  Today's episode is very simple, and it goes like this.

  We need to have confidence. A lot of times growing up when I was a kid,

  I was always a very, very hefty young man.

  When I was growing up, I grew up with the, unfortunately, you know,
• 2:10
  I was, you know, I guess we can use the word chunky, right? I mean, I was.
• 2:13
  And I never got bullied. I will say this. And I think a lot of the reasons why
• 2:17
  I never got bullied being an overweight young man was because I treated everybody equally.
• 2:22
  So this episode goes hand in hand. And that is this. you know,
• 2:27
  You have to have confidence in yourself. And I know that we live in an era now,
• 2:33
  in a day and age where social media and people think that it's okay to disrespect
• 2:38
  you by calling you names or telling you the way you're supposed to look.

  But here's the thing. I say this a thousand times.

  God created us in his image. Good morning, Raven.

  God created us in his image. And when he created us, he made us perfect.

  He did. Now, when I say we cannot be perfect at times, absolutely, that's our choice.

  But the confidence that I'm talking about is beyond that.

  It's the inner confidence. It is knowing that God is with us,
• 3:09
  that God believes in us, that God trusts us, and that God is never going to leave our side.

  The confidence that I'm asking about all of you to remember is that no matter
• 3:19
  where you go in life, no matter what doors you choose, no matter how many times
• 3:23
  you take a drive or a trip on a GPS,
• 3:27
  there's only one GPS that will steer you in the right direction.

  There's only one GPS and one co-pilot that will never steer you wrong.

  And that is our heavenly father, Jesus Christ.

  God is within us. God will steer us on the right path.

  We have to make the judgment to know
• 3:48
  which direction we're gonna go do we have setbacks absolutely do we make ourselves
• 3:53
  take detours yes we do but we have to surround ourselves near people that can
• 3:58
  remind you that you're taking a wrong turn we have to surround us around people

  that will keep our joy keep their fill the feeling of success on,
• 4:07
  high on a high note we have to remember that God would never put anyone in our path.

  By accident. He does it because he knows we need it. We deserve it.

  And he knows that we will love God for it.

  So remember that this morning, as you go about your day, build up your confidence,

  believe in yourself, keep the guidance and the path to righteousness forward.

  Don't look back.

  The everlasting father will be with us today and every day.

  He's going to shield you. He's going to guide you. He's going to keep you in
• 4:45
  his palm of his right hand.

  And he's doing that for each and every single one of you, because he loves us and he loves you.

  For those of you that are on our live and you're saying, you know,

  God and I really don't know each other.

  And, you know, I don't know what to do. That's okay. God does know you.

  God created you and he hasn't left you.

  Have you sinned? Have you done things that maybe you're not proud of?

  But I've asked for forgiveness. And you know what? God forgives. God is a loving God.

  God is not going to strike you down. God's not going to turn his back on you like friendships will.

  God's not going to say, well, you know what? Well, let me think about it. No.

  God stands there with his arms wide open saying, I'm here for you.

  What do you need? Come get a hug. Allow the Holy Spirit to be a part of your life.

  Jesus loves you so much and he hasn't forgotten you.

  You know, as I'm in ministry school and I'm learning, you know,

  there's different ways of how to spread the word of God.

  You'll know, and if you know me, that I've never told you how to live your life.

  I'll never tell you how to preach, I'm sorry, how to believe in God.

  And I never tell anyone that they're not welcome at the table.

  Everyone is welcome at the table.

  Everyone. I don't care about your choice of lifestyle.

  I don't care about your choice of freedom of speech.

  We are all God's children and we are all welcome at the table.

  There's nothing in the Bible that states that God hates or does not accept.

  God loves all of us. He just wants you to believe and to trust in him.

  And I know for sure that we all can do that if we put our hearts together.

  And if we put our trust in him, look at the, look at the light shining right now.

  Isn't that awesome? I'm a firm believer that this right here,

  This is God shining his light on us. Alex, let's pray for you.

  Heavenly Father, we lift you up right now.

  We pray for Alex and we ask you, Lord, to be with Alex, to guide Alex,
