- 0:19Speaker 4: Sometimes you just know when it's a Catonian household, and
- 0:22Speaker 4: you know you're in a Catonian household when the neighbor's
- 0:24Speaker 4: kid is shouting this.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Show that drives you all.

- 0:43Speaker 2: see that's what it is.
- 0:44Speaker 4: Welcome, Welcome, brand new weekd You had a great weekend.
- 0:47Speaker 4: I had a weekend of pride because I'm not only
- 0:50Speaker 4: chilling with Cassidy J.
- 0:51Speaker 5: Nicholson.
- 0:51Speaker 4: I'm chilling with an official tid talker. Oh my god, yes, yes,
- 0:58Speaker 4: a did talker. I need to hear all about it.
- 1:01Speaker 4: But I know for a fact that I get unsolicited
- 1:03Speaker 4: commentary from all sorts of places in my DMS saying
- 1:06Speaker 4: that you were magnificent, thank you so inspirational. People have
- 1:12Speaker 4: been completely inspired by your Ted talk. I mean, now
- 1:16Speaker 4: you've really done like I do that as a little thrower,
- 1:18Speaker 4: like thanks to coming to my ted talk. But you
- 1:20Speaker 4: can legitimately say that you've done a ted talk.
- 1:22Speaker 1: You know what.
- 1:23Speaker 6: Be prepared for it to be everywhere.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Please all right, post about it, like do a layout
- 1:29Speaker 4: of content over over four months? Will okay, just keep
- 1:32Speaker 4: on going ted T T TED TED even watch Ted
- 1:35Speaker 4: the movie to inspire you as well. Why not just
- 1:37Speaker 4: continue doing it because you need to be proud of
- 1:39Speaker 4: yourself as much as I am. Because it's been really great.
- 1:43Speaker 4: I love how your Your mom and I we had
- 1:44Speaker 4: a conversation about you in the DMS as well as
- 1:46Speaker 4: we do. We have a lot of conversations in the DMS.
- 1:49Speaker 4: But she was just saying that you are She was
- 1:51Speaker 4: so so.
- 1:51Speaker 6: Proud of you.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Oh you were in proud of her and she mentioned
- 1:53Speaker 4: you like, oh, thank you. So the thing is, I
- 1:56Speaker 4: can also add to my bio that I have been
- 1:57Speaker 4: mentioned in a Ted talk. Yes you have, Yes, give
- 2:02Speaker 4: us the headline of what your Ted talk was about
- 2:04Speaker 4: before it gets a I think it will be distributed
- 2:07Speaker 4: on the YouTube channel, etc. Buts let's talk about what
- 2:10Speaker 4: the headline was without giving away too much.
- 2:12Speaker 7: So it's four days or four months the question that
- 2:17Speaker 7: changed my life and could change yours too, and long
- 2:21Speaker 7: story short. It basically speaks on how to achieve living
- 2:26Speaker 7: your dream life with three simple steps.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Okay, good, three steps.
- 2:31Speaker 7: Three steps to live your dream life, and it's a
- 2:34Speaker 7: difficult one to hear because there are some things that
- 2:36Speaker 7: people who have been making excuses won't want to hear.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Or have been too scared to take certain plunges.
- 2:44Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I will always use the fact that you stepped into
- 2:47Speaker 4: an industry that you had never been a part of
- 2:50Speaker 4: and you just took it. I don't think anybody knows
- 2:53Speaker 4: that you were here for an entire month prior to
- 2:56Speaker 4: starting to absorb, to feel, to see to and opportunities
- 3:01Speaker 4: and that sort of thing. And along the way we
- 3:03Speaker 4: continue to learn together, and a large part of you
- 3:05Speaker 4: stepping into the fold has even made me learn even
- 3:09Speaker 4: more because I love learning every day, especially about radio.
- 3:12Speaker 4: But just to have you in here, it was like
- 3:15Speaker 4: everything became fresher, right.
- 3:17Speaker 7: I even mentioned I did mention when I spoke about
- 3:20Speaker 7: the radio segments on the speech. I said I didn't
- 3:23Speaker 7: get radio because I wanted radio. I got radio because
- 3:26Speaker 7: I became someone ready for radio. And that's what the
- 3:29Speaker 7: conversation is.
- 3:31Speaker 5: Can you drop that mic? Is that it was attached
- 3:33Speaker 5: to a boss?
- 3:34Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, sure you got some applause there at the
- 3:37Speaker 4: back as well from our pay you know what we
- 3:39Speaker 4: actually paid for that Pinot gallery there. Yeah, their entergrad
- 3:42Speaker 4: has been paid for. So yes, Jody and Peterson are
- 3:45Speaker 4: back there. Yeah they gave you applause. Now that's very true.
- 3:48Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 3:49Speaker 5: I think yeah One spoke about it though.
- 3:51Speaker 4: But what happens with instant gratification culture that a lot
- 3:54Speaker 4: of young people are in right now is that they expect,
- 3:56Speaker 4: oh my word, that's the job title. But sometimes you
- 3:59Speaker 4: got to be ready for the job title, willing to
- 4:02Speaker 4: work toward the title, and every single day earn the title.
- 4:07Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 4:08Speaker 7: I got to earn a right to set with you
- 4:09Speaker 7: in the car every single day.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Sure.
- 4:12Speaker 4: By the way, did I mention that I'm chilling with
- 4:14Speaker 4: the Ted Talker. I'm just like it's like the flash
- 4:16Speaker 4: drive Ted approved.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Yes, yes it is.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Wowser. Well, I mean that was the intro to the show.
- 4:24Speaker 4: So I think it's safe for me to say thanks
- 4:27Speaker 4: for coming to our Ted talk Yes, happy Monday to you.

- 4:44Speaker 5: So we dreams.

- 10:28Speaker 5: Welcome, thank you. So tell me a little bit about it.
- 10:33Speaker 4: I know, just earlier I was chatting about Cassidy standing
- 10:36Speaker 4: on a stage worth Ted Talks.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Yes, and you did it this.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Weekend and I'm so proud and I think that's the
- 10:41Speaker 4: little inspirationalt seed for many more stories. So just give
- 10:45Speaker 4: me the gist of what you've overcome and what you've
- 10:48Speaker 4: achieved recently.
- 10:51Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 10:52Speaker 10: So I did my masters at CC and Human Genetics.
- 10:56Speaker 10: I was pregnant, lots and lots of tears, not lots
- 10:59Speaker 10: of hard work. I started off working part time and
- 11:03Speaker 10: then masters, I got promoted and am now working full time,
- 11:09Speaker 10: all while pregnant. Anxiety goes part in depression everything. So
- 11:15Speaker 10: it was one of the hardest things I've if I
- 11:18Speaker 10: had to do.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Yeah, wow, hold on, I'm trying to get this straight.
