Have you ever yelled at a baby? Probably not, right? Even if it was your own child and you were upset chances are, you would never yell at the baby.
In today’s episode, I’m going to suggest that we put a baby picture of yourself on your mirror. Once you do, I dare you to look at that picture and think a negative thought about yourself. I bet you can’t.
