Five Honduran nationals, including two identified as Jose Mario Pineda Dias, 33, and Marina Suyapa Regalado, 28, lost their lives in a tragic river incident near O’Shaughnessy Reservoir Park. The group, believed to be fishing, suffered a fatal chain reaction when one person fell into the water and others rushed to help — leading to five deaths by Monday afternoon.
