- 0:20Speaker 1: So for now, gently close down your eyes. To begin
- 0:28Speaker 1: this session, Let's take a few moments to help your
- 0:32Speaker 1: body relax as you begin to observe the weight of
- 0:37Speaker 1: your body. Observe the different parts of your body where
- 0:43Speaker 1: they touch the ground. Notice how your body can feel
- 0:49Speaker 1: heavier just by allowing it to rest more deeply as
- 0:55Speaker 1: you submit to the forces of gravity and allow the
- 1:00Speaker 1: earth to hold you. Beginning to feel the weight of
- 1:07Speaker 1: your feet gently resting on the bed, allow them to
- 1:12Speaker 1: sink down just a little more, relax. Observe the weight
- 1:20Speaker 1: of your calves and your knees as they make soft
- 1:24Speaker 1: contact with the ground. relax. And now your thighs and
- 1:34Speaker 1: buttocks all the way down, relax. And now your stomach
- 1:41Speaker 1: and your lower back, just permit them to relax. And
- 1:48Speaker 1: the shoulders, just melting, relaxing. Arms, The hands, heavy and relaxed.
- 2:03Speaker 1: The neck, just dissolving. And your head, feel it being
- 2:11Speaker 1: cradled by the surface underneath you, relaxed. And the forehead,
- 2:21Speaker 1: allow the muscles of the face to smooth the eyelids
- 2:31Speaker 1: to become heavy as if each of your eyelashes has
- 2:37Speaker 1: a tiny weight attached. And then your mouth, just allow
- 2:46Speaker 1: it to be loose as the tongue becomes soft and
- 2:51Speaker 1: then your jaw, relax. Slowly Releasing as the tension sinks
- 3:02Speaker 1: down into the ground. As you continue to breathe, allow
- 3:12Speaker 1: each and every out breath to allow you to rest
- 3:20Speaker 1: even more deeply. Putting down everything from the day any projects,
- 3:31Speaker 1: issues or concerns, they flow away from you now, as
- 3:39Speaker 1: you come in to this state of deep peace, as
- 3:48Speaker 1: you sink down and down into the bed, listening to
- 3:52Speaker 1: the cadence of my voice coming in, and out of
- 3:58Speaker 1: your awareness. And since you're feeling more relaxed, I'd like
- 4:06Speaker 1: you to imagine you're stepping onto a beautiful train. You
- 4:13Speaker 1: step onto the soft carpet of the carriage and the

- 6:18Speaker 1: passing by, forests, little sheep that look like tiny dots
- 6:26Speaker 1: of cotton wool on a blanket of green. Rivers swirling
- 6:33Speaker 1: past your window, the reeds standing tall and the swans
- 6:40Speaker 1: gliding along the surface of the water. There are little
- 6:48Speaker 1: lamps on each table and curtains at the window of
- 6:54Speaker 1: your train. It's decorated in an old-fashioned and luxurious style.
- 7:04Speaker 1: The high-backed seats are upholstered in deep red velvet. On
- 7:13Speaker 1: your seat there's a blanket comfy pair of slippers. You
- 7:20Speaker 1: pick up the items and place them on the table
- 7:25Speaker 1: in front of you. You drift down into the plush
- 7:32Speaker 1: seats and as you do, your back relaxes even more.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Your lower back, abdomen and thighs Relax a little more
- 7:48Speaker 1: from the warmth and comfort of this beautiful carriage. Your
- 7:55Speaker 1: shoulders loosen slightly as your breathing becomes more relaxed as

- 8:13Speaker 1: subtle rumble of the train. For now there is no
- 8:19Speaker 1: more thinking, no more stress, you are permitted to relax.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Your destination is a break and it starts this very moment.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Your mind is in a peaceful state, Like a clear
- 8:44Speaker 1: summer's day, cloudless and serene, your carriage is completely empty
- 8:53Speaker 1: and you have a very peaceful environment just to be yourself.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Slipping off your shoes, you reach over for the slippers
- 9:07Speaker 1: on the table and you place the slippers on your feet.
- 9:13Speaker 1: It's a thick, warm material that greatly brings relief to
- 9:19Speaker 1: the soles of your feet, making them feel so comfortable.
