- 0:45That's how we work.
- 0:46We start our weeks on a Saturday.
- 0:47We finish on a Friday.
- 0:49Well, guys, if this is your very first

- 1:22I'll be touring around the United States.
- 1:25All right, guys.
- 1:27If you're thirsty or hungry, feel free to
- 1:28get that.
- 1:29I have a delicious hot tea.
- 1:30Just finished some dinner, decaf tea.
- 1:34This time this tea is a red rose
- 1:36tea.
- 1:37I haven't been able to get Lipton in
- 1:38a very, very long time.
- 1:40So I've been using this tea, but I
- 1:41really do like Lipton's tea.
- 1:43All right, guys.
- 1:45So let's kick this show off.
- 1:47This is Inspirations for Your Life.
- 1:50In case you didn't know, it is series
- 1:52five.
- 1:53It's show 19, episode number five.
- 1:55So that series five means that we're in
- 1:58our fifth year.
- 1:59We have not completed our fifth year.
- 2:00We've actually completed our fourth year.
- 2:03So that's a very important distinction to make
- 2:06there.
- 2:08And the master topic for this week is
- 2:11how people rebuild direction.
- 2:12When everything just gets disrupted.
- 2:15This episode of Inspirations for Your Life is
- 2:17with me, John C.
- 2:18Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video producer,
- 2:23podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student, passionate
- 2:27lifelong learner, and now a published author, which
- 2:30I'm so grateful to be.
- 2:32And I'm exploring why life feels repetitive even
- 2:35when more effort is applied.
- 2:38This is not about effort.
- 2:39This is about structure.
- 2:41Because repetition without structure creates frustration.
- 2:47And structure determines direction.
- 2:49I think that's an important thing for all
- 2:51of us to understand.
- 2:52And when people feel stuck, the instinct is
- 2:54to do more.
- 2:56But doing more without alignment only repeats the
- 2:58same outcome.
- 2:59In fact, we just feel worse.
- 3:01Real change starts when awareness reveals the system
- 3:04underneath and its behavior.
- 3:07I think that's hard for a lot of
- 3:08people to recognize.
- 3:10So let's jump right into point number one.
- 3:13Number one is actions are repeated without structural
- 3:15change.
- 3:16Just like Einstein said, doing the same thing
- 3:19over and over and over again many times
- 3:22is a definition of insanity.
- 3:24Now, none of us are insane.
- 3:25But if you do the same thing over
- 3:27and over again, that's acting with the thought
- 3:30of insanity.
- 3:32And so that's important to know.
- 3:36And I think the most important thing for
- 3:41you to realize is that you can't do
- 3:44the same things again and again.
- 3:46And you can't do it without a structure.
- 3:48So you got to be consistent.
- 3:49You got to have a structure.
- 3:50But you got to do the right things.
- 3:51That's probably very, very important for all of
- 3:54us to know.
- 3:55Number two, emotional reactions replace strategic thinking.
- 4:03Emotions get into things sometimes, guys.
- 4:05It just sort of happens.
- 4:07And when this happens, people are like, oh,
- 4:09my gosh.
- 4:10What am I supposed to do?
- 4:11They go into this intense panic mode.
- 4:15And I think that's hard for a lot
- 4:17of people to realize.
- 4:19But they go into this panic mode.
- 4:21And that could be a very, very big
- 4:23problem.
- 4:28And I'll tell you, ladies and gentlemen, that
- 4:31these are things that scare a lot of
- 4:33people.
- 4:34When we talk about reactions, we talk about
- 4:36strategies, we talk about thinking like, oh, my
- 4:37gosh.
- 4:38I don't know what I'm doing.
- 4:39I have another cup of tea here.
- 4:40By the way, we think about awareness.
- 4:45Oh, and also I want to let you
- 4:46know, so my first author talk is actually
- 4:48kicking off May 26.
- 4:50It will be at the Franklin Lakes Public
- 4:51Library in Franklin, New Jersey.
- 4:54And so we have some other ones there.
- 4:55In fact, you can go to BelieveMeChief.com.
- 4:57You can go straight to JCM Academy.
- 4:59And you can see all of our events
- 5:01there, which are slowly popping up.
- 5:03I think we have a handful of them.
- 5:04They're scheduled.
- 5:05We're waiting for the confirmation.
- 5:06And once they are, they'll be added to
- 5:08the website for you to register.
