  SPEAKER_00: Hulandaf kuf chhof dalid.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna start three lines from the bottom of kuf chhof gimolum and base where we left off yesterday.
• 0:05
  SPEAKER_00: Masiv revier miya.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So we're going back on the case that we brought yesterday, Agav, which was the case where you have a talus that was tomme, and to be metarit, you rip it, right?
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: So we're going back on that and we're asking Akasha.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: We saw swara that I did a chalim.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Since it's strong, even if you don't have the amount that should be machabr, it's still considered khibur because that part that's connected is still considered strong.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: And on that we are asking the following question.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: An oven that became tame.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: How are you metar it?
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: So we know that you have to uh you know break the clean in order to be metalaried if it's a clear hurt.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: Now, based on the chalim svara that we just said that is strong, how are you mitai this exact thing, and this is gonna be the question.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: But how are you meteor the oven?
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Halklish you have to take it apart, put it into three different pieces, and you also have to peel down the plaster that was holding it together.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: Because if you don't peel down the plaster, the plaster is holding it and it's still chalim, it's still strong, and therefore it's still gonna be considered.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: You have to mamish peel off all the plaster until the ground.
• 1:03
  SPEAKER_00: Remeir, I'm Rameir argues.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to like lighter, you don't have to peel all the plaster.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: And make sure from the inside there's no place that's for tvachim long, and therefore you'll get that that's gonna be enough now to be matah this oven.
• 1:24
  SPEAKER_00: But what's the question?
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: The question is, when you as long uh according to a mare, which is the second sheet that we just saw in the Mishnah, so according to the second sheet over here, as long as you made it less than four, it's gonna be tar.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: Why would it be such a thing according to what we just said?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Lemachi, and then the day the plaster's still there, it still has a base, it's chalimikai, it's strong, and therefore even the tiniest shear should be c it should consider this, like it's still attached and put together, and uh and it's should it should still be considered khibur.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: Like we saw, they ending up chalim, and if it's hollem, if it's strong, so that should be considered connecting it all together.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: So why over here, according to the mayor, you're telling me that you don't need to blow away all the plaster?
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: It's strong, and therefore it shouldn't be considered uh taller.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: Now it should still be considered kind of it's in in its original form because it's connected together through this plaster and everything else you got going on over here, says Gamar Omeley Rabba.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: But Rabba asked him back.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: You're asking me a cash from what?
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: From Ramayr, who was the second sheet over here?
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: Why don't you bring a raya from the sheet that's rabban?
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: What did the rabban say?
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: You have to mammish take it apart, three pieces, take off all the plaster, you have to destroy this thing completely for it rabban.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: So why don't you bring a rayah to me from the rabbanan who say that it can't be halam at all, it can't be strong at all, your momish have to pull it apart.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: Then Garisat Filah, ad Shea.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: But it's your mom should have to pull off all the plaster in there for you don't have anything strong.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: So I actually have a raya from the rabbanan, if anything.
• 2:44
  SPEAKER_00: A little bit differently.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Meaning we already answered the kasha, right?
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: The kasha, the the kasha was, I what about Rameir?
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: The answer is don't ask me a kasha and rhemayer if I have sheet that's abundant to go on.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: So what should mayor do myself?
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Ramey's his own cheetah.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_00: Rameir's his own cheetah.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: Rameir's a Tani, he can say whatever he wants.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: But don't ask me a Kasha from Ravmeir.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: I don't know the Rameyah, I'll go look at the Raban.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: So we already answered the question, but now Rava's just gonna make it work with everyone.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: The Ravcha de Melsa sellam or Rava, Rubba offers a different explanation.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: Hochkamera, this is what we meant mean to say.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: Tanosh and it's my case and metariness, that became Tame Howard Remetirit, Divriakol.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: So according to everyone, Rava's gonna make this work with everyone.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: That you misunderstood the Bryce of the Mishnah, I'm not sure.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: But you misunderstood, here's what's really going on.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: That divriakalish vigor savela at Shaba Arits.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: Everyone agrees you have to put it into three different pieces.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: By the way, why three?
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: Because you can't just cut it in half because one piece can't be rive.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: If you cut it in half, then one piece is naturally gonna be a rive of this oven, and then it's gonna be considered like the original piece that's tomic.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: If you make it into three pieces, then no piece is gonna be rive of the original thing, and that's why it's not gonna be tummy.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: But either way, you make it into three regards at vela acheba.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Arits, you pull and peel down the plaster until it's on the floor.
• 3:47
  SPEAKER_00: Alright.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: So that everyone's gonna agree.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's gonna agree after momish, destroy, make it into three, so no one piece is gonna be rive of the original thing.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: The hula the hulu, peel off the plaster, you don't have any hulin.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: Everyone agrees that even our mayor of Afsi or Rava is making this work in.
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: But now, what did the braisa mean?
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: If someone means la khathilah, he wants to preempt his tanner from becoming tami, he's finished using it, whatever.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: In between, he wants to take it apart to make sure it doesn't become tummy in between.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: So a preemptive measure that he's taking, so what could he do?