- 9:27Speaker 1: You watch the fields go by through your window, the
- 9:32Speaker 1: bright red poppies line the hedgerows, and you can see
- 9:37Speaker 1: the heads of corn as they sway in the breeze.
- 9:42Speaker 1: waves of deep gold flowing with the wind and you
- 9:48Speaker 1: can feel the rhythmic movement of the train gently moving
- 9:53Speaker 1: you back and forth. The flow of the movement is
- 9:58Speaker 1: so relaxing as it travels ever onward. After some time
- 10:06Speaker 1: you notice that the once blue sky is changing. As
- 10:15Speaker 1: the evening approaches, the horizon is awash with a colour
- 10:21Speaker 1: of blue, red, purple and yellow. An amazing light show
- 10:29Speaker 1: before the event of sunset. As you feel the rhythmic
- 10:36Speaker 1: movement gently moving your body backwards and forwards, you let
- 10:43Speaker 1: out a deep yawn, feeling happy and calm. safe in
- 10:49Speaker 1: the knowledge that the day is almost over and you're
- 10:54Speaker 1: going to a quiet and peaceful place in the highlands,
- 11:00Speaker 1: travelling to the library of deep sleep, deep, deep rejuvenating rest.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Travelling along these tracks, the rhythmic pattern of the engine
- 11:23Speaker 1: lulling you into a sense of tranquility. It is a
- 11:29Speaker 1: lovely time just for you. There's nobody wanting anything, nobody
- 11:36Speaker 1: needing anything. You're leaving it all behind. Everything beyond this
- 11:45Speaker 1: peaceful carriage seems very far away now, softened by distance,
- 11:53Speaker 1: no longer requiring your attention. As you notice your reflection
- 11:59Speaker 1: in the window, you observe that your face relaxes now,
- 12:06Speaker 1: your forehead smooths like a piece of silk and all
- 12:10Speaker 1: the muscles around the eyes let go. Your jaw softens,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and your whole face settles into an expression of complete ease.
- 12:27Speaker 1: The vibrations of the train create a positive energy within you,
- 12:34Speaker 1: massaging away any negativity or tense feelings within your body
- 12:41Speaker 1: or mind. Each muscle begins to loosen a little more.
- 12:47Speaker 1: And a little more as your train travels the tracks.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Your every breath becomes calmer and deeper as you look
- 12:58Speaker 1: out through the window. Mesmerised by the beauty of the
- 13:04Speaker 1: countryside outside, you sink more deeply into your seat. Your
- 13:11Speaker 1: neck settles into the comfort and support of the headrest.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Your mind moves away from any internal chatter. It is
- 13:22Speaker 1: becoming clearer and calmer. You are free to let go
- 13:28Speaker 1: as the train continues its journey. The shadows, caused by
- 13:37Speaker 1: the outside light fading, make your eyes feel more and
- 13:43Speaker 1: more tired. which allows your mind to go deeper into
- 13:48Speaker 1: what you see. The warmth and serenity of the interior
- 13:54Speaker 1: of the carriage allows you to feel safe, contented and supported.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Your body sinks deeper into the comfortable seat and now
- 14:07Speaker 1: you reach for your blanket, gently pulling it up over
- 14:13Speaker 1: your body. You feel the weight of it, softly enveloping
- 14:19Speaker 1: your whole body. Feeling so cosy now as you recline
- 14:25Speaker 1: into your seat. The warmth of the blanket can be
- 14:30Speaker 1: felt in your body, penetrating your nerves and fibres, allowing
- 14:37Speaker 1: you to sink more deeply into that experience. especially around
- 14:45Speaker 1: your arms, your chest and your shoulders. You can feel
- 14:51Speaker 1: the soothing vibrations through your seat as the green grass,
- 14:58Speaker 1: trees and rivers slide past your windows. As you try
- 15:08Speaker 1: to focus on the trees flowing past, Your eyes become
- 15:14Speaker 1: very tired now. Your awareness is only with peaceful thoughts now.
