- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna pick up where
- 0:06we left off with according you wild deposition, Klohlberger, have
- 0:12you ever referred to Jeffrey Epstein as a fucking Jew? Answer?
- 0:16I may have question when did you do that? Ma'am?
- 0:19When did you refer to mister Epstein as a fucking Jew? Answer?
- 0:23I don't know. In my past I may have said that.
- 0:25Question how many times have you referred to mister Epstein
- 0:29as a fucking Jew? Answer? I don't remember, question more
- 0:33than once? Answer? Yes, question that was hateful? Answer, yes,
- 0:39it was. Question that was anti semitic. Answer yes. Question
- 0:44how many people have you called? How many have you
- 0:46said to strike that? Have you told more than one
- 0:49person that mister Epstein was a fucking Jew? Answer? Yes? Possibly.
- 0:54Question and as you sit here today, you don't know
- 0:56who you made that anti semitic remark to answer, I
- 0:59can I remember who I said that to. Question When
- 1:03was the first time you met mister Edwards. Answer let's see,
- 1:06it's been probably. I can't remember how long it's been
- 1:09since I met you. It's been a while. Question do
- 1:12you know how you met mister Edwards. Answer yes through
- 1:15Jay Howell. Question Jay Howel's a lawyer? Answer yes. Question
- 1:20would that have been back in two thousand and seven
- 1:22or two thousand and eight? Perhaps? Answer that sounds about right? Yeah.
- 1:27Question Okay, do you know Paul Cassel? Answer yes? Question Okay,
- 1:30have you met Paul Cassel? Answer yes? Question How many
- 1:34times have you met Paul Cassell? Answer maybe three times?
- 1:38Question okay, once when you were brought over in custody
- 1:41for the mediation in the CVR case. Answer yes, question,
- 1:45and you met some other times? Answer yes, question to
- 1:48other times? Answer yes. Question Okay, you know your plaintiff
- 1:53in the CVR case? Right answer yes. Question okay, did
- 1:58you sign any kind of agreement letter on that case? Yes? Answer,
- 2:01I don't understand what that means? Question Sure? When you
- 2:04suit Epstein for money, you signed a contract? Right answer?
- 2:08Right question? And is set forth the terms for which
- 2:11mister Edwards was going to represent you? Right answer? Right question?
- 2:17Did you sign one of those on the CVR A case?
- 2:20Also answer I don't believe so. No question. Okay are
- 2:24you funding the cv R case in any way? Answer
- 2:28no question? Okay, can I see the document? Please? How
- 2:32old were you when you first met mister Epstein. Answer
- 2:35I was fourteen. Question do you remember telling the FBI
- 2:38that we were close to sixteen when you met mister Epstein? Answer?
- 2:42I don't remember saying that question? Would A refresh your memory?
- 2:45To look at the exhibit that, mister Scrolla as marked
- 2:48as exhibit one, and let me direct you to the
- 2:50second full paragraph. SCROLLA, may I see it first? Please?
- 2:56And your question is does this paragraph refresh miss Wild's
- 2:59recollect that she told the FBI that she was sixteen? Goldberger?
- 3:03Very good? Correct? SCROLLA. Do you want to read that
- 3:06paragraph again? Goldberger? Sure? Scrola. Whether that's the question that
- 3:11you want to ask since it doesn't say anything like that.
- 3:13In fact, it says she was fifteen, mister Goldberger, who
- 3:17was close to turning sixteen? Did you tell the FBI? Scarrolla? Well,
- 3:22is there a difference between being fifteen and sixteen? Goldberger?
- 3:25Not really? Not in my mind? Scrolla okay, Goldberger, okay,
- 3:30SCROLLA and not mister Epstein's either, I guess Goldberger okay,
- 3:35Move to strike. Question did you tell the FBI that
- 3:39you were close to sixteen when you first met mister Epstein?
- 3:42Answer I can't really remember me ever, saying I was
- 3:45sixteen years old. Question Okay, do you remember telling mister
- 3:48Epstein when you first met him that you were eighteen? Answer?
- 3:51No question, Okay, with a refresher memory, to look at
- 3:55the memorandum of interview concerning the interview you did with
- 3:58the FBI in August of two thousand and seven, and
- 4:01what you told the agent about what you told mister
- 4:04Epstein is your age? SCROLLA. Excuse me, I'm going to
- 4:08object to the form of the question. It assumes that
- 4:11there are dactions in that document, which obviously you relate
- 4:13to multiple individuals, identify miss Wilde as a particular speaker. Goldberger. Okay.
- 4:19Having said that, would you look at that and see
- 4:22if it refreshes your recollection as to whether you told
- 4:25mister Epstein when you first met him that you were
- 4:27sixteen years old? SCROLLA the same second paragraph, Goldberger, same
- 4:32second paragraph, thank you, the last line of the second paragraph,
- 4:37SCROLLA the last line Goldberger. Uh huh, Courtney, No, I
- 4:41don't remember saying that, mister Goldberger. Okay, did you, in
- 4:44fact tell mister Epstein that you were eighteen when you
- 4:47first met him? Answer no question. Did you tell him
- 4:51how old you were. Answer. I don't believe I ever
- 4:53told him how old I was. No, Goldberger, Okay, here
- 4:57you go. I'm going to go into some additional questions
- 5:00about the CVRA. I recognize that you're going to instruct
- 5:03the witness not to answer the questions, and so we
- 5:06have some ground rules for this is the time. The
- 5:08objections that it's irrelevant and she does not have the
- 5:12ability to console with her lawyer, or do you want
- 5:15me to ask the questions? First? SCROLLA. No, that's not
- 5:18an accurate statement. Goldberger. Will give me your accurate assessment.
