- 0:05Speaker 1: Welcome to Revealing Wholeness, a podcast dedicated to revealing the
- 0:09Speaker 1: profound connections between body, mind, and spirit, where we believe
- 0:13Speaker 1: that true wellness arises from addressing the root causes of
- 0:16Speaker 1: our health challenges, not just masking the symptoms. Here we
- 0:19Speaker 1: dive deep into how holistic approaches such as advanced chiropractic care,
- 0:23Speaker 1: personalized nutrition, and natural healing practices can transform your life.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Now Here is doctor Troy.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Hello and welcome. I'm doctor Troy. This is going to
- 0:38Speaker 2: be the first part of a seven part series in
- 0:41Speaker 2: our raw milk healing stories. So these are most of
- 0:46Speaker 2: them are still peer reviewed journal articles, some of them
- 0:50Speaker 2: actually recent, but many of them older because that's when
- 0:54Speaker 2: they actually cared and would do experiments on raw milk.
- 0:58Speaker 2: So most of you have heard of of the Mayo Clinic.
- 1:02Speaker 2: If anybody's heard of any kind of medical institution, they've
- 1:06Speaker 2: likely heard of the Mayo Clinic. Well before it was
- 1:08Speaker 2: the Male Clinic, it was the Mao Foundation. And this
- 1:13Speaker 2: here says that during the early nineteen hundreds, literally like
- 1:18Speaker 2: the teens twenties, doctor J. E. Crew of the Mayo
- 1:24Speaker 2: Foundation used an exclusive raw milk diet to cure now
- 1:30Speaker 2: back then they could use the C word cure. He
- 1:34Speaker 2: cured tuberculosis, edema, heart failure, high blood pressure, prostate disease,
- 1:43Speaker 2: urinary tract infections, diabetes, kidney disease, chronic infection, and obesity.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Now here's the kicker. In Germany, they still do this
- 1:54Speaker 2: today as a raw milk therapy. Now why why would
- 1:59Speaker 2: raw milk cure tb tuberculosis? So tuberculosis is a lung
- 2:05Speaker 2: condition in which the degenerative lung tissue gets so bad
- 2:10Speaker 2: that now brucellosis comes in and tries to liquefy that
- 2:14Speaker 2: lung material, get it out so you can rebuild new
- 2:17Speaker 2: healthy lung material in its place. But if your body
- 2:20Speaker 2: isn't very healthy, it isn't likely going to do it.
- 2:24Speaker 2: So that's why they don't see it happen a lot
- 2:27Speaker 2: unless you're doing something radical with your diet, like raw milk.
- 2:32Speaker 2: So we'd say, okay, well why raw milk, Why did
- 2:35Speaker 2: it do this? When you have a baby cow that
- 2:38Speaker 2: has to develop their lungs, their liver, their kidneys, their
- 2:43Speaker 2: blood vessels, their bone structure, their brain, their stomach, they're pancreas,
- 2:50Speaker 2: I mean every tissue in their body has to grow
- 2:54Speaker 2: and develop and stay healthy, and all they're drinking is milk.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Do we now not wonder or at least wonder less
- 3:03Speaker 2: why raw milk wouldn't help another body develop and heal
- 3:09Speaker 2: from many different conditions if that's what was going on.
- 3:14Speaker 2: So what I'm saying in a nutshell is there's so
- 3:17Speaker 2: many raw nutrient building blocks and it's so complete that
- 3:21Speaker 2: raw milk is going to help most bodies rebuild themselves
- 3:24Speaker 2: for whatever ails them. So if we have lung tissue
- 3:28Speaker 2: being destroyed and it's now diseased, now I say it
- 3:32Speaker 2: in that order because that's actually true. We would say, well,
- 3:36Speaker 2: it's the bacteria that caused the tuberculosis. No, studies have
- 3:41Speaker 2: found that they never see a brucellosis bacteria in the
- 3:47Speaker 2: beginning stage of tuberculosis. So somebody has tuberculi that are
- 3:51Speaker 2: in their beginning stages in the lung and they do
- 3:53Speaker 2: a biopsy, they never ever find brucellosis, the bacteria that
- 3:57Speaker 2: they think causes tuberculosis. But in the end stages you
- 4:02Speaker 2: now have the bacteria present. So the disease happens the
- 4:07Speaker 2: dead tissue, the dying tissue occurs, and then the bacteria
- 4:11Speaker 2: comes in because they're scavengers. Look in any medical text,
- 4:16Speaker 2: bacteria funguses are scavengers. They eat dead, dying material to
- 4:21Speaker 2: get it out of the area, to liquefy it so
- 4:25Speaker 2: that the body can then have a fresh palate to
- 4:28Speaker 2: build new healthy tissue. That's how it works, and so
- 4:32Speaker 2: that's how TB would work. A edema. Edema is a
- 4:37Speaker 2: lymphatic issue. The first system to go down in a
- 4:40Speaker 2: body is the lymphatic system, and now we start getting
- 4:44Speaker 2: sick more frequently, and then eventually it now affects organ systems,
- 4:49Speaker 2: and then joints and heart and finally the nervous system
- 4:52Speaker 2: as the last ditch effort. So when you feed a body,
- 4:55Speaker 2: you now begin to get edema going away, but mostly
- 4:59Speaker 2: because of the B six content in milk and the
- 5:02Speaker 2: bee vitamins that are in raw milk are going to
- 5:05Speaker 2: actually help the body get rid of water but also
- 5:08Speaker 2: to heal the reason that we might be collecting water.
