- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell's family has responded to Judge Engelmeyer's
- 0:09Speaker 1: ruling denying her motion for an appeal. And of course,
- 0:15Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's family says that Ghislaine Maxwell once again is
- 0:19Speaker 1: being treated unfairly and that the judge's snide comments were
- 0:23Speaker 1: uncalled for and that he wasn't being professional. Imagine that
- 0:28Speaker 1: being the only complaints you have When your family member
- 0:32Speaker 1: is in prison for what she's in prison for, and
- 0:35Speaker 1: you're worried that the judge is being snide after her
- 0:38Speaker 1: 400th attempt to try and get released, that's really what
- 0:41Speaker 1: you're worried about, huh? You notice they never attack the facts.
- 0:45Speaker 1: They never attack the testimony. They attack the loopholes and
- 0:49Speaker 1: the technicalities because that's all they really have to go on.
- 0:52Speaker 1: There's no evidence that points to Ghislaine Maxwell being wrongly prosecuted.
- 0:58Speaker 1: There's no evidence that points to Ghislaine Maxwell having her
- 1:01Speaker 1: constitutional rights stepped on. You know what we do have
- 1:04Speaker 1: evidence for, though? That Ghislaine Maxwell did all those things
- 1:08Speaker 1: to the people she's accused of hurting. That's what we
- 1:12Speaker 1: have the evidence for, and that's why her bitch ass
- 1:15Speaker 1: is sitting in prison. And that's why she's not getting out.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So today, we have an article from ABC News and
- 1:23Speaker 1: the headline. Ghislaine Maxwell's family says she'll continue to fight
- 1:26Speaker 1: charges she had at Epstein. This article was authored by
- 1:30Speaker 1: James Hill. Look, her only hope is good old Donnie
- 1:34Speaker 1: Trump letting her out. If he grants her clemency, gives
- 1:38Speaker 1: her a pardon, that's her only hope. But even then,
- 1:42Speaker 1: that doesn't mean that Glenn Maxwell is not going to
- 1:43Speaker 1: face legal jeopardy. We've already talked about dual sovereignty and
- 1:48Speaker 1: how that works and how Glenn Maxwell is the perfect
- 1:51Speaker 1: candidate for that. Two days after a federal judge rejected
- 1:57Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell's challenge to her conviction, on five counts of
- 2:01Speaker 1: aiding Jeffrey Epstein in his abuse of underage girls, her
- 2:05Speaker 1: family said Thursday that she'll continue to fight the verdict. Well,
- 2:08Speaker 1: good luck. I mean, at some point, you run out
- 2:12Speaker 1: of real estate, right? That runway runs out, and either
- 2:16Speaker 1: the plane takes off, or that son of a bitch crashes.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And I think we're at the point where Ghislaine Maxwell's plane,
- 2:22Speaker 1: for all intents and purposes, is not leaving the runway.
- 2:28Speaker 1: criticized the judge's ruling as disappointing and shocking.
- 2:32Speaker 2: After U.S. District Judge, Judge Engelmeyer rejected Maxwell's arguments as
- 2:35Speaker 2: frivolous and meritless. The court's opinion, as published, is marked
- 2:39Speaker 2: by a tone of sarcasm and disdain that, in our view,
- 2:43Speaker 2: undermines the appearance of impartiality and invites scrutiny of the
- 2:46Speaker 2: judge's conduct, the family statement said, while indicating that Maxwell
- 2:49Speaker 2: intends to continue to press her case. How else is
- 2:52Speaker 2: the judge supposed to respond?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Every single court in the land has told this skafooza
- 2:57Speaker 1: to keep him moving. But no, it's the judge's fault.
- 3:02Speaker 1: The judge shouldn't have any smart-ass comments for Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 3:06Speaker 1: the bipedal serpent, the queen of talking bullshit. What are
- 3:11Speaker 1: we ever going to do? The judge called Ghislaine Maxwell
- 3:15Speaker 1: on her bullshit. Now her family's upset. Have they paid
- 3:19Speaker 1: back those pensions yet? That's really the question we should
- 3:21Speaker 1: be asking. Have they made people whole? Probably should be
- 3:25Speaker 1: worried about that, no? We are stating clearly, our sister
- 3:30Speaker 1: is not going to let the matter rest. The district
- 3:32Speaker 1: court's ruling contains multiple concrete errors that she intends to
- 3:36Speaker 1: challenge fully, the family said. In what manner? How exactly
- 3:41Speaker 1: is she going to do that? This foul woman has
- 3:44Speaker 1: exhausted all options. There's nothing left for her to do.