- 5:22Then SCROLLA, yeah, the questions are irrelevant, immaterial, not reasonably
- 5:27calculated to lead to the discovery of relevant and material information. Goldberger, Okay, SCROLLA.
- 5:34In addition to that, the witness was not noticed as
- 5:37being deposed in a separate CVR action, her counsel with
- 5:40regard to the separate CVRA action were not noticed. Therefore,
- 5:45her counsel have not had the opportunity to console with
- 5:48her regarding giving testimony in the separate CVRA action. So
- 5:53those are the objections that were previously raised, In addition
- 5:57to others stated as to the specific question questions, they
- 6:00are the objections that I will incorporate simply by saying
- 6:03same objection SAM instruction for purposes of not burdening the
- 6:07record with repetition of the same objection and SAM instruction.
- 6:11Mister Goldberger, have you now stated all of the objections
- 6:16you want to stay concerning any objections or questions I'm
- 6:19going to have concerning the CVRA subject to a specific question? Scrolla.
- 6:24I've stated all of the objections that I wish to
- 6:27incorporate in abbreviated objections and instruction. Goldburger, okay. What were
- 6:32your goals as a plaintiff in filing the CVRA case?
- 6:35SCROLLA objection? Goldberger, okay? Was one of your goals to
- 6:39invalidate the non prosecution agreement? SCROLLA objection? Edwards, can we
- 6:44just take one second? Goldberger? Yeah, you want to talk
- 6:47to her? That's fine. They paused. Now they're back and
- 6:50Goldberger is asking questions again. Coldberger, are you good? Scrolla? Yeah? Goldberger, okay.
- 6:57Have you ever discussed with TAITA. Miller the fling of
- 7:00the CVRA? SCROLLA same objection, Goldberger, have you ever discussed
- 7:05with any non lawyer or someone working for a lawyer
- 7:08the reasons for filing the CVRA case. SCROLLA objection, Goldberger,
- 7:14do you realize that if you prevail on the CVRA
- 7:16case and the non prosecution agreement is ruled void, any
- 7:20civil settlement that relied on the civil victims rights that
- 7:23case could be vacated? Scrolla same objection. Sam. Instruction also
- 7:28calls for a legal conclusion Goldberger, Okay, scrolla based upon
- 7:33an improper hypothesis? Goldberger, are you seeking an apology from
- 7:38the government for the filing of the CVR SCROLLA same objection,
- 7:43Sam instruction, Goldberger, is that important to you, ma'am? SCROLLA objection, Goldberger?
- 7:50Are you attempting to punish Jeffrey Epstein by causing the
- 7:53loss of the non prosecution agreement? Goldberger? Sam objection Courney Wilde,
- 7:58what was the question? Gold Are you attempting to punish
- 8:01Jeffrey Epstein by causing the non prosecution agreement to be
- 8:05set aside? Answer? I just feel like justice should be
- 8:08served and he should be put in jail for the
- 8:10crimes that he committed. Question Okay, do you blame him
- 8:14for being in jail right now? Ma'am? Answer? No, I've
- 8:17made my own choices, but I do believe that a
- 8:19lot of the trauma that I have is due to
- 8:21what happened to me when I was a young girl,
- 8:23because of Jeffrey. Question I want to talk to you
- 8:27a little bit about Tata Miller. When did you first
- 8:29meet her? Answer? When I was like thirteen or fourteen
- 8:31years old? Question? And was Tita Miller younger or older
- 8:35than you? Answer? Younger? Question how much younger? Answer she's
- 8:39like a year younger than me. Question okay, when did
- 8:42you meet her? Though? Answer? I met her through a friend?
- 8:46Question did you meet her at a party? Perhaps? Answer
- 8:48I can't remember exactly. I know I met her through
- 8:50a friend though? Question uh huh? Okay, what friend was that? Answer?
- 8:54I think a boy that I was dating named Jesse.
- 8:58Answer but we were just friends at first. But I
- 9:01think that's how maybe I can't remember. I can't remember.
- 9:05Question do you know a boy named Bobby? Answer? Uh huh.
- 9:08Question okay, do you know where that party was? Answer? No,
- 9:13I wouldn't remember. Question okay, would you consider Tatum Miller
- 9:16to be your good friend when you first met her? Answer? Yeah?
- 9:20Question okay, and does she continue to be your good friend? Answer?
- 9:24We're still friends? Question okay? Answer I haven't talked to
- 9:27her in a while, though, Answer okay, was there a
- 9:30time where you lived? Actually, Tatum Miller's father let you
- 9:34live at his house? Answer yes, Question okay when was that?
- 9:38Answer when I was fourteen? Fifteen? For two years? Answer okay.
- 9:43Did you ever have sex with Tata Miller? Answer no,
- 9:46not when I was a young girl. I don't think
- 9:47that we did. Question okay, did you ever have oral
- 9:51sex with Tata Miller prior to being eighteen? Answer yes?
- 9:55Question okay, when did that take place? Answer? I can't remember.
- 10:00Question was it at a party or was it in private? Answer?
- 10:03I can't remember. Question okay, but do you remember having
- 10:06oral sex with her? Answer I know that we have. Yes.
- 10:10Do you know how many times that you've had oral
- 10:12sex with Tata Miller? Answer no? Question okay. Is Tata
- 10:16Miller the one who recruited you to go to Jeffrey
- 10:18Epstein's home? Answer yes. Question okay, did you go to
- 10:22mister Epstein's house together the first time? Answer yeah? Question okay,
- 10:27At other times that you may have been at mister
- 10:29Epstein's house, did you see Tata Miller there? Answer? If
- 10:33I didn't go with her, sometimes I'd go by myself.
