed to be this
- 47:15Speaker 4: is how you Sonic, but because of where he chose
- 47:17Speaker 4: to add the bleep, it sounded like you said, this
- 47:19Speaker 4: is how you something very bad, yes, or how you
- 47:22Speaker 4: can bring it up on this radio. But I was
- 47:24Speaker 4: absolutely dying. Please play that clip again, got it, Let's
- 47:26Speaker 4: play it again? One second really threw me off there, Sorry.
- 47:39Speaker 2: Guys, Oh my god.
- 47:40Speaker 4: Okay, Peyton, here's a text about Peyton. Peyton has the
- 47:44Speaker 4: parasite they're talking about over the news.
- 47:46Speaker 9: I literally said the same thing, but you said that's
- 47:48Speaker 9: not the end. It's coming out as of Wow.
- 47:53Speaker 7: Might change. I feel like things are rapidly progressing over here.
- 47:56Speaker 6: If they do change, I would recommend you going.
- 47:59Speaker 4: Okay, so it of TV and movies. Let's get into
- 48:02Speaker 4: TV and movies. Should we start off with TV? Or
- 48:04Speaker 4: should we get into Odyssey first? Who here is see Odyssey?
- 48:07Speaker 7: I have?
- 48:07Speaker 2: Okay, I'm me too. I saw it yesterday.
- 48:09Speaker 6: Where did you think? Did it live up to all
- 48:11Speaker 6: the hype?
- 48:12Speaker 4: I did a review on my Instagram and I came
- 48:15Speaker 4: up with a phrase, And I've been getting a lot
- 48:17Speaker 4: of messages about my phrase. I called it aggressively.
- 48:19Speaker 5: Mid aggressively mid aggressively.
- 48:22Speaker 3: You like, on a scale of one to ten.
- 48:25Speaker 4: Because there was so much hype and so many people
- 48:27Speaker 4: talking about this for the longest time that when I
- 48:29Speaker 4: saw it, I just thought it was average. I give
- 48:32Speaker 4: it like a six on a scale of one to ten.
- 48:34Speaker 4: And then my son Dutch says, it's one of the
- 48:36Speaker 4: favorite movies of all time. And here's what I've realized.
- 48:40Speaker 4: People like my wife liked it right and her and I,
- 48:43Speaker 4: I mean, that's usually not the way it works. So
- 48:46Speaker 4: what I realized is a lot of people that loved
- 48:49Speaker 4: the movie also read the book in high school. I
- 48:53Speaker 4: saw the book for the first time over the weekend,
- 48:55Speaker 4: and it's a very thick book, and I am not
- 48:57Speaker 4: going to be reading that book, so I just thought
- 48:59Speaker 4: it was okay.
- 49:00Speaker 2: That's my recap.
- 49:02Speaker 7: I think you definitely have to like have a fascination
- 49:05Speaker 7: for Greek mythology or things like that, or actually that's
- 49:07Speaker 7: what I was saying. I never read the Odyssey, and
- 49:09Speaker 7: I was confused for the first hour and a half
- 49:11Speaker 7: of the movie because I didn't really understand the story.
- 49:14Speaker 7: But I was able to piece it together and I
- 49:16Speaker 7: ended up loving it. But I do think it's one
- 49:18Speaker 7: of those things that, like Christopher Christopher Nolan doesn't have
- 49:20Speaker 7: you go into this movie where you don't know anything
- 49:23Speaker 7: about the odyssey or you're just gonna be lost or not.
- 49:26Speaker 5: Well, I guess you could figure out like the guy
- 49:28Speaker 5: was supposed to be home in two weeks and it
- 49:29Speaker 5: took him a long time to get home and all
- 49:31Speaker 5: the stuff you had to go with.
- 49:32Speaker 7: What did you think of cyclop scene?
- 49:33Speaker 5: I really liked all of that. I thought it was
- 49:35Speaker 5: a really well it's you're like, a really well done movie.
- 49:39Speaker 5: In fact, as far as shooting movies go and watching
- 49:42Speaker 5: something on the screen, it's pretty it's pretty great. I
- 49:47Speaker 5: get where you might not love it. In fact, when
- 49:50Speaker 5: people are like was it great? Was great, I'm like,
- 49:51Speaker 5: you gotta go see it and decide for yourself.
- 49:52Speaker 4: You're talking about the way he was made and everything. Yeahah,
- 49:54Speaker 4: the acting was great, the way he was made was great.
- 49:56Speaker 4: This stuff was great. But I'm just sitting there watching
- 49:58Speaker 4: the movie. I was like, man, like, I'm want to
- 50:00Speaker 4: go see it again in imax. I didn't get a
- 50:02Speaker 4: chance to see it imax. I'd like to go see
- 50:03Speaker 4: it and see it like in that big.
- 50:06Speaker 6: Seven six Hours of Your Time.
- 50:09Speaker 5: Yeah, I really enjoyed it. I thought it was great.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Was your no, c G.
- 50:12Speaker 7: I Yeah, it was all real effect.
- 50:14Speaker 3: So there was a real psychops.
- 50:16Speaker 7: No. That was so they made like a muppet and
- 50:20Speaker 7: they used it like how like you have the strings
- 50:22Speaker 7: or whatever. And then the scene with Circe where she like,
- 50:26Speaker 7: oh yeah, those were animatronics.
- 50:28Speaker 3: And like when she when she likes people in the pigs, yeah, she.
- 50:32Speaker 7: Like morphs them into the pigs and she's like stretching
- 50:34Speaker 7: out their faces. Those are animatronics. So they're like like
- 50:38Speaker 7: I don't know, Like I don't know stuff you see
- 50:39Speaker 7: a Disneyland, I don't know.
- 50:41Speaker 2: I think that would have been good.
- 50:43Speaker 7: They're like real, real problem.
- 50:45Speaker 3: You're saying U CGI Instead.
- 50:48Speaker 4: Somebody made a comment I made a movie review on
- 50:50Speaker 4: my Instagram and someone said, I have a low IQ.
- 50:52Speaker 2: That's why if you.
- 50:53Speaker 5: Think about like they made they made a real trojan horse.
- 50:56Speaker 5: That's a real horse they made for that scene in
- 51:00Speaker 5: the the it looked real to me. I guess that's
- 51:02Speaker 5: what what I'm saying is that that didn't feel like
- 51:05Speaker 5: a movie. It felt like you were watching something. I
- 51:08Speaker 5: don't know historic, but you were watching.
- 51:09Speaker 7: Something that Sunday. A scene when they're invading Troy was
- 51:13Speaker 7: like next level. I was like, wow, it got goosebumps.
- 51:17Speaker 7: I cried at that part.
- 51:18Speaker 2: Oh wow, I did not feel it at all that.
- 51:21Speaker 7: You didn't cry at the end with Penelope and Odysseus
- 51:25Speaker 7: just going off on their.
- 51:26Speaker 4: Voyages, that's where they were. Tom Holland is Tillamook and
- 51:38Speaker 4: then the guy, she was the arm again.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Guy.
