Clarke Dominates Double-A Debut | St. Louis Cardinals News
Brandon Clarke dominated his Double-A debut, striking out seven and hitting 102 mph while allowing just one walk—marking a major leap for the Cardinals’ pitcher. Springfield cruised to a 5-3 win, fueled by Rainiel Rodriguez’s two-homer streak and Clarke’s stellar command. After five dominant starts in High-A, where he whiffed 27 in 18 innings, Clarke continues to prove his stuff—even with injury history—thanks to a blazing fastball and a nasty slider that’s turning heads.