- 10:36Sometimes I'd bring girls. I never went there, and Tatum
- 10:39was there. Question okay, did you ever talk to her
- 10:42about mister Epstein? Answer yes. Question okay, what discussions did
- 10:46you have concerning mister Epstein? Answer? I can't remember the
- 10:50discussions now what we talked about. Question do you know
- 10:53if miss Miller had ever claimed whether mister Epstein was
- 10:57physically violent to her? Answer? I don't believe if she's
- 11:00ever said that to me. Question okay, did miss Miller
- 11:03tell you in going to Goldberger you can go ahead edwards?
- 11:08I feel like that canteen would be useful right now
- 11:11the witness, Yeah, Goldberger go off the record for a second.
- 11:14They go off, then their back back on. I saw
- 11:17it coming. Question did miss Miller tell you that, in
- 11:21going to mister Epstein's house, your choice to get naked
- 11:24was in fact a choice that you could make? Answer? Yeah,
- 11:28she said that he would be like if I took
- 11:30off all my clothes, but I didn't have to. I
- 11:32could keep my panties on if I wanted to. Question okay,
- 11:35did miss Miller tell you to lie about your age
- 11:38when going to mister Epstein's house? No question? Now, did
- 11:42miss Miller tell you that is part of the massage,
- 11:45mister Epstein would ejaculate into his own hand. Answer, Yeah,
- 11:48she did tell me that. Question Uh huh. And did
- 11:52she tell you that prior to your going there? Answer?
- 11:55She really didn't. I can't remember if she said that
- 11:58to me or not. For some reason, I want to
- 12:00say she didn't, but it's been so long, I don't know. Question.
- 12:04So your recollection is at some point Miss Miller told
- 12:07you that mister Epstein would ejaculate into his hand. Yes,
- 12:10I think so. Question, but you don't remember when she
- 12:13told you this? Answer right? Question Okay? Had he ever
- 12:18ejaculated into his hand while you were massaging him prior
- 12:22to miss Miller telling you that he being mister Epstein?
- 12:24I'm sorry. Answer, I mean the first time I went
- 12:27ever met him, that's what he did. He ejaculated into
- 12:31his own hand. After the first time, we didn't really
- 12:34have to talk about it because that's something that did happen. Question,
- 12:39So you have a recollection of miss Miller having told
- 12:41you that mister Epstein would ejaculate into his hand during
- 12:44a massage. Answer I can't remember if she told me
- 12:47or not. Question Okay, Courtney do y'all want to take
- 12:54a break, mister Scola, sure if you'd like to, Courtney, yeah,
- 12:58scrolla yes, all right, folks. So we're going to take
- 13:02a break as well, and in the next episode dealing
- 13:04with the topic, we're going to pick up where we
- 13:06left off. All of the information that goes with this
- 13:08episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 13:12and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 13:17this episode, we're going to pick up where we left
- 13:19off with the Courtney Wild deposition. Question. All right, so
- 13:23you testified, I believe and correct me if I'm wrong
- 13:26that you had some sort of discussion with Tata Miller
- 13:28about Jeffrey Epstein ejaculating into his hand while getting a massage.
- 13:33Correct answer right question. And you don't recall when you
- 13:38were told that would occur? Answer right question? Okay, But
- 13:42did you also testify that the first time you gave
- 13:45a massage to mister Epstein he ejaculated into his hand.
- 13:48Answer yes, question, so being advised that that might happen
- 13:52occurred prior to your first visit with mister Epstein. Answer
- 13:56I can't remember. I mean I guess so question Okay,
- 14:00do you know whether Tatum Miller works as a prostitute. Answer,
- 14:03I don't know. I haven't talked to her in a
- 14:05couple of years. Question okay, do you know whether she
- 14:08was working as a prostitute after she last saw Jeffrey Epstein?
- 14:11Answer I don't know. Question okay, did you go with
- 14:15Tatum to New York on a trip paid by some men?
- 14:18Answer yes? Question okay, and during that trip that you
- 14:22went to New York with some men, did Tatum leave
- 14:25to go on some prostitution dates? Answer I'm not sure
- 14:29where she went when she left? Question but she left?
- 14:32Answer yeah. Question okay, did you ever visit Tatum at
- 14:35Fantasies where she worked? Answer? I can't. I don't think so.
- 14:41Question okay, do you know what Fantasies is? Answer? Uh huh.
- 14:44Question okay, Answer well, I know that she worked to
- 14:47some place like that, but I can't remember the name
- 14:50of it. Question what do you mean by that? What
- 14:52do you mean by some place like that? What is that?
- 14:55Answer like a prostitution house or whatever. I don't know
- 14:59what you'd call it. Question Okay, did she ever use
- 15:02the term jackshack? Answer? Yeah? Question what's a jackshack? Answer
- 15:07like a prostitution house. Question okay, and you knew that
- 15:11Tatum worked at a jackshack? Answer yeah. Question okay, did
- 15:15you ever see any website offering Tato Miller's services? Answer no,
- 15:20I don't think so. Question was your mother a drug addict?
- 15:24Is your mother a drug addict? Also answer She's been
- 15:27clean for six years, but when I was young, she
- 15:30was addicted to drugs. Question okay, and she was addicted
- 15:34to drugs prior to your meeting Jeffrey Epstein. Answer yes,
- 15:39mister Goldberger. How many people did you take to Jeffrey
- 15:42Epstein's home to work as a massage to give massages
- 15:45to mister Epstein? Answer like twenty or thirty girls? Question okay?
- 15:50And did you receive money for bringing people to mister
- 15:53Epstein's home? Answer yes. Question do you know who Didi is?
- 15:58Uh huh? Okay. Did you keep a list or a
- 16:02journal of people that you took to mister Epstein's home?