- 15:22Speaker 1: As your imagination takes over, your body sinks down into
- 15:27Speaker 1: your seat. You press a little lever to the right
- 15:31Speaker 1: of your seat, which lifts your legs and allows your
- 15:36Speaker 1: body to be elevated into a lying position. which feels
- 15:42Speaker 1: so comfortable. As you lie almost flat now, you observe
- 15:49Speaker 1: the shadows on the ceiling of your carriage. As the
- 15:54Speaker 1: trees flow past your window, you are filled with comfort
- 15:59Speaker 1: and reassurance in this moment. The warmth of your blanket
- 16:05Speaker 1: relaxes your body deeply. Each and every exhalation softens your
- 16:12Speaker 1: muscles on the inside and softens them on the outside.
- 16:21Speaker 1: As you feel the warmth in your body, your mind
- 16:25Speaker 1: settles down. Your eyelids feel so heavy now. You breathe
- 16:34Speaker 1: in that sleep-filled atmosphere and exhale anything you do not
- 16:40Speaker 1: need Letting it all go. Letting it all go. You
- 16:49Speaker 1: notice a heaviness. Like a wave over your body. As
- 16:55Speaker 1: you sink further into the surface below you. Your neck loosens.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Your shoulders loosen in every way. The top of your arms.
- 17:12Speaker 1: are as soft as can be. Enjoy breathing, just enjoy
- 17:19Speaker 1: those simple breaths that send you deeper and deeper. Each finger,
- 17:27Speaker 1: hand and wrist feels more limp as you drift on,
- 17:35Speaker 1: drifting in and out of awareness. The rhythm of the
- 17:43Speaker 1: train lulls you into a deep sense of calm, a
- 17:48Speaker 1: deep sense of peace, this relaxing movement. The sun has
- 17:56Speaker 1: made its way down to the horizon, down and down,
- 18:01Speaker 1: and the sky has turned into a beautiful blue-black velvet
- 18:09Speaker 1: as the stars are beginning to come out like tiny
- 18:13Speaker 1: diamonds in the sky. In the distance, you begin to
- 18:20Speaker 1: notice the gentle outline of a secluded highland manor, resting
- 18:28Speaker 1: peacefully beside a moonlit lock. Somehow, you know, this is
- 18:37Speaker 1: where the train has been carrying you. Gradually, the rhythm
- 18:44Speaker 1: of the train begins to slow, so gently that you
- 18:50Speaker 1: can barely tell where the journey ends and stillness begins,
- 18:57Speaker 1: as the train comes quietly to rest. As you step
- 19:06Speaker 1: out of the train, you look out into the night sky,
- 19:12Speaker 1: It's clear and the wind has dropped. The moon is
- 19:17Speaker 1: full and casts milky white rays upon your route. As
- 19:26Speaker 1: the train pulls away, you find yourself walking on a
- 19:31Speaker 1: country path and you realise this path in the countryside
- 19:39Speaker 1: is taking you To a special place. A place deep
- 19:45Speaker 1: in your past. When you fell asleep so easily. and
- 19:51Speaker 1: drifted down into such a restful place and woke up
- 19:57Speaker 1: the next morning feeling refreshed, calm and happy. You walk
- 20:05Speaker 1: on the path with gentle steps You can hear the
- 20:10Speaker 1: wind in the leaves as they rustle. Only the sounds
- 20:15Speaker 1: of little animals burrowing are making their way down into
- 20:21Speaker 1: a soft and gentle place of rest. As you arrive
- 20:31Speaker 1: at the secluded manor, you notice its weathered stone walls
- 20:37Speaker 1: rising peacefully against the night sky. Red roses grow around
- 20:45Speaker 1: the old oak door and large windows look out across
- 20:50Speaker 1: the lock. Ancient yew trees surround the house, sheltering it
- 20:56Speaker 1: from the outside world. Everything is quiet and peaceful here.
- 21:05Speaker 1: It's a beautiful old manor a place that time seems
- 21:10Speaker 1: to have forgotten. Being here feels like stepping into another age.
- 21:20Speaker 1: The roofs are high and from the tall chimneys a
- 21:24Speaker 1: delicate ribbon of smoke drifts up into the night air.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Ivy trails softly across the wall giving the manor a
- 21:40Speaker 1: magical and secluded feeling. As you approach, you feel completely welcome,
- 21:48Speaker 1: as though this peaceful house has been waiting for you.