- 51:40Speaker 4: I was like, I didn't understand. I wish they had
- 51:43Speaker 4: the captions.
- 51:45Speaker 7: See, I said the same thing. I didn't understand what
- 51:47Speaker 7: they were saying. But I thought Robert Pattinson at the
- 51:50Speaker 7: end of the movie too.
- 51:51Speaker 3: He's a weasel.
- 51:51Speaker 7: Oh he was so good.
- 51:52Speaker 3: He's a good.
- 51:53Speaker 7: Look at these beggars.
- 51:55Speaker 2: That's the funny staying. My son Jake hasn't seen it yet,
- 51:57Speaker 2: but he knows.
- 51:57Speaker 7: That line because that the line is going just the
- 52:00Speaker 7: way he says it. It's just like he just delivers
- 52:03Speaker 7: it so well.
- 52:04Speaker 4: Well, the dude, here's the thing, Kyle. The guy wants
- 52:06Speaker 4: to get home, right, Matt Damon wants to get home.
- 52:09Speaker 4: For twenty years, wants to get home. He gets home
- 52:12Speaker 4: and he leaves.
- 52:14Speaker 7: I wanted to go home at home to his wife.
- 52:17Speaker 4: I want to go I want to go be with
- 52:18Speaker 4: my wife. I want to go be with my wife.
- 52:19Speaker 4: I'm want to go be with my wife. Instead, he
- 52:21Speaker 4: was I want to go home, to go home, So
- 52:22Speaker 4: I thought, oh, he must really like this. She's so
- 52:24Speaker 4: where he lives. But he gets home and he's like,
- 52:25Speaker 4: I'm out of here. He got to stressed.
- 52:27Speaker 6: His wife wasn't there. Why did he leave?
- 52:28Speaker 3: Shirley's kind of had off.
- 52:30Speaker 2: He left to go do the Trojan horse thing.
- 52:33Speaker 5: Right, supposed to be home in a few weeks, and
- 52:34Speaker 5: it took him ten years because Poseidon was mad at him.
- 52:37Speaker 7: And then Circe basically like like made or not not
- 52:41Speaker 7: Circe whoever, Charlie's there, and yeah her, she made him
- 52:44Speaker 7: stay on the island for much longer.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Get it starts off with Travis Scott.
- 52:49Speaker 4: Travis Scott is banging this wood thing on the floor
- 52:51Speaker 4: and it's so loud.
- 52:53Speaker 2: Chill out, Travis Scott. My fear was so loud.
- 52:56Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the the the cyclops yelling was the loudest
- 52:59Speaker 5: thing I've been heard.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Anyway. So that's a review of Odyssey.
- 53:05Speaker 4: We are going to get into some TV stuff because
- 53:06Speaker 4: is there anything really really good on TV right now?
- 53:08Speaker 4: Is anybody watch anything really good? I don't think that's good.
- 53:12Speaker 4: I hate to say it. What do you feel the
- 53:13Speaker 4: same way I do? Where you're like, oh, I want
- 53:15Speaker 4: to laugh.
- 53:16Speaker 6: I think I wanted more. I don't know. I don't
- 53:18Speaker 6: know what I wanted. I wanted to laugh out loud more.
- 53:20Speaker 3: Did you watch The Dink? Yes? What'd you think of that?
- 53:24Speaker 4: I thought that was good too. In fact, it's weird,
- 53:26Speaker 4: same cast almost. The guy that made the movie lives here.
- 53:29Speaker 4: Oh really, he told me I had lunch with him.
- 53:31Speaker 4: He made he He was telling me about six seven
- 53:34Speaker 4: months ago that he was like, hey, I'm producing this movie,
- 53:36Speaker 4: and he told me all about it. You said Ben
- 53:38Speaker 4: Stiller was involved. I thought John mcamro was hilarious. I too, yeah, hilarious.
- 53:44Speaker 3: I enjoyed The Dink. I thought it was fun. Yeah, yeah,
- 53:47Speaker 3: it was.
- 53:47Speaker 2: It was.
- 53:47Speaker 3: It was good.
- 53:48Speaker 5: I saw that and odystly like, you know, four hours apart,
- 53:51Speaker 5: so kind of you have to kind of adjust your
- 53:53Speaker 5: brain a little bit.
- 53:54Speaker 4: But I liked them both. I just like what Kyle
- 53:56Speaker 4: said about the Wilfair movie. I just want to like
- 53:58Speaker 4: it so much, I'm so bummed. Or did wheel Ferrell
- 54:00Speaker 4: TV show like I'm on episode five?
- 54:02Speaker 3: He has moments?
- 54:03Speaker 4: You know, the guy that plays his son. I don't
- 54:05Speaker 4: recognize him, so I googled him. He went to ve
- 54:08Speaker 4: then he quit when he was a junior. Huh. Just
- 54:10Speaker 4: there's so many times and they do a lot of
- 54:12Speaker 4: Arizona stuff in there.
- 54:13Speaker 9: So anyway, it literally starts out at Waste Management Oka.

- 55:18Speaker 5: What is the name of the galaxy that contains Earth? O?
- 55:22Speaker 10: Key Way?
- 55:25Speaker 3: Which US president appears on the twenty dollars Bill.
- 55:29Speaker 10: Jackson?
- 55:31Speaker 5: What candy slogan is melts in your mouth, not in
- 55:33Speaker 5: your hands?
- 55:34Speaker 10: Eminem's Eminem?
- 55:36Speaker 5: What is the largest of the five Great Lakes?
- 55:40Speaker 8: Oh, don't crash.
- 55:42Speaker 7: I don't know that one. I don't even know any
- 55:46Speaker 7: of the name of the Great Lakes.
- 55:48Speaker 10: I'm sorry, start it. There are fingers. They're up north
- 55:54Speaker 10: in the un.
- 55:59Speaker 8: I I can't even think of a name.
- 56:01Speaker 10: I'm just not even.
- 56:02Speaker 5: Kidding, not even of one of them.
- 56:05Speaker 10: Lake Mead, but that's somewhere here in Arizona.
- 56:10Speaker 5: Not Lake need the greatest, the largest. It's in the
- 56:13Speaker 5: name Lake Superior. Lake Superior is the largest.

- 56:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:44Speaker 9: I just we jetted off to go see my dad.
- 56:48Speaker 9: He lives in Aurora and we're not there and he
- 56:53Speaker 9: turned seventy five years old.
- 56:55Speaker 6: And this was like a super.
- 56:56Speaker 9: Last minute thing because I was talking to my husband
- 56:59Speaker 9: and like hit me.
- 57:00Speaker 6: I was like doing some math.
- 57:02Speaker 9: I usually get to see him maybe once or twice
- 57:04Speaker 9: a year, and I was like, he's seventy.
- 57:06Speaker 6: Five right now.
- 57:07Speaker 9: If he lives till eighty, let's say I only get
- 57:10Speaker 9: to see him, what ten more times in my life.