- 16:05Answer no. Question No you didn't do that, No you
- 16:10did not. Answer I did not. Question did you take
- 16:13some women who were age meaning over the age of
- 16:15eighteen to mister Epstein's home four massages? Answer no, I
- 16:21always took people that were underage? Question? Okay, do you
- 16:24ever remember answering that question? Differently, whether you brought girls
- 16:29who were over the age of eighteen to mister Epstein's home. Answer? Actually,
- 16:32now that I think about it, there was this girl
- 16:34named Amy that was over age that went to him,
- 16:37But I don't remember bringing anybody else besides her. Question
- 16:41do you remember giving a deposition on A six twenty
- 16:44ten in this case or in the related case? Answer? Yeah, question,
- 16:48and you were sworn to tell the truth in that deposition?
- 16:51Answer right? Question? And were you telling the truth? Answer yes? Question?
- 16:56And did you have your lawyer Brad Edwards there with
- 16:58you during that deposition? Answer yes. Question. Do you remember
- 17:02giving an answer to this question? Well, you know you
- 17:05took MD because she was twenty three. Page one thirty one, Well,
- 17:09you know, Scrolla interjects, Maybe have a copy of that deposition? Goldberger, Yeah,
- 17:14do you have an extra copy? Page one thirty one? Brewer,
- 17:17I do, page one thirty one. Scrolla, Okay, thank you.
- 17:22Back to Goldberger. Ask him questions, Okay, well you took
- 17:26Do you remember being asked this question? Well, you know
- 17:28you took MD because she was twenty three. Your answer,
- 17:31I probably took about three girls of age. Your question
- 17:34you mean that they were eighteen or over and your
- 17:37answer correct? Okay, so does that or do you remember
- 17:42having he's cut off by Courtney. Answer yeah, I know
- 17:46I took the one girl, Amy, but there's possibly a
- 17:50couple more. I know that everybody else that I took
- 17:52was under age. Question right, and then you went on
- 17:55to say that you took twenty to thirty girls allegedly
- 17:58who are under eighteen? Two mister Epstein's house scrolla, No,
- 18:02she didn't not say allegedly. The question is how many
- 18:05girls do you believe that you took under eighteen? Answer
- 18:09at least at least twenty or thirty Koldberger question and
- 18:12every one of those girls that you took to mister
- 18:14Epstein's home, whether there were of age or under age,
- 18:17you receive money for bringing them there? Did you not? Answer? Yes?
- 18:22Question okay, did you ever break into mister Epstein's home
- 18:24to burglize his home? Answer? No, I did go there
- 18:28one time, and I did never burglize his home though.
- 18:31Question well, did you enter his home without his permission? Answer? Yes,
- 18:35so I guess that would be burglarizing it. I guess
- 18:38you could say, question okay, answer, yes, I did that
- 18:41one time. Question what did you do? Answer? I went
- 18:45there without his permission? Question and you entered his home?
- 18:48Answer yes? Question okay, did you have someone with you
- 18:51when you did that? Answer? Yeah, I had somebody who
- 18:54drove me there. Question who was that? Answer? I can't
- 18:58remember who it was? Now? Did mister Epstein ever call
- 19:01you on the telephone? Answer yes? Question okay, was there
- 19:05ever any discussion of sexual conduct during the phone calls? Answer?
- 19:09What do you mean by that? Question? Yeah? Did you
- 19:11talk about sex when he called you? Answer? No? He
- 19:15just always asked me if I had anybody to bring him.
- 19:18Question okay, did you ever call mister Epstein's home and
- 19:21speak to either mister Epstein or someone who worked for
- 19:24mister Epstein and ask for permission to come over and
- 19:26give a massage? Answer? Yes, Question okay, how many times
- 19:30did you do that? Answer? I can't remember how many times?
- 19:34Question did you ever ask to introduce another girl to
- 19:37mister Epstein? Answer? Yeah, he would ask me if I
- 19:40met a girl that what wanted to come to him,
- 19:42to call and let them know his secretary or him
- 19:45or whoever answered the phone. Normally it was his secretary
- 19:48if I called. Question Any calls you made then would
- 19:52be calls to set up appointments right answer, right question.
- 19:56No discussion about sex? Answer right question. During any of
- 20:00those phone calls, did mister Epstein say anything that he
- 20:03was attempting to persuade or induce you or entice you
- 20:06to engage in sex? Answer no question. Okay, did you
- 20:11ever negotiate over the phone prices or anything like that?
- 20:15Answer no question. Did you ever email with mister Epstein
- 20:19in any way? Answer no question. Did you ever have
- 20:22any kind of Internet conversation with mister Epstein? Answer no question.
- 20:27Did you ever have any text conversation with mister Epstein?
- 20:31Answer no question. Did mister Epstein ever have any email
- 20:35or Internet conversations with you about bringing another person to
- 20:38his own answer no question. To give a massage I'm
- 20:42talking about? Answer right question. Did anyone either employed by
- 20:46mister Epstein or associated with mister Epstein ever email you?
- 20:50Answer no question. Did you ever travel with mister Epstein?
- 20:54Answer no question. Did mister Epstein use his own name
- 20:58when he spoke to you? Answer yeah, Jeffrey. Question didn't
- 21:03use a name like Taylor or anything like that you
- 21:07knew you were going to his house to make money,
- 21:09is that correct? Answer yes question. And you were acting
- 21:12as a prostitute when you went there? Answer yes, question. Okay,
- 21:16no one forced you to go. It was your choice
- 21:18to go, correct. Yo. I have to interject, she was
- 21:20fourteen when she was going there. She can't be a prostitute.
- 21:23And this is the whole entire basis for the cover story.
- 21:27That's why he gave the money. That's why when the
- 21:29girls brought other girls, he paid them so that later
- 21:32on down the road if he got nailed, he can
- 21:34use it as an excuse. Oh, it was. They were
- 21:35all part of it too. That's why this story is
- 21:39what it is because the legacy media and people that
- 21:42were covering it at the time covered it as prostitution,
- 21:46when in fact it's not prostitution, it's child abuse. Question.