- 5:11Speaker 2: One theory states, and I've proved it. I think in
- 5:14Speaker 2: my office over and over and over. When I give
- 5:17Speaker 2: somebody who has the beginning stage of swelling in their
- 5:21Speaker 2: ankles and I give them B six, that's natural. They
- 5:25Speaker 2: literally use lose water weight within days and carpal tunnel,
- 5:29Speaker 2: same kind of thing. So I see it happen all
- 5:32Speaker 2: the time. The same B vitamins that are in that
- 5:35Speaker 2: milk are actually going to help heal heart failure. So
- 5:39Speaker 2: heart failure is one of those raw milk cures because
- 5:43Speaker 2: hearts need certain B vitamins that the medical profession will
- 5:46Speaker 2: not label that are absolutely vital for normal muscle function
- 5:50Speaker 2: and nerve depolarization to make that muscle contract. In some
- 5:55Speaker 2: of my heart podcasts, I've talked about how the nerve
- 5:59Speaker 2: literally acts as a cattle prod on that muscle to
- 6:02Speaker 2: make it contract, and if it doesn't have the B
- 6:05Speaker 2: vitamins to do that, that heart muscle does not contract correctly.
- 6:10Speaker 2: We get a rhythmias or aphib or all kinds of
- 6:13Speaker 2: wild stuff weakened heart muscle that then begin to have
- 6:16Speaker 2: valves collapse, and then it just goes on from there.
- 6:20Speaker 2: And so again B vitamin's huge for heart, But what
- 6:24Speaker 2: does the heart need most of all to pump? It
- 6:26Speaker 2: needs to contract with calcium, of which raw milk has
- 6:30Speaker 2: droves and so high blood pressure. Now we have an
- 6:34Speaker 2: easier system because the B vitamins are very relaxing to
- 6:37Speaker 2: the system the body heals from the inside out. Prostate
- 6:40Speaker 2: disease prostate requires good ala oil alphalinolinic acid, and that
- 6:45Speaker 2: is what butter fat is, and that's that high fat
- 6:49Speaker 2: content of raw milk, and so the prostate absolutely needs
- 6:52Speaker 2: that particular fat in and of itself. Now it also
- 6:56Speaker 2: wants iodine, which milk will have a little bit, but
- 6:59Speaker 2: when you're as as deficient as most humans, even raw
- 7:02Speaker 2: milk is going to take some time if their prostate
- 7:05Speaker 2: disease is typically or rather specifically iodine deficiency. Urinary tract
- 7:11Speaker 2: infections this is one of my favorite. Urinary tract infections
- 7:15Speaker 2: absolutely need vitamin C and vitamin A, and raw milk
- 7:19Speaker 2: has loads of vitamin A. It is impressive and it
- 7:24Speaker 2: is why most infections will do quite well with raw
- 7:26Speaker 2: milk because of the high vitamin A content. Vitamin A
- 7:30Speaker 2: got its name, as you've if you've been around listening
- 7:32Speaker 2: to my podcast. It got its name from anti infection.