- 57:13Speaker 9: So I was like, this was not really planned, but
- 57:16Speaker 9: I'm like we have to go, like I have to
- 57:17Speaker 9: make the effort to be there.
- 57:19Speaker 6: To see him.
- 57:19Speaker 9: And it was it was really like a good special time.
- 57:22Speaker 9: It was less than twenty four hours, but it was.
- 57:25Speaker 6: It was really great.
- 57:26Speaker 9: To spend time with him, but because it was so
- 57:28Speaker 9: last minute, I was really grateful that Rich's daughter, Audrey,
- 57:31Speaker 9: who usually babysits our kids, she was willing to come
- 57:34Speaker 9: over and babysit the dogs. And I was like, well,
- 57:37Speaker 9: she knows the dogs, she knows our house, and should
- 57:39Speaker 9: be fine. Everything should be smooth sailing, and which I
- 57:42Speaker 9: have to apologize to you because I think I put
- 57:44Speaker 9: your daughter in danger Zo not but the dogs, because
- 57:49Speaker 9: now the dogs are great, and she was great watching
- 57:51Speaker 9: the dogs, but she was going to leave to go
- 57:54Speaker 9: get dinner. This was Saturday night, and she messages me
- 57:59Speaker 9: and she's like, hey, I just wanted to let you
- 58:01Speaker 9: know that I was leaving in the garage. Draw opener
- 58:04Speaker 9: you gave me didn't work. And I was like, She's
- 58:06Speaker 9: like I was shutting the door and it wouldn't shut,
- 58:09Speaker 9: and I'm like, oh no.
- 58:10Speaker 6: And I look over at Scott. I'm like, what do
- 58:12Speaker 6: we do. Here's the technical guy, you fix things.
- 58:16Speaker 9: And he was like it might be the battery, but
- 58:18Speaker 9: I don't really how to tell her where batteries are.
- 58:20Speaker 9: I don't think we have batteries right now, and so
- 58:22Speaker 9: luckily I was like, Okay, what we can do is
- 58:25Speaker 9: we have a keypad. I'll give you the keypad thing.
- 58:27Speaker 9: But we have a gate that goes into our driveway
- 58:31Speaker 9: that she's not going to be able to get it
- 58:33Speaker 9: unless there's a way to, like Jimmy Rickett, and you
- 58:36Speaker 9: have to get a piece of cardboard the same shape
- 58:39Speaker 9: as the sensor and shove it in the sensor so
- 58:41Speaker 9: that it stays open.
- 58:43Speaker 6: Okay, So it's.
- 58:44Speaker 9: Like, okay, Audrey, you have to find a piece of cardboard.
- 58:49Speaker 9: He's like a search around house in Scott Goes. She
- 58:51Speaker 9: could go through the recycle bin outside.
- 58:53Speaker 6: I was like, she's like going.
- 58:55Speaker 9: To rummage through the recycled bent outside. There's actually some
- 58:58Speaker 9: cardboard and the recycle bent inside. So usually just rubbaging
- 59:01Speaker 9: through a trash trying to find a car.
- 59:04Speaker 5: That would have been a great video she should have
- 59:06Speaker 5: posted when she found in your trash.
- 59:08Speaker 6: Oh my gosh. Right, so she finds it, she rigs
- 59:11Speaker 6: it the gate, she gets back in just fine.
- 59:12Speaker 9: But I started having these thoughts like, oh my gosh,
- 59:15Speaker 9: like what it like? We were literally in bed, we
- 59:18Speaker 9: were about to go to bed, and I turned my
- 59:19Speaker 9: phone on silent and it was a really long day.
- 59:21Speaker 9: We got up, I wout up at one thirty Saturday
- 59:24Speaker 9: morning to catch this flight. And so it was like nine.
- 59:28Speaker 6: O'clock at night when she was like telling us the grudge.
- 59:31Speaker 9: I was literally about to go to bed, and I
- 59:33Speaker 9: thought she could have like been trapped outside of our
- 59:36Speaker 9: house not being able to get in at all.
- 59:39Speaker 6: So thankfully I did not get that call.
- 59:42Speaker 2: Thankfully she how to garbage.
- 59:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 59:44Speaker 5: Well, she was telling me that both both dogs slept
- 59:47Speaker 5: in the bed with her. She was like, where did
- 59:49Speaker 5: you sleep? Like, God, you sleep in Kyle's room. She's like, no,
- 59:51Speaker 5: they have a guest room. She's like, but I'm not
- 59:53Speaker 5: used to dogs in bed. And the little one licked
- 59:56Speaker 5: me in the face a few times to wake me up.
- 59:57Speaker 3: She wakes up.
- 59:58Speaker 2: Ah.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: I was worried because I was like, the dogs wake up.
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: I tried to warn I was like.
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: Dogs wake up usually like five am speak for the
- 1:00:06Speaker 9: early early wake up call.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: I just saw this.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: It says in a poll of over seven thousand adults,
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: how many additional people typically sleep in the same bed
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: as you like, or how many people slept with pets?
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: And sixty seven percent of people say no pets. Twenty
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: percent said there's usually one pets sleeping in their bed.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: Seven percent said two pets. When I left my house today,
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: my wife had three pets. As much too much, three pets.
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: By the ways.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: Speaking of your dad, you're right, he's seventy five and
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: you're counting how many days you're gonna spend with him?
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: And my wife did that. I have several Thanksgivings ago.
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: She was like, my dad's turning eighty, we got to
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: spend Thanksgiving with him. I'm not gonna have very many left.
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, and then we did it. Then
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: the next year, my dad's turning eighty one. I don't
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: know what this could be my last Thanksgiving. Fine, dude
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: turned eighty nine last week.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: And he's rocket.
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: That's a trick.
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: I just got to keep saying that.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: So what have Thanksgiving again with him?
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Yes, trying to. Those are the only times I have off.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: I want to go somewhere.
- 1:01:07Speaker 6: You don't want to go anywhere.
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: Away, Rich I didn't see your car in this morning,
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: and I drive in usually here before me, and I'm like, oh,
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: there's a car.
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: Oh that's because I ubered into work today. No, it's
- 1:01:26Speaker 5: nothing big. I'm just picking up my car that was
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: getting serviced. In fact, I was putting new speakers in
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: it because I can't handle stock radio, so I'm putting
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: new speakers in it. I'm picking up today, but I
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: set up my uber last night to come get me
- 1:01:39Speaker 5: at four fifteen am, so you can set it up
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: in advance. So I get the little note on my
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: phone this morning at four fifteen as I'm kind of
- 1:01:47Speaker 5: walking outside, your uber driver is approaching. Please meet him outside.
- 1:01:51Speaker 5: So I put it like at the the cross street
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: in front of my house. So as I see the
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: car pull up and the headlights are on, they slow
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: down and they stop, and I pulled open the back
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: door and I'm like, hey, you're here for Rich and
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: the lady screams, oh my god, who are you?
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: And I'm like, oh, Uber right. She's like no, no,
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: I'm Amazon.
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: Yeh.