- 21:52You had a choice to say no if you wanted
- 21:54to say no. Answer yes question. Was there ever any
- 21:57physical force that was used by anyone at mister Epstein's
- 22:01home to course you or force you to engage in
- 22:04any act? Answer no question. Did mister Epstein ever threaten
- 22:08to use physical force against you? Answer no question. Did
- 22:12mister Epstein ever use physical violence against you. Answer no question.
- 22:18Did mister Epstein ever raise his voice to you? Answer never,
- 22:21like face to face. A couple of times. There was
- 22:26times I was supposed to bring a girl and the
- 22:28girl canceled or the girl ended up not wanting to come,
- 22:31or something like that. So there were a couple of
- 22:33times on the phone where he yelled at me, like
- 22:35just frustrated about me not bringing the girl. Question okay,
- 22:39other than that any other yelling answer no question. When
- 22:44you were brought there first? You were brought there the
- 22:46first time by Tatum? Correct answer? Uh huh question Tatum.
- 22:50Tatum Miller told you that it was your choice whether
- 22:53to take off your clothes or not. Answer Yeah, she
- 22:56said that he wanted to take off my clothes, but
- 22:58I didn't have to get completely Nate. I could keep
- 23:01my panties on if I wanted to. Question Okay, if
- 23:05my math is correct, and correct me if I'm wrong.
- 23:07Mister Edwards has represented you for ten years now? Is
- 23:11that correct? Answer? Yes? Question Okay, is there any time
- 23:15the last ten years that mister Edwards has not represented you?
- 23:18Answer no question, Okay, did you fire him at any time?
- 23:22Answer no question? Okay, did you ever get Did he
- 23:26ever get you a lawyer on this criminal case that
- 23:29has you in prison? Right now? Answer no? Did he
- 23:32ever get you a lawyer at any other time? Answer no?
- 23:35Question Okay, you knew at some point that he, mister
- 23:39Edwards went to work for Rothstein Adler firm. Answer yes,
- 23:43question okay, when did you learn that man? Answer one time.
- 23:47I went to the law firm to meet him. I
- 23:49can't even remember what it was for. And I know
- 23:52that he just moved different law firms. But question okay,
- 23:55and I'm talking about the law firm Rothstein, Rosenfeldt and Adler.
- 23:59Right answer yeah, question, we're talking about the same firm.
- 24:03Answer right. Question. And you went to that law firm
- 24:06to meet mister Edwards? Answer yeah. Question okay, And you
- 24:10don't know when that was answer no question. Okay. Who
- 24:13did you meet with when you went to the law firm? Answer?
- 24:16I just met Brad. Question Brad Edwards. Answer Brad Edwards.
- 24:20Question did you meet any of the other people that
- 24:22worked there? Answer no, I can't remember meeting anybody else.
- 24:26Question did you meet any investigator? No question, mister Fiston
- 24:30answer no question. Did you meet Ken Jens who had
- 24:35formerly been the Sheriff of Broward County. Answer no question.
- 24:38Did you meet any other lawyer at the Edwards at
- 24:41the Rostein office? Answer no question. Did you meet any
- 24:45of mister edwards support staff? Answer no question. So you
- 24:50went there and you walked in the door, and you
- 24:52just met mister Edwards and you didn't meet anybody else.
- 24:55Question I mean, if I walk past other people there,
- 24:58they could have been working there. That's a possibility. But
- 25:00I wasn't introduced to anybody or didn't have a conversation
- 25:03with anybody else. Question Okay, how long were you there
- 25:07when you went there? Answer? I can't remember how long
- 25:10I was there? Maybe an hour? Question Okay, did you
- 25:13learn at some point that mister Epstein, I'm sorry that
- 25:15mister Edwards was sued by mister Epstein as being part
- 25:19of the Rostein firm. Scarola, excuse me, Goldberger without Scrola,
- 25:25if any knowledge you have Goldberger yeah, Scrolla continues with
- 25:29regard to the lawsuit by mister Epstein against Brad Edwards,
- 25:32is information that Brad Edwards communicated to you during the
- 25:36course of your attorney client relationship with Brad. You should
- 25:39not respond to that question if you know anything at
- 25:42all about that lawsuit from the source other than communication
- 25:45with Brad than by all means you are entitled to
- 25:48and obliged to answer that question the witness. Okay, Coldberger,
- 25:53that's correct. That's correct, Courtney. Yeah, so I don't want
- 25:57to answer it, I guess all right. So what you're
- 26:01saying is that anything you learned, you would have learned
- 26:03from mister Edwards and you didn't learn from anybody else.
- 26:06Answer right, Okay, folks, We're gonna wrap up right here,
- 26:09and in the next episode dealing with the topic, we're
- 26:11gonna pick up where we left off. All of the
- 26:14information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 26:17the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 26:20episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going
- 26:24to pick up where we left off with the Corney
- 26:26Wild deposition. Question Okay, did you read anything about the
- 26:30Rothstein Ponzi scheme? Answer? Yeah, I think I seen it
- 26:33on the news when it first happened, when I was
- 26:36in West Palm Beach. Question Okay, and when you saw
- 26:39it on the news, did you realize that mister Edwards
- 26:41was working for that law firm? Answer? Yeah, I think
- 26:45I actually called him. Question, don't tell me what he
- 26:48told you? Answer okay. Question did you discuss it that
- 26:52with anybody else? Answer? No? Question okay, did it cause
- 26:56you to doubt his professional competence in any way? And sure?
- 27:00No question okay. Did you talk to Tata Miller or
- 27:03Seana Rivera about the Rothstein Ponzi scheme? Answer? I can't remember.