- 3:49Speaker 1: There's no court to turn to at this point. I mean,
- 3:54Speaker 1: even the Supreme Court told her to get fucked. So
- 3:57Speaker 1: is she going to appeal to like Judge Judy next
- 3:59Speaker 1: or something? Because the actual court system in America, they
- 4:03Speaker 1: told her to go away. Maxwell, 64, was convicted in
- 4:07Speaker 1: 2021 on five felony counts arising from her participation with
- 4:12Speaker 1: Epstein and the sexual abuse of young girls over the
- 4:14Speaker 1: course of a decade. She was sentenced to 20 years
- 4:17Speaker 1: in prison. A federal appeals court upheld her conviction and
- 4:20Speaker 1: the U.S. Supreme Court declined to take up her case. Well,
- 4:24Speaker 1: that's because there's nothing there. Nothing merits the Supreme Court
- 4:28Speaker 1: taking up her case. You have to have a compelling case, right?
- 4:31Speaker 1: The Supreme Court only sees so many cases per year.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And they're not going to waste their bench time on
- 4:37Speaker 1: some bullshit like this. Breaking news, Ghislaine Maxwell's guilty. And
- 4:42Speaker 1: the fact that we're still having this conversation is just bizarre.
- 4:46Speaker 1: In court filings earlier this year, Maxwell had asked Engelmeyer
- 4:50Speaker 1: should he decide to reject her petition to certify her
- 4:53Speaker 1: case for an appeal to a higher court. But in
- 4:56Speaker 1: his ruling Tuesday, Engelmeyer wrote that Maxwell had not made
- 4:59Speaker 1: a substantial showing of a denial of a constitutional right,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and appellate review is therefore not warranted. So she can't
- 5:07Speaker 1: even appeal it. I mean, I'm sure that there's a
- 5:10Speaker 1: way for her to do it, because our legal system
- 5:12Speaker 1: is so fucked up. But the judge is telling her,
- 5:16Speaker 1: it's meritless, it's frivolous, and you better not file it again.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Notwithstanding the district court's conclusion, We have encouraged our sister
- 5:26Speaker 1: to maintain her fight for a fair hearing and to
- 5:29Speaker 1: apply to the court for the necessary relief, including, if required,
- 5:33Speaker 1: a certificate of appealability so that she may lodge an
- 5:36Speaker 1: appeal and have those issues properly reviewed in the United
- 5:40Speaker 1: States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the family
- 5:44Speaker 1: said Thursday. Well, I guess everybody should get this many appeals, right?
- 5:49Speaker 1: What the fuck's Ed Kemper up to? How about Joel Rifkin?
- 5:52Speaker 1: What about Rex Ewerman? Let's just let everybody appeal until
- 5:58Speaker 1: they're blue in the face. At some point, enough is enough.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And when every single court has told you that you're guilty,
- 6:06Speaker 1: on top of a jury of your peers, I don't
- 6:08Speaker 1: want to hear anything else from you. But somehow, every
- 6:11Speaker 1: time we turn around, the queen of bullshit is shoveling
- 6:14Speaker 1: more bullshit. Judge Engelmeyer, in a 67-page decision, rejected each
- 6:19Speaker 1: of the 10 principal claims Maxwell raised in what he
- 6:22Speaker 1: referred to as her lengthy, meandering pro se petition and
- 6:27Speaker 1: supplemental filing containing similarly discursive addenda. Engelmeyer denied her petition
- 6:34Speaker 1: without the evidentiary hearing Maxwell sought, and rightfully so. Everybody
- 6:39Speaker 1: has seen enough. Does she have new evidence?
- 6:41Speaker 2: No.
- 6:42Speaker 1: What's she going to tell the court that she hasn't
- 6:44Speaker 1: said already? So why are we wasting time? Maxwell had argued,
- 6:50Speaker 1: in an amended petition filed in April, that documents released
- 6:53Speaker 1: under the Epstein File Transparency Act had exposed constitutional and
- 6:58Speaker 1: legal violations that rendered her conviction invalid, unsafe, and infirm.