- 5:10They're all free.
- 5:11But you can come to the event, and
- 5:13you can listen to the author talk.
- 5:14You can buy a book if you'd like.
- 5:16And I'll be happy to sign it for
- 5:17you, or you can bring your own book
- 5:19that you purchased online.
- 5:21I'd be happy to do that.
- 5:22Note the book is also available not only
- 5:24in the 6x9 hardcover.
- 5:26It's also available in an e-Kindle, and
- 5:27it's also available in the, what do we
- 5:30call it, in the Audible version.
- 5:32So that's important to note, guys, whatever form
- 5:34you want.
- 5:34Obviously, I can't sign the version that is
- 5:36not the hardcover book, so I encourage you
- 5:39to get that.
- 5:39Number three, guys, effort increases without directional improvement.
- 5:45So if we don't improve, then we kind
- 5:49of either stay stagnant or we get worse.
- 5:52I mean, that's just the way it goes.
- 5:55And I think that's hard for some people
- 5:57to acknowledge or to recognize that this is
- 5:59where they're going or why they're going a
- 6:01certain way, right?
- 6:05That's an important thing.
- 6:07And I'll tell you that this is something
- 6:10a lot of people, they just don't get.
- 6:13They want to rush through things.
- 6:15They want to just go through the motions,
- 6:16but they don't want to be intentional.
- 6:18They don't want to understand.
- 6:20I was putting on an event for one
- 6:24of the companies that I own.
- 6:27And information for the community is pretty much
- 6:29public information.
- 6:31But I thought it was interesting when I
- 6:32was talking about intentionalism, and they suddenly decided
- 6:37to just use that word.
- 6:39They didn't even know what it meant.
- 6:41And they decided to use it as saying,
- 6:43they're that.
- 6:44Now, it's one thing to say you're something,
- 6:46but it's another thing to actually be it
- 6:48or to actually act it.
- 6:50Anybody can say words, right?
- 6:52Words are cheap.
- 6:53Number four, old habits reinforce old outcomes.
- 6:57Old habits, old outcomes.
- 6:59And I think that's hard for somebody to
- 7:01people understand because they're like, oh, you know
- 7:02what?
- 7:02I'm doing this now.
- 7:03I'm doing this this way, but why is
- 7:05this happening different for me?
- 7:07I think that's a hard thing for most
- 7:09people to know is that it's different made
- 7:12because of the environment you're in, right?
- 7:14That could be people place things.
- 7:17Even the temperature of the environment can affect
- 7:19your outcome, right?
- 7:22Number five, short-term fixes replace the long
- 7:25-term design.
- 7:27So a short-term fix is not a
- 7:30be-all end-all, but it is a
- 7:31way of at least getting you back on
- 7:34track.
- 7:34You might have to majorly redo the track,
- 7:37but at least you can keep yourself from
- 7:39falling off.
- 7:41Number six, guys, awareness of patterns is delayed
- 7:44or ignored.
- 7:46And so when we think about that happening,
- 7:50people sometimes, they get very scared, guys.
- 7:53It's like, they suddenly don't understand like what's
- 7:57going on.
- 7:58So when the momentum comes back, it scares
- 8:02some people because they're not ready for it.
- 8:04They don't know how to handle it.
- 8:05They don't know what to say, let alone
- 8:07what to do.
- 8:08So a lot of times they put a
- 8:09wall up in front of you, right?
- 8:13That's important, guys, whether you're starting or whether
- 8:16you've been progressing or just moving along for
- 8:18a long time.
- 8:19Number seven, activity is confused with progress.
- 8:22I know a lot of us say, you
- 8:23know, I'm busy, okay?
- 8:25Just because you're busy doesn't mean you're successful.
- 8:30A lot of people have brainwashed themselves and
- 8:34think, well, I'll just make myself busy, but
- 8:36that doesn't mean you're successful.
- 8:38It just means you're busy.
- 8:40That's all it means.
- 8:42And that's a hard thing for people to
- 8:44swallow that, you know, I'm busy, but I'm
- 8:46really not successful.
- 8:50Number eight, guys, feedback is not used to
- 8:53redesign behavior.
- 8:54Before I go into that, I want to
- 8:55talk about the thing about, you know, being
- 8:58busy doesn't mean you're successful.