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: And on that, on that part, so you have the mamish take it apart according to the Tana Kama, even to preempt it.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: And on that remay, I may sorry lighter as a telayat cheba aret, and matam if they march him according to the mayor, that's gonna be enough as a preemptive measure to have this not be mikabaltoma now.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: But to tell me that I'm gonna be metirate if it's already tame.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: No, not uh Adkan, not that far.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, according to the mayor, he would say such a thing that if as long as you take it apart, even though it's a little bit strong, you're right, it is chalim, but it's not tome.
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: We're not saying that it's taller because you got to this part.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: We're saying that now it's not gonna be mikabaltoma, you're preempting it.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: That's where a mayor said is shita.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to something that was already ta tame, and you're trying to be metirate, according to Rava, even our mayor's gonna agree that you have to mamish take it apart, and if any strong part of plaster is still around here, you're gonna have a problem because of this far that we keep saying I did the choleb.
• 5:08
  SPEAKER_00: Omar.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: Hokuloshois.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: So one thing we just said, we're gonna ask the cash on this now.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: Hokuloshoisha, that you have to split it into three.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: You cut this oven into three pieces, you peel off the plaster, then it's gonna be uh not tame anymore.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so reminder, I'll just go cash from the following.
• 5:22
  SPEAKER_00: Tanur tchilasarba, Vishyarabarba.
• 5:25
  SPEAKER_00: A tanor tchilasarba.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: In order for it to be mikabutoma at all, it has to be four t fahim, minimum.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: It has to be four t fachim to be considered to be bikla mikabutoma.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: Vishya to be considered a cle to be mikabutum.
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_00: Shiarabarbah.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: Also, if you want to break it now, if you want to break it now, it's still gonna be tame if you have shiraim that are four onto its own.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to break it, the pieces have to be less than four, then it's gonna be tomeh.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be tar.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, if it was tameh and you wanna fix the situation, you want to break it, shirabarba.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_00: As long as it's four, it's still gonna be toma.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: You have to make it less than four in order to be tar the very mare.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: That is she to sramair.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: And the way Rasha just sums it up, ain't taner bakhasmearba, ba filu nigmar lafta.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: You don't have a tauner, that's less than four.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, meaning Ligabi Tomo.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: It can't be tame if it's more than four twachim, less than four twachim, it's gonna be tar.
• 6:08
  SPEAKER_00: Bakakamimai.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: That was she to sramair.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: The khachalim say, and this is what the question is gonna be from.
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_00: Fahm dwaramura.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_00: When is that true?
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: That's only true about a big toner.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: Abu Big Khatan, but as it relates to a small toner, thilash kol shoe.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: It can actually be considered a klee.
• 6:21
  SPEAKER_00: Even a kal shoe.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: What way less than four twachim, even a colshu, the gimaru milafta is as long as it's finished, it's a finished clean, you finish making it.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Even a kal shohu is now going to be makabutama.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: And she are of beruba.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: If you want to fix this thing, uh meaning if you wanna be metaru, once it's tame, you break it.
• 6:38
  SPEAKER_00: The pieces, biruba.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be tame if you have riv of the tanar in one piece.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: That's why we said before Hokalish, you have to make it into three.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: So if you make it into two, then naturally you're gonna have one piece that's riv of the original oven.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna have the dinner of the original oven that's gonna be tame.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: But either way, that's what are meant, that's what the khachum say.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: That again, if that when are we talking about four twachum, that's big other.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: But if I cut on khala's kosh, we should talk about when you're making uh if it was tame, you need to be you want to be maturing, now you have to make sure there's no one piece that's roy of this original thing.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_00: The Kama Kulshu.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we said koshu according to the Khacham.
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_00: How big is koshu?
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna be I'm read the better.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's a tevach.
• 7:17
  SPEAKER_00: Tanoh that's a tevach.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: Do you have such a thing?
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: So the Kamara, yeah, shikane ice, shikane ice in tanurim benoistevach, because they make tanurim that are benoistevach.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: Either that means that are a tanu that's uh bas tevach, right?
• 7:28
  SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's a tevach big.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: Or that benoistevah, that tanurim uh benoistevach, the the tanurim of the bun ice, like the little girl oven, the toy oven, or whatever it was.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's uh shot over here that uh that that was a tevachbig.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: But either way, we find the concept of a tanu that's a tefachbig, maybe a toy oven, something like that, and therefore you have such a thing, and that's what the koshu, the time nakama, the hammun was saying over here.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: But either way, what's the question?
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: The question is time of the ekashiar of Dalid.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: We said as it relates to a big tanar.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: Once you break it, it's gonna be tame if it's more than four tfuchim the pieces.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so time of the ikashiyar of Dal.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: So I understand by a godlow it's gonna be tame because you have more than four tfuchim.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Allah Kashir of Dalid, tar.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: But if it's less than four tfuchim, it's gonna be tar.
• 8:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: The question is, as Rashi says over here, the Hasam Kitani, we learned before, Halkalishlaysha.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: Avalashtaim lay sagi the afakab the lecka the chat.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: What do we say before?
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: We said before that you have to put cut it into three different pieces.
• 8:23
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: Because you can't even have one piece that's right of the thing.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: And if you cut it into two pieces, you're gonna have one piece that might be that's gonna be right of the thing, and it's gonna have the dinner, the original thing itself, even if it's less than four.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: But what do we say over here according to the Chachamim?