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: She was hair rough bye. Some shadowy figure with the
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: backpack walks up. But it was the exact same time.
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: What car pulls up in your neighborhood and stops in
- 1:02:23Speaker 5: front of your house exactly at four fifteen?
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: I thought Amazon?
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: Also Amazon. So then the guy who pulls up in
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: the Kia behind me, that's my ride. He's like, hey,
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: are you Rich. I'm like yes, sir, I'm David. I'm
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: your right. So I had that Uber driver. If you're
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: if you're listening, I am so sorry, thank you for
- 1:02:44Speaker 5: your service.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Amazon driver.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: Amazon. Sorry, Yeah, I'm so sorry to freak you out.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: But there you have it.
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: I usually get the photo radar tickets the same spot
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: all the time, but I got a in It's Paradise Valley,
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: but I got a photo radar ticket somewhere else, and
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: it's City of Phoenix, whole different ballgames.
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: So I don't know.
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: It just seemed very aggressive in their in their their letters.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: They sent me very aggressive, as in like, yeah, I
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: got like two, but I was gone for weeks. I
- 1:03:10Speaker 4: don't know if they were. So I thought maybe I
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: had learned a road take a look at it. It
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: was it a speeding I didn't even understand it. There's
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: a picture of me in my car and then there's
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: lots of words.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: I didn't have time.
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: You take a picture and throwing the chat GPT and
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: say what are they trying to say here?
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good idea.
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: It was like your fifteenth It can be really up
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: there this year.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: It's my second or third this year, but yes, my lifetime.
- 1:03:38Speaker 5: Yeah, so I really feel like the speeding they should
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: it should be old school, you should be you should be.
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: Caught caught red handed.
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: So Peyton, let's get into the spa drama. Spa drama.
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: Literally, Oh my gosh. Okay, So my one of my
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: really good friends, she is like eight weeks out from
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: having her second baby, and so there's about four of
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: us that are like a little bestie crew. Right, we
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: all grew up together, we all played basketball together, and
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: we've all been really good friends. So we were like,
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: how about we do something special because she's about to
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: have a baby. It also was just her birthday, so
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: we're like, how about we do like a nice like
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: spa day. She can get one of those mommy massages
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: or whatever, and so we reach out to her, We're like, hey,
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: are you available this day? She wasn't available because she
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: has her other daughter and basically it just wasn't working
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: out timing wise. So one of my friends reached out
- 1:04:31Speaker 7: to her the father of her child, and said, hey,
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: can you watch the kids while she's gone and we
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: go on this spa day. Well, he took it upon
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: himself to book the spa so nice like way to
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: take initiative why did he pick the most expensive spaw
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: in Arizona?
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: Well, what's like, what's that cost.
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: For a massage? Yea, it cost me over three hundred
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: dollars louting tip that is insane for an hour?
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: For an hour?
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: No, And my thing was like, okay, how about like
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: we shoot a text message before we booked these spaws
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: and make sure everyone's okay with this. I'm broke, I
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: ain't got money, just spend three hundred dollars on a spot.
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: So he goes, you asked me, the baby said, and
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: then he's like, hey, by the way, I booked everybody there, they're.
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: Treat yeah, which was like cool of him to like
- 1:05:25Speaker 7: go above and beyond it.
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: How did he know you didn't want to facial or
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: you didn't want he just booked you a massage? Well,
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: and you couldn't have changed it when you find out
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: what it cost.
- 1:05:32Speaker 7: And they all cost three hundred dollars.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: Good massage.
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: It was fine. It was fine, but it was like
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: kind of like and I texted my group tied and
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: I was like, I can't kick it with y'all anymore
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: because they're like single and thriving and have extra money
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: in their bank account. That I don't have, so they're
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: tripping and I told him, I was like, I don't
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: know if I can do this again. But it was
- 1:05:57Speaker 7: actually ended up being a really, really nice time and
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: I'm glad that we did it. It was even though like
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: I'm kind of annoyed about it, it's definitely worth it.
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: But we ended up going to like the pool because
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: when you go and you do these like spot days,
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: you can use all the other amenities and whatnot. And
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: so we go up to the pool and I hadn't
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: planned my day out very well. I didn't think I
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: was gonna be able to hang out after the massage,
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: so I didn't bring my bathing too. So yes, I
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: did go swimming in my bron underwear at this very
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: fancy Foofie resort.
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: Like broad underwear. Is it just a girl's pool or
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: was it everybody pool?
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: Everybody was there?
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: Well, you know what you think about it.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: It's like sometimes like if I was ever in my underwear,
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: it's just a pair of shorts, right, That's like your
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: broad underwear is just.
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: Like a BIKINID Honestly, my broad underwear covered a lot
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: more than the bikinis that I have.
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: That's that's actually but you know that if someone actually
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: knew that it was your broad underwear, it felt.
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: And I was all self conscious about it, like I
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: wouldn't get out of the pool, Like I was like,
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: everyone needs to like guard me with the towels so
- 1:06:53Speaker 7: no one can see me.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: And like my broad underwear?
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: Was it broad underwear that was like skin color, you
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: know that, like it it was fancy bron they matched.
- 1:07:00Speaker 7: No, it was like wearing like a little bra let,
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: like a black bralett and just like some black bottoms,
- 1:07:05Speaker 7: you know.
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: I saw this video of the Influencer and I thought
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: it was really clever, and I thought owner Painton would
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: do this video and it was. It was cars lightning
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: McQueen and there's a part where in cars where he
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: gets all excited and he's moving and doing something like
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: that when he gets out of what was it, what
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: was it? He gets out of mac mac truck or
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: the truck's going all crazy and she is standing the
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: girl is standing in her bikini in front of the TV.
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: So it looks like like McQueen is all excited about her.
- 1:07:32Speaker 7: Oh no, that.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Is so cute and clever, And I was like, what
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: Painton would do that?
- 1:07:38Speaker 7: Maybe how just almost in the video it.
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: Looked really cool and I was like, that's so funny
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: to do. Wonder of Pixar intended, this has nothing to
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: do with the weekend because you're doing a you were
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: doing a special thing.
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: Yeah, totally different thing.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: Influencer thing.
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: Yeah, totally different thing. I was telling you guys last
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: week that I got invited like on my first ever
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: like influencer staycation, and it was like so cool and
- 1:07:59Speaker 7: it was so fun. And we stayed at Caesar's Republic
- 1:08:01Speaker 7: in Scott Steal. It's like literally you can look out
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: the window and you see Scott Steel Fashion scores. You
- 1:08:05Speaker 7: see them all view I know.
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: Beautiful mountains. I want to see the mall. It's kind of.
- 1:08:15Speaker 7: Actually it was literally right now, but it was kind
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: of convenience. So we got there. We got an early
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: check in. We went there, we walked across the street
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: them all because the new skims opened and I was like,
- 1:08:25Speaker 7: I have to go. It was all picked over, Jesse,
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: Oh really yeah, I was all picked over, but whatever.