- 9:00So around the COVID time, which remember a
- 9:01few years ago, I remember moving to additional
- 9:04calendar, which I thought was a great idea.
- 9:07However, I didn't realize the pitfall of opening
- 9:10my calendar up to everybody.
- 9:11So when I was online going to some
- 9:13of these, you know, networking groups, which I
- 9:14thought were going to be okay, but they
- 9:16really weren't.
- 9:18They were wasting my time.
- 9:19So I would go to a lot of
- 9:20them, but then I'd have, they want you
- 9:22to do like a follow-up of like
- 9:2430 minutes.
- 9:24It's supposed to be 15 minutes for them
- 9:27and 15 minutes for you or vice versa.
- 9:29But people were jumping on my calendar and
- 9:31they were jumping on for 60 minutes.
- 9:33And I'm like, where did my day go?
- 9:34Like what happened?
- 9:36So now I'm very, very strict on the
- 9:39fact that people get 15 minutes.
- 9:41I offer them 30, if it makes sense,
- 9:43like for a podcast, a pre-chat, but
- 9:4615 minutes is usually enough time.
- 9:49I had a meeting with a vendor today
- 9:50for a tech company and they're a group
- 9:55that we resell for.
- 9:57They're a manufacturer.
- 9:59And I remember him getting 15 minutes.
- 10:01I gave him five extra minutes, but he
- 10:02knew he had 15 minutes and he was
- 10:05very respectful of my time.
- 10:06And I think you have to do that
- 10:08because otherwise people will abuse what's going on.
- 10:11But my point was that my calendar was
- 10:14getting eaten up, but I said, oh my
- 10:15gosh, I'm so busy.
- 10:16I'm so busy.
- 10:16This is so great, so great.
- 10:18I'm like, I started my day and my
- 10:19day's over.
- 10:20And I'm like, I haven't done anything.
- 10:23I haven't been profitable today.
- 10:25So that illusion of being busy made me
- 10:29think I was successful, but I wasn't.
- 10:31A lot of people do that.
- 10:33Number eight, guys, feedback is not used to
- 10:35redesign behavior.
- 10:39So when feedback is not used to redesign
- 10:42behavior, momentum sort of gets stuck in a
- 10:46zone.
- 10:47We've all had that happen, right?
- 10:48You know, you kind of get into this,
- 10:50ugh, like what do I do?
- 10:53I think this happens a lot because most
- 10:55people don't realize you gotta pay attention, right?
- 11:00You gotta pay attention to what is being
- 11:02said.
- 11:02I was talking to another vendor today that
- 11:04we work with and they use us to,
- 11:10basically they dispatch us out to their clients
- 11:12for different projects.
- 11:15And we have a system that screens the
- 11:18calls.
- 11:19And the one time she got through to
- 11:20me, she got through right away.
- 11:22The second time she called me, she did
- 11:23not follow the prompts.
- 11:25She did not identify herself.
- 11:26She just tried to go right through the
- 11:27gate.
- 11:27And I told her, you did it right
- 11:29the first time.
- 11:30If you do it like this, you'll get
- 11:31me every time.
- 11:31If you don't, you will go right through
- 11:34the voicemail or get blocked.
- 11:37She then got all confused because she couldn't
- 11:40reach me today.
- 11:41I sent her an email explaining how the
- 11:44system works and how to properly get through
- 11:47to me.
- 11:49She didn't get back to me.
- 11:51Maybe she will eventually, but then she sent
- 11:55me an email telling me that I need
- 11:56to pick something up by 10 30 this
- 11:58morning, but it was 10 34, like, hello.
- 12:02One of my pet peeves is people expecting
- 12:05you to do something that's impossible, okay?
- 12:07So you need to be there at nine
- 12:09o'clock, but by the way, it's 9
- 12:1030.
- 12:11Yeah, but you have to be there now.
- 12:13Oh, I'm sorry, that doesn't work.
- 12:14Or people expecting something to happen now, but
- 12:18they don't wanna respect the time continuum, the
- 12:20fact that they're gonna get charged double or
- 12:21triple because now they're cutting into my time.
- 12:25At first, guys, repetition feels like motion, but
- 12:29motion is not progress.
- 12:31It's a cycle that continues.
- 12:34And cycles eventually feel, well, they feel like
- 12:37stagnation.
- 12:39And a lot of people out there will
- 12:40say to me, John, let the cycle, let
- 12:43it continue, let it move on.