- 11:23Speaker 4: You did your masters while pregnant, suffering from all of
- 11:28Speaker 4: those things that come with that unknown ahead of you,
- 11:32Speaker 4: and you still did a full time job while you
- 11:35Speaker 4: were doing it.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Yeah, who are you? I can't even ye, I can
- 11:40Speaker 5: hold on? Who am I yearning? The back? There?
- 11:42Speaker 10: That's that's the other degree?
- 11:45Speaker 5: Is that the other degree you achieved? Yes, that's the
- 11:47Speaker 5: top degree.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a that's I mean, it's no
- 11:50Speaker 4: lecture theater that'll get you ready for that. I'm telling
- 11:52Speaker 4: you now, your Chandre, And how often do you do
- 11:56Speaker 4: you tell yourself, Hey, I achieved that, I did that,
- 11:59Speaker 4: I worked through that.
- 12:00Speaker 5: How often you say that in the mirror? But the affirmation.
- 12:04Speaker 10: I don't know, Like I think I was an autopilot
- 12:07Speaker 10: for most of the time yep. And then I guess
- 12:10Speaker 10: these like waves of emotion and like gratitude for like
- 12:15Speaker 10: all the support that I had. And I think that's
- 12:17Speaker 10: one of the major things that also helped me, was
- 12:20Speaker 10: to have support.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Well, this is this is the magic of a woman
- 12:26Speaker 4: that you are so beautifully sharing. Is that everything is
- 12:31Speaker 4: done there? You became a mom full time got your masters.
- 12:35Speaker 4: These are it's dream upon dream upon dream. But the
- 12:38Speaker 4: thing is the mental expense of it is so much
- 12:41Speaker 4: that you think, how can someone do this? And a
- 12:44Speaker 4: woman can and you can, Chandre, and you did that
- 12:48Speaker 4: is beautiful. Thank you for sharing, and I hope that
- 12:51Speaker 4: I can help along because you know that other degree,
- 12:54Speaker 4: how old's other degree?
- 12:56Speaker 5: Four four years old?
- 12:58Speaker 4: I'm sure there are a bunch of things that well,
- 13:01Speaker 4: that you'll need for the four year old and for yourself.
- 13:03Speaker 4: So I want to take you out of autopilot now
- 13:06Speaker 4: and give you a two and a half thousand cash back.
- 13:09Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 13:09Speaker 4: The word to celebrate strong courageous woman such as yourself.
- 13:14Speaker 4: I am honored to chat to you today and thank
- 13:15Speaker 4: you for sharing. Thank you so no problem, Chandra our
- 13:19Speaker 4: first winner. Keep on sharing throughout the entire week and
- 13:22Speaker 4: win a two and a half one thousand doll and
- 13:24Speaker 4: cash back worth clicks. But remember that you're also sharing
- 13:28Speaker 4: to inspire other women, other individuals who think that it's impossible,
- 13:33Speaker 4: and then you do it and you show them the way.
- 13:35Speaker 5: That's what this week is about. With clicks.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Acoustic Element Jimmy Eavis Rebel Heart coming up on your
- 13:41Speaker 4: flash drive Kiton has a superhero, believe it or not,
- 13:45Speaker 4: And there's this one lunchtime rule that has appalled me
- 13:49Speaker 4: big time. It is the biggest penalty I've ever heard of,
- 13:53Speaker 4: a lunchtime rule that's got the entire internet divided. I'll
- 13:56Speaker 4: share that with you a little later on your show,
- 13:58Speaker 4: Hang one. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I can do one
- 14:02Speaker 4: better for you. A study has shown that individuals of
- 14:07Speaker 4: checking these at ten pm. In fact, around a third
- 14:13Speaker 4: of people are checking these at ten pm.
- 14:16Speaker 5: Is that better cliffhanger for you? Is that fine?
- 14:19Speaker 6: It's a better cliffhanger. But now I want to.
- 14:21Speaker 5: Know, okay, no problem, all right? So basically what.
- 14:28Speaker 4: Benardriguez tell me how it's on your show flash Drive
- 14:31Speaker 4: KFM ninety four point five. It's best I start with
- 14:34Speaker 4: this music familiar, the iconic hand Summer from the Dark Night.
- 14:51Speaker 4: The reason why Batman must move over because Cape On
- 14:56Speaker 4: as a brand new superhero. It's very unmasked superhero known
- 15:05Speaker 4: as the Templar of the Cape. Instead of fighting villains,
- 15:09Speaker 4: he's fighting.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Letter.
- 15:15Speaker 4: For the past nine weeks, he has been pulling on
- 15:16Speaker 4: a cape and mask to clean up areas between False
- 15:20Speaker 4: Bay and Weinberg hoping to inspire others to do the same.
- 15:25Speaker 4: So far, he's filled more than forty black bags is
- 15:27Speaker 4: rubbish and is now calling another's to join him. His
- 15:30Speaker 4: goal to build the community of everyday heroes who clean
- 15:33Speaker 4: up Cape Town one rubbish bag at a time. But
- 15:36Speaker 4: the first group clean up plan for nine August. Not
- 15:39Speaker 4: all superheroes wear capes. They are just from the Cape.
- 15:47Speaker 4: So yeah, that's what I wanted to share. Capture on
- 15:50Speaker 4: tenterhooks there, didn't I know you did, but.
- 15:51Speaker 7: Yes, so can I just be so serious for a second. Yes,
- 15:55Speaker 7: cleaning up let'ster with a mask and a cape on
- 15:57Speaker 7: feels so Cape Town. It's the most Cape Town thing
- 16:02Speaker 7: I've heard today.
- 16:04Speaker 4: I know of a Batman who is at a traffic
- 16:06Speaker 4: light in town, Like I know that Batman.
- 16:08Speaker 5: You know that?
- 16:09Speaker 4: Yes, yes, we all know that Batman. But now this
- 16:11Speaker 4: is the templar of the Cape. You know what I
- 16:13Speaker 4: thought about it. I thought, maybe like the templar like
- 16:15Speaker 4: there could have been. I thought there would be another name,
- 16:18Speaker 4: like maybe just like first name phyllis, second name ophical.
- 16:22Speaker 5: Yeah, it's philosophical, yes, And.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Then the philosophy is to clean up the Cape Town
- 16:26Speaker 4: suburbs that sort of thing. But yeah, this person is
- 16:29Speaker 4: is widely regarded and puts on the Cape and stuff,
- 16:33Speaker 4: posted some stuff on social media as while some people
- 16:35Speaker 4: say it's some teenager who did it, that's so fun,
- 16:38Speaker 4: Peter Parker was too. I did watch the new movie,
- 16:41Speaker 4: by the Way, A Brand New Day, and this superhero
- 16:44Speaker 4: is making a brand new day for our streets. And
- 16:46Speaker 4: it's another reminder that perhaps it's not a superhero duty
- 16:50Speaker 4: to clean up Owen streets. Maybe it's a privilege for
- 16:53Speaker 4: us to have streets. We just need to look after
- 16:56Speaker 4: it and have a bit more care for one another.