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: So we came back, took a nap, we went to
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: dinner at Luna by Giotta, and I tried lobster for
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: the first time, I was like, I don't know if
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: this is for me. I keep trying. No, I don't
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: think so. I think it was definitely last nights.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: Night.
- 1:08:45Speaker 7: This is Friday night. Yeah, And then Saturday we went
- 1:08:48Speaker 7: to they have this like pool party every Saturday for
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: the summer. It's called Cleopatra Pool Party. They have a DJ,
- 1:08:54Speaker 7: they have cabanas, you can go, you can hang out,
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: so it's really fun. It was me, Kadi and my brother,
- 1:08:57Speaker 7: his boyfriend and a couple of my other friends and
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: you guys, I don't know, like if I give this
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: vibe or what. But for the first time ever in
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: my life, I was offered drugs.
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: First time in your life? Are you sure? You're usually.
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: Like a stranger your self like a stranger?
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: Would they say?
- 1:09:24Speaker 7: Literally? She like came out, she was like, your body's banging,
- 1:09:27Speaker 7: let me know.
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: I was like, okay, your body's banging, let me know
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: what drugs you want? Was she's telling like what.
- 1:09:35Speaker 9: She just said, let me know. You were just supposed
- 1:09:37Speaker 9: to know that's drugs.
- 1:09:38Speaker 7: No, she definitely like was alluding to and she looked
- 1:09:41Speaker 7: a little what does.
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: Your body banging have to do with that?
- 1:09:46Speaker 6: She was hitting on you.
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: That's a sales thing you did, she offered me. What
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: did she said?
- 1:09:52Speaker 9: Explain because if she says your body's banging, let me know,
- 1:09:56Speaker 9: like that's someone hitting on you.
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: I'd be like, yeah, she's like, oh my god, your
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: body's but a little g P one.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: Can help some.
- 1:10:08Speaker 7: I was like walking like out of the pool and
- 1:10:11Speaker 7: she like walks up to me and she was like, girl,
- 1:10:14Speaker 7: your body is bang. Let me know if you want
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: some b B b b b b beep because I
- 1:10:19Speaker 7: don't want.
- 1:10:20Speaker 4: To say you don't want to say it's like that cocaine.
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: Yeah, but she didn't say cocaine. She like said some
- 1:10:26Speaker 7: other for cocaine.
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: I think LSD, Angel Bust, PCP, maybe BLOWI Wowie.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: Chopolty stick John J.
- 1:10:35Speaker 7: Are you like listening?
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: No, I'd be like, he wants you want some no spreads?
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: I got no spreads.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: Hey, So now I'm good morning. You're on the air.
- 1:10:49Speaker 7: Hi, good morning.
- 1:10:50Speaker 13: How are you guys?
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: What's up?
- 1:10:54Speaker 8: So?
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: I've been listening for it, but I don't.
- 1:10:55Speaker 6: Know too long decades and decades and hold.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: But like you used to scare the raise, what is happening?
- 1:11:02Speaker 7: Why is the rocket her raise?
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: Because she's spending it she's she makes a good chunk
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: of change, poor spending my money.
- 1:11:12Speaker 10: Okay, that that makes me feel happier.
- 1:11:14Speaker 6: I'm like, she's always on the air, she shows up
- 1:11:16Speaker 6: at for a give her a good.
- 1:11:18Speaker 9: Chunk of money.
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: Well, she needs more money. We just sell feed pictures exactly.
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: I'd love to actually get on it.
- 1:11:24Speaker 7: Girl almost texted John Jay. I was like, I don't
- 1:11:26Speaker 7: know if I can afford a sixty dollars pedicure in Texas.
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: Oh for sure, that's one thing.
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: For sure if you want to pedicure those guys while
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: they love to, they just got to pick the color.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: That's the thing.
- 1:11:36Speaker 14: All right.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: We already did little comic Con recap, but Colin Payton

- 1:12:08Speaker 7: It was.
- 1:12:09Speaker 6: The reception had.
- 1:12:10Speaker 9: Carnival style games where guests could win everything from designer

- 1:12:17Speaker 3: Wow, that's cool.
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: Of course we already know.
- 1:12:20Speaker 9: Everyone had to turn their phones in before going inside.

- 1:12:37Speaker 9: because fifty cent just confirmed it.
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: Some music that I'm working on, just something currently me
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: Eminem and Tupac. What I mean, we're confused about.
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: Ai?
- 1:12:49Speaker 3: Yeah, his estate. No, it's not Ai. It's actually it's some.
- 1:12:52Speaker 6: Of us stuff that hasn't been really his music. And
- 1:12:54Speaker 6: they gave you the great mind what they delivered it.
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: Actually it was for Street Fighter. Yeah, movie we've worked
- 1:13:00Speaker 3: on it and got it right.
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: So coming up shortly, I.
- 1:13:05Speaker 5: Think that Tupug song real, Hello, how much did he
- 1:13:09Speaker 5: record that he didn't release? Seems like there's a ton
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: I know, he just keeps.
- 1:13:13Speaker 6: Did you ever see that Chippelle shows?
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:13:14Speaker 6: Yeah, and you haven't seen the Tupac Chappelle show.
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: It's funny.
- 1:13:18Speaker 6: Just google it. It's absolutely hilarious. In this club here,
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: it's like new music.
- 1:13:23Speaker 9: It's very specific about the people dancing in the club. Anyways, Yeah, shirts,
- 1:13:29Speaker 9: His first street Fighter is expected to drop before the
- 1:13:31Speaker 9: movie hits theaters in October.
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: Okay, if you've been on Instagram in like the last
- 1:13:35Speaker 7: twenty four hours, you probably have seen the video of
- 1:13:39Speaker 7: Usher stopping his show because one of the girls that
- 1:13:43Speaker 7: got brought up on stage basically like she was just
- 1:13:46Speaker 7: not having it. I mean, she looked like stiff. She
- 1:13:48Speaker 7: looked like she just did not want to be on
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: stage with Usher by any means. And it's like how
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: Usher and Chris Brown, you know, they kind of grind
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: on the girls and they dance with them and they
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: drop the cherries and they do all that stuff. She
- 1:13:59Speaker 7: was having it. Usher literally joked off and was like,
- 1:14:02Speaker 7: I don't think she wants to be here and had
- 1:14:04Speaker 7: her like removed off of the stage and he continued
- 1:14:07Speaker 7: his set. And then she went on Facebook. The woman
- 1:14:11Speaker 7: who usher kicked off of stage and she went off.
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: She basically was like, first off, nobody is declining to
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: go on stage. I looked good. You thought I wasn't
- 1:14:20Speaker 7: gonna let thousands of people see me on the big
- 1:14:23Speaker 7: screen where you will never be I went like, dag.
- 1:14:26Speaker 7: She was like, my mom and I had four seats.
- 1:14:28Speaker 7: We got upgraded a VIP. They don't tell you who
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: you're about to go on stage with. What did you
- 1:14:31Speaker 7: guys want me to do? Sleep with him?
- 1:14:33Speaker 4: Like?