- 21:56Speaker 1: You place your hand upon the old brass handle and
- 22:01Speaker 1: the oak door opens easily before you. Stepping into the
- 22:07Speaker 1: warmth of the manor, You take off your coat and
- 22:12Speaker 1: put down your bag. Everything feels familiar and cozy. And
- 22:20Speaker 1: at once, you feel completely at ease. You stand for
- 22:28Speaker 1: a moment, just taking in the sea, enjoying, allowing that
- 22:34Speaker 1: feeling of ease to settle. and move through your whole body.
- 22:44Speaker 1: There is a fire burning in the fireplace. It's beautifully warming.
- 22:51Speaker 1: The warmth of the fire settles through your whole body now.
- 22:57Speaker 1: You sit on a beautiful, sumptuous sofa by the fire
- 23:02Speaker 1: and rest back into its big, soft cushions. You can
- 23:09Speaker 1: hear the sounds of owls outside and the wind in
- 23:14Speaker 1: the trees as it mingles with the sound of the fire.
- 23:20Speaker 1: You watch the flames as the logs crackle and burn,
- 23:25Speaker 1: the flicker of orange, yellow and red and the glowing
- 23:30Speaker 1: embers crumbling underneath. Your mind and body begin to relax.
- 23:38Speaker 1: as you observe the hypnotic flickering of the flames. As
- 23:44Speaker 1: it consumes your attention, the gentle warmth of the fire
- 23:50Speaker 1: penetrates the nerves, the muscles and the fibres of your body.
- 23:58Speaker 1: It makes you feel very sleepy. Your mind is still.
- 24:04Speaker 1: and peaceful like a calm, cloudless night. After some time,
- 24:15Speaker 1: you feel gently drawn towards the library of sleep, hidden
- 24:22Speaker 1: within the oldest and quietest part of the manor. Beyond
- 24:29Speaker 1: the sitting room, You notice a softly lit staircase leading
- 24:35Speaker 1: down to a more peaceful level. Somewhere below is the
- 24:43Speaker 1: private library where all your memories of deep and restful
- 24:50Speaker 1: sleep are safely kept. You're standing at the top of
- 24:58Speaker 1: the staircase. and you understand these stairs will take you
- 25:04Speaker 1: down and down to a deeper place in your mind,
- 25:10Speaker 1: all the way down to the library of sleep, where
- 25:16Speaker 1: that ancient memory of rest is kept safe and protected.
- 25:25Speaker 1: With each and every step you find yourself falling deeper
- 25:30Speaker 1: and deeper into a relaxing state. And with each step,
- 25:37Speaker 1: your mind and body become more and more relaxed. One
- 25:44Speaker 1: step at a time, walking down. With each step, you
- 25:50Speaker 1: feel more relaxed. There is a long hallway with an
- 25:56Speaker 1: oak door that will lead you to the library of sleep.
- 26:03Speaker 1: You begin to walk down the walkway. You feel more
- 26:07Speaker 1: and more at ease until you feel your body is
- 26:12Speaker 1: almost weightless, floating towards the library of sleep. As you
- 26:19Speaker 1: arrive at the old oak door, place your hand on
- 26:24Speaker 1: the doorknob and push softly. The door creaks open as
- 26:31Speaker 1: if to welcome you. As you step into the library
- 26:38Speaker 1: of sleep, it's peacefully quiet and you feel enveloped by
- 26:44Speaker 1: a sense of deep and utter calm. The lighting is
- 26:51Speaker 1: very soft. There are oil lamps on the sides of
- 26:56Speaker 1: the library. You can see many, many books on the walls.
- 27:04Speaker 1: The gold writing on each book is lit up by
- 27:08Speaker 1: the lanterns. It's just bright enough to see. Each book
- 27:15Speaker 1: on the shelf contains the most pleasant and relaxing dreams

- 28:35Speaker 1: is fading to a distant twinkling glow. The lamps are
- 28:41Speaker 1: turned right down now and you can just make out
- 28:45Speaker 1: the books on the shelf that contain all the memories
- 28:50Speaker 1: of your deepest rest. On each shelf is stacked a

- 29:15Speaker 1: completely relaxed and your mind is at ease. The room
- 29:22Speaker 1: is calm and quiet. You remember the beauty of the
- 29:27Speaker 1: open night sky above your secluded, high-lit manor. The milky
- 29:35Speaker 1: white moon shining upon the lock and the stars resting
- 29:40Speaker 1: in the blue black velvet of the night. Everything grows
- 29:47Speaker 1: even quieter as you feel yourself moving down and down

- 30:37Speaker 1: the library of sleep. Loved and protected all night long.