- 16:58Speaker 4: I think that's the message the plot is trying to show,
- 17:02Speaker 4: and that's that's all. Although I feel like we also
- 17:05Speaker 4: need to put up some new names for Templar of
- 17:07Speaker 4: the Cape. Templar sounds so official, it does. Yeah, that's
- 17:11Speaker 4: like we need some other other name options there.
- 17:13Speaker 5: I'm sure.
- 17:15Speaker 7: I think about it for a second, because the only
- 17:17Speaker 7: thing that's in my head right now is Macho Man.
- 17:19Speaker 6: Well, I think because he's macho, but he probably drinks much.
- 17:23Speaker 5: From Cape Town. That makes sense.
- 17:24Speaker 4: However, if you look at how many black bags collected
- 17:27Speaker 4: Bagman not Batman, bag Man, that'd be very cool, right,
- 17:33Speaker 4: bag man?
- 17:35Speaker 5: It works? Just think about it. It works.
- 17:38Speaker 4: It does so because I know we have bingo. Throw
- 17:41Speaker 4: it in the bingo bin yah, now in Cahots's bingo.
- 17:44Speaker 4: There could be a connection there. But I just thought
- 17:46Speaker 4: it was a nice story of someone making a difference
- 17:48Speaker 4: in their community. I love that, and I think it's
- 17:51Speaker 4: it's really cool, and I think something to get behind.
- 17:52Speaker 4: We need role models like that who are willing to
- 17:55Speaker 4: make a difference. If only we could see the person's face,
- 17:57Speaker 4: or they could WhatsApp me now so I could talk
- 17:59Speaker 4: to them. They can put on their bag man voice.
- 18:02Speaker 4: How cool would that be?
- 18:03Speaker 6: What is the bag man worth?
- 18:06Speaker 5: Where is she Rachel? Yeah, that would be cool. Okay, yes,
- 18:10Speaker 5: that's all right.
- 18:11Speaker 8: Where's the truer?
- 18:12Speaker 4: That would be cool. Anyway, let's go to what I
- 18:16Speaker 4: told you about. I was freaked out about this one
- 18:18Speaker 4: office lunch rule that I found that has shaken the internet.
- 18:21Speaker 4: A viral office notice has sparked outrage after reportedly telling
- 18:24Speaker 4: employees that every minute they went over their thirty minute
- 18:27Speaker 4: lunch break, they would have to repay sixty minutes into
- 18:31Speaker 4: their time. In fact, there was one incident where somebody
- 18:34Speaker 4: had a thirty one minute lunch break and at the
- 18:36Speaker 4: State till seven they worked all six. Can you just
- 18:39Speaker 4: imagine how crazy that would be to have that type
- 18:42Speaker 4: of finite.
- 18:43Speaker 5: Rules around lunch breaks. People need to chill.
- 18:47Speaker 4: Goodness that is that's how quickly spread online, whether it's
- 18:52Speaker 4: a real policy or a public stunt. Either way, I
- 18:55Speaker 4: saw this, I was freaking out. This's got to be
- 18:57Speaker 4: and I know we've discussed many strange office rules and regulations.
- 19:01Speaker 5: That is going to be the craziest thus far.
- 19:03Speaker 4: And then I told you that one third of people
- 19:06Speaker 4: are checking this at ten pm. Have you had a
- 19:08Speaker 4: think about what that could be?
- 19:10Speaker 6: Yeah? And emails? What type work emails?
- 19:15Speaker 4: Work emails? How sad is this? It's the truth, It's
- 19:18Speaker 4: the true. You've got it write. Nearly twenty nine percent
- 19:21Speaker 4: of active workers are back in their inboxes, part of
- 19:24Speaker 4: what researchers called the infinite workdays. The lines between work
- 19:27Speaker 4: and home continue to blur, but even after twenty twenty,
- 19:31Speaker 4: experts say the real issue isn't sending the mail, it's
- 19:34Speaker 4: the expectation of an immediate reply. They suggest using schedule
- 19:38Speaker 4: send for non urgent messages, or adding a note saying
- 19:40Speaker 4: no response need and tell tomorrow, reminding everyone that being
- 19:43Speaker 4: reachable doesn't mean twenty four to seven. I got a
- 19:46Speaker 4: message this past weekend on WhatsApp and it's for a
- 19:50Speaker 4: lovely stylist. I'm doing an event called Bubbles and Blessingers,
- 19:54Speaker 4: and then a stylust message me and she's like, just
- 19:56Speaker 4: I wanted to touch base with you, but don't message
- 19:58Speaker 4: me untill tomorrow. And I'm like, OK, thank you so
- 20:01Speaker 4: much because then i didn't have to message back until today,
- 20:04Speaker 4: which is great. So I just think shame people are
- 20:08Speaker 4: literally on the edge of their seats, lots of anxiety
- 20:10Speaker 4: attached to that because there's an always on culture and
- 20:14Speaker 4: that's something that is not doing well for our cort
- 20:16Speaker 4: tosol levels and our mental health. But it's shocking at
- 20:19Speaker 4: thirty people are checking their mails at ten pm. And
- 20:22Speaker 4: a lot of these people, I imagine are in sales
- 20:24Speaker 4: positions who are trying to make their way up, get
- 20:26Speaker 4: the commission, make sure their customers are serviced. But I
- 20:29Speaker 4: think customers, even us, we also need to understand that
- 20:32Speaker 4: human beings are provided the service and we can't just
- 20:35Speaker 4: message someone some random Sunday saying like, hey, let's just
- 20:39Speaker 4: say if you've got a builder on site and you
- 20:40Speaker 4: want to check up on something, have the respect that
- 20:42Speaker 4: not message them at random hours just to say, like,
- 20:45Speaker 4: I was just thinking about the tile choice, maybe we
- 20:47Speaker 4: should change it tomorrow. That person's got a family, you understand.
- 20:51Speaker 4: So I think us as individuals who look after people
- 20:55Speaker 4: in that way, if we are going to be considered
- 20:57Speaker 4: to make sure you do it during office hours, it's
- 20:59Speaker 4: just a little risk.
- 21:00Speaker 7: That's important totally. And on that. If you are one
- 21:04Speaker 7: of those people, because we aren't all saints.
- 21:08Speaker 6: If you aren't one of.
- 21:08Speaker 7: Those people who you catch yourself sending work related messages, emails, whatever,
- 21:15Speaker 7: don't get upset if you hear radio silence back.
- 21:20Speaker 6: That person is entitled to.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Boundaries, absolutely, and I love that. And you have to
- 21:24Speaker 5: you have to set this up real early.
- 21:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:26Speaker 5: I got another message in here as well. Take a
- 21:28Speaker 5: listener hard call.