- 1:14:34Speaker 7: And she is popping off and basically she's like, pretty,
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: privilege is a real thing and you don't have it.
- 1:14:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw that.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: The last thing she posted was just unbothered.
- 1:14:42Speaker 6: Yeah, because like.
- 1:14:44Speaker 9: If you didn't, like, if you were gonna be that
- 1:14:46Speaker 9: uncomfortablehy would you go on stage in the first place?
- 1:14:48Speaker 7: Exactly? Why? Like she I mean, in my opinion, if
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: you're gonna go up on stage, lean into it, have fun,
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: give the people a show. If you don't want to
- 1:14:56Speaker 7: do it, that's fine, say no and allow someone else to.
- 1:15:00Speaker 9: I bet there was another there's a lot of other
- 1:15:02Speaker 9: fans that were like, he's kind of done that, and
- 1:15:04Speaker 9: we would have actually enjoyed it.
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: And my guess is because in that post she was like,
- 1:15:07Speaker 7: we don't know who you're going to go up with.
- 1:15:09Speaker 7: I think she maybe thought she was going to go
- 1:15:10Speaker 7: up with Chris Brown for taking down, So I don't know.
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: But either way, it's usher like you get called out
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: stage and you go just roll with it. It's kind
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: of like Mary Steambergein in the Dink when she made
- 1:15:22Speaker 4: out with that guy on the dance floor show for
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: her ex husband.
- 1:15:26Speaker 6: Right, and she wasn't actually attracted to him, right? Did
- 1:15:30Speaker 6: you hear that?
- 1:15:30Speaker 9: Chris Brown, he put guilty to that altercation in the nightclub.
- 1:15:33Speaker 9: He could be missing like literally half the tour.
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: Yeah, which is gonna be wild and he's definitely going
- 1:15:37Speaker 7: to get some jail time for that without adapt in
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: the Like the absolute biggest move of the NBA free agency,
- 1:15:43Speaker 7: forty one year old Lebron James. He is officially taking
- 1:15:45Speaker 7: his talents to Philadelphia. So he has signed a two year,
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: eight million dollar deal with a player option and a
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: trade kicker. So this ends his eight seasons with the Lakers.
- 1:15:54Speaker 7: He's going to chase, hopefully a final championship ring. He's
- 1:15:57Speaker 7: got Joe lmb Tyree, Maxy Jaylen just got traded there
- 1:16:00Speaker 7: from the Celtics, so hopefully he gets it. But I'm like,
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: only eight million for two years Lebron, He's got fifty
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: million for a year in LA.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: You want to hear my Lebron James song.
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: Yeah, and you guys the same.
- 1:16:14Speaker 16: Lebron giants talking about the name the success, same name abroad.
- 1:16:26Speaker 3: Jack message kinda.
- 1:16:29Speaker 16: Been if you want to make a.
- 1:16:32Speaker 3: Work, I'll be to a place and take a look
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: at the sky, say yeah, what do you think about
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: what anything about Lebron the success.
- 1:16:45Speaker 7: I don't think. I haven't. I mean, I don't really care.
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: I'm a Lakers fan, so I enjoyed seeing Lebron and
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: Brownie his son playing together. I think he's ring chasing
- 1:16:53Speaker 7: right now, which is kind of like whatever, but I
- 1:16:56Speaker 7: get it. It's it's probably gonna be his last year
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: and he'll.
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: Retirebbes all right, as we wait for a contestant, a
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: couple of text messages I'm gonna read. You can text us,
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: you text JJR or whatever you want to say to
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: nine six eight nine three, John, when you talk about drugs,
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: it sometimes comes across as if they're a cool thing.
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: Please keep in mind the kids are listening to and
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: it shouldn't sound like using drugs is cool. Okay, Uh,
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: here's one, you know, I talk about the the GLP
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: John J. Please stop calling trizepetide GLP two. It's not
- 1:17:36Speaker 4: a GLP two. It's a dual GIP GLP one receptor agonist.
- 1:17:42Speaker 3: My bad, Yeah, mouthful.
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: I'd like you to start saying agonist more.
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: I thought the word was antagonist. I thought it was
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: a GLP two. I thought the other thing is a
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: GLP three.
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: My bad.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 1:17:54Speaker 3: I thought it was a GLP three.
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: I thought tide was a GLP two, and I thought
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: ozempic was a GLP one.
- 1:18:00Speaker 7: No actually no, Like okay, So I have a couple
- 1:18:02Speaker 7: of my friends that are on like the triseeppetide and
- 1:18:04Speaker 7: the and the retta or whatever, and I literally told
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: them I was like, y'all, like are so skinny, Like
- 1:18:10Speaker 7: you guys are so skinny. And she's like thank you,
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: Like that's all I want in life. And I'm like, okay,
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: I get it. But it's like when does these these
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: injections start to hurt us because all we're hearing are
- 1:18:21Speaker 7: these really really good things. But I can't, like, how
- 1:18:24Speaker 7: do we don't even have the information on all of them.
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: Here's what here's where people make the mistake. So my
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: wife has lost a lot of weight. She looks freaking
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: amazing on the GOP two. That's right, I said it,
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: GOP two. On trisseepetide, she looks amazing. Now I've seen
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: people go too far, like Kelly Osborne.
- 1:18:43Speaker 3: Yeah you go.
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: So what happens is where people make the mistake is
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: the protein. So you got to eat protein, and you
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: have to overdo it. Like when you're not you're not
- 1:18:52Speaker 4: hungry anymore, you still got to do your protein. So
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: let's say you got to count your protein too, So
- 1:18:58Speaker 4: like you go to my fitness Pal and you monitor
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: your protein. So Blake puts it in now and then
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: it's But this is where her and I are having
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: to do it. Like for me, I get so full,
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: but I'm below my protein and I just shove it
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: in there and then it helps so that you don't
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: lose your muscle, because then you look all weird and
- 1:19:12Speaker 4: you get ozembic fis right, but I'm a big fan
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: of the tri Zeppetide GLP two and all the other
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: things I'm doing.
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: I'm doing the NAD shot tomorrow.
- 1:19:22Speaker 9: And then I do the like really, because you used
- 1:19:25Speaker 9: to talk about the nads.
- 1:19:27Speaker 6: Like the horrible experience when.
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: You took I was doing in the IV drip, which
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: was terrible.
- 1:19:31Speaker 6: And the SHOT's different for you because.
- 1:19:33Speaker 4: The IV drip, I was getting the thousand milligrams in
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: twenty minutes and it's supposed to be a thousand milligrams
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: in eight hours.
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: Oh jeez, but I thought you said last time you
- 1:19:40Speaker 5: did the shot, you came You're like, wait, did touch
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: shot this morning was terrible?
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: I do the shot and then it's not as bad
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: as when I was doing the IV drip. I feel
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: a little queasy, but then it comes right. You're fine
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: after feels a little quezy right now. But she's got colonoscopy,
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: don't or what's that thing called?
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: I don't have that either.
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: Follow the play game. We gotten the coal on the line,
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: hid in the coal?
