The Guantanamo 9/11 Case Has Been Completely Dismantled: Khallad & Mustafa al-Hawsawi Testimony Ruled Inadmissible
In the last week, 9/11 trial judge, Air Force Lt. Col. Michael Schrama, has ruled that both confessions from Tawfiq bin Attash (Khallad) and Mustafa al-Hawsawi, are ruled inadmissible due to the failure to establish that both men gave voluntary statements to the FBI in January 2007. The prosecution now has no testimonial evidence from any of the alleged defendants in the attacks of Sept 11th 2001.