- 21:30Speaker 9: Regarding the time you have to work in it's absolutely
- 21:34Speaker 9: a thing. I've worked for a company where if you
- 21:38Speaker 9: you have to be fifteen minutes before your shift, thought
- 21:42Speaker 9: you have to be at work, But if you clock
- 21:44Speaker 9: in late, let's say five minutes late or whatever, then
- 21:50Speaker 9: they counted us thirty minutes. They take the two minutes
- 21:52Speaker 9: off your salary if you clock in five minutes late.
- 21:55Speaker 11: So it is a real thing. It definitely is.
- 21:58Speaker 9: It's happening right now in today's time.
- 22:01Speaker 11: It's happening.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Oh you must chill man, you must relax. No, please,
- 22:04Speaker 4: I mean those office policies and rules. But then at
- 22:07Speaker 4: the same time, people are humans, they have families. When
- 22:11Speaker 4: you hire them, they do not belong to you. So
- 22:14Speaker 4: don't just think you can message them at any time.
- 22:17Speaker 4: Please think about your life and what you have to do.
- 22:20Speaker 4: Guess what, they probably have the same type of responsibilities
- 22:23Speaker 4: on their plate. Message them during office hours, and please
- 22:28Speaker 4: just if you've got requests and orders. I know for
- 22:30Speaker 4: a fact, I get the most inspiration at court it
- 22:33Speaker 4: to twelve at night. I set myself a reminder for
- 22:36Speaker 4: after gym the next morning to respond and to say, oh,
- 22:41Speaker 4: check in on or make the appointment for or that's
- 22:44Speaker 4: the type of thing that you need to do. It's
- 22:45Speaker 4: just a little human courtesy that I want to inspire
- 22:48Speaker 4: in so many people because we really put anxiety upon
- 22:52Speaker 4: these service providers and that all they want to do
- 22:55Speaker 4: is look after us, I know, and they are willing
- 22:57Speaker 4: to stop a meal with their family to respond to
- 22:58Speaker 4: you because they want to be of so, but maybe
- 23:00Speaker 4: don't give them that scenario so they don't.
- 23:02Speaker 5: Have to feel that way, right, that's just the thought.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Please, people are are struggling already, we might as well just,
- 23:10Speaker 4: you know, try and help them out where we can,
- 23:12Speaker 4: so we can get the best possible service from these
- 23:14Speaker 4: humans in our lives.
- 23:15Speaker 5: So that's what I found for you.
- 23:16Speaker 4: While you were working so hard today, and you worked
- 23:20Speaker 4: really hard today, by the way, and I'm proud of you.

- 29:38Speaker 15: Where do we go?
- 29:39Speaker 5: No, we don't you know what? For a change, I
- 29:41Speaker 5: want to start with Karen Ann today.
- 29:43Speaker 18: People think it's a compliment, but I don't think it's
- 29:45Speaker 18: a compliment. When someone says you've lost weight, it.
- 29:48Speaker 7: Almost implies like you were pretty heavy before.
- 29:51Speaker 18: You don't know if it was intentional or not. You
- 29:53Speaker 18: have no idea, So don't ever comment on anyone's body.
- 29:58Speaker 5: I like it when it's vague. When I say vague
- 29:59Speaker 5: as and like, oh man, you look so good? Are
- 30:01Speaker 5: you doing you?
- 30:01Speaker 4: And whatever good is to you? I want you to
- 30:03Speaker 4: take that on. But I'm not going to be specific
- 30:05Speaker 4: and say, ah, your eyebrows they look extra thick today.
- 30:09Speaker 5: So now we're all looking at cat.
- 30:11Speaker 8: I've realized this past weekend, if you're forty and over,
- 30:15Speaker 8: you don't belong in c Point on a Saturday night. Damn.
- 30:19Speaker 4: I was going to mention something on AI, but I
- 30:21Speaker 4: think perhaps someone beat me to it.
- 30:23Speaker 21: If you cannot do the effort to design something, even
- 30:27Speaker 21: it is on Canva, then how am I expected to
- 30:30Speaker 21: trust you to be a creative person and come up
- 30:34Speaker 21: with something original for me?
- 30:36Speaker 4: But these flyers are popping up for anything people would
- 30:39Speaker 4: do those things for the opening of a coke can.
- 30:41Speaker 5: So here's the thing with those ai ads.
- 30:43Speaker 18: I felt really stupid when I saw an ai ad
- 30:47Speaker 18: was someone's picture on it, and it looked like a
- 30:49Speaker 18: birthday invite.
- 30:50Speaker 5: Meanwhile it was announcing the pausing and the memorial service.
- 30:56Speaker 6: Be serious, be sair.
- 30:58Speaker 5: Yay uh excuse me?
- 31:03Speaker 4: Sorry, ever a cough if you want to add zero
- 31:08Speaker 4: two nine four five zero nine four zero. If you
- 31:11Speaker 4: have anything that's on that chest of yours, just get
- 31:13Speaker 4: it off there, get it onto the WhatsApp line. Let's
- 31:15Speaker 4: have a conversation about it. It's be an audience to
- 31:17Speaker 4: you and listen to you without judgment.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Streaming this hut spleeding.
- 31:31Speaker 5: Feeling.
- 31:34Speaker 4: So Garrick's insurance repeat it. It is a session of
- 31:41Speaker 4: we listen and we don't charge. And then there's another
- 31:45Speaker 4: version if we.
- 31:46Speaker 5: Listen and we chudge inside at times.
- 31:51Speaker 4: We do, but just it's fine. We are all human here.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Can we dive straight in? Yes, let's dive. I want
- 31:59Speaker 4: to dive straight in. First one, we.
- 32:01Speaker 9: Listen and we don't judge.
- 32:03Speaker 8: Simple, straightforward. Some step moms are actually genuinely good people.
- 32:09Speaker 22: I'll leave it there.
- 32:13Speaker 4: It was left there because I'm sure there's there something there,
- 32:16Speaker 4: there's a bad there's a bad rap on step Mom's there,
- 32:20Speaker 4: and I think that's why, Uh, that's what had to
- 32:23Speaker 4: be said, Okay, because I think you get painted with
- 32:25Speaker 4: a similar brush to some of the worst cases. So
- 32:29Speaker 4: I get it, and thank you for sharing that.
- 32:30Speaker 5: Agreed.
- 32:31Speaker 4: We need to give people the benefit of the doubt,
- 32:34Speaker 4: try and you know, shower them with positivity and then
- 32:39Speaker 4: allow them to disappoint you. And I'm kidding, I'm kidding, no,
- 32:45Speaker 4: I'm kidding, no, no, But thank you for sharing this.
- 32:47Speaker 5: Another one came through hold on.
- 32:49Speaker 22: Unpopular opinion is that people should brush the teeth before
- 32:54Speaker 22: they eat in the morning.
- 32:55Speaker 1: That is my unpopular opinion.
- 32:57Speaker 22: How you eat and you don't brush your teeth.
