  [SPEAKER_02]: Virginia voters pass the Democrats redistricting referendum by less than three points even after dumping tens of millions of dollars into the election and dragging out Obamas.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The referendum barely passed, but it did.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And what that not, now allows for is Governor Abigail Spamberger and her Democrat legislatures as scrap Virginia's current congressional map.

  [SPEAKER_02]: a mathematically near perfect six Democrats to five Republicans and replace it with the monstrosity that would produce a ten-to-one Democrat advantage.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Now keep in mind, a ten-to-one Democrat advantage in a state that voted for Kamala by just five points.

  [SPEAKER_02]: A plus five Democrat state, handing the Democrats ten out of 11 congressional seats

  [SPEAKER_02]: to see all in the name of protecting democracy.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And the Democrats were singing from the mountain tops.

  [SPEAKER_02]: They thought they were on the doorstep of flipping the house majority before a single midterm vote was cast.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The borderline illiterate, Hakeem Jeffries, was practically dancing.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And then all of a sudden, it all came

  [SPEAKER_02]: crashing down at Taswell County Circuit Court Judge issued a final order blocking certification of the referendum results entirely, ruling that the referendum and the bill that created it were flatly unconstitutional, not just technically flawed, not just procedurally massive, blatantly unconstitutional, on multiple independent grounds.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The court ruled that Democrats violated Virginia's own constitution rules for amending the state constitution.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So bottom line in order to amend Virginia's constitution, which this gerrymandering referendum does, the measure has to pass in two separate legislative sessions with an intervening election in between.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So it would have to pass in a legislative session

  [SPEAKER_02]: then you have to have a statewide election in November.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And then if voters still want to go with this, right, the measure would then have to pass another legislative session in say December or January.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Obviously the Democrats didn't do that.

  [SPEAKER_02]: There was no passing in the measure before Spammerger was elected to office back in November.

  [SPEAKER_02]: They just blatantly ran this through a single special session.

  [SPEAKER_02]: and rushed into the ballot before any election could serve as a democratic check on the process.

  [SPEAKER_02]: That alone is enough to think this illegal referendum.

  [SPEAKER_02]: But the judge has stopped there, the ruling also found that the ballot language itself, the actual question voter saw in their ballots was, and I'm quoting the judge here directly, quote, flagrantly misleading.

  [SPEAKER_02]: in upcoming elections restore fairness for a map that was going to produce a 10 to one Democrat advantage in the state where Democrats barely win.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So the court found that battle ballot language did not obviously did not accurately describe the amendment that was actually passed by the legislature meaning voters were asked to approve something they were

  [SPEAKER_02]: in writing on an official ballot.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So bottom line, the court order has officially blocked state officials from certifying the results, the April 21st special election.

  [SPEAKER_02]: This is a judicial kill shot pending appeal.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And what's so hilariously ironic is that now it's the Democrats who are flipping out, oh, I kid you not, they are flipping out over activist judges.

  [SPEAKER_02]: She's saying Virginia voters is spoken and no activist judge should have veto power over the people's voice Can you believe I mean this is beyond Delicious so Ms. Spamberger what do you think about?

  [SPEAKER_02]: And again, note how tone deaf she's Virginia voters has spoken with flagrantly misleading ballot language about a map they were never allowed to see after a process that violated the state's own constitutional amendment rules.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Kuchanalee, one of the sharpest legal minds, a conservative circles, he weighed in and said that he thinks that the legal process is going to move at lightning speed here.

  [SPEAKER_02]: He thinks we're looking at a final ruling, probably in May.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And his read is he thinks the courts ultimately the Virginia Supreme Court are going to strike this down.

  [SPEAKER_02]: But if you can believe it, it gets even worse.

  [SPEAKER_02]: because waiting in the wings is Florida's new congressional map.

  [SPEAKER_02]: which is poised to deliver the kill shot not just for Virginia's flailing redistricting efforts, but for the Democrat hopes in general for November wait until you see this.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Now there were a public in plus 14 state and they're ready to recalibrate their congressional representatives to reflect that dominance and make Virginia pay for their desperate antics that have thus

  [SPEAKER_02]: The new maps they're working on would give the GOP at least at least to more seats, but more likely four to five more seats given what Virginia just tried to pull off.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The Supreme Court's ruling on the VRA, the Voting Rights Act, is poised to strike down as unconstitutional upwards of 19 Democrat districts in solid red states.

  [SPEAKER_02]: That would obviously be absolutely huge if we factor four seats in Florida's redistricting and just say a conservative 12 seats with the VRA struck down.

  [SPEAKER_02]: The Republicans are looking at around the solid 230 seats given they're two 18 right now just using that as the baseline.

  [SPEAKER_02]: And all of this is just a harbinger for what's to come with the 2030 census.

  [SPEAKER_02]: In addition to the seats, we're picking up in Florida and throughout red states with the VRA struck down.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Red states are poised to gain yet another 12 congressional seats as well as 12 electoral votes after the 2030 census Texas and Florida alone count for seven of those

  [SPEAKER_02]: that the GOP would have a permanent majority of upwards of 245 to his highest 250 seats.

  [SPEAKER_02]: For future presidential elections, Republicans would only need to hold Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina.

  [SPEAKER_02]: There's so-called Sunbelt Trio to reach 270 electoral college votes without needing any traditional rust belt swing states like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