- 7:36Speaker 2: So they said, hey, this vitamin that seems to be
- 7:38Speaker 2: vital to human health, we're going to call it a
- 7:42Speaker 2: vital amine or a vitamin. And this is the first
- 7:47Speaker 2: component we've discovered, and we're suspicious that there are others
- 7:49Speaker 2: But since this is the first one and it's anti infection,
- 7:52Speaker 2: let's call it vitamin A. So urinary tract infections are
- 7:57Speaker 2: very much helped by the vitamin A. Hey, the high
- 8:00Speaker 2: vitamin A. Now, also the calcium is what runs immune
- 8:05Speaker 2: cells to fight infection. So the high calcium and the
- 8:09Speaker 2: high vitamina are excellent. Are there other trace minerals of
- 8:12Speaker 2: milk that help with infection? Of course those are the
- 8:14Speaker 2: two big heavy hitters diabetes diabetes. What is diabetes, Well,
- 8:21Speaker 2: it's the inability to handle sugar. But what in the
- 8:24Speaker 2: body was supposed to help regulate sugar in the blood.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Now everybody's going to jump on insulin. And while that
- 8:31Speaker 2: is to get sugar when it's high out of the blood,
- 8:35Speaker 2: we still need to maintain blood sugar. And what does
- 8:38Speaker 2: that is calcium, And so calcium and magnesium are both
- 8:44Speaker 2: blood sugar regulators. So when we have a diabetic state
- 8:48Speaker 2: and we have a constant influx of high sugar, we
- 8:50Speaker 2: deplete the body of calcium, and now we inevitably now
- 8:55Speaker 2: burden the insulin producing islets of languorhand and the painous
- 9:00Speaker 2: those little cells that make insulin, and now we burn
- 9:04Speaker 2: it out. So does milk help reverse diabetes. Well, yes,
- 9:10Speaker 2: because pancreas needs tons of trace minerals, zinc, copper, all
- 9:16Speaker 2: kinds of things to help rebuild itself as well as
- 9:20Speaker 2: helping the or having the calcium help stabilize blood sugar.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Kidney disease. We've just talked about kidney disease being possibly
- 9:29Speaker 2: a low vitamin A issue, which which the fat content
- 9:35Speaker 2: of the cream and the milk is high vitamin A
- 9:37Speaker 2: because it's a fat soluble vitamin. But kidneys need lots
- 9:41Speaker 2: of trace minerals as well as vitamin C. So kidneys
- 9:46Speaker 2: I always like looking at things. Hey, kidney beans are
- 9:49Speaker 2: good for kidneys. What do kidney beans have? They have
- 9:52Speaker 2: lots of molybdenum, way more than most other tissues. Huh.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I wonder if molybdenum is a big deal for the kidneys.
- 9:59Speaker 2: No preserved dun research on it. All I do is
- 10:01Speaker 2: think these thoughts. I'm thinking, man, it'd be nice to
- 10:03Speaker 2: have the answer. So kidney disease definitely helped buy the protein,
- 10:08Speaker 2: the immune cells that are in raw milk, the vitamin A,
- 10:11Speaker 2: the calcium, the trace minerals, all of it. Next, chronic fatigue,
- 10:16Speaker 2: chronic fatigue when we have adrenals that sit on top
- 10:20Speaker 2: of our kidneys that are completely devoid of nutrition, we
- 10:24Speaker 2: have chronic fatigue, especially that two o'clock to three o'clock
- 10:28Speaker 2: in the afternoon where you just want to close your
- 10:30Speaker 2: eyes and you're so so tired. That is adrenal fatigue.
- 10:35Speaker 2: And so the adrenals need lots of copper, lots of zinc,
- 10:39Speaker 2: lots of trace minerals, and good fats. And it's all
- 10:42Speaker 2: in milk. Now here's the last one, the kicker obesity.
- 10:47Speaker 2: What how can a milk cure that has tons of
- 10:51Speaker 2: fat in it help with obesity? Because a lot of obesity,
- 10:56Speaker 2: as I've talked about on other podcasts, are from vegetable oil.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Vegetable oils tend to make fat on the body, they're
- 11:03Speaker 2: difficult to burn, and so they're just stored.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Well.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Animal fat that would be in the milk is much
- 11:11Speaker 2: more easily burned. In fact, it's the most favorite fuel
- 11:15Speaker 2: of the heart to burn first. So that saturated fat
- 11:19Speaker 2: of that milk, that milk fat, is very easy. When
- 11:23Speaker 2: all we do is animal fats, and we don't do
- 11:27Speaker 2: any vegetable fats, and we have animals that are grass
- 11:30Speaker 2: fed and they're good cows and not cows that have
- 11:35Speaker 2: been genetically modified to only eat grain like most of
- 11:39Speaker 2: the milk in the store. We now have an animal
- 11:41Speaker 2: that's going to put that legitimate milk fat into that milk,
- 11:46Speaker 2: and now we get to slowly undo all of the
- 11:50Speaker 2: bad fats that are in the body and begin to
- 11:52Speaker 2: trade them. So as we do that, we begin to
- 11:55Speaker 2: burn fat much more easily, and now we begin to
- 11:58Speaker 2: heal the body. But it makes a fair amount of
- 12:01Speaker 2: nutrient value. In order to burn fat, we have to
- 12:03Speaker 2: have a liver that's working correctly to pull those fat
- 12:07Speaker 2: fat globules off of the fat cells, put it in
- 12:10Speaker 2: the blood. The liver takes that fat, converts it to sugar,
- 12:14Speaker 2: and then we burn it. That is how most often
- 12:18Speaker 2: that we burn fat. So as we do that milk
- 12:23Speaker 2: milk diet, that cup of milk every hour, that is
- 12:28Speaker 2: what they used as that milk cure. So just a
- 12:32Speaker 2: caveat for those that have waited this long. There is
- 12:36Speaker 2: no they didn't list it here, And I know there's
- 12:39Speaker 2: probably some fear around this, but I don't really care.