- 33:00Speaker 5: You're just open a can of worms. Let's go around
- 33:02Speaker 5: the room. You're very quickly.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Do you brush your teeth before you have the first
- 33:08Speaker 4: sip of water coffee, breakfast, Cassidy.
- 33:12Speaker 6: No, I have my hot lemon water, I have my coffee,
- 33:14Speaker 6: and then I go brush my teeth.
- 33:16Speaker 8: Pietrice, I also do that like coffee, and then once
- 33:20Speaker 8: I go in shower, like get ready for the day.
- 33:23Speaker 8: Then it's part of my routine to brush my teeth,
- 33:25Speaker 8: and yes, then I'll probably have another cup of coffee
- 33:28Speaker 8: or you know, but I don't brush.
- 33:32Speaker 6: I don't get straight out of bed and go brush.
- 33:33Speaker 5: Yeah. No, interesting you. Oh I have to remember I
- 33:40Speaker 5: told you you have to have water first.
- 33:42Speaker 4: Beside, My first thing in the morning is I do
- 33:46Speaker 4: uh water electrolytes and then I down that because then
- 33:52Speaker 4: your body starts to activate properly because I've done it before.
- 33:55Speaker 4: We brush my teeth first thing. Can I tell you
- 33:58Speaker 4: that water goes in like antarctic ice. You're like, and
- 34:02Speaker 4: it burns the back of your throat.
- 34:03Speaker 5: I don't know. When you brush your teeth and you
- 34:04Speaker 5: drink water.
- 34:05Speaker 4: Yeah, goodness, it gets super icy and it's like your
- 34:09Speaker 4: throat goes numb. So I'm like, oh my word, I
- 34:12Speaker 4: don't know about that, but I have tried it before,
- 34:15Speaker 4: and just it takes away the quality of the of
- 34:19Speaker 4: the water that you're about to drink. And I suppose
- 34:21Speaker 4: if you are one of those individuals who remember, caffeine
- 34:24Speaker 4: actually will dehydrate you if you have it first in
- 34:25Speaker 4: the morning. So I think about hydrating the first water.
- 34:28Speaker 4: But that's when I wasn't attacking you it felt fair. No, no,
- 34:32Speaker 4: I wasn't taching.
- 34:33Speaker 5: No, no, it's not. Everything's attacked. Okay, drinking water first, drink.
- 34:37Speaker 4: Water first, man, consider this, consider your body has been
- 34:42Speaker 4: Literally why do they call it breakfast? Literally the word
- 34:44Speaker 4: is break fast. You fast while you sleep, so you're fast,
- 34:48Speaker 4: including food and water. So you're gonna have to get
- 34:51Speaker 4: something in there that number one hydrates you and the
- 34:54Speaker 4: other one kickstarts your metabolism.
- 34:56Speaker 8: I also learned today what break first needs.
- 34:59Speaker 6: Nice.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Thank you. I never looked at it like, oh, okay,
- 35:05Speaker 4: did I teach you something today? Yes, yes, it's okay, good,
- 35:09Speaker 4: let's play the music we've done now, that's cool. I
- 35:11Speaker 4: also get Janina saying my coffee tastes better with unbrushed teeth. Yes,
- 35:16Speaker 4: all right, well there we got, but thank you for sharing.
- 35:18Speaker 4: We're not gonna judge you for that. If you wake up,
- 35:20Speaker 4: and I know that some people love the awakening of
- 35:22Speaker 4: that minty freshness that actually wakens you when you brush
- 35:25Speaker 4: your teeth, because remember, you're doing an activity. And I have,
- 35:28Speaker 4: through certain podcasts, realized that when you do wake up,
- 35:32Speaker 4: you know, don't dawdle. Right, get some sunlight and move
- 35:35Speaker 4: and that's part of the movement. So I would think
- 35:37Speaker 4: that's gonna be a nice way to wake you up,
- 35:39Speaker 4: which is good. It depends how minty your toothpaste is,
- 35:44Speaker 4: because can you have you ever tried to have a
- 35:46Speaker 4: nice espresso shot in the morning and then you still
- 35:48Speaker 4: have that lingering mint caffeine and mint in the background.
- 35:51Speaker 5: There it's just.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Tasted right now, imagine you want to orange facing in
- 35:56Speaker 7: the morning, orange and toothpaste, and.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Anna says they be coffee should never be drunk and
- 36:01Speaker 4: an empty stomach. It's bad for cought to sold levels.
- 36:03Speaker 4: Correct right over there, I've heard that too. Here we go,
- 36:07Speaker 4: let's go around. Yeah, even if it can I tell
- 36:10Speaker 4: you something right, Maybe it's a little controversial, and the
- 36:13Speaker 4: dieticians can come after me. But I think even if
- 36:16Speaker 4: you have a like a half a glass of water,
- 36:19Speaker 4: at least you're pushing something down there to get your
- 36:21Speaker 4: system activated and ready for what is to come.
- 36:24Speaker 8: I will try it tomorrow and report I'll try it
- 36:26Speaker 8: for the rest of the week and report back.
- 36:28Speaker 5: Please do.
- 36:29Speaker 4: And I think a nice way of doing it is
- 36:31Speaker 4: just a reminders have like a bottle dedicated to it
- 36:33Speaker 4: as well. And it's actually okay if the bottle is
- 36:36Speaker 4: room temp by the way, because sometimes if the water
- 36:38Speaker 4: is too cold, then you also activate your port to
- 36:40Speaker 4: sol levels.
- 36:41Speaker 8: So a thought to you, thank you, I'll report back
- 36:45Speaker 8: next week.
- 36:45Speaker 5: Do you want to share?
- 36:46Speaker 8: Yes?
- 36:47Speaker 5: Oh, here we go that.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Yes, at that base.
- 36:51Speaker 8: Okay, so just yet me out here restaurant.
- 36:54Speaker 5: We always hear you.
- 36:56Speaker 8: So we went to a restaurant on Friday evening and
- 37:00Speaker 8: I ordered a burger. Now obviously it's under the burger
- 37:03Speaker 8: section of the menu, and it said, you know, burger,
- 37:09Speaker 8: it said mushroom burger, so you get burger. There was
- 37:11Speaker 8: a chicken burger, you know. And then it was like
- 37:15Speaker 8: Portobello mushrooms and rocket and I'm like cheese. I'm like
- 37:19Speaker 8: this sounds absolutely amazing. So I order it only to
- 37:23Speaker 8: receive a Portobello mushroom burger. There was no patty, There
- 37:29Speaker 8: was no little v for vegan, oh vegetarian vegetarian next
- 37:35Speaker 8: to it as well. Yeah, And I'm like, did I
- 37:37Speaker 8: just pay one hundred and eighty bucks for mushrooms?
- 37:40Speaker 7: You paid one hundred and eighty round for a vegetarian sandwich?