• 8:35
  SPEAKER_00: Tamadik is Shirafdalit.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_00: That only because only if it's more than four T Fakim it's gonna be Tamit.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: But I like a shira shira of Dalit and tar.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: But it sounds like if the any Shirayan, any pieces broken pieces are less than four Tfakim, it's gonna be 100% tar, even though you didn't break it into three pieces, even if you broke it into two pieces, which means one of them is rive of the original thing, right?
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: Because one is bigger than the other, you're not gonna get it exactly 50%.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since one is rive, as long as it's less than four thousand, it's gonna be okay.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: But that's a cash on what we said before that you have to have uh both uh things checked.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: It has to be less than four, and it have to and it has to be also not rive of the original clean.
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_00: Answer the Gemara Amri.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: They answer the following Hussam De It's lakya mitzlaak, hochha de abde gistro.
• 9:19
SPEAKER_00: Over there we're talking about a case.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: D'zlakya mitzlac means that you broke it horizontally.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: And if you broke it horizontally, whatever the mitzias is, it's gonna be much harder for this thing to stand, and if so, it's ice clean.
• 9:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's already not a clean anymore.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: We don't really uh worry about the rive, it's just about the four tfuch.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: But hocha de abde gistro, gistro again, we had this when you chop an animal in half, you chap an animal in half half in a vertical way, it could still stand really pretty comfortably, and therefore it it can still be tame if you have one piece that's more than four.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: If you have a piece that's more than four, it's gonna be tame, but if not not, uh because again, because the Matsias is different, that it's able to stand if you chop it the wrong way.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: If you chop it in the way of a gistra, it's still gonna be a little stronger, and that's why it's gonna be tame as long as you have one that's more than four.
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the game.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: We said just now the following Shirabi Rubai, that as it relates to the case of the Tanah that's koshu, according to the Khachanim, the Shiraim is ruboy, right?
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: If you have Rive, if you try breaking it because it became tameh.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: So if you have one piece that's riv of this tiny oven, then it's still gonna be tame.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: So is the Gemara Rubai de Tefakh Lamayhave?
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: How big was this Tanah that's koshu?
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: The Tanar of the uh that's been tefach, what do we say?
• 10:26
  SPEAKER_00: It's a tefach, right?
• 10:27
  SPEAKER_00: Tanar Benois Tevach.
• 10:28
  SPEAKER_00: So what's rive of a tefach?
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: What what what in the world would you use a tanar that's rive of a tefach?
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: What is that lemai chazi?
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna use that for?
• 10:35
  SPEAKER_00: Answers.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: The Lemaihave, what are you gonna use that for?
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: So Amara Bayabai says uh sorry, one second.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: Shirabi rubai, rubak lamai, lema lemaihave, okay, or lemai chazi, yeah, it made more sense.
• 10:49
  SPEAKER_00: Mr.
• 10:50
  SPEAKER_00: changes it too.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: So Lamay Chi, so Amara Bayabai says shiare goddubai.
• 10:54
  SPEAKER_00: You misunderstood.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: That part of the brass is going back on the goddle, it's not going back in very misleading the way we're reading it.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: Because we said that as well, four tfuchim, not for twachim, is way straight'.
• 11:05
  SPEAKER_00: But shiara berubay.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_00: A by saying no.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: That shiora berubay is going back on a godl.
• 11:10
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 11:11
SPEAKER_00: That goddle, big tanar, more than four tfuchim, that as it relates to the shiraim, as long as it's riv of this thing, then you're gonna have a problem.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: So that's gemara, amirabonanar bah.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: Didn't we say that has to be four thochim?
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: Meaning a broken piece of the original big tanar.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: It's four thochim, it's not just roiv.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: And so the gimmara, like hash nakasha.
• 11:28
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: Because it's really both of those, it depends what oven you're talking about.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Habatanura bar tisha, hobatanura bar shiva.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: There are different types of big ovens.
• 11:35
  SPEAKER_00: There's a tanur that's really nine tvachim.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: What nafimina does that make?
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: Because if it's nine tvachim, what's reviv of that oven?
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: Riv of the oven is gonna be more than four thousand.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: If you have a tana that's bar shiva, that's seven tvachim, then riv of seven thochim is not more than four.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: Riv of seven thochim is gonna be a little more than three and a half.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, and therefore that's gonna be less than four.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: So basically, they hold that you always need four thochim for toma.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_00: That's basically what we're saying.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: You need either riv of a bigger oven, so it's gonna be more than four thousand, or you need raiv, or you need four thochim by a smaller oven, because you need at least four thochem, because riv is not gonna cut it, but the tanar bash shiva.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: You need always four, according to the chamim, four toma.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: And if it's less than four, you're gonna be tar.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: We have another version of this, and we're going all the way back on the talus.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: So again, we had the talus case in yesterday that as long as you have uh you ripped most of it now, it's gonna be tar.
• 12:29
  SPEAKER_00: But we said what?