- 27:08Question okay, do you know whether either one of those
- 27:10two women terminated their relationship with mister Edwards as a
- 27:14result of the Rothstein Ponzi scheme? Answer? I don't think so. Question.
- 27:19While your estate case was pending in state court, were
- 27:22you seeking damages from mister Epstein? Did you know that
- 27:25mister Edwards also had asked to prepare a federal lawsuit?
- 27:29I'm not talking about the CVRI case, but a separate
- 27:32federal lawsuit seeking damages for you against mister Epstein. Edwards
- 27:37object as the attorney client privilege to the extent that
- 27:40she knows that information only from conversations that she had
- 27:43with me Goldberger. Sure. Question, So, other than conversations you
- 27:48had with Edwards or one of the other lawyers working
- 27:51at Rothstein Adler firm, did you know that mister Edwards
- 27:54had asked to be prepared a federal lawsuit that was
- 27:57the same lawsuit that was pending against mister v Epstein
- 28:00in the state court, essentially the same claim. Answer no question. Okay,
- 28:05do you know that he had asked to support staff
- 28:08to file or to prepare the same lawsuit in federal
- 28:11court that had been prepared on behalf of Tata Miller
- 28:14scrolla same instruction? That is, you should not answer that
- 28:17question if the source of any information, if any, was
- 28:20Brad Edwards. If you obtain that information from some other source,
- 28:25and you have that information in response to the question,
- 28:27you can answer it. Witness Okay, So I guess I
- 28:32shouldn't answer it then, Goldberger, Okay, that's fine. Has anyone
- 28:35shared any emails with you concerning instruction being given to
- 28:39the file or to prepare a federal lawsuit for filing?
- 28:42Answer no question. And I'm asking you specifically the time
- 28:46period just before the Rostein form fell apart and mister
- 28:50Rothstein was indicted. Answer no, Goldberger, Okay, can we just
- 28:54have a moment off the record for a second. Back
- 28:57on question I was asking you about whether you knew
- 29:01anything about this federal lawsuit that may or may not
- 29:04been prepared. Did you ever see a federal lawsuit other
- 29:08than the CVR A case. I'm not talking about that answer,
- 29:11no question. Okay. Did you ever authorize the preparation of
- 29:15a separate federal lawsuit seeking damages from mister Epstein in
- 29:19addition to the state court case? Edwards? I object attorney
- 29:23client privilege, Goldberger, Let me just finish the question. Let
- 29:27me finish the question. Okay, Edwards, you're talking about authorized
- 29:32to me? This is he gets cut off by Goldberger. Yeah,
- 29:35let me just finish the question. Edwards, communication with attorney again,
- 29:40cut off by Goldberger. Let me just finish the question.
- 29:43Then I get it. Okay, Edwards, Okay, Goldberger. Did you
- 29:46ever authorize the filing of a federal lawsuit seeking damages
- 29:49against mister Epstein that was similar or the same as
- 29:53a state case that mister Edwards had filed on your
- 29:55behalf for damages against mister Epstein. Edward's okay. Before you
- 30:00would answer, if this is communication between me and you,
- 30:04whether you to me or me to you, related to
- 30:06a legal decision that we were making at the time,
- 30:09that I'm instructing you not to answer because that could
- 30:12be invasion of the attorney client privilege. Goldberger, Okay, So
- 30:16with that instruction from your lawyer, do you want to
- 30:18answer the question or not? Courtney wild No, Goldberger, Okay,
- 30:24that's all the questions I have now moving on to
- 30:27cross examination. Mister Scarola, Miss Wilde, did you sue Jeffrey
- 30:31Epstein for having repeatedly sexually molested you because you actually
- 30:34were repeatedly sexually molested by Jeffrey Epstein? Answer yes, mister
- 30:39Goldberger object to the form, Scarola. Was there any other
- 30:43reason than the fact that Jeffrey Epstein had a repeatedly
- 30:46select excuse me, repeatedly sexually molested you that you were
- 30:50suing mister Epstein? Goldberger objected the form. Answer no, Scarola,
- 30:56whether it was age fourteen, fifteen, or sixteen. Is there
- 30:59any doubt that Jeffrey Epstein began molesting you years before
- 31:02you turned the age of eighteen? Goldberger object the form Courtney,
- 31:07There's no doubt. Yeah, he started molesting me when I
- 31:09was fourteen, Scarrola. And did he continue to molest you
- 31:13for years after those molestations began? Goldberger object to the
- 31:17form Courtney, Yes, scrolla question. You said that there was
- 31:22approximately twenty to thirty girls that you took to Jeffrey
- 31:26Epstein's home. Right answer right question. Why did you bring
- 31:30those girls to Jeffrey Epstein's home? Answer? I guess to
- 31:33make money because he told me you would pay me
- 31:35two hundred dollars for me and two hundred dollars for
- 31:38every girl that I brought. Question and you were in
- 31:41fact paid for the young girls that you brought to
- 31:44mister Epstein's house. Answer yes. Question you also said that
- 31:48the vast majority of those girls, with the exception of
- 31:51perhaps two or three, were underage. Answer yes. Question Why
- 31:55were you bringing underage girls to Jeffrey Epstein's home? Answer
- 31:59because he wanted the girls young. There were times I
- 32:02would bring girls that looked older or were older, and
- 32:05he would just walk out. He would leave the money
- 32:07on the counter and just walk out. He wanted the
- 32:10girls young. Question. Your deposition began with some significant discussion
- 32:14about your involvement with criminal law. Do you recall that?
- 32:17Answer yes. Question do you know how many of the
- 32:21offenses discussed today, brought up by mister Epstein's defense lawyer
- 32:25were offenses that occurred while you were a juvenile? Answer
- 32:28there was one I got in trouble one time when
- 32:30I was a juvenile. Question okay, so it was at
- 32:33least one of those offenses when you were a juvenile.