- 1:20:00Speaker 6: Hi, good morning, Good morning.
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: We're gonna play a round of impostor.
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: Okay, yes, okay, so that means imposter Peyton Is that
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: we're all some playing games.
- 1:20:10Speaker 7: Yeah, I'll let you know how to play. Okay, So, Nicole,
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: our producer Nick, he has secretly picked one person in
- 1:20:15Speaker 7: the studio to be the impostor. The rest of us
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: have all gotten the same word or the same topic.
- 1:20:21Speaker 7: We are each going to describe the word without saying it.
- 1:20:23Speaker 7: But the thing is one of us is lying. We
- 1:20:25Speaker 7: are the impostor, and you have to figure out who
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: it is. So you get to pick who you want
- 1:20:30Speaker 7: to start with, John, j Rich, Kyle or me Peyton.
- 1:20:35Speaker 10: Let's start with Kyle.
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: Okay, familiar.
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: Friend, Wolverine, wild, Huge.
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: JACKMANI he's a huge, Holland what do you say?
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: I'm sorry, Holland, Blockbuster, hyped Odyssey, Odysseus, MMM.
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: Ocean Superstars.
- 1:21:11Speaker 7: Nicole, you can chime in whoever you think is impostor
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: whenever you're ready.
- 1:21:16Speaker 10: So hard, I'm gonna say, Rich, So why.
- 1:21:24Speaker 13: You're I just feel like everyone's kind of saying similar things.
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: And then like, I don't know.
- 1:21:29Speaker 10: Where the Wolverine came from.
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: Well I was kind of I am totally the impostor,
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: and I thought Nick was either gonna go comic or
- 1:21:36Speaker 5: he was either gonna go Comic Con or Odyssey, and
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: I went in Comic Con first, so I think.
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: It was.
- 1:21:44Speaker 6: At a text saying you're the impostor.
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: I also got a text you played.
- 1:21:54Speaker 14: Oh guys, I'm so sorry. There's egg on my face.
- 1:21:58Speaker 14: I apologize you. You're all the impostor.
- 1:22:02Speaker 6: Like again, I was last time we played what was
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: the word?
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: Then?
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: What was.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: There was no word.
- 1:22:10Speaker 14: I just wanted to see where you guys went without
- 1:22:11Speaker 14: any any context.
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: It was great for me.
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: I was like, I was like, you're pretty topical and
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: things going on in the world, So I thought it
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: was either gonna be Comic Con or Odyssey.
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: I think what was Kylie Wood first?
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: She's familiar. Well, that's true.
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: I mean we are familiar with Comic Con and we
- 1:22:29Speaker 5: are familiar with Odussey she wasn't wrong.
- 1:22:31Speaker 4: Well, and Nicole, you win congratulation jump. Looking on the
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: news right now, that disease the paint.
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: Has I don't have psilospora.
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: It's nothing exploding.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: Have you eaten lettuce? Have you eaten any lettuce in
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: the last three days?
- 1:22:46Speaker 7: Yeah, but it was from that.
- 1:22:48Speaker 6: Oh my gosh. We went to dinner last night from
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: my niece's birthday.
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: Never been to Angry Crabshap before seafood boil. That was
- 1:22:53Speaker 9: a whole new thing. Was man, it took an hour
- 1:22:56Speaker 9: to get food. Yeah, when it did show up, it
- 1:23:02Speaker 9: was very interactive. I did not realize that the shrimp
- 1:23:05Speaker 9: I ordered was still going to have the legs and
- 1:23:07Speaker 9: the and the.
- 1:23:08Speaker 6: Shell on it, so I d for sure.
- 1:23:11Speaker 9: But but my my niece's husband he ordered something and
- 1:23:16Speaker 9: he was way across the table and all I saw
- 1:23:18Speaker 9: was a bunch of shredded lettuce on his But I
- 1:23:20Speaker 9: was like, are you gonna eat that?
- 1:23:22Speaker 6: I'm scared.
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: I saw the video you posted that I've never been
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: to Angry cap Crab Shack. We actually went in one
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: time and it was there was a huge line. It
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: was like an hour, so I left. But I know
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: my kids go all the time on your Instagram. I
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: didn't know they were like live animals in the Yeah,
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: they're like.
- 1:23:42Speaker 9: Walking around with them and that's my kids were like,
- 1:23:44Speaker 9: what is that? I was like, that's people's dinner.
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: Like you pick it and they eat it. They cook it.
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: You don't pick it, but they bring them out like
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: you can the.
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: Wonder. They're angry.
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: You do it at a steak they don't bring the
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: cow out. That's what.
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: We can check this out. So I ated this restaurant.
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: I was so rich about it, The Belmont. It's North
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: Scottsdale and it's fantastic. And I was talking to the
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: owner of Phil and if any guys watch Dutton Ranch. Okay,
- 1:24:14Speaker 4: there's a part in dutt Ranch where Beth Dutton. She
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: has all these cows and they're like the best beef,
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: and so she's trying to get these fancy restaurants to
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: serve her beef. So she goes to the restaurant in Dallas,
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: this fancy restaurant, and she sits down with the owner
- 1:24:29Speaker 4: and she's like, has the chefs cook up their steak
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: and then the owner eats it and decides whether he
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: likes or not. I'm like, yeah, right, you know, like
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: a wine tasting. Turns out that's a real thing. So Phil,
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: who owns the Belmont, I said to him. He told
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: me that these steak places always try to get him
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: the farms. They bring the cow, they bring the meat,
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: and he has to they try all these different cuts
- 1:24:48Speaker 4: and then they cook them and then he decides what
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: steak he's gonna And every month or so, it's new meat,
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: and I was like, could I please come to that?
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: And he said sure, litmustaff So I'm gonna go. Oh wow,
- 1:25:00Speaker 4: he wasn't full of it. Won in honor and I'm
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: gonna go while the people bring their beef and I
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: can sample it and help pick it. Sounds like a
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: great And then if you get your protein, he doesn't
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: tell you that when they make it, they put the
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: brand underneath the steak, so you don't know what it's like. Pepsi.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: It's a steak Pepsi challenge. Yeah, he said, yeah, so hopefully.
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: By the way, I recommend that restaurant.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: It was great. If you look on my instagram, the
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: all these Foo food drinks with fog in them, what
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: do you go like?
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: Dry eat? Yeah?
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: Were really cool drinks and stuff. But anyway, hey, we're
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: gonna pay your bills coming up, but Cowood is also
- 1:25:31Speaker 4: coming up.
- 1:25:32Speaker 9: Three things you need to know if you've ever wanted
- 1:25:34Speaker 9: to be an influencer, now you're in luck.
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: I'll explain why next with John Jay and rich.
- 1:25:39Speaker 3: Tap it and say what's up?
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: Open the free Ieheart radio app, tap the doc back Mike.
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: Just then John Jay and Richard message now.
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: Quick text here you know you text us, text jj
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: R whatever you want to say to the number nine
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: six eight nine three. This text says did you stop
- 1:25:52Speaker 4: minute to win it? I haven't heard it in a while.