- 30:48Speaker 1: As you sink down and down into the bed. Listening
- 30:52Speaker 1: to the cadence of my voice. Coming in and out
- 30:58Speaker 1: of your awareness. And since you're feeling more relaxed, I'd
- 31:05Speaker 1: like you to imagine you're stepping onto a beautiful train.
- 31:13Speaker 1: You step onto the soft carpet of the carriage and
- 31:18Speaker 1: the door closes behind you. Everything becomes immediately calm and quiet.
- 31:29Speaker 1: The natural sound of wind outside disappears and there is
- 31:34Speaker 1: a furry, peaceful atmosphere. As the train moves off, the

- 38:57Speaker 1: As you notice your reflection in the window, you observe
- 39:02Speaker 1: that your face relaxes now, your forehead smooths like a
- 39:08Speaker 1: piece of silk and all the muscles around the eyes
- 39:12Speaker 1: let go. Your jaw softens and your whole face settles
- 39:19Speaker 1: into an expression of complete ease. The vibrations of the
- 39:30Speaker 1: train create a positive energy within you, massaging away any
- 39:36Speaker 1: negativity or tense feelings within your body or mind. Each
- 39:43Speaker 1: muscle begins to loosen a little more and a little more.
- 39:49Speaker 1: as your train travels the tracks. Your every breath becomes
- 39:55Speaker 1: calmer and deeper as you look out through the window.
- 40:02Speaker 1: Mesmerized by the beauty of the countryside outside, you sink
- 40:07Speaker 1: more deeply into your seat. Your neck settles into the
- 40:13Speaker 1: comfort and support of the headrest. Your mind moves away
- 40:19Speaker 1: from any internal chatter. It is becoming clearer and calmer.
- 40:26Speaker 1: You are free to let go as the train continues
- 40:30Speaker 1: its journey. The shadows caused by the outside light fading.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Make your eyes feel more and more tired, which allows
- 40:46Speaker 1: your mind to go deeper into what you see. The
- 40:51Speaker 1: warmth and serenity of the interior of the carriage allows
- 40:56Speaker 1: you to feel safe, contented and supported. Your body sinks
- 41:03Speaker 1: deeper into the comfortable seat and now you reach for
- 41:08Speaker 1: your blanket, Gently pulling it up over your body. You
- 41:15Speaker 1: feel the weight of it softly enveloping your whole body.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Feeling so cosy now as you recline into your seat.
- 41:28Speaker 1: The warmth of the blanket can be felt in your body,
- 41:33Speaker 1: penetrating your nerves and fibres. allowing you to sink more
- 41:38Speaker 1: deeply into that experience, especially around your arms, your chest
- 41:48Speaker 1: and your shoulders. You can feel the soothing vibrations through
- 41:54Speaker 1: your seat as the green grass, trees and rivers slide
- 42:01Speaker 1: past your window. As you try to focus on the
- 42:10Speaker 1: trees flowing past, your eyes become very tired now. Your
- 42:17Speaker 1: awareness is only with peaceful thoughts now. As your imagination
- 42:23Speaker 1: takes over, your body sinks down into your seat. You
- 42:29Speaker 1: press a little lever to the right of your seat,
- 42:33Speaker 1: which lifts your legs and allows your body be elevated
- 42:39Speaker 1: into a lying position which feels so comfortable. As you
- 42:46Speaker 1: lie almost flat now, you observe the shadows on the
- 42:51Speaker 1: ceiling of your carriage. As the trees flow past your window,
- 42:57Speaker 1: you are filled with comfort and reassurance in this moment.