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: We said if you left a piece, even if you ripped most of the talus, it's gonna be tar now, but if you left a piece like uh like a suddha, right?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: You left a kerchief's length that was connected, that already is gonna be tame.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Malishna Khina Amilha, different version of this is Amr Uh Mishumri Bishmabar Biaisila Filip Shiraba Kidama Firis.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: Not that if you have a Kidema firis, it's gonna be Tameh, but the opposite, even if you left Kadema Alfaris, it's gonna be okay.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: Meaning as long as you ripped right with the talus, even if the part that you left not ripped was so big it was as big as a thunder and you're gonna be able to use that, still it's gonna be tahar because you ripped most of it in the end of the day.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: Amr Ishlakish, Ishlakish said, Loy Shun of the Talis.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: That's only true about a talis level.
• 13:06
  SPEAKER_00: R.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: But if you left a sudar's worth of space that's not ripped by a piece of leather, that's hushiv.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: That already is more chashiv, and therefore it's gonna be still tame, it's not gonna be tar if you have that amount left.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: Even or if you rip most of it, it's gonna be tar, even if you left over a piece that's as big as a sudr.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_00: Or tame midras.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: If you have or a piece of leather, that's tame midras because you have a zov that's sat on it, for example.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: So he she beloved to have a sandalin.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: If you decided I'm gonna take this piece of leather and I'm gonna make it, we had we saw this yesterday, I'm gonna make it into either straps of leather or into leather shoes.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: So came in shanassaba isemel, as soon as you put the knife to it and made it small, cut tar, it's gonna be tar.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: Even though you didn't uh start cutting it up yet, you for sure didn't do right.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: You for sure didn't make it into a sandal.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: The point is, as soon as you took the knife to it, it's gonna be tar.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: They were she just rebuild up.
• 14:03
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: The question is, Kim Mait Mia tar.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: When it's less than five twachim, once you make it less than five twachim, it's gonna be tar.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: Why do we say such a thing, lema khoshiv?
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Why don't we say it's chashiv?
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we say the rest of it is chashiv?
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: We just said, according to you, that uh if you left uh by or uh the size of a sudr, it's gonna be uh it's gonna be considered chashiv, it's strong and it's chashim, and therefore it's not, it's still gonna be tame.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna just be matarid if that if there's that amount left over.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: What about this case?
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: You left over Mammish less a little less than five twachim, which is still a a larger amount, and therefore, and and we said that it's gonna be tar according to chachamim.
• 14:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: According to your sfara, it should be considered chashiv, it shouldn't be tar now.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: Answer the gabar, ach my skinan, the kabai, le the mysh of zove.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: We're not talking about any stump piece of leather.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a piece of leather that you daska want the zuf to sit on.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: It's not a piece of leather that became Tomimadras because the zub happened to sit on it.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a piece of leather that you used for this guy's chair.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: It was used for the Zov's chair, and therefore it has to be fitting for what its usage, and what's its usage to be a chair.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_00: Five Twachim is not a chair anymore.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: Five Twachim is not really to be a chair.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: If you might to less than that, that's already oystkle of what it was, and that's why it's not Hashem in that case.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: But you're right, and a Khanami, if you have a different thing that it's uh fulfilling the purpose, as long as you have a Sudr's worth, now that's gonna be Hashim and it's gonna be considered not uh it's not like you destroyed this clean anymore, and now it's going to be still Pame until you rip it more.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_00: Zakta next Mishnah.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: Or Shayah, we're going through these sugias fast, but hopefully, you know, we went through it one time before this and this all checks together.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: But if not, we can always do it again.
• 15:32
  SPEAKER_00: Zakta Mishnah.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Or Shayesh Alov Kazaiz, and we have a lot to read.
• 15:35
  SPEAKER_00: Or Shayesh Alove Kazaiz.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: If you have a piece of leather that has on it, it's not leather, so we're talking it could be leather, right?
• 15:41
  SPEAKER_00: If you're Mahabadeh.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: But we're talking about a piece of skin of an animal that has on it a kazayas basar.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: So you have a piece of skin, which is a shamer if it's connected, as we know.
• 15:49
  SPEAKER_00: Shimer, yad.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: Shimer is Mightsi U Machnis Toma, even if you touch the skin, and the skin is attached to a kazai, so boss that's metame.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: So the skin is gonna be Mitsu Toma, meaning if the Basar is Nevalo, now if you touch the skin, not even the boss, it's gonna be Mitsi, then uh you're gonna be Tommy now.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Machniss the Toma if the boss is taller, but you're Tame, it's gonna be Machnes the Toma and you're gonna be Metame.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: As we saw, if it's considered a shimer, it's also Mitsariv to the shear of Toma by Thomas Nevelo.
• 16:20
  unknown: Right?
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: By Thomas Novelo, but everything is gonna be Mitsarith to Thomas Aichlin.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: But Tomas Novelo, even a shimer is gonna be a Mistarf to him, pretty sure.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: But uh, as relates to a yad, as relates to a yad, it's mighty machnes, but it's not gonna be a mistarf to Thomas Nevelo.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: But either way, what's the question?