- 37:44Speaker 5: Hold on, you tell me the burger. Did it have
- 37:47Speaker 5: a bun? It was two buns, but inside.
- 37:49Speaker 4: The bun was a portobello mushroom like a blange is
- 37:52Speaker 4: the large brown mushroom or there.
- 37:53Speaker 8: No, I don't even think it was proper because there
- 37:55Speaker 8: was those small little mushrooms.
- 37:56Speaker 5: Oh they're okay wow, and yeah with just melt cheese sandwich.
- 38:02Speaker 5: So oh, but it said burger.
- 38:05Speaker 4: So you were excited about meat coming your way and
- 38:06Speaker 4: you got mushrooms and cheese arms.
- 38:09Speaker 8: So I just feel restaurants should be sometimes clearer on
- 38:14Speaker 8: the descriptions.
- 38:15Speaker 7: Even if the mushrooms were in some sort of like
- 38:18Speaker 7: petty right, it made sense and you're like, oh, I
- 38:21Speaker 7: ordered a vegetarian burger.
- 38:23Speaker 8: But now you siting you like, I'm not coming back
- 38:25Speaker 8: here if I want to pay one hundred and eighty
- 38:26Speaker 8: bucks for a mushroom sandwich.
- 38:29Speaker 4: I'm not going to flip open that great debate about
- 38:32Speaker 4: the whole naming vegetarian options after like calling it a
- 38:37Speaker 4: burger when there's no meat in it, and calling it
- 38:40Speaker 4: a sausage when there's only a quliflower in it.
- 38:42Speaker 5: You know what I mean.
- 38:43Speaker 4: It's just a yeah, I'm not going to open that yet,
- 38:45Speaker 4: but I see where you're going with it. I'm sorry
- 38:46Speaker 4: that it.
- 38:46Speaker 8: Happens to mark the stuff properly as well.
- 38:50Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, just market okay, thank you, But I mean
- 38:53Speaker 4: it's it's a fair thing to ask for. It is definitely.
- 38:57Speaker 4: I'm not gonna lie to you. The WhatsApp line is
- 39:00Speaker 4: firmly on the debate to brush first or not to
- 39:02Speaker 4: brush first, and I'm seeing it. I'm seeing it all
- 39:06Speaker 4: over here. I'm just I'm telling you now, just take
- 39:08Speaker 4: a listen to this. Sorry, we're going back here for
- 39:10Speaker 4: a second to them to the lady.
- 39:12Speaker 8: Who wants to brush teeth before eating and drinking water
- 39:15Speaker 8: and all of it.
- 39:17Speaker 5: Neil Man.
- 39:19Speaker 8: Alice.
- 39:20Speaker 5: Yeah, but you did everything things like hospital.
- 39:31Speaker 6: Like the hospital.
- 39:37Speaker 5: Yeah all right, Cassidy has a share, so do I
- 39:41Speaker 5: and I know you do.
- 39:42Speaker 4: To feel free. What'sapp signed is open Alex Warren his
- 39:47Speaker 4: fever Dream. It is on your show flash drive, ky
- 39:50Speaker 4: Fro ninety four point five. Can you just wrap up
- 39:51Speaker 4: this little thing earlier, because the thing is, I got
- 39:54Speaker 4: this message that I think has caused a lot of
- 39:55Speaker 4: debate around the brushing of the teeth thing.
- 39:58Speaker 22: Man, my unpopular opinion is that people should brush the
- 40:03Speaker 22: teeth before they.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Eat in the morning.
- 40:05Speaker 10: That is my unproperly opinion.
- 40:06Speaker 22: How do you eat and you don't brush your teeth?
- 40:10Speaker 4: So there's a there's there's a lot that's come through
- 40:14Speaker 4: around around that I must just say. So I did say, like, hey,
- 40:18Speaker 4: have some water first thing in the morning, just to
- 40:20Speaker 4: make sure your body's system works out.
- 40:23Speaker 5: Take a listen to this call.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Coffee is ninety percent water. What's the problem?
- 40:32Speaker 4: It's a it's a caffeine's dehydration properties. That's what the
- 40:35Speaker 4: problem is. And also you're just you' already dehydrated. Now
- 40:37Speaker 4: you're adding another catalyst for dehydration. That's that's why I'm
- 40:41Speaker 4: saying a little. And it doesn't have to be like
- 40:42Speaker 4: an old gloss, I mean preferably a glass, but you
- 40:44Speaker 4: can do it like half a glass.
- 40:46Speaker 5: That's fine, you know. And then I got this too, But.
- 40:50Speaker 23: Now, people who don't drink waters in the morning, how
- 40:53Speaker 23: do you poop? I have to have my four hours
- 40:57Speaker 23: of water then I poop, And yeah, I brush my teeth.
- 41:03Speaker 23: I only eat that you live in, so obviously I
- 41:05Speaker 23: do brush my teeth before I eat.
- 41:10Speaker 4: All right, I wonder if we're ever going to settle this.
- 41:13Speaker 4: The only way we're going to do that is if
- 41:14Speaker 4: someone who is a dental professional can step in here, right, yes.
- 41:18Speaker 11: Hi, car and team, Just to mention something about the
- 41:23Speaker 11: early morning brushing. I'm a dental professional. So if you've
- 41:27Speaker 11: brushed your teeth, fluss and blush, brushed your teeth the
- 41:31Speaker 11: night before, your mouth should not be doing that bad
- 41:34Speaker 11: in the morning. So having a cup of coffee or
- 41:38Speaker 11: even water, you know it wouldn't be that bad. But
- 41:41Speaker 11: if you see what we see every day, people who
- 41:44Speaker 11: haven't brushed in weeks, months, you know that's another story.
- 41:50Speaker 11: So yeah, if you floss and brush at night morning early,
- 41:54Speaker 11: your mouth should not be doing that bad.
- 41:59Speaker 2: True.
- 42:00Speaker 4: I'm not going to expand on what they've seen in
- 42:02Speaker 4: the mouths of certain people, but thank you for sharing.
- 42:04Speaker 4: It's a dental professional. I know we cannot Okay, we
- 42:07Speaker 4: cannot go against that someone who works in the field.
- 42:10Speaker 4: So I think that's settled as well. It's about that.
- 42:13Speaker 4: And so if you haven't flossed and brushed the night before,
- 42:16Speaker 4: just before you've gone to bed, then perhaps consider making
- 42:19Speaker 4: sure the mouth is ready for the day. Yeah, right,
- 42:23Speaker 4: that's fine, that's cool. We've got a dental professional. I
- 42:26Speaker 4: wonder if there are any others just a last thought, Cassidy,
- 42:29Speaker 4: go for it.
- 42:30Speaker 7: Oh okay, so controversial as always, we know that we've
- 42:35Speaker 7: seen social media personas.
- 42:38Speaker 6: Yeah, they get into relationships and then they have like
- 42:42Speaker 6: a joint account.