- 12:44And when it moves on, you will get
- 12:46the answers that you want, okay?
- 12:49Or you'll figure out that you're not in
- 12:51the right place at the right time, okay?
- 12:55This is very, very important, but a lot
- 12:57of people, they blow right past this, why?
- 13:00Because they think they can.
- 13:02And then it's like, oh my gosh, what
- 13:04am I supposed to do?
- 13:06And that's a very, very hard thing to
- 13:10acknowledge for some people, very hard.
- 13:15They feel that as long as they're moving,
- 13:18that they're successful.
- 13:19But when I coach people, I'm like, the
- 13:24behavior needs to change.
- 13:26Just because I'm in the car and I'm
- 13:30driving and I'm moving doesn't mean I'm going
- 13:35in the right direction.
- 13:35There's North, South, East, West, and we break
- 13:38that down.
- 13:38There's even more to that grid of directions.
- 13:43Those are the basics, North, South, East, and
- 13:46West.
- 13:46You should have like Northwest, Southwest, et cetera.
- 13:50So if you're in the car and you're
- 13:51going one direction, assuming you're going straight, doesn't
- 13:56mean you're going the right direction because you
- 14:00might need to go a different way.
- 14:02A different way that can make you understand
- 14:06what the differences are, what the differences are.
- 14:14Does that make sense?
- 14:19And I think some people, for whatever reason,
- 14:22they don't realize what that means.
- 14:29And I say this in a very, very
- 14:31nice way because they just think they can
- 14:34do whatever they want.
- 14:35But the truth of the matter is, it
- 14:39takes energy away from you and then you're
- 14:42going nowhere.
- 14:43So true story, when we were going skiing,
- 14:47I was in, actually I was on a
- 14:54trip with a friend of mine and I
- 14:59remember we had to fly into Boise, Idaho.
- 15:03We were going to Jackson, Wyoming, but because
- 15:05the weather was so bad and Jackson Hole's
- 15:06airport closed down because let's say they're like
- 15:10a second world country when it comes to
- 15:11an airport, because they just had lights.
- 15:14There was no radar, there was no nothing.
- 15:16And it was bad weather.
- 15:17So there's just no way they were keeping
- 15:18that airport open.
- 15:21And so now we get to Boise and
- 15:24we're in this big room and they have
- 15:26like all kinds of soda and snacks and
- 15:28stuff.
- 15:28And they try to piece people, they put
- 15:29pizza and stuff like that.
- 15:30What do they feed people?
- 15:31They're trying to keep people calm and they're
- 15:32trying to just get people off the task
- 15:34of something that's really annoying or frustrating.
- 15:37So they had fed us for a while.
- 15:39And then after being there for a good
- 15:40hour or two, like, oh, ladies and gentlemen,
- 15:42we have some good news.
- 15:44The good news is your transportation is ready.
- 15:46The bad news is it's not a plane,
- 15:48it is a bus.
- 15:49And we're like, oh, like we didn't know
- 15:52that we were getting off the plane to
- 15:53get on a bus.
- 15:55We had no idea.
- 15:57And so when this happened, we get on
- 16:02the bus and several hours later, okay.
- 16:04We got on the bus about, I don't
- 16:06know, 10, 11 o'clock at night.
- 16:08And the next morning it was about five.
- 16:12And I heard the bus driver say, this
- 16:14was like one of these big, you know,
- 16:16coach, you know, big coach luxury buses.
- 16:19And so I heard the driver say, whoops.
- 16:23I said to him, what?
- 16:25He's like, oh, nothing.
- 16:26He's like, I was supposed to go left
- 16:28about 45 minutes ago.
- 16:31And as soon as he said, I went
- 16:34the wrong way, or you went the wrong
- 16:35way, this sort of like matriculate around the
- 16:38bus.
- 16:39He went the wrong way, went the wrong
- 16:40way, he went the wrong way, went the
- 16:41wrong way.
- 16:42And now the whole bus woke up.
- 16:43What do you mean he went the right,
- 16:44yeah, the driver went the wrong way.
- 16:45So he's got to turn around an hour
- 16:46and then go back.
- 16:47Oh, so that was a big shift that
- 16:51people did not appreciate.
- 16:54Why?
- 16:56Because now it's gonna get us there a
- 16:58lot later than we expected to be there.