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: The question is the following.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: So we have a piece of or we have a piece of of uh skin, it's considered a shimmer, and it has on it a kazais bosser, and hana giabetse meenobisarakenegnaitame.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: So if this piece of or, let's say it's a nevallo, it's a bosser nevalo, and it has a piece of skin, even if you touched a tseva yotzimimen, you touched a strand of meat, a string of meat that's coming out of this piece of or that's connected to this, Ubisarius a kinanda, or you touched a strand of hair that's coming out of it, you're gonna be tame, and the reason is, because again, this is tame, it's considered a yad, this strand that's hanging out, it's one thing.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: The scheumer is uh the the aura, this piece that's coming out is a yad, it's mighty or machines toma, so it doesn't matter which way the toma is going, it's gonna be tame 100%.
• 17:14
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: Because this is a kazayez, basar nevela, or basu tah, but you're tame.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: Either way, it's gonna be mighty, machnes, tame, whichever uh toma, whichever way the tome is going, and you're gonna be tame.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Hayu Alove Khazai is basar.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I went to skip the back a line.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: Hayu Alove Kishni Khatzay Zaisim.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: What if you didn't have like one Zais of Basar together?
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: But you had two Khatzi Zaysim.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: So together there are Zais, but they're not together.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: They're each half a Zayas on this piece of R.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: So mitame, but they're not touching each other, right?
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: So mitame bimasa, the Allah is it's mitame bimasa, so we're talking about Tomas Nebela.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking about where the animal, this basar, is Tomas Nubela.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: Tomas Navela is a khidr said it's mitame bimaga ubimasa.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if you touch it and you carry it, even without touching it.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: So if you have this piece of skin that has two chatzizasim on it that together are zais, but they're not touching each other, then metame masa belem maga.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be metame only bimasa if you carry it, but not bimaga.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: If you touch it, it's not gonna be maga.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be you're not gonna be tame.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: That's shitasubishmo, ribakiva lime, loi bimaga, velebimasa, you're not gonna be tame across the board.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: Not bimaga, not bamasa, we're gonna see in the gabar.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: In this case, where you have two chatzi'sim.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: Shitachwan bikesam, that you put them on a like a toothpick.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: So picture a toothpick, and it's stuck on each side you have half a piece of busser that's attached to that toothpick, and you're holding it from the middle.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_00: So if you have that, shataqun baksam, vehesit, and then you move them, show tamay.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_00: In that case, Rabakiva's mind is that you're gonna be tamay, mipne ma' bakivamatar.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: Why is your bikiva going my rubakima mitar ba or okay, so why is the case of or different?
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: The case of or that has two chatzizim, why is he mutar over there?
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: Bein maga bain masa, why is it different than the kaysam that you're picking up?
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: Mipne marubakivimatara or, mipnesha or mevatu, because it's a special kiddish, but the or itself, the skin is mevatl the piece of meat.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: We have that by the ala similar concept, and therefore, since the or is mevatl, the piece of meat, each half of it, so again, if it has a kazayas, it's a kaza'is.
• 19:06
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see there's even a case where it's kazayas, and even more than a kaza's that's gonna be me'vatil in a second.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: But the point is if the r has on it each half of a zay, it's gonna be mevatal, and that's why Rubi's Matar by those pieces.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: That that we said, if this piece, that that we said that that if you have a Khazai subbasr in one place in the Mishnah, right?
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: You have the Kazai subbasar in one place on the piece of skin.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: So now if you have a yad on that skin, you touch it, even if you touch a hair that's attached to it, or a strand of meat that's attached to it, it's a yad's gonna be moi machine stomach, no problem.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: When is it gonna be tame?
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_00: When is that true?
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: Paltase chaya, where a kaya ripped this whole piece off of the animal.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: So you had a line or something that came and ripped off this piece of skin along with a kazaysa busser in one place.
• 19:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's where it's gonna be metame.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: Avo paltase sakin, but if it was you, and when you were skinning the animal, you chopped off a piece of skin, right, along with a kazay's busser.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: If it was done through a knife by a person that was carving this animal and taking off the skin, bottle, it's gonna be 100% bottle.
• 20:08
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: You want the skin, you want to skin it over here, you want to fillet it, and a Kazai sa buser came along, it's really bottle to the art, and therefore it's gonna be Tahar.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's a Kazaiz in one place, it's gonna be Tar.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: That is the khiddle over here.
• 20:20
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: It says Umr I'm Nachmundo Ula.
• 20:23
  SPEAKER_00: Hold on a second.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: Umr Rabbiaknah Filu Kitarta, you're gonna tell me that even if you have a Kazai's buser, even bigger than a Kazai's busar in one place, if a person skinned it, it's gonna be bottled to the skin, it's not gonna be Metamah, it doesn't make any sense.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: Rabbiakhan said that Afilu Kitarta, even on the shear, if it was way bigger than a Kazaiz, like a tarta, tartarash says is Riva Kab, it's a fourth of a cav, which is much bigger than a kazayas.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: Even if you have that amount of busr on it, it's gonna be bustled to the or it's gonna be tar.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: So I'm in, he said, yeah.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: If afiluk nafia, even like a sieve, which is way bigger, you have a massive piece of busser navelo attached to attached to uh your uh your skin, and you skinned it, so I didn't want the busser naval, so it's not gonna be tame, even if it's a massive piece of business that came off like a like a nafya.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: He said, Yeah, Rabbi'iakhan said, even like a nafia.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: So Amalai told him back, Wellakim, Lush and Chibo.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: Im Amalai Rabbi'n in pume, lo it sai sinal.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: If Rabi'ichan would have told me that from his own mouth, if I heard this from Rib'aikhan, I wouldn't listen to him.