- 43:03Speaker 1: The warmth of your blanket relaxes your body deeply Each
- 43:09Speaker 1: and every exhalation softens your muscles on the inside and
- 43:15Speaker 1: softens them on the outside. As you feel the warmth
- 43:24Speaker 1: in your body, your mind settles down. Your eyelids feel
- 43:29Speaker 1: so heavy now. You breathe in that sleep-filled atmosphere. And
- 43:38Speaker 1: exhale anything you do not need. Letting it all go.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Letting it all go. You notice a heaviness. Like a
- 43:52Speaker 1: wave over your body. As you sink farther into the
- 43:57Speaker 1: surface below you. Your neck loosens. Your shoulders loosen. In
- 44:05Speaker 1: every way. the top of your arms are as soft
- 44:13Speaker 1: as can be, enjoy breathing, just enjoy those simple breaths
- 44:21Speaker 1: that send you deeper and deeper, each finger, hand and
- 44:29Speaker 1: wrist feels more limp as you drift off, drifting in
- 44:36Speaker 1: and out of awareness, The rhythm of the train lulls
- 44:45Speaker 1: you into a deep sense of calm, a deep sense
- 44:50Speaker 1: of peace, this relaxing movement. The sun has made its
- 44:57Speaker 1: way down to the horizon, down and down, and the
- 45:02Speaker 1: sky has turned into a beautiful blue-black velvet as the
- 45:09Speaker 1: stars are beginning to come out like tiny diamonds in
- 45:15Speaker 1: the sky. In the distance you begin to notice the
- 45:22Speaker 1: gentle outline of a secluded highland manor, resting peacefully beside
- 45:30Speaker 1: a moonlit lock. Somehow you know this is where the
- 45:37Speaker 1: train has been carrying you. Gradually, the rhythm of the
- 45:44Speaker 1: train begins to slow, so gently that you can barely
- 45:51Speaker 1: tell where the journey ends and stillness begins as the
- 45:58Speaker 1: train comes quietly to rest. As you step out of
- 46:07Speaker 1: the train, you look out into the night sky, It's
- 46:12Speaker 1: clear and the wind has dropped. The moon is full
- 46:18Speaker 1: and casts milky white rays upon your route. As the
- 46:26Speaker 1: train pulls away, you find yourself walking on a country
- 46:32Speaker 1: path and you realise this path in the countryside is
- 46:39Speaker 1: taking you To a special place. A place deep in
- 46:45Speaker 1: your past. When you fell asleep so easily. And drifted down.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Into such a restful place. And woke up the next morning.
- 46:59Speaker 1: Feeling refreshed, calm and happy. You walk on the path
- 47:06Speaker 1: with gentle steps. You can hear the wind and the
- 47:10Speaker 1: leaves as they rustle. Only the sounds of little animals
- 47:17Speaker 1: burrowing are making their way down into a soft and
- 47:22Speaker 1: gentle place of rest. As you arrive at the secluded manor,
- 47:34Speaker 1: you notice its weathered stone walls rising peacefully against the
- 47:40Speaker 1: night sky. Red roses grow around the old oak door
- 47:47Speaker 1: and large windows look out across the lock. Ancient yew
- 47:53Speaker 1: trees surround the house, sheltering it from the outside world.
- 47:59Speaker 1: Everything is quiet and peaceful here. It's a beautiful old
- 48:07Speaker 1: manor a place that time seems to have forgotten. Being
- 48:15Speaker 1: here feels like stepping into another age. The roofs are high,
- 48:22Speaker 1: and from the tall chimneys, a delicate ribbon of smoke
- 48:27Speaker 1: drifts up into the night air. Ivy trails softly across
- 48:37Speaker 1: the wall, giving the manor a magical and secluded feeling.
- 48:44Speaker 1: As you approach, you feel completely welcome, as though this
- 48:49Speaker 1: peaceful house has been waiting for you. You place your
- 48:57Speaker 1: hand upon the old brass handle and the oak door
- 49:02Speaker 1: opens easily before you. Stepping into the warmth of the manor,
- 49:10Speaker 1: You take off your coat and put down your bag.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Everything feels familiar and cosy. and at once you feel
- 49:22Speaker 1: completely at ease. You stand for a moment, just taking
- 49:30Speaker 1: in the scene, enjoying, allowing that feeling of ease to
- 49:36Speaker 1: settle and move through your whole body. There is a
- 49:45Speaker 1: fire burning in the fireplace. It's beautifully warming. The warmth
- 49:52Speaker 1: of the fire settles through your whole body now. You
- 49:57Speaker 1: sit on a beautiful, sumptuous sofa by the fire and
- 50:02Speaker 1: rest back into its big, soft cushions. You can hear
- 50:10Speaker 1: the sounds of owls outside and the wind in the
- 50:14Speaker 1: trees as it mingles with the sound of the fire.