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: Or did someone win and it's done? I was trying
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: to call him for weeks to play. No, we did
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: it an hour ago.
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: We do whatever.
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: Nobody's one yet.
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: Yeah, coward free things.
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: We need though.
- 1:26:04Speaker 9: This is kind of all over social media because it
- 1:26:06Speaker 9: involves a TikTok influencer named Sarah Gilson also known as
- 1:26:10Speaker 9: Sarah Duffy. She's found dead in her Oklahoma home Oklahoma
- 1:26:13Speaker 9: home when investigators believe was a murder suicide involving her
- 1:26:18Speaker 9: estranged husband, who just weeks earlier, she had publicly accused
- 1:26:21Speaker 9: him of being a pedophile because he was accused of
- 1:26:24Speaker 9: inviting one of the teammage basketball players on the team
- 1:26:26Speaker 9: he coached to his hotel room during one of their
- 1:26:30Speaker 9: one of their basketball tournaments. Sarah's death comes lest in
- 1:26:33Speaker 9: two weeks after she participated in that viral TikTok trend
- 1:26:36Speaker 9: where you sit down for the Netflix documentary, and she
- 1:26:38Speaker 9: titled it Preparing for when the Netflix drops a documentary
- 1:26:41Speaker 9: about my soon to be ex husband who I just
- 1:26:43Speaker 9: found out as a pedophile. Wish I was joking. Definitely,
- 1:26:46Speaker 9: really really, really devastating story. ASU is officially offering a
- 1:26:51Speaker 9: college degree and becoming a content creator. So if you've
- 1:26:55Speaker 9: ever wanted to be an influencer, made me want to
- 1:26:57Speaker 9: get yourself to ASU. This is getting national news now,
- 1:27:00Speaker 9: even though it was announced that like a last week sometime.
- 1:27:03Speaker 9: It is designed if you want to be an influencer,
- 1:27:05Speaker 9: You're going to learn everything from video production to podcasting,
- 1:27:08Speaker 9: to building a personal brand and growing your social media following.
- 1:27:12Speaker 9: They say the coolest part is that you will actually
- 1:27:14Speaker 9: graduate with a real online audience instead of just a diploma.
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: I wonder if a schools are going to copy that.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: I think, well, I remember what it was when there
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: was a school where that they started doing Tator Swift class.
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: I don't think other people jump on that bad wagon.
- 1:27:27Speaker 7: Yeah, but I'm just saying, like, who's going to teach it?
- 1:27:29Speaker 4: Because I'm boxing one O one.
- 1:27:37Speaker 7: My professor. To be someone that like has a following,
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: I have to be someone. There's a ton of Arizona
- 1:27:42Speaker 7: influencers here too that have a huge following. That'd be
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: so cool if like they were intertwined in some way.
- 1:27:47Speaker 6: Absolutely, it'd have to be.
- 1:27:48Speaker 4: A professor, right, you'd be a professor and an influencer.
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: You have to have some massive credibility. I wonder if
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: they go outside the market to bring in somebody.
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: You think they try to hunt down like a jacent deriullo.
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, because I would be going to class and
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: be like, who are you due trying to tell me social?
- 1:28:06Speaker 6: You have ten followers and you're telling me how to
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: gain following?
- 1:28:09Speaker 7: Sure, and you're grading me not fine, irritating.
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: Yeah, there's also like a lot of people have millions
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: of followers. You'd have to have somebody who has way
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: more than millions of followers.
- 1:28:21Speaker 7: You would need like an Alex Cooper or an Alex.
- 1:28:25Speaker 5: Who has turned followers into a bit of an industry,
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: or like the Courtney Cook girl.
- 1:28:29Speaker 4: I would think that before they announced their teaching this class,
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: they have that person lined up already.
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: I haven't told this is probably Kim Kardashian.
- 1:28:35Speaker 6: I would oh my gosh, wouldn't you just don't?
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: I would go back to school for Kim Kardashian to
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: be my professor.
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: Yeah, oh no, Yeah, they haven't announced a single professor.
- 1:28:43Speaker 9: I mean they maybe they bring a couple of people in,
- 1:28:46Speaker 9: Like the first two weeks is one influencer and they
- 1:28:48Speaker 9: talk about how to gain your audience, and then the
- 1:28:50Speaker 9: next one is how to turn it into a business
- 1:28:52Speaker 9: and make money off of it, or or it's a business.
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: It's a professor of business or something. And then they
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: have guest speakers, right, that rotated all the time. Interesting,
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: when can you sign up? We should sign up, and
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: somebody should just try to go.
- 1:29:05Speaker 7: I would totally go to that class if you should
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: do that.
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: Can you like just take nuts. It's a major, it's
- 1:29:10Speaker 5: a whole it's a whole program.
- 1:29:13Speaker 7: I don't know if I want to get another degree.
- 1:29:15Speaker 7: It's a lot of work.
- 1:29:16Speaker 9: Yeah, your content creation bachelor's degree. Imagine paying to enjoy
- 1:29:22Speaker 9: the view from the space needle and then watching two
- 1:29:24Speaker 9: people climb over the safety glass and jump off of
- 1:29:26Speaker 9: the top. That's exactly what happened on Friday night. Two
- 1:29:29Speaker 9: base jumpers parachuted to the ground. A lot of tours
- 1:29:32Speaker 9: were just like, oh my gosh, they filmed the whole thing. Obviously,
- 1:29:35Speaker 9: that's like you were not really expecting to see that.
- 1:29:38Speaker 9: One person was arrested, the other one's still on the run,
- 1:29:41Speaker 9: like they're still trying to track down the second jumper.
- 1:29:44Speaker 9: I'm sure they're going to find the second jumper, but yeah,
- 1:29:47Speaker 9: just I don't know. I guess this needed to be said.
- 1:29:49Speaker 9: That is illegal and you shouldn't do that.
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: You know, you make me.
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: You reminded me of a video I saw last night.
- 1:29:55Speaker 4: Did you see Scooter Braun in Sydney Sweeney's.
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: Videos, Yeah, jumping off of the thing they win.
- 1:29:59Speaker 4: I don't know where they went on vacation, but they
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: jumped off a lot of things they did, like bungee
- 1:30:04Speaker 4: jumping off something in the middle of nowhere.
- 1:30:05Speaker 3: They went off a helicopter and but.
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: Like over they bungee jumped everywhere, and I was like, man,
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: they are really like that's a lot like I think
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: that completely probably connects you for life analine because they're
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: like hugging on a helicopter and then they jump WHOA.
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: I saw it on his Instagram and I saw it
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: and then he's wearing a he's doing He's got a
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: cam and so you can see there's if you swipe,
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: then you can see the version of him where it's
- 1:30:30Speaker 4: close up on his face and you can see her
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: and you can see it's crazy yet, but I guess
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: they're madly in love.
- 1:30:35Speaker 6: Yeah, there's adrenaline junkies. And that's three things you need
- 1:30:38Speaker 6: to know.