• 21:15
  SPEAKER_00: It makes no sense.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: A massive piece of basar that you chopped off.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be bottled of the art, it doesn't make sense.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, even if Rabbi'ichan said that to me, I wouldn't listen to him.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: When Rabaishio came to Erzisraol, when he went up to Erzra, Ashkhil Rabami, and he saw Ravami, and Um the Shmait and he said over this uh exchange before Ravami, Hakya Ulah this is what Ula said Ramnachman told back to Ulah that even if Ramichan would have told me such a thing, I wouldn't listen to him.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: So I'm late, answer him back, he commented on this whole story.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: Um I understand just because Ramnachman's Hasan de Bainasiu, we know Ram Nachman was very uh politically connected.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: He was the aid by the by the Nasi.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: And it was the the the Nasi you have to know in Bavil.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: The Nasi was not uh was not.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Some like Jewish thing that he was the Nasi God Aladar.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: He had tremendous political power.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: He was in um high up in the government as well.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: So Ramnachman and Ramnachman always had a clerk.
• 22:08
  SPEAKER_00: Ranachman was the dyan.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_00: And uh what Renachman said goes, Ramnachman used to uh you know issue uh I think even sometimes capital punishment, maybe for sure, Malchus all the time, left and right.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: But Ramnachman had this clerk because he was Khasman the Bainasiya.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: So he said, Well, just because he's Hassan the Bainasia, he could be Mizalza, which might say Rihanna and the other day he could be Mizalza in uh in something Rabbi Echmann said.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: If Rabbi's said Afilukana, then how could Rnachman say that even if I heard Rnachan Rihan say that himself, I wouldn't listen.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, it's all gonna come clear in a second.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: Zimnin, another time, Ashkik the Yasse Vikhamla, he found Ravami sinning.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: So this is Rabishia again, he came off terrorists.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_00: And Ravami said that how could Rivnachman talk that way about uh Rabiachnan?
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: So he found Ravami again sinning, the Kaamralah Seif.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: It was either Rav Ami sinning or it was Rabishi sinning.
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_00: Zimnin, Ashkehi Rabashi Lavami.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Raj says he's founder of Ami sinning.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: The Yosovic Amor, he was sitting over and saying the following.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: Again, in the ratio, you had a piece of the R attached to a full Zayas in one place.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: And the Seifa, what was it?
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_00: Totally different case.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: You have a piece of R with two chatzai Zasim, which together equal Zayas, but they're not touching each other.
• 23:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's totally a different case.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: So he said this aloha on the sefa, where the sefa said, How you love Shne Khatsey Zasim, Mitamin, Mimasa Vlami Magadin Rubishmo, Rubikimaimer, Lib Magavla Mimasa, right?
• 23:28
  SPEAKER_00: That was the Mishnah.
• 23:29
  SPEAKER_00: I'm Raby's.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: And on that, Rabyichnan said, That's only true if the animal ripped this off.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: And now the animal ripped off a piece of R that had on it two chatsoy.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's where it's not gonna be tamay.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: I'm puttasei sakin, that's where it's gonna be tamay.
• 23:44
  SPEAKER_00: I'm potase sakin bottle.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: But if you cut off this piece that had two chatsoy zaseim, then it's gonna be bottle.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: And this is a totally different case, right?
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Rabbichnan said it's gonna be bottled to the R if you cut it off if you don't have a Zayis in one place.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: That's totally different from saying that even if you have way more than a kazayas in one place.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: No, you have you don't even have a kazayas in one place.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: That's where he said it's gonna be bottled to the or if you cut it off while you were trying to skin this animal.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: So Amalayan answered him back, Mara Seifa masnala.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna tell me Rabbi E'nan was talking about the seifa?
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's much more understandable.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: Armalayan he told him, yeah.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Vela Ulah a Rasha Amranial Anku.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: So Ulah when he said this over to you, he quoted Rabbi Akhan saying it about the Risha that even in a Kazaias and more than a Kazaias, even a nafya in one place is gonna be bottle.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: That's what he told you, Amalayin.
• 24:25
  SPEAKER_00: He told him, yeah.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: Now he said Allah Shwa.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: Rabami himself that said before, Rahmi himself that said before, how could Rib Nachman uh Khasnad Bain Asia, just because he's Hasan Bay Siya, he thinks he could talk to like about Rabbi'ah like that?
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: Now he said, now that I understand what Rabbi's really said, that that Ulah told me, uh not that Ulah told me that he was really going on the sefa, like him, the Umali Yahshua bin Nun Mishme Light Sasina.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: Even if Yeshua bin Nun told me this directly, I wouldn't listen.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: Because obviously this aloha is not about that.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: This aloha is about the sefa where you don't have a Hatsi, where you don't have a full ka'zais in one place, rather you have two chatsizasin that are spread out, not connected, and if a person now cut off a piece of R and you have two Hatsiz Aisin, that's where it's gonna be buckled to the R.