- 42:44Speaker 7: We're all invested in the account, we're invested in the relationship,
- 42:49Speaker 7: and then they break up now all of a sudden, privacy,
- 42:54Speaker 7: Please respect our privacy.
- 42:56Speaker 6: I'm sorry, we were all in this relationship.
- 43:01Speaker 1: You you owe it to me.
- 43:03Speaker 7: Why did you break up? And don't say it was
- 43:05Speaker 7: mutual because I know I know who cheated.
- 43:08Speaker 5: Also, can I tell you?
- 43:09Speaker 4: Can I kind of just expand that I wasn't even involved,
- 43:13Speaker 4: but that person said please respect our privacy, And I'm like,
- 43:16Speaker 4: but I didn't even know your Oh y'all broke up?
- 43:20Speaker 5: What's happening? I didn't even know that. So now by
- 43:22Speaker 5: you telling me respect the privacy, and that now.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Piques my interest, so that now I want to know
- 43:26Speaker 4: more like, are you okay, what's what's happening?
- 43:29Speaker 5: Are you? Are you right?
- 43:30Speaker 4: What's and as opposed to just because the thing is,
- 43:34Speaker 4: if you hadn't posted that, we wouldn't have known, and
- 43:36Speaker 4: you've just kind of stepped aside and said I'm just
- 43:38Speaker 4: taking a bit of a break to work on me
- 43:40Speaker 4: in your own space. Then we wouldn't have needed to
- 43:43Speaker 4: even have that question mark in our heads. Exactly interesting,
- 43:46Speaker 4: But then you.
- 43:47Speaker 7: Carry on posting, and you're posting like, can't believe it's
- 43:50Speaker 7: been two weeks, can't believe?
- 43:52Speaker 6: Like, hey, tell me why or stop posting about it. Yes,
- 43:57Speaker 6: that's it's simple, as.
- 43:59Speaker 5: I got you.
- 44:00Speaker 4: Sometimes there is that feeling of like I want I'm
- 44:03Speaker 4: sorry to say this, but there is this feeling of
- 44:04Speaker 4: I need to feel solidarity here. Yeah, but at the
- 44:07Speaker 4: same time not reveal anything. So the only way I
- 44:09Speaker 4: can do is post a picture of me on a
- 44:13Speaker 4: large field and say, you know, some things have to
- 44:15Speaker 4: come to an end.
- 44:16Speaker 5: Please respect our privacy.
- 44:18Speaker 4: So you kind of want the you want the support,
- 44:21Speaker 4: but you also can't divulge information. So that's the only
- 44:25Speaker 4: way you can kind of build that solidarity around what
- 44:27Speaker 4: you went through. I think that's kind of how it
- 44:28Speaker 4: analyze it in that way.
- 44:31Speaker 8: But we need closure.
- 44:32Speaker 7: We also, yes, and don't forget you've been getting campaigns
- 44:36Speaker 7: and we've been engaging with the campaigns.
- 44:39Speaker 5: Oh with you two in a relationship. Okay, save me
- 44:41Speaker 5: the names, we'll find the you.
- 44:43Speaker 6: Know what, he's got a special set of skills and you.
- 44:47Speaker 4: Oh mineus very simple. In the beginning of the show,
- 44:50Speaker 4: we all share what we did in the weekend, and
- 44:52Speaker 4: then one of our team members said they did something
- 44:55Speaker 4: and they had an invite for something at four pm
- 44:58Speaker 4: on a Sunday, And I was like, what I'm just saying.
- 45:03Speaker 4: If you're gonna invite someone over on a Sunday, right,
- 45:06Speaker 4: if you're gonna invite me over on a Sunday, the
- 45:08Speaker 4: call time's got to be eleven twelve one that period,
- 45:12Speaker 4: that period of time, because you best believe I need
- 45:15Speaker 4: to WHOI at three or four?
- 45:17Speaker 5: Yeah, because it's Sunday.
- 45:19Speaker 4: Anybody inviting people over for a bride during a normal
- 45:22Speaker 4: if there's no public holiday the next day and you
- 45:24Speaker 4: say like, come through man five pm for a briiky, Sorry,
- 45:27Speaker 4: I'm like, whoa Sunday Sunday? Because the thing is, if
- 45:31Speaker 4: you if it's that late, then I have that entired
- 45:34Speaker 4: I could have what if I nap at three and
- 45:37Speaker 4: then I wake at six and I'm late for you?
- 45:38Speaker 4: And you understand what I mean. I need Sunday to
- 45:40Speaker 4: be flexible. Maybe it's because I work six days a
- 45:43Speaker 4: week and I need that Sunday to be precious and
- 45:44Speaker 4: I need to be looked after. But I would say,
- 45:46Speaker 4: if you're gonna invite anybody over to your home on
- 45:48Speaker 4: a Sunday, please make sure it is somewhere before one
- 45:52Speaker 4: pm as a call time, and make sure we eating
- 45:54Speaker 4: or even done eating by three so that I can
- 45:57Speaker 4: make the excuse that my son has to go to
- 45:59Speaker 4: school next day and I need to go and we
- 46:01Speaker 4: have to work and I have to That's fine. Is
- 46:03Speaker 4: that okay to say? I'm just like, I think it's
- 46:05Speaker 4: fair on Saturday. I don't mind too much.
- 46:08Speaker 6: Then I'll stay until like nine ten. Maybe you know
- 46:11Speaker 6: what I'm saying.
- 46:12Speaker 5: You've got good board games, I'll be there till one.
- 46:14Speaker 17: There we go.
- 46:15Speaker 4: Mind, Okay, I'm not that type of forty year old
- 46:17Speaker 4: quality will I committed, But okay, you're gonna give me
- 46:21Speaker 4: a good board game and everybody's gonna be invested. Then
- 46:24Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm in and then I'll go home as
- 46:25Speaker 4: late as I want to. But if it's a Sunday,
- 46:28Speaker 4: excuse me, I'm going to make that excuse. Yeah, all right,
- 46:31Speaker 4: even if my son's not even going to school on
- 46:33Speaker 4: the Monday, I will still use him as an excuse
- 46:35Speaker 4: to leave your home nicle.
- 46:36Speaker 6: So isn't your son away?
- 46:37Speaker 19: No?
- 46:38Speaker 5: No, no, no, he's coming back tomorrow.
- 46:40Speaker 4: Well today, he's coming back to day, coming back in
- 46:42Speaker 4: an hour, and then I've taken him.
- 46:44Speaker 5: Back tomorrow morning early. Sure. Hey, we listen and we
- 46:53Speaker 5: don't charge. It is Max our lockaball.
- 46:57Speaker 4: It's called Be My Love on the flash drive on
- 46:59Speaker 4: KFM nine four point five. After seven days, stole, no takers,
- 47:04Speaker 4: no winners of the concept. Hopefully today it can be
- 47:07Speaker 4: your lucky day. Maybe you'll get it, Vanessa, is a time?