- 32:36Answer yes. Goldberger object to the form SCROLLA. There were
- 32:40also some discussions about how those offenses were disposed of.
- 32:44Do you know the difference between a guilty plea and
- 32:47a guilty plea of no contest? Answer no contest is
- 32:51you're not pled, You're not pleading admitting to it? Fully
- 32:54correct answer. I want you to assume that to be
- 32:57the case. Answer yeah. Question do you know which specific
- 33:00charges were disposed of by guilty plea as opposed to
- 33:03having been disposed of by a no contest plea? Answer no,
- 33:07I'm not sure. Question all right. Do you know that
- 33:11there is a difference between the adjudication of guilt and
- 33:13having an adjudication of guilt withheld by the court even
- 33:17after a plea of no contest? Answer right. Goldberger objection
- 33:22to the form of the question SCROLLA. Do you recognize
- 33:25that there is a distinction as to whether the court
- 33:28adjudicates you guilty or withholds adjudication even after a plea
- 33:32of no contest to a criminal charge? Goldberger object to
- 33:36the form Courtney, right, I know that there's a difference,
- 33:39and I can't even tell you really what the difference is. Scrolla, Okay,
- 33:43do you know whether you were adjudicated guilty or whether
- 33:46adjudication was withheld with regard to each of the circumstances
- 33:49that mister Epstein's defense lawyer described. Answer yes, I believe
- 33:53a couple of them were withheld adjudicated withheld. Question. Okay,
- 33:58you told us that you started using drugs in two
- 34:01thousand and two when you were fourteen. Correct answer yes.
- 34:04Question is there any doubt in your mind that your
- 34:07use of drugs began after Jeffrey Epstein began abusing you?
- 34:11Goldberger object to the form Courtney, no scrola. You talked
- 34:16about having been naked in the presence of Jeffrey Epstein
- 34:19when you were fourteen years of age. Witness nods head
- 34:23question prior to having been naked in the presence of
- 34:26Jeffrey Epstein when you were fourteen, had you ever previously
- 34:30been naked in the presence of a man? Goldberger object
- 34:34the form the witness no scrola. Have you ever worked
- 34:37as a dancer or stripper before Jeffrey Epstein began paying you?
- 34:41To permit him to molest you. Goldberger object to the
- 34:44form Courtney no scrolla. Had you ever had a sexual
- 34:49experience with another female before Jeffrey Epstein began paying you
- 34:53to permit him to sexually molest you? Goldberger objected the
- 34:56form Courtney no scrola. Have you you ever had a
- 35:00drug abuse problem before Jeffrey Epstein began regularly paying you
- 35:04for sex at age fourteen? Coldberger objectiform Courtney no scrola.
- 35:10Had you ever been convicted of a crime before Jeffrey
- 35:13Epstein began paying you at age fourteen to allow them
- 35:16to molest you? Goldberger objectiform Courtney no scrola. In addition
- 35:23to the twenty to thirty young girls that you personally
- 35:25were paid to bring to mister Epstein's home, are you
- 35:28aware of others who are being paid by Jeffrey Epstein
- 35:31while they were under the age of eighteen to allow
- 35:33Jeffrey Epstein to sexually molest them? Coldberger OBJECTI form Courtney
- 35:39yes scarrola. Can you give us an estimate as to
- 35:42the number of other girls, apart from those that you
- 35:45brought Scola who were being paid by Jeffrey Epstein. Goldberger
- 35:50objectiform Scrola to allow Jeffrey Epstein to sexually molest them.
- 35:54Coldberger OBJECTI form answer, there's so many in West Palm Beach.
- 36:00There are so many girls. Can't even give you a
- 36:02number of how many scrolla prior to being introduced to
- 36:06Jeffrey Epstein. What type of student were you? Answer? I
- 36:09was a straight a student. Question were you involved in
- 36:12school activity? Answer yeah, I was the captain of the
- 36:15cheerleading squad. I played the trumpet. I was first your trumpet.
- 36:19Question Which high school did you go to? Answer? Lakeworth?
- 36:22Middle question? Did you ever get to graduate from Lake Worth?
- 36:25Answer yeah? Question and did you go to high school?
- 36:29Answer no? In the summer of eighth to ninth grade
- 36:32is when I met Jeffrey Epstein. After that kind of
- 36:35when everything started going downhill. When I went to ninth grade,
- 36:39I just never went. I went for maybe a week
- 36:41or so, and then I even moved schools to John
- 36:43I Leonard, and I just dropped out. Question there is
- 36:49some likelihood that this testimony will be presented to the jury.
- 36:52By the way of the videotape that is being taken
- 36:54of your testimony, I would like you to tell the
- 36:58ladies and gentlemen of the jury, as best you're able
- 37:00to how much money Jeffrey Epstein was paying you on
- 37:03an average during this period of time that you were
- 37:06being paid to bring girls to him for purposes of
- 37:09sexual molestation, and during the period of time that you yourself
- 37:13were being paid to submit to sexual molestation by Jeffrey.
- 37:18Mister Goldberger object to the form, Courtney, I was being
- 37:21paid two hundred dollars for every girl. There were a
- 37:24couple of girls that looked real young that he would
- 37:26pay me three hundred dollars for bringing. But I would
- 37:29bring him a girl sometimes twice a day, really once
- 37:32a day or some others just once, but at least
- 37:34four or five times a week. So I don't know
- 37:38if you do the math on that, you know, two
- 37:40four six eight, that's at least eight hundred dollars a
- 37:42week for just one girl for four days, you know. SCROLLA.
- 37:47What were the economic circumstances of your family during this
- 37:50period of time before Jeffrey Epstein started to pay you
- 37:53those sums of money. Answer? I came from a poor family,
- 37:57you know. Question was your mom the sole support of
- 37:59the family during that period of time? Answer? She was
- 38:03a single parent. Question and did you have siblings? Answer
- 38:07a brother, but she didn't. He moved with my father's parent,
- 38:11my grandparents on my dad's side, so it was just me.