• 25:09
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: No, that was the original change, then we're changing it.
• 25:18
  SPEAKER_00: That's what Ulah said.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: That's how Ula had it.
• 25:23
  SPEAKER_00: Kyosa Rabin Bahon Husei.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: When Robin came, we know Robin.
• 25:27
  SPEAKER_00: Kiosk Ravin, right?
• 25:28
SPEAKER_00: Robin came from Eritasral to Bavel.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: And he brought a lot a lot of alakas along with him.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: So Kioser Robin Bahon Husei, and everyone else that came down from Eritasral to Bavel.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: So Kiosa Rabin and Mahonakhuse, Amrua A Risha.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_00: They really said it on the Resha.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: The original way we had.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: The Urb Yoichman said this about the Resha that if a person cut it off and it wasn't an animal, a person cut this off.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: Even if you had more than a Kazaiz in one place, it's gonna be bottled to the R.
• 25:49
  SPEAKER_00: Big Khiddish, right?
• 25:50
  SPEAKER_00: It's about a Kasha.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: But if we have a big Kasha now, why?
• 25:53
SPEAKER_00: Because how could he tell me so much is bottle?
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: What a massive piece of Navela.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: Now it's gonna be Torah all of a sudden because it's bottled to the R, even Kinafia, really?
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: So Kidamara Papa answers the Kemara, really you can make this work if something your papa said, The Merudot hochanami mimerud.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: The case is that you have really, it's not just a massive clump.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_00: You have a thin piece of meat, which might total a kazayas or like a nafio, right?
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: It might total this big piece if you lump it all together, but it's really thin and spread out, doesn't really do well for anything, and therefore it's so thin onto itself that you're not gonna be able to do anything with it.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, yeah, if you really tally up the whole thing, it's kanafio or it's more than a zayas, but it's not considered one big clump.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: It's not chosh of like a kazayas of busser in one place, is it's really flattened out big piece.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's really what we're talking about, and that's why you could see it's a lot less of a khadish.
• 26:38
  SPEAKER_00: Hayualove.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about now in the Mishnah.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: If you had Hayualov Shnechatzaizim, that was the case, right?
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: Ha you a love, shnechatzaizim, mitamin masa vlaim maga.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be metama bimasa blame maga, that was sheetas Rabishman, Rabbi Kiva said, Napimaga napimas.
• 26:56
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Dr.
• 26:57
  SPEAKER_00: Gamar.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: That that we said it's not gonna be tame bimaga only masa.
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_00: That's only true, meach.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if you touched it, meachrov on the skin.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: Abu Milafana, but if you touch the meat, yesh na gea bhajamina gea, then there is, you could become tame from touching it and touching it again.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: The way Rashi explains is you're not touching it twice, you're touching both halves, both pieces, at the same time.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: If you touch both halves of the Zeis at the same time, then it will be Metama Maga.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: Not that we said you're not gonna be tami maga, that's if you're touching it from the other side.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: But if you touch both pieces at the same time, then you are gonna be tamaga Ribyech and Riyakan argues, and he says, Ainagabhazam.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: And again, I know even if you do that, you're gonna be tum her.
• 27:44
  SPEAKER_00: Is the following.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: So they both said the same thing.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: Ribishmal had Amran, we just quoted that.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Ribdaisa Ben Hurkinis dit's nan.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: We find that in the following Mishmah, Metamin Bayoshan Nechliku, Veknishabais.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's metamib of oil, like the kazais from a mace.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: That you cut it in half.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: So two chatzizim, and then you put it into a house.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: So you have a hat, chatziz of a mace here, chatziz of a mace there, they're in the same oil.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: So if you have those in the same oil, Ribdais of the Rhythm is a good thing.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's going to be door.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: And the chakam say it's going to be tomai.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_00: And then the day you have both, uh, you have a full kazais.
• 28:20
  SPEAKER_00: I don't care that they're cut in half, I don't care that they're spread out.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: You have a full kazais in one place, and that's why it's gonna be tame.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmar, lav omaribasim and hurkin is hossam in mile, the khazir mah.
• 28:28
SPEAKER_00: So didn't Ribdaisman Hurkun say over there that they can't be mitzvarif under one oyo, kanami, and again, the husband again.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: So to over here, even if you're touching them both at the same time, they're half and they're not together, and therefore you can't they can't be mitzarif to the share that you need, and therefore it's gonna be tar.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: So it's the same exact shit.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: So the gimmar, sum and hurkin is kirbishmal, interesting khajman over here.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that Rebdesumin Hurkin is clearly going like Shita Sribishmal in our Mishnah, then Rabbanan Kirbakiva, then there are bananas over here in the Mishnah we just quoted, would be going like Ribakiva, which means what?
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: There are bannon that were mitameh, right?
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: The Rabbanan that said it's tameh a second ago in this case.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: Then if you put it half half in this oil, Khachamim say it's mitzarf, it's gonna be tomai.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the khachamim in this one, from the fact that we lined up our days and must be the same shaita.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: So by default, the rabbanan are gonna be like, cool, like Ribakiva.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: But does that make sense?