- 17:02I think when a situation changes to what
- 17:05we expect, you have to ask yourself, how
- 17:09do we handle these things?
- 17:10Right?
- 17:11Nothing in our world is perfect, all right?
- 17:15But when something goes wrong, we have to
- 17:19figure out how do we deal with this
- 17:21situation?
- 17:25How do we deal with it?
- 17:26I think we deal with it by looking
- 17:29at what's here right now.
- 17:32Okay.
- 17:35People put rules in place for different reasons,
- 17:38right?
- 17:38For example, there is a rule they put
- 17:42in place in Wildwood just recently.
- 17:45It's called the Wildwood seasonal rule, kind of
- 17:47apropos to say this year.
- 17:49They call it the summer bag ban.
- 17:51John, what the heck is that?
- 17:52So the bag ban policy bans people from
- 17:55bringing backpacks and bags on the boardwalk between
- 17:58the hours of 8 p.m. and 4
- 17:59a.m. every day unless they are no
- 18:02larger than eight inches deep, which are allowed.
- 18:06Also, new boardwalk hours are in effect, which
- 18:08start on May 13th, depending on when you're
- 18:10listening or watching this, to limit the night
- 18:13crowds and any ensuing hijacks that could happen.
- 18:17Businesses need to shut down by 1 a
- 18:19.m. and the Wildwood boardwalk will be closed
- 18:22to the public from 1 a.m. to
- 18:235 a.m. year round.
- 18:26And so the deputy mayor and commissioner of
- 18:29the public safety said, these are the new
- 18:32hours, and he said, and I quote, we
- 18:34fully support our boardwalk businesses.
- 18:36This is not about limiting business activity.
- 18:38It's about preventing loitering, large gatherings, and the
- 18:41type behavior that tend to occur after hours
- 18:44that we don't want.
- 18:46And so I think when we understand a
- 18:50situation and when we appreciate a rule, we're
- 18:53more likely to follow it.
- 18:54Not saying you shouldn't follow it, but I
- 18:56think when a validity is given to why
- 18:58a rule is stated, it makes us appreciate
- 19:02the rule more, all right?
- 19:04So the shift, ladies and gentlemen, it begins.
- 19:07It begins when awareness increases.
- 19:10You know, I've been talking a lot about
- 19:11awareness.
- 19:11By the way, if you get my book,
- 19:12you'll notice I talk about awareness an awful
- 19:15lot.
- 19:16And that's a reason, because in our life,
- 19:18awareness seems to be missed.
- 19:21It seems to be missed all over the
- 19:24place.
- 19:26I think that's an important thing to note,
- 19:29okay?
- 19:30That's an important thing to note, everyone.
- 19:34The shift begins when our awareness starts to
- 19:38increase.
- 19:39Will our awareness increase tomorrow?
- 19:42I don't know.
- 19:43I mean, that's a question you have to
- 19:44ask yourself.
- 19:47Will your awareness change?
- 19:48If I tell you to become more aware
- 19:50tomorrow, will you?
- 19:51Chances are, you're probably not going to be,
- 19:54because it's not something you just turn on
- 19:55and off like a light switch.
- 19:56You have to be conditioned to be more
- 19:59aware.
- 19:59Most people are so flippant that they miss
- 20:04all the important cues, because they're not trained.
- 20:09Everything just sort of went right by them,
- 20:11still does.
- 20:13So these are the cues to help us
- 20:16stay in alignment with our momentum, okay?
- 20:21And when we talk about momentum, we talk
- 20:25about how we can actually move forward.
- 20:29How?
- 20:33And many people say, well, I want to
- 20:34move forward, but I don't understand.
- 20:36I don't get the why.
- 20:40And I've said this to you before.
- 20:42When the why is not loud enough, I
- 20:45don't mean yelling.
- 20:46I mean the reason, the core values from
- 20:49it.
- 20:49When it's not loud enough on purpose, people
- 20:53ignore it.
- 20:54People don't do it.
- 20:54People say, oh, it's not that important.
- 20:56They don't say that, but like, oh, that
- 20:58doesn't mean anything.
- 21:01And that starts to matriculate off to other
- 21:03people around.
- 21:05When people stop asking why, it keeps happening
- 21:09and start asking something interesting.
- 21:21And that shift, ladies and gentlemen, changes everything.
- 21:26Everything.
- 21:27Number nine, awareness begins increasing through repetition.