- 7:05Speaker 1: She cited DOJ documents from the Epstein files that she
- 7:08Speaker 1: contended offer new support to her arguments that the government
- 7:12Speaker 1: withheld relevant evidence, that witnesses testified falsely, and that attorneys
- 7:17Speaker 1: for Epstein's victims acted as de facto prosecutors in her
- 7:21Speaker 1: criminal case. Everybody's a liar, but Ghislaine. Does anyone actually
- 7:26Speaker 1: believe that? Well, besides Glenn Maxwell. I doubt her family
- 7:30Speaker 1: even believes it. They know the kind of serpent she is.
- 7:33Speaker 1: And you know who else knows? Al Seckle. That's who.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Maxwell's petition falls very far from the mark, Engelmeyer wrote,
- 7:42Speaker 1: describing her claims as demonstrably meritless and based on speculation, distortions,
- 7:48Speaker 1: and or outright falsehoods. The judge also rebuked Maxwell's contention
- 7:53Speaker 1: that federal prosecutors... selectively targeted her as a substitute for Epstein,
- 7:58Speaker 1: after he died by suicide, allegedly, while in federal custody
- 8:03Speaker 1: in 2019. As the trial showed, the case against Maxwell
- 8:06Speaker 1: was based on abundant, admissible evidence, establishing her knowing participation
- 8:12Speaker 1: in enabling a notorious child sex abuser to carry out
- 8:15Speaker 1: historically heinous crimes, Engelmayer wrote. Far from being discriminatory or unjust,
- 8:22Speaker 1: This was the epitome of a virtuous prosecution. Boy, that
- 8:26Speaker 1: really slammed the door shut on Ghislaine Maxwell and her supporters.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Imagine saying Ghislaine Maxwell didn't get a fair shake, that
- 8:35Speaker 1: she was only being tried in substitute for Epstein. Then congratulations,
- 8:40Speaker 1: you have no idea what you're talking about. The government
- 8:43Speaker 1: and the jury justly held Maxwell accountable for gravely serious
- 8:47Speaker 1: federal offenses. Maxwell met for nine hours with then-Deputy Attorney
- 8:52Speaker 1: General Todd Blanche in July of 2025, about a week
- 8:56Speaker 1: before she was moved to a more relaxed federal prison
- 8:59Speaker 1: camp in Texas. The Justice Department denied there was any
- 9:03Speaker 1: connection between the two occurrences. Oh, no, no, just a
- 9:06Speaker 1: big coincidence. Meets with Todd Blanche, and then she gets moved. Okay,
- 9:11Speaker 1: I guess we should just overlook that, huh? Sure, there's
- 9:14Speaker 1: no cover-up going on. just like there is nothing to
- 9:17Speaker 1: see when it comes to Epstein in general, right? Maxwell,
- 9:22Speaker 1: born in France on Christmas Day in 1961, is the
- 9:26Speaker 1: youngest of nine children. Her father, Robert Maxwell, was a
- 9:29Speaker 1: flamboyant billionaire and larger-than-life British icon and media tycoon in
- 9:34Speaker 1: the 70s and 80s. She lived an extravagant life among
- 9:38Speaker 1: the British elite until her father's business empire collapsed in
- 9:41Speaker 1: the wake of his death. She fled to New York
- 9:44Speaker 1: looking for a fresh start and was soon seen in
- 9:47Speaker 1: the company of the mysterious multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein. During her
- 9:52Speaker 1: criminal trial in Manhattan, several of her siblings were in
- 9:55Speaker 1: regular attendance in the courtroom. We remain steadfast in our support.
- 10:00Speaker 1: of Ghislaine, who will continue to pursue every legal avenue
- 10:04Speaker 1: available to her to ensure that the constitutional and due
- 10:07Speaker 1: process questions in this case receive the serious, neutral consideration
- 10:12Speaker 1: that they deserve. The family statement said on Thursday, Talk
- 10:16Speaker 1: about being tone deaf. They have received All of the
- 10:20Speaker 1: consideration that they deserve already. And after that careful review,
- 10:24Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and her narrative have been found lacking. So
- 10:30Speaker 1: you can throw as many fits as you want. You
- 10:32Speaker 1: can say you're going to file as many motions as
- 10:35Speaker 1: you want to file. But at the end of all
- 10:37Speaker 1: of it, the result is going to be the same.
- 10:40Speaker 1: And that result is Ghislaine Maxwell is exactly where she belongs.
- 10:47Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 10:49Speaker 1: found in the description box.