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: But Rabakiv and Tauri Kamitar! The Rabbanan in this case said it's Tame.
• 29:22
  SPEAKER_00: Ribakivin Armishnev said what?
• 29:23
  SPEAKER_00: He's the opposite extreme.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: Ribikivin Armishnah said that not only is it not Tame Bimasa, it's not Tame Bimaga, not Tamebimasa, nothing at all.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, how how could that be?
• 29:31
SPEAKER_00: So Rabakiv Turib Kamitaras, how could that be the same sheetas the Khacham and the Mishnah we just quoted?
• 29:36
SPEAKER_00: And says Gemara, I'm talking like Kamitari Ribakiva elabor.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Where did Ribakiva say it's tar?
• 29:40
  SPEAKER_00: That's by skin.
• 29:42
  SPEAKER_00: Abu Ba'ama.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: In this case, we're talking about Thomas oil, that's totally different.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_00: That Mittameh, that's gonna be different, and where do we see that?
• 29:48
SPEAKER_00: Khiktani safe, like we've seen the safe already, the saver of our own Mishnah.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: Uh mind the Ribakiva basai zaysim, sha toch van bekesam, ribakiva was mind that if you have two half zaisim that you put on a toothpick, one on each side, sha tohvan makes him sit and then you move them to tom.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be tame, tomas masa, um but me, ribakiv mata' the r.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_00: So why did Ribakiva say it's different by R and it's tar over there?
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: Because you have a special aloha by r that you want the skin.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_00: If you want the skin, then you have aloha bito, that it's gonna be vato, the buster it's attached to, but you don't have that by these other things like the quesam or like the oihel over there, and that's why it's gonna be different, and therefore it's not gonna be a kash.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: Binivlasam vela'iba arsheshala beh basai zasim, we have a drosha.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: We learn binivlasim, that's of course the plastic by Tomas Navela, and it says binivlasom, which teaches me vilaybi arshi eeshala, basikatai sasin.
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: Not if you have skin that's attached to two half zasim.
• 30:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yochala bin masa.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_00: I would think even it be tomas masa, it's gonna be ta'har, tamanaimar vana naise yitma.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_00: Teaches me comakim that even if it's half half, it's still going to be tomb tomas masa, not bimbaga, but it's gonna be tama tomas masa.
• 30:51
SPEAKER_00: That's who she thought, clearly the very bishmal.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_00: That's my shita, same sheet on the Mishnah.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: Mikilaimer Mikivisa and Anoigea Vanoise.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: And from the smikhas of the words vanoigeya vanaise, that teaches me ishabalachla maga, balachla masa.
• 31:04
SPEAKER_00: Only something that's relevant to tomas maga can have tomas masa.
• 31:08
SPEAKER_00: Loi balakhla maga, loi balakla masa.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not relevant, if it doesn't have tomas maga, it doesn't have tumas masa, and therefore you Rubi Shmal are teaching telling me that something could have Tumas Masa even though it doesn't have Tumas Maga, I disagree.
• 31:19
SPEAKER_00: You have a drusha on the smithas of the Psukin telling me you need both.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_00: And if it doesn't have Tumas Masa, if it doesn't have Tumas Maga, then it cannot have Tumas Masa.
• 31:25
  SPEAKER_00: So Vemisa.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me this khajbin, then if you touch the front side of it, we're asking what we said before, right?
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: That that you said it's gonna be tara, that's only if you touch the or.
• 31:35
SPEAKER_00: But if you touched it at the same time, yesh nageah, the chizer vinage, if you touched both halves at the same time, you're gonna be telling me tumas maga.
• 31:42
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_00: If that's true, Vemisa, then Areybalachla maga milafanov, then what's the khajbin you just made?
• 31:48
SPEAKER_00: What are you telling him?
• 31:49
SPEAKER_00: What's he answering back to Ribishmal?
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: I have a dra shah that if one is the if you don't have one, you don't have the other.
• 31:53
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 31:54
SPEAKER_00: But you do have both.
• 31:55
  SPEAKER_00: You have masa.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_00: Where do you have masa if you touch it on the front?
• 31:57
SPEAKER_00: If you touch it on the front together, you're gonna have maga as well.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: So your khajbin you just answered back to Ribishmal doesn't make any sense.
• 32:03
  SPEAKER_00: Some rabbra answers.
• 32:04
SPEAKER_00: Hokkamer, that's what he means to say.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: Ashabala Khagab, hold saddle khama masa, lo balkhamasa.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_00: Only something that maga applies, no matter how you touched it, front back, that's where masa applies.
• 32:14
  SPEAKER_00: But masa at all.
• 32:22
  SPEAKER_00: Cool is stuma.
• 32:24
SPEAKER_00: Okay, we can hold it over here, I guess.
• 32:27
  SPEAKER_00: Uh same menu.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_00: You want to continue, hold it.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_00: Mishnah, we're gonna continue tomorrow.
• 32:32
  SPEAKER_00: Up to you.
• 32:33
  SPEAKER_00: Popular vote.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_00: Do we have a Mara?
• 32:38
  SPEAKER_00: We'll do it tomorrow.