- 12:42Speaker 2: When you have a disease that replicates really fast called cancer,
- 12:47Speaker 2: cancer hates high calcium environment. The higher the calcium, the
- 12:53Speaker 2: less the cancer. But if calcium gets too high, now
- 12:56Speaker 2: we have heart disease. So how did milk help heart disease? Well,
- 13:00Speaker 2: if cows are grass fed in their milk, they have
- 13:03Speaker 2: K two. K two is the technical name is menequinone.
- 13:09Speaker 2: There's menequinone four through menequinone fifteen, and so there's twelve
- 13:14Speaker 2: different types of MK what we call MK or menquinone
- 13:19Speaker 2: or K two. That K two is incredibly important in
- 13:22Speaker 2: regulating calcium. It tries to shove calcium back into the
- 13:27Speaker 2: bone and get it out of tissues. Now, here's the
- 13:30Speaker 2: cool thing about milk. When we do high calcium. We
- 13:35Speaker 2: have to have three minerals that are not minerals, but
- 13:39Speaker 2: vitamins that are very very important in regulating how much
- 13:42Speaker 2: calcium is in the bloodstream. So vitamin D, which there
- 13:47Speaker 2: is a little bit in milk. That vitamin D we
- 13:50Speaker 2: consider synergistics. It's multiple forms and it really pulls calcium
- 13:56Speaker 2: beautifully through the gut wall. And so that vitamin D
- 13:59Speaker 2: pulls cal calcium into the blood. It now would spike
- 14:02Speaker 2: blood calcium if you're doing that much calcium. But because
- 14:05Speaker 2: there's K two in that milk. That K two says, okay,
- 14:09Speaker 2: all U calcium right to the bone. You go. Now,
- 14:13Speaker 2: if there was calcium salts in your in your heart,
- 14:18Speaker 2: or in your blood vessels, or in tissue where it
- 14:20Speaker 2: shouldn't be, lady of arthritis, it's going to try to
- 14:25Speaker 2: pull that calcium out of that tissue with the vitamin
- 14:27Speaker 2: A and vitamin C that is in that milk. So
- 14:31Speaker 2: vitamin A is good at dissolving calcium salts and tissues
- 14:35Speaker 2: where it shouldn't be built up, but vitamin C helps
- 14:39Speaker 2: it even more so. When we've got vitamin D, vitamin
- 14:43Speaker 2: K two and we've got that vitamin A with a
- 14:46Speaker 2: little vitamin C, we now have the ability to regulate
- 14:50Speaker 2: calcium correctly in the blood so that it is ideal
- 14:54Speaker 2: and optimal for the most health that the body can have,
- 14:58Speaker 2: the most bone development, to up the heart pump, to
- 15:01Speaker 2: help your muscles work, to help your brain work, to
- 15:04Speaker 2: help keep infections down but not too high that it's
- 15:07Speaker 2: damaging to tissues. And so milk in and of itself
- 15:11Speaker 2: is a beautiful, raw, whole food and it's awesome. So
- 15:17Speaker 2: I hope that is kind of a lead into our
- 15:20Speaker 2: next couple of podcasts in this seven series where I'm
- 15:24Speaker 2: going to go over some research and talk about why
- 15:28Speaker 2: does it do this? Everything from dental cavities to children,
- 15:32Speaker 2: to rickets to all kinds of things. We're just going
- 15:35Speaker 2: to go through those. They'll be much shorter than this
- 15:36Speaker 2: one because this was a jam packed one with that
- 15:40Speaker 2: Mayo Clinic doctor who did this milk cure. So until
- 15:44Speaker 2: next time, I'm doctor Troy, and remember there is way
- 15:47Speaker 2: more right with you than there is wrong with you.
- 15:50Speaker 1: The information on doctor Troy Munson's podcast is meant to
- 15:54Speaker 1: educate the listener and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure,