- 21:35So the more that we repeat, the more
- 21:37that we keep doing things.
- 21:38Confusion turns into recognition, right?
- 21:41Patterns become visible over time.
- 21:46And number 12, emotional reactions begin to reduce.
- 21:52Number 13, reflections replace the impulsive response.
- 21:56So being proactive rather than reactive.
- 22:00Number 14, understanding begins forming gradually.
- 22:04Number 15, perspective stabilizes through clarity.
- 22:09That's an important one.
- 22:11Number 16, decisions improve through our awareness.
- 22:15Our decisions even get better.
- 22:17And as awareness grows, behavior starts to shift.
- 22:20Not instilling, but structural.
- 22:23Because understanding creates adjustment and adjustment creates direction.
- 22:3117, planning replaces emotional reaction.
- 22:3718, learning becomes creative instead of passive.
- 22:43Number 19, insight forms through repeated experience like
- 22:49second nature.
- 22:50Number 20, focus becomes more intentional.
- 22:54And you've seen that word a lot lately.
- 22:56Number 21, thinking becomes more structured.
- 23:02Number 22, behavior aligns now with our awareness.
- 23:08Therefore it's less likely to get off track
- 23:10or off course.
- 23:11Number 23, stability replaces the confusion that we
- 23:14once had.
- 23:16Number 24, confidence grows through our own understanding.
- 23:23At this stage, people stop reacting to life
- 23:25and they start observing it.
- 23:27That is the real turning point, guys, because
- 23:30observation creates space for our own redesign.
- 23:36Number 25, momentum begins to restart slowly, not
- 23:40quickly.
- 23:41Number 26, direction becomes more visible to us
- 23:44and to others.
- 23:46Number 27, control returns through structure.
- 23:51Number 28, growth becomes more consistent.
- 23:57Number 29, identity begins shifting through repetition.
- 24:04Repetition is a big key.
- 24:06Number 30, direction stabilizes through aligned behavior.
- 24:11Aligned behavior.
- 24:12So the core message of this episode today,
- 24:15in case you didn't get it, it's very
- 24:17simple.
- 24:18Life does not change because effort increases.
- 24:22Increases.
- 24:23Most people think it will, but it doesn't.
- 24:26Life actually starts to change because our structure
- 24:30changes.
- 24:32Our structure changes.
- 24:33And when the structure changes, our repetition breaks.
- 24:42When repetition breaks, a direction, a better direction,
- 24:49now becomes possible again.
- 24:52I think that's a very important thing to
- 24:57think about.
- 25:00What direction are you going in?
- 25:02Are you going in a direction that you
- 25:03know about?
- 25:04Like when you get in the car, do
- 25:05you know you gotta make a right and
- 25:07go down the highway north as opposed to
- 25:12making a left and going down the highway
- 25:14south?
- 25:17You do not solve recurring problems by adding
- 25:20more energy.
- 25:21Many people think they do.
- 25:24You solve them by changing the system that
- 25:27is producing them.
- 25:32And that might take you a little bit
- 25:33of a time to figure out how to
- 25:36control that or how to change how you're
- 25:39reacting in the world.
- 25:41And once that system changes, ladies and gentlemen,
- 25:46this is the key kicker, everything else follows.
- 25:52Not quickly, not faster.
- 25:55Slowly, but now correctly.
- 26:01Correctly.
- 26:04A lot of people that I've known have
- 26:06told me, John, measure twice, cut once.
- 26:11My grandfather said that to me.
- 26:13People always say, you wanna save time, go
- 26:18fast.
- 26:19But actually when you go slower, you go
- 26:22faster.
- 26:24That makes no sense.
- 26:25I know, yes, it does.
- 26:26Because when you go slower, you do the
- 26:28work correctly the first time and then you
- 26:32don't need to go back and undo it,
- 26:34right?
- 26:34When you rush something, it's not gonna be
- 26:37right.
- 26:38And sometimes if you ask somebody to do
- 26:39something for you and they do it wrong,
- 26:40like, oh, why didn't I just do it
- 26:43myself?
- 26:43It'd be a lot better, right?
- 26:45Because they were rushing.
- 26:50I think that's important for us to know.
- 26:52We need to be aware of not only
- 26:55what's going on in our lives, but in
- 26:57the world.
- 26:57So we can keep our momentum, ladies and
- 26:59gentlemen, back on track.