- 47:11Speaker 4: Are you gonna win this thing? I hope?
- 47:13Speaker 19: I am Cole.
- 47:15Speaker 5: Have you been listening to every word over the past
- 47:16Speaker 5: seven days? Fourteen words? Okay?
- 47:19Speaker 4: Good, which means I'm sure the detective in you've you've
- 47:24Speaker 4: drafted this thing in your mind and you're ready to
- 47:26Speaker 4: cook all right, because I know it's gonna happen. That
- 47:28Speaker 4: I have a good feeling about it. Have you ever
- 47:30Speaker 4: been in a helicopter, by the way, No? You are
- 47:34Speaker 4: you afraid of heights?
- 47:36Speaker 19: No?
- 47:36Speaker 18: Definitely not.
- 47:37Speaker 4: That's why it's going to be such a treasured prize.
- 47:39Speaker 4: You know that I was on a helicopter the other day.
- 47:42Speaker 4: And I always reminded how cool this thing is. It's
- 47:44Speaker 4: just it's really awesome. It's like one of the most
- 47:47Speaker 4: amazing experiences ever. We flew from Stella mosh down like that,
- 47:52Speaker 4: down the coast all the way into where we landed
- 47:55Speaker 4: at the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital. It was
- 47:58Speaker 4: a flight to remember. It's gorgeous, stunning. All right, but
- 48:02Speaker 4: I want to give you the flight now, kit on
- 48:04Speaker 4: helicopters and here's your chance.
- 48:06Speaker 5: You got two single word clues. Cassidy has your first.
- 48:09Speaker 13: Go for it.
- 48:10Speaker 6: Okay, let's go with gold.
- 48:15Speaker 5: Gold. I'm so sorry.
- 48:22Speaker 23: Okay, well, I'm going to say what I sort of
- 48:23Speaker 23: word go for it?
- 48:24Speaker 5: Why not feather feather, birds of a feather? Yeah, that's it.
- 48:33Speaker 5: I love that song. Incorrect, Oh goodness, Oh what are
- 48:43Speaker 5: we going to do? All right? I'm gonna go with
- 48:48Speaker 5: the word.
- 48:50Speaker 24: Statue, statue? What do we think history history is? I'm sorry, Minessa,
- 49:11Speaker 24: but thank you for trying.
- 49:12Speaker 5: No, no, you trust me. You know we do this
- 49:14Speaker 5: every day.
- 49:15Speaker 4: So I know your time will come and there will
- 49:17Speaker 4: be a prize that is going to be knocking at
- 49:19Speaker 4: your door, and I know you're going to win it.
- 49:20Speaker 4: So thanks A lot for being a part of the show. No,
- 49:23Speaker 4: thank you for the support. We can't do this without you.
- 49:26Speaker 4: Another two words? Are we here yet? Are we getting
- 49:30Speaker 4: this thing? Come on guesses tomorrow. You know what to do,
- 49:34Speaker 4: same time, same space, and your flash drive. It is
- 49:37Speaker 4: called the concept.
- 49:38Speaker 23: What is it?
- 49:39Speaker 8: The future? Performance decency is apply.
- 49:41Speaker 4: Let's make a call? Shall we a little call to
- 49:43Speaker 4: somebody a fan on the one sip line? They will
- 49:46Speaker 4: be our judge during an executioner boom boom, hope I
- 49:59Speaker 4: answer hello.
- 50:01Speaker 5: Hello, is this Anna?
- 50:03Speaker 21: Yes?
- 50:04Speaker 5: And it's Carl. Was Steve from k from ninety four
- 50:06Speaker 5: point five, Sorry to bother, Oh my Carl. I just
- 50:10Speaker 5: wanted to I saw your name on the wadzep line,
- 50:13Speaker 5: so I had to call you. I wanted to ask
- 50:15Speaker 5: if you could pick the song that plays just after
- 50:17Speaker 5: news at five. We just have a couple of options
- 50:19Speaker 5: for you, and you pick the best one. Is that cool?
- 50:22Speaker 18: Cool?
- 50:22Speaker 5: All right?
- 50:23Speaker 4: Each one of us will try to pitch you their
- 50:25Speaker 4: song so you can make an informed decision. So, for instance,
- 50:29Speaker 4: I know that I think producer Piatrice. He was absent
- 50:32Speaker 4: last week, and as a as a great coincidence, his
- 50:36Speaker 4: song was chosen.
- 50:38Speaker 5: Do you know what his song was.
- 50:39Speaker 4: Last week it was Mariah Carey All I Want for Christmas.
- 50:43Speaker 4: I played that song on Friday. It's probably the earliest
- 50:45Speaker 4: I've ever played that song in my entire life. But
- 50:47Speaker 4: that Jody in your absence selected that song.
- 50:50Speaker 8: Now I know because we were in joe Burg. Yeah,
- 50:52Speaker 8: and we were still streaming the show. Oh cool, thank you, Matam,
- 50:56Speaker 8: and I heard it and I burst out laughing because
- 50:59Speaker 8: we wait in the hotel. I both started laughing, going like, well,
- 51:03Speaker 8: because normally non great songs are chosen, what.
- 51:06Speaker 5: Do you mean, I choose bangers? All right?
- 51:09Speaker 4: If it wasn't that one, I was actually in a
- 51:11Speaker 4: shnade O'Connor song, there would have been a banger, trust me.
- 51:15Speaker 8: On a Friday.
- 51:16Speaker 4: Yeah, yes, of course it would. Now, Anna, here are
- 51:19Speaker 4: the songs at your disposal. First and foremost, Cassidy J. Nicholson,
- 51:23Speaker 4: wats your song?
- 51:24Speaker 7: I thought of a fun song that people could sing
- 51:27Speaker 7: in traffic that would also make sense in traffic because
- 51:30Speaker 7: we're frustrated. So hey Hey by Dennis Farraday.
- 51:46Speaker 4: All right, Anna, that's choice number one. Dennis ferra Hey, Hey,
- 51:49Speaker 4: Mine is shake Down at Night. It is essentially what
- 51:53Speaker 4: best can be described in Genre's Jawl.
- 52:02Speaker 5: Pietrice.
- 52:03Speaker 8: So, like I mentioned, I was up in Joeburg and
- 52:07Speaker 8: yesterday morning on our way back, as I walked into
- 52:10Speaker 8: the Apple Lounge, who do I bump into my Josey
- 52:14Speaker 8: Oh Lovely, who was also in Joeberg. Yes, and then
- 52:18Speaker 8: obviously the show that I went to, Early B was
- 52:20Speaker 8: a performer there.
- 52:21Speaker 21: Uh huh.
- 52:22Speaker 8: So it turns out these two had a song together,
- 52:24Speaker 8: and it's called Reason.
- 52:25Speaker 5: I remember this one. They dropped it on the Cave
- 52:27Speaker 5: and to.
