  Speaker 4: motor vehicle system. Of course, it was just a mistake

  Speaker 4: removal of any residents not from New Jersey, by the way,

  Speaker 4: of twenty four. Now, the new MVC administrator that I

  Speaker 4: appointed has begun the process of replacing the vendor responsible