- 50:20Speaker 1: You watch the flames as the logs crackle and burn,
- 50:25Speaker 1: the flicker of orange, yellow and red, and the glowing
- 50:30Speaker 1: embers crumbling underneath. Your mind and body begin to relax
- 50:38Speaker 1: as you observe the hypnotic flickering of the flames as
- 50:44Speaker 1: it consumes your attention. The gentle warmth of the fire
- 50:50Speaker 1: penetrates the nerves, the muscles and the fibres of your body.
- 50:58Speaker 1: It makes you feel very sleepy. Your mind is still
- 51:05Speaker 1: and peaceful like a calm, cloudless night. After some time,
- 51:15Speaker 1: You feel gently drawn towards the library of sleep, hidden
- 51:22Speaker 1: within the oldest and quietest part of the manor. Beyond
- 51:29Speaker 1: the sitting room, you notice a softly lit staircase leading
- 51:35Speaker 1: down to a more peaceful level. Somewhere below, is the
- 51:43Speaker 1: private library where all your memories of deep and restful
- 51:50Speaker 1: sleep are safely kept. You're standing at the top of
- 51:59Speaker 1: the staircase and you understand these stairs will take you
- 52:04Speaker 1: down and down to a deeper place in your mind.
- 52:10Speaker 1: All the way down the library of sleep, where that
- 52:17Speaker 1: ancient memory of rest is kept safe and protected. With
- 52:25Speaker 1: each and every step you find yourself falling deeper and
- 52:31Speaker 1: deeper into a relaxing state and with each step your
- 52:37Speaker 1: mind and body become more and more relaxed. One step
- 52:45Speaker 1: at a time, walking down. With each step, you feel
- 52:50Speaker 1: more relaxed. There is a long hallway with an oak
- 52:56Speaker 1: door that will lead you to the library of sleep.
- 53:03Speaker 1: You begin to walk down the walkway. You feel more
- 53:08Speaker 1: and more at ease, until you feel your body is
- 53:12Speaker 1: almost weightless, floating towards the library of sleep. As you
- 53:19Speaker 1: arrive at the old oak door, place your hand on
- 53:24Speaker 1: the doorknob and push softly. The door creaks open as
- 53:31Speaker 1: if to welcome you. As you step into the library
- 53:38Speaker 1: of sleep, it's peacefully quiet and you feel enveloped by
- 53:44Speaker 1: a sense of deep and utter calm. The lighting is
- 53:51Speaker 1: very soft. There are oil lamps on the sides of
- 53:56Speaker 1: the library. You can see many, many books on the walls.
- 54:04Speaker 1: The gold writing on each book is lit up by
- 54:08Speaker 1: the lanterns. It's just bright enough to see. Each book
- 54:16Speaker 1: on the shelf contains the most pleasant and relaxing dreams
- 54:22Speaker 1: you've ever had. The most refreshing, peaceful and restorative night's sleep.

- 54:59Speaker 1: nights of sleep. And there at the end of the
- 55:05Speaker 1: room is the most inviting looking bed you have ever seen.

- 55:19Speaker 1: exactly as you like them. You carefully and gently pull
- 55:28Speaker 1: back the covers and slip yourself into bed. The light
- 55:35Speaker 1: is fading to a distant twinkling glow. The lamps are
- 55:41Speaker 1: turned right down now and you can just make out
- 55:45Speaker 1: the books on the shelf that contain all the memories
- 55:50Speaker 1: of your deepest rest. On each shelf is stacked a
- 55:57Speaker 1: recollection of your sweetest dreams and every good night's sleep
- 56:03Speaker 1: you've ever had. You can feel the soft, easy warmth

- 56:16Speaker 1: completely relaxed and your mind is at ease. The room
- 56:22Speaker 1: is calm and quiet. You remember the beauty of the
- 56:27Speaker 1: open night sky above your secluded, high-lit manor. The milky
- 56:35Speaker 1: white moon shining upon the lot and the stars resting
- 56:40Speaker 1: in the blue-black velvet of the night. Everything grows even
- 56:47Speaker 1: quieter as you feel yourself moving down and down into