- 38:15Question Okay, so it was just you and your mom
- 38:17and she was the sole support of your household. Is
- 38:20that correct? Answer? Yes, scrolla object to the form. Question
- 38:25did you work? Answer? She worked as a waitress. Question
- 38:28and was your mom experiencing drug problems at the time
- 38:31when you first became involved with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer yeah.
- 38:36Question describe the circumstances that led to your being introduced
- 38:40to Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, there was just a couple. There
- 38:43was an incident where my mom was switching apartments and
- 38:46we were going from one apartment to another, and she
- 38:49was saving money or doing whatever she was doing. And
- 38:51that's when I kind of started sleeping over at Tatum's
- 38:54house because my mom was having issues with you know,
- 38:57with her car and just all types of stuff. Was
- 39:00more stable for me to live at Tatum's or stay
- 39:02at Tatum's house a lot. And then when Tatum's dad seen,
- 39:05you know, that my mom was having a hard time
- 39:07and then taking care of me on top of you know,
- 39:09her just trying to survive, pay our bills and stuff.
- 39:12He allowed me to come stay with him. Question did
- 39:15there come a point in time when a routine developed
- 39:18with regard to what would happen once you got to
- 39:20Jeffrey Epstein's mansion? Goldberger object A form Courtney, Yes, SCROLLA.
- 39:29Would you describe to the jurors what the routine was,
- 39:32what typically happened? Goldberger object A form Courtney. We would
- 39:36show up either he would have a driver come get us,
- 39:39or he would We would take a cab there and
- 39:41he would pay for it, and we would enter his
- 39:43house and we would up like off to his kitchen.
- 39:46There was like a stairwell. We'd go up the stairwell
- 39:49and like to his bedroom, through his bedroom and go
- 39:51to the bathroom. But it was like, you know, as
- 39:53big as this room, and we just set up the
- 39:56massage table, put towels on it. SCROLLA. Let me interrupt
- 40:00you there for just a moment. Question you're speaking of
- 40:03We answer right, question we being picked up by a
- 40:07driver or we taking a cab there and Epstein's paying
- 40:10for the cab ride? Answer uh huh. Question was it
- 40:14generally more than just you alone? Answer right? It was
- 40:17either me or whoever I was bringing, or you know,
- 40:20when I first went, me and Tatum, and sometimes he
- 40:23would pay me and Tatum to go back. Me and
- 40:25Tatum went together more than once, you know. Question. Okay,
- 40:28so I interrupted you in your description of what went on.
- 40:31There was usually more than one girl there at a time.
- 40:34Colberger objected to form Courtney. Yes, SCROLLA, what happened, Courtney.
- 40:41So we would go upstairs and we'd set up the
- 40:44massage table, and we would get undressed and wait for
- 40:46him to walk in. And he would walk in normally
- 40:49like a robe, and lay on the massage table, and
- 40:51one girl you know, would get on one side of him,
- 40:54and I would get on the other side and give
- 40:56him a massage, like for thirty minutes, on each side
- 40:58of them, and he would take like phone business calls,
- 41:01like phone calls. As we do this, SCROLLA, I'm going
- 41:05to interrupt you again for just a moment. You said
- 41:08that Jeffrey entered the room wearing a robe and then
- 41:11he got on the massage table. Courtney. Uh huh. Goldberger
- 41:16object to the form SCROLLA. Did he continue to wear
- 41:19the robe when he was on the massage table? Courtney. No,
- 41:22he would take it off and he wouldn't have any
- 41:24clothes on. All right, we're gonna wrap up right here,
- 41:27and then the next episode, dealing with the issue, we're
- 41:29gonna pick up where we left off. All of the
- 41:32information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 41:35the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 41:43episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna
- 41:47pick up where we left off with the Courtney Wild deposition. SCROLLA,
- 41:51did he continue to wear the robe when he was
- 41:54on the massage table? Answer? No, he would take it
- 41:57off and he wouldn't have any clothes on. SCROLLA, okay, answer,
- 42:03and we would just put like a towel over his
- 42:06butt while we massaged them. SCROLLA, tell us what happened next? Answer?
- 42:11And when he was done taking his phone calls and
- 42:13stuff like that, he would flip over. And if I
- 42:15was bringing a girl, he would ask me to go
- 42:17downstairs and wait for and either he would have the
- 42:20money when he came in, he would put the money
- 42:22on the counter, or you know, I can't. That's normally
- 42:24what he would do. And so I'd go downstairs and
- 42:26I'd wait for the girl to get done, and I'd
- 42:28wait in the kitchen for her until she came down. Question,
- 42:32were there circumstances where you were asked to participate in
- 42:35sexual activity with Jeffrey Epstein before you left the girl
- 42:39that you brought with you? Goldberger object to form Courtney. No,
- 42:43normally he would just want one person there. I mean
- 42:46unless if, like when Tatum brought me there the first time,
- 42:49you know, I was the girl who got left in
- 42:51the room. You know, scrolla. How many times, if you
- 42:54can estimate for us, were you the girl who got
- 42:56left in the room and were the one who was
- 42:58engaging in seconextual activity with Jeffrey Epstein? Goldberger object to
- 43:03the form Courtney several. Goldberger object to the form Courtney.
- 43:09I can't remember how many times SCROLLA and Courtney several
- 43:14SCROLLA when there was sexual activity between you and Jeffrey Epstein?
- 43:19What occurred? Goldberger object to the form Courtney. He would
- 43:24want me to stand next to him, and he would
- 43:25like just grab onto my grab onto my body and
- 43:29just touch my body and touch me while he jacked off,
